Alright, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the show.
Thanks so much for being with us.
My name is Paul Harrell and this is the Millstone Report.
We can't do the program without you watching or listening every single day, so we very much appreciate it.
You guys know the drill.
So, too big to rig.
Is the too big to rig strategy going to work?
Will turnout for Trump be able to counteract the waves of Democrat election cheating that we all saw in 2020?
I certainly hope so.
That's my prayer.
However, if the deep state and intel oligarchs steal the 2024 election, one thing is clear, one thing is certain in my mind at least, they will target and persecute anyone who speaks out and claims election theft.
What happened to J6ers or what is currently happening to Tina Peters will pale in comparison because America is on the brink of full-blown mask-off communism.
The case of Tina Peters is a travesty of justice.
As the Mesa County, Colorado clerk, she uncovered evidence of vote-flipping and election theft, and as a result, the government targeted her for prosecution.
A couple of weeks ago, she was found guilty for blowing the whistle, essentially, and turning over evidence of the 2020 steal, and now she awaits sentencing scheduled to take place during the first part of October, October 3rd, I believe.
No doubt, the headlines reporting on Tina Peters' upcoming sentencing will create a chilling effect right before the 2024 election.
If there is any funny business, this go around.
There almost assuredly will be.
The tactics of the deep state are clear.
The 2020 election theft was obvious.
We all witnessed it in its various forms with our own eyes.
And the intel agency oligarchs made the public's reaction to the theft, made the public's reaction to the crime worse than the initial crime itself.
They did this with J6, they're doing this with Tina Peters, and recently they have tried to set up the American people two more times with the flimsy cover story surrounding the two would-be assassins who failed to murder President Trump.
So in both of those instances, the official narratives about the shooters were meant to gaslight the public into a civil war, where the media and intel agencies would make the reaction to the assassination of Donald Trump worse than the idea that our own government murdered another president.
We are living in uncertain times.
But those who know the truth continue to speak out and refuse to give in to fear and intimidation.
And one of those brave souls is Tina Peters herself.
And she joins us now here on the Millstone Report to talk more about this.
Tina, thank you so much for coming on the program.
Hey, Paul.
Well, we have a short amount of time left.
My sentencing is October 3rd.
And, you know, you're right.
The DA has already, the district attorney, who, by the way, did not really try this case.
He sat there.
But it was the Colorado Attorney General's Office who are the same attorneys for Jenna Griswold, the Secretary of State, who deleted 29,000 election records.
I have three reports that show of their criminality and that there were 36 wireless devices actually in the Mesa County election management system.
So yes, they have come down on me really hard, all the way up to Merrick Garland.
I'm sure you've heard, Paul, that Merrick Garland has said that anyone that disputes the 2024 election is a threat, and so has these Soros-funded Secretary of States.
They're gearing up.
And so my sentencing on October 3rd, one month, Before the presidential election is meant to send a chilling effect.
There's no question about that.
This whole exercise, really, is a quest to, I think, just really kill populism.
It's kind of incredible, though.
It's 2024.
The fraud that we all saw and that you exposed obviously happened four years ago, basically.
And yet, here we are.
There's a lot that's happened over the last three and a half, four years.
Can you kind of walk us through, just take us from the beginning?
I know you've probably told the story a million times, but I would just love to hear maybe the boilerplate for the audience, just about the story of when you first realized the vote flipping and this blatant fraud.
Obviously, we saw the mail-in ballot dumps in the swing states, but Colorado was supposed to be very safe for the Dems.
You know, if anyone has seen Michelle Malkin's documentary back in, I believe it was 2014, about the Rocky Mountain heist, it was...
Basically how the Democrats stole Colorado.
Colorado was traditionally a very conservative state.
You know, we're talking ranchers and things like that.
And then billionaires got in and they figured out a way to steal the state.
And they've done it all over the country.
But for me, my husband and I were business owners for 32 years.
I raised my children.
You can see my Navy SEAL son in the background.
I lost him while I was running for office as clerk of the recorder in 2017.
But in 2016, I was diagnosed with lung cancer.
A third of my lung was removed.
And people that have been through That sort of thing.
I really relate to you.
And I asked God, I said, please don't ever let me forget what that was like because it's a very, very dark time.
You don't know that you're going to pull through.
And so I told God, I said, you know my prayer.
We have a really cute relationship.
I said, you know my prayer.
Don't let me leave this earth until I've accomplished everything you sent me here to do.
And at that split second, Paul, I knew I was going to live and not die.
I mean, it was just like a supernatural feeling came over me.
And of course, I had no idea that the next year while I was running for a clerk and recorder because we had, I was over five divisions.
One of them was Motor Vehicle, which had three and a half hour wait times.
People had to get babysitters and take off work, and it was terrible.
And I said, as a business owner, I can fix this.
And I quickly did, even with the criticism of the press and everybody around me, because I was not their chosen person, but I won the election.
So I did a great job, turned those offices into customer friendly, never expecting, never expecting to Uncover election fraud because Mesa County, Colorado, which the city is Grand Junction, Colorado, was traditionally very conservative.
It was on the western slope.
But I kept telling people in 2019, I said, I said, they are coming after this office.
They need to win this office to win the Western Slope.
So I was very cognizant of our elections department.
I thought we were doing a great job.
I had conducted seven elections.
The elections that I was over were local, county, state, and federal elections.
Well, federally, I am tasked.
That's where the name clerk and recorder comes into.
I have a recording department.
I had four other departments, including elections.
It's to maintain and record and preserve Records.
So in 2020, Trump won.
It was no surprise.
Although people came to me and said, you know, I know he won, but not my as much as he should have.
And later on with these reports, I found out that was true.
It was the 2021 local election, Paul.
It was a simple local city council election.
And when I pulled the results that night, I said, there's no way.
There's no way that people from California and people from our radical gay governor polis won.
Nobody knew them against these candidates that got out and worked so hard that people loved and knew and showed up.
And so that was one of the first things that brought my attention to this.
And people were coming to my office and they were saying, you know, we're walking door to door.
We're finding out people that say that it says they voted, did not vote, that they don't even live there.
And they're bringing me this information.
I said, you know, if there's there, there we'll find it and so on and so forth.
And so on my show, The Truth Matters this week, I had Dr.
Douglas Frank, who's a physicist and very brilliant man.
They call him a math teacher.
He came, one of the constituents asked me if I would listen to him.
He was coming to speak that night on April 23rd, 2021, just a few weeks after the April 6th election.
And I said, sure, I'm open to speak with anyone.
I always had an open door policy in my office.
And I said, sure.
So he came in, I recorded the whole, the one hour and seven minute Meeting because I wanted to be able to go back, refer to it, you know, asking questions.
And I had my, as he would get to certain points about voter registration, about the tabulation machines, whatever it was, I would invite my staff that were over that department to come in and elaborate or listen and then give.
So I'm like evaluating.
I'm saying, well, they're saying this, what do you say?
Very open.
At the trial, they would not let us They submitted 12 minutes of this disgruntled employee from the elections department that came in that had secretly recorded the time, the 12 minutes she was in there.
And so they tried to make it sound like it was a conspiracy, would not allow the one hour meeting that they didn't know we had to show that there was no conspiracy.
I was just trying to answer the constituents' questions and get to the truth.
So that's kind of how it started.
So, I mean, from what I can tell, the whole court, I mean, it's a kangaroo court, did they deny exculpatory evidence?
Is that your contentious, what it looks like to me?
Well, you know, because my sentencing is coming up September, I mean, October 3rd, you know, I don't want to say too much because right now my life is in the judge's hands.
Now I would be very, very, I can tell you what was left out.
I can tell you what was presented.
That's now on the record that the jury was not allowed to see, but here's a man that sits up there as judge.
That when the DA, which remember this was not just the local DA, this is the Colorado Attorney General's office, two Deputy Attorney General's that are trying this case in Mesa County that were sworn in as prosecutors.
That are actually the representatives or the attorneys for Jenna Griswold, the Secretary of State who deleted the 29,000 election records and more.
Wiped the system.
So yes, this one man can decide my fate.
This one man, here I am.
I just turned 69 years old.
At 67 was when the indictment came down.
We'd asked twice, my attorneys, to be able to present our side of the case.
When I read the grand jury indictment, it says, well, you see, they're not here to present their case.
We had asked, and my attorneys at that time actually wrote an affidavit saying we had asked to present our side.
So yes, it was a very one-sided indictment.
We proved that their star witness, Gerald Wood, lied on the stand.
They did not know that we had text messages from him saying, I'm glad to have done this.
You know, I'm glad everything went well and so on and so forth.
He denied.
He said I stole his identity and they accused me of bringing in a man who was a government, high-level government cybersecurity guy.
They called him a surfer and said that I brought him in and I stole this other man's identity.
He's on the stand regurgitating this story, and then we go to cross-examine him, and he looks at these text messages that no one knew that I had, and all of a sudden his memory goes blank.
So this is the way things went.
But here we have a judge who October 3rd, we will find out I like the name of your show, The Millstone Report, because here's what I believe, Paul.
I believe that everything that happens in our country, from the open borders, the fentanyl, the human trafficking, the wars, the money going into Ukraine, everything, the people, the unrighteous laws that they're making in Congress, I couldn't even get Lauren Boebert, who I was in her district, to say anything about elections.
And I proved that they cheated my Colorado Secretary of State race.
So, you know, I believe that people are swayed by, or they make compromises by money, power, position, if they're promised these things, or fear.
And what I've seen is, if you tell the truth, You never have to worry about what you said.
And so it really is good versus evil.
So here we have this judge, October 3rd, and we'll see what he does.
I'm a woman that have a clean past.
I have never done drugs.
I don't drink.
I haven't broken any laws.
I'm wearing an ankle bracelet right now because the DA lied and said I was recording from the audience in a court proceeding.
Is that what this tweet right here is about?
Or is this something different?
About an iPad?
That's right.
That's right.
So for those of you listening, there's an interview where the district attorney talks about the long and strange case of Tina Peters.
Listen to this vile interview where DA Mr.
Dan Rubenstein, who lied to the judge about an iPad and objected to me presenting evidence to the jury that would have revealed the truth.
Go ahead.
Didn't mean to interrupt.
That's right.
No.
And if you watch that interview with him, he says that I cost the county to prosecute me $600,000.
Well, I never asked him to prosecute me.
He is the same guy, this DA that, and the reason I know this is because my attorney at the time, who I fired for the reason you'll hear, was representing a man with 26 pounds of fentanyl and me.
Two separate cases.
The guy with 26 pounds, but by the same DA, the guy with 26 pounds of fentanyl was released on probation.
And of course, they came after me and they want to throw me in prison for four felonies and three misdemeanors that could cost me the rest of my life.
And on that, I know people out there are already praying for you, but we all need to be praying for you.
We need to be praying that the truth is revealed here and that actual justice is done and that this miscarriage of justice is not allowed to continue and see you in jail.
And that's certainly my prayer and my hope.
What are your thoughts on the too-big-to-rig strategy?
Have we done enough between what happened in 2020 and 2021?
I mean, have we done enough to where you think that there's a chance that Donald Trump could get a second term?
Well, you know, people have woken up, many of them, to see that why is it they want to kill this man that is for the people?
I mean, here we just had this second assassination attempt.
They are trying their best.
They meaning the deep state, the globalists, the Marxists that want to take over our country.
And I believe that anyone That sides with them to go after someone like me that's just trying to save your children from being raped or murdered by these illegal immigrants.
That is trying to make sure that our votes are transparent.
I don't care if you're Democrat or Republican or Independent, whoever you are.
You have to want to know that you want to be able to have your voice heard.
And if they're stealing your voice, then they're stealing your nation.
So we know that Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips, they're tracking those that they've put out there recently.
How they're able to see with the, they call it the motor voter, which we call it the automatic voter registration that was passed in California, was passed here, where when illegals go up and get a driver's license, they're already registered to vote.
I mean, this thing has gotten way out of hand, but there are safeguards in place to find these people.
It's being revealed as we go.
You know, if you listen to any of Kim Clement's prophecy, I just had Trey Smith on my show talking about his prophecy about that Trump would serve a second term.
There was a time in between there.
But then all hell would break loose for a time.
I mean, if you listen these prophecies, then it gives you hope.
But at the same time, people need to get out.
We see now that Florida and Texas are banning these machines.
I mean, I've got the proof and it's on my website.
Where these cyber experts that were responsible for thwarting terrorist attacks and working for the government have actually, if you just go on there and look at this, take it to your city council, take it to your county commissioners.
And then if you look, and I don't get paid anything.
This is the hardest job I've ever done for no pay.
You're not paying me to be on your show.

In this, I was interviewed by Anil Anwar, the publisher of the magazine.
He asked me questions.
People have no idea what they will do when...
It's been described to me, Paul, by my attorneys, Tina, you stumbled across a murder.
Now the murderer is trying to kill you.
And so they've done everything.
They've totally ruined my finances, my freedom.
I've been under basically house arrest.
Sit for two years.
I'm wearing an ankle bracelet now.
I went to rescue my husband the day after I was raided by the FBI just a couple months after this all came out.
November 16th of 2021, the day after that, they went into the nursing home where my dear husband of almost 35 years was there with Parkinson's and dementia from a service-connected disability as a Marine It's serving our country.
And I found out one month before we would have been married for 30.
We talked on the phone the day after I was raided by the FBI. He says, Honey, I think I did something wrong.
And I said, Honey, what do you think happened?
And he goes, I don't know.
There were a lot of people here and they had me sign something.
I found out a month later.
And that they had had him sign a divorce decree, took all my veterans benefits, took my husband.
You'll hear in this, now this is before I went to rescue him, but this talks about, this has the indictment in here, or the charges I was charged with, all the details, 100 pages.
I went to rescue him, Paul.
And when I first went to see him, I walked in.
I hadn't seen him for two years.
Here's a man and there's pictures of him in there.
250 pounds.
He's down to 90 pounds.
Totally a shell.
Completely dehydrated.
I immediately started giving him water.
Started giving him food.
Left while someone else went in for me to make sure he was okay and FaceTime him with me.
Well, I went home and bought a used motorhome to go get him because I didn't know if I was going to have to stay there and get him back to health before he could travel.
They kicked me out.
The brother and the sister who had never come to see us, his sister never in over 30 years come to our town to visit us.
And the DA called the attorney and said, don't help her.
She's under investigation.
Prevented me from any...
Kicked me out.
The police came, kicked me out.
I left.
We're both crying.
He's pleading for my help.
Three weeks later, Paul, he was dead.
That was December 31st, the last day of 2023.
I'm so sorry.
But here's the thing.
I don't want people to hear my story and say, well, I'm not going to get involved because, you know, like Dr.
Doug Frank, when he goes and talks to clerks around the country and he talks to clerks and they say, well, we're afraid because we don't want to be Tina Peter.
I'm now a verb.
That's the opposite of what you should do.
There are more of us than there are of them.
And here's the thing, even, and I want, if, you know, they listen to my shows, they listen to my interviews, these criminals, I want them to know that the Truth Matters podcast, TV show on Frank's speech will go on.
I already have a whole list of truth tellers, you know, and I would love for you to come on, Paul, or whoever else you'd like.
Um, My ex account will continue to go on with True Tellers.
Every Friday, I do a special show for our J6 prisoners and hostages.
That will still go on.
So they can put one person in jail, but they can't get us all.
And I just want to encourage people to stand up.
God has put you here for such a time as this.
You know, and you just have to raise your hand.
It's going to turn out okay.
And with the selection coming up, it's going to turn out okay.
But God is counting on you because you are the hands and the feet and the head or the brain or the whatever.
God's going to guide you in the direction that you need to do to be part of this puzzle to make things right.
That's a very interesting analogy, a puzzle.
I like that.
I say all the time, Tina, that right now what we're facing is essentially a tower of Babel 2.0 that's being constructed, right?
And so my prayer is that the Lord would spare us and have mercy on us and stop this construction and, you know, and...
End this, basically, this attack really against the nation state.
And in order to do that, though, you have to attack nations from within.
And that's why we're seeing every institution, it seems like every institution has people in it at the top that don't represent, you know, the masses.
I mean, whether we're talking about our own government or even in some cases, you know, our Christian denominations have people who are Megan Basham wrote a great book called Shepherds for Sale, exposing this very thing.
It's everywhere.
It's permeated our entire society.
Right now, the people, like you said, there are more of us than there are of them, but we're in the midst of a cascading failure of confidence in all of these institutions.
And, of course, over the last three and a half years with the election theft of 2020, I mean, that's the big one, right?
That's the big one where you always rely on that, right?
Well, we've got, at least, you know, the people get a say, they get a vote.
And in 2020, it was pretty evident that, no, actually, you don't.
Not if the person that is running threatens the globalist establishment to the degree in which, obviously, Donald Trump does, because they've now tried to kill him twice, that we know of.

We pray for this judge to have mercy on you on October the 3rd.

But, you know, kind of hold it back, keep it in your purse or whatever.
If they say you've already voted, you call the sheriff right then because someone has voted for you.
They're doing this.

And if you vote, they'll give you a provisional ballot and your vote still won't count.
So there are techniques.
There are things you can do to make sure that your vote will count and spread the word.

It's this idea, the same rhetoric that...
You know, people think it's fueling people to go pick up a gun and try to take a shot at President Trump.
Clandestine over on X is saying, well, he posted this from, you know, Kareem Jean-Pierre.
I just want you to watch a couple of clips back-to-back.

Just to clarify, so you're saying that the president and vice president believe that former president Donald Trump should be toning down his rhetoric?
So I'll say this.
President Biden has been clear-eyed about the threat that the former president represents to our democracy.
Okay, so the former president...
They're still saying this.

This was certainly an escalation, though.

There's been talks that the IDF is going to engage in Lebanon.
They're going to take on Hezbollah, which is essentially starting a fight with Iran.

And we are now one step closer to World War III in this case as well, because now we have, obviously there's going to be a response now.

The Hezbollah army, which is much larger than Hamas, okay, much well-funded, much more, you know, well, and that's why this operation took place.
And the carnage, the videos that I have seen are absolutely insane.
The amount of damage that these pager explosions did to Hezbollah.
And we're now told, according to some reports, that these pagers were intercepted from Taiwan And they were explosives put inside the pagers.
Because everybody's been saying, well, if they can do that with a pager, can they do that with your phone?
Like, can these blow up?

So while this is going on in the Middle East, in Russia you have what is a giant escalation in my opinion.
There has been, now they're saying it's drone strikes, but this comes on the heels of the United States and the UK agreeing to allow Western NATO missiles that can strike deep inside Russia to be used.
There's a report that there's a huge explosion at a military site in Russia.
This is an ammunitions depot.
Just look at the size of that explosion.
It's absolutely humongous.
And it is still burning.
As a time of broadcast, you could still see that there were fires.
And we've got this libertarian account saying bombing Russia is incredibly stupid.
I mean, it would take a dementia patient in a low IQ empty vessel to sign off on escalating this situation.
Scary.

Although no one really even can entertain the idea that Biden actually made this decision.
This is all being done in the wake of a second failed assassination attempt of Donald Trump, where Donald Trump has, you know, his poll numbers are resilient after the debate, where it wasn't the knockout blow that they wanted, even though it was three against one.

If Donald Trump wins, they would want the war to be at the state where there is no way to end it.

They want to make it World War III to where Trump has to fully endorse the continued bloodshed and slaughter of possibly Americans over there or Ukrainians or whatever.
There's clearly an incentive to do that.
Not just in Ukraine, but also in the Middle East, where we endorse a giant land war in the Middle East, where Israel is there against all the other Muslim countries.
And that will necessitate.
I mean, I don't see how you do it without bringing U.S. troops over there.

Again, you know, the idea of getting dragged into another war in the Middle East.
Is absolutely insane.
Americans should reject it.
