So with that said, let's get into today's topic.
This is a part of the crusade against misconceptions and stupidity within the fitness community.
So a third question actually that you can ask yourself.
How to truly obtain favor in the eyes of the gods by becoming massive?
I'm rather massive to be honest.
So yeah.
Progressive overload and consistency in the gym for a long period of time.
And which leads us to the question regarding nutrition.
Like how can you progress in the gym?
The best supplement or the best source of energy is, you guessed it, carbs.
So I'm gonna show you some carbs right here right now.
We got auvregrin, aka oats, some good old bread, a teddy bear.
Not made of carbs though, just protein.
Look how massive it is.
Greetings.
We got some peaches of prosperity and some bananas of wisdom.
So the misconception at hand, I see so many guys and girls obviously.
Girls tend to be a bit more non-resistant towards bro science for some reason.
Which is regrettable.
So to any girls and guys who are watching this, carbs per se will not make you fat.
A caloric surplus will make you fat.
And if you want to get massive, like if you if you're a guy, you want to get fucking massive, you want to be a big, massive, juicy elf, like you will put on fat, deal with it.
You can either inject a lot of gear into your body, take steroids, then you will not put on fat if you take a very very high dose.
If you want to do it the natural way, you will put on fat.
Just accept that fact.
Because to progress in the gym you need to be at least when you're a bit more advanced, you need to be at a caloric surplus.
And the best way to get there is via carbohydrates.
They will fuel your performance in the gym.
So when it's bulking season, I'm not like sad because I lose my amps or anything.
I'm just like, okay, cool, I'm gonna reach these strength goals right now.
And the same thing for any of my clients.
Like, I'm not promising you that I can keep you shredded and still add size and strength.
Like, the plan is, we have a set schedule.
The diet is adjusted in accord with that.
So if the.
If you're stalling in in the lifts yeah, we opt the fucking carbs or calories, simple as that.
And yeah, fat will be stored.
That's just how life is.
Oh, and Teddy has something to say, greetings, oh yeah.
Teddy says like, how are we supposed to retake Jerusalem in the coming crusade if everyone isn't massive as fuck like?
So yeah, solid question from Teddy.

I just wanted to make a video talking about like carbs, the primary fucking source of fuel for you to progress in the gym.
Protein yeah, you need A day to build muscle, but don't beyond that point, don't waste money and energy on protein when you need to up the progression in the gym via carbohydrates.
So, that's basically my best advice right there.
If you want to get massive, utilize carbs, utilize them to the fullest of its thing extent, and don't be one of those guys like, Oh, I'm gonna shred down and cut all carbs.
Like, if I cut all carbs now, I would look like a hungry skeleton, and you would just be like, Foah, who's that guy?
thinking he's a massive juicy balorc.
So, now like carbs perfect for fueling your performance.
Yeah, long, long rant about an easy topic.
I just want to get a video out there to explain like carbs is good for you if you want to increase strength and size.
