Greetings students, welcome to the Wednesday QA.
It actually isn't Wednesday when I'm doing this, it's Monday.
I have scheduled this video, so this is actually Monday.
And if I'm appearing a bit slow, it's because I'm at a severe fucking deficit because I'm leaving for USNA tomorrow, Tuesday, and I need to be tight as fuck when I go there.
So I will make you all proud with some juicy pictures.
And I can't wait for that.
Will be really fucking glorious.
And to emphasize how fucking low on calories I am right now, I actually, before going to bed, like I read my Alexander book down and then started fantasizing about the things I will eat in my above 10k calories challenge.
And the first question for the week is actually what carbs or what foods will I utilize to achieve my above 10k calories.
And I will use a lot of bread in addition with milk, cookies, pastries, cinnamon buns, just you know, and eat them with the milk because that's really easy to get down.
Like if you have to chew something for, you know, really dense meat or whatever, you can spend a lot of time chewing.
So I will have a lot of things that go easily down.
And then simple sugars will drink a lot.
So probably, obviously I will film everything I eat.
But yeah, a lot of cinnamon buns and stuff like that.
I can't fucking wait.
It would be marvelous.
Second question, if I had to move to another city or country, I cannot choose Galway.

Yeah, fucking hard to answer.
Like, if you had asked me this in the winter, I would say probably some really warm place.
But I don't know.
Somewhere in southern England, perhaps.
As long as they have a high-speed internet and a juicy fucking gym, I'm just fine.
And preferably they speak English as their native language.
So I can better my own English a bit.
And top three films from Andre Strum, one of the truest.
I can talk films all day long.
I just wanted to address this real quick because he's loyal, so I want to reciprocate that.
Lord of Rings 1, 2, 3.
Watch them in a fucking marathon and you will have motivation for days.
Yeah, Lord of Rings, fucking love it.
The favourite among those would actually be the second one.
The Battle of Helms Deep.
Really fucking epic scene there.
Yeah, fucking love it.
And I actually haven't watched those films in a while, so I can't fucking wait.
I mean, it was several years ago since I saw the second one, so I can't fucking wait to see that.
And the final question of the week is regarding sleep.
And I could talk very much about sleep as well.
But the key is try to keep it at 7 to 9 hours a day for at least 5 or 6 days a week.
Like, obviously, once in a while, you will have troubled sleeps.
Like, there's nothing you can really do about it.
Sometimes you have it.
But that isn't detrimental to your games.
Just try to keep it at Around eight hours a night, and then on the seventh day perhaps you get uh less sleep, but uh that isn't the whole world.
And who am I?
That's a secret I'll never tell.
