Okay, I'm on a very specific mission.
We have to identify who the real enemy is.
We have to know where does this infiltration come from.
The American people need a warrior that's unafraid to point out the real enemy.
The American people are deserving of truth, exposure, and extreme accountability for the crimes against humanity that are being committed.
We're on the brink of the complete collapse of America, while at the same time at the precipice of an amazing victory.
If we want to prevent our children from facing a future bloodbath, I mean, I'm talking mass amounts of bloodshed.
We need to step up and fight this war, and we need to fight it now.

Maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.
On September 11, 2001 were perhaps the most shocking and terrifying events in US history.
The witness called police, who stopped the van hours later and arrested five men.
All five, it turns out, were Israeli.
And I could see that they were, like, happy.
But it was very strange.
They have to get the blessings of this country before they can swear an oath to our Constitution.
They won't get any spotlight in the Zionist-funded media.
And one of the scariest things in the world is that nobody is willing to admit that.
Nobody wants to have that conversation.
Why is our army not arresting pedophiles who put their dicks in little kids' faces during the whole month of June?

If that's the one sensitive subject that nobody wants us to talk about, then I think it's pretty obvious that's the thing that we should be talking about.
Good evening and welcome to the Stu Peters Show.
So we hear a lot about political and corporate attacks on American patriotism.
Attacks on the nuclear family and Christianity.
Attacks on white people.
And we hear about these things quite often when we're talking about the blue cities and the blue states that dot the American landscape, places that have really just abandoned any semblance of what it's ever meant to be in America.
But when we hear about the disgraceful things that go on in places like New York or run stories on this program about the hellish conditions in San Francisco or Seattle or the cesspit that is D.C., people oftentimes comfort themselves by saying that at least there's still deep red states where America is still America, where God-fearing American Christians and citizens stand for what's right and rally in support of their community and their country when it's needed the most.
And if you start going down the list of places that are still like this, most, if not all of us, are going to mention Idaho.
Idaho has been one of the deepest red states in America.
It's home to a very conservative population.
And in what's a serious rarity nowadays, Idaho is one of the few states left with a big white Christian majority.
It's lovely.
Though there have been obvious efforts to change that, subversive Marxist NGOs have ferried migrants into Idaho.
There's been an influx of California leftists in search of lower taxes and a lower cost of living and better employment opportunities, which of course are all byproducts of living in a great state that hasn't embraced socialism and civilizational suicide like California has.
But unfortunately, as these people have come into Idaho, they have tried changing things, of course.
They have tried exerting their will on the native population, and they've tried to turn Idaho into a miniature version of California, or a miniature version of Washington State.
And this year's Fourth of July rally was no exception to this.
In Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, a local Fourth of July parade hosted by the Chamber of Commerce tried to ban Christianity from the event.
Now, anyone who's familiar with the Chamber of Commerce, you automatically know this is an open borders organization.
It's loyal to the corporate brass of this country and to the world and to all of the politicians who are in their pockets.
And so, of course, they're also loyal to the anti-American ESG and DEI policies that are currently overhauling the American business world.
So it should, of course, come as no surprise that when the Chamber of Commerce gets a hold of a Fourth of July parade, they start attacking Christianity, the very bedrock of American culture.
But in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, it didn't work.
The parade's organizers were met with massive oppositions to their attempt at banning Christianity from America's birthday celebration, which on its face is just ridiculous because as much as many people would like to try to deny it, America is a Christian nation created by and for Christian people.
This land was conquered and for hundreds of years has been defended by Christians.
And the people of Idaho still recognize this.
So when the Chamber of Commerce tried to pull this little stunt, they were met with an enormous backlash.
They were actually forced to do a total 180 and overturn their anti-Christian policy.
But even going for it, even attempting to ban Christianity from the 4th of July, that was a big mistake.
It was disgusting and obscene that these people even thought of this.
And in response, the people of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, let them have it.
Countless people turned out to this parade carrying crosses, Sticking a finger in the eye of the Christ killers at the Chamber of Commerce who claimed that some anti-Christian freaks had been offended by the cross at last year's parade, so it needed to be banned.

That's what happens when people stand up.
When they refuse to back down.
We have God on our side, and in the end, we win.
But for that to happen, we have to pick up the sword and fight each and every time that we're given the opportunity to do this.
I say it all the time, and that's exactly what the people of Coeur d'Alene did.
Gabriel Wrench, who we've previously hosted on the program, knows all about this.
During the scandemic, he stood up to tyranny in Idaho, a state that's supposed to be pro-America, pro-Christian, pro-freedom, after local law enforcement and crazy Covidians tried shutting down his church in Moscow, Idaho.
He filed a federal lawsuit to force these COVID tyrants to stand down, and he actually won.

It was a huge win for Christ.
And now on the 4th of July, we had yet another big win for Christ.
To that, you say what?
Yeah, Stu, thank you for having me.
For those who have not been paying attention to Idaho, Idaho is a battleground state in a way that people might not realize.
There are probably about 30 Democratic operatives working for the Democratic Party on staff, and probably for our GOP staff, we probably have about three to four on staff here in Idaho.
So the Democrat Party knows that Idaho could potentially be a cheap date.
What you're seeing in Idaho with examples like what happened with the Chamber of Commerce up in Coeur d'Alene, there's a real battle for the heart and soul of Idaho.
Are we going to let the sacrifice of abortion represent who Idaho is?
We're fighting that.
We've won in a lot of ways.
Or are we going to let the Christian cross represent us?
It's always a battle over definitions and symbols.
When you trace this back, of course the Chamber of Commerce, but who is it that's really pulling the strings there that would have thought of such a thing?
Well, now, I don't know the inside workings of the Chamber of Commerce, but my guess is what happens in Idaho is you actually have a lot of conservatives who are apologizing or just soft-peddling liberalism in because they don't have the courage and conviction to stand on their Republican convictions.
So you have in Idaho, there's basically three pockets of what's going on in Idaho.
You kind of have the Democratic Party in Idaho, which doesn't have very much power, but But they do have influence because, you know, how conservatives work.
They capitulate.
Then you have the old guard conservatism here in Idaho, and they're kind of corporatist.
They're kind of giving into some of the socialist kind of soft LGBT narrative.
You know what's not banned in Coeur d'Alene right now?
It's drag shows in front of kids, right?
Like, that happened last year.
I believe there was video evidence.
Capturing a drag queen flashing genitals on stage in front of a family-oriented audience.
And that was during June?
That was during June last year.
Yeah, where people celebrate sodomy.
Yeah, exactly.
Homosexual, dirty sex.
Yeah, they won't ban that.
Of course not, because what they want is legal, unfettered sexual access to children.
No one was prosecuted for that.
Of course not.
They were likely, they would have been protected by the police in Coeur d'Alene.
Mark my words, those people, those people committing lewd and lascivious acts, basically criminal sexual conduct involving a minor child, those people would have been protected by the police if anybody like you or myself or any fathers that were real fathers left among those those people would have been protected by the police if anybody like you Real fathers left among those in Coeur d'Alene.
I don't know who's bringing these children to events like this.
I think that they should be arrested, to be honest with you.
But the police would have stood in the way of anybody like you or I showing up to counter or to say something or to stop the assault of children.
This is getting out of control.

Yeah, so we're very confused here in Idaho.
Now, I do think you're starting to see some good pushback in movement.
You mentioned my arrest in 2020.
That was a good example of some statewide pushback.
I also, in 2020, with a bunch of friends, sued our governor for making church a part of his health emergency order in the shutdown.
Well, we won that case.
We actually went to the judge.
Governor Little had rescinded that.
Once he noticed the lawsuit happening, he rescinded it in the health emergency order.
So we already won it even before the judge, and then the judge just ruled it at a moot point.
But we won that case, and what you're seeing in Coeur d'Alene right now is you're seeing a bunch of Christians actually standing up and pushing back and saying, hey, we're Idaho.
We're in Washington.
We're in California.
We're very Christianized, especially in Northern Idaho.
We're very much a Christian culture up here.
Down in South is more of a Mormon culture down here.
But even in Northern Idaho, you're seeing some really good pushback.
So I think what conservatives haven't done for the longest time is actually love their neighbor by standing up for what's right.
This has been part of the problem with the conservative Christian Republican establishment, is that we haven't loved our neighbor.
We haven't stood up for what's right.
We've capitulated every step of the way.
Right now, you're seeing with J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio, they're capitulating on the abortification bill.
They're saying, yeah, it's okay.
That should be a national pill.
We should be able to mail it across state lines, and we're fine with that.
That's Trump's policy, so that's going to be our policy.
And so you're seeing even, you know, J.D. Vance is a guy you'd think would be very principled.
Marco Rubio, a guy that'd be very principled, they're capitulating to kind of Trump's abortion policies and what he's trying to say and trying to peddle right now as part of his presidency.
Now, I'm for Trump.
I'd rather have Biden than Trump, but if we can't hold our Wait a minute.
You'd rather have Biden than Trump, or did you say that backwards?
I'd rather have Trump than Biden.
No problem.
I'd rather have Trump than Biden, but we have to be a party who holds ourselves accountable.
And this goes all the way down to the Chamber of Commerce.
I don't think we understand how heavy the rot is in our party, but when you start seeing those muscles flex at the local level, I think it's an encouraging sign that good things are happening in our party.
I am surprised by what you said about J.D. Vance capitulating.
I am not surprised by Marco Rubio.
He's fake.
He's always just been a suit, an empty suit, a shell of a politician, just a phony, little, parasitic, fraudulent, fake pussy.
He's changed over time.
He's changed pretty significantly over time, Marco.
But this capitulation amongst Christians, turning the other cheek, ignoring, looking the other way when people like Donald Trump say, yep, we can murder babies and that's fine.
We'll tolerate that to a certain extent.
And I think that this pill could be mailed all over the place.
I mean, Donald Trump needs to be held accountable as well.
To what do you credit this spirit of idolatry that this guy is just able to say whatever he wants?
For example, if you don't support Israel, you should be deported.
You should get out of our country.
He actually said that at a rally in New Hampshire not long ago.
It was about, I don't know, six, eight months ago he said this.
No, that's not okay.
Americans should not be deported from America.
This is America.
This is not Israel.
We don't put Israel first or the nations of any other, you know, any other countries or the interests of any other nation's people.
No, we put America and Americans first.
I don't know why he gets a pass on that, why he gets a pass on shutting the country down, although be it he was lied to by every doctor that he surrounded himself with in the deep state that's bedded up right next to him at Bedminster and Mar-a-Lago in the White House, Jared Kushner and all these other subversives.
But a pass on the shots and now a pass on baby killing.
I mean, what does the guy have to do for real Christian Americans to say, hey, hold on.
No, we're not going to do that in this country.
Well, I think what you have in Trump is you have the first president in my lifetime, Osborne in 79, who actually started fighting for the things that mattered, I think, to the average Joe in flyover America.
So he's the first president to ever fight media.
And for the longest time, I think flyover America, conservative America, Hated mainstream media.
Hated the lies that they were telling them.
And Trump was the first one to start fighting.
So I think Trump hit to the heart of the matter for the majority of the Republicans.
And so he now kind of, unfortunately, gets some passes on some things.
Yeah, and I'm not here to bash the guy.
My life was a whole lot better under a Donald Trump presidency than it was in any previous administration.
And he wasn't a mass murderer like the Bushes were.
Yeah, well, so I was born in Texas.
I think George Bush Jr.
was one of the worst presidents we've ever had.
But you have – this is part of the phenomenon.
It's like you have to have an accountability in your own system.
You've got to have the right constitution in your own party to be able to deal with problems and inconsistencies.
But for the longest time, we don't – We do not deal with inconsistencies in our own party.
And what we point out is the inconsistencies in the Democratic Party, which is fine.
But you have to deal with sin in your own party, in your own camp first, before you can deal with the log in the other people's eye.
And that's where we're at, even with Donald Trump.
The way I look at our current presidency right now is I look at...
Do you remember when David counted the census?
I think it's at the end of 1 Samuel, Samuel chapter 24, I believe is what it was.
David counted the people.
And that was a sin against God.
And he sent Joab out to go count the people.
And God came back and talked to David and said, you get three judgments.
You get to choose from three judgments.
You get three years, three months, or three days.
That's what God laid out before him.
And David took three days.
That's where I'm at with this presidential election.
I'd rather choose the judgment that we're going to get under President Trump than the judgment we're going to get under Biden.
I think it's a choice.
I believe our nation needs judgment.
We need cleansing.
We're like that house where we get one demon kind of kicked out of our house, and we rearrange the furniture, we clean it up, and then we get seven demons to return.
I think that's kind of where America's at.
We really do need a real cleansing.
And so the way I'm looking at this election is I'd rather prefer the judgment we'd get under Trump than what we'd get under Biden.
I agree with that.
But as you're looking around across the country and you're looking at historically what happened in our elections both in 2016 and 2020 and what with having nothing been done to fix or right the election process, I just don't think that just voting singularly is going to win an election.
I don't think that just voting is...
solution that we could be looking at here.
So what do you think it is that we need to do to ensure that we're not ruled by people who put the interests of other countries first, that we're not allowing for child molesters and for pedophiles to put their genitalia in the faces of children and be protected by the police to combat hyperinflation?
I mean, to have a merit-based economy rather than DEI, affirmative action-based economy, where we just hand everything to everyone and to freaking militarize our borders and shut down this physical invasion that's being implemented, perpetrated, carried out by treasonous traitors like this guy who claims to be a Jew called Alejandro Mayorkas.
Yeah, and this is probably the central idolatry in America is where we think politics will save us.
uh, Now, don't get me wrong.
I think politics needs to be saved by Christ.
I think politics is not our savior, but Jesus will save politics.
Jesus will save everything.
He died on the cross for the whole world.
Salvation happens to individuals, but it also happens to states.
It also happens to countries.
It also happens to land.
When God judges a nation, He judges everything about it.
So we need to stop looking at politics as our Savior and start looking at Christ.
The most important day of the week is Sunday for Christians.
That's where God hears our voice.
That's where God hears our cries.
That's where God hears our praises.
And He acts Based off our faith and trust in Him and worshiping Him on Sunday.
And then what happens Monday through Saturday is God acting out how we worshiped Him on Sunday.
So if our worship is impotent, if our worship is faithless, if our worship is compromised, well, that's the kind of country we're going to get.
So remember, culture, the cult leads the culture.
What flows out of the cult is what happens in the culture.
And so that's why Christians need to double down on how they...
We need repentance, which will come eventually to political repentance.
Yeah, if without repentance, we have nothing.
And I doubt that you're discouraging people from hitting their faces and praying and repenting Monday through Saturday as well.
Absolutely.
Because we definitely need all kinds of prayer.
But I think that actually physically gathering like what we saw in Coeur d'Alene and displaying that this is yet still a Christian nation, that this land was conquered by Christians, that we have defended her, and it's been Christians who have defended her, Since the very beginning and that we need to continue doing that.
I think that we need more displays like this, like what we just saw in Coeur d'Alene, all across the face of this country to remind people that we have to pick up the sword and that we have to fight.

I agree, but that kind of display has to come from a unified Christian base, a unified Christian foundation.
You can't get a random pushback or a random display of being against something and then that turn in some sort of any longevity of a play.
You have to have unity for that play to be a long-term play.
I mean, I don't know if you follow the Nashville 10 situation there.
But the Nashville 10 women fighting the FACE Act where the federal government came after them for protesting Planned Parenthoods and so forth.
Well, they got arrested by the FBI. There's been no...
The church has not risen.
There's been no voice from the church condemning the judge who just sentenced one of them to six months in jail and four years of probation.
Who was murdering in those clinics?
Who was peacefully protesting?
The guy who got peacefully protested was the one who was targeted by Joe Biden's administration, targeted by the FBI, and he's the one getting six months of jail, not the murderers in the baby mill.
And so the church needs to rise up.
Its voice needs to happen in Idaho.
Its voice needs to happen in Tennessee.
Its voice needs to happen in Texas.
The church needs to rise up.
And the only way the church is going to rise up is we have to recognize that whatever happens in the church is going to eventually come out into culture.
The church leads the culture.
We think politics affects the church.
Politics moves the church.
The culture moves the church.
It's actually the other way around.
I can draw a straight line between the sins that happen in the church and between the sins that are happening in our culture right now.
It all happened in the church first.
And the church needs to repent of her sin in order to lead the culture back to repentance.
I couldn't agree with you more.
And these fake...
Preachers and fake false teachers, these Schofield Bible reading lukewarm so-called leaders that are pushing their flock right toward the lake of fire, whether they know it or don't know it, they're in league with Satan.
Whether they choose to admit it or not, that's what's happening.
And we need stronger leaders, and we need churches to have pastoral meetings with their leaders to hold them accountable as well, so that the church as a whole, unification, as you so eloquently put it, comes to fruition.

Who would have ever thought of this?
I mean, I hear bug out all the time.
Yes sir, Stu, and that's exactly why I wrote my book.
I did, after my time in the SEAL teams, I did several television shows for Discovery Channel, actually.
The biggest one was called Manhunt, it was called Lone Target in the US and France, and I would, in effect, bug out.
I would insert in foreign countries, I'd skydive in places I wasn't supposed to be, I would cross borders underneath trucks, and then I would ping that country's special operations force or fugitive recovery team To let them know I was there and they would send their specialty tracking unit, their special police unit, or their special operations force after me with all of their assets, drones, dogs, trackers, whatever they might happen to have, to try to track me down and capture me before I made it to an extract point three or four days away.
And so being that I was on a global international television show, Global, international.
And around the world.
Exactly.
Around the world.
I was bugging out for a living.
So I would get asked all the time by press and by fans, you know, what's in my bug-out bag?
What are my bug-out tips?
And would I like to create a bug-out bag for, you know, marketing?
And I always said, bugging out is a bad idea.
It's a last resort.
It's based on military escape and evasion, where You've lost your entire team.
You don't have any weapons.
You may not have any radios, and you missed your pickup, and they know where you're at.
They're coming after you.
It's a bad situation.
In survival, we have what's called the rule of threes, which is a good guideline to prep yourself whenever you're in a situation where you don't really know what to do.
And the rule of threes says you can survive three minutes without air, three hours without shelter, three days without water, and three weeks without food.
And what that does is it sets up an order of precedence for spending your energy.
So what do I need to do first in order to address the needs that are going to come up quickly?

In the order of precedence.
And so why would I want to leave my house?
Like you mentioned, I have my guns.
I have my food.
I have my tools.
I have communication devices.
I have all of my things.
I've got shelter.
I've got warmth, food, water, and air to go someplace with a bag of limited equipment to try to acquire those things in a different situation.
It's just tactically a very bad choice to make 99% of the time.
You can always be prepared.
You can always head out someplace.
But for the most part, in almost every situation, having your house set up for you to protect your family and have everything you need and operate out of is the best choice.
And on top of that, like I mentioned when we were talking in the green room, I don't want to sell fear.
This is not, I mean, there's obviously, there's a lot going on in the world over the last several years, and people are, I mean, rightfully so, are stressed out about the situation, and there's a lot of fear.
But this book is not about fear.
This book is about setting us up so that we have community, so that I have my beehives, I've got my garden, I've got my hay that I'm growing up.
I've got whatever I'm happy to doing and I know the lady down the street who's the herbalist.
I know the guy I get my raw milk from.
I know the guy I get my grass-fed beef from.
I know all these people and we have a community where we know each other.
We know the property lines.
I know the assistance I can get from them.
I know how I can assist them with what I have and what I build.
I want to build a world where we are free from the toxic B.S. that's being put in our bodies through our pie holes and through our shoulders and through all of the air we breathe and the water we drink.
I want to get back to a pure natural life with humans interacting with each other as we're supposed to and connecting to the earth, connecting to the ground, connecting to the air, connecting to the food supply, and connecting to the people that we have and building a world that we want to live in.
That's what this book is all about.
Build the world you want to live in.
I'm looking at some of the recipes that you have in here, too.
These are super easy, by the way.
This is not something that you go and bake.
It takes a whole lot of prep.
This stuff here, you show the calories, you show the carbs, you show how many grams of fat, how many grams of protein.
I'm talking about somebody who just even wants to get in shape.
These foods right here, along with maybe an hour of exercise every day, you'll be cut up.
I'm telling you, this is very similar to the program, the foods that I was consuming when I began my Energized Health Protocol.
And it literally only took me eight weeks to lose all of the fat, just melted away, visceral and subcutaneous fat.
But visceral fat goes up alongside of your organs.
It gets really dangerous for you.
But I shed all that fat, and then pretty soon all the definitions started coming.
By week 10, I had just a raging six-pack.
Amazing.
And this is the kind of stuff that I was eating.
It's really not that difficult to be in shape.
But also, I mean, some of the other things here.
And yeah, of course, we're not fear mongering here.
We don't want to.
But I mean, obviously, being prepared takes a lot of the fear away.
Absolutely.
That's the key right there.
Communication.
You've got ways to filter water.
You tell people what mistakes to stay away from.
You know, deadly water storage mistakes to avoid.
I mean, all kinds of different things in here.
So talk about some of the other things that I haven't mentioned.
We've got, you know, I mean, obviously food and water, those are very important.
What else am I going to find?
Well, there's food and water shelter, of course, the big ones.
Preserving water, that's something people don't think about a lot.
So preserving water, food, everyone thinks about.
But there's lots of other things you need to keep in mind as far as, I mean, we go into stuff like how to talk to FEMA if FEMA comes into your area.
What you're obligated to do and not obligated to do.
I know what I would say to FEMA if they came into my head.
I probably can't repeat it right now.
I think we're on DirecTV, right?
There are some nicer ways to say those same things and to establish those same boundaries in my book.
Um, so we have, we have everything from, from, from weapons and fortifications and booby traps, which is kind of what I did in, in, on TV. So that's what people know me from.
And of course my, my SEAL career, but I talk to guys all the time and they're like, yeah, it's a fan.
I'm just gonna, you know, I've got guns.
I'll go take whatever I need.
Well, yes.
And that's a very bad thing.
It's not going to last you very long.
It's not going to get you as far as you think you are.
And you're going to completely screw up any chance you have in building community and getting help from people.
There's just so many...
Eventually you're going to run across a guy that's, you know, more prepared and better trained than you are who can rely on his training and instincts.
I mean, you even have stuff in here talking about allergic reactions if you're in a survival situation and you happen to have allergies.
How to handle arthritis and inflammation.
You know, I mean, obviously people aren't going to be able to get their prescription medication if something catastrophic happens, pain management, all of these different things.
There are ways to stockpile that that I cover in the book.
There are alternatives that I cover in the book.
And even better, there are plants that you can grow in your garden that are actually more effective than prescription medications.
They're just, you can't patent a plant.
And you can't make money off of selling a plant to the masses.
And so they're not going to tell us about that.
So many people that I've talked to before, and it just goes to show you that people, normal people, they aren't trained.
You obviously have very extensive training as a Navy SEAL and a BUDS instructor.
I had a lot of training as a bounty hunter, and I went through a lot of police escalation training, things like this.
And I ask people, I say, under stress in a crisis situation, If you lose power, what are you going to do?
And these people don't understand that.
You have how to produce energy and electricity.
And then a lot of people, I say, what are you doing to stock up on food and water?
What does your food and water supply look like?
Oh, I get a full side of beef every year.
I've got more meat in my freezer.
I will feed my family no matter what.
Really, how are you going to keep that meat?
Yeah, exactly.
Without electricity.
And then they just look at you like, oh, I hadn't thought of that.
Well, yeah, of course not until the damn lights go out.
Exactly.
I was in Afghanistan on my first deployment and the food over there, this was before everything got, you know, built up and all we had were really bad military rations.
And so I heard this from the guys that had just got back.
So I bought...
Probably 100 pounds of steaks.
And I shipped it.
I brought it with me over to Afghanistan.
I put it in one of the chest freezers.
I was thinking, me and my platoon, we're going to have steaks all the time.
We went on a three-day operation.
The power went out for a couple hours in Afghanistan in a chest freezer.
Boy, when I opened that top, when I came back...
You've probably seen some disgusting things, but that smell might have made you want to puke.

They're trying to rush this case out of court.
And so they're offering the plaintiffs a settlement.
But they're doing so without offering up any protections for the future.
There's absolutely nothing in this settlement that stops them from doing all of this all over again.
The federal government could wake up tomorrow morning, just decide that there's a new pandemic to declare, probably one that they made at Fort Detrick.
just in time for the 2024 election.
Start forcing military members and everyone else that they can get their hands on to take yet another bioweapon injection death jab, and nobody could stop them.
That's just one of several reasons why members of this lawsuit are coming out against the offer.
Commander Rob Green, an active duty member of the United States Navy who was forced out of the military when he refused the jab, but never gave in, he eventually got his job back, has issued a call to action.
He's calling on his fellow class action plaintiffs to file a written objection to this deal with the court and to email it to the case attorneys.
He posted a video that explains it a little bit more in detail.

I'm an active duty Navy commander and a class member in the Seals v.
Biden class action lawsuit over the Navy's illegal handling of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate by violating the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and the First Amendment of the Constitution.
Class members have begun receiving a settlement notice because the government wants to settle this lawsuit.
The problem is, the settlement agreement is a bad agreement.
It does nothing to deter the government from encroaching on First Amendment rights of service members in the future.
We have an opportunity to object to this settlement agreement.
All class members, if you filed a religious accommodation request and you are in the Navy, you can write a letter to the court Yeah, these people have not given up.
They've refused to surrender to the United States government, which is excellent.
They have refused to surrender to a bioweapon genocide, so why stop now?
Agreeing to a settlement with these criminals, with these genocidal psychopath maniacs, it'd be a grave mistake.
Commander Rob Green is with us now to discuss this in greater detail.

I mean, obviously you do.
You put out the video, but they're never going to stop, and they have found a successful formula to lock people down, to control entirely large populations, including the military that is supposed to protect the United States citizens against this kind of oppression.
Well, first, thank you, Stu, for having me and for shining a bright light of public scrutiny on all of this.
I would say, yes, they certainly want to make this go away because they do not want to be held accountable.
And we know that once the federal government seizes power in some way, they do not give it up willingly.
So that is what we're fighting.
Yeah.
Bob, do you find it ironic that it's the military that protects people for their rights to bodily autonomy and their freedom of speech, and that it's the same institution that's now being crushed by the federal government for trying to do just exactly that?
And the people who serve in these institutions, whether it be any branch of the United States military or the Coast Guard, these people were the ones that actually lost their bodily autonomy and lost their freedom of speech rights.
Ironic is a good word for it.
A better word might be criminal.
I mean, when you violate the law, that's a criminal act.
And the highest law of the land is the Constitution.
And you would think that those who swore an oath to the Constitution would put that first and foremost.
But what we're seeing is our most senior leaders in uniform in the military are putting the institution first.
They're protecting the integrity of the institution before the constitutional rights of service members.
That's something that we have to fix.
This lawsuit might be a way to get at some of that.
Yeah.
And largely, there's nobody in Congress or the Senate that has a loud voice about this.
Nobody is pissed off about it.
Nobody is causing a ruckus.
Nobody is chasing down every Fox News channel to give a soundbite, protecting you or warning people against this settlement or even talking about this lawsuit and its existence at all.
I mean, do you feel like you've been betrayed by these people who are supposedly elected to represent us?
I can't control what other people do.
I can only control what I do.
And I was blessed enough when I was fired from my job, they were not successful in ultimately kicking me out of the military.
It made my fight much harder.
It took seven months of exile.
I was only allowed to call in every day, but they weren't successful in kicking me out.
But that's not the case for so many other people.
And so that's what we're doing now is we're trying to be a voice for all those who were harmed in much more egregious ways and make sure that they have a voice.
So the objection to this settlement is what we need to do because this settlement does, as you noted in the intro, does nothing to hold them accountable.
It does nothing to repair the harms.
All it does is require the Navy to repair some very narrowly defined administrative remarks in people's records, but that does not account for the majority of people who are harmed in different ways.
It also allows the Navy to put on their website that they support religious freedom, which I have proven that the fight against the First Amendment Everything that's been put on by the Navy continues to this day.
They continue violating the First Amendment.
And I sent that evidence to court.
It also, the only other thing that the Navy has to do is put on their website that they'll put some data on there showing what they did over the last few years.
But none of this allows the Navy leaders who perpetrated this to be held accountable.
It's giving them a pass.
We can't do that.
They want us to forget so badly.
Do you know, roundabout, how many service members are involved in this class action suit?
It's a little over 4,000.
And unfortunately, the class does not include those who were kicked out before March of 2022.
So that has got to be a whole separate lawsuit.
But what we can do is we can object to this and try to have some level of accountability, some level of accountability.
Of something more than just a dismissal with the Navy being able to put on their website that they support religious freedom.
That's a big fat nothing.
And a false narrative.
So what is your specific call to action?
What would you like service members that are a part of this suit to do after they see this broadcast?
Well, they should object.
They should make sure the court knows that their situation, the ongoing harms to them, have not been corrected by this settlement.
This settlement is essentially giving them a pass.
Now, I appreciate the lawyers, First Liberty Institute and Hacker Stevens, who fought this on the behalf of the class members.
They've done a great job, but now is not the time to back down from the bully.
We knocked the bully back.
We need to step into that space.
It's not the time to pull the chips off the table.
We need to keep this fight going or they're going to do this again.
Yeah, just as in a forward military assault.
Once you take out the communications and you shut off the lights, that's when you move in and you finish them off.
Once you have them back on their heels and you're over the top of them, that is when you drop the bomb.
That is when you finish them off.
This is where you eliminate the enemy.
This is where you neutralize the threat.
This is how you stop them from ever doing this ever again.
You're a hero.
For all the work that you have put into this, we really appreciate it.
You're doing God's work.
