Greetings huge friends, welcome back to Gain's fucking kitchen.
Today It's fucking time for some heavenly pre-workout time.
So here is my gear.
I have some fucking ice cream right there.
Regular vanilla ice cream.
Fucking banana, fucking orange and two glorious kiwis.
And then obviously, as always, the juiciest fucking coffee in the world.
And if you're in Sweden and you have trouble deciding which coffee to use, show support to me because this company believed in me.

So I'm gonna cut this up and mix it in the ice cream.

Alright, so we have our weren't expecting that were you?
Alright, so we have first of all our most glorious coffee and I'm gonna have some milk in it.
I'm gonna show how much milk I'm gonna have.
A splash of milk here.
So it takes about that most glorious color.
Look, look at the coffee now.
There.
We have the fucking fruit like this.
Quite large volume, but as I always say, like I am for high metabolism, I'm about 100 kg and I train hard every day so I can eat a bit more.
Lots of carbs in this meal.
I'm gonna take some ice cream right here.
Put it here.
And we're gonna eat it like that.
So this is my pre-workout meal for today.
And I'm gonna eat this and then head straight to the gym which is about 15 minutes away.
So I'm aiming to get some caffeine in.
If you don't drink coffee, that's fine.
I recommend that you should learn it over time.
But you can use caffeine pills and also the carbs.
Like load up with energy.
And now we got some fruit as well with some vitamins and fibers.
Always good.
And the ice cream and the coffee works really well together because you know you get that cold and warm sensation in your mouth which is really good.
So yeah, here's my pre-workout meal and I really like to experiment with the different carbohydrate combinations to have lots of energy in the fucking gym.
