Well, first, all fish oil are not created equal.
They could be purified of mercury, but many times you don't know their storage temperature, their storage life, and the pressure they're under.
So you can get a little rancidity, the spoilage of those fish oil.
And it's not just fish oil.
This is really important.
So I want to teach you something here in the audience.

To get adequacy In other words, enough in your system to get your omega index, which is the percent of those essential omega-3s in the blood, up to 8% to 10%, you need 3,000 milligrams of EPA and DHA in about a 3 to 2 ratio.
Now that is correct in a 3 to 2 ratio.
So if you're talking two gel caps get you 600, Want to do the quick math?
Yeah, I need to pull out my calculator.
You got to take 10 of those.
A day.
10 of those a day.
Oh my.
That's a lot.
Yeah, and so it's not really a bargain when you look at it.
No.
It's actually, it's deceiving.
And I watch people do this all the time and they get the wrong one because they know they need visual, which is true.
But what you need is the sufficiency of the certain essential ones at a ratio that is pleasing to the body.
Because we're trying to get the ratio of our six to threes, omega-6 to omega-3s in the body, up to a good workable one, which is about 3 to 1 or 4 to 1.
And so you've got to take 10 of those right there a day to get to adequacy at minimum.
Sometimes, in your case, it could be even 12.

Well, we all know by now, anyone that's been paying attention, at least, and who's awake, that this so-called vaccine was never a vaccine and never intended to even prevent COVID or prevent any disease.
And in fact, the Ninth Circuit Court over in California even just ruled that this vaccine isn't even legally a vaccine.
Which really helps our case because now it's on paper.
It is not even a vaccine.
It has always been a bio weapon.
But what's so troubling is we really have no idea how it's going to affect future generations.
It's only the tip of the iceberg that we're seeing how it's affecting babies and toddlers and children.
We're seeing those babies and toddlers and children show up with heart attacks or dying suddenly in the news outlets, some news outlets, and some of these cases that even make it to the news.
But we really have no idea what it's doing and how it's destroying our children as they grow up, the ones that do survive this.

Most all of our lives, we've been a salvage generation.
Now is the time for the boomers my age, us old guys and ladies, to step up to the plate and save our freedom.

And listen, the last 14 months of my life, Celia and myself have been entrenched in this book.
We've spent an enormous amount of time And you know, there's much information in there.
There's personal information.
There's medical information.
There's my personal struggles with this.
And it opens up with a foreword by Celia, which is really quite remarkable.
You know, we, in every obstetrician, really every physician, but especially the 60,000 OBGYN doctors that have been silenced, We, of all people, know the last half of the 20th century went on with diethylstilbestrol, DES, and with thalidomide.
You know, most people remember thalidomide because of the atrocious images of the babies born with missing extremities.
We all remember that.
But, you know, DES occurred earlier And went from the late 1930s up until the 1980s in some parts of the United States of America.
And it caused much more carnage, death, and destruction.
And to pregnant women and pregnant women who exposed their sons and daughters of DES, but also their grandsons and great-grandsons and granddaughters and great-granddaughters.
It was a multi-generational assault.
The most vulnerable.
We're seeing it again right now.
DES was really the most lethal drug in pregnancy up until the COVID-19 vaccines.
And it's so difficult for me to believe that 60,000 OBGYN doctors and my three organizations Turned a blind eye and simultaneously threw the golden rule of pregnancy out the window,
which has been raining for millennia and of any generation that should know the importance of the golden rule of pregnancy, never using novel substances or even some foods and beverages that are otherwise safe or some fish preparations and many others.
Lunch meat, you know, I mean, that's what they say.
You can't have lunch meat.
You can't have wine.
You can't have sushi.
I mean, there's so many things that you can't have, supposedly, being a pregnant woman, but yet you can put this, you know, this bioweapon of toxic chemicals, unknown, untested, into your body.
I mean, just common sense would tell you that's not okay or not safe.
It's craziness.
And, you know, Celia did such a good job because I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone and she went off on that, on the Twilight Zone and The Originator and The Obsolete Man and that story in the Twilight Zone.
And that was me in 2020.

I think it's going to be an extremely important book.
Absolutely.
And why did you use the word sacrifice in your title?
What did that symbolize for you?
Well, It symbolizes a lot of things.
I have a very, very strong faith, and I think it symbolizes something different to everybody.
I think for the World Economic Forum and the globalists, they've been all about killing us for a long time.
And we are the prey, if you will.
As Dr.
Peter Bregan says, COVID-19 and the global predators, we are the prey.
So we are the sacrificial lambs of them, you know.
We're the sacrifice.
The bioweapon was the sacrifice.
It's a sacrifice.
And then, you know, there's all different connotations.
You know, look at every single...
Kingdom, world, global dominion, power, all throughout history, all of them have been captured by the demonic cult of killing fetuses and newborns and offering them up to their gods as a sacrifice.
Every single empire since the creation of man has done that, and this is the new global sacrifice now.
It's attacking The most vulnerable in your population, fetuses, newborns, and others.
It's, I just, the term sacrifice on the front cover of your book really stood out to me because it is so descriptive and accurate.
I mean, people have, people still haven't caught on by now that this is what these elite people do.
I mean, this is a sacrifice for them on a global scale.
And yet millions of people bought into this.
And sadly, the ones that can't even defend themselves.
And what I love about you is that you are a voice for the voiceless.
A fetus can't defend himself.
A baby can't defend itself.
And so many of these mothers are just making this choice to give them this toxic bioweapon when they're just a few months old, ruining their immune system for the rest of their life and giving them a host of other issues.
Why?
Because they trusted authority, because they trusted their OBGYN, because they said it's safe and effective.
I just can't get over the fact that it's so egregious at this point that all these thousands of OBGYNs are complicit in this crime, really.
Except for you, of course, but in a few small select people.
But do you, I mean, are you finding at least now at 2020-24 that more OBGYNs are coming around?
They're understanding your viewpoint and agreeing with it that it's not safe or effective?
Or are most of them still just following orders or taking a paycheck?
Unfortunately, the latter.
There's very few of us because, remember, we're under a severe threat and a gag order.
And that was put out by the American Board of OBGYN on September 27th, 2021.
And basically, they invoked, they threatened all 60,000 OBGYN physicians in the United States of America, all six provinces of Canada and some countries in South America.
That if you didn't push the vaccine in pregnancy, you're spreading misinformation, and we will destroy your career with taking away your license and your board certifications, which we've worked for all our lives.
So that was intolerable to me, and I'm not going to live with that.
But unfortunately, most of these OBGYN docs have.
It's very threatening to them, and they Have to continue being silent or complicit?
I think most of them know.
But you know, there's been a deluge of captured medical journals that Promote and publish gross lies that are captured by the NIH, the amount of dollars that the NIH is spending on some of these captured medical centers that then act as state actors.
You know, it's kind of like the Fifth Circuit Court that you mentioned the Sixth Circuit of Appeals, which is a big deal in California, but you also have the Fifth Circuit of Appeals That overturned the corrupt lower Texas judge decision in a lower court last year, and he ruled in favor.
He ruled in favor of the AAPS, the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, who sued the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr.
Peter McCullough's board, and the American Board of family medicine and also Mallorcas, Alejandro Mallorcas, because they were employed collusion and they were acting as state actors.
It's fine for a private organization to infringe on the First Amendment, but if you're acting as a state actor, That becomes illegal.
The freedom is being resurrected, and then we have the Attorney General from Kansas, the great state of Kansas, Chris Kobach, Attorney General Kobach, who is suing Pfizer.
I understand, at least according to some of the stuff that I read from This Attorney General, Chris Kobach, there's other states involved in going after him for civil or maybe even criminal courts.
So this is really important for our movement.
Absolutely.
It's huge.
How do you feel, you know, in Dive Suddenly, there's this incredible but horrific segment of you talking about how the vaccine, the deaths and the casualties and the carnage that the vaccine is causing of babies and pregnant mothers.
And you talked about it, how it's really going to be influential and really impactful to the population, right?
With population declining all across the board in different countries.
I don't remember what sigma, I think it was a factor of sigma phi.
You probably would know, you'd know these terminologies better, but how are you seeing evidence right now that continues to back up your claims in the movie, you know, about how it's truly causing a drop in population all over the world and it will continue that way?
You know, when we look at things like insurance companies saying that the number one cause of death is Death cause unknown, right?
I mean, how is this going to play out in a couple years, and are you seeing even more evidence today that that is still true?
There's an avalanche of irrefutable data, and I don't want to get into the weeds on it, but myself, I've published extensively, and my research group, you know, that includes many, you know, elite members.
In the advanced biological research group that I'm in with, including Attorney Maggie Thorpe, JD. We've published extensively, including, you know, Peter McCullough, Dr.
Peter McCullough and my other colleagues at the Wellness Center, you know, Dr.
Drew, Dr.
Kelly Victory, Dr.
Harvey Reich, you know, also Dr.
Steve Hatfield of the Advanced Biologic Research Group that I'm in.
The Advanced Biologic Research Group is, you know, we're the only group that is self-funding research to determine exactly what the biological causes are because The pharmaceutical companies aren't funding this.
Dr.
Ryan Cole is part of the group.
Dr.
Steve Hatfield, who was in the war room with President Trump, helping discern the truth after Trump took office there in the pandemic.
And he's been a terrific asset.
Dr.
Dan McDyer, OBGYN physician of Jacksonville.

So, you know, there's many of us who, there's an avalanche of data, Deanna.
I mean, we're seeing death and injury, cutting to the chase, severe bleeding like we've never seen before in patients trying to get pregnant, infertility when they do get pregnant, significant miscarriage, heavy bleeding, stillbirth, fetal death, severe preeclampsia, cervical insufficiency, premature rupture of membranes, fetal death, premature delivery.
And premature baby death.
My research group now, as we're just publishing, be submitted for publication any day now.
I've fortunately been working on this hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of hours over the last six months, doing another really deep dive into the various governmental data.
And it's just unbelievable, the pregnancy complications that we're seeing, Deanna.
It's so, so horrific.
It's so sad.
You know, especially when these people probably had healthy babies previously and a healthy fetus.
And then they inject this into their bodies and it disrupts the whole process.
Yeah.
It's so horrible.
You know, this gentleman, Mr.
Harry Fisher, who posts a lot.
And he's an emergency responder traveling all over the country.
Just a hero of a man.
Follow him on X or Twitter, Harry Fisher.
And, you know, the catastrophic events that he saw regarding the miscarriage.
He would be called and taking people to the ER when there were seven and eight women writhing in pain and pools of blood at the same time, miscarrying or passing fetuses.
Inactive.
Read some of his posts.
This is very traumatic for him.
And you know, it's been very traumatic for me to see this.
I have friends and family members.
It's horrible, Deanna.
There's a person well known to me who literally had essentially a normal pregnancy before the vaccine and then has had eight.
Catastrophic losses of babies.
You say, well, how can that be?
Well, there were two sets of twins ranging all the way from miscarriages to life-threatening miscarriages to late miscarriages to fetal death, even a term stillbirth.
It is the trauma which these patients see and the trauma that I've been through and seeing my colleagues and my organizations in the hospitals push this.
It's very difficult.
Can't imagine it.
And again, it's like, sadly, people are still getting boosted.
And then they're now getting flu shots, which will have the NMRNA in it as well.
So it's like never ending.
And we have only yet to see the true extent of these casualties.
And I think more will come out.
If they have a disease X or bird flu virus epidemic or pandemic, then, hey, there it goes again, another mRNA shot in everyone's bodies.
Pregnant people, even if the fear has worn down from COVID, at that point, the fear will be back up for some other virus.
If they don't, unfortunately, learn their lesson that these authoritarian figures that are telling them to just roll up their sleeves while they're pregnant and take this unknown cocktail of substances is Terrifying and dangerous.
And thank gosh we have people like you, brave, brave veteran OBGYNs and doctors who are blowing the whistle on this and warning women before it's too late.

Well, I've got some good news to share with you today.
There's a lot of doom and gloom out there, and we talk about news that is kind of scary in our world right now.
But here is a win for Christians and conservatives that I think that you'll be excited about too.
So in Louisiana, Louisiana just became the first state in the United States that is mandating that the Ten Commandments be displayed today.
And prominently be displayed in schools all across their state.
Wow, would you look at that?
How cool is that?
Pretty cool.
So I'm going to read a little bit verbatim here.
House Bill 71, which was approved by state lawmakers just last month, And this is Republican Governor Jeff Landry.
He just signed this requirement into law.
Yesterday.
How amazing is that?
I think that's really cool.
We're going to talk about this with our friend and favorite naturopathic doctor, Dr.
Mark Sherwood, who's also a man of faith, as we know.
I mean, he puts his faith in God into everything he does and all aspects of his business and his health.
So I want to talk to you about this today because it's really some good news that we get to bring to everybody.
How are you doing, first of all, Dr.
Sherwood?
I'm doing great, and I appreciate the good news because we know news is interesting in our world today.
It tends to be negative news, so I commend you for bringing positive news.
This is a win for the country.
I think it was perhaps Ben Franklin that said, we desire liberty and freedom.

The moral guide is really guidance from what I believe to be our Heavenly Father, God.
I believe those Ten Commandments are great.
And it doesn't matter if you are a Christian or not.
Those commandments, or let's even call them rules or guidelines, They're beneficial.
Don't kill people.

It just makes sense.
And so I'm hopeful that the state of Louisiana holds the line.
This is what's going to happen, though, just to let people know.
Encourage Louisiana people.
So here's the encouragement for you.
We've got to stay together.
State-funded schools probably also get funds from the feds.
You're going to get some bozo from the Fed that says, well, if you do that, we're going to pull our funds away.
And I encourage Louisiana to hold the line and watch God provide those funds.
Amen.
I love that.
We all need to be praying for Louisiana right now.
I'm going to read you a little bit more from this, because again, this is just, it shouldn't be this exciting, this newsworthy and rare, but it really is at this time where you really can't even pray publicly without losing your job these days, and everybody is just so quiet and private about prayer.
And getting doxxed or canceled for praying.
So let me tell you this.
So the legislation specifies the exact language that must be printed on the classroom displays and outlines that the text of the Ten Commandments must be the central focus of the poster or the framed document, which, again, it's great because, you know, somebody could just go against the rules a little bit and make the Ten Commandments really tiny, but, hey, they follow the requirement.
No, he's saying that this has to be a certain width and height And it has to have the Ten Commandments be centrally focused.
He also says this, the Governor Landry says, if you want to respect the law, you've got to start from the original law given, which was from Moses.
He got his commandments from God, Landry said, and he said this is seriously one of his favorite bills he's ever passed.
I got it.
I love it.
If you want to respect the rule of law, just like you said, Dr.
Sherwood, you've got to start from the original law given, which was Moses.
Opponents of the bill, and as you said, there's going to be many, have already argued that a state requiring a religious text in all classrooms would violate the Establishment Clause of the U.S. So we're going to see a lot of this sort of separation of church and state, people fighting it.
Civil liberty groups are already swiftly vowing to challenge this law.
And again, it makes Louisiana the very first in the nation to require the Ten Commandments be displayed in every classroom that receives state funding.
So again, I think that this is, I've been saying this for years now, I think that the crime rate would plummet tremendously, people would behave better, children wouldn't grow up to be these confused, corrupted transgenders wanting to chop off their penis.
So many of our problems would probably go away if the Ten Commandments was prominently displayed in classrooms and in cities, like In billboards, I really think that that's the root of so many of our problems.
We have fallen so far away from God and from the Ten Commandments, which, again, they just make sense.
Yeah, I'm going to make a funny statement right now with two things.
I'm going to say Landry for President 2028.
Yeah.
So you can run with that.
The second thing I want to say is, as I really believe, you know, from running for public office and being familiar with The text of the separation of church and state.
You know, going back to Thomas Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptist Church, that's where that came from.
And what he was saying was at that point that the government cannot mandate a religion.
And that is being twisted so bad right here because this is not mandating a religion.
This is mandating signage.
That's a different thing, right?
When you mandate signage that provides good guidance, that's not mandating religion.
They're not saying you have to worship the author of that.
They're not saying it's about religion.
They're saying it's about a moral guidance.
And God knows that.
Deanna, we need moral guidance in our world because we live in a society right now where everything that is considered right was always wrong, and everything that was wrong is now right.
It's just a flip-flop.
You know, you and I talk about health here a lot.
That's even looked at today as weirdo, odd, and even wrong.
We embrace the unhealthy and we demonize the healthy.
We embrace bad behaviors and we demonize someone like a Governor Landy who's trying to at least provide something for someone to see to sort of give them a guidance and a code.
I think it's awesome.
I think it's awesome, too.
And I'm kind of surprised that someone like Ron DeSantis or, you know, the Texas governor didn't think of this, didn't think to do this.
I mean, the governor of Louisiana, I really don't hear much from him.
But this is like this is so huge.
You know, we don't really hear much from him.
He's pretty quiet and, you know, lays low.
But then all of a sudden he comes out with this bill mandating the Ten Commandments.
I bet Ron DeSantis is feeling a little sheepish right now.
Like maybe I should have done that in Florida.
That would have been a huge win.
But maybe others will take his lead.
Yeah, I hope so.
I think that this is the difference between a politician and a leader right here.
And I think people need to hear what I say with that.
Leaders take steps that are not trying to please people, but are always good for the people.
Politicians take steps that are not necessarily good for the people, but please the people.
Leaders lead people.
That's what they do.
They step out and take chances.
They go out on the limb.
They fire that first shot over the bow, and they're out in front of that, you know, leading the charge.
And I just think this is amazing.
And I wish it was the top story of the news.
And I just pray that Governor Landry is protected and encouraged and well-supported.
Me too.
I do too.
Actually, now I wonder why didn't President Trump make this a part of his campaign?
That would gain a lot of support from people.
But this really shows his true intentions.
I mean, you know, this is a governor who's clearly a man of God and recognizes that this is the crux of our problems.
People falling so far from God and from a moral compass.
And, you know, back in the day, this was such a focal part of our culture.
You know, God and prayer and the Ten Commandments and going to church regularly.
You know, people that are just this, you know, moralist, morally bankrupt, atheist, you know, godless group of people, which is becoming the norm, it seems like, or the majority, that was really frowned upon and outcasted back in the day, right, in America.
Yeah, it's kind of super sad right now.
And I think that, you know, two things again with that seem like they have two comments.
You know, one comment is when people politicians take steps like this, that's clearly evident that they took the office to serve, they didn't take the office to get reelected.
So I think that goes back to the way that We make decisions, and hopefully we'll get more leaders like this.
Hopefully his decision will be infectious and get more people involved.
You mentioned people that are morally bankrupt, and I deal with this for 24 years as a police officer.
And you see it now, too, in the heart of every person.
There is a hole in the heart.
It's like a puzzle piece that's missing that only God can fill.
Without that complete puzzle filled, there's a gap or an emptiness there, and that is that moral emptiness that's there.
So without God, we are without peace internally, and we find ourselves at this point, you see moral bankruptcy manifests itself in overt evil, overt evil acts, overt evil statements.
Just the most heinous type of actions that we're seeing today.
And even the way we honor or dishonor our temple, you know, it's the same thing because I talk about this a lot, you know, our physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual health.
Deanna, they're all one of the same, man.
And so when you have a sense of peace, a sense of guidance, it doesn't mean you won't fall on your butt once in a while.
But it does mean that you have a reason to get up.
And it does mean that you don't want to knock other people down.
And that's as simple as I can say it in a way that everybody can understand.
And I don't know about anyone listening right now, but I need superior, supernatural, godly guidance in my life where I'm capable of doing anything crazy too.
Yes, exactly.
And I think you being...
And the police force before this, you probably see a lot of people that really just, it's not like they're just inherently bad people.
It's just they've lost their way.
They don't have that guidance.
They don't have, you know, they were maybe never taught a moral compass.
They didn't really know the Ten Commandments or it wasn't prominently displayed for them or taught to them.
And, you know, you kind of recognize the fact that so many people can be saved.
They're not just Inherently at bad, they really just have lost their way and lost their guidance.
And faith and God and the Ten Commandments being more readily implemented in our culture, I believe, can really be a cure for saving so many souls.
It's interesting, when we were preparing for this particular show, talking about this, even discussing it back and forth via text, I went out here in my hallway of our offices, and there's the Ten Commandments sitting there, and I kind of looked at it.
And I got all choked up, I tell you, because I thought, man, we're doing something right.
Because people, when they know that they've been shown the way, at least they've been shown the way.
And when they haven't been shown the way, they don't know the way.
And I think that that's the way we should be living ourselves, our lives, in a way that people can at least see and feel something different.
And you're right, in my police department time, look, it's a fine line between going over here and going over there.
You know, I learned that.
It took me about 10 years to learn that lesson by putting handcuffs on people.
But come on, man, we're not any better than anybody else.
Only by the grace of God are we able to even do this show and not be in jail or not be dead.
That's true.
I mean, it all goes down to just the concept of grace, but that's understanding God.
And in this case, I think that we need this right now.
We need to be praying for the people that even are doing evil things.
Right.
I've said this before, even in public forums, and sometimes I've got booed.
To pray for the people that are in leadership position in this country right now.
I don't like it.
But we're supposed to do that.
Because I don't know their background.
I don't know what's driving them or what internal conflicts they have.
And I don't.
And even when people come in here, Deanna, and they're way off course, we try to kind of guide them back to that same old roadmap.
That's why people get better.
And that's why people, you know, can magnify life and have a good life and have at least a better opportunity to make better decisions more often.
Absolutely.
Amen.
And that's why, you know, so many people, you know, myself included, I've been guilty of that, but we get angry at the, you know, kind of the victims in all of this.
You know, the 15-year-old who wants to be a transgender or who is a transgender and did a sex change operation.
Or the drug addicts and the drug dealers and all of these people.
But it's try not to hate the, you know, really the victims in this and, you know, those people and try to understand that they hate what's The message, the guidance that's causing this effect in people and causing people to lose their way.
Be mad at that, be angry at that, and pray for new guidance.
Pray for new leadership that is going to give them a moral compass and have them choose the right path instead of going down the totally wrong path.
It's so apparent that we need new guidance and You know, this governor putting the Ten Commandments in every school, that's a start.
It's a great start.
It's a beautiful start.
And all we can do is start and see if others follow suit and make a big wave out of a ripple.
Yeah, this is one of the best stories that I think I've heard or seen this whole calendar year, quite frankly.
And it's great because it shows courage, it shows guts, it shows determination, and it shows faith.
Because, you know, Governor Landry making that statement that even made a statement in that article, you know, the best bill I've ever signed, the best law.
I mean, come on.
That is huge.
That tells you the heart of the man, the heart of the human.
And I admire him for that.
He's obviously not, you know, trying to get reelected.
He's trying to lead.
And so I think that's just amazing.
Which will probably get him reelected.
Yeah.
Yeah, I hope so.
I hope that this starts something of a...
Of a tidal wave across our country.
We've been waiting on a red wave.
Come on, man.
I think we need to have a God wave.
Amen.
I'd like to see other states do this.
To Louisiana House credit, This bill had to get heard to get voted on, to get presented.
And a lot of times these, even Republican, you know, members of the House and or Senate in different states can present bills, but they don't get heard.
Right.
So I just think this is amazing for an accomplishment of a state, of a legislative body of people in a state that's just, it's a second to none at this point.
Praise God.
