	I just got back from Waco, Texas.
	The 32nd anniversary of the United States government murdering 86 men, women, and 28 children.

	Waco.
	I just got back from North Carolina.
	I just got back from Malibu, California.
	These incidents that happened in Malibu, that happened in North Carolina, I didn't get to go to Hawaii, but I believe they were not, I repeat, they were not acts of God.
	They were acts of war by the United States government.
	And on this show, the Christopher Key Show, a little more than two months ago, Dr. Robert Young, the man who's in jail currently, Waiting on sentencing on May the 28th, he revealed exactly what we're talking about, that this was not an act of God.

	And we had one of our guests on later on, Raphael, to break down the harp.
	And that's what we're going to talk about today, is really break down...
	How the United States government, not God, is manipulating the weather.
	And I'll never forget as a little boy, nearly 30 years ago, I used to always go to bed watching, or listening to, because it wasn't on TV then, but listening to Art Bell.
	And Art Bell had Nick Biggish, the man who wrote the book, Angels don't play this harp.
	And that show was December 1st, 1995.
	And Nick basically told us everything was going to happen in 1995.
	How the United States government would control and manipulate the weather to then be able to take over...
	This land, this property, these cities, and build these smart cities where we would have nothing and be happy.
	Mr. Biggish has a son now.
	Zachary, I don't know, can you pull up that one little link I sent you?
	Nick Biggish, his son is a senator now in Alaska, where one of the devices is.
	One of the HARP devices, H-A-A-R-P.
	And I've tried to reach out to him.
	We've yet to get him to come on, the son and or the father, because I think it's so relevant.
	The interview Art Bell gave in 1995 was priceless.
	And it was all a conspiracy.

	I read it back in 1995 after watching the Art Bell episode and really broke it down because God spoke and we were.

	And we used to say there was 8.5 billion on this planet, but now my scientists, my people that we're talking to says, no, we're down to around 6.5 billion.

	So, before we go into this, Raphael, can you start off by correcting the climate science narrative?
	What corrections need to be taken care of?
	Sure, and this is a question that goes out to your listeners right now.
	Just take a moment and...
	If you would please think about what do you know or believe to be the most prominent greenhouse gas that there is?
	A very common assumption is that it's CO2.
	Sometimes people guess methane.
	Very few people.
	Actually get it right.
	And it is not CO2, it is not methane, but it's actually water vapor.
	And if we could pull up slide number one here, the CO2 facts, you can see that a giant chunk of the greenhouse gas is actually water vapor, upwards of 90%.
	Then you have all your other greenhouse gases.
	You know, the anthropogenic CO2, which is being blamed for global warming slash climate change slash whatever they're calling it this week, is actually a very small sliver of the greenhouse gas pie chart.
	So that's the first part that I like to correct for people.
	First, put them on the track of what is very basic science.
	And that's correcting the CO2 myth that CO2 is driving climate.
	It's actually very significant that it's water vapor and not CO2.
	Going to the CO2, I mean, carbon dioxide.
	We breathe it out, right?
	I mean, it's not a poison.
	It's an essential to life gas, as it is.
	It's still not driving climate in any stretch of the imagination.
	Well, I've done a lot of research on that, Raphael, and these growers and whatnot, they have these big carbon dioxide manufacturing things to put more carbon to make their weed and stuff grow because, again, carbon is so essential, and without us breathing out the carbon...
	And the trees breathing it in and breathing out the oxygen, the life cycle would end.
	Am I wrong in saying that?
	Without CO2, there is no life.
	CO2 is life.
	And I'll get into what it really is.
	CO2 is basically a depopulation narrative.
	If you make climate change about CO2, you're basically saying the only solution is reducing population.
	Yeah, it matters.
	It's a very significant fact that needs to be brought to the forefront.
	It's water vapor and not CO2.
	And the reason why it matters is, well, here, let's pull up slide number two.
	I'll give you this quote.
	And it says, Even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds can change the climate, not the weather which is local, but the climate which is global, more than the anticipated changes brought about by greenhouse gases or other greenhouse gases because a cloud is a condensed water vapor, which is a greenhouse gas, human produced aerosols or other factors associated with global change.
	And this is from NASA.
	Slide number three will show you that's from their Importance of Understanding Clouds document.
	I'm not making this up.
	This is science.
	This is absolutely science.
	So why is that obfuscated in the climate change narrative?
	And when you point to a chemtrail, they say, oh, that's not a chemtrail, that's a contrail.
	Just water vapor.
	Well, water vapor is...
	The most prominent greenhouse gas and even small changes in the location or abundance of clouds can change the climate more than the anticipated changes brought about by greenhouse gases, human produced aerosols or other factors associated with global change.
	So it's very disingenuous.
	And then if you go to slide number four, you could see the literature talks about how Airplane contrails are worse than CO2.
	I mean, we know this.
	This is just obfuscated from the nightly news, but it's not obfuscated from real science.
	The clouds that come out of plane trap heat in.
	Slide number five.
	I mean, yes, supposedly it's supposed to reflect sunlight off and cool the planet, but actually it traps heat in, especially at night.
	You have clouds at night.
	They will keep the heat from leaving the surface of the Earth.
	So slide number six, clouds like blankets are melting the Greenland ice sheet.
	This is not a big mystery.
	I mean, clouds are warming, have a warming effect.
	And this is what I call like the trillion dollar secret.
	They like to obfuscate the clouds.
	They don't want you asking the question about contrails and their effect on climate.
	So they have you call them chemtrails, but that's just a conspiracy theory.
	So that's a linguistic game.
	Oh, a chemtrail is just a conspiracy theory.
	But you know what they call now that they've been forced to acknowledge that contrails have a climate effect?
	They call it...
	Go to slide number seven.
	The non-CO2 effect.
	And that's a redirect.
	These are little tricks of the trade that they do to hide the significance of...
	Of the clouds that are coming out of planes.
	You know, if you call it a chemtrail, you're a nutjob.
	But if you call it jet cirrus, which it is, then you're being scientifically accurate.
	And the non-CO2 effect is disingenuous because it's, again, it doesn't want you thinking about water vapor, all right?
	It wants to redirect it to CO2 yet again, so they call it the non-CO2 effect.
	Instead of calling it water vapor.
	And yet, slide eight, you could see that on a good day, if there's nothing malignant about a contrail, they have health effects.
	Contrail pollution has implications on human health.
	Slide number nine, we know about the pollution that aviation causes, right?
	This is not anything that is...
	Really hidden from science, just hidden from the lamestream, mainstream narrative.
	Slide number 10, we can see contrails actually dehydrate.
	Even though they're just water vapor, they have a dehydrating effect.
	And then slide number 11, you can see that there are climate effects to aerosols.
	And, you know, those those.
	Those contrails aren't forming on pixie dust, you know?
	They're forming on aerosols, which come from the jet exhaust, which is highly polluting nanoparticulates.
	On a good day, like if there's nothing, no additives added to it.
	So that is exactly, you know, why water vapor is so significant.
	When you...
	When you think about water vapor, you've got to think about the anthropogenic drivers.
	And that's, we're going to get into that.
	But they don't want us thinking about what actually affects, what does man do that affects water vapor?
	What actually can redistribute the balance of water vapor to change the climate?
	Rafael.
	Okay, I'm a little confused.
	So you're saying contrails are bad along with chemtrails, correct?
	Well, in theory, I mean, all contrails are chemtrails because they're forming on, not pixie dust, but jet fuel aerosols.
	So then it's just a matter of what aerosols, which pollutants are we talking about?
	So then, you know, contrails are a medium.
	It could just be simple jet fuel, or it can be anything that all the other patents we have out there can make of it.
	It can be deliberate.
	It can hide payloads for bioweapon warfare.
	It could be part of cloud seeding.
	It could be geoengineering.
	Would you like me to go into geoengineering?
	Please.
	Yes, so where are we?
	Here on the definition of geoengineering, more sleight of hands.
	Pay no attention to the magician's moving hands.
	The definition of geoengineering is the deliberate large-scale intervention of, you know, Using cloud seeding, I don't have the slide pulled up right in front of me, but any large-scale deliberate intervention in the Earth's climate systems to combat the CO2 globing warming narrative,
	all right, the CO2-based climate change.
	So a contrail to the...
	Scientific community, the pseudoscientific community, because they're not real scientists if they're intellectually dishonest, says that a contrail that takes out the sky, even though it looks just like what...
	A geoengineering chemtrail would be, which are like a deliberate button pushing or deliberate aerosol stratospheric injection into the atmosphere, right?
	Doesn't count because it's not deliberate.
	It's accidental.
	And then they say, oh, it's just the atmospheric conditions, but we can get into that too.
	I just would like to stay on track.
	So slide.
	12 shows the definition of geoengineering.
	And then 13, you have a Smithsonian Institute magazine that had an article a few years back, airplane contrails may be creating accidental geoengineering.
	Oh, it's accidental geoengineering, and therefore it's not really geoengineering.
	But I beg to differ that all contrails are actually deliberate.
	Because, slide number 14, please, they actually have patents for controlling vapor releases.
	So, think about it.
	If the military is going on a mission overseas, you think they're going to leave it up to nature whether or not they're going to have a big old trail behind them so that they can be taken out by their enemies.
	You don't think they're going to have vapor suppression technology that they employ when it's convenient for them.
	Absolutely they do.
	So they don't have to have a vapor trail.
	If they really wanted to get behind this, if global warming was really a threat, then they would have to employ vapor control technology.
	And we're going to keep going here for a second and we'll show you an example.
	But first of all, Here's number 15, the IOP, the impact of geoengineering.
	We know that it's destructive to the ozone.
	They've done studies on geoengineering.
	They know the effects of it.
	And, you know, nothing is new here.
	I'm going to try and pull this up.
	It might take a second because I want to read from this.
	One of the myths in...
	Can you still see me?
	Yes.
	So one of the myths in the chemtrail community that is spread out through some of the disinfo agents, there are plenty of disinfo agents within that community so that nobody really gets beyond the controls.
	Because think about it, if you had hacked the hydrological cycle and hijacked the weather, wouldn't you want to make sure your boys were out on the field controlling the narrative so that nobody ever figured it out?
	Absolutely, you would.
	And so anyway, contrails did persist, but under certain meteorological conditions.
	What we're finding now is that those meteorological conditions have been enhanced and created artificially and deliberately.
	But here is an old Zworkin paper from 1945, if I'm not mistaken.
	But the phenomena of vapor trails behind aircraft is a good example of triggering.
	If the atmosphere is in the right condition, these trails grow considerably.
	More striking is the report of a German meteorologist who observed and photographed the trails from only three airplanes over Salzburg develop into an overcast in the space of less than an hour.
	In a discussion of the energy for weather control, one cannot avoid reference to the possible utilization of atomic power, but adequate knowledge of the absorption and reflection of different types of surfaces, i.e.
	clouds, will permit utilization of that other great source of power.
	So not only was there...
	Was there a precedence of noticing persistent contrails back in the day, but the desire to utilize and harness that potential in terms of energy and whatever else it can be?
	And how do we know that it's not a meteorological condition, that it's not the atmosphere?
	So that was slide number 16, if I didn't say it, but now we're on slide number 17. We have a lot of ways we've triangulated over them.
	I've seen this.
	I didn't capture this photo myself.
	Richard Dwaran did on the date that it shows on the picture, but you could see these planes are at the same altitude.
	They're flying in tandem, and I've seen military planes do that.
	I've seen one do a quick disperse contrail and two behind in a triangulation following that.
	Plane very closely, obviously doing some studies or something with no contrail whatsoever.
	Here you have a long contrail, longer than regular contrail, probably a persistent contrail, but I was not there to see the effect of that contrail over time.
	And then you see that there's another plane without a trail at all.
	There's not just the trails that you see.
	There's quick disperse contrails, which can make a heavy particulate of the sky.
	I've heard that, I just learned this recently, they've been using aluminum sulfites and barium to enhance radar since World War II, and they haven't stopped.
	It helps enhance the radar.
	But let's go to number 17 here.
	17.1.
	I believe.
	Yeah.
	So here you have, let me blow this up so I can actually read it.
	You have the Royal Society, climate engineering, exploring nuances and consequences of deliberately altering the Earth's energy budget.
	Okay.
	Tell me, all right, this is 2014.
	Tell me that doesn't look like what we see in the skies.
	All the time.
	Contrails fanning out into jet Cirrus that take out the sky.
	So this is what we're complaining about.
	And yet they're not doing geoengineering.
	They're not chemtrailing.
	That's a conspiracy theory.
	Wrong.
	That's more Mahoney, Baloney, however you want to say it.
	So we know we're not...
	We're not going to be the jilted lover for very long here as far as the rest of humanity catching up.
	The science, if you sit with it long enough, we know what they're doing.
	And this has been obfuscated from public knowledge.
	Well, Raphael, what are the solutions?
	How do we stop this from happening?
	I mean, just the other day, right now, There's this omega block, this rare jet stream that looks like breast.
	Have you seen that, the rare jet stream omega?
	Yeah, it did look like a pair of boobies for sure.
	I think they think we're the boobies.
	Yeah, well, so I'm going to get into this.
	This is important because, you know...
	Water vapor is obfuscated from public knowledge, like I said this earlier, because they don't want you to understand what the anthropogenic, they don't want you asking the question, well, what anthropogenic effect does man have on water vapor?
	And look, the solution starts with correcting the climate science.
	Please go to slide number 18. Because you have it in your face right now.
	They're trying to obfuscate something that's hiding in plain sight.
	Pun absolutely intended, but it's true.
	Aerosols and microwaves slash electromagnetic frequencies affect...
	Affect water vapor.
	As you can see in that sky, you have a chemtrail, contrail, whatever you want to say it, those contrails are fanning out, taking out your sky, and then they're hitting it with frequency.
	I did not used to see these frequencies growing up.
	Maybe there was some experimental stuff, but the wide scaleness of it, that has absolutely been exponentially increasing.
	You mentioned harp earlier.
	That's the one that everybody knows.
	What people don't know, if you could put slide number 19, is that the NEXRAD Doppler radar, yes, the same Doppler radar that your meteorologist uses every night to read and predict the weather.
	To tell you what the weather is, that is a microwave heater.
	See, HAARP is an ionospheric heater, and Doppler radar is a tropospheric, low ionospheric heater.
	And if you go to slide number 20, you can see a radar station right there, and you can see the satellite imagery showing the concentric rings around it.
	Known about Doppler being responsible for tornadoes.
	Put slide number 21, if you would, please.
	For a while, we do know about that.
	And we...
	As you can see, those are Doppler stations.
	These are the stationary ones.
	These are the ones we have access to and that I like to track when I'm tracking storms.
	And we'll get that, I guess, probably after the break.
	But you can see that there is a blanket of these.
	Now, they have them out at sea and they have additional installations as well.
	But when it comes to HAARP and it comes to these additional installations, I can't track them and I can't triangulate on them.
	And so there's very little liability there, just like with a contrail or chemtrail.
	Even people say, well, you don't know what that is.
	They don't know what it is.
	There's no public.
	Transparency.
	There's a lot of unmarked military craft flying around spraying this stuff where you want to say it's innocently or not.
	Well, we've proved that some of these are not innocent.
	You've got contrails and non-contrails in the same altitude at the same time.
	So you know that there's something that they're doing that's different that affects the...
	The quality of the exhaust in a different way.
	So we know, I mean, the gig is up.
	We're coming for the lawmakers, you know, in a peaceful way.
	We're nonviolent.
	We've got the law on our side if we just learn how to use it, right?
	But you can see these Dopplers are all over the map.
	And later on, after the break, I can show you some things about it.
	Raphael, we got to go to break.
	Before we go to break, the hurricane that hit North Carolina, what was its name again?
	That was Helene.
	Okay, Helene.
	When Helene first started tracking, I was getting all these phone calls from people in Florida, and they're like, Christopher, there's nothing there.
	There is nothing there, and they started giving me the images.
	And, you know, because they're showing you this screen where you see this hurricane coming, but then they were physically tracking it from the real radar.
	There was nothing there.
	And then all of a sudden, you know, the day before it hit, you just see it create right there off the coast.
	I mean, it is beyond insane.
	You know, I've heard that, that they're actually land-created events.
	So there's a few systems.
	Image 22. 22 shows some of the systems involved.
	You've got the aerosols from the chemtrails.
	You've got the Doppler radar.
	On the bottom left is me noticing the hurricane going into the radar, Irma, in 2017.
	And that's when I made the connection that they're using these radars to steer the storms.
	Now, they could be using CGI to draw over it and just be creating wind events.
	Also, on the bottom right, I discovered this through Weather War 101.
	After interviewing him after years of a podcast, I had power plants pop off and infuse tremendous amount of hyper-localized water vapor into an area that mixes in with the aerosols, with a radar, where they can create high and low-pressure areas.
	But we'll save that for after...

	Okay, Raphael, how did you finally come to realize that the radars were involved?
	You know, what other hurricanes did you document going into Doppler radar?
	Sure.
	So I had interviewed Weather War 101, who has years of documenting the power plants popping off and feeding into the hydrological cycles, these massive hyperlocalized water vapor releases that affect.
	It would cause 100-year floods or whatnot.
	And he spoke about how it would affect tornadoes.
	But honestly, even though I'd been doing podcasts and all that and really just studying the entire landscape of climate engineering and weather modification and weaponized weather, I never really understood quite.
	How that worked.
	But the term Doppler radar was in my head.
	And also having survived Hurricane Katrina, I had a little PTSD.
	So I was told about Harvey that it would reform before the meteorologist mentioned it because I had a source in the military who told me that they gave me a heads up that they were told to pack their bags that Harvey would reform in the Gulf.
	And I called it out before the meteorologist did, but like a day before and two days before.
	Um...
	My contact knew about the storm forming.
	So I knew that the military knew.
	Plus, I had found the Army captain that was ordered to bring as many body bags to New Orleans as he could 11 days before Katrina made landfall, bringing 5,226 body bags 8 days before Katrina made landfall to 110 miles out of New Orleans when I only knew 4 days before Katrina made landfall.
	So I knew the military knew.
	And there was Hurricane Irma.
	I wasn't sure where Hurricane Irma was going.
	It was on the east coast of Florida.
	I didn't know if it was going to hop over, come to New Orleans.
	For me, I'm always prepared to pack and leave when there's a hurricane in the Gulf.
	I don't care where it's going.
	But I noticed, and if you go to slide 22, bottom left there, I noticed the meteorologist stating, we're not getting a very clear picture right now because the hurricane is interfering with Doppler radar.
	And I heard it on my boyfriend's phone and I'm like, wait, wait, what?
	Doppler radar, Irma, let me see that.
	And I look at it and I'm like, by golly gee, it's going right into Doppler radar.
	And I'm like, I bet you it's going to keep on doing that.
	And, you know, I've been tracking it.
	I started tracking the hurricanes every year and all the hurricanes.
	Without exception, are either going right into Doppler radar or being steered by it.
	And I've triangulated on some things that I'll be showing you in our deeper show and tell here in a minute.
	But if you go to slide 23, like even in Puerto Rico, you know, remember Hurricane Maria?
	That took out the Doppler radar, took a direct hit.
	Go to slide 24. These are things that I haven't captured.
	These are just like...
	From newspapers and stuff.
	Florence, Hurricane Florence sitting exactly on top of KLTX and just twirling around on it.
	So I've been, you know, tracking all the hurricanes and we'll skip around through some of them here shortly.
	But that's just a few of the pictures I have before we get into the videos.
	Okay, so going back in to...
	To the Doppler, you said they was tracking directly into the Doppler.
	What do you mean by that?
	The eye of the storm would go directly, like, you know, there's a big storm, but the hurricanes are huge.
	But it's got an eye.
	And the eye would make a hit coming into landfall with a radar.
	Not next to it, not over there.
	Unless it was being dragged across the coast like they do in Florida, where they do a pass-off.
	When it went into landfall, it would come directly into Doppler radar.
	So like a magnet almost?
	Like a magnet pulling it in?
	Like a magnet pulling it in.
	And I'll show you exactly how that's done.
	And, you know, I had to ask myself first, like, how far back does this go?
	You know?
	When did this start?
	I went back in time studying hurricane lists and then tornado lists and slide 25, please.
	And then, of course, I landed studying on a tornado list on a Mattoon tornado of 1917 that was an unusually straight line that was several states long.
	And I was like, what was Nikola Tesla doing in that year?
	And it said...
	You know, the search said, Wardenclyffe Tower shut down after 10 years of being inactive.
	And I thought that was weird.
	And I looked up where the Wardenclyffe Tower was on the east coast, northeast coast.
	And I looked up where the hurricane was.
	And it was a straight line.
	And it was pointing to the Wardenclyffe Tower a month and a few days before they shut it down.
	I said, by golly gee, here we have where this started.
	I go into it in my Clear Skies presentation in great details, the story of Nikola Tesla.
	I dissected him and his work.
	This was his vision for the world.
	And ironically, I discovered this in 1917, 100 years after that first Mattoon tornado experiment.
	And they reverse engineered his stuff.
	It didn't just start...
	I mean, they weren't doing it ever since then, but they were reverse engineering and consolidating the network and the system.
	Bit by bit.
	And I went back to Hurricane Katrina, and it was five Doppler radars in a row.
	And so another question that sometimes people ask is, you know, well, why would they do this?
	And if you go to slide 26, and then it'll be slide 27, I should also pull up.
	You have technology will make available to the leaders of major nations techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised.
	Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.
	This big new Brzezinski, CFR member, founding member of the Trilateral Commission, national security advisor to five U.S. presidents in 1970 in between two ages.
	You also have Gordon McDonald's.
	Who in 1968 in his book Toward the Year 2018, page 34, says, By the year 2018, technology will make available to the leaders of the major nations a variety of techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised.
	One nation may attack a competitor covertly by bacteriological means, thoroughly weakening the population, though with a minimum of fatalities, before taking over with its own overt armed forces.
	Alternatively, techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm, thereby weakening a nation's capacity and forcing it to accept the demands of the competitor.
	That's it in a nutshell.
	They're on track.
	They're hitting their targets, right?
	And here we are today, several years well after that.

	Real quick, a dew, a direct energy weapon, is that a Doppler?
	Could a dew be considered a Doppler?
	Well, Doppler is like a square and a rectangle.
	Not all rectangles are squares, but not all squares are rectangles.

	Doppler is a directed energy weapon, but not all directed energy weapons are a Doppler radar.
	So that's just one form.
	But it's not just directed energy because they have things they can do like vortex.
	They can make a high pressure.
	They can make a low pressure.
	They can beam into the hurricane and gently align with the polarities of the storm, get the polarities of the radar aligning with it and draw it in.
	And then they can rip electrons from it, further ionizing the storm on the back end.
	And then it can turn around like a vortex.
	Counterclockwise, the energy around it as well.
	So there's a few things it can do, and it can create wind.

	I believe they're being used to hurt people.

	Our enemy is hoping we go into violence because once we do, they've got the bigger weapons and they're going to win.

	What is the technology?
	Essentially, we're drawing oceanic rain systems that exist over the oceans into geographic targets, into our agricultural areas.
	The technology uses electromagnetics, so we're not interfering with the atmosphere or with the environment.
	We're not damaging it.
	We're not using chemicals fired through rockets like other technologies use.
	We use a very gentle but powerful technology launching electromagnetics into the atmosphere to modify the flow of the weather system over the ocean and drawing it into a target.
	So to try and keep it simple we establish some kind of link with the weather system and once we've seen through satellite We're able to draw that system in incrementally towards such as, in
	this case to haunt the battle.
	And then the Doppler radars build a wall.
	They bloom out, stopping it from continuing on.

	And the eye goes into the next rad.
	Into that beam.

	This is Hurricane Nate.
	So October 7th, 2017, this was Nate making landfall towards Nexrad in Slidell, just like Katrina had.

	Then it gets pulled off of the KLIX that it was going into because I missed the capture.
	It's best to capture these in real time.
	It's really hard to get the product afterwards.
	So when there's a storm, keep your eyes on the radar.
	But you can see it being ripped off that radar into the next radar.
	So we're going to capture that.

	Coming off the next rad.
	So you're saying it's being attracted to the next rad, to the Doppler?
	It's more than attracted.
	It is pulled.
	It's pulled by the Doppler.
	And it's following the pathway that's created for it.
	So let's just give you a little thing here.
	You see this is the Doppler.
	There's two rings around it.
	Two rings.
	The blue around it is the energizing that they put around it.
	So a high pressure, what we mean by high pressure means when there's a high pressure, the clouds, the roof to the sky is high.
	There's a high ceiling.
	And so there's no clouds.
	So if the blue was around to the second circle, that would create a high pressure, which would mean nothing could really go through.
	Or if it did, it would get broken up.
	Or it would go around.
	Or it would go above.
	But it wouldn't go through the space that is being energized.
	When there's these storms, they'll create a high-pressure area over here and a high-pressure area over here.
	But the area they want it to go to has a low pressure.
	And then you have to just find the beam on the next rad that they're going to employ to see which one it's going to go into.
	And it goes into it by the eye into the next rad.

	All these power plants all of a sudden are making these tremendously huge clouds that are...

	Well, they have wet surface air coolers.

	We would have friends in Baton Rouge, I was in New Orleans, watch them come out of the power plants in the morning, and by the afternoon, it would come down in New Orleans as rain.

	These are not, you would think, oh, that's just from all the water vapor.
	It's not coming off the water.
	It's coming from a wet surface air cooler.
	So I'm just going to keep going on here at seven minutes.
	I was predicting because I was trying to figure out, so I was looking.

	That blue is within that first circle, right?

	So when they energize the whole screen and then they shrink it, what happens, as has been explained to me by more scientifically minded individuals, is that they release that energy and as energy, as heat likes to rise, it creates a vacuum of sorts and we will...
	Almost every day you can find these.
	We will see wind waves triangulating over the radar.
	Wind will come in from the south, the east, and the north.
	Right, that's wind.
	The beams were causing the wave action.
	It wouldn't be until later on that we nuanced our discovery a little better.
	There's the wind right here coming in over it.
	And here's the wind coming in over it because it shrunk.
	...of the Doppler radar within the zone that makes a vacuum of sorts.
	The nature abhors the vacuum.
	It's shrinking.
	It's coming down so they're not...
	and then whoosh, the energy comes.
	One, two, comes from both sides from here to here And then let's see if we have another one.

	No, there's a wind wave shrinking and it goes into it.
	And that's a wind in here if everything's coming off of it.
	Because this creates moisture too.

	So what we're saying, Raphael, is the very device that's supposed to warn us about these tornadoes and these hurricanes is actually causing them.
	Is that correct?

	So I don't know how they make them out at sea, but we've seen a lot of weird things.
	Like we've seen hurricanes develop in shallow water and hurricanes are not supposed to develop in shallow water.
	So I believe they can make them.
	I don't know how they steer them at sea.
	They probably use Dopplers out at sea, but I don't have access to that information.
	But I do have, I mean, here it is.
	You can see the beam.
	I have years of this.
	I've caught it in Los Angeles.
	I've caught it.
	I caught it in Mexico.
	Like, all the hurricanes this last year, in 2024, except, ironically, the one named Rafael that didn't make it to New Orleans.
	I think that was a special hello to me.
	But I don't want to be, like, vain or paranoid-minded.
	But all the other hurricanes went into Doppler radar.
	So just so you can see.
	And then we have further triangulation.
	So this is going into number two.

	We got number three.

	Dancing around the radar.
	I mean, just dancing around the radar.

	This is a matter of radar observation.
	This is a statistical impossibility.

	So then I met someone who explained to me the storm relative mean velocity function of the radar I was using and how it turns things into red and green.
	It shows the polarities.
	And I was told that when red is facing a storm, it brings it in.
	And when green is facing it, it stops it.
	But I noticed that in a hurricane, it will go, it'll split it 50-50.
	And there's this white line that divides the polarities.
	And that's the line that draws in the hurricane by the eye into the radar or passes it off because it can move it.
	It creates a pathway.
	If this line were to move like the hands of a clock like this, it would pass it off like that.
	But if it just stays pointed at it, it's going to go right into it.
	So further triangulation.
	And Raphael, what it looks like here again, as you were talking about Nikola Tesla, where Nikola Tesla tried to create this Doppler.
	You know, to do good and identify these storms.
	Then for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction.
	And then they back engineered it, you know, to cause destruction.
	Is that what you're saying?
	Well, he was thinking that you would irrigate arid deserts and you could use it to help benefit mankind.
	Although he did have some weapons systems that he also created.
	But the thing is that he understood the nature of the universe, that everything is energy, frequency, and vibration.
	So here it is going backwards, backwards into the radar.
	That was something we had never seen before.
	People are like, meteorologists are like, I don't understand how it's moving backwards.

	I mean, the government was doing radar weather experiments, the CIA was, during the Rwanda genocide, and it overlapped exactly with the spikes of genocide, where the Hutu and Watusi were, I can't remember who was upset with each other after the loss of leadership of an airplane crash, and they...
	They were just throwing stones at each other, but all of a sudden, their anger turned into rage, and the machetes started flying, and heads started rolling, and it was brutal.
	It was brutal, and what they can do is they can use microwaves to have ultra-low frequency piggyback on it, and if you're not spiritually connected, I don't think they can make you angry, although they probably can, but you can choose not to be, but you might find it hard to resist.
	But definitely, if you're angry and they point to who the enemy is, they can make you...
	Get into a fit of rage where you are going to become homicidal and kill him.
	And let me tell you, I've heard a lot of things.
	We heard about a man who killed his family when he was watching the news.
	Just a flip switched.
	I believe, and that's a whole other show, that they are using these technologies.
	I heard that HAARP was used on the anger frequency during the Rodney King...
	I'll just finish with Hurricane Milton.
	This was 2024.
	This was the last hurricane that made landfall in 2024 on the continental US.
	And here it is going in.
	It goes making landfall into the Doppler radar.
	The eye of the storm goes into radar, which is steering it.
	I've been capturing this for years since 2017 when I noticed Irma going into the radar.
	So, um.
	So, you know, this is my message to the world.
	And some people out there, I'll leave them nameless.
	They might tell you that Doppler radar actually pushes things away and therefore can control things by pushing things away.
	But no, that is, yes, that is true.
	But no, that's intellectually incomplete.
	And as people who have been shown my work and who didn't speak about radar until I made this discovery for myself, they out themselves as either psyops or tremendous gatekeepers that are being controlled by someone else.
	And I will leave them nameless, but you will recognize them.
	They'll talk about a million other things, but they won't go into this and they'll say, oh, they just deflect.
	Like you can see here, like all these are like...
	All that blue and then especially the green are like high pressure areas.
	But when it comes to Florida...
	They're letting it in.

	So this is like, I was just checking in on New Orleans to see how it was doing at this point.

	And that's how they created that saltwater drought in Louisiana a couple years ago now.

	There's more liability in this narrative when you understand this, you can actually take them to court.

	No, think of a pool table.
	All right, that's your map.
	And the corner pockets are your Doppler radars.
	That's how far apart they're spread from each other in the continental U.S. grid.
	And let's say your balls you're about to rack and break are the potentialities of hurricanes' eyes, and they can go anywhere, right, when you break the shot.
	Well, what they're telling me is that, oh, it keeps going into a pocket.
	Because there's so many pockets.
	Well, you can break a pool shot and not get a single ball in.
	And yet, what I'm seeing is the equivalent of breaking that shot and having every single ball land in a pocket.

	If you can play like that, pool like that, I'm betting on you.
	But that's not the way it works in reality.

	It's a statistical impossibility and we have triangulated on it.
