Hey guys, well I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood here today and guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal.
His new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch, and this particular flavor is Acai Bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you, too, and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cupboard.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word cereal, we think unhealthy, poisonous, chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein, Zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-trained triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Um, excuse me, I can't stop eating, but I gave it to my son Maverick, who also loves Cereal, but I don't want to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar.
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there.
All of which, get this, Yes, you can, and you can fix your diabetes.
Yay! Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom French cereal?

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, Ashley Skank Claire is at it again.
She has, you know, I was really hoping that she would just kind of take a step back, take the L and maybe just disappear from the news cycle for a while.
You know, lay low a little bit.
She lost.
She had scorched her reputation and her career.
I don't know what kind of career it was to begin with.
But apparently she was making a couple bucks on OnlyFans or just kind of pouring herself out in other ways.
But she is back in the news!
This girl has no shame, no dignity left, not a shred of pride apparently.
She planned this little scripted PR stunt this week where she was in front of her Tesla that she said was gifted to her by Elon Musk and it had a for sale sign on it and she of course Hold the paparazzi in.
She made it seem like there was paparazzi just following her because she's such a big-name celebrity.
Not. She obviously called these people in.
And so, and she was acting like this victim.
Oh, I'm a single mother now, and Elon abandoned us, and I'm so broke now because he has cut back with his child support so much that I'm gonna have to sell my Tesla that he gifted to me.
And I'm, you know, poor me.
I'm this very single, sad mom.
I'm selling it because I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our Finnish channel.
Why do you think that he did that?
That's a great question.
Do you feel like he was sort of vindictive against you in some way?
Yeah, that's his modus operandi when women speak out.
When was the last time you spoke to him or tried to speak to him?
February 13th?
That is just not responding to you at all.
How would you characterize you the way it is?
You know it's not.
It's not a favorite movie.
I know it's just a classic.
You can check the stops.
I'm not the only one.
Let's put it up again.
And the whole thing was very scripted and just bizarre.
And it also was one day before the major special elections, especially that in Wisconsin.
So major distraction from that.
You know, we can get to that in a minute, the plotting behind it.
So she posted this video on social media of her in front of the Tesla.
And then a little while later, Elon actually replied, and he hasn't really responded much to this, but he said, I don't even know if the child is mine or not.
But I'm not against finding out.
No court order is needed.
Despite not even knowing for sure if it's my child, I have given Ashley $2.5 million and I'm still sending her $5,000 a year.
You are not the five.
You are not the five.
And to that, she wrote back right away, Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child, who you named, was even born.
You refused.
And you weren't sending me money.
You were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary, until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for disobedience.
But you're really only punishing your son.
It's ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and your child to the entire world.
It's all about control with you and everyone can see it.
America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child, is what she ended it with.
Wow. I mean, this whole thing is so bizarre.
And I don't know who's giving this skank advice, but it seems so bad.
I mean, she's making herself look so bad and like the biggest gold digger.
I can't believe I can't imagine what she's thinking.
I mean, is this supposed to look good?
How is it supposed to make her look?
But to me, at this point, it really seems like this is a coordinated effort to try to smear and take down Elon Musk and Doge and try to taint President President Trump's 2.0 presidency.
It really feels coordinated at this point.
So here to delve into this and more and talk about the general state of the nation is our friend Jay Dyer.
Jay Dyer hosts the Jay Dyer Show and the fourth hour of the Alex Jones Show.
Always great to have you back to speculate and ruminate.
Jay Dyer, how's it going?
Doing good.
How are you?
I'm good.
I'm okay, but I just, I cannot, I don't think I've ever loathed a woman more.
Than this creature, Ashley Skank Claire.
I really don't.
I mean, she is like the epitome of the worst kind of creature, especially with women.
Yeah, it's very Jerry Springer.
It's very distraction, obviously.
But first of all, you know, the moralizing is a little weird, given the fact that obviously she knew what she was getting into if she chose to have a child this way.
It's so obvious.
And then to turn around and act like you're the super moral person.
I mean, what, what's the moral basis here?
You know, and anytime I see people moralizing, I always want to know, like, what, on what do you base your morals?
Is it just, uh, arbitrary, subjective?
Uh, and I don't think that we're talking about somebody who's thought through these issues very far.
So, you know, this is like, it's just Jerry Springer stuff.
I don't even understand why it gets so much traction, but I guess we'll never ever humans will never cease being Beings that love that kind of stuff over, you know, the real issues and that's one of the problems, I guess.
Yeah, I think that, you know, the fact that she it makes her look so many so bad on so many levels when she's screaming and crying about him pulling back child support significantly.
She's saying.
Well, you know, but he's getting, he's making, he's getting our $500,000 a year on top of $2.5 million.
I mean, how much do you really need to raise one child?
Are these gold diapers?
I mean, are these bottles made of platinum?
That in itself, when we're having hard times financially, most Americans are, and we're struggling.
I think Kanye wrote a song about those, didn't he?
Yeah. Kind of like, well known.
Right. And, uh, producers, let's play that up in the background a little bit.
I mean, no, this is, this is the song.
I mean, she's the epitome of this song, you know, it, it made, I don't think she thought again, what she was like, how this would come across.
She's trying to play the poor victim and he's still sending her millions, but that's not enough.
Like how much of a gold digger are you?
If it's not a gold digger thing, if it's something that's more cunning and thought out, you know, it does kind of suggest the possibility of, Outside entities, forces getting leverage through a child, through, you know, whatever legalities would be connected to that.
So there might be, you know, even foreign entities, countries perhaps involved.
Yeah, I'm starting to think this was an elaborate honeypot scheme now.
Or maybe it didn't start that way, but then it kind of, she got hijacked.
You know, they're like, okay, things are going, The fairy tale of her marrying Elon Musk and being his right-hand woman didn't play out like she thought it did in her head.
And then I think maybe she started getting bitter, talking to outside sources.
And I think at this point, the left maybe has hijacked her and they're kind of egging her on.
Like, look, you might have lost the right and your support on the right now.
You've scorched that career, burned those bridges.
You're never invited to the White House again.
But you could be the next Stormy Daniels.
You could be the media darling of the left, write a tell-all book that's all juicy about Elon, and then, you know, that's going to be your next career that you can hit your wagon to.
Could be.
There's also the possibility of, you know, certain Middle Eastern countries, they have a very adept network of doing honey traps and honey pots.
Yeah. There's a long history of that.
Monica Lewinsky, for example.
In fact, people don't know, you know, Maura Kaivanunu is So, yeah, a lot of people don't know, do you, is it your belief or backstate that Monica was a plant to begin with all along?
Yeah, I think she was working for foreign countries, shall we say, from the Middle East.
And I was giving another example, are you familiar with Mordecai Ben-Nunu and his situation?
No, but sure tell us.
Yeah, so this is how the Israeli nuclear program became known.
It was already suspected and that was part of what JFK was involved in, but Vanunu was entrapped by a not very attractive woman on the part of the Israeli Secret Service.
They could have done better.
So there's precedence for this in America for sure.
If you read Whitney Webb's Epstein book, she talks about the situation with Lewinsky and the mega group.
So that's a possibility.
I have no idea if Ashley Sinclair is Connected to those things, but when this kind of high profile stuff pops up, we always have to keep that in mind because people at that level, at that status would absolutely be targeted for those kinds of things to have leverage and have control over them.
Absolutely. And I can go into many more cases too, but yeah.
Yeah, and I think, and she wasn't really always a diehard conservative either.
No, she had, you've seen her past, I'm sure.
Yeah, she was outed.
Yeah, right?
I mean, wasn't she just on the left?
No, no, I'm talking about the straight up, like, prawn.
The sex laptop stuff?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And that was her, she tried to deny it and stuff like that, but that was her.
I mean, that's been...
As far as I knew, yeah.
Yeah, confirmed.
So, and then, you know, another thing is just, like, the timing of it all.
I mean, could you first air this maybe privately and not air this all publicly?
Who does that unless you're determined to take him down and try to tarnish him and his reputation?
Especially when he is really doing a lot of great work for the country right now.
Could you wait a little bit?
Why does it have to be now?
Why does she have to defame him like this?
But if she knew she would ride that wave of, uh, you know, media attention, um, I mean, she only had maybe two, 300,000 followers maybe a year ago.
Um, now she's over a million.
And so I think, you know, people have figured out that just straight up, even, even if you're the villain, just getting drama out there can gain you, you know, quite a bit of social media, uh, attraction and attention.
So, um, I mean, I'm sure that she has her own personal motives, but, you know, Yeah, I really think people haven't looked too deep into the possibility of entrapment, but it seems likely to me.
Yeah, and I know her from the political circles too.
We've hung out a lot before, went to, you know, political parties and stuff together, and she definitely was, is a skank.
I mean, I would see her in rooms with, go in rooms with different guys, get wasted, always hooking up with different guys.
You know, trying to hook up with all the proud boys.
So, you know, it's too bad that Elon probably saw the facade that, oh, here's a, you know, reasonably pretty girl.
She's not stunning, but OK.
He probably, you know, was charmed by her.
She could be occasionally funny, but then he didn't really realize the real her.
So that's unfortunate on his part.
Yeah, I would think that people in that situation would be a little more adept, but I keep hearing stories all the time about how He's a little autistic too, in a way. He's the smartest guy in the world, but maybe not as smart with maybe women.
Maybe that's his one thing.
Maybe that's his blind spot.
But hey, if sending $2.5 million and a $500,000 a year is punishment, Elon can punish me.
I was saying on Twitter, like, I think I might be pregnant, too, from Elon.
Punish me any day, Elon.
We can name it whatever he wants.
Exactly. All right, so moving on a little bit, I want to get your take on just kind of Trump 2.0 in general, how you think he is doing and the presidency and Doge is going.
With this second term, has it been meeting your expectations?
Are there some things that you think are not quite working?
What are your, what is your?
Yeah, I think the initial first few months were pretty hardcore, pretty awesome.
Yeah. We, we saw a lot of, uh, executive orders that were what were promised.
So that's all good news.
And, um, I think some of the major problems and issues, you know, You know, some of the promises and statements about IRS and taxation.
I'd like to see that happen.
I don't know if that's going to happen.
Yeah. I was hoping it would happen before, you know, the next couple of weeks before taxes.
Yeah, taxes and Fort Knox, you know, the big reveal with Fort Knox.
We've got, we're waiting on Epstein files, which were promised too.
Yes. Um, and that may still happen.
I tend to think that because the JFK files were released and there was stuff critical or at least damaging to Israel in those files, that leads me to believe that possibly, um, they will still release the Epstein information.
I think that maybe those leaks coming from Goldberg and that telegram group, uh, given his connections, that might've been maybe retaliation for, Not redacting the Israel elements within the JFK files.
If you saw that 1CA document said in the files, please redact any reference to Israel.
And in all of the Angleton memos and documents, it was not redacted.
So that information I think was pretty Tough, pretty damaging.
You even have people like Ben Shapiro having to try to, you know, walk it back.
Why does it even matter?
Why does it matter?
Why does it matter?
It's a long time ago.
I think you care about things that happened a long time ago, quite a bit.
It seems like certain events matter to you.
But anyway, so I think there's kind of a back and forth of placating things in the Middle East.
I think the mistake It's a mistake to try to bomb Iran.
I think the Gaza situation is a mistake.
Yeah. So all of those are big, huge mistakes, but at the same time, there are good things happening.
So, you know, it's tit for tat, hit and miss with the Trump administration.
Yeah. I just hope it doesn't devolve into, you know, the Trump 2.1.
Trump 1.0 where, again, it started off all great and hot and then it just kind of started going downhill.
And it turns neocon.
Yeah, it turns neocon.
And I have to wonder, I mean, how in bed do you think Trump is with Israel?
I mean, this whole, like, plot to bomb Iran, to blame and scapegoat Iran for all of this, when, again, Israel just continues to get zero blame at all for everything.
There's no touching Israel.
Um, even from Trump, I mean, what, what does that tell you?
Um, it's, you know, to what degree there's a control compromise, you know, it could go back to campaign funding from Adelson.
It could go back to, um, you know, weird theological ideas that, you know, Trump has these, his idea of Christianity, religion seems to be in many ways influenced by Prosperity preacher nonsense.
He makes this ridiculous scam artist woman, Paula White, the mega church preacher, you know, his faith and values person.
I mean, that's a huge red flag right there.
That tells me that You know, there's at least little to no discernment in the religious realm on the on the part of the Trump administration.
There's no, I just obey like making Benny in, you know, or some TV preacher.
You're you're that's essentially what she is.
So that's a nightmare and that speaks to either incompetence or maybe worse.
So, you know, I just think we have this sort of Boomer level of idiocy and incompetence combined with Money, donations, power structure stuff from a long time ago, going back to, I mean, Angleton and the JFK files had forged these alliances back door back then.
And that's part of why JFK was assassinated.
I mean, it's, it's in the documents.
So this special relationship has been there for a long time and it's just very difficult to root out given that it's so entrenched through the bureaucracy and through the private, you know, Billionaire realm.
Yeah, awesome.
Okay, my thoughts too.
And also your thoughts on Doge, because Doge in a way and what Elon's doing, it's almost like we've got two presidents, you know, for the price of one.
We got Trump and then we got, you know, the richest man, the smartest man in the world doing all these very innovative things.
With our country and with our government trying to slash bureaucracy and find all this waste, fraud, and abuse.
And on the surface, it seems amazing.
Like, wow, we've never had someone do this before.
And what an ally to have as kind of like a co-president running the country.
And on the flip side, some might say, is there something a little suspect about all this?
Is this possibly like another ruse, another Trojan horse type of situation, or like, you know, a guise or a distraction?
And it's like almost too good to be true type of thing.
But what are your thoughts on Doge so far and Elon being, you know, so prominent as he has been?
Um, I think the actions themselves have been good.
They've been positive.
Uh, it's good to get rid of all of these covert operation money laundering, you know, covers and that's what USAID is and was.
I remember I interviewed people 10 years ago about that.
So, uh, if you go read F. F. Laming dolls books and go watch my interview that I did with him back then, like we were talking about USAID and all this cover NGO scam stuff.
So it's been well known for a long time.
It's just no one addressed it.
Uh, in this way.
So to me, that seems like it's all good.
The danger could be that we are sold some sort of technocracy solution.
Like, look, here's all the problems.
This is the old legacy way of doing government.
Let's let these private tech entities take over and run all this stuff in a more efficient way.
So under the guise of efficiency, the danger, I suppose, could be some kind of centralized technocratic control.
I'm not necessarily saying that's what will happen, but, you know, Elon does have technocratic tendencies and beliefs.
So that possibility is there as the negative, but the actions themselves seem to be good and seem to be moving in the right direction.
I just hope that it doesn't like peter out.
And like you said, just sort of fizzle away and then we get, you know, business as usual, which usually is what happens with, with, with politics.
But, um, yeah, I mean, the main thing is like the, the ideas about Bitcoin, I think we're all good.
I'm really happy that Trump has gone in that direction with Bitcoin and the Trump family themselves.
I think one of the Trump sons gave an interview a day or two ago about how, what woke them up to this was being debanked.
So even being a billionaire family, they got debanked by some of the largest banks.
And that's what opened them up to the possibility of something like crypto and Bitcoin.
So that's all I think a positive.
But yeah, other than that, Iran and Paula White are huge, huge mistakes in the Trump platform.
Yeah, definitely.
For sure.
Yeah, it's kind of you know, Paula White is you I'm talking about.
No, you can explain that to our audience So he appointed this crazy megachurch preacher woman to be his like faith and values person Massive super famous like con artist preacher like TV.
Yeah That's the thing.
It's like I don't know sometimes is it is it ignorance because he's like just a boomer right or is it like Does he know that these people, so many people that he appoint, are scam artists?
Right. You know, if you think at this point he would have learned his lesson from the first time and like have more discretion, really research and investigate who you're hiring and who you're keeping around.
And it's weird too because I mean there's countless, you know, people in the religious, theological, Christian realm who would have been way better as a choice.
You know, why would you choose?
It'd be like You know, choosing like Jimmy Swagger, you know, some, some scam artists from, you know, it's just bizarre.
Yeah. So perhaps there's some, you know, deal made in the background about something that we just don't know about.
I don't know.
But, um, that to me is, you know, foolishness and really a lack of discernment.
Yeah. And then lastly too, I'll just say before we go is like the whole, you know, coup that he's, you know, this war against Thomas Massey and then him, him endorsing Lindsey Graham.
You know, last week, just incredible.
Like, nobody likes Lindsey Graham out of his base.
And so many love Thomas Massie.
So the fact that he's trying to go to war with Thomas Massie and primary him, but then be all cozy up to Lindsey Graham and say he's his best friend and he's always been such a great friend to him.
What? Like that, again, is just like all of Trump's good actions over the last few months.
And he does something like that, and it's just, it really makes me lose trust again.
Yeah, I mean, it's just it's not I mean the selling point is America first and sometimes it is but then sometimes it's not Yeah, so sometimes it's Israel first So yeah, a lot of times it seems to be Israel first and Thomas Massey is the only one you know That has spoken out about that really and not taken Donations from them not taking money from them Yeah, it's funny.
I saw Matt Gates was tweeting today about that one year ago There was somebody investigating and proposing to shut down USAID and all of the GOP blocked that.
And you know, this was being touted as this new, you know, amazing revelation and so amazing.
And it is good that DOJ is doing that.
But again, like, I was interviewing authors literally 10 years ago talking about USAID as a front for money laundering, black operations, covert operations, mind control, psyops.
So this has been well known and it's like, it's out there, it's well known, and then it's not until the establishment says, oh look at what we've done, we've fixed these things for you.
No, you ignored it for over a decade.
Yeah, exactly.
Well, it's a good recap and insight into where we're at now, kind of now that the dust has settled a little bit.
We've been in this administration for a few months and what to look out for over the next few months and little possible landmines.
So we'll keep you guys posted.
Thanks so much for the Insight.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, we talk a lot on this show about what are the things that are going to make you healthier, the best version of yourself, making America healthy again, and the biggest threats to our country, the most significant threats to our country, where our military have guarded our borders for so many years,
and yet there's still these threats that infiltrate our country that we're not really paying attention to, and something that My favorite doctor continues to remind me of is, as far as a threat to our body and to ourselves go, is our hearts.
You know, we hear about heart disease a lot.
We hear about cancer a lot.
But we don't really take the time to understand it.
What exactly is heart disease and why is it such a problem in America?
In fact, a recent study just came out that stated that heart disease is still the number one cause of death in America.
Yeah, it's not really talked about much on the news.
We're kind of like deaf and dumb to it.
We're not hearing much about it.
But we hear it a lot, we just kind of don't pay attention to it as Americans.
I think we're almost numb to it.
And that's the most important thing.
So I want to talk to our favorite resident doctor here, Dr. Mark Sherwood, to tell us why this is such a threat to us, why it's the leading cause of death in America, and what we can do especially to prevent that.
Are there any preventative measures for us?
So thanks for joining us as usual.
Dr. Mark Sherwood, how's it going this beautiful Thursday?
It's going great.
Happy Thursday to you.
You always enjoy it.
And this is a super timely subject because ultimately, this is the number one killer and has been for about 75 years.
And so, when you have a threat that's gone on for that long, that significant, and we're not making a dent in it, something is awry and something needs to change.
So, matters of the heart.
You know, we talk about hearts all day, you know, leading with your heart and following your heart.
But yeah, we don't really talk about heart disease, our physical heart.
So tell us, why is this the leading cause of death, first of all?
Why is heart disease killing so many Americans?
What's the culprit behind what's causing it, really?
Well, let's understand the disease part.
We need to understand what it's supposed to do.
The heart is this organ system that sort of transports blood and pulls blood back to the body.
The life is in the blood, Deanna.
It really is.
The blood carries defense mechanisms like white blood cells, it carries proteins, it carries vitamins and minerals and hormones and peptides and all this stuff around.
So it's like an intricate roadway around the body, all our vascular system, but it cannot operate without the heart and the pressurization therein.
So the heart will contract and it will dilate, contract and dilate.
And it does that action almost automatically.
It's really fascinating how that works.
And we all know that when the heart stops, we lose the circulation of blood and we eventually die.
Now, having said that, there is a place in time where the heart is supposed to stop.
That's when our time on earth is done.
But I submit that the tragedy at hand today is the heart is stopping prematurely because of this disease process.
Mainly driven by vascular inflammation that allows plaque to build up and the heart becomes gunked up, sticky, and it doesn't functionally well push the blood and receive the blood anymore.
And when that happens, it causes stress to the heart and we end up getting, sometimes the blood pressure goes up.
And that can cause a piece of plaque to break off, and that can cause a clot, and sometimes the clot passes, and sometimes it doesn't.
And if it doesn't, obviously that would cut off the oxygen that is in the blood as well.
Okay. So, what about Americans' diet, or what are the external factors, especially of today, you know, our diet, our environment and everything that could be causing heart disease, or more heart disease?
Well, 50 or 60 years ago, There was a big sort of movement within government that was saying that cholesterol causes heart disease.
Some of the listeners may remember that time where cholesterol was demonized and we went to this low-fat craze.
No steaks, no fat.
That's right.
Don't eat saturated fat, don't eat butter, don't eat eggs, the whole bit.
And so that happened and the question became, did that make a dent in heart disease?
And it did not.
But you go back and look at the whole study.
That was done, Ancel Keys was a guy, but it was skewed and they didn't factor in common sense.
Imagine that when you pull common sense out of something, what do you have left?
And so they found out that cholesterol didn't cause it.
So what causes it?
Well, it turns out that we need cholesterol for the heart.
We need it to repair the cell membranes of the heart.
We have to have it for the brain.
We have to have it for the formation of hormones.
So when we try to lower it, We're actually creating a whole cascade of other disease processes increasing such as even Alzheimer's disease for the brain.
And so our job is to understand that it's not the cholesterol but it's the accumulation of damaged particles that get built up in the vascular walls creating plaque.
That's the threat.
So, what can people do about it?
If that's the threat, is this something that's just genetic?
You know, we're genetically predisposed to heart disease or some people are more genetically predisposed than others.
Is it the luck of the draw or is it something that we can actually control and hopefully prevent?
Well, the real culprit is the standard American Western diet lifestyle.
But yes, there are people that build plaque more efficiently than others.
That's the genetic component of this.
With that said, it's not the genes that create the disease processes.
It's the environment's effect upon our lives that create disease processes.
The genes are just dealing with it.
There's a lot we can do about it.
One thing to do about it is not just check the old HDL, LDL, total cholesterol measures anymore because they are They're skewed.
They're skewed with bias to prescribed drugs called statin drugs, which are not good drugs in my wife and I's opinion, to correct these processes.
You need to check the particle sizes.
To see if they're small or big, you need to check the oxidation level of your LDL, which is the damage amount.
And you can also check the pace at which it's being damaged.
And you can also see pressure in the vessels.
You can check all this in the blood work, and it's unfortunate that it's not done more commonly today.
And this is something that you obviously do in your practice.
Yeah, we do it all the time.
I mean, it's been interesting.
I've had people come in here, in the offices now, But I've had many people come in here for the last 15 years and they'll say to me like this, man, I thought it was fine, you know, because they'd been going to their GP every year after year of getting these little tests done and they thought they were fine, but they come in here and they find out they've got an active heart disease process going on because they ran a wrong lab for the one time.
It's like this, if you check the wrong thing when you're looking for the right thing, you're still checking for the wrong thing.
Yeah. But if you check the right thing while you're looking for the right thing, you're probably going to get the right answer.
And so we can't continue seeking the wrong pathway to solve the disease process because that pathway is the wrong pathway.
And we've been doing this for so long now, and there's so much money in it that it's just shocking.
And it's taught in medical schools, the wrong pathway still.
And there are people that are starting to learn more, but it's still the minority.
So, not to scare our viewers here, but what is the progress?
What actually happens if someone is diagnosed with heart disease?
What can they expect is going to happen from there?
And what measures can they start to take?
If they don't know what to do to fix it, it's going to get worse because what got you there is going to keep you there until you get out of what got you there, you know, that kind of thing.
But honestly, there's a lot of things you can do.
We have protocols here that we've used, but it all boils down to nutrition.
You know, you want to bring in things that are natural foods, and this is going to sound a little bit wacky, but it's still right on point.
"You want to avoid the things "that the government subsidizes.
"If the government subsidizes those foods, "and I'll just name a few, "corn, wheat, soy, dairy, sugar, "if the government subsidizes those things, "don't eat them." Now, if you find farmers out there that
Wow! So, Milk at a typical store like H-E-B or something, milk, butter, cheeses, you know, we should lower intake of that unless it's basically from a small farm or raw milk?
Yeah, you think about this, like in the dairy industry, the cows are raised in a confined animal feeding operation known as CAFO, C-A-F-O.
And what happens is they're kept in these closed spaces and they're given, and this is going to sound gross, but this is the truth, They're given drugs and food to make them very fat fast because we sell them by weight, not by health.
So, because they can't move around very much, they're standing in their own waste matter, etc.
You've got to give them a bunch of antibiotics because you don't want them to die while they're getting fat fast.
And then they're sold fat fast for money and then we're eating a cow that's got a lot of fat.
I'm using the word fat, oh, redundantly here to make a point.
Then we start eating the cow with the fat marbled through the meat.
Where are the toxins stored?
In the fat tissue.
So we're just consuming a bunch of garbage with this, which is not, that's not even normal.
These cows are not supposed to be raised in a, you know, six by six cubicle.
They're supposed to be raised in a pasture where they can run around and walk or whatever they do and get bug bit and rained on.
It's just so sad because I love, I do love good butter.
I do love good milk.
I do love good cheese.
And I like to incorporate that in my diet.
But it's sad that just the Western way has changed all that and made so many of this uneatable.
I mean, how about, you know, 200 years ago when cows didn't have all these hormones injected into them and they did roam free, people weren't getting heart disease at the rates that they are now.
They weren't.
And you're going to have naysayers that would look at a Well, you know, people aren't living as long now as they did back then.
We're living longer now.
They're going to say that.
But my argument is the genes have changed 2% in 10,000 years and you go back when people were living, you know, 120 years like Moses, you know, and you got Joshua 110 and Caleb at least is kicking tail at 85, you know.
You got people like that and they don't have heart disease.
You don't hear about it back then.
Yeah. And the reason you don't is because they didn't have the same environmental cues that we have today that's really manufactured the dangerous nature of it.
And I think it needs to be fixed.
And we've been brainwashed to believe it can't be fixed when people believe, you know, they kind of think, well, it's time to die.
You know, that's what I'm going to do.
Right. And it's not okay.
You know, I think we can do better than that.
What could RFK do, for instance, to bring more attention to this?
And do you think that this is something that he really should be spotlighting and saying, hey guys, we need to wake up.
This is a really critical matter for your health.
Yes, he's done a great job with bringing attention to the vaccine issues and chemical issues and dyes and all that.
Fine. He's talking a lot about the kids.
I think that's outstanding because that's My heart, too.
But you've got to talk to everybody.
Who is it that leads the kids?
It's parents, it's grandparents, it's church leaders, schools.
See, that's where the education begins to start.
If you can convince them through solid, foundational, reasonable, rational communication, like we're doing right now, that's the change agent.
You know, I think that, and just as a I think he's done a great job.
I don't want to minimize that.
But when you're forcing something over here, like you're going to ban red dyes, you're going to ban yellow dyes, great, fine.
You're going to make them be more transparent with the vaccine ingredients, fine.
Vaccine studies, fine.
But you're not really addressing the core issue.
The core issue has been deception.
Deception. The deception of teaching has been indoctrination.
And so I'm not knocking those things.
I think they're awesome.
But I think you go back and you've got to have a national, organized way to institute education back in about what is healthy, what is not, and what we can do as Americans to really gain some hope and traction regarding our health.
Absolutely. And again, I mean, we hear about cancer a lot now, you know, turbo cancer, but Heart disease, especially if that truly is the number one cause of death still in America, this needs to be spotlighted.
And, you know, young people especially too, because it could be preventative.
Totally. And we talk about the vaccine-induced myocarditis.
We've heard that a lot of times.
And I'm not denying that.
I think that's very plausible and it's quite likely it's happened.
But what about adding to that part weakened hearts?
Because we already have a weak system.
Why don't we look at both sides of it, you know, and get the heart strong again, because without the heart we die.
And so we should be thinking about caring for the heart from little to middle to big.
I mean, it should be going all the time.
I know.
That's what we have to have.
I think, you know, all working systems are important, but, you know, the heart, we just can't live without it.
It is.
And unfortunately, I would say, when you're a younger person, especially a child or a parent of a child, you're just thinking a heart is something, you know, it's never going to go out.
Or a heart is something that you care about when you're older.
You know, when you're past 50, that's something that you start tending to.
But when you're young, you know, there's nothing to worry about.
But we are seeing more fatalities more and more with Vaccine-induced myocarditis and pericarditis and these types of heart issues, and with younger and younger individuals getting heart disease, right?
So yeah, it's not something that you can just put on the shelf and worry about when you're 60 years old.
This is something that, you know, we need to tend to when we're children, when we're teenagers, when we're young adults.
We do, and there was a study I read years ago that sort of began to change my perspective on it.
They studied the hearts of some 20-year-old It's kind of a gang situation, but they did autopsies on them and they found out there was early stage plaque in those hearts.
Early stage plaque in the vessels.
So if that's true, and it is getting started back in the 20s, and by the way, I'm meaning if in a rhetorical way, it is true.
As that's true, that means we have weakened hearts right now.
Could that be a contributor in our inability to respond to things or our lack of ability to survive things?
I think so.
Yeah. And I think just like everything else, I mean, I want to take away the things in America or sort of minimize the things in America that are causing us harm.
That's fine.
But we spend as much or more education on maximizing and making availability of those things in America that may give us life.
It's like if we're focusing on the wrong all the time, we're going to miss the right.
And I don't want to miss the right right now on this because obviously we've been going down the wrong pathway for a long, long time.
Absolutely. Amen.
And I can tell this is a topic that you're very passionate about.
We've talked about it a couple of times on our show and you bring it back because again, this is really, really important and it is the number one cause of death in America for a reason.
So we need to start paying attention to it before it's too late.
Really. We do.
We have to.
And again, I think when people hear this, you know, I know I've talked about this before, but it's like, Are we getting the message?
Yeah. I don't think so, because nothing's changing.
And, you know, here's a little old Mark and Michelle in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the platform that we have, which is good, but it's not like the national platform.
That's where it needs to be shouted from, from the national stages.
Right. On Fox News and CNN.
100%. And especially from the White House.
Yeah, absolutely.
