Greetings, true friends.
Today I want to delve into something that I haven't really been talking about much as of late.
And it struck me the other day that there are really a lot of bro science and stupidity left in the fitness, even on YouTube fitness.
So like a lot of bro scientists and guys don't really have any clue what they're talking about, trying to give out training advice to others.
And when I started making more political videos and philosophical videos and gaming videos, I thought like, okay, cool, this fitness thing is already done because everyone is kind of agreeing on what is best and what's not best, etc.
But then I delved into it a bit again and realized that, you know, there are a lot of large channels and influences that are teaching younger guys the complete wrong things.
So then I thought to myself, like, okay, cool, I'm gonna make a foray back into the fitness online community to bring some destruction to stupidity.
So this will be like a branch of my great eternal crusade against heresy and stupidity.
So I'm gonna make some more videos regarding that, you know, perhaps calling out some guys who I think give shit advice to other guys.
And I'm in a bit of a situation here because at one hand I want everyone who's watching this for example, I want you to be to make as good of gains as possible so you can defeat your inner feminist and your inner heretic.
So that's my thought regarding that.
But then I also have this kind of mindset that if some guys are so stupid as they listen to these guys who don't really know anything about training, if they listen to a guy who can't even spell correctly on his own web page, If it's obvious that a guy is, you know, trying to promote his own supplement brand and he talks about how good his supplement is.
Like, if you aren't that critically, if you can't think that critically well, I mean, that's, then one part of my mind says like, oh, you know, then let them be that stupid.
But on the other hand, like, when you are a beginner, you tend to look at the biggest guys.
Oh what this guy is really fucking huge.
I bet he's really competent in building muscle.
But then you have like he's made his physique about Sintol and steroids.
So then he's really not in any position to tell other guys how to gain muscle.
So to just start this little crusade off let's talk a bit about progression versus pump.
If you want to get bigger you have to get stronger.
There is no alternate route except obviously if you want to pump in a lot of steroids and go with a pumping kind of training schedule.
Then it's fine.
Then you can do it.
But otherwise if you want to keep it natural as I suggest you do up until you're like 30 or something then you can get on testosterone to you know keep yourself happy and healthy.
So with that said and I will say it again I've said it in the past I'll say it again I will keep pushing my pointer because it's so important progression is the key to size.
If you haven't gotten stronger in the main compounds over a good few months then don't expect to get bigger.
Don't expect to get bigger if you are on some five days a week bro split where you have one fucking arm day.
Even if it works for the largest guys but the largest guys and you don't have the same supplement stack as it were so you can't expect the same results.
So you have to train you have to train like a marathon taking small steps every time each day in the gym.
Now obviously you can't progress every session, but that's what you're striving for, progression in the body and in the mind.
So yeah, that was my first little semi-rant as it were.
The glorious clothing.
Fucking juicy.
Available in the link below for my main man.
It's L intensity.
So with that said, let the crusade begin.
Anyway, there's a secret I'll never tell.
