Hi, everybody.
It's Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
with some good news.
Recently, a federal court green-lighted the consolidation of all of the federal Gardasil cases in the United States into a single courtroom.
That means for every child and every adult That was injured by the Gardasil vaccine can now argue their cases under a single federal judge.
Over the past year of intensive discovery, we've been able to show that Merck, the manufacturer of the Gardasil vaccine, I was aware that there was an unacceptable risk of neurological disorders, of autoimmune diseases, and particularly of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, otherwise known as POTS, to people who took the Gardasil vaccine.
