Time Text
Greetings true friends, welcome back to Wednesday Q ⁇ A.
Now as you might have noticed, the beard is gone and the reason for that is that I applied for a role in the TV series Vikings and you couldn't look a day older than the age of 23.
So to optimize my chances I shaved the beard.
Now they got back to me and said I was too muscular to fit into the narrative.
So that's that was a shame.
I really wanted that role.
I did what I could to optimize my chances.
But you know the beard will be back during the autumn.
This kind of chances come once in a good few years.
So no regrets whatsoever.
With that said let's get into the questions.
What is your thoughts regarding my nation Poland and Slavs in general?
I like both.
I like Poland because obviously rich history, rich culture and they are true to tradition.
They are not as brainwashed and feminized as Swedes for example.
So I usually take Poland as an example for Swedish guys as how to be a bit more because if you look at Polish guys they like the kind of things I like basically.
You know if you look at sports and the activities they participate in and obviously their women are regular women.
They're not crazy feminists or anything like that.
So yeah great respect for Poland and Slavs in general.
Yeah I like them.
They have a good attitude, a good masculine tradition and everything like that.
So salute to my Slavic brothers around the world.
Who is my role model physical or otherwise?
Now I answered this before, I'll answer it again probably in the future but Michael Collins usually I say is my role model.
Now obviously there are a lot of ancient heroes like Leonidas and Timistocles who has you know done great deeds and a lot of Swedish heroes as well Gustav Ossa, Carolis Rex taking the fight to the enemy, being aggressive and defending Sweden.
However Michael Collins is I can relate more to him going up against the biggest empire in the world against all odds and succeeding.
So that is more relatable to our situation today.
So I'm actually gonna say Michael Collins right there.
As of physical role models Gerard Butler in 300 was always my goal physique to strive for and then in general just you know an ancient demigod or hero like the 19th century pictures of Thor or a Greek statue or what have you.
So that's kind of aesthetics.
From my main man Josef Edbol, greetings.
What's the worst choice I've made?
Now I've made some pretty poor choices in my life but no very detrimental one.
But if I have to, you know, biggest mistake or worst decision or what I regret most is basically that I didn't start developing myself earlier.
That I was a bit lazy in my youth.
I wish I had started, you know, taking my mental and physical development seriously earlier on.
So that is the worst mistake.
But you know, when you're 14, you don't really think about that.
Like you have to be a beast in the gym and progress really well in mental aspect.
But you know, I still read a lot and I've always trained so I don't want to beat myself off too bad.
So I don't really have any great regrets as such.
But it's more the case that, you know, sometimes I wish that I worked harder.
So yeah, that's basically my worst mistake as it were.
When you did your push-pull legs, did you focus on progressing in the compounds or acquiring an adequate pump?
Now always, always go for the progression in the main lifts, in the compounds.
Disregard pump, you can have the pump at the end of the session.
I usually have that, I have my clients, most of them also on, you know, the pumping sessions are at the end of each session.
But the most important thing is that you get stronger in the compounds.
That's how you get bigger.
Nothing else.
Don't listen to these bodybuilders full of steroids telling you that, you know, oh, just focus on the pump and the weight isn't important.
The weight is very important.
You have to get stronger each session.
That is how you get bigger.
Simple as that.
You can't get around that fact.
So, push-pull legs, yes, focus on the progression in the compounds.
No question about it whatsoever.
But I'll make more videos about that later on as well because I can't stress that enough.
There are so many bro scientists out there telling you not to focus on strength.
But for me, like, if you want to get a big fucking chest, get strong in the bench press.
Simple as that.
And who am I?
There's a secret I'll never tell.
Exactly.
