Hey guys, well I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of the Kingdom Crunch cereal.
His new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch, and this particular flavor is acai bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you, too, and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cover.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word cereal, we think unhealthy, poisonous chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein.
Zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-trained triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating it, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves...
Cereal, but I don't want them to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there.
All of which, get this.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can.
And you can fix your diabetes.
Yay!
Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom Crunch cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save...
Promo code SHOTS. Promo code SHOTS and they can save some money out there and support your program.
Absolutely.
All right.

Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, as you all know that I've been following the J6 story ever since it happened.
I have relentlessly been following it and talking to our amazing patriotic J6ers while they've been in prison, before they went to prison, after they've gotten out of prison, because I was one of them too.
I just somehow got lucky.
I was spared.
But of course, I was at the Capitol too that day.
And they're us.
They're all of us.
And I never let that story die.
Unfortunately, so many others did.
And just kind of locked them up, threw away the key.
And now they're back.
It's been one month since they've been pardoned by President Trump and his administration.
and many of them just recently got out a couple weeks ago or some of them are still actually locked up and we'll talk about that in a minute.
But it is so, so great to have the J6ers free that never should have been locked up in the first place.
This was a crime against humanity.
This was a failure of the justice system and finally one wrong has been righted in the world and that is the freedom and the pardon of the J6ers.
I want to recap what's been going on in the last month.
We're really excited to be joined by one of the political prisoners of J6, J.D. Rivers, who was sentenced to eight and a half months.
And we'll talk about what his crime was that he committed in a minute here.
But he's joining us to talk about how it's been, what life has been like after the pardon, and then how CPAC was.
The conservative political conference just wrapped up a couple days ago, and that took place in Washington, D.C. For the first time in a few years with Donald Trump at the helm there, I personally missed out on most of Biden's years because it was just a dark and gloomy time for our country and no one was celebrating, so I opted out of going to CPAC. A lot of people did.
That was not a fun time for us the last couple years.
But I want to talk to the J6ers to see what happened at CPAC, how they were treated and received, what the reunion was like and what life has been like.
We won!
Hey guys, we're Scoramancy back! - - I'm coming into the picture, sorry.
Day Six! - Change!
Change. - - - Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah. yeah.
Oh, yeah.
J.D. Rivers, without further ado, thanks so much for joining Shots Fired.
How are you?
I'm good.
It's Rivera.
Rivera.
J.D. Rivera.
Okay, I'm sorry.
It's all good.
No, hey, thanks for having me.
J.D. Rivera.
I appreciate you having me.
Beautiful name.
Beautiful name.
Thank you.
All right, first of all, congratulations on your newfound freedom and your pardon.
Tell us, first of all, enlighten us what your big crime was.
That you committed that got you sentenced in the first place.
I'm a video journalist.
I was there documenting the events that happened.
Me too.
I walked into the Capitol after a police officer told me that I could come through.
Walked in, walked out, and that's what made me a domestic terrorist in America.
Unbelievable.
You know, the crazy thing is, because again, I was there that day, and really the only reason why I didn't get inside the Capitol was because there was just too many people pushing and shoving.
And then rubber bullets started flying, and the canopy up above started caving in on us.
But I would have gone in, most likely, because they were pushing people in as if it was like a museum, like an exhibit.
Like, here, come on in.
People are just kind of coming on in and looking at what's it like inside the Capitol.
Nobody that was there thought they were doing something wrong when they were stepping inside the Capitol, especially journalists and media.
They just thought they were just going with the flow of traffic.
That's why it's so unbelievable.
And why, you know, some people like Enrique Tarrio was facing 22 years in prison for something like that just, you know, blows my mind.
He wasn't even there that day.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
He wasn't even there that day.
And the people that were there that day, even on the perimeter, that were facing decades of prison time.
But it doesn't matter because they were talking to a kangaroo court.
They were talking to a fake.
Court, a fake judge, a fake jury.
I mean, it was all rigged and faked.
Nobody stood a chance against something like that.
It was all a charade.
Yeah, they used every last one of us to go after Trump.
Yeah.
We were all, you know, as a Marine Corps veteran, you know, going to war, there's always casualties of war.
And unfortunately, all of us J6ers were casualties of that war against President Trump.
Wow.
And not only President Trump, but any supporter of him and anyone that shares his views.
You know, it was really like a war against all of us, the millions of people who support him and who share conservative ideals.
It was the way to stamp us out, to stamp out our fight, our will to fight, say, hey, you think you're going to stand up to us, our tyrannical government?
Uh-uh.
This is what's going to happen to you if you stand up.
So that really was a really strong message that was...
Received loud and clear by many of us over those four years.
You know, we can't, you know, this is what's going to happen if we do stand up to you.
They were trying to neuter us.
And we tried to tell people, I was one of the first Northwest Florida Owls arrested on Inauguration Day of 2021. Wow.
That was early.
That was very early.
You know, Florida got the most hits as far as J6ers who got arrested.
Florida representing, that's what we do.
Yeah, the most patriotic state.
At the same time, we try to tell people, hey, nobody's safe.
You've got to be careful what you're doing.
And because of that, so many people like yourself and other individuals, they were scared to come to the front and say anything.
And rightfully so, because you could easily just put a video showing you were somewhere and the FBI would be kicking down your doors.
And we know this.
But I'm happy and I'm glad that President Trump did give us these full pardons, every last one of us, because now individuals who've been scared to come to the forefront have finally started showing their videos of what was going on in D.C. And, you know, we're kind of putting even more pieces together.
We got plenty of video footage to show how corrupt all that was.
But, you know, being able to see different angles from different individuals, it's just kind of showing more and more of the people what really happened that day.
Exactly.
Yeah.
So how how does it feel and how did it feel when Trump announced his pardon?
I was waiting all day, you know, because we heard that his potential is going to be part.
So we were 10 o'clock in the morning.
We were watching the news waiting all night.
Yeah.
You know, I had a little video where he finally starts talking about the pardons.
And I was ecstatic.
You know, for me, I. I did my eight months.
They gave me eight months in prison on four misdemeanor charges.
I did a year on probation.
I finished all that.
The pardon to me was vindication.
It was just, you know, for us, you know, because I did serve my time.
For my family, it was just, you know, we knew we were wrong.
And the pardon was telling everybody just that, hey, you guys were wrong for something based off of somebody else's political ideology.
But it was complete vindication for us.
So we were excited.
My wife was crying.
My kids were crying.
You know, they went through it.
But it was an exciting time for us to hear it.
Hear it come straight from his mouth.
Exactly.
I was, I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical that he was going to go through with it because I was hoping he would do it on his last day of office on his first term.
And when he didn't, and I felt like he kind of ignored the J6ers for a while.
I mean, I was out there all the time saying, like, Trump, what's going on?
You know, are you ignoring them?
Are you kind of just, like, abandoning them, these people that showed up for you and now they're in prison?
You know, I mean, I was pretty upset with him.
That he didn't do it sooner or that he didn't really give you guys the attention I thought you deserved in the last four years.
But he has been coming around more lately.
I was worried that maybe he's going to cuck at the last minute or something and think, oh, this isn't politically correct if I pardon them.
But thank God he did, and he had the balls to do it.
He just didn't give a crap what other people thought.
He did it, and he did it right away on day one.
So, you know, super props to President Trump for following through with that major promise right on day one.
It really set the country and his term off on the right foot, I think, to do that.
The other thing that was important about that was not that he did it on day one.
We all thought he was only going to do, like, individual misdemeanor charges, nonviolent offenses.
Oh, yeah.
I was worried about that, too.
He just stuck it to him.
I mean, he got the green light once Biden started, you know, partying everybody.
He had the preemptive pardons that he was getting.
So Trump just went with it and said, we're getting everybody.
And, you know, not everybody was partying.
You have to remember that.
There's the Proud Boys and Ricky Tarry and all them.
Joe Biggs, they got a commutation.
Stuart Rhodes.
So we're still fighting in hopes that they can get a pardon as well, too, because obviously none of that stuff would have happened to them had it not been for the setup in D.C. Absolutely.
Amen.
All right, cool.
So now let's talk about, you know, it's been a month.
You guys just went to the Conservative Political Conference CPAC over this past week.
It's y'all's, I think most of you, first CPAC outside and first real main event since you guys have all been pardoned, since many of you guys have even been freed from prison.
What was that like?
I mean, what a reunion that must have been.
What energy that must have been with all of you guys together.
How was that?
It was awesome because, you know, we all know each other from social media for the most part.
Oh yeah, some of you guys don't really, haven't met in person, right?
Yeah, a lot of us haven't met in person.
We've all been talking, you know, and it was for me, it was very, man, it was humbling.
It was exciting.
There's a lot of people that I spoke to prior to them going to prison, you know, because they followed suit in what I did, going to trial instead of taking a plea deal.
And a lot of them that were there and it was nice to finally get to hug them, you know, just hold on to them and just...
Feel each other.
You know, it was just a happy moment.
And then to finally meet individuals like Enrique Tarrio and Joe Biggs and Stuart Rhodes, these guys who've been portrayed as these horrible individuals in the world, domestic terrorists.
You know, Michael Funone keeps going out there making it as it is.
But it was great to be around like-minded individuals.
And when I say like-minded, as far as we knew what happened to us on January 6th.
We all come from different walks of life.
But we were able to collectively come together at CPAC and just enjoy each other's company, enjoy each other's freedom at the same time.
It was just a lot of fun, man.
It was just so great.
And there's going to be more coming on.
There's going to be more things to do.
But it was definitely amazing to finally meet people and actually get people telling me, hey, I appreciate everything you've been doing because I've been an advocate.
Ever since I was arrested, I was loud.
I got in trouble for being loud.
My symptoms got pushed up a little more because I was saying the things I was saying.
But it was nice to hear it finally from the individuals that I was advocating for and be able to shake their hands and just be like, man, I've been doing this all for all of us.
So it's just full circle.
Everything goes full circle.
And this whole thing's been a complete humbling experience.
Exactly.
And it brought a tear to my eye a little bit because...
These are guys, you know, Joe Biggs, Enrique Tarrio, Stuart Rhodes.
These are, you know, I'm proud to say that they are friends of mine.
You know, we went through a lot of events together.
We hung out a lot before all this happened.
And they are like the nicest, kindest, most humble guys.
And the kinds of guys that would do anything for you, you know?
There's flaky friends out there, and then there's the kind of guys that you can call up and you need help or you need anything, and these are those guys.
So what man means for evil, God can use for good.
Just as Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers, but ended up saving many lives, so too for this country here.
What was done to President Trump, the lawfare against him, the lawfare against us, has been used for good.
Every time they attacked him, he only got stronger.
They tried to disqualify him from being able to run in the 14th Amendment.
That's what this was all about.
All this was was like a massive conspiracy case with President Trump, a massive fake conspiracy case with President Trump as the designated kingpin, Ricky Tarrio and I as his designated lieutenants, and all the Othurs and Proud Boys as the spearhead of this so-called insurrection conspiracy.
Complete false garbage.
And all the other people in here as rank-and-file soldiers.
All this complete nonsense.
The false narrative was set very early.
February 16, 2021, Benny Thompson, member of Congress, the guy who went on the chair of the J6 Select Committee, filed a lawsuit along with other members of Congress suing President Trump, Giuliani, Oathkeepers and Proud Boys just weeks after the Capitol incident, alleging a conspiracy to disenfranchise black voters by challenging the election as unconstitutional and stolen, and also attacking democracy.
That's where the narrative was set.
Everything else was a dog and pony show.
Show trials, both in the J6 Select Committee, public show trial, and all of our trials were just manufactured show trials to make that true.
To arrive at a destination they already decided on long ago.
They knew where they wanted to go.
And all of our trials, there's a way to get there.
Those are the proud boys.
Those are the guys that were out on the front lines fighting, and those were the guys that ended up getting thrown in prison.
And that's what's the tragedy about it.
You know, furthest thing ever from a domestic terrorist.
These are the type of guys that you want to have your back.
No, absolutely.
Absolutely.
These are individuals that I would love to be in a fighting hole with if it ever came down to it.
These are the first people that I would call on immediately if it ever came down to it because I knew they would have my back.
You know, it was very sad hearing some of the stories, though, because, you know, you don't get to hear all the stories because they've been locked up.
They've been incarcerated this whole time.
Let me go to the exciting part of it, though, is knowing that when they got the call at, like, 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock at night, again, I was in prison for eight months, so I could only assume what it was like to hear, hey, get up, you're leaving at midnight, at midnight from prison, you know, because they have the way that they do certain things in prison from a specific time to a specific time, and if it doesn't happen, you're stuck for another day.
But to hear in the middle of the night, 10, 11, 12 o'clock at night, hey, get your stuff, you're leaving, you're done.
That's probably got to be an amazing, like, It's probably very surreal if you think about it.
Like, you're sitting in prison.
You don't know how long you're going to be there.
You're, you know, under the impression that you're about to do 10 plus years in prison.
And then you get a call or your CO comes in and says, hey, pack your stuff.
It's time to go.
So now let's talk about some of the crazier things that have happened.
I mean, I heard and I saw the videos and everything that a lot of the J6ers were kicked out from CPAC or they had a very strong, you're not welcome here from CPAC. Tell me more about that.
Yeah, I can tell you from what I saw, I mean, personally, I was there.
Jake Lang was escorted out by security.
Him and his fiancée girlfriend, Rachel, they were escorted out by security.
Now, mind you, Jake Lang, from what he told me, he spent $10,000 on a booth to be there.
He had his own little, you know, he's got his own blessed news network that he's been doing.
Yeah.
He was there promoting the J6ers.
And he spent some more money getting other J6ers there.
I want to say at least 20 J6ers on his dime to get them there.
And they kicked him out.
They took his credentials, said he's not welcome, and they escorted him not just from CPAC, but from the Gaylord altogether.
And, you know, a lot of people were like, oh, I wonder what was happening prior to, what was he acting up?
No, there wasn't nothing like that.
I mean, a couple of my friends that were there, Kirsten and them, they were helping fold clothes, get the booth set up, and then he went to go get, you know, their credentials, and that's when they're like, yeah, we're sorry to let you know, but your credentials have been revoked, you know?
And what I try to tell people is, I want you to put yourself in a situation where your friend, who just paid for you to come to CPAC, who you've been, you know, following for quite some time, Their story helping them out, you know, even an advocate for them, comes to CPAC, spends $15,000, maybe more, and then is told 30 minutes prior to the opening of CPAC, you're not welcome here.
Wow.
So everybody had their phones out, and Jake Lang had his out, and he was just like, CPAC's kicking out J6ers.
I mean, I think he had every right to protest and be loud at that time, but he wasn't being loud, obnoxious, or unruly prior to.
That's all just false information that people are saying because they don't like him probably.
But I can tell you from being there, that's not what happened prior.
Then you had, I want to say there's probably about seven total J6ers that were actually lost their credentials and escorted out by security.
And in the video that I put out there, I actually went to breakfast with a couple of them.
Stuart Rhodes and Richard Barnett were two individuals that were escorted out by security.
Told them, hey, your credentials are done.
Escorted away from CPAC, not out of the Gaylord, but they were still escorted out by security.
And they made a couple phone calls.
They're like, hey, we want to get to CPAC. We want to fix this.
We don't know what's going on.
Phone calls were made.
They were told, hey, you're good to go.
Just re-register, come down, and everything should be good.
So we followed them down.
They went back to registering.
They were good to go.
They didn't have no problems after that, you know.
So for me, the big thing is, you know, they claimed that there was like an error in the system.
But to me, I'm trying to figure out what error in the system would cause someone to be escorted out by security.
Yeah, exactly.
That's my biggest question, right?
And who was the one, who was the individual who ended up officially saying that Jake Lang wasn't allowed to be there because they said it's coming down from higher up.
It's not the security guys, obviously.
So who's saying it?
You know, bring them down, tell them to come talk, find out what's going on.
There's obviously some animosity there towards certain J6ers.
Not all of us.
You know, I got in no problem.
I was there with my media credentials as well.
I was able to do interviews, and that's why I was able to get the footage and everything that I got from within.
But, you know, there was a lot of tension around the J6ers, the crowd.
You know, we're freedom fighters.
We were there for the first time in D.C. collectively together, not worried about getting arrested for being in that vicinity.
But we had security watching us everywhere we went, you know?
And we've dealt with that for the past four years.
So why did we need to do that from CPAC? Exactly.
A conservative convention.
We shouldn't have to have been watching our backs at a place where our president, who just pardoned us, was going to speak.
What sense does that make?
So for a lot of us, we're like, this is kind of ridiculous.
We tried to get in certain areas.
We were pushed out, pushed back.
You guys should know by now that, see, there's y'all, you know, there's us kind of conservatives, and then there's, like, the CPAC kind of conservatives.
Exactly, yeah.
You know, Rhino-y.
I mean, let's be real, like, there's the Rhinos who condemned January 6th and, you know, embarrassed of us, and those are the ones that, you know, the Lindsey Grahams, and, you know, those are the kinds of ones that would be likely to kick you guys out of CPAC, you know?
Yeah, I'm trying for more.
From what we got from Jake Lang, it was Matt Schlapp.
Matt Schlapp, exactly.
Yeah, who's one of the main provocateurs of getting rid of the J6ers.
And from what we were also told, there's actually audio of him talking about what was going on.
So I'll let everybody go find that themselves so they can speculate on what he's saying or what he's not saying.
Yeah, let's watch that, actually.
Let's insert that clip right now so everybody can hear it.
He never calls me.
He never has to talk to me.
He just keeps putting everything on Twitter.
Four years and six days in the D.C. Gulag.
900 days solitary confinement.
This is my second year sponsoring a booth here for the Jan Sixers.
Last year I paid $10,000.
This year I got a smaller booth, but I have 30 tickets that I bought.
Jan Sixers flying in from all across the country.
House, Internet, all the things here.
Spending tens of thousands of dollars.
I just got out of prison.
I was part of our President Trump.
Why?
Why am I not allowed to see that?
You ready?
Yeah, no, no, because it's disgusting.
No, no, listen, I'm just here to say that that is not my decision at all.
I don't have anything to do with it.
I need to speak to who made the decision and understand why that decision was made and what other Jan Sixers are going to be told that they can't come after flying here from across the country.
All I know is that I'm being told that they're not going to give you credentials to come in.
You still have plenty of time to argue, right?
Like you got here early.
You're right on time.
Because they're not even doing registration.
When I have a beef with someone, I call them.
If my number's available, if my email's available, if he wants to go get a cup of coffee, I will get a cup of coffee with him.
I have great compassion for him.
This is the wrong way to handle beef.
This is the wrong way to handle beef.
If I go back to the house tonight.
By the way, I'm going to give him a refund for his money because I don't want to shake him down for money.
He's been through hell.
But, you know, for the most part, CPAC was fun for us as J6s because of our coming together.
There was nothing new we heard.
It was awesome to see Tom Holm and JD Vance, certain people in person.
That was the fun part.
But when I was running around, I was doing stuff around the J6ers.
So, you know, we had an opportunity to go back to the Capitol with Enrique Tarrio, the Proud Boys.
And there's, again, maybe roughly 50 J6ers that were there, the same ones that were there the whole day.
You know, we went back to the Capitol.
They spoke.
They had a press conference about their lawsuit and the Proud Coin that helps, you know.
You know, purchase or helps fund their lawsuit and other J6ers.
And that's what they were there for, to explain.
You know, they finally get a chance to speak their voice into what happened.
And unfortunately, there was like literally three or four unruly protesters there that were being extremely loud.
And in the video, if you watch my live, you can see it in other videos.
I mean, they were coming inside of our group, like pushing their way into us.
And we kept telling the D.C. police, hey.
You need to remove them.
You need to remove them.
It took, I mean, 10, 15 minutes for them to finally come in and push them out, but then they just let them come back in every single time.
And they knew what was going on.
They saw what was happening.
And then when it was all said and done, we walked out.
They were still following us.
D.C. police was following us.
I mean, we had a D.C. police escort, to say the least.
And these people were literally walking in between us.
I mean...
One of the ladies literally had her megaphone in my ear at one point, in other people's ears, and I'm just like, dude, this is ridiculous.
The girl that assaulted Enrique, that they say Enrique insulted because he slapped her phone away from her, she was pushing through us, elbowing us, and getting through, and I told the police officer, the same Capitol Police officer that was excited to arrest Enrique, I said, you need to get a hold of this girl.
She's causing problems.
She's putting hands on people, and you guys ain't doing nothing.
You're just watching her.
All he did was shook his head at me.
He just shook his head at me.
That was it.
And then, you know, we all dispersed and then find out about five minutes later, Enrique just got arrested.
And it was arrested by the same police officer that we had spoken to multiple times for the young lady who, I think she's young, for the lady that was there that was, you know...
Literally putting her hands on people and putting her phone in people's faces the whole time.
And then, of course, Enrique gets charges pressed on him and everything else.
So there's enough video footage out there that I hope Enrique uses to potentially come back with something.
But he was obviously let go later that day.
Enrique being Enrique, he was happy to be back and just hang out and do his thing.
It was good that he wasn't stuck in over the weekend.
He was able to come back and continue to enjoy his freedoms as he deserved.
- Hey, we too. - Guys, I'm here with Enrique Tarrio, founder of the Proud Boys, just arrested outside the Capitol, nonsense law affair.
What happened? - So, this lady was following us everywhere.
She actually said that she was gonna follow me all the way to the hotel.
So, I took a different route, you know?
The same lady blisteringly screaming while we were doing the press conference.
Exactly.
So, I felt like a needle or something hit me, right?
She was standing close to you kind of like...
No, no, she was literally hovering over me.
Yeah.
So, I felt like a needle, so I grabbed her phone, I fucking tossed it.
Next thing I know, obviously.
He thought he got stabbed with something, so he reacted quickly.
Yeah, so Capitol Police came in and fucking picks me up instead of her.
Yeah, that was insane.
Pretty sure that after they saw everything, the charges are get dropped.
Yeah, so they took you over to the police station, like right across the street here, and they booked you and released you?
Right around the corner.
Booked you and released you?
Booked, released.
Simple assault charge?
Nonsense.
Lawfare will not stand.
We're coming.
With a Scotian terrorist.
Well, and you guys, too.
He's out.
He's out.
I want to add this.
Yeah, absolutely.
Now, I want to just talk about that real quick, too.
So he confronted Michael Fanone, right?
That ridiculous CIA fake crisis actor appearing.
Capital police officer who made all those claims on the J6 hearing.
He was crying, you know, pretending to cry.
And, you know, he said this was the worst day of his life and he has PTSD and everything.
I mean, that guy, if I've ever seen a crisis actor that looked like a paid operative, that guy would be him.
Absolutely.
But, I mean, all those police officers that spoke up at that hearing appeared fake to me.
They definitely appeared CIA-grown.
So Enrique Tarrio confronted him.
He saw him walking in the hallway.
He confronted him.
And check out this video so you can see a little bit of this background, which, amazing.
And the guy was such a wussy, he wasn't even, like, acknowledging his presence until he piped off at the last minute.
But check this out.
You guys are assholes, so please just back off.
You know who's an asshole?
Somebody sentencing laughs while I get sentenced to 22 years.
That's an asshole.
You were brave on Twitter, and you thought you were brave when I sentencing was laughing when I got 22 years.
And now you really don't want to look at my wife and pretend I'm not here, right?
Yeah, keep walking.
Keep walking.
Come on, go!
- Whoa, whoa! - You got it. - You got it, you got it. - You got it. - You got it. - You got it. - You got it. - You got it. - Oh, wow. - This is certainly fun.
I'm getting a break on the sentence again.
You sat there and you laughed when I got 22 fucking years.
Now you don't even want to look at my eyes.
You fucking coward.
You weren't a coward that day.
You're a coward asshole.
Just go home.
You're a traitor of this country.
Yes, so are you.
You're a fucking traitor of this country.
You're a fucking traitor of this country.
That's why they fired your ass.
That's why you're all people turned around to your piece of shit.
You ain't a fucking boy over here.
You're an asshole.
You fucking boy over here.
You're a little failure.
Run for me, motherfucker.
Run for me.
You fucking piece of shit.
Run for me.
Oh, you can say that while you're over there, motherfucker.
You didn't do shit.
You fucking small-headed bitch.
Fuck you.
Terrence, man.
So tell us a little bit about that interaction and That's the interaction that got him, got some charges pressed on him or got him arrested?
Enrique?
Yes.
No, no, that had nothing to do with his charges.
The video before when we were at the Capitol was where he got arrested.
He was busy confronting a lot of people.
He was.
But did everyone think, I mean, you know, the fact that Biden pardoned all these guys, these police officers and everyone at the J6 hearing, he pardoned them on his way out.
Doesn't that raise a lot of suspicion to everybody that...
These people probably weren't real Capitol Police officers, that they probably were, you know, crisis actors or plants.
What do you all think of that?
Michael Fanone and these other Capitol Police officers.
Any real person with some common sense would see right through all of that.
I mean, they're the first ones to be like, you don't need a pardon if you're not guilty of anything, right?
Well, I hear you, but what about a preemptive pardon?
You're pardoning somebody for a crime not committed.
So what does that tell you?
You know, we got pardons for the supposed crimes that we committed against our capital in America.
These individuals are getting pardons for something that hasn't happened or might not happen.
So what does that tell you?
I mean, everyone's going to have their own speculations on it.
They're going to feel their own way.
Fanon, Harry Dunn.
I mean, Harry Dunn, Steve Baker's done an amazing job with the Blaze, going through his timeline and showing everything that Harry Dunn has lied about under oath.
In his book, Under Oath, The Whole Works, and he's got the video evidence to prove where he was at, where he said he was, compared to where he actually was, the things he was doing.
He has all that.
And with that amount of proof, why hasn't nothing happened to Harry Dunn yet?
I mean, it's obvious he lied under oath.
It's obvious Fanone lied under oath.
We have the footage of Fanone and all the other stuff.
There's only one time.
There's only one time that I'll give it that Fanone probably got screwed over, and it was when that J-Stixer tased him in the neck.
I don't condone that kind of stuff.
I think the majority of us don't.
That's probably the dumbest thing someone could do.
But outside of that, Fanone pushed himself his way out there.
He was laughing and giggling about what happened when he was by the ambulance.
So this having PTSD and all that other stuff, I've been through far more worst of boot camp training in the United States Marine Corps.
Right.
Three months that Fanone did.
So he can claim PTSD, but he's not the tough guy that he really is.
Enrique and Ivan and them confronted him at that, wherever that was, at that hotel.
I mean, they were talking.
Hey, you know, you were laughing about my 22-year sentence, and they got a good kick out of it.
But Fanon didn't get tough.
If you watch that video again, Fanon doesn't get tough until he has his back to the elevator.
The elevator starts opening, right?
And then he, oh, hold me back, big guy.
Hold me back.
You know, all of a sudden now he's getting tough.
You know, that whole group, they all want to keep calling Enrique Trader.
They want to keep calling the Proud Boys the Traders.
That's what they've been spewing for a very long time.
That's projection.
They are the Traders.
Absolutely.
And Fanon, and this is something I would hope that all J6ers would get behind, Fanon has constantly said multiple times that every one of us J6ers are insurrectionists.
He has said it over and over and over.
I mean, I get sick and tired of being called an extraterrestrialist for somebody who was filming at the Capitol and only got hit with misdemeanor charges.
You know what I'm saying?
It gets to be a bit, you know, annoying after a while, but they continue to let people like Fanon say these things with no consequences.
So I think it's time that something needs to be done.
And I think we were loud enough at CPAC this week to show people, hey, you know, we're back and we're definitely going to be loud.
Yeah.
You might have sent us to prison.
You might have done some things and sent the FBI to our house.
But that doesn't stop who we are as Americans.
Amen.
All right, good.
Well, I want you guys to listen to this video or watch this video.
This is another beautiful video of the J6 reuniting and singing God Bless America over at the Gaylord Hotel in Washington, D.C. Just amazing, beautiful, touching moment of this reunion.
Check this out here.
For the ramparts we lost were so gallantly streaming.
When the rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air, gave proof to the night that our flag was still gave proof to the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, let us that star-spangled banner yet wave.
Oh, the land of the free and the home of the brave.
USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!
USA! Fight, fight, fight, fight!
We are J6.
We are not going away.
We are not going away.
We are going to be in Congress.
We are going to be in Senate.
We are not going away.
That's right.
J6.
That's right, brother.
J6! I love it.
All right, J.D., it's so great to talk to you.
I'm so happy you're officially pardoned and you're free, along with the other J6ers.
I'm just, I'm so excited for what's to come for the next couple years for you guys, especially now that Trump is back and better than ever, bolder than ever.
I am just, I'm so excited for the next couple years.
Are you?
I am.
If I could just say one more thing.
Even though we're all part, and I want your audience to understand, a lot of J6ers are still struggling.
They can't get jobs still.
I mean, it was sad for me to hear that one of the Proud Boys is living out of his car.
Those kind of things should not be happening.
So, again, great American patriots.
They're strong.
They're strong-willed.
It's not going to break them down.
But these guys are just getting out of prison.
There's so many people who just got out of prison.
We have to remember that.
Yeah, this is step one.
You know, what their life rehabilitated is step two that we need to focus on.
Absolutely.
So if you guys can help them out in any way, that'd be amazing.
Find their gifts and goes.
Find their social medias.
Find out how you can help them.
We've got to get these guys back on their feet.
I've had a couple of years to finally get my life back together.
And we're still working on things, but there are so many J6ers that still need your help and your support.
I mean, we're still in a battle.
But I think we're going to all be okay at the end of this.
I pray so.
And, you know, this is a message.
Actually, now that you mention it, I wanted to bring this up.
This is from Coy Griffin, founder of Cowboys for Trump.
And he posted this on Twitter that just sort of sums up what we just discussed.
He says, now that the glitz and glamour of CPAC is gone, it's back to the struggle of surviving in the real world for many of us.
Praying for some type of restitution for many like me, those who have lost jobs and businesses, only to be reduced to employment where we barely survive.
And there's a picture, a selfie of him, you know, with kind of like what looks like a factory behind him.
And yeah, I mean, you know, the battle has really just begun now.
That was just step one, half the battle.
Now we need to get these guys back on their feet and not only surviving, but thriving.
All of what they did for us, they fell on the sword.
You know, we need to give back to them.
So anything you guys can do with contributing to GoFundMes, if you know of a specific one, you know, that's helping with this too, please feel free to plug it now because, you know, this is a cause worth, you know, worth contributing to and fighting for, for sure.
The one place that I could tell everybody to go, stophate.com, David Summerall.
Oh yeah, great guy.
That man has done amazing things.
He was the first person that ever reached out to me when I was going through what I was going through.
But he has list upon list upon list of everything that you need when it comes to, you know, gifts and goes and how to help out.
That's always the first thing that pops in my head.
Yeah, okay, great.
I know there's more.
I know there's more, but that's the first one that pops in my head.
Okay, awesome.
Thanks so much, J.D. Rivera.
Tell everybody where they could find you, where they can follow you, too.
Yeah, TikTok, Twitter, excuse me, Instagram, it's me, JD, or it's underscore me, underscore JD. Yeah, that's where you find me.

Yeah.

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
This is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein.
But it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals, insoluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving.
And people use three scoops.
But guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal.
And the shelf life is two years.
If you don't open it, pretty cool.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
And if we're in any kind of apocalypse, you can pretty much eat this all day.
You can't.
And the cereal.
And be really, really healthy.
Alright, cool.
And guys, you can find the Kingdom Fuel line of products at Dr. Sherwood's website, of course, sherwood.tv.
And use promo code SHOTS to get 30% off.
