Greetings Juvens Welcome back to Gaines Fucking Kitchen Today as promised, I've promised this for about three weeks now, I will talk a bit about my new diet as it were.
And when I say I have a new diet, I only minorly tweak it to suit my goals for the moment.
So basically the heyday of the bulk is over.
May it rest in peace.
It was a good bulk.
Added a good bit of size.
No, not a good bit, but a good bit of strength and some size.
So we wanna see when I'm lean and mean again how well the bulk was.
Either way, it's February right now.
It's not long until spring, so I'm trying to lean out just a bit.
I'm not cutting per se, because I usually don't cut, I recomp, and what I mean by recomp is that I still try to progress in the lifts and at the same time lose body fat.
And keep in mind, I'm not a bodybuilder per se, so I don't need to be that lean.
I just have to, you know, have abs.
So perhaps 9% body fat, something like that.
So, either fucking way, I have cut down on the carbs a bit up the fat.
So here is what I'm gonna show you today.
Some ecological eggs.
Obviously, always go for the ecological option.
This is I've eaten so many eggs in my days, like this has been a main staple in my diet since I lifted my first weight, basically.
So a big shout out to all the hens who are making eggs.
And by ecological, make sure the hens are treated respectfully.
If you don't like to treat animals respectfully, you can't be a true son of Skyrim.
glory to macedon we also have some and keep in mind since i'm not bulking this is a stage in my you know diet yearly diet cycle as it were where I'm just looking to get saturated but not eat too much carbs and traditional unhealthy foods.
Like I'm still a proponent of if it fits your macros.
If I feel that I want, you know, some jell ignite, I will eat some jellignite, but it's not something I do every day.
Now I'm trying more to get in fruits and vegetables and stuff like that.
We have some kalapenu to push in some fucking flavor in this mix.
Also, we've got some bacon and then you see the Swedish flag right there.
You don't want to buy meat from any other nation than Sweden.
Obviously if you're looking at this from America, I mean this is an international channel.
So wherever you are.
But if you have the choice, I'd gladly pay extra to get to be sure that the animals have been treated nicely.
And then people say like, oh, what's the point?
They're gonna die either way.
Well, so are humans.
So that logic doesn't really apply.
For me, I'm a great friend of the animals.
And then I don't just mean dogs and cats.
Like, they're cool and cuddly.
But I think there is a value, and this is a Nordic tradition, to like care for the fucking animals.
There's nothing wrong with that.
Keep in mind, only beta leftists do not care about anything.
We have some sort of salad.
They were actually out of spinach in the shutba when I went there last last night.
So usually I will go with spinach, but all kinds of salads, you just need to fill up to push some micronutrients in there.
You don't want to be deficient in micronutrients.
And that's also one of the things that can bother me with if it fits your macros.
But you stare at themselves blind on just the macros.
I've talked about this in the past.
Look at my juiciness though.
That's glorious.
Lastly, we have an onion.
Look how juicy that onion is.
Highly sickening.
So I'm gonna fry this together.
And usually I start with the bacon.

I'm gonna eat a bit cleaner as it were.
I...
I really don't like the term clean because that's so broish, but you know, you all know what I mean, like more veggies, more protein, more stuff like that.
So yeah, it's not cutting time yet, but I'm nearing it, so I'll make more, you know, typically healthy and clean recipes in the near future, in all actuality.
