	Good evening and welcome to the Stu Peters Show.
	So we often refer to this rolling coup that's taking place in our country.
	And that's exactly what's happening.
	Over the course of decades, a group of corporate central banking human trafficking criminals have seized complete control of the United States government, and over the past several years, they've been putting the finishing touches on their total takeover of this country.
	This has been going on for quite some time.
	And we could really trace it all the way back to 1913 and the founding of the Federal Reserve and the selling of our government and our people to the global Rothschild banking cartel.
	But for today's purposes, we just need to look back to 2020.
	You know, the year that a bioweapon genocide and a color revolution were perpetrated on this country alongside a rigged election with governmental and institutional fraud so obvious that it rivals with what we recently saw in Venezuela.
	In 2020, Americans were locked up in their homes.
	Election laws were illegally changed.
	Easy-to-manipulate voting systems connected to the internet were set up all over the country with little to no security measures in place to stop the election fraud that everybody knew was coming.
	So, 2020 is when this rolling coup came together.
	All of its tentacles extended in the same direction and grabbed a hold of our political system and the levers of power behind it with a tighter grip than ever before.
	Before we even got to election day, before the votes were even counted, at least officially, the 2020 election was being stolen from us right in front of our faces in real time.
	We would turn on the news and early voting location after early voting location was being plagued with problems.
	There were long lines as people were told to descend on these places or risk not being able to vote at all because a virus or a race riot might stop them from going outside ever again.
	Staff was completely overwhelmed.
	Voting systems were completely overwhelmed.
	And of course, it was all by design.
	Ballot drop boxes were being broken into.
	Mail-in ballots were being stolen off of porches and out of residential mailboxes.
	They were sold to the highest bidder, like the congressional campaign of Ilhan Omar, right here in my home state of Minnesota.
	Or Biden operatives on Indian reservations with bottles of liquor and Visa gift cards.
	And that was all before Election Day, before the corrupt vote counting software really came into focus.
	And look, we're not saying this without evidence.
	This isn't us being hyperbolic.
	We know what happened because there are American patriots out there who have stepped up and put their freedom and even their lives on the line to prove that the 2020 election was stolen.
	And they have the receipts to back all of it up.
	And one of those people is Tina Peters, no relation to us, the former clerk of Mesa County, Colorado.
	Tina's story has been swept under the rug by the mainstream media, but she's a patriot and she's a hero who stepped up to do her job and to try to stop the steal in 2020, or at least document the steal so that the rest of the country would know exactly what happened over and over again in communities just like hers and ours all around the country and yours. or at least document the steal so that the rest Tina was criminally charged with both felonies and misdemeanors for preserving data from Dominion voting machines before it was deleted.

	She did what any county clerk would and should do in this situation, and she did what any honest auditor would do.
	She preserved information.
	She preserved data so that we would have a clear record of exactly what happened and when it did.
	But of course, political bosses in Colorado, like Democrat Secretary of State Jenna Griswold, she wanted to erase all of the evidence of their fraud and their vote manipulation and their ballot dumps.
	And Tina Peters preserved it.
	And then she shared what she knew with the public after the government refused to do anything about it because, of course, they were in on it.
	They were the ones running the entire operation, and they didn't expect to run into someone like Tina Peters, who they couldn't push around, who they couldn't intimidate out of speaking up and telling the truth.
	Tina Peters blew the whistle.
	But as a result, because there are no whistleblower protections when you really stand up to the deep state, when you really stand up to the central banking war machine cabal that's stealing our elections and killing our country, she was charged with more than 10 crimes and put in front of a left-wing judge and a hand-picked, stacked jury to face a perverted kangaroo court form of justice at the hands of modern-day American Bolsheviks.
	And now she's being convicted.
	This week, Tina Peters was convicted on 7 of 10 charges, including 4 felonies, and now she awaits sentencing.
	We have video clips of Tina Peters explaining her case, giving some background information on the corrupt 2020 election, and just some of the things that the American injustice system and political operatives pretending to be officers of the court did to make sure that they would get a conviction, so that they could make an example out of Tina Peters.
	This is what happens when you do the right thing.
	This is what happens when you stand up for the bedrock integrity of what we're told is our most sacred right in the United States of America, voting.
	There's a mounting toll of political prisoners in this country.
	Most of them are in prison because they stood up to the fraud.
	Because they wouldn't stand down and let their vote be taken away from them.
	We still have people sitting in jail being held as prisoners of war on United States soil without a trial on charges that they earned on January 6, 2021.
	We have a Republican nominee for president who, if this election is once again stolen, and it really looks like it's about to be, will almost certainly become a political prisoner himself.
	And as we keep on moving into 2024's election season, and as the Merrick Garland run DOJ keeps suing states to force them to run their elections just like they did in 2020, forever...
	We can only expect to see more arrests, more political prisoners.
	These people in charge will continue to crack down on anyone and everyone who stands up to them and who documents their criminality.
	Brian Lupo is known as CanCon on social media.
	He's a reporter with the Gateway Pundit who's been following the Tina Peters case closely, and he joins us now to share more on this.
	I know that you're busy, you're running around, you're in the car.
	We appreciate you making time.
	I mean, is any of that over the top, or do you agree that when this machine steals yet another election, the rolling coup continues, and any dissident voice, anybody who says, wait a minute, that's not right, will be held as a political prisoner or a prisoner of war, more appropriately, on U.S. soil for doing so?
	Well, you know, that's exactly what they intended to get out of this trial with Tina Peters is silencing her, but not only silencing her, sending a message out to everybody else that if you do this, if you try and hold accountable the people who are supposed to run our elections by doing something simple as creating a forensic image to preserve data.
	That you will be persecuted for doing such.
	What Tina Peters did, one of the things that I caught during the trial was the Secretary of State had a representative there that testified that they recommended that these clerks...
	Do these forensic images prior to this trusted build that Dominion came in and performed.
	But we know now that only two clerks actually did that.
	Tina Peters in Mesa County and Dallas Schroeder in Elbert County.
	Now, Dallas Schroeder tried to testify during this case, and he literally was not allowed to answer a single question.
	He got up there, said his name, what he did, and then he was pretty much dismissed because every time they'd ask a question about what he did in Elbert County, they would object and the judge would sustain the objection.
	Dallas Schroeder faced a lot of hardship from the Secretary of State's office.
	Not just, you know, not so much criminal, but civil.
	They sent monitors down there to monitor the election they ran in Elbert County and then turned around and billed Elbert County for sending those monitors down there.
	One of the fascinating things, Stu, that I had Dallas on my podcast a few weeks ago, and he revealed during that podcast that when they went in there prior to the election with the Dominion vendor, with the Dominion representative, they were running some ballots, kind of like not a logic they were running some ballots, kind of like not a logic and accuracy test, but like a test just to make sure that everything was
	And when they went to go check the results of the ballots that they had run through the machine to make sure that everything worked, they started going over to the EMS server, which is where the results are normally printed from.
	And the Dominion rep said, oh, no, no.
	Just come over here to the Dominion ICC, ImageCast Central, and we can run the report on here.
	And Dallas was, you know, like, what?
	You're not supposed to be able to do that.
	And he said, oh, yeah, yeah, watch, we can do it.
	And you can run the results and you can get the breakdown of the ballots that were pre-scanned by the candidate and who was winning at that time.
	That's shocking because we know that all the not all the states, but many states across the country, Arizona, Colorado, they're encouraging the election officials to start canvassing the ballots prior to election day so that they know, so that there isn't this seven-day, you know, grind where we don't know who won because they're processing mail-in ballots.
	Well, Schroeder, now it's mandatory in Colorado, mandatory, that you have to canvass mail-in ballots four days before the election.
	And so when all these ballots are being canvassed, we're not supposed to know the results, right?
	They're supposed to go to the EMF and we publish the results on election night.
	But now we know through this back door that they are able to see the results by candidates and what they have so far in the system.
	It gets worse.
	They asked, how does this show up in the system log files if you run a report?
	And when you run this report, how does it show up in the system log files?
	And the Dominion vendor said, well, I don't know.
	I've never done that.
	Let's see.
	And so he runs it.
	It doesn't show up in the system log files.
	So there's no evidence that they run this, you know, report to see what the pre-canvass results are.
	So that's just one of the glaring issues with the system, not just in Mesa County, not just in Colorado, but throughout the country, where they're going to be pre-canvassing these mail-in ballots early.
	Now, you know, if you know how many ballots you need going into Election Day, That's massive.
	That's massive.
	Whether it's, you know, more in the fraud line of inserting ballots or just going out there and encouraging people in specific demographics and communities to vote because you need to get more votes in order to, you know, overtake your competitor.
	You know, it was my feeling, but it's now going to be my assertion.
	And you can tell me if I'm full of shit or not, or if I'm off base or being over the top here.
	Every single secretary of state whose job it is to monitor this, every single county clerk who at the local level at your voting place, at your church, at your library, at the school gymnasium, in a cafeteria somewhere, at your voting place, Every single one of these county clerks and every single one of these secretaries of state,
	whether they are part of the deep state that has its octopus tentacles wrapped around our electoral system or whether they purport to be an America first conservative or whether they purport to just be a neutral, objective person whose job it is to facilitate a free and fair, integrity-filled election.
	Every single one of them knows that this happened.
	Every single one of them knows that something shady was going on with the 2020 election.
	And why is it that out of the 50 secretaries of state in this country, out of the hundreds, thousands of county clerks and county commissioners whose job it is to oversee these elections, why is it that only two between Schroeder and Peters Why is it that The majority of them weren't because they're in on it or they're scared of the repercussions.
	They're intimidated by the war machine.
	They're intimidated by the deep state.
	And Tina Peters has been now made a martyr and an example.
	If you screw with our theft of these elections and the illusion that we have this two-party representative constitutional republic where you have a say in who goes to Washington, D.C. to do the bidding of the American people, if you by any means expose any of this fraud, we will crush you.
	But every one of them knows, don't they, Brian?
	Every one of them has to know that this is going on in their county, in their city, in their jurisdiction, in their district, in their state.
	Well, unfortunately, I push back just a little bit on that because we now know, and I'm referring specifically to Colorado here, Jenna Griswold put out a weekend brief letterhead where one of the bullet points on it was to the clerks to make sure that your machines did not accidentally connect to the internet.
	Make sure that it didn't, you know, accidentally when it was turned off.
	And so, you know, I don't know if I want to go as far as saying that every clerk is in on it because if it is able to connect to the internet, And this is able to be run, these reports are able to be run remotely, and there's no evidence of it.
	The clerks might not even know, to be honest with you.
	So I'm still kind of on the fence about who is directly responsible.
	I do believe that there's, you know, the higher you go, the more likely it is that they're engaged in this.
	I don't necessarily know if the local level clerks, now they got to know something's going on.
	But I don't know if they know specifically to the extent.
	But they don't need to.
	And it's their job then to when they understand or they have the feeling or they they get a whiff of or they have, you know, some sort of evidence that, you know, something isn't quite right here.
	It's their job to do what Tina Peters did and go back and preserve all of that data and then scrutinize the data and then present it as evidence to the public.
	That is their job.
	It's to do that so that then the public can petition the government to redress its grievances, which then we all see what happens to those people.
	As hundreds of them are still locked up without due process for January 6th for doing just exactly that.
	So, I mean, maybe they don't all know to the extent and I'm not making the allegation that they're all in on it, but they're either in on it or they know and they're being silent.
	They have to.
	Because if we just want to get down to brass tacks, Brian, if we just want to use simple, you know, I would say sixth grade common sense, during the prelude to the 2020 election, we saw Joe Biden rallies.
	We saw Donald Trump rallies.
	We saw how many yard signs.
	I don't think that I met a single person who said I'm voting for Joe Biden.
	Literally.
	I'm not overstating that.
	I really don't think that I've ever met a Joe Biden voter.
	Maybe I'm hanging out in the different circles or something.
	I don't know.
	But I've never met one.
	We saw 40, 50, 60,000 people at Donald Trump rallies.
	We saw 12 or 13 staffers at Joe Biden rallies as they sat with their masks on.
	We saw the grassroots support for the populist candidate.
	There was absolutely no way that this was possible.
	And a lot of this is happening in so-called conservative districts.
	One of these districts in Minnesota where I'm from, the entire state was for Donald Trump except for Hennepin County where Ilhan Omar is and St.
	Lewis County in Duluth, where there's a bunch of, I don't know, LGBTQ homosexuals or something.
	I don't know.
	But the whole state went to Donald Trump except for those two.
	And then those two, of course, control the state.
	So the state goes to Joe Biden.
	But inside of some of these smaller districts that are always for the conservative or Republican candidate, you had very, very tight margins.
	That's not indicative of what the pattern has been historically.
	And it doesn't represent the grassroots populist movement that was supporting an overwhelmingly popular president who, other than maybe Michael Jackson, the Beatles, or Jesus Christ himself, may be the most known man to walk the face of the planet.
	And probably has more sway over more people in the world right now than any other human being alive.
	But we didn't see that.
	So common sense approach would say, something's going on in my district, something's going on with the voting that's taking place under my watch, and I need to do something about it, at least preserve and scrutinize the data.
	Yeah, I agree 100%.
	You know, again, in the Tina Peters case itself, you know, there was one testimony where they said they encouraged all the clerks to do this and only two did it.
	But to go even further than that, you know, there's other places now where if this remote access in Coffey County, Georgia, they were able to fix the machine remotely on the runoff night back on January 5th of 2021.
	And then there's a cover-up element to all of this.
	So I covered another case about three weeks ago in Colorado as well.
	I was here in person for this one.
	A good friend of mine was being sued by Mi Familia Vota, League of Women Voters, the NAACP, and Free Speech for People.
	This is a consortium of non-profit NGOs that have been waging lawfare against President Trump.
	And they waged it against a group called USEIP that was going out and doing canvassing.
	Now, two crazy things that I found in this trial that we heard, which by the way, they won on a directed verdict, which means the judge heard their case against the U.S. EIP and said, you did not make a case.
	This case is dismissed.
	And this was an LGBTQ, the first LGBTQ judge west of the Mississippi And a Biden appointee.
	And my good friend, Ashen America, was representing herself pro se, meaning she was her own attorney, and she went against all these NGOs and defeated them.
	But two things we found in that trial was, one, these NGOs actually coached their only witness, their only witness, to say that it was their organization that canvassed her in Mesa County, Colorado.
	And they did not canvass there, and the witness had never heard of U.S. EIP. So she was told to say it was them so that they could bring a case against them.
	And then further, and this is maybe even more disgusting, Stu, is they did a FOIA request during Discovery with the Secretary of State, and they sent back a report about some criminal complaints that were filed against US EIP for canvassing, saying they were intimidating voters.
	Well, most of that report was redacted, and they didn't get the unredacted version in Discovery.
	But my friends decided, let me see if I could get FOIA's Colorado Open Records request from other people that were attached to this email, and they sent them the emails unredacted.
	So the Secretary of State sent it redacted.
	The others sent it unredacted.
	Guess what was under that unredacted email?
	That they investigated it criminally and found no crime.
	And that would have exonerated them.
	This was exculpatory evidence that was withheld.
	And the way that ties into the Tina case is their star witness, the guy...
	So the whole case around Tina Peters, the big discrepancy with her wasn't that she made the forensic image.
	It's that she stole someone's ID in order to get into the tabulating room to...
	They stole their identity in order to get this forensic image done.
	And the gentleman whose ID was used, whose identity was used, testified that he did not know his identity was being used.
	He cut a plea deal with limited use immunity, meaning he couldn't be prosecuted as long as he told the truth.
	Well, it came out there that there was a signal chat group That he acknowledged, he was aware his identity was going to be used for this purpose.
	He was talking to them while it was going on.
	And he testified that it didn't happen.
	And they weren't able to recall him because when they tried to subpoena him, he refused.
	He walked right by him.
	It's on camera.
	He walked by him and said, I was told not to take your subpoena.
	But he showed up for the verdict to be read.
	So during this, you find out that this guy actually knew about it.
	And so you got to wonder now, all of their cell phones were being held by the federal government.
	They were all seized during a search warrant, all of their cell phones.
	But somehow one cell phone, whether it was a burner phone, we don't know, survived, had this conversation.
	And was introduced as evidence in this trial.
	Otherwise, it never would have happened.
	The federal government and the investigator from Mesa County, his name was Cannon, investigator Cannon, he said that he was not given this text message from the feds, from whoever it came from.
	So somebody withheld this evidence that would have shown that Tina Peters gave that ID to Conan Hayes knowing That Gerald Wood was aware it was going to be used to go in there and do this forensic image.
	Now, the whole thing behind Conan Hayes, Tina felt, you know, he wouldn't do it unless he was anonymous going in.
	So that's why she felt she had to do that.
	There's a big discrepancy over whether she had the statutory authority as an elected official to make that, you know, determination.
	And I think she did.
	But somehow they still found her guilty of it.
	So we've got a massive situation going on where the government, especially in Colorado, Is withholding exculpatory evidence from people that are, you know, facing this lawfare persecution.
	And there's a lot more to that as we approach this 2024 election.
	Donald Trump has a whole lot of this information.
	The general public has a whole lot of this information.
	And there is a remedy for all of this.

	We are with Brian Lupo discussing the Tina Peters persecution and I guess the convictions and now ultimately sentencing Brian.
	What are the possible sentencing, what are the guidelines here that she faces for sentencing?
	Well, the judge did let her go and, you know, has to report back.
	I think it's October 3rd for her sentencing.
	I believe she's facing for the felony.
	She's facing up to six years for each felony.
	And then there's a few misdemeanors that, you know, I don't know if they'll stack them consecutively or if they're concurrent or how that's going to work out.
	But it looks like she could be facing anywhere between six and 12 years.
	For these crimes.
	Now, to be honest, I don't believe it'll rise to that level.
	I mean, that'd be absolutely insane in, you know, a nonviolent crime with a constitutionally elected officeholder that...
	Convicted child molesters and pedophiles get less time in prison than that.
	They're just let right back out on the street to re-offend.
	the captured and occupied regime that controls not only this country, but apparently the entire West.
	Is she taking this thing, standing up with her shoulders rolled back?
	Is she ready to face this?
	I mean, she's fighting all the way, right?
	I mean, from what we see, from our perspective here, we don't really see a crime, but we don't have to see crimes anymore.
	It's the old saying, show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
	They did it with Donald Trump, unprecedented like never before.
	The guy was completely railroaded in sham trials and charged with things that nobody, no American has ever been charged in that way ever before.
	They just make things up out of whole cloth.
	So regardless, she's been convicted, but she's taking this fighting?
	Yeah, she's taking it fighting.
	I talked to her through text after a day after and she said, you know, it kind of blindsided her at first and she was really, you know, kind of emotional about it and down about it.
	But that, you know, after that set in, she picked herself up and she's ready to continue fighting.
	This is the mother of a Navy SEAL that was, you know, killed in a parachuting accident.
	And, you know, in order to raise the Navy SEAL, you got a lot of fight in you.
	So I think she is going to continue this fight.
	But, you know, just real quick, Stu, to what you said about the lawfare, show me the man and I'll show you the crime.
	That actually came up in the trial during the initial questioning of the investigator where they asked, what crime were you investigating that Tina Peters committed?
	And he could not initially identify a crime.
	He could not identify a crime.
	So they went into this looking at Tina Peters and saying, find a crime on Tina Peters.
	So, Donald Trump, who I've already told you, you know this, I didn't tell you anything, who I've already talked about at the beginning of this segment, has more sway over more people, I think, than anybody else.
	He has a giant platform.
	We saw what he just did with Elon Musk.
	Over a billion people listened to a conversation between the richest man on the planet and the presumptive Republican nominee, For president, who is the 45th president, everybody knows Donald Trump.
	Why is he not boldly, and I know that you're a reporter, and I know that you take your job very seriously, and I hate to ask you to kind of speculate, but why would he not be out here saying something boldly about this?
	And as a matter of fact, instead of hinting around about stolen elections, why isn't he saying, yeah, our election process is completely rigged The election was absolutely stolen.
	We haven't done anything since 2020 to fix this.
	And these elections have been stolen and rigged and fake going back long before 2016, long before.
	Why is he not boldly out here saying this, in your opinion?
	Well, in my opinion, he was for several years after the election, all the way up until pretty much mid-2023 or so.
	And to be honest with you, I think there's a lot more going on behind the scenes that's not public facing.
	And I think that he realized that the election message might not resonate so well with With, you know, the kind of the moderate, independent voters.
	And maybe he pulled away from it on that.
	I can't really, you know, say to speculate on that.
	But I do believe that he's aware of a lot of stuff.
	You know, Liz Harrington, who is, you know, close to the Trump circle, had an excellent 45,000-page report on what took place in Georgia.
	So if Liz Harrington understands it at that level, there's no question that he's got people in his organization to understand it as well.
	I'm trying to look this up on the fly here.
	What is the percentage of moderate voters in the country, and why would Donald Trump feel that he needs to play this soft message to appeal to moderates?
	That's a great question.
	I stay more into the hard research and the evidence-based stuff with the elections and everything else.
	As far as opining on the politics of it all, a little bit out of my wheelhouse, but that's the only excuse that I could come up with, is that he's gotten his message out there.
	There's still a lot of us that are Pulling for election integrity and exposing it as much as we possibly can.
	I'm hoping that everything's in place for 2024 to at least be able to catch it if it occurs.
	I don't know if we're going to sit back and take it away.
	I feel like we already caught it.
	I feel like we caught it and that nothing has been done to fix it.
	I'm just wondering, where is everybody?
	Everybody, I think, is really scared to just say.
	I mean, anybody with a huge platform is scared to say the veracity of the election was absolutely rigged.
	There's no way that anybody with any critical thinking skills or common sense at all whatsoever could say that this was a fair and free election or that any of them have been.
	I'm just trying to look at some of these.
	So 37% of Americans describe their political views as moderate.
	36% as conservative.
	25% as liberal.
	So, by all intents and purposes, if you win the conservative vote, if voting was free and fair and we actually had integrity-filled elections and then you get half of these people described as moderate, but the conservatives are the people who overwhelmingly are the majority of the electorate.
	Christian voters are absolutely the majority here, white people.
	But we're trying to appeal in conservative politics to homosexuals, to African Americans, to Jews, and to moderates.
	And to me, I think that if you were to poll the American people, and it was a real poll, I think that an overwhelming probably 60 to 80 percent would say, hey, we just want less government.
	We want these people prosecuted for the crimes that they've committed against our constitutional rights, our individual liberty, our bodily autonomy, what they did during COVID-19, the ushering out of this bioweapon injection, the locking down of the country, the forced injections for the military.
	The way that they're indoctrinating our kids in school.
	The way that they're shoving pornographic and pedophilic filth down their throats right at the school library that goes all the way up to the Department of Education.
	The FBI going door to door, smashing down doors in the middle of the night, putting red dots on the foreheads of children.
	For people who exercise their First Amendment right on January 6th.
	There's no excuse for violence.
	I'm not advocating for violence, but these were nonviolent people that were locked up.
	They were praying on the Capitol steps.
	These were pastors.
	Artur Pawlowski, of course, that's in Canada, but you see the examples of pastors who are being arrested for continuing services during COVID-19.
	The CIA absolutely and very obviously exercising illegal operations on our own soil against American people.
	The US war machine going and bombing millions of innocent children in Gaza.
	Our names going on bombs and munitions that are being sent to Ukraine.
	The front for a proxy war that NATO is engaged with, with Russia trying to unseat and regime change and boogeyman Vladimir Putin.
	I mean, the list goes on and on and on and on.
	And I think that if you highlight all of these things to the American people, On a big platform like what Donald Trump has and you go back to the 2015 Donald Trump with the lock her up kind of rhetoric and a very strong approach to the corrupt machine that has overtaken and now occupies our government.
	That you would overwhelmingly win the populace.
	But I feel like, number one, it doesn't matter if you have the populace vote because elections are stolen and we've done nothing to fix it.
	And number two, I think there's a lot of going on in the Trump campaign.
	Terrible people surrounding him.
	absolutely horrific administrative decisions when it comes to policy and when it comes to campaign, who we're going to be targeting, what semantics, who we're associating with, who's in the inner circle at Bedminster, who's in the inner circle at Mar-a-Lago, who's making decisions about endorsements, who's making decisions about messaging, how did you allow an who's making decisions about endorsements, who's making decisions about messaging, how did you allow an assassination attempt to go completely flubbed and not become, I mean, absolutely the And I think it's because everybody knows it's all rigged and that we've done nothing to fix it.
	I don't think it matters what the messaging is, what the campaign says, who's around Donald Trump, although be it disgusting to anybody with a critically thinking brain that sees what their eyes see and then believes what their eyes are showing them.
	It's all disgusting.
	But I think it's because everybody knows it's all fake.
	Should people even go vote?
	Oh, absolutely.
	I mean, the only thing that's guaranteed is he'll lose if we don't vote.
	So whether it's fixed or not, we still have to vote.

	I think that we absolutely need to vote now more than ever, if nothing else, but for a data collection process.
	Because there will be extreme accountability for these people.
	If I didn't believe that we were going to have a victory, I wouldn't be here every day fighting.

	So at this point, we all know that everything about this Kamala Harris presidential campaign is completely fake.

	It was set up by the party bosses, nobody voted for Kamala, and when we zoom out just a little bit and we look at the Harris-Walls ticket, Kamala's mandate to seek the presidency isn't the only thing that's completely and totally fake.
	So is Tim Walz's military career.
	Keep hearing about how Tim Walz, the Democrats' pick for VP, is some kind of a citizen-soldier National Guard war hero who became the governor of Minnesota and rose from the ashes of Minneapolis to be tagged as Kamala's running mate.
	The ashes that, by the way, he's responsible for after allowing the city to be set ablaze.
	But you know, there's one key problem with that story.
	It's fake.
	It's not true.
	It's a lie.
	Tim Walz's entire political career has been built on the fake lie that he's a former command sergeant major in the Minnesota Army National Guard who deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and carried an assault rifle into combat.
	Those are his words.
	But in reality, he was never there.
	Yeah, Tim Walls was a member of the Minnesota National Guard.
	He was a master sergeant.
	He was set to be promoted to command sergeant major and deployed to Iraq, but instead he weaseled his way into retirement and ran for Congress.
	And he let another guy go to war in his place.
	A man called Tom Behrens.
	And this isn't even really news because Tom has been talking about this since at least 2018 when Governor Walls launched his initial run for governor, but he was ignored.
	Nobody would listen to him.
	But now they're finally starting to pay attention.
	And just recently, a reporter visited Tom Behrens at his farm in Minnesota to hear the story.
	Take a look.
	He's back again to wage a public war of words against Tim Walz.
	He abandoned us.
	I mean, what the hell kind of leader does that?
	I mean, he just, as soon as the shots were fired in Iraq, he turned and ran the other way and hung his hat up and quit.
	We'll get to Barron's new message for voters in a moment.
	But this all starts years earlier, when Barron says Wall's misleading statements about his military service first led him to come forward in the fall of 2018.
	So you try to get this message out, but Minnesota's largest newspaper checks it out, says it's 100% true, but yet refuses to print.
	When I hung the phone up, I said, what the hell is this, North Korea?
	Back in 2005, a warning order went out to the 1st Battalion 125th Field Artillery to mobilize for a mission to Iraq.
	At the time, Walls served as the unit's highest non-commissioned officer.
	But months later, Walls would retire from the Guard, avoid the deployment, and run for Congress.
	Tom Behrens was next in line for the position and was asked to take his place.
	I was like, well, for Pete's sake, this guy quit.
	And if I say I'm not going to do it, I mean, what the hell kind of leadership is that?
	So, listening to a real Command Sergeant Major expose Tim Walz is revealing enough.
	But there's even more to this story.
	Just recently, Walz's former battalion commander absolutely destroyed Walz in a Facebook post, writing part that, quote,"...I do not regret that Tim Walz retired early from the Minnesota Army National Guard, did not complete the Sergeant Major Academy, broke his enlistment contract, or did not successfully complete any assignment as a Sergeant Major.
	Unwittingly, he got out of the way for better leadership." It is an affront to the non-commissioned officer's corps that he continues to glom onto the title of command sergeant major.

	It's actually very revealing.
	But how embarrassing.
	I mean, what does it say about our country that some stolen valor fake soldier is about to be installed as vice president and be a heartbeat away from being commander-in-chief?
	Able and absolutely willing to send American troops into harm's way.
	You know, it gets worse.
	When Tim Walls was a member of Congress, he took his military service lies even further.
	He lied to members of a Gold Star family about deploying to Afghanistan and then suffering from PTSD. This sat right in front of the C-SPAN cameras.
	He looked veterans directly in the eyes.
	He looked a Gold Star family and the American people right in the face, and he lied.
	He tried to imply that he was deployed to Afghanistan and he tried to say that when he came home, he wasn't given enough mental health support.
	Only Tim Walls was never in Afghanistan.
	He went to Italy for a while, but never Afghanistan.
	This is Tim Walz, as a member of Congress, lying about his military record.
	And both of you, with your keen understanding of how this works, especially from National Guard families, I can tell you this, having been one of those that came back, we were in support of OEF, but being sitting in there with OEF, OIF veterans, when we came back, they showed us the horse whisperer and told us to be nice when we went home.
	And that was the extent of it.
	That was in 2004.
	Now I'm proud to say that because of the people sitting in here and people who came before me, things have changed over the last four years.
	They have not changed enough.
	But Mr.
	Kennedy is following and moving something forward that the late senator from Minnesota, Senator Wellstone, advocated so clearly, mental health parity and this issue of destigmatizing mental health, of understanding.
	And I being in there and knowing as a First Sergeant, know exactly what you're saying and watching as people aren't trained on this, that there is There's a discrimination that goes against a soldier who has the courage, the fortitude, and as you said, the insight to admit this.
	So there's a couple things I want to ask you.
	It doesn't get any worse than that.
	We're just going to cut it off right there.
	It doesn't get any more disgusting, any more vile.
	Tim Walls is a fat loser, ostensibly a homosexual, who likes to groom kids and has to lie about masculine achievements in his life because in reality, he doesn't have any.
