	These have all been used to justify closing off government meetings, keeping people in their homes, keeping them away from those who are ruling over them.
	You have to ask permission to even think about speaking to your elected representatives.
	If you want to go to a school board meeting, you have to sign up 24 hours in advance.
	If you want to go to a county commissioner meeting or a city council meeting, you're faced with the same exact thing.
	If you want to speak to your state legislator or your congressman or, God forbid, your senator, it'll be hard enough to get them to open an email or just read your letter, let alone speak with you.
	At this point in American history, there's many casts of American citizens.
	Some of them have more rights than others.
	Some of them have more access than others.
	But we are quickly reaching a point where this country can be divided into the haves and the have-nots.
	And while there's certainly a financial component to this, it's about a whole lot more than money.
	This is about having access to your government.
	Having access to those that are supposed to be doing the bidding of the people.
	Your bidding.
	Access to your government officials.
	Having the ability to reach out to them and actually get a response or get assistance when you need it.
	And for the haves, this is super easy.
	They just pick up the phone.
	Call their congressman.
	Call whoever they want to reach on their personal phone and their issue is resolved almost immediately, depending on how much blackmail material they have, how much money they can pay.
	Sometimes they even get out of jail this way on charges that would have people like us locked up for years.
	But you see, for us, for the have-nots, it's a much different story.
	Run-of-the-mill blue-collar Americans, lunch pill carrying, truck driving, warehouse working, nine-to-five Americans are forced to go through dozens of layers of bureaucracy before they do anything, before they can reach anybody in their government.
	They're forced to go through dozens of layers of computer-run bureaucracy before they can even speak to a person.
	Try to pick up the phone and call your local courthouse.
	Call your state capitol.
	Those calls are screened by computers.
	It's absolutely ridiculous.
	It is disgusting that in any free country, we would have to live like this.
	Our ancestors defeated the British Empire and founded this country, and they did so in large part because the monarchy, the British elites all the way across the Atlantic Ocean who were governing the American colonies, were out of touch.
	They were distant.
	They were pushing their citizens around, suppressing them.
	Obstructing any ability that they had to speak out, any ability that they ever even asked for to organize amongst themselves or represent themselves before their ruling government.
	You can't do that.
	Sound familiar?
	But you know, right now in America, it's arguable that we're in even a worse position than we were in 1776.
	Think about it.
	Our ancestors went to war over a three-cent tax on tea.
	In 2024, right now, Americans are paying 30 or 40 or 50 or even 60% or more of their salary in taxes.
	We're taxed every time we buy anything.
	And we all just sit back and let it happen.
	This is a national problem, of course, and with a government in D.C. that's so physically far away for most Americans, it's an issue that's going to have to be addressed in large part at state level.
	Our system of federalism allows states to act as laboratories of democracy.
	That's what was intended from the very beginning, and right now some of them are doing this better than others, but no state is doing it as poorly as California.
	California was once the symbolism of American prosperity.
	The symbol of the American dream.
	People from the United States, people from all over the world actually, would spend their entire lives working and hoping and dreaming that one day they would end up in California.
	That they would strike it big.
	They would get a whole new life where nobody, not even they themselves, would recognize who they used to be.
	But now people are fleeing California.
	They're leaving in droves.
	The only people who seem to be coming in are illegal invaders who are pouring over the southern border in record numbers and doing even more to wreck California's welfare system, public infrastructure, voter rolls, while flooding the streets with drugs and violent crime.
	But the state refuses to do anything about it.
	And they obstruct anybody who does.
	And at the same time, they jump in bed with pedophiles and child mutilators and safe injection site freak shows to make sure that what they don't ruin with a third world invasion, they will ruin with complete and total degeneracy.
	A few major cities have their hands around the neck of that entire state.
	But this won't last forever, and right now there is a group of citizens in California who are pushing the new California.
	At this point in time, they have representatives in over 50 of California's 58 counties.
	They have an active state assembly.
	They're working to separate themselves from the communistic, failed state of California and to replace that tyrannical form of government with a form of government that is representative of the people.
	And while their detractors say, oh, this separation can't be accomplished and that good law-abiding, patriotic citizens of California will have to leave their homes, that they've spent their entire lives building if they want any relief, nothing could be further from the truth.
	This has been done before.
	There is a precedent for this.
	In 1863, West Virginia became a state.
	It was admitted to the Union after it seceded from Virginia, which two years prior had seceded from the Union.
	A handful of counties in the western part of the state voted to peel off, and they were able to take even more counties with them because they'd come under Union military control.
	So again, this isn't unprecedented.
	And in the grand scheme of history, we're not even very far removed from this happening.
	That was only 160 years ago.
	We were still adding states until the 1950s.
	You know, California gets a bad rap because of a handful of disgusting blue cities full of illegals and perverts and pedophiles.
	But really, it's a beautiful state with some of the most fertile soil in the world and millions of God-fearing, freedom-loving people who are just tired of being walked over by demons like Gavin Newsom.
	There's a lot more to California than Los Angeles and San Francisco.
	But if the new California movement gets its way, Los Angeles and San Francisco may be all that's left of California when everything is said and done.
	Take a look at this country's history.
	There is nothing more American than breaking away from a failed oppressive government and starting a new one.
	It's a fascinating issue.
	Something that we could see replicated elsewhere, especially at the local level as American cities deteriorate.
	For more on this, we're now joined by New California State Assemblyman Paul Reyes.
	Paul, thank you so much for coming.
	We appreciate you being here.
	Thank you, Stu.
	I appreciate you having me back on.
	It's been a while.
	A few years.
	Yeah.
	So, I mean, people look at people and say, well, this is absolutely crazy when you talk about things like this, but there's a precedent for this.
	I mean, am I right?
	Oh, absolutely.
	And you articulated it very well with West Virginia.
	You made a statement.
	We've been through a lot of firsts in our country.
	We've seen many things happen for the first time in the last four years.
	And I know that something to this extent hasn't happened since West Virginia, but we cannot be fooled into thinking that this can't happen when we've seen all these other negative things happen to us.
	We are probably the furthest along out of a handful of states that are in the same process.
	Like you said, we have an Acting Assembly, a Senate, and we're getting all the foundational parameters together to eventually go ahead and go to Congress and present this and make it happen.
	What is the prognosis for this?
	I mean, are you optimistic that this is going to be taken seriously by Congress?
	There's a firm belief that we have enough backing and support what we do.
	We know it's a tall task, but the financial remedy is the only thing that makes sense.
	We can't recover.
	We are in default financially and in default constitutionally.
	As you said, Section 3 and Section 4 of Article 4 of the Constitution clearly lays out the plan, and it says in Section 4, The United States shall guarantee every State of the Union a Republican form of government and shall protect each against invasion, application of the legislature, and against domestic violence.
	And Newsom and our government hasn't done that.
	And like you said, it's opened the doors to a flood of illegal immigrants, putting drugs out on the streets.
	We have the highest gas tax.
	We have the highest energy rates.
	I mean, you name it.
	You called it in your opening segment.
	So we're in a bad situation, but we, the people, I truly, my sentiment is the same as yours as far as, I don't know if you recall, but I was trying to go up a few years ago against, you know, take the state to task against the COVID mandates.
	That fell through.
	You know, I had to try to reach out to, like, the Mike Yoters and the Hamiltons and the American Legal Defense And, you know, not that I'm not discrediting them.
	I know they've been busy, but that fell through, and so I found another way to fight.
	And after your interview, the initial interview, I did a couple interviews, and the chairman of this movement saw something in me, got in contact with him, and I felt good about it because, as you say all the time, Stu, the federal government's lost.
	And I think, I truly believe most state governments that are corrupt are lost.
	There's no We're setting the bar straight.
	There's no correcting them.
	So how do we do that?
	We, the people, stand up and we take our sovereign rights back as citizens and as states.
	We have to remove them.
	They have to be gone.
	Almost 100% of them.
	They are all corrupted.
	They are all blackmailed.
	They are all bribed.
	These people come into public service with a salary of no more than $200,000 a year and they leave decades later worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
	Millions of dollars, yeah.
	It's very obvious what's happening here.
	And so when people go, you know, Toby Keith, God rest his soul, wrote a song, you know, let's go put a boot in there.
	That's the American way.
	And people get all ginned up and they start supporting all of these foreign interventions and these regime changes and the spreading of democracy, which turns out to be really dangerous these days.
	And now, you know, you realize The empire of lies is just this murderous regime and that our federal government could quite possibly, and is, I think there's enough indisputable, irrefutable evidence to suggest that we have the most corrupt form of government on the face of the planet.
	And this is why even the people of Afghanistan would prefer the Taliban over all of the degeneracy and corruption that we brought there over two decades while we were fighting a war on terror.
	Right.
	And now to remember who was actually dancing on 9-11.
	And you see the infiltration and occupation of our federal government.

	You see, people get really nervous about pointing a finger at somebody and naming them as an enemy.
	But it is only if you effectively do that and you're brave enough to step outside from behind the cloak and be right out in the wide open, taking the arrows and the hits and the blows and the attacks, it's only that you're able to neutralize a threat once you have been able to properly identify it and expose it to the masses as the threat that faces humanity, especially our children.
	And make no mistake, that's exactly what's happening.

	That's who we need to protect because the future of this country, the future of California, and every other state in our union relies heavily on the fight of fervency for our kids.
	It's the future of our country, the generations that come after them.

	I got out of that because of the tyranny in there.

	I did seven years in the California Department of Corrections as a peace officer and as a counselor.

	So pulling kids out, I used to be a big proponent of homeschooling, and I wouldn't knock homeschooling if you're doing it for the right reasons, but if you're doing it because you're running, to me, you're waving the white flag and you're giving up ground.

	You're giving up ground.
	If we're going to establish a new California and other states are going to follow suit and establish a new form of government, it isn't to operate aside from the government, the fake government that's already in place in California, or operate aside from the federal government.
	No, this is to replace them.
	We're not giving up ground.
	We are retaking our territory.
	We are going to fight for what is ours.
	And that means 100% of the landmass here, 100% of the lives here, 100% of the kids here.
	We will pick up the sword and fight for all of them.

	We saw what happened in broad daylight in 2020.
	It's likely been occurring for election cycles before that, possibly for decades.
	They have a recipe for success.

	And as all of that is happening on the other side of the fake aisle, we're seeing Hunter Biden go into court and take a slap on the wrist as he becomes the first presidential son in American history to be convicted of a federal felony while his father is allegedly occupying the White House, or at least on a green screen, the guy that's wearing the skin suit pretending to be Joe Biden, his son.
	Don't ever expect any real punishment to take place when it comes to Hunter.
	Don't expect any of the countless geopolitical, financial, and sexual crimes that this Biden family has committed to ever see the inside of a courtroom.
	But you know, outside of these high-profile convictions and court cases that spend a lot of time in our news cycles, the 2024 election really could be decided by criminals.
	It could be decided by the tens of millions of illegal aliens who are pouring into our country, who are being assisted into our country, who continue pouring into this country every single day because it's easier than ever before for these invaders to gain the ability to vote.
	This year, we've already seen Merrick Garland come right out and say, I will be suing states that try to enforce voter ID laws.
	I will be suing states that try to go back to how elections were run before the COVID scam.
	Before the summer of love in 2020, before riots and burning and pillaging and robbing and raping and stealing, before mail-in voting and months upon months of early voting and all of the other things that were thrown into our elections to make them more complicated, make them harder to administer, and make them easier to steal.
	And right alongside all of this, state and local governments, along with their federal buddies, are going to make sure that as many illegal aliens as possible get a ballot in their hand.
	They're going to mail these people voter registration forms, mail them ballots.
	They're even going to hand out ballots to illegal alien inmates sitting in prison cells on ICE detainers.
	They're already doing it.
	Even in states where it's illegal for felons and jailbirds to vote, yep, that's not deterring the U.S. Marshals who are now being turned into voter registration agents, and they're walking through federal detention facilities handing out voter registration instructions in Spanish.
	Our elections are completely fake.
	Totally wide open to illegals.
	These people in states across the country are being handed driver's licenses, and when that happens, they're also being given the opportunity to register to vote.
	Even worse, according to a report from the New York Post, quote, welfare offices and other agencies in 49 U.S. states are providing voter registration forms to migrants without requiring proof of citizenship.
	Every state but Arizona, which recently passed a law barring the practice on state but not federal forms, gives applicants for either welfare benefits, driver's licenses, or in some cases, mail-in ballots, voter registration forms, without demanding proof of citizenship, end quote.
	There's not even a federal law requiring you to prove that you're a U.S. citizen before registering to vote.
	Kind of like how there was no requirement that Barack Hussein Obama show his birth certificate before being installed as president.
	We have been put at these people's mercy by our own fake criminal corporate crime syndicate government.
	Our government at every level has bent over backwards to give invaders control, and you're the one getting fucked in the ass.
	If they show up to vote, there's a very good chance they'll be handed a ballot, and then it'll be counted for the Democrats, probably multiple times.
	Meanwhile, if you want to do something about it and become a poll watcher, grassroots citizens who come in to observe the polls or try to at least install some sense of legality into our elections, they'll be run off.
	Some of them, mark my words, prediction here, will even be charged with a crime for voter intimidation and thrown in jail.
	It's all hands on deck to steal the 2024 election, and those hands include ones with absolutely no right to be in this country.

	He's been doing a lot of work on this.
	He joins us now.
	I mean, this is a complete joke.
	No, it really is.
	And you just reminded me of an experience that I had when I was living in Southern California in 2014 during the midterm elections there.
	I went to vote, and while I was standing in line in a kind of a red city, Huntington Beach, I was wearing a Moulin Labe shirt with an American flag on it.
	And one of the people working at the polls approached me and told me, That if I didn't take the shirt off, then I wasn't going to be allowed to vote.
	They made me take my shirt off and turn it inside out before I was allowed to approach and get my ballot.
	And when I went to pull out my ID and show it to one of the poll workers, they very aggressively waved me off, said, no, no, no, I don't want to see that.
	Don't need to see that.
	And I said, what a strange state of affairs, but that's what's going on in California.
	You know, that's one example.
	And as you said, they're giving out driver's licenses to illegals.
	I remember just a few short months after that experience in 2015 when California opened up driver's licenses to illegals and at the same time opened a bunch of brand new DMVs.
	I remember driving through the night before that opening of these DMVs and the opening of the license process and seeing lines and lines of people who did not look like they were in the country legally.
	This is unbelievable.
	These people are voting in prison.
	Illegal aliens that are being held on ICE detainers are being approached by U.S. Marshals and handed ballots to vote in a United States election.
	In heavy air quotes for our radio listening audience.
	Yes, indeed.
	And, you know, people have been warning about this.
	It's a very safe political argument to make to say that the reason that they're flooding the country with illegals is to get more Democrat votes.
	And that is definitely the case.
	And we're going to actually see how much that's going to impact the upcoming election.
	I kind of brushed that off a little bit, you know, thinking, well, there's a deeper meaning to all of this, the reason why they're flooding the country.
	And that's, of course, demographic replacement.
	But as we grow closer to this election upcoming, I'm starting to think that part of the reason that the floodgates have been opened so aggressively in the last three or four years is, of course, to find another way to ensure that they can steal this election in a different fashion than the one that they did in 2020, of course, through different methodology. to find another way to ensure that they can steal But as we saw in 2020, for instance, I had a family member who was mailed four different ballots in different names and different addresses, all that reached this person.
	They could have voted four times in that election if they wanted to.
	And I'm starting to wonder what happens if illegals are also being given three, four, five, six ballots in the various names and identities that they provide to authorities on their way into the U.S. And it's starting to make me very concerned about what could happen in November.
	It's not something that's new, Dan.
	I mean, they have a recipe that worked in 2020.
	They have a recipe that's worked for probably decades as we've watched these installations happen.
	We now have internet-connected machines.
	We have these drop boxes that are just getting stuffed with fraudulent fake ballots.
	We have no signature verification.
	We have no voter ID.
	We have the importation of millions of criminal illegal invaders, just like what Tim Walls, the fake governor of Minnesota, did by illegally importing Ilhan Omar's Somalian voter base to go ahead and install her as, you know, the congressperson from Minnesota.
	This whole situation is completely spiraling out of control.
	What can people absolutely what could they actually do about this?
	Unfortunately, there's I guess there's not a ton.
	Of course, you can show up and volunteer to to monitor at the at the ballot box.
	They're just going to get thrown out, though, aren't they?
	I mean, they're going to be charged with a crime.
	We've seen a lot of examples of that.
	And speaking of Minnesota and Ilhan Omar and the Somalis there, you of course remember during the last election, Project Veritas went undercover and stung a ballot harvester who was walking through the projects of Minneapolis, gathering ballot after ballot from people who didn't speak a word of English and they looked all like they had just gotten off of a flight from Africa the day before.
	And that's just one example of many that are going on in the country, of course.
	Yeah.
	Along with, by the way, stealing our elections and making these criminal invaders a part of that, these are also people who already hate our country.
	They hate our values.
	They hate Christianity.
	They cannot assimilate.
	They don't wish to assimilate.
	They want to come here and rob and loot and rape and murder and pillage and burn and destroy everything about this country.
	And if you don't think that there are sleeper cells in this country just waiting to activate, which actually they already have, Let's not forget about the two criminal illegal invaders that bust through the Quantico, Virginia FBI training center.
	So these people, there's weapons, caches, and dirty bombs all over this country, isn't there, Dan?
	Well, sure.
	And we saw recently an arrest of eight Tajikistan illegals who had entered the country over the southern border.
	Oh, what a stam?
	From Tajikistan.
	Wherever that is.
	In the middle of nowhere.
	And then also, we just recently learned that more than 52,000 special interest aliens have entered the U.S. just since October alone.

	I'm ignorant.
	I don't know how to speak Chinese.

	It means I'm ignorant to that.
	Those people that are ignorant, that are taking Ozempic because they just want to lose weight, I have great empathy for all of those people.
	I just want to reach out to them today and say, There is no magic pill.
	Ozempic's not your answer.
	You know what?
	You're going to kill yourself at a premature age and you're going to suffer while you're dying prematurely.
	So don't do that.
	Do something Look, we all have to do the right things.
	And we all know that, you know what, there is no real shortcuts in life.
	Anyone that's lived more than 30 years knows every shortcut is just that.
