Greetings you friends, welcome back to the Library of Wisdom and today I'm gonna administer a dose of testosterone.
book recommendation for today there we are here what if you think about steroids you take a needle and you administer testosterone into your body but this is testosterone for your mind I when I read this book I got I sensed the testosterone was just flowing in me both mentally and in the body.
It really embodies for me.
You know it.
You know pure fucking aggression and testosterone.
A guy goes around killing things.
Now, you shouldn't go around killing people unless they're your enemies.
But it can really be applied to the kind of mentality you have to go with in life and especially in the gym.
Especially in the gym, true friends When you have to be like be fucking aggressive.
You don't want to go into the gym like this, You want to go into the gym and be a fucking aggressive, fucking Saxon warrior or Danish warrior or Viking warrior or Gaelic warrior, like you know.
Have the fucking fire in your heart to just push through.
And that is also basically what I took from this book, that fucking aggressiveness.
I love it, love the book.
It is three books so far will come a fourth book.
I'm really excited for that.
And then also speaking of culture stack and stuff, this goes into the culture stack of the Viking era and Norman era.
It's actually when the Normans take over, so he fights the Normans and then obviously really cool for for English nationalists to big shout out to English nationalists like Foi Mirin really cool setting.
And I really love one sequence in the book.
It's like when he goes to Frisia.
So he leaves like the Viking age and then when he comes back it kind of switches to the medieval time.
So it's really a really cool, like rhetoric, rhetorical thing that you will notice if you read it.
But anyways, to keep it simple like, if you're interested in Vikings, British history, if you're an English nationalist, if you fucking like testosterone, like read a book, it's not that thick and so yeah, I can really really recommend it.
You see what Saxon brute goes around being aesthetic as fucking killing people, basically.
So yeah, I just wanted to make the book recommendation.
And then, also for everyone who's watching this, I got a post on my Facebook wall not long ago where there was a glorious true friend who had taken a picture from the book Of Alexander, which I recommended a few months ago, and that made my day seriously, though it's really nice to see to get more true friends reading, because this is the testosterone for your mind.
You utilize books to build up your mind like so yeah, fucking love it.
