| Well, you have NASA, all right, it's not just me sorry you have NASA saying that even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds could change the climate more than the anticipated changes caused by greenhouse gases other greenhouse gases because water vapor is a condensed uh uh clouds are condensed water vapor human-produced aerosols or other factors associated with global change now um this is in their document, | |
| the importance of understanding clouds, if you want to fact check me. | |

| So if even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds could change the climate more than the anticipated changes caused by greenhouse gases, human-produced aerosols, or other factors associated with global change, why are we making such a big stink about CO2? | |
| Especially, why are we saying, oh, those contrails are just water vapor? | |
| So this leads to, well, what what anthropogenic, what man-made drivers of water vapor are there? | |
| And here we have jet cirrus, the contrails that fan out and form artificial clouds that are not just water vapor, but water vapor that forms on metallic jet exhaust, dirty soot, and exhaust condensation nuclei. | |

| And then you have aerosols, and then you have microwaves, which we can see here. | |
| They call it gravity waves, but we know they're not gravity waves. | |
| They're chemically induced gravity waves, especially when we see them stationary and not drifting with the clouds. | |

| So when these bloom, you're not going to have rain. | |
| If there's a cloud going up into it, like over here, you see this storm. | |
| Well, I don't know how much of it you're going to see, but as it blooms, it kind of hits a wall. | |
| It breaks up. | |
| It might either totally die or it might go around it or break up and go kind of above it, but it loses its directional. | |
| intention and it gets blocked. | |
| This stops the clouds that are being led by the jet stream. | |
| Now, HAARP is a facility in the ionosphere, Keter, that navigates the ionosphere. | |
| And I've shared that before with you, the Air Force admitting that they use HAARP to manage the ionosphere, to inject energy into the ionosphere and to control it. | |

| So when it's in the inner circle, they're allowing rain in, and then if they twirl it around, if they get that rotational vortex going around, you'll have clouds coming down like you do up here, whereas you have clouds going up over here. | |

| What I would do is I would pump the blue on this side and I would pump the blue on that side, but the blue, which is the radars, along the middle, like the valley between the peaks would be low like this is low like you don't have anything going on here right i would make it low and then i would feed a beam off of one of the radars that would create a path so first of all the radars have to allow a path to go through and then they can have a | |
| beam which will attract which will create the pathway the very specific pathway to steer the eye of a hurricane And this is what I've seen, tropical storm Chantal. | |

| Do we have any Doppler or any radar on July 4th when the massacre happened in Texas? | |

| Chantal was a tropical storm that happened during the Texas flood, like the day after the Texas flood, 4th of July. | |

| And that went right into Doppler radar by the eye, just like all these storms I've been capturing for decades, not decades, for, I'm not that old, for nearly a decade, but I've been tracking them going back to Katrina and that goes back decades. | |
| And that was like five Doppler radars in a row for Katrina. | |
| So you could see there's a negative beam if you've really. | |
| focused in on it and had a big screen you could see negative beam that aligns that that the storm is going into and the eye goes into that and goes into the radar just like Hurricane Milton, like every hurricane, except the very last one, which was Raphael last year that stayed out at sea. | |
| And I'm going to talk about how they're steering them at sea, how I believe they're steering them at sea besides radar, like those giant SBX at sea radars that some people have known about. | |
| This is Milton making landfall in 2025. | |
| And you could see the radars making a beeline. | |
| The eye is going into the radar, making a beeline for the radar by the eye. | |
| And I have years of this. | |
| This is a statistical impossibility. | |
| Even ChatGPT agrees with me. | |
| Now let's do some radar analysis for the days leading up to the Texas flood here. | |
| You have these radars are going to bloom. | |
| See? | |
| And then when that blooms, that slows down the storm and creates a wall for it. | |
| Even though you had the company CEO of Rainmaker, Dereco, that was saying, yeah, I was cloud seeding in Texas before and, you know, just a little bit to the east, a little bit to the west, but I wasn't cloud seeding right there. | |
| Well, there's downwind effects to cloud seeding. | |
| And granted, cloud seeding alone cannot give all that water vapor that we've seen. | |
| If you look at Weather War 101's work, I interviewed him. | |
| It's called the Weather War 101 interview. | |
| He talks about how power plants infuse massive amounts of water vapor into the atmosphere. | |
| Now, keeping in mind that water vapor is what drives climate, these are not. | |
| inconsequential, right? | |
| And plus, I just recently learned, and I have this in one of my videos, that they add chemicals to increase the opacity of water vapor coming out of power plants. | |
| And so for Harvey, we know that there were, when these power plants were being tracked by Weather War 101 before he went offline, that they are, when I went to the American Meteorological Society conference, they didn't know where all that water vapor came from. | |
| But Weather War 101 showed it came from power plants. | |
| So these power plants infuse massive amount of hyper-localized water vapor. | |
| Then they come with the cloud seeding, right? | |
| Like companies like Rainmaker and other companies. | |
| That's just one that's public. | |
| I think he's partial scapegoat. | |
| They have cloud seeding projects on the Gulf shore. | |
| The whole Gulf coast had cloud seeding with a company Rainmaker as well. | |

| Then you have balloons that also do aerosol dispersals. | |

| end when you look at the scientific literature it just does not end so you have to put it together because they won't put it together for you but it's all there it's absolutely all there and so um i believe just like HARP is an ionosphere heater, right? | |
| We have the Air Force saying that they use HARP to inject energy into the ionosphere so that they can control it. | |
| controls the jet stream there's other uses for harp like you know like scanning what's underground for minerals or whatnot mind control frequencies when you add all | |
| Like they can't really create anger if you're determined not to, although they can kind of do it, but you can control it, I believe. | |

| Beams also, the literature states, the scientific literature states that beams should not be pointed in a fixed direction for extended periods due to potential environmental or electromagnetic effects. | |
| Yet we're seeing beams fixated on the hurricane at landfall. | |

| Some documents allude to environmental disturbances, a phrase that becomes much more meaningful in the context of high-powered radar interacted with moisture-laden air, aerosolized conductive materials like aluminum and barium, electrified storm systems. | |
| Why this warning matters? | |
| Beam locking and pulling efforts. | |
| In storm relative velocity mode, radar can produce clear inbound, outbound motion readings even when there is no physical wind because the radar is pulling signal reflections towards it, especially when the beam is fixed. | |
| This can mimic or induce artificial rotation signatures, false inflow-outflow zones, apparent storm attraction on the radar site. | |
| If the radar is left on that mode and aimed at the same segment of a storm, it's theoretically interacting with and influencing the storm structure. | |
