Hey, guys.
Well, I'm here with my favorite doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, here today.
And guess what I just got?
It is a giant box of a Kingdom Crunch cereal, his new line of cereal called Kingdom Crunch.
And this particular flavor is acai bowl.
And let me tell you, it is so, so, so, so, so tasty and delicious.
But besides from it being so tasty, I have Dr. Sherwood here to tell us why it's so good for you, too, and why it's so amazing and should be in everyone's cover.
So what's up with this incredible cereal that you sent me that I can't stop eating, Dr. Sherwood?
Well, many times when we hear the word cereal, we think unhealthy, poisonous chemical, carcinogenic.
Shouldn't be eating it.
That is quite the opposite.
High protein, zero added sugars, organic ingredients, and healthy fats such as medium-trained triglycerides.
Deanna, that should be in everyone's cupboard, in every child's mouth, every day.
That is truly healthy and life-giving for kids.
I recommend it all the way.
Not because I made it, but because it solves a real problem in today's world.
Excuse me, I can't stop eating it, but I gave it to my son, Maverick, who also loves cereal, but I don't want him to eat cereal except for this.
This is really, really good.
It's really tasty.
It actually tastes like real acai in your mouth.
And it's packed full of all these nutrients and no sugar, right?
No added sugar?
That's insane.
How is it so sweet then?
Yeah, we use stevia, monk fruit, and some allulose there, all of which, get this, are diabetic-friendly.
They won't raise blood sugar, which is another benefit.
I've had people ask me, can I eat that if I'm diabetic?
Yes, you can, and you can fix your diabetes.
Yay!
Awesome.
Well, this is so good.
Where can everybody find this Kingdom Crunch cereal?
They can find it at sherwood.tv forward slash shots and use your discount code to save.
Promo code SHOTS. Promo code SHOTS and they can save some money out there and support your program.
Absolutely.
All right, go to sherwood.tv promo code SHOTS and pick up this delicious Kingdom Crunch cereal today.
And without further ado, let's get into the hottest news of the day.
All right.
Well, thank you for some of you for your well wishes.
I'm still, I think, on the up and up of my cold or flu or whatever this was, maybe a bio attack.
My voice is still a little bit shot, but I'm going to power through it today.
Thanks for bearing with me.
But in any event, so I'm sure everybody's seen this by now, but just the video of Trump Having his incredible entrance into Madison Square Garden on Saturday night at the major UFC fight was really, really crazy.
And I just want to play this clip again because it just really epitomizes how much the tide has changed and shifted, how much the culture has shifted just from now, even just from a few months ago, but especially since the last time Trump was elected president.
How much more love there is for him and acceptance there is for him.
It's really quite phenomenal.
So on Saturday night, again, probably seen this already, but President-elect Trump walked through Madison Square Garden, being escorted by Dana White, the owner of USC. Who else was there?
Pretty much everyone in his cabinet.
Elon Musk was there, Tulsi Gabbard, and so many more.
They walk in.
He gives Joe Rogan a huge hug and fist bump and everything.
Kind of a really big bear hug.
Then he walks back over and he hangs out with Kid Rock and so many other of these big name celebs.
Quite this entourage that is now following him around everywhere.
And making quite the entrance and everybody went crazy.
There was massive applause.
And then they played one of his ads on the Jumbotrons all over inside the arena.
So check this out if you missed this or to refresh your memory one more time.
Making his way to the world-famous Octagon, flanked by UFC CEO Dana White, 45, soon to be 47, President-elect Donald Trump.
At least the people at your home could hear the sound in this room!
It is so loud in here!
It is so loud!
It's always loud when he comes here, but now that he's won?
Now that he's the president again?
Oh my God!
So Donald Trump...
Making his way to watch the UFC, which he absolutely loves, and doing so with some sort of victory lap after regaining the presidency earlier this month in emphatic fashion with an election blowout of the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.
Congratulations, sir.
Congratulations.
Congratulations.
Miss him.
Congratulations. Congratulations. Congratulations. Congratulations. Congratulations. Congratulations.
Come on.
What a moment here inside Madison Square Garden as the President-elect Donald Trump feels the love from all of these New Yorkers and all the fight fans around the world who have made their way to UFC 309. Robert Kennedy alongside.
Taking a position in Donald Trump's cabinet.
Nobody's sitting inside Madison Square Garden.
Alright, and then if you missed it, UFC fighter John Jones, who happens to be black, he went, after he won the gold medal and he retains his title, he did the Trump dance over there in the ring and then pointed to Trump and then he walked over there and he handed Trump his gold winning belt.
And told him what an honor it was that he was there and it made him really nervous, but he wanted to acknowledge what a great president he was and is about to be again.
So watch this moment if you haven't already.
And then John Jones also, by the way, said that he's a proud Christian American man.
He's proudly Christian.
He loves God.
All the glory to God and to Jesus and to America, which is a pretty cool thing to say publicly.
And it's rare, which I always love when people say that.
You know, yes, they love God.
They love Jesus.
They love American and they're Christian.
And of course, now he's getting all this backlash from everyone and from the liberals whose heads are exploding.
They're calling him fake.
He's the fakest UFC fighter in the world and totally smearing him now.
Now, what I find just interesting, again, is that a couple years ago or even really a couple months ago, a big name, celebrities and influencers, they did not even want to touch Donald Trump.
They didn't want to be seen with him.
You know, they they had a lot of times their careers destroyed or they were smeared and they did not want to be associated with Trump or with Trump supporters at all.
It was just us, you know, lowly American middle class people that supported Trump openly.
And now the tide has shifted so much that we have all of these big name influencers and public figures Like UFC fighters, the owner of UFC, Elon Musk, and all these people that are just jumping on the bandwagon, even, that are supporting him and proudly, loudly about it.
And it's kind of cool, too.
It's now the cool thing, it seems like, to support Trump, wear your MAGA hat, and be proud about it.
Look at everybody in the audience that was giving him a grand welcome.
They were excited that he was there.
And it just wouldn't have been like that a couple years ago, maybe even six months ago, from the majority of people.
And I think that stigma has now gone away to where people are, you know, they don't, especially with Joe Rogan endorsing him, they don't want to be supporting Kamala.
They want to be kind of in the cool kids club and be out there supporting Trump.
And it is more cool now.
So whatever you may think of Trump, you know, wait and see approach.
Obviously, there's a lot of red flags about him and a lot of unanswered questions.
But you can't deny that optimism is now higher in America, that there's enthusiasm, there's excitement again, there's patriotism.
And I think it's really catching on.
It's really infectious.
It really is becoming like an infectious, positive red wave.
And everyone's like, it's really, it's just magnetic.
It's infectious.
And you can't help but be excited about it.
I know I am.
And believe me, I've been one of the harshest critics of Trump.
I've been questioning him severely over the last couple years and still will question and hold his feet to the fire.
But even so...
We've got to admit some of the positive things, too, and just be excited.
There's no good that can come from living in fear, living in worry, and living in negativity.
So the best thing we could really do is have faith that he's going to be good, that he's going to be successful as a president, and fulfilling his MAGA promises, and he's not going to sell us out.
He's not going to be controlled opposition and a snake.
That's the last thing we want or need.
So I want to have faith.
I want to, you know, just, gosh, I hope that they do the right thing, and I hope he's not already bought out.
And, you know, which brings me to my next set of videos here.
Just look at, again, look at all of these celebrities, these professional athletes, and even college kids that have been doing the Trump dance to, you know, show their support of President Donald Trump.
And their opposition to liberalism and Marxism.
Their opposition, open opposition from the other side.
Look at, you know, college kids.
We never saw college kids before really openly supporting Republican presidents.
They were heavily brainwashed.
They all wanted to support the liberal candidate.
And now, check out these college kids I'm going to play in just a moment.
But first, watch this montage of Public figures openly doing the Trump dance.
Tell me if this is not at least fun and positive.
Roll the clip.
Well, check the flag here.
It was thrown away.
I understand the YMCA.
There was never any doubt, Kamala.
You're fired.
I mean, you cannot deny that there's been a shift, major tectonic shift in America over the last couple of weeks.
Pretty remarkable.
And the left cannot hide it anymore.
They can't cheat their way through this anymore, which is incredible.
They used to be able to hide it.
They just can't anymore.
And they're losing their crap.
Check this out, too.
This is pretty cool.
Someone named Megan Walsh posted this, and I wanted to highlight it.
She says, to think I used to run around in there when Trump would host us at Mar-a-Lago, the great times that we had.
She says this, the most chilling moment from dinner with Donald Trump the other night.
Last night, I had dinner next to Donald Trump in Mar-a-Lago.
After being welcomed to the dining area with thunderous applause, Trump got out his iPad and he began to DJ as he's known to do.
And the first song Trump played gave the entire club the chills.
Trump played the song Justice for All, which is a very patriotic song that was recorded with the J6 prison choir, a group of January 6 men imprisoned after, of course, the January 6 Capitol situation.
The profits from the song are dedicated to the legal aid for the political prisoners incarcerated by the Biden regime.
The entire Mar-a-Lago club and dinner stood up in reverent silence as this song run out and rang across everything, all of the sound.
They put it on blast on speaker.
To me, this was a defiant message from Trump to January 6th political prisoners.
We have not forgotten about you.
Hold on.
Justice is coming.
Now, I think that's pretty cool.
Because one of the things that I did lose faith in Trump is I felt like he just kind of brought everybody there to January 6th and then abandoned everyone.
And didn't support them as he should have been or try to pardon them and get them out sooner.
So the fact that he seems to be more committed now and openly talking about pardoning the January six political prisoners is long overdue and it absolutely needs to happen.
But that's important.
It sounds like he's trying to pardon them, too, on day one.
We'll see what happens.
And I hope, I really hope that he, that he follows through with that.
As all is lifted, the heart of the earth begins.
Gave proof through time That I was there One nation under God
Only unless our stable Red and river never be Indivisible with liberty and justice for all For the land of the free And the home of the free
And Bill Maher even is admitting defeat.
Bill Maher, which of course is the biggest cuck ever, but at least he's admitting defeat.
He's understanding part of the reason, at least, why the Democrats lost this election and why President Trump won.
It's so easy for most to figure out, but liberal news anchors are still not getting it and making excuses or...
They're just pretending like they're not getting it so that they keep everybody else blind and dumb.
So here's Bill Maher admitting at least why he thinks that Trump won.
One must tell the usual suspects on the far left that the saying is, when you're in a hole, stop digging.
You just lost a crazy contest to an actual crazy person.
What a shocker that the people who see everything through the lens of race and sex see their election loss as a result of racism and sexism.
Yes, if only we weren't so irredeemably unenlightened, we would have elected a black president by now.
Oh, what, we did?
Asked if racism is built into our society.
White progressives agreed with that at higher levels than black and Hispanic people.
They don't want your pity.
And black people can't afford to indulge rich white people's need to endlessly flagellate themselves.
They just want prices to go down and good jobs and the police when you call them.
And of course, what would anyone admitting why Trump won be without Whoopi Goldberg and the ladies, sorry, they're not ladies, the men.
Monster men from The View, slutting them down, shutting them down, and slamming them up.
So, of course, Whoopi Goldberg and the gang jump in and attack him and say he's wrong and make it all about identity again, all about race, all about gender, as if we didn't already have this argument a hundred times with Hillary already.
Okay, they just can't believe that, no, it's not about someone's, about the fact that they're a woman, not a woman, or it's a man, or because he's white.
It's literally just that he's more qualified for the job.
And finally, everyone's eyes are open to that.
And nobody's buying their bullshit anymore.
No one's buying their bullshit anymore.
And they're losing their shit.
They can't handle it.
And they're in such denial.
And it's so great to see that.
And that they still believe, too.
That intelligent people are voting for the left.
When in reality, you know, one of the demographics that I guess didn't move the needle at all, black people more voted for Trump this year than ever.
Mexican people, women did.
But college-educated women, they said that's the one demographic that really didn't move at all.
They still voted for For the left, they still voted for Kamala.
And they said still the majority of black women, too, voted for Kamala.
And I think this is really funny because what is college education nowadays?
College education are its leftist indoctrination machines at this point.
Leftist indoctrination machines that now, at least it seems, most women fall for still.
Not the men.
They've opened their eyes now and smartened up.
But women, college-educated women still have fallen for it.
And unfortunately, black women apparently still have fallen for their BS and propaganda.
So that's very telling to me.
You know, people who aren't college-educated, they're not falling for this crap.
They're smarter.
They're more intelligent.
They're more critical thinkers than those college-educated women.
And the college-educated women think everybody else are dumb.
Of course, they look down their noses at everybody thinking they're the smarter ones, but they're not.
They're just more brainwashed.
They just have more propaganda thrown against them.
And I think that that demographic is really, really telling from the exit polls what college education now actually is.
It's not an education.
It's indoctrination.
And lastly, last clip I want to play is obviously speaking of Whoopi Goldberg, we've got Whoopi Goldberg saying that the best way to get back at men after voting for Trump and regaining our power and control of the situation is to go on a sex strike.
Yes, let's go on a sex strike.
Make sure that men don't get any.
That's the way to punish them.
And the next time they come around, you know, begging for sex, we say, well, we're only going to give you sex if you vote for the left or the woman.
So here's the clip of Whoopi Goldberg saying that she is going on a sex strike and encouraging all liberal women to do the same.
Whoopi Goldberg, she's going to be holding sex from whoever she might be having sex with.
And the world breathes a collective sigh of relief.
I dare.
Yeah.
You didn't get here by yourself, man.
You can't do this without us.
And if we don't let you, you don't get any.
It's that simple.
It's that simple.
Oh, no.
Whoopi Goldberg's shutting it down.
You know, I've never really understood gay pride.
I've truly never understood what gay pride is.
But I think in that, I think I just figured it out.
Because the idea of Whoopi Goldberg sitting in front of me Like, legs open Whoopi Goldberg.
I'm actually, now I understand what Gay Pride is.
I've never been prouder than I am right now.
What I find most funny is that it's always Whoopi, the most unattractive beast that nobody would ever have sex with that seems to be going on these sex strikes.
And all the liberal, hairy, men-looking women that are wanting to go on the sex strike.
And then what's also funny but also sad is that there's a lot of videos on TikTok and social media floating around that Have women with lots of followers saying that the best way for men, the best way for women to take control of their situation, aside from going on a sex strike, is to go and get your IUDs implanted in you, permanent birth control, or for at least five years, implanted in your body.
Go and do that, women.
That's the best way to protect yourself during a Trump presidency.
And for men, the best way for you to be an ally to women is go get a vasectomy.
And they're serious about it.
This isn't satire.
This isn't a joke.
They truly believe that the best way for men to prove themselves that they're an ally to women is go and get a vasectomy.
It's nuts.
Literally.
And what they're saying is, too, there's new stats that have come out that said that since Trump won the election, appointments for women to get IUDs have risen 760%.
Incredible.
760% more.
Women booking appointments to go get IUDs in.
And then for men, booking appointments to get vasectomies has skyrocketed 1,200%, if these numbers are real.
1,200%.
That's insane.
So they're believing this propaganda.
I mean, what are men supposed to do?
Walk around with their sack hanging out and show women their scars to show them that they're an ally?
I don't know what they're expecting them to do.
But that number's insane.
It's disgusting.
And it really epitomizes what the left stands for.
It's all anti-family, anti-God.
And anti-procreation.
It's all about population control in the end, but they don't realize it.
They don't get it.
But I'm happy.
If the liberal toxic men and the liberal toxic women are all getting IUDs and vasectomies, maybe that will help with the breeding and have the right people actually be reproducing.
That's really Darwinism at its finest.
So that is just unbelievable, and I'm going to leave you with that right now.
We'll be right back, guys, right after these messages.
Don't go anywhere.

Why is Kingdom Fuel so much better than a lot of other supplements and nutritional supplements out there?
This is a really, really good shake.
My favorite, by the way, is the vanilla, but I've got the vanilla and the chocolate.
Well, Kingdom Fuel is not just a protein shake.
It has organic pea protein, full spectrum, full amino acid profile, 20 grams of protein, but it's also got added to it greens and reds.
A lot of people buy those separately.
It's got vitamins and minerals, insoluble and insoluble fiber.
That is a complete meal, and it's under $5 per serving.
And people use three scoops.
But guess what?
Most people don't.
They use one or two.
So you're talking about a full, complete meal and The shelf life is two years if you don't open it.
Pretty cool.
Oh yeah, absolutely.

It's amazing, great, and keeps me healthy.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
All right, so this week we have seen Trump parading around with all of his latest cabinet members.
They've really become an entourage, a posse over the last week or so.
We've got Elon Musk.
Parading around him.
We've got RFK going out to the UFC fights with him.
And, you know, the more cabinet members he announces, Tulsi, they've all kind of become this entourage, almost like the Avengers.
And it is really cool to see, I have to admit.
It's kind of cool to see these people that really have an axe to grind with the Deep State and Big Pharma, etc., come out and band together.
Now, on maybe the more disappointing side, or the funny side, or whatever you look at it, a couple of days ago, Donald Trump Jr. posted this picture on his X account.
And it's a picture of all of them, this little crew in their private jet, flying back from a rally.
And it was, it was Donald Trump Jr. We're good to go.
And people had mixed reviews about this.
Some people thought it was funny, some people thought it was relatable, because a lot of times we say, you know, my diet starts Monday, my diet starts tomorrow, and then I'm going to binge eat until then.
And some people thought it was in poor taste, no pun intended.
So we have mixed reviews about this, but of course I wanted to bring in our resident naturopathic doctor, an incredible doctor, Dr. Mark Sherwood, to weigh in on this and give us his reaction to this picture and kind of what it's telling the nation, Make America Great Again or Healthy Again starts tomorrow.
So without further ado, someone who can probably talk better than me right now because I'm a little sick, Dr. Mark Sherwood, welcome to Shots Fired.
How are you?
Well, I'm doing very well, and your voice is going to get better, I hope.
So it's good.
So, yeah, the picture that I saw...
What's your reaction, first of all?
I was disappointed.
And I have a lot of reasons why.
And frankly, I don't think it's funny.
Because I don't think the state of America's health is funny.
I think the state of America's health is exactly what this...
group has been saying I think it's the biggest threat to the existence of not just this country but mankind in the history of the world.
And America has made a really a doctrine and a practice of practicing unhealthiness, subsidizing unhealthiness, profiting off of unhealthiness, medicating unhealthiness, and we are the poorest example of what to do with abundance on planet earth.
We are the unhealthiest we've ever been in the history of mankind and we set the bar high on that one and it's not okay.
And with the caption, and I've heard people, you know, I've had probably a half dozen people, maybe more, reach directly out to me and saying, pretty funny, huh?
And I have not been really akin to agreeing with that because I don't think it's funny.
I'll tell you what this does.
It sets the tone For the concept of cheat, every once in a while.
And Deanna, I watch people in my life, in this business, and in life in general, that open the door to one glass of alcohol that turns them into an alcoholic again.
Open up one glass of beer that turns them into alcohol the first time.
Open up one box of a McDonald's cheeseburger that opens the door to Pandora's box of type 2 diabetes where they get their legs cut off.
It's not okay.
So I really, I take issue with that.
The third, second thing about that is that it's heavily advertising McDonald's, so their stock just went up.
And that's not okay because the various foods that RFK says are poison are sitting in front of them on that table.
The very foods that RFK says are poison that are creating this chronic disease process are sitting on that table and going in your president's mouth.
Not okay.
And I think there's four things, but the third thing is leadership doesn't do that.
Right.
They don't.
Leadership, the more you're responsible for and the more visible you are and the more influence you have, the more you're under discrepancy and the more you have to think about the appearance therein of where you are, who you are, who you're with, how you are, and what you're being seen with.
People that have seen me for the last 10, 15, 20 years around the country, around the globe, you're not going to see me there.
My wife and I talk about this.
Not going to happen because I know one picture can set the tone for an image that is always there forever.
And finally, the whole concept of this, the last thing to put a nice bow in that answer, people have asked me, what would I have done?
100%.
I don't care who's in front of me.
I don't care who's shoving in front of me.
I would have not had anything in front of me.
I would have not ordered anything.
I would have chose to fast and been, thank you very much, not judging anybody else.
And nobody's going to get a picture of me holding up a bag of fries.
Because when I do that, I'm literally saying, you know, I'm holier than thou.
I'm powerful.
And you're not, and I can do what I want, but I don't want you to do that, too.
It's hypocritical, and I have very little tosh for that.
So you make a lot of good points, first of all, and I agree with them.
I think that this photo op is very poor planned, if it was a photo op at all, but there could have been more powerful ways to do this.
I think it would have been really cool maybe to have a picture of them, like, with McDonald's there and then throwing it out in the trash and saying...
Make America healthy again starts tomorrow.
So like pictures of them throwing McDonald's in the trash could have been cool.
Even if RFK wanted to save face a little bit, everybody on the table could have been eating it, but not him to show, you know, really the role model of who he is.
But whoever thought of this as a good idea, I think...
You know, maybe it was thought to be some sort of a joke.
I really don't think it was either.
I think it really wasn't poor taste.
And especially just kind of like the hypocrisy of RFK, you know, everything, he's everything against McDonald's in this kind of food.
So why would he even be eating it even as like a joke or camaraderie or something or something?
Hey, you know, let's all start tomorrow.
So I think that there's better ways they could have done this, more powerful ways, without looking hypocritical or looking phony or something.
And I just don't think whatever laughs they got out of this was worth it.
I would love to see...
What does Trump do?
We've seen a lot of these kinds of things on other programs where the spokesperson does the diet in real time or does the health makeover in real time and we all get to watch and we kind of are part of their journey.
We see before and after pictures and different parts of that process, what it looks like.
How cool would it be, like you mentioned before, if we got to see that with our president?
And I don't really see many more people in his cabinet looking unhealthy.
Not so.
Maybe Elon Musk a little bit, a little bit tubby these days.
But, you know, I think definitely President Trump could get a little bit more, you know, in shape.
And it would be awesome.
Such a, you know, such a way to show that he's truly being a role model for the country.
If he if he did this kind of a makeover, so to speak, for everybody to see and then stuck to it, too.
And didn't nobody know more shots of him eating a cheeseburger from McDonald's.
Yeah, I think that at that table, we saw chronic systemic inflammation.
I brought this up before, too, that when President Trump takes office, I don't think I'm mistaken, but I believe he's going to be sworn in at an older date of age than President Biden was sworn in when he was inaugurated.
So this will be critical for him to stay healthy.
Not okay.
And from his perspective, if you have been part of your promises slash platform that you're going to make America healthy again, you need to start with yourself.
And you've heard me say this publicly recently.
And privately that we cannot, as a nation, make America great again unless we make ourselves healthy again.
You can't make America healthy again unless the individual staring at you back in the mirror makes the steps necessary to make themselves healthy again.
And really, the really troubling thing and concerning thing for me on this is if we are waiting to get our nation healthy again until tomorrow, I'm reminded of that song.
Tomorrow is always a day away.
We'll never get there.
And I can't tell you, Danny, how many people that I've had in my office, especially this time of year, and I'm going to bring in this time of year, you know, this holiday season, that say I'm going to get right in January.
And I watch them get right in January and then get wrong in February.
Every single year.
We need to have more of a...
Intolerant policy, just like you would with border crisis.
And I think you know where I'm going with this.
If you let a little corruption come in the border, that little corruption can become a lot of cancer.
If you let a little corruption come inside this mouth, That little corruption can become a lot of disease.
And so we've got to have the same standards.
Are we all perfect?
Is anyone perfect?
No.
But everyone, especially those in leadership, needs to chase excellence with a passion and a vigor that's unsurpassed, and hopefully you might meet up with perfection occasionally along the way.
So if you pursue that with everything you have, you're going to get there.
And we're in a place right now, this is a crisis moment.
This is a time where we have opportunity.
And that to me, it didn't blow up the opportunity.
We still got the discussion going.
We still got RFK there.
You know, I get all that.
But that, in my eyes, as a person out here that's battling against this literally every day, And in the trenches and in the gutters and in the ditches with people, trying to get them out of that mess?
For me, that was a disappointing step backwards.
And all that we work for, I'm not deterred by that, but I was disappointed in the people who are supposed to be the main cheerleaders out here.
Yeah, I agree with you.
Yeah, I mean, especially people already have doubts, you know, on the left about Trump or about RFK and everything.
I feel like, you know, we want to start this campaign strong every step of the way and not create even more doubt right off the bat with a bad joke.
So, you know, not that I'm humorless, but like that just I just think that was it was in poor taste.
It was poorly crafted, whatever that was.
So the one good thing, though, is just with RFK being a potential cabinet member, just named as a cabinet member on Trump, what I am seeing, which is cool, is right away already we're seeing on major news stations and TV shows them talking about these issues.
I mean, they're having real conversations now and talking about vaccine safety and issues from childhood vaccines to covid vaccines.
They're talking about, hey, is there really an issue with McDonald's food and fast food?
Is there really an issue with American made food and junk food and processed food?
I'm seeing all these talking heads on news stations actually talking about it.
And even if they're poo pooing on it and saying he's a conspiracy theorist, the other the opposing guest is usually saying, well, I mean, he brings up good points.
I mean, this is a conversation that we need to have.
So the fact they're even having these discussions openly about fast food, junk food, processed food, vaccines, is already a huge step forward.
I mean, you know, that's already progress.
Before, you know, just a few weeks ago, they would never dare have any of these conversations in the spotlight.
You know, even talk about it to disagree with it, they wouldn't talk about it.
Because it's shining a spotlight on it.
So I think that is some cool, you know, things that have been happening, moving in the right direction.
And I really hope, because like we talked about before, bringing attention to it, having conversations on a national level is step one.
And we're starting to get there already without him even being confirmed yet.
And I do think that's cool.
Yeah, I agree.
And this may sound a little quirky, and I'm going to even offer a solution for the McDonald's situation.
And it may be obscure, but I believe it's right.
And this is the kind of thinking that I think America needs right now between Well, really coming from our leaders.
I am not about banning McDonald's in America.
I'm really not, because I think people should have the opportunity to eat poison if they want to.
I don't mean that in a sarcastic way.
I really believe someone should have the opportunity to get a hamburger or a salad.
I'm all about that.
And so I can sit down with the McDonald's CEO, knowing full well what they do and what it does to people, and I'm not going to hate them.
I'm going to love that I'm having the dialogue.
So I think, to your point, that's outstanding.
If we can have dialogue, that gives a chance for a solution.
And that is the epitome and the spirit of America.
Now, here's a solution for you.
If you have a dialogue with a McDonald's CEO, and hypothetically a McDonald's CEO says, you know what?
Yeah, you're probably right, but this is part of our business model, so we make money.
I'm like, cool, got it.
You're giving jobs, okay, cool, and you're making money overseas, fine.
Well, why don't you create?
At least based upon this conversation, a test menu.
Beta test the thing in certain markets and we'll help you publicize it.
We'll drive customers your way, Mr. McDonald's CEO. And this menu you're going to have is going to be Organic, grass-fed, grass-finished, bun-less burgers.
Then you're going to have a little salad with it.
It's going to be with a little spinach, maybe some kale that's also organic.
Then we're going to give you some dressing on that that doesn't have any sugars with it.
It's maybe sweetened with some monk fruit.
And then instead of sodas, we're going to give some fountain drinks that are just fizzy water or carbonated flavored water.
And we're going to make a kid's package out of that.
And I know it's going to be a struggle, Mr. McDonald's, but let's do a beta test and we will even subsidize that a little bit for you and help you do that and get people there.
And you see what happens, you're going to see people go there.
I would go there if there's a grass-fed burger.
I would go there.
I would go there to support the effort.
Right.
You see, these are kind of solutions that we need to think about.
They are out of the box.
And I think we have opportunities to do that now.
It's not just shutting down McDonald's because, of course, McDonald's wouldn't be for that and a lot of people wouldn't or just shaming them into non-existence.
But like, yeah, there's a solution where we can still give business from them and even more business, newer customers who are interested in health and make a win-win type of solution.
So that's great thinking.
Hopefully, RFK is also having those kinds of ideas, too.
If not, you need to get in his ear.
Well, I'm hoping that people will listen to shows like this.
If people are hearing this right now, I'm serious about this.
You can take my name out of it.
It doesn't matter.
Share these things.
Share this type of idea because they're out there in the middle of problems America's always able to come out with solutions, and that's how we've developed over time.
I'm not against, you know, AI and all that stuff.
I view it the same way, you know.
Find the best.
Find what you can use.
Find what benefits people, and then give people a choice.
You know, because we live in a diverse culture, and you're not going to take away people's choice.
You start doing that.
We see where that went with COVID. We see where it's kind of gone, in a sense, with even abortion and all that stuff.
I mean, I am pro-life all the way.
You know, I'm a survivor of the discussion of abortion from a rape, you know.
The point being is that when these choices are out there, we've got to give it, you know, even with vaccines, you've got to be fully informed of the various angles of that.
And that's the best we can do for the American people.
Amen.
All right.
Well, thank you.
And I'll be heeding your advice too.
You told me I need to increase my vitamin D intake.
And that's very true because I'm obviously not the best example of making America healthy again, but I'm trying.
So I was out of vitamin D. I told him offline for about a month and here I am getting sick.
So it's very, very important.
Got to listen to doctor's orders.
