	And what I want to talk about today is law fair because I was one of the first people in the country to get arrested for not covering my face, you know, because I will never, ever put a mask on this face because I believe it's spitting the image of God.

	And I got arrested for not wearing a mask.
	And then I got arrested again because I would not put a mas mask on to go to court and they arrested me for failure to appear, even though I was there.
	But then because I was arrested and had handcuffs, they were then able to take me through court to take me to jail.
	And then I was arrested again when I went back to Hoe Foods, Jeff Bletso, and because my counsel told me, since my case had been appealed, that my case, my order was null and void until they went through the appellate process.
	And I went down to the Mountain Brook Police Department and told them this.
	And I went down to the Sheriff's Office and told them this.
	And I went and talked to Jay Loggins personally, the head of the Mount Brook Police Department.
	And he said, Mr. Key, if they call us, it doesn't matter.
	If they don't like the shirt that you have on, they can have you arrested for trespassing.
	And I'm like, Jay, please God, do you not know some law?
	I mean, have they not taught you guys anything?
	I mean, that is discrimination at its nth degree.
	But again, I was arrested again, and I was supposed to have court.
	Yesterday, I think.
	What's today?
	No, it was last week.
	I was supposed to have court last Wednesday.
	And then now, I got arrested again because I called a woman a lip tart because this woman.
	had my two neighbors that have two homes that have a pension and retirement and social security, had them deemed by a medical doctor to have possibly Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.
	And now since they don't have family, they've been put into a prison, basically, which they call an elderly facility, where they own two homes.
	And now they're paying thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars to live in these old folks' homes and for twenty four seven care when they own two homes that they could have a butler, a maid, two full-time nurses.
	But no, the government now has taken over all their assets.
	And they have condemned there and I couldn't even go talk to them.
	I got threatened by the police for talking to them.
	And then when I was back home in Birmingham, my next door neighbor, Uncle Clifford, they're trying to do the same thing to him.
	I recorded the lady and I called her a lip tart.
	And because I called her a lip tart, the officer told me that if she heard me say that and it hurt her feelings, I could be arrested.
	I said, do what?
	I said, that is freedom of speech, dude.
	He said, no.
	He said, I'm going to give you a warning.
	And then I found out six days later there was a warrant for my arrest.
	And I've got that case in December 11.
	So what I want to go over today with counsel is.
	is to help you guys truly understand that we're in a evil system.
	We're supposed to be in, I believe, and hopefully he'll correct me, is a constitutional republic, but we're in a democracy.
	And everybody thinks a democracy is great.
	Well, a democracy is when 51% of the lions rule over 49% of the sheep.
	That is not freedom.
	And I want my counselor to go in and really help you guys comprehend this because this lawfare is warfare.
	And the English language has so been corrupt.

	Today I'm going to bring a very good friend of mine on and he's going to talk about God's law and real law.
	And at the moment, because of the things he's talking about.
	about he does not want to be identified because, you know, one of the things with this is there's many people that I know that have ended up dead because they talked about God's law and they talked about helping God's people.
	And people tell you that's a conspiracy.
	It's not.
	I have two very good friends that are both that I knew personally that ended up dead, Aaron Russo and Lynn Kinney.
	And right now he's not going to identify himself not because he's scared because like me, he fears no man.
	He fears not Satan., but I believe for the time being it's best to keep my counsel in the distance to really talk about this.
	And what we're trying to do is put together Keys to Life University where we teach you how to be your own doctor, but most importantly, your own lawyer, so that you can represent yourself via Pro Se, and he'll talk more about that on how the law is supposed to work and how these court orders are completely unconstitutional.
	They're completely illegal.
	I've got a court order here in my great state of Alabama.
	We're in Pigeon Forest, Tennessee right now, but in my great state of Alabama, where I can't have anything to do with health., wellness and pain management for life.

	Okay, the the constitution says you have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
	But my undergraduate degree is in kinesiology and exercise physiology and I have a court order for life.
	I was told it's for ten years, but my attorney who was back whatever allowed them and he said he didn't, but he said they whatever, but he but in the order because they just fined me another six million dollars seventeen months ago now and that case we found out that my court order is for life.
	I mean, how's that anywhere close to constitutional?
	So, counsel, will you go in real quick and let's start with the law.
	There's a book that I ordered because of you that really, I think everyone should order this book because it has so much wealth of knowledge there.
	And I'm going to try to get down to where did this fellow live again?
	Well, let's start with Frederick Bastiat wrote a book called The Law.
	The Law, okay.
	He lived between 1801 and 1850 in France.
	Okay.
	And This book, I heard an interview with G. Edward Griffin, and he was asked, have you ever read a book that had a great influence on your life?
	And he mentioned two books, but he hesitated before the second one, so I'm sort of thinking this first one is important, and it is The Law by Frederick Bastia.
	So with my great respect for G. Edward, I called immediately and got the book.
	And it is so underlined, and I've read it like fifty times.
	And it's one of those books that you can put your finger on, just open it up, put your finger down, and you can do a complete discussion for three days on every book.
	So what I thought I would do here is to talk about what his definition of the law, because he says what then is the law?
	It is the collective organization of the individual right to lawful defense.
	Well, that's a little hard to get your arms around, but it's important the next sentence is important.
	Each of us has a natural right from God to defend his person, his liberty, and his property.
	Well, if every person has a right to defend even by force, his person, his liberty, and his property, then it follows.
	that a group of men have the right to organize and support a common force to protect these rights constantly.
	That's the principle of collective right.
	Its reason for existence, existing, its lawfulness is based on individual right.
	What has happened, and we all have seen it around us, is that the adversary of God has basically captured the agent by utilization of agents, the law and the implementation of law.
	because it's really not law.
	The way that it's been done in the hierarchy of law, it is utilizing statutes, codes, and ordinances, which are man made.
	And the problem with this, there's a maximum law, maximum of law that puts this in perspective.
	If a man grant that which is not his, the grant is void.
	Statutes, codes, and ordinances are presumptive in nature.
	They are Roman law in action with presumptions of power in individuals to be able to delegate authority to other individuals when that is impossible.
	You can't do that.
	But we live in a society where we have accepted that because that forceful usurpation of authority is actually it is under the fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution Section three, it is insurrection and rebellion against the Constitution.
	Well, if you look at that in its analysis by lawyers these days.
	I was forwarded a small case about it.
	Someone was writing to say, no, this is how we need to look at that.
	I went to the summary and it said, yes, treason, because that's the equated verb.
	It's a created word.
	Is insurrection and rebellion against, and I remember I just said the constitution, it's got two more words in there called the state.
	Well, the state is exactly what has been empowered by man himself.
	So in other words, the state is created and it gives itself power, which means it doesn't have any power.
	I love to refer to Romans thirteen one, which basically says all power is in God.
	And if all power is in God, all means all.
	So the hierarchy of law has five different levels.
	Everything has to go with has to start with the laws of nature and nature's God.
	That is how everything was formed.
	And anything below that on this thing is an upside down pyramid.
	Anything below it has to line up with that which is above.
	So rights, rightsights, have to line up with the laws of nature and nature's guide.
	Then you have maxims of law that have been added to our culture for probably well, 250 years.
	The maxims have to line up with the rights, have to line up with the laws of nature and nature's guide.
	Then you get down to constitutions, which is man's effort.
	Only in the United States of America did we have a constitution and then we had we had state constitutions.
	What has happened though is that many of those constitutions are not being literally interpreted in what we see in society because of the statutes which have usurped the provisions of the constitutions.
	You even see when the national constitution guarantees, let's say, someone who is going to be charged with a crime that could have jail time.
	You have to be indicted by a grand jury.
	But if you look at the law in Florida, for instance, it says it could be indicted by a grand jury or by an information from a prosecutor.
	Well, Florida, when they passed that, it was void the minute it was there.
	There's a famous case, Marbury v.
	Madison, about eighteen oh three, I believe.
	And in that case, and it happened to be, it happened to be executive power versus When that in Alabama?
	Did that happen in Alabama or now?
	No, that's a national case because this was the president and I think the Secretary of State.
	Okay.
	And it involved a justice of the peace.
	And it was all about the empowerment.
	Because when we at that time, we had peace officers.
	Peace officers.
	That's all they really were.
	Their job as a police officer was to keep the peace.
	Our police officers now are to collect taxation.
	I mean, anyway.
	Yeah, well, that's where we really got off the track because we had police officers that were assigned the responsibility of taking care of the individual rights of the people in their community.
	And so when you look at the law of arrest, the very first cases from the early 1800s, it talked to this is a valid arrest is when an officer or a private citizen stops a felony or a dangerous situation where a victim is about to be hurt by someone, they stop it.
	That's arrest.
	They stop it.
	And that's it.
	There's no detention, nothing.
	Everything that has been created since then has extended the power of the state to decide what is okay for an arrest.
	Well, none of it's okay.
	They're all void.
	Every arrest that's ever been made that was not circumstantially similar or exactly what I was just talking about is not a valid arrest.
	That is an invalid arrest, which means every person that has been taken into custody in that circumstance has been kidnapped.
	And then when they're detained, that's a continuation of the kidnapping.
	So what we don't go more into detail on that because that right there is blowing everybody's mind.
	You're saying every arrest that's taken place is kidnapping.
	How have they been able to get away with that?
	Well, it is, it is, go back to the word usurpation of the third edition.
	This is where you have to comprehend the English language because, and this is where you need a Black Laws dictionary to go back and truly see what all these, these, these, these, but if you, you really need to take a Black Laws dictionary, if you go back, you need to go, I've been trained about this, to the fourth edition.
	Fourth edition.
	Because the fifth edition, they started to change reality.
	I'm going to parallel it again to Romans, where it used to be God has all power.
	And then those who translate King James decided to put the word authority in there.
	And then all they had to do was work on the word authority and grant authority to not only God but to man.
	And then you begin to go from there.
	That's how it all began.
	And it's the same thing with the rest.
	It's the same thing with all of those words.
	Let me go into that real quick.
	Yeah, yeah, yeah.
	Real quick, because again, what people don't comprehend is you the individual, not your straw man, but you the living, breathing Christopher Key, the living breathing man, has all power.
	When I truly go in as Christopher Key the Living Man.
	The judge stands under me because he has been given a title that we created.
	He is lesser than me.
	And that's what people don't comprehend is the man is the ultimate authority, but then we empowered the judges and the sheriffs and all these other people.
	And this is where we have to go back to be the living, breathing man.
	Am I wrong in saying that?
	Well, we do.
	That's exactly right.
	The problem is that we have a system where we're not treating everyone like the man.
	Because sadly, we were so to the state by our birth certificateate.
	And this is by her mom.
	By her mom.
	She didn't know, you know, so it was unknowing, so that can be reversed.
	And that becomes really complicated and becomes really, you know, really strange.
	And this is why I want to try to keep it as simple as possible, so you don't have to get into all this, you know, you're not a sovereign citizen.
	Anyone out there that thinks you're a sovereign citizen, you're not right, because you can't be sovereign and you can't be a citizen.
	That's an oxymoron.
	And this is where the state has gone after all these sovereign citizens.
	And this is where the one big case where the man and son ended up killing these officers, which I don't believe happened.
	I believe that whole thing was a setup because the sovereign citizen movement was getting so much traction.
	So please don't tell you, say you're a sovereign citizen, okay?
	Before you go on, can you go real quick into Washington, DC?
	How Washington, DC is its own nation?
	I'm probably not the person to take you down there.
	Okay, okay, so go ahead, but what you were talking about then, let's go back to God's Law.
	Well, it's just not part of the United States.
	It comes out of District of Columbia.
	It comes out of the Vatican over to England, over to London, and there, three different spots.
	Yeah, that's, and that's enough to know effectively is that when guys on January 6 went there, they weren't in the United States, so they were, you know, taken in as political prisoners.
	And that's why they were able to do that and say what they wanted.
	And say it was an insurrection.
	How do you say that's an insurrection?
	I mean, that just it bugs my mind.
	I mean, it just hurts my head.
	So we're redefining that insurrection word.
	We're redefining it.
	And we're having groups of people, and you just mentioned an important one.
	They have adopted the word sovereign citizen, which is that's not anything.
	We are sovereign to God.
	Individuals, just sovereign individuals.
	And the adaptation of that is nothing more than something to give judges, something to give legislature.
	Authority over you.
	Something to give executives so that they can interpret an individual and make them someone who is processing insurrection or rebellion against, remember I said, the state.
	Then they make you that and then they get after you.
	Well, it doesn't say the state in the constitution which raises the question, are we really traveling under the constitution of the United States of America as it was done in 1787 and in the Bill of Rights of 1791 or did we switch?
	And that's a very important aspect.
	And many of the people who are in the statute and code world being judges who do not have the ability to judge.
	They are administrators.
	It is called the administrative state.
	They don't have the power to even enter an order.
	Yet they do enter orders, which means that we are stepping into their jurisdiction.
	You mentioned jurisdiction a bit ago.
	Everything that is going on right now depends on one thing, consent.
	And everyone can make the decision not to consent to that which is happening to them or they think it's happening.
	It's a very difficult thing to process because we often think that if we don't do something, something will happen to us.
	And if that is the case, in my view, the person is doing anything to you.
	We have to always remember it's always people.
	It's never a they.
	That person has not been empowered to do anything as to you.
	That person.
	I think we messed it up a little bit in the Fourth Amendment.
	The founders messed it up when they said that you could arrest somebody on probable cause.
	Well, that's great.
	But what we didn't do is we only granted power to one individual in the Constitution of the United States of America, and that was the president.
	It was very explicit.
	And that's one of the first maxims of law.
	that if it doesn't say it there, you don't have the power to do it.
	It's like Article 1, section 8 of the Constitution gives power to the legislature, to the Congress, what they can do.
	There are eighteen things there, eighteen matters there that they can do.
	The Congress of the United States is restricted, limited to that which is mentioned in Article 1, section 8.
	But the reality of it is we have had states that have gone out and made legislation.
	And in my view, if you're utilizing the Constitution of the United States of America, all of it's void because man cannot go make laws about man.
	But they can make a constitution, and that's why the most important part of each of the various states' constitutions is their Declaration of Rights.
	That's where you find the law in a particular state.
	And there again, like I said earlier, you can find things where it's been changed and it's not lawful.
	And then at the bottom of this thing down here, you got the constitutions and then you got the statutes, codes and ordinances.
	I may have already said that.
	So effectively, effectively in my view, most of them are void.
	They're void.
	Yet we still, we still operate under that situation.
	We got about five minutes.
	We go to commercial break.
	And I want to bring up something real quick.
	You were talking about traveling a minute ago.
	Okay.
	And this goes, this is very important for people to comprehend., not understand, but comprehend, is traveling is a privilege.
	Okay, and when I get in my car here a little while, it's a right.

	You need to comprehend the English language because this is where they're using language to cast spells on you and to put you in their jurisdiction.
	And it's so sad what is happening here.

	But there's a case that you were telling me about that you know of this man who is in jail now for, I think, 15 years because of water.

	Because one of my best friends, Dr. Robert Young, is in prison right now.
	I was at its citizen hearing, I guess it's been almost two months ago, where Dr. Robert Young, who I believe is Nicola Tessa of our time, he wrote the book, PH Miracle.
	He's published over, I think, 200 books.
	I can't even count how many peer reviewed, published papers he's published.
	One of the reasons was because of the Masterpiece.

	But they got Dr. Robert Young for practicing medicine without a license.
	And this is where they took a story that he did with Oprah Winfrey and he did with the Morning Show.

	And, you know, this is why the only thing they've been having to come after me now for is civil.
	And, and, and, and, and again, it's so important to really understand that, that, that, that, that your words are very powerful.
	And that's why, you know, I always tell people, I'm not a medical doctor.

	But why do all these people, counsel, why is it that so many people put all this faith in these men and women that openly tell you that they're practicing medicine?

	Most liens are not even valid anyway.

	A tax lien, which you always have to pay when you go to closing if title company is involved.

	The same situation with a tax evasion criminal lawsuit.

	Well, first, let's look at who the petitioner is.

	Is there any jurisdiction for the United States in any statute?

	Only if they do it, and then the judges that do it are committing a crime.

	We'll get involved with some, we'll just say some people who really wanted to take that from him and brought in the other owner of a property that was involved and forced him into a debt situation which forced him into bankruptcy and then utilized the bankruptcy trustee, the bankruptcy receiver and the bankruptcy judge to refuse an offer of twelve million dollars for the property, say no, we're not going to do it.
	And then take an offer, less than one million dollars from A company, a particular company, 72 partners is the name of the company down there.
	So what you've got is utilization of partnership of what they call government, which is the state, in this particular case, the state with business owners so that they can take this primary water, hopefully, I don't think it'll ever happen, and sell it in my understanding as they would like to sell it in the Middle East, make a lot of money.

	Well, a judge doesn't have the power to do that.
	Only a jury can make a decision about whether something is fraudulent.
	But they automatically got the sheriff to do it.
	So what happened is that the sheriff does this, takes it to the prosecutor, state attorneys.
	They file against him.
	And they're all working together.
	That's what people don't comprehend.
	When you hire a bar attorney, your attorney does not, I repeat, does not work for you.
	Even though you're paying him, he does not work for you.
	His allegiance is to the bar.
	And your loyalty is to the bar, okay?
	Please comprehend that.

	charged by an information which was not a valid information because there are several elements of a valid information and none of them are met.

	First of all, one of the things you would need to have is someone that was actually injured as you were mentioning.
	That's a very important thing, a victim.
	Okay, so the victim in this case was mentioned to be the 72 partners.
	Great.
	So they were the victim.
	Yeah, they were the victim.
	So with all this said, he is just caught up in basically a conspiracy against his rights by there were probably twenty eight co conspirators in the case, many, many of them, many judges along the way because there was one judge, I think Thomas Krug, got the case in March of 2021.
	It's been going on for three to four years.
	Yeah, he got the case and I think they said, We want to get this guy in jail.
	And he said, No, I'm not going to do it.
	Because immediately for the hearing, he was replaced by a lady named Donna Marie.
	So he was not going to put this guy in jail.
	Well, I would just assume that because he was on the case and that they took him off the case.
	He would have dropped out of the case.
	So this guy was actually one of the few judges that actually made it possible.
	But his predecessor of the office, if he meant it, would have been to stop it and not allow it to go anywhere else, which makes him a co conspirator.
	So then it went to the Donna Marie Pedar as her name.
	And I think she means well.
	Honestly, I think she means well.
	I think that she's probably being told that she better do what they tell her, you know, kill her.
	Okay, so okay, so he gets a lien and then how did he get it?
	There was no lien.
	There's never been a lien.
	There's never been a determine of fraudulent lien.
	Okay.
	And so then they tried the they ended up trying the case.
	And just in short, you can't get a trial by jury as it says in the Constitution of the United States.
	We've never had that in the United States.
	Because a jury, a trial of your, of your, it's supposed to be a trial of your peers.
	And a peer is not, and this is what people don't comprehend, it's not how many people are on the jury?
	It's twelve.
	It's not twenty people that live in your same state.
	A jury of your peers would be your friends, your actual peers.
	That's what a real jury trial was in the old days where they brought in twelve of your friends that knew you personally, Bill, the counsel, and from there that they would have your trial.
	Because those people better than anyone would know who you were.
	Well, they brought in friends.
	of 72 partner.
	And the judges, and these were people in their family and things and didn't allow strikes to occur and just basically ironed him through.
	Didn't tell the jury that if he lost that he would do jail time.
	Didn't instruct the jury that there was jail time on the deal.
	They just said, this is the number of the statute.
	And during the process, change this.
	This began as a civil court case.
	One month later, recognizing the fact that it was going to be hard to get the way, they switched it over to a criminal case.
	How do they take this from a civil case to a criminal case?
	Well, you can't.
	They just shut, they just filed it.
	in a different place.
	So the other Okay, what were the criminal charges, counsel?
	Well, the criminal just filed a fraudulent lien, Chris, which doesn't exist.
	Okay, so the charges criminally was was he filed, but he didn't file did he they filed a criminal lien against him.
	So how how did he filed a piece of paper related to the business interactions of what was going on to protect the property for the benefit of the people.
	In other words, cloud the title because any lien needs to be understood.
	If someone files a lien, you have to prove the lien is valid in order for it to perfect or attach or whatever.
	So you have to go through a lawsuit in order to get there.
	But in this instance, they determined it was fraudulent, which is impossible, and then held him responsible where he had never even moved forward on the lien.
	And, you know, I have my understanding that taking a look at the document, it wasn't even done right.
	It wasn't a lien, it wasn't any of this, but if you have someone that will prosecute something for nothing and you control the sheriffs and everybody around, you're able to do this.
	And he's been in jail for 16 months.
	Okay, hold on.
	So counsel, is there something on the books that says if you follow a lien illegally, unlawfully?
	Is there some kind of statute or code that says it's a felony too.
	They call it a felony too, which every Has anyone ever been prosecuted for this?
	Every single reference to this is void.
	You cannot make a law relative to someone filing a piece of paper, all void, void, void, being administered as if not, and it is insurrection and rebellion against the Constitution of the United States.
	And, you know, this, this, this, this individual, all these individuals have been noticed.
	They've been told about all this.
	We've read through all the documents.
	mister Gilberti has filed seven or eight lawsuits which routinely get thrown out of court.
	Court doesn't have the authority to throw anything out of court.
	Only the people, the people, the people are the government.
	So what we really is at issue here is are we really living in a society where the people run things or are we not?
	And that I think is important because this case will be now on appeal, which will force the state of Florida to make a decision about whether this has been a kidnapping by the state of Florida.
	And what I've seen historically.
	When reviewing the documents of your case is that The state always confirms itself, which means it's a conflict of interest when you appeal something of state law.
	And then if you go to the state Supreme Court, which I know I've read through the documents on your case where you were supposed to show cause, as I recall, for the damage to the state of you talking about health for fifteen million dollars, no, sixteen million dollars.
	And they filed a two hundred fifty page show cause to which I understand your counsel at that time told them that this case ended.
	All we had to do was look at the this case is over, basically, it said, which would mean that the the Attorney General, I believe at the time was Steve Marshall, who's currently Steve, yeah, he's still the Turkish Attorney General.
	We really rely on him.
	He's he's running for a Senate.
	Oh boy.
	I'd be careful there.
	He files it for a show cause, which is unlawful.
	It's the same thing.
	It's it's a insurrection against the Constitution.
	So he's basically, I don't know if you knew, I'm going to mention this at this point.
	One in one major interpretation, the interpretation of the 14th Amendment section three is that if you do anything like this, you're out.
	The founders knew we didn't need to have a process to protect criminals.
	Due process does not protect criminals.
	Due process protects people, people, people, people that have been accused.
	You got to do it right and we don't offer it in this country.
	Now, can that be considered treason and if it's treason, they should be hung, right?
	Insurrect.
	Well, they should be hung.
	If you go to my philosophy on the thing, God didn't ever mention in there that we really needed to hang anyone because there again, we give one man the right or twelve persons the right to go and decide to hang someone.
	I don't think so.
	But I do think this.
	And most of these acts that we're talking about here are civil acts.
	Okay.
	But they're determined criminal by virtue of man's decisions under common law.
	But I think we all need to understand the only real criminal acts are murder.
	And then I would add stealing, thou shalt not steal, and trespassing.
	But now the trespassing is really not a criminal act.
	It is a civil act.
	So the steal and the stealing, if you think about it, isn't either.
	But they make trespassing a criminal.
	But they make harm on someone.
	Let's just go back to the criminal.
	Let's just take those out.
	Everything should be settled in money.
	You know, that's common law.
	Settle it over twenty dollars.
	It says in the constitution.
	It goes with common law.
	This let's just go back to murders.
	That's about the only thing if you're taking someone's life that that should be before a jury to be able to convict someone for time.
	Otherwise, I just, you know, I personally feel that just take all of what they have amassed and, you know, just take all of what they have amassed.
	There's no reason to have jails and things like that except to stop people who are in the process.
	Continue to do.
	Doing stuff.
	Yes.
	Well, let me go back real quick because I was arrested twice now for infringement.
	I've been in jail twice now on trespassing and on the first case, I was given 90 days in jail and we appealed that.
	In the other case, I'm facing 90 days in jail.
	And in this new case in December 11 for calling a woman a lip tart, that's considered harassment and I'm facing 90 days in jail for that.
	That's one that I'm going to take to the Alabama Supreme Court because there's that that is freedom of speech.
	You know, I can call anyone anything I want.
	But anyway, but let's go back to because I'm still trying to wrap my head around this young man who who followed a supposedly fraudulent lien and now he's been put in jail for 15 years.
	Well, the sentence is came down two Fridays ago.
	Two Fridays ago, okay.
	And the judge sentenced him to 15 years.
	And the case will be on appeal and he'll be in there.
	But I think what is hopefully But he's in jail right now.
	He's in jail.
	He got no bond.
	He's been there for sixteen months.
	He got no bond?
	No, there's no bond on him.
	You can't you can't bond out.
	He is not, oh, you could in a normal situation he would have bonded out because let's go back to the trial.
	So he, okay, hold on, stop.
	Two weeks ago he got sentenced to 15 years, but he's been in jail now.
	He's been there for the last 16 months.
	16 months.
	But what would he get put in jail for?
	It was filing a fraudulent lien.
	And then without a trial, without a trial.
	Oh, so he was already found guilty back then?
	Where the people were not told that there would be sentencing.
	How did that happen, counsel?
	Well, let me go through that real quickly.
	The only people that can sentence are the people on the jury.
	So the matter of sentencing should have been handled at the time of the trial since it wasn't and they have not been brought before.
	He has not, still not been sentenced and every day that he's been in there has been unlawful because he had not been sentenced.
	The jury has to make the decision about what the sentencing is.
	And if they had been informed that he's going to have to go to jail, you know, according to this statute, if the judge had given proper instructions, you're here, you're looking at this case, and if he is convicted by you, he has the potential for doing, and she could look at the max up to 15 years in prison.
	We'll just say that's the max up to 15 years.
	Well, the jury would have very likely decided the case differently if they'd have known that someone was going to do 15 years.
	Any time in jail, because it's not a crime.
	If you look at what a crime is, you have to go through certain parameters, which we'll get into the book here in a minute which is you have to have certain parameters that are met in order to prove a crime.
	First thing you have to do is be able to say what the crime was and it was not done.
	It's never been done in the information.
	So, Social Counsel, just to be clear, you're telling me not one single member of the jury was told that this man could possibly face jail time.

	This is a classic example of insurrection and rebellion against the Constitution about the individual.
	They have another 18 United States Code 241 is conspiracy against rights, which if you.
	happen to conspire against someone's rights with one other person, then you subject yourselves under that beautiful statute to life in prison or to be put to death.
	Which think about that for a minute, that all of these things are like four different things, but the worst one is the insurrection and rebellion against the Constitution.

	And so is eighteen USC 241, where you do things under color of law or color of office, it subjects you to those penalties.

	And this man, these people tried to come take his property and then he filed a lien to keep them from taking the property.

	But again, the main thing is they utilized a statute that had nothing to do with the facts.

	But again, the whole thing is they were trying to take his property.
	He's trying to protect his property to keep them from taking it.
	And because of that, nobody's harmed.
	The only thing that's been harmed is this man now is sitting in prison and has been sentenced to fifteen years.

	Has this man ever been charged with a crime before?
	Does this man have family?
	No, of course he does.
	He has one son who's eighteen and another son who's twenty two.

	And, you know, it is the jud sheriff of that particular county who's responsible for the jail that's in Sarasota County, Florida.

	And other sheriffs in a couple of the surrounding counties have been notified and have at times even arrested.
	So there are many other things that they've tried to do to him during this thing, which will be better.

	Now, where's the great governor of Florida at on all this?
	Well, he has been notified by he's been notified of all these different things and he has utilized silence as you know many federal judges have been notified, many prosecutors have been notified, the FBI has been notified.
	But the FBI is going to be, needs to be notified in a different manner as that's been determined here since.
	So what I'm saying is that it's important to note and this will be a perfect segue.
