Well, for those of you who are left unsatisfied and unfulfilled with what happened with Epstein Gate this year and the promise that President Trump was going to declassify all the files and release all the names of the Epstein Epstein victims and so much more that it was going to be bombshell, but left with a complete nothing burger.
And even worse than that, a total complicit cover-up by President Trump and the DOJ and everybody in this Israel-led government.
For those of you who realize that Trump has shown his true colors this year, his true loyalty, which apparently is Israel and not to the American people.
We are mad.
We are angry about it.
And we want some justice and accountability here.
And so do the Epstein victims, the real Epstein victims.
Yesterday, Thomas Macy and Marjorie Taylor Green led a very cool press conference over in DC, all about the Epstein victims to get the truth and their true stories truly out there.
And there were many of these victims that are willing to come forward.
And what also is very cool is they also announced that they will be compiling and releasing their own list of clients and victims since Trump and his DOJ refuses to do so.

Transparency is justice, release the files and the secrecy, and stand with us and declaring that no one, no billionaires, no politicians, not world leaders, is above the law.

Thomas Macy says this.
He says, they would be sued into homelessness for naming names, but Marjorie Taylor Green and I are willing to name names in the House of Representatives under constitutional speech or debate immunity.
He continued with The Swamp fears the transparency I bring because it exposes their corruption.
After the stories I heard today, I'm more determined than ever, and I'm working hard to get re-elected so these victims will continue to have a voice.

Uh everything's going great here.
I'm here in Greece with family and friends, vacation a little bit, but mostly for work because I'm a Greek journalist and I do a lot of work with Greek media here, and we're trying to get the Greek people revived so they could become a great nation again, and so they can help lead the charge against the new world order.

Well, thank you for your thank you for your, you know, you leading the charge over there and getting the news over there out more, you know, with what's happening over here in the US.
So what do you think, first of all, about Thomas Macy, you know, just taking matters into his own hands and holding this great press conference and airing out all the victims of Epstein and having them share their stories on the big stage.
Well, he's definitely a brave guy, and kudos to him and to Marjorie Taylor Green and to the few other people, I guess, there in the House or the Congress that you know have uh had the guts to come out and speak some truth on Israel and the Jewish lobby and the Jews in general.
But um, we had a guy in Congress for decades and decades.
He was a Democrat from Ohio who exposed Israel and he paid for it.
His name is James Trafficant.
So look up James Traffickant.
He exposed the whole Jewish control of Congress for for a long time.
And um, they put him in jail in 2001 on fake tax evasion charges.
And he survived because they put him in high, you know, maximum security.
And he came out in 2009 and he made the rounds on all the big networks Fox News, CNN BC, CNN, and he said the Israeli lobby has a strong control of our government.
This is treason, et cetera.
A couple of years later, the guy dies under mysterious circumstances.
His tractor in his farm in Ohio tipped over on accident and he was crushed to death.
So James Traffick, but today, uh, you know, we got Thomas Massey leading the charge.
So we gotta pray for him.
We've got to support him as much as we can.
And we got to keep doing all these type of reportings that we've been doing in Washington.
I know that Frankie Stocks has gone to Washington.
He's been doing excellent reports there for the Stupid Computer's Network, and kudos to him.
Bravo to uh Frankie and all the people that are making the difference.
Um basically there are uh a few more Republicans that are now starting to come on board.
Uh, there's about six of them now.
So that's a good sign uh because of Thomas Massey.
So we just need to keep up basically the good work.
We need to keep informing the public about this issue.
And I think what's gonna happen is more and more people in Congress in in the House of Representatives and in the Senate will start waking up.
I really truly believe that.
Now, today Trump came out and said the uh just a crazy unbelievable statement.
He said in some interview, and this is according to RT, that uh the Israeli uh lobby is kind of now just losing total control over the US Congress.
Okay.
Yes, Trump actually said that.
Uh that's according to RT.
And he said there was a time when you couldn't speak bad if you wanted to be a politician, you skip you couldn't speak badly of uh Israel and so on and so forth.
Um, but now times have changed, and he's saying now you got all these lunatics, you know, in Congress.
He's referring to AOC, he's referring, you know, to Thomas Massey and so on and so forth.
Uh and um, you know, he refers to uh the Israeli Hamas conflict in Gaza and so on and so forth, because this is what's influencing these people in Congress and so on and so forth, you know.
But what I really think he's doing, and this is all according to the Daily Caller 2.
The Daily Caller is another source here, but um, I think this is due to the fact that he's feeling the heat from his own supporters now on the whole uh Israel uh topic on the whole Israel war against uh the you know Gaza and so on and so forth.
So he knows that people are waking up and that are they're turning against Israel.
So what he's trying to do is abate their anger and downplay the whole issue and act like uh it's not all bad as people say they've lost control, they're not as strong as they used to be.
Right when in reality, they're the strongest they've ever been.
I mean, give me a break.
The strongest they've ever been.
And and you're you're right, people are losing their lives for it.
I mean, you know, you talked about um other people who have spoken out about Epstein stuff getting killed, witnesses getting killed.
What about you know, Thomas Massey is now, you know, being persecuted by Trump.
Trump is going on a war path to destroy him, to annihilate him, to unseat him.
And Thomas Massey is the only one that is truly America first.
He's really the only one who spoke boldly out against COVID restrictions and the vaccine, the bioweapon, spoke boldly out against Israel.
He's not taking any Israel money or funding, and he's speaking boldly out about the Epstein victims and saying this cannot go away.
We have to address this.
This can't be swept up under the rug.
And what happens, unfortunately, Thomas Massey wiped, his wife died under mysterious circumstances last year, if you recall.
I mean, I have to wonder if that has anything to do with it.
I don't believe in coincidences anymore.
And I put nothing past them.
I mean, they think nothing of killing somebody killing loved ones just to try to shut people up and blackmail them.
And now Thomas, uh, and now Trump is trying to unseat him.
I mean, it's so obvious here what the playbook is.
And what's even more disgusting is if you missed it after the press conference yesterday, where these Epstein victims poured their hearts out and shared horrific stories of abuse.
Donald Trump went to the cameras and he basically just tried to negate the whole thing and brush it off like it was no big deal.
And he still said, this is just nothing but a Democrat hoax.
The Epstein Epstein is just a Democrat hoax.
So stop following it, stop paying attention to it.

So this is a Democrat hoax that never ends.
You know, it reminds me a little of the uh Kennedy situation.
We gave him everything over and over again, more and more and more, and nobody's ever satisfied.
From what I understand, I could check, but from what I understand, thousands of pages of documents have been given.
But it's really a Democrat hoax because they're trying to get uh people to talk about something that's totally irrelevant to the success that we've had as a nation since I've been president.
And then, which is even more interesting and disturbing, Trump had eight fighter jets fly over the Epstein rape victims conference yesterday, interrupting them and disrupting them mid-speech.
You have to wonder if he did that intentionally, right?
Eight loud fighter jets flying above them right over there during their speech.
Check this out if you missed that.
I was horrified when I found out not only had Gillen Maxwell been transferred to what's called a uh, you know, a low security, it's it's really is like a like a holiday camp.
And uh, and then afterwards I got a notification from the Department of Justice telling me that this was going to happen when it had already happened.
This woman abused children.
I was abused by Jeffrey Epstein and Gillen Maxwell for over ten years.
Gillen Maxwell was present for some of my abuse at the hand of Jeffrey Epstein.
She was present, she was complicit, she was enabling, and it is appalling and disgusting.
And it's one of my worst nightmares that she not only be transferred, but uh the possibility that's very much going around that she might be pardoned.
This is not okay, guys.
This is not okay.
And I just want to add that I think it sends a very dangerous message um to to our country, to the young people in our country, that someone that we all know is aware of these crimes could be given a pass.
And just for the laughter, we've got a brother's called people.
The last revival who just called.
She said that the Epstein would would brag about her relationship with Donald Trump.
Uh, could she please elaborate on that?
yeah I did say that.
My first trip to the Palm Beach residence.
Um, I drove there from the airport with Gilan Maxwell, and they Jeffrey and Gilan were always very boastful about their friends, their fans.
And then there's an Epstein survivor that claims that President Trump was Jeffrey Epstein's biggest brag during Thomas Massey's conference.
He said, Epstein surrounded her surrounded himself with the most powerful leaders of our country and the world.
He abused not only me, but countless others, and everyone seems to look away.
The truth is Epstein had a Free pass.

He bragged about his powerful friends, including our current president Donald Trump.

Um what I endured will haunt me forever.
I live every day with PTSD.
I live as a mother trying to raise my child while distrusting a world that has betrayed me.
This kind of trauma never leaves you.
It breaks families apart.
It shapes the way we see everyone around us.
But one thing is certain, unless we learn from this history, monsters like Epstein will rise again.
There are files, government files that hold the truth about Epstein, who he knew, who owed him, who protected him, and why he was allowed to operate for so long without consequence.
Why was Maxwell the only one held accountable when so many others played a role?
Why does the government hide this information from the public?
This secrecy is not protection, it's complicity.
And as long as the truth is buried, justice will remain out of reach.
That is why this bill matters.
Passing it will bless you.
Endure ensure that the suffering of survivors is not in vain.
Passing it will bring accountability, transparency, and prevention.
It will help protect the next generation of predators who seek to place themselves above the law through wealth, influence, and connections.
This is not just my story.
It is about every survivor who carries invisible scars.
It's about the weight we live with daily.
It is about the families broken and the future stolen.
So I ask you, President Trump and members of Congress.
Why do we continue to cover up sexual abuse and assault?
Who are we covering for?
Let the public know the truth.
We cannot heal without justice.
We cannot protect the future if we refuse to confront the past.

I mean, you know, Republicans are all pissed at Thomas Massey and Marjorie Taylor Green, um, because they know that they want to expose the truth.
And potentially Trump is more deeply embedded in this than we might think.
The more President Trump condemns releasing the Epstein files and tries to cover it up, the more I don't trust him, and the more I believe that this needs to be blown wide open.
And I think that his base is losing trust in him too.

People are now starting to wake up.
You now have tons and tons of um youth that go to Christian Protestant churches that have been learning about Christian Zionism all their life that are now starting to realize that that's all a false doctrine.
They're waking up to this and they're realizing, yeah, the modern state of Israel is a whole hoax.
So Christian Zionism is losing its control over the masses.
And the awakening has started.
Um don't forget that you know, for over 1,500 years, all of Europe did not tolerate the Jews.
Okay, they kicked them out of their countries for obvious reasons.
And anyone who wants to research that topic can research it and they'll find out why.
We're talking about not one nation, not one isolated anti-Semitic nation.
We're talking about all of Christian Europe.
And for over 1,000 years, we Greeks ruled the world through the Christian Byzantine Empire.
And according to the greatest New World Order authors out there, like Eustace Mullins, uh, the reason why the Greeks were so powerful and they ruled the world and they spread Greek Orthodox Christianity through the whole world and were a moral preserving force amongst all the nations is because they did not allow Jews to take big positions in their society that kept them in check.
So that is a very, very powerful historical fact.
So you know, this is these are all positive developments, and we just need to keep up the you know the good work and you know, just hang in there because you know the awakening has started, and now people are taking it one step further.
It's not just oh, let's expose a new old daughter or what it's now like let's expose who's actually behind the new world order.
Let's start naming names, you know.
Um, and also with regards to the Epstein victims, um, if I have uh a couple minutes here.
we learned about the major breaking news about you know the Epstein survivors who just announced that they're gonna release their names, right?
But we also have a list of rape victim names that apparently Donald Trump raped, okay?
And this is according to Wayne Madsen.
We all know who Wayne Madsen is from the Madsen Report.
He had come out with this back in like 2016, and he said at that time that Republicans in the Republican Party leaked to him at least five names of rape victims of Donald Trump that he himself, Trump, paid up millions of dollars to.
And we have their names, we have the amounts, we have pretty much all their information.
So, you know, that's available, folks.
That's out there.

And I just think that Trump is just acting stupid and childless.
You know, he knows that he's being exposed right now, so he's trying whatever he can.
You know, he's he's acting like King Henry VIII.
You know, he's he's he's he's acting like a big fat, spoiled dictator, and he's trying to now bully people to shut up.
But um, we're not gonna shut up, and we're just gonna keep doing what we're doing because God has called us to do this.
And you know what?
This is all for the kids.
If people if he thinks we should stop investigating Epstein because it's a hoax, I I don't think so.
Because we still haven't found out who all who are all these kids that Epstein did all these horrible things to, along with all of his cronies, okay.
And we know who his cronies are, they're all on the list.
The list is real.
The list goes back to 2008.
Back at the time, the FBI said it's real.
We have all the names, and then Alex Acosta at that time said it's real, and he says Epstein belongs to the intelligence agencies.
He admitted it, but then the case was like buried for like 10 years, and then it resurfaced in 2018.
So exactly.
Yeah, and and at the um the press, the press conference yesterday, uh, Epstein survivor Shantae Davies addresses the big elephant in the room.
She says, Why was Ghislaine Maxwell the only one held accountable when others played a role too?
Why does the government hide this from the public?
The secrecy is not protection, it's complicity.
So she she's you know, talks about the elephant in the room, right?
Why is Gislain Maxwell the only one behind bars here?
I mean, it's pretty obvious.
And same with Epstein, why was he the only one?
We know he didn't really kill himself.
And we also know that Ghislaine wasn't the only one involved in this, but she's like the fall girl.
She's she's the one that they can all place the blame on, just like Diddy, you know, in the hip it hip-hop and rap world.
Um, you know, or or Harvey Weinstein in the Hollywood world, we know that these aren't the only people that are involved in this, but they choose this one fall guy to lock up and say, see, the problem's all over with.
You know, the big bad wolf, Gislaine Maxwell is locked up.
No, we want to know who else is responsible for this, who else was involved in it.
Um, and we want full accountability for them.
But it it just seems just so elusive at this point that it's that it's ever gonna happen.
And I don't know, you know, as much as Trump tries to throw some red meat at his base and say, you know, look over here instead of here, oh, I'll do something cool, like name the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf of America instead.
So my base could just clap like trained seals and forget about Epstein.
No, we've got to keep the pressure on him.
And it's uh it's gonna be a long three and a half years if he keeps on ignoring his base.
Right, exactly.
And it was Ghislaine Maxwell herself, who back in March of 2016, said unequivocally, Trump is in the Epstein list and he's on Epstein's tapes.
Wow.
Doing you know what to kids.
She said it.
It was released to the press.
And then about I would say six, seven months later, leading up to the elections, that very same year, uh, she had her court case and it involved uh Virginia Jewfrey Roberts.
Yeah.
And in that case, she also changes her position and she starts vouching for Trump, saying, Yeah, Trump didn't have anything to do with Epstein.
Okay.
Uh, And so on and so forth.
So when she gave that testimony at that time, I believe that she was probably desperate to get out of prison.
She wanted a curry favor with Trump, right?
Now, bear in mind she and her whole family up until that point had known Trump for many years.
Trump has been photographed with her father, was photographed with their father back in the 1980s, schmoosing it up with him, parting, parting with uh Robert Maxwell.
And we all know who Robert Maxwell is by now.
But at that time, this is right around September, October of 2016, because Elaine Maxwell says, Yeah, Trump didn't have anything to do with Epstein.
And because of her testimony, Trump was never subpoenaed and he was never basically charged with anything.
If he had been, he might not have ever gone into the White House at that time.
And that is 100% verified with court documents.
Epstein's own brother, okay, I forgot his first name, but he came out last year, right before the election.
He said, Jeffrey Epstein told me before he died, died.
I don't think he really died.
I don't even think he committed suicide.
I think he's still full of it.
I think he might be still alive too, living in a cave somewhere in an island.
Well, there's reports that his bank accounts still have activity.
There's videos on YouTube and everywhere else where we see him at his house over there in his island there in Little St. James.
I mean, give me a break.
So but his own brother said a year ago that Jeffrey Epstein told me in 2018, my brother, that if the world knew all the details about Trump and Hillary's dirty laundry, neither one of them would have been candidate for the presidency.
That you know, that's what his brother said last year.
Okay, I don't know much credibility uh Jeffrey Epstein's brother ha has, but you know, that's that's kind of you know, kind of uh revealing.
And I'll tell you why, because I kind of believe him.
Why do I believe him?
Because there's lots of reports that Donald Trump actually had of falling out with Jeffrey Epstein over money over girls over property.
And so that's the reason why Trump, right around 2015, 16, he started to out Jeffrey Epstein.
And that's the reason why Jeffrey Epstein was like indicted at that time.
And uh his whole case, you know, started to basically snowball at that time and so on and so forth, because there's reports that Trump actually outed him.
Bear in mind though, up until that point, Trump knew about Epstein.
Trump knew about his scandals, Trump knew what he was doing to kids, yet Trump never said anything.
Therefore, Trump used Jeffrey Epstein basically for his own purposes and he took revenge on him, okay.
But in reality, Trump's in on it too.
Yeah.
So those are all, you know, a few tidbits there for for you know, food for thought.
Absolutely.
Well, I think you know, they wanted the the left wanted to destroy Trump's presidency so bad or prevent him from becoming president.
You would think, on the one hand, if he was very involved with Epstein or on that island, you know, they would just put that out there.
And then yeah, he would lose his base, he would lose his support.
But the fact that they didn't tell me, okay, maybe he either wasn't on, you know, on the island or involved in the pedophilia stuff, or it's just because all the, you know, pretty much every world leader, Obama Clintons, everyone on the left, they're all implicated too.
So it's kind of like a club that I think everyone kind of becomes involved in the pedophilia stuff or in Epstein stuff before they can get to that next level of power, before they can become a world leader.
Because then everyone's got blackmail on everybody else, and no, and everybody can essentially be controlled.
Yeah, I mean, this is what the secret societies basically force all their members to be involved in.
And it's disgusting, and I hate to talk about it.
You know, I you know, I'm sorry to have to mention all these things, ladies and gentlemen, but this is reality.
These are the people that control our world, and they they suck off the blood of children and so on and so forth.
And, you know, this is all coming out now.
This is all becoming mainstream on the internet, on Twitter, amongst the truther movement, and so on and so forth.
Um, you know, so this is stuff that you know we have to continue to study and get out there, but the truth is coming out.
And so we're we're happy now that people are waking up.
Um, you know, we just we just need to hang in there and uh take it a step further, little by little.
So yeah.
and don't let Trump off the hook.
You know, I think more and more of his base are waking up.
And just because Trump says this person is evil, and then all the base goes, okay, well, Thomas Massey must be evil.
If Trump is saying that, you know, we got to unseat him.
And then they just rally behind whatever he says, whatever he does.
They always think it's 5D chess.
And I think less and less of his base are doing that.
You know, they're not just eating up everything he says more.
Um, start to second guess that now.
For those of you who still believe in this 5D chess and trust the planned stuff, you got to think at this point, maybe everyone who Trump says is bad might actually be the good ones, might be actually the only ones that are still fighting for we the people.
And everybody else uh who he endorses, like Lindsey Graham, etc.
Randy Fine, those are the ones that we need to watch out for.
I think at this point, maybe everything Trump says is actually the opposite of what's really good for we the people.
Um, I'll tell you one thing.
Uh Trump for years has been very candid about his um sexuality and all his relationships.
And I don't understand how any Christian voter could take this philanderer to say the least seriously.
Okay.
When he talked he was on CNN with Billy Bush, George Bush's, you know, cousin, talking about doing things to women.
I mean, come on, folks.

All right, well, for those of you like myself who don't like vaccines and who don't want to be forced to vaccinate ourselves or our children at such young ages, then this is exciting breaking news for you.
Today, Florida, uh, Rhonda Santis and their surgeon general Joseph Latipo announced that they are going to be ending all vaccine mandates all across the state of Florida.
That's pretty amazing.
And he said this.
He said that pediatricians will never be able to bully or not see a patient or child again because they don't want to have a vaccine.
And this has been happening for far too long, where pediatricians will say, um, I can't see you.
You know, you're not allowed to go to our doctors uh to go to our uh medical providers if you're not fully vaccinated.
And it can take someone a long time to find a doctor who's okay um if they're vaccine free.
And the same thing with schools.
So why this matters is obviously this is uh this is gonna hopefully set off a wave of other states doing the same thing.
Um, the state already leads the Southwest in non-medical vaccine exemptions among kindergartens, kindergartners, which is pretty cool.
And the rollback could mean fewer schools and fewer school children are inoculated against these viruses.
And we already know we've talked at uh length about how so many of these viruses are actually not as deadly or deadly at all as what they say they are.
Um state statues currently require school children to get immune immunized against seven illnesses polio, diphtheria, measles, whipping cough, mumps, and tetanus.
So this is big breaking news.

But um what I'm most excited about is an announcement that we're going to make that we're making now, which is that the Florida Department of Health in partnership with the governor is going to be working to end all vaccine mandates in Florida law.

So I fully agree with that statement.
But let's bring on our resident doctor, Dr. Sherwood of Sherwood.tv slash shots to weigh in on this groundbreaking decision to end vaccine mandates in the state of Florida.

How are you doing?

And it's good to be as always.
And that's great news, I believe.

Well, I know so.
Um, so what did you think to begin with about vaccine mandates, you know, in schools and with pediatricians saying you have to be up to date with your immunizations, you're 82 of them or whatever, before we can see you, and you have to be up to date before you can enter into a school system.
Well, I never thought it was proper.
Uh, just my opinion only.
I thought that the parents really have the authority to decide what goes into their children's bodies.
I've always thought that.
I thought that's responsibility and opportunity God gives us.
And so from the standpoint of whose responsibility, I think it's the parents.
Having said that as well, I've never believed it's the government or state government for that matter to tell us what to do.
It should be people's choice.
And so from a doctor's standpoint, it we should never bully coerce or manipulate anyone into doing something we don't want to.
Uh doctors need to keep in mind that we work for the patient, not the other way around.
Uh, and I think it's about a partnership, it's about a community, it's about teamwork, and a doctor's job is to give them information and give them the fully informed opportunity to have a fully informed consent on whatever direction they can go.
And notice, I think people need to know that Florida did not outlaw vaccines.
They didn't say that.
Right.
You can still do that.
So they're gonna see a spin on this, you know, they're gonna put the old spin on it to say you they're outlawing vaccines.
That's not what it said.
Right.
They're just saying it's not gonna be forced.
And that decision, I wholeheartedly support.
Absolutely.
Um, it's and especially because doctors, a lot of doctors, I believe that they have to make a quota and they get incentives, financial incentives, and bonuses with the more children that they vaccinate or fully vaccinate in their pediatricians' offices.
And I think that's just uh, you know, that's so unethical.
It's uh so inhumane, the fact that they're making money getting rich off of pushing these vaccines onto children.
Yeah, and a lot of that uh just to kind of explain the way that works in a lot of systems, and I can't speak for every uh business out there, but they a lot of businesses were given uh government grants, you know, from our government again to and hospitals are given those things to as incentivization to do certain things.
Now we know about COVID with the uh ventilators, etc.
and we know about um the vaccines as well during that time.
So there are these are received by the corporate structure or the hospital structures, the corporate structures of these doctors' offices.
They they typically don't go into the doctor's pockets as bonuses, but there is a lot of pressure put on those doctors because their job is to uh please their employers.
So it it really is a quandary there for people, but I hope that the uh the other states exactly mimic what Florida is doing.
I think Governor DeSantis and Dr. Ladapoe there have done an outstanding job of giving people frankly what I believe is simply put the American dreams, American rights.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, it's pretty pretty much is the most free state in all of the country right now, and I'm glad that they're they're leading the way, especially with health freedom.
Totally.
They did a good job.
Yeah, so interestingly enough, so you would we would hope that some other states might follow suit and look at this as a great example, but not all states.
Check this out.
The blue states are going to form a new block to make sure that their children are fully vaccinated no matter what, that their autism, they're they get their autism, they get their heart problems.
Um the red states are gonna halt the job mandates and restore decision power to parents, but the blue states say this.
This is the from the governors of Oregon, Washington, and California.
They said this week that they're gonna form a coalition to establish their own vaccine and immunization recommendations.
Um these three democratic governors said that they need to make sure that their state is protected by science, not politics, in response to what they called the Trump administration's dismantling of the CDC.
So, what do you think about you know, no matter what, even though we know what the science is, they're basically going to form their own coalition with their own immunization rules and calling that science.
Well, I I think science is something that's a self-correcting philosophy, and that's where it's not science is subjective at this point too.
It's not concrete, it never was.
The whole scientific thought process is a is a self-correct one, meaning that what is what we believe to be true in science now, we should be as scientific thinkers trying to poke holes in what we think we know, and then what we think we have left is science for now.
And so it forms new hypothesis all the time to why it might not be true.
And so all that said, science is a moving target.
And so I find it the irony of this is that the way this is lining out right now, it's really going back to a constitutional amendment, which is the 10th Amendment, which says the states have supremacy over the federal government in areas not specifically granted to the federal government in a nutshell.
So this is interesting.
This goes back to probably the original founders' intent of each state having its own governorslash president and legislature that makes their own sort of rules that are can be constitutional but be different, giving you the ability to live within these different countries as you choose.
So I I think this is the irony behind this is pretty funny.
But I hope that people that want to have those type of rules go to those states, and the people that don't want to have those rules can go to other states.
Yeah, exactly.
Don't California my Florida.
Don't don't Oregon my Texas, you know.
They they if they want to do all that, great, but stay in your own state and then don't move to another state that's more free and then protest.
Yeah, and the interesting thing about this is what is this due to the concept of interstate commerce, you know.
So that's gonna be a fascinating twist of this to see what happens uh going forward as these states become more uh what apparently is uh as a segregation type of concept.
True.
True, and a lot of major companies are leaving those states.
So speak uh speaking about health freedom and getting ourselves healthy, let's talk about this.
So uh RFK Jr., he has teamed up with Pete Heggseth and a group of Marines to kick off his new fitness tour, urging Americans to get back in shape and get fit.
He said that um Big Pete and Bobby challenge, we are gonna do f uh uh sit-ups and push-ups in one day.
60 pull-ups, uh, sorry, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, and under and try to get you under five minutes.
He says that this is the beginning of the tour, challenging Americans to get back in shape.
I think this is pretty cool.
And obviously, RFK uh, you know, he looks like he's got the body of like a 25-year-old.
This is like a builder.
So it's great that he's spearheading this get in shape challenge for Americans.

All right, but you would think this would be great.
You'd think this be universally accepted and cheered on by Americans, especially when we have a major obesity problem and all sorts of health epidemics in America, but the left is losing their mind over this.
They say that this is terrible, you know, that he shouldn't be encouraging Americans to work out so much and sprake a sweat so much.
Um check out this video of a leftist leading a bunch of other leftists saying that this push-up challenge, this fitness challenge needs to go.
Recent reporting proves push-ups are unhealthy.
Make America healthy again.
It's fascism.
Push-ups are fascism.
And now, even worse, the New York Times wrote a big story about this, and they said that look, uh push-ups, doing so many push-ups, doing doing this great fitness challenge.
What could possibly go wrong?
And there's this whole story and a whole bunch of other leftists and media talking heads chiming in, trying to poa into RFK's fitness challenge, urging Americans to get fit.
I can't even believe this.
You can't even make so Dr. Sherwood, let's weigh in on this.
What do you think, first of all, of RFK's fitness and push-up challenge, urging Americans to get in better shape?
I think it's great.
Um, I think the next step is to have an oval office workout.
I think broadcast nationwide, maybe once a month.
That would be inspiring.
With him and Trump.
Yeah, I think Vance in there as well.
And yeah, like a lot of people in there.
Yeah, our health in America is it's just worse it's ever been in the history of mankind's existence.
And uh, and I commend those guys.
Now, again, not everybody can do 50 push-ups or 50 push-ups and or 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups in under five minutes.
I get that.
But the bottom line is they're doing something and they can.
So I think this should be commended by the right, the left, the up and down, whatever you want to call it, because it's good for Americans to move more, sit less.
Yeah, we talk about this a lot.
Move more, sit less, don't be sedentary, and address the fact that you know, we are we have an obesity epidemic.
We have a host of different health problems, diabetes, um, you know, heart, uh, heart disease, cancers, And most of it stems from poor health and diet.
You talk about this all the time.
So how could they possibly poke holes in this?
How can they possibly say that something's not wrong?
Uh that something's wrong with us getting fit.
And somehow they do.
This New York Times article says 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups in under 10 minutes.
What could possibly go wrong?
Fitness experts weigh in on jumping into a difficult routine, suggested by RFK.
So what do you think about that?
These fitness experts that are weighing in saying it's not good for us to just jump right into a difficult fitness routine.
Well, from a person who does exercise and can do that with not much problems, I can tell you that.
Um, jumping into something going from zero to you know a hundred miles an hour is is obviously you got to exercise some caution.
So I wouldn't say to people out there everywhere, that's just wisdom.
I hope that was taken out of context, which if it was, I wouldn't be surprised anyway.
But the bottom line is if you're if you're not doing any push-ups, you're not going to be able to do 50 or 100.
So start somewhere.
You might, and a lot of people out there can't do one single pull-up.
That's the truth.
Right.
I I think that start somewhere as the right thing to look at them as something of a negative wrong thing, and uh be happy for them.
If the person out there is complaining about it and and you can't do that, then do one.
Do two, do 10.
And I would salute you just as much, you know, because it is about the effort we put in every day to make ourselves better in the physical realm.
And so I I think that just shows you people's immaturity and probably jealousy of attention because RFK and Pete Heggseth are going to get some attention for this.
And it's mostly going to be positive by a majority of people, and it's going to grow their popularity.
And whether the right or left likes that, that's okay.
If you don't like it, get out there and do it with them, and you'll probably get some popularity as well.
And I encourage the Democrats, this would be great for unity.
Put the politics aside and join together in health.
Yeah.
Put the red and blue aside and join together in unity for the good of mankind, the good of Americans.
And this is our health.
So I I think this is an opportunity for people to go out there that are not part of the red team and and they're a blue team member.
And get out there with RFK and get out there with Pete and go do it with them.
Yeah.
Or do something.
You know, I hope that he also talks about some things that are a little more achievable too for the average person who hasn't been working out very much usually.
So you, um what sort of sort of things do you advise your patients on if they have been pretty sedentary, they're kind of overweight, they have been out of shape, and they want to start back into a fitness routine.
Um, kind of, you know, how do you kind of ease them into it to go from uh you know, all it doesn't have to be all or nothing, it could be starting some and then gaining more every week.
Well, I would not recommend they do 100 push-ups and 50 pull-ups.
That is a lot.
Yeah, I don't know if most people can do that.
And they they could, I mean, really, to kind of give the fitness expert, whoever that was, a little bit of credit in a in a you know, honest way.
They people could get hurt, you know, if you're not ready for that.
So you want to train for that.
But I start people out with just walking.
I say, just walk around the block.
And if you can't do one push-up, do one on your knees, you know.
And if you can't do a pull-up, which a lot of people can't, they have shoulder issues and all that stuff.
And so I I say, well, just um get on the floor and do a plank or something like that.
Do a full body squat, you know, and when you're out there walking, stop every one, you know, one minute of walking and do two push-ups, two squats, and maybe a 30-second plank.
And I'll start people right there and then maybe move them progressively into utilizing bands, you know, bands exercises, and maybe into a gym at some point with uh not free weights, but probably machine weights first and kind of progress in them in that way.
Okay, cool.
So start with walking, you know, 20 minutes around your neighborhood every day.
Um put down the McDonald's, right?
Like do 20 jumping jacks, things that are just more tangible and achievable, and then you know, starting the process of them getting moving.
Yeah, it don't you you you want to start with what I consider failure-proof goals.
You know, start the goals so small you can't blow it.
And I always say maybe 50 minutes of activity per week.
And if you can do that, that.
You know, you're talking 10 minutes for five days, and anything above that's a bonus.
So going from zero to something is a win.
I mean, sometimes a victory is getting people to put on tennis shoes and walk to the mailbox and back twice.
And it truly is a remarkable achievement for some people.
For other people, it might be walking two miles without stopping.
It might be jogging one mile without stopping.
There's various goals for where you are on your health journey, but there's always something that every person can do in a positive way regarding uh a physical fitness or physical activity.
Absolutely.
And you know, we've been talking about this a lot for the last couple weeks, but that gold reset detox plan to get you in your best shape possible and to move your body, you know, shed yourself of unwanted toxins and pounds and fat.
It like that's a great way to jumpstart this process.
