Greetings you proud sons of Macedon.
Today I want to commence my epic crusade against stupidity, lies and bro signs within the fitness community.
And the thing I want to discuss today is bro splits.
And the definition of a bro split is that you only hit each muscle once a week.
So you have like an arm day, a leg day, a chest day, etc.
And I'm actually gonna straight up consult Teddy and say what he has to say.

You're a sweet teddy bear to me.
I appreciate that.
So yeah, Teddy basically says that as only I, the golden one, have been blessed by eternal wisdom by the gods, you should not listen to anyone but me.
But like Teddy is biased obviously because we're good friends and everything.
But for me, like I'm not that cocky to say like you should only listen to me.
However, if a guy recommends to anyone that you should only hit each muscle once a week, he's a heretic, he's a confirmed heretic and that's blasphemy.
So you shouldn't listen to that guy because then he has obviously not grasped the fundamentals of training for naturals.
Which means that you should hit it at least two times a week.
I will repeat that.
I will continue to say that you should hit each muscle at least two times a week.
Do you want massive arms?
Ask yourself this right now.
You who are watching this, do you want massive fucking arms?
Good.
Then I suggest you don't have a separate arm day hitting arms just once a week.
You can hit it every day if you want.
Throw in a set of biceps curls or three set of biceps curls at the end of every session.
Then they will grow.
To just think like you want to focus on arms and just train once a week.
It doesn't matter if it's a brutal fucking session.
Hit them more often.
That's the key.
So for natural, frequency is where it's at.
People say like, oh, why do you bench so much?
I bench basically every second day.
If not every day.
Well, because I happen to like big chests.
In guys, that is like when it comes to women, I prefer the big, juicy asses, actually, to be honest.
But for me, like personally, aesthetics, I want a big fucking chest.
I think that's massive.
It looks powerful.
How do I get the big chest?
Pause bench for the hench as often as possible with the focus on progressive overload.
That's how you get fucking big.
I don't get big by benching touch and go once a week.
That's blasphemy.
So yeah, disregard those foolish notions of training everything once a week.
So you have like a typical five day bro split where you train like arms one day and then legs the other day.
Train everything more often.
So to conclude this video, really important one.
If you are natural, hit everything at least twice a week.
Disregard bro splits like just training everything once in a while.
That will not get you anywhere.
And if you say like you get doms from leg day, you can't walk in leg day like all these stupid fucking memes.
You need to up the frequency.
Like lower the volume, up the frequency and then you won't have any problems with doms.
I haven't had doms in fucking years.
I had it for after my first leg session.
Then I've basically not had it.
Because I've trained legs regularly since five and a half years ago.
Which is also why I have massive fucking legs.
So yeah, disregard bro signs.
Acquire glorious knowledge from the fucking lion himself.
