My channel's main focus is on self improvement, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, culture, gaming, books, politics etc.
I actually just reminded myself that we're actually not pagan, we're Aryan Christian.
Quite cool, actually, if you listen to the sound of it.
So that's why I will now change to utilizing a bit more Christian speech, as it were, in this glorious campaign.
So this is exactly where I left off last time.
And I realized, like I wrote in my little message that always accompanied the video, that this was not the best starting position whatsoever.
I'm trapped here between the Huns here and the Western Romans here.
And that is not somewhere we want to be.
So I'm gonna try to consolidate the armies and run for the hills, run down to our Visigothic brothers and basically just trying to survive.
I really underestimated the difficulty level of this campaign actually.
So what we're gonna do now is just survive.
This is become a survival campaign as it were.
Because you see here, these busted heathens are at us, the Huns are at us, the Romans are at us.
So it is not realistic to settle down in this area.
Not at all.
Because then they will come and get us.
And we need more cash to settle down, to converge things and to be able to afford the upkeep.
So what I'm gonna do now put you in and hope we don't get attacked.
So run down to our brothers here as well.
And if we look here, the diplomacy Illyria they're only at war with the Iasiges.
They're not at war with the Huns.
So if they attack, we won't get any help from these guys.
Could get help if they attack there.
But we're gonna run down.
Feels a bit bad to run from the enemy, but we live to fight another day.
Just gonna go there.
And that's basically what we can do now.
Trying to get down here and see what we can do.
Hopefully, survive.
Enter.
Alright, yeah, speaking of more Christian speech, as it were.
I mean, like Christian aesthetics, etc., shouting about God in heaven and goddess of the earth.
And I might have mentioned that before, but that is actually from a scene in the mists of Avalon.
Really solid films, perhaps a bit old now, but you know, with Arthur Legend.
And then Arthur shouts like God of heaven, goddess of the earth, aid me now.
And that's obviously really awesome.
So that there is where I got it from.
And look at that.
I wish God in heaven can help us now because now we're getting attacked by a superior force.
No thanks.
I will not want to battle with them.
Not one bit.
Thank you very much.
And okay, we managed that without any combat.
So hopefully now let us pray to God in heaven.
And if I understand the theological differences between Aryan Christianity and the rest of Christianity is that Jesus is not seen as basically a divine entity, but more as a mortal kind of prophet in Aryan Christianity.
But I'll have to read up on that.
Obviously the Wikipedia article is just one search away, so I'm gonna delve into more of that and then talk with some of my theologically gifted true friends because I have quite a few of those.
And speaking of which, Christian support, public order, Aryan Christianity, Latin.
Okay, cool.
Carthage.
A historic gathering of churchmen has assembled to agree of the official canon of the Christian scripture.
Wonderful.
How nice.
For the tribe.
Alright, cool.
We want to get away from this territory as soon as possible.
This scout, we have two scouts.
And this scout will actually look at what the crack is in Italia.
Perhaps if we go down here, take ships to the other side right there.
And we have gained a level.
Look at that.
Ready for orders.
Construction authority.
Okay, he doesn't have very much authority.
Public order and food.
We have quite a bit of food already.
Integrity is always nice, and we can.
Okay, morale for missile units.
All right, let's get away from here as soon as possible then.
Let's get away from here as soon as possible then.
Okay, they're not doing anything there.
Let us see what we can.
And yeah, I'm gonna auto-resolve that, obviously.
I can't stand when.
Alright, Liberate.
Perhaps you'd have sacked it first, but we probably not have gained as much from it.
We can actually go into horde mode, which we're gonna do.
These guys seem a bit unfriendly to say the least.
We're gonna look at the possibility of sacking Corintus.
So yeah, as I said, I just want to get away from the heat of it all.
Can't really build anything.
Which is a shame.
Can we have any?
No.
And we need a surplus to do that.
And where shall we send you then?
Look at that, they raised this...
God, they raised the whole region.
Okay, he's gonna come down to accompany my boys down there.
Do we want any more soldiers?
No, not really.
Need more upkeep.
Okay, if we get attacked, hopefully that these guys flee down to our brothers down here.
We can look at the diplomacy briefly.
Macedonia.
I can't really do anything with them either way.
Hello Hans Improving wonderful
That is very good because then we might get a non-aggression treaty with them that would be wonderful if we can have our backs uh clear of the the barbarous heathen hordes and the fun thing here is that the Visigoths are still uh Germanic pagan at least in the game so uh not the same religion as our brothers, but that's cool, that's fine.
It's a bit like the true friends, like some true friends are pagan and some true friends are Christian.
No god, totally wrong way.
No god has a huge army.
I have no wish to fight you one bit.
And they fled in the wrong direction.
Okay, so now I'm wondering oh god, no if there's even any point in taking this battle take the first wave or the second wave will know that will just be a waste of time to fight the dust, Unfortunately.
Alright, that's a damn shame.
Oh well we have lost half of our empire that did not go according to plan.
But as I said this proved more of a challenge than I was expecting but yeah as I was saying like I have true friends that are Christian and that are pagan and that's fine fun with little variety and they have served their terms right there.
The wolves of war I wish they could come down to us can we go out to see maybe that would be something indeed Dick they can go
Okay, the Visigoths aren't even at war with the blasted Hons, so yeah we are in a bit of a situation to say the least.
Okay, and the Western Romans are still strong.
How embarrassing if I die in this campaign.
How embarrassing indeed.
Okay, what will we do with you?
Perhaps we can, perhaps we can continue to be in horde mode and just go around raiding a bit and survive that way.
Or if we actually want to take Corinthus and try to make a living that way, there should be a quarter left, I suppose.
Yes, and the Hans okay they're precisely out of reach.
I'm gonna move just oh there is a there's a little boom there we are and tent camp food consumption wealth okay That's good that is really good and can we recruit anything more
No, perhaps it's just a waste of money I can hire mercenaries instead if we need How about that right seems like a good deal Alright end turn
We are currently in a situation with a gothic horde But I kind of like it that that it is challenging and we could die basically at any time now so a bit of excitement hope the Visigoths are surviving there.
Thinking about maybe perhaps you can't go out to see while we're still still in a horde.
I didn't think of that at all I didn't think of that at all in all actuality But it seems a bit risky to go up in the fragment drunk on watch okay.
Do you know what?
Do you know what I will do?
I will flog you, you bustard.
How dare you right let's put in some companions here there we are adopt anyone now I'm gonna save
Save some influence related and god they're coming close to us and they will beat us no question about it at all
And now the question is, if we go up this way, perhaps take Serdica, we're going to see if our spy can, haha, God, we're surrounded by the Hans, and all the Romans are there as well.
Can we do anything fun with yeah we can do something at least there we are loot and occupy or just sack I suppose the Hans will come after us if we decide to stay in the settlements we're just gonna sack for now
Can we go out to see we'll find out?
Oh, cool, we can actually.
Terribly, terribly risky business.
I'm out on now.
I hope it will be okay.
Otherwise, I would have failed.
Three episodes in.
But I'm not gonna be able to fit this now.
I let's hope that no fleet comes and harasses us.
And then we'll look at perhaps taking Crete.
Perhaps settling there, even.
That will be something.
Not what I expected would happen in the start of this campaign, but that's the charm of it, I suppose.
That it's a different story each time.
No, fucking hell.
No!
Don't! Retreat! Retreat!
Oh god.
Don't follow now.
Don't follow...
My... My adrenaline is pumping.
God, that was a bit scary, to say the least.
Good times, good times.
Desperate times, though.
This glorious campaign.
Perhaps you should have been the Visigoths instead.
A bit easier starting position.
But I like the blue colour of the Ostrogoths and that they are Aryan Christian.
It's cool.
Office secured.
Drunk.
Drunk on watch, did we...
High spirits.
Morale plus 3.
Wonderful.
Hello, Roman ship.
Oh, there comes another fleet.
Okay.
The Eastern Roman Empire is stronger.
And we don't really have any base to expand if we go to Crete.
The Western Roman Empire is weaker, but it will be a leap of fate to try to sail through these waters.
We have a little spy here.
And if we could just have double reach now, I would be very satisfied to see if these two regions are fortified.
Neapolis is not fortified one bit at least.
So that's a good sign.
I'm actually gonna do that.
We can't really do anything here on the mainland.
Corinthus, yeah, we can sack it one more time, but don't really see that leading to anything.
A rather small Hon army, but one, two, three.
And then the Western Romans there.
Western Romans, okay, a small fleet, but still, there are a lot of enemies.
Let's take that leap of fate, true friends.
Let's let's try it.
Glory to God in heaven.
Unfortunately, yes, you must rest a while, but a deep breath.
And for the 78th time in this episode, let's not hope that we get assaulted.
If we can get inland there into mainland Italy, get a foothold there.
We have a quite solid position indeed.
Not solid at all.
I mean, the Western Romans are still strong.
But better than this mayhem you're looking at now.
See that the Hans have butchered on the region.
So the old Balkans is devastated by the advance of the Huns.
Ah, look at that.
Now why would you want to do that?
Okay.
Let me sink your bloody ship then.
Take your treasure.
Might level with our general as well.
Take on warriors.
Yes, please.
Oh, look at that.
We leveled.
How quaint.
Alright, let's look.
Let's hope that they don't come with a larger fleet this time.
So we have three allies in the Vulcan fight.
Oh, look at that.
Another small army.
Gladly sink your blasphemous ships as well.
You bloody.
I can't really say bloody barbarians because we are the barbarians.
We are the villains as Operation Werewolf says.
That's actually a Tumblr blog also, in addition to a project in a couple of American guys.
Puts a great virtue in strength and honor and self-development.
Can highly.
I'll try to remember to link their Tumblr address below if you're interested in that sort of thing.
Really like their aesthetics, and obviously they are pagan.
They are not Christian at all.
Okay.
Rank gained.
We're gonna look at these things first.
Integrity.
We'll never in our own territory.
Hoard.
Upkeep.
Yeah.
Saved almost 100 gold on that.
Authority.
Moral.
Conning.
2 plus in Conning lands is at.
Oh, look at that.
Minus 6 in upkeep.
Yes, please.
And we have more Conning.
There is still.
Okay.
Yeah, Conning.
I like it.
Okay.
Where should we drop anchor then?
Right, can we get ashore?
Oh, brilliant.
Brilliant.
Thank you very much.
Oh.
Love it.
Merge you.
Save a little cash.
Can we merge you as well, perhaps?
Yes.
And merge you.
Save some money right there.
Now obviously we can't do anything because we're not in horde mode.
Perhaps it would be prudent to hire some mercenaries.
Gonna look with our scout here and see they don't have any armies.
Ah, wonderful, wonderful true friends.
I will upgrade this, guys, though, is actually what I'll do.
Take a technology and then we'll take a turn and hope to God that this holds and that we do not get attacked.
Then we can sack Rigium and take Tarentum or go straight for Roma.
That is the decision.
I might I might leave it up to you.
We'll take a turn and see if we can survive the jive.
It's another good information channel.
Actually, that's a YouTube as well.
And survive the jive, Tom Rosella actually made a documentary, which I've been talking about in the past, from Runes to Ruins regarding Germanic paganism in England.
Saxon paganism, as it were.
Very, very good documentary.
I'll hopefully remember when I upload this to YouTube to link that as well.
It costs like $5, then you have access to it for three days.
And that's obviously to cover the costs of producing it.
Well invested money, I'd say.
If I had $5, I would definitely spend it on that again now.
Hello, Rigium.
How can I help?
No, I can't.
I could be of further help.
For the tribe.
Boom. Boom.
Boom.
There we are.
Beautiful.
Well done.
Liberate.
Ah god, I made a mistake.
Fuck.
I should have sacked and then liberated, of course.
Silly of me, but silly mistakes are being made sometimes.
Ah right.
I this could actually be a good thing to take that away if I'm gonna settle in Tarentum.
i'm actually gonna do that yes dismantle it and uh let's hire some a bit longer episode today I hope I hope that's appreciated.
It's just because I want to see what we can do further here.
I'm gonna look at the politics of it.
Are you a bit illoyal, you busted?
How dare you?
Gonna secure loyalty to that cunt.
Right then.
Could adopt someone, but we're gonna save that for later.
Alright, end turn.
And now we have another Roman ally on our side.
Yeah, as I said, I made a little mistake.
probably should have sacked that settlement first and then attacked it again and liberated them.
And speaking of, not speaking of, but since we're looking at it right now, Southern Italy, it's actually Greeks, like Magna Gratia, or how you pronounce it.
So and then you have the Latins in the north.
So Italy is basically made up of Latins and Greeks.
And the Greeks obviously are in the south areas.
Tarentum and in today's Neapolis.
So there is a bit of an ethnic division in regards to Italy.
Actually, read a book, The Ship of Rome.
I don't remember the author's name, but it's a really good book at least.
And he elaborates a bit on that ethnic division when there is a Greek from the south of small bribe from south of like this part of Italy who fights in the Roman army.
Okay, how many turns until we get there?
Can we save and we can go into encampment mode there and the next turn we can reach them.
Cool, let's do that.
let us do that and there we are Alright.
Now the question remains if we have the audacity and the guts to take Rome or if we should focus on the south of Italy and try to defend Tarentum.
Do you know what?
I'm actually gonna end the episode right here and I will let you decide.
Okay, so now they've begun to fight each other.
Thank you very much for watching.
I really enjoyed this episode.
Sat on needles half of it.
But now we're in a bit of a better position, I'd say.
So yeah, comment below what you think should be done.
And I'll either go for Tarentum or I'll go for Rome.
