Good evening and welcome to the Stu Peters Show.
So we're always told over and over again, no one can run from justice.
No one can run from or escape the long arm of the law.
And that eventually bad people, criminals, those who hurt others will be caught and they'll face repercussions.
Now, over the past few years, this sentiment has been tested time and time again as criminals in both the government and private sectors have opened the spigot of chaos on America and the world.
And included in that chaos was the bioweapon genocide.
From the very early days of this scandemic, COVID-19, this death jab rollout, I have been calling for these genocidal maniacs, These people who we know unleashed the deadliest fake vaccine in human history and killed millions of people, including children, I have been calling for them to face extreme accountability.
These people need to be dealt with.
They need to be dragged in front of military tribunals, and if they're convicted, they need to face extreme accountability to the absolute maximum.
Yes, the death penalty needs to be on the table.
But this isn't going to happen overnight, of course.
It'll be a long and hard road toward holding these people accountable, but we do have some encouraging news on this front.
We have just recently learned, breaking news, Kansas Attorney General Chris Kobach has charged Pfizer with nine counts of conspiracy to commit fraud and unconscionable acts against the people of Kansas.
Over on Substack, Karen Kingston, a real-life hero, reported, quote, End
quote.
In other words, Pfizer lied and millions of people died, including citizens of Canvas where Chris Kobach is the Attorney General.
Now, We're told that these vaccine corporations and the people running them, that they're immune from prosecutions and that they can never be held responsible.
That is a lie.
Much of the public, though, has been convinced these people are like super citizens who operate above the law, that they have congressional immunity.
And while thanks to Ronald Reagan you can't sue a vaccine manufacturer for killing your family or leaving you with a life-altering disease, they can be charged with fraud.
Nobody's allowed to deploy a bioweapon on unsuspecting Americans.
So yeah, they can be charged with lying to regulators, lying to patients, lying to the entire world to force as many of their mRNA clot shot injections into as many people as possible and make billions of dollars while doing it.
Attorneys general like Chris Kobach, like 49 others in the states across this country, can come after them and that's exactly what we need to see happen over and over again.
These people belong in prison at the very least.
They cannot be allowed to squirm away from justice and live the fight another day.
Extreme accountability is coming and this is the first step.
Karen Kingston is with us now to talk more about this.
Karen, thank you so much for coming.
We always appreciate having you.
Thank you for having me on, Stu.
A lot of it is due to your efforts and the efforts of your guests that this moved forward.
We never backed down saying that Pfizer absolutely can be held accountable, that their contract separated them from the U.S. government, they're not entangled with them, and that's what Attorney General Kobach said as well.
They control the data.
And also, I think what's really important about this lawsuit is there's two major things.
One, Attorney General Kovacs said that there's four other states that's joining him.
He specifically mentioned Idaho.
So we're going to have at least five states.
He said many others may join as well, depending on how Pfizer responds.
And secondly, he talked about that Pfizer is indeed guilty of conspiring to commit a crime with individuals within the Department of Health and Human Services.
So, so much for the conspiracy theory that the COVID-19 injections aren't safe and effective and in fact cause massive disease, disabilities, and death.
It's now a conspiracy crime per this lawsuit that four other states are joining as well.
So it's really huge.
So, is this a civil deal or could this be a criminal deal?
It's a civil deal.
It's a civil suit.
You know, Kobach does mention individuals, he says, within HHS, obviously the CDC lied, FDA. He does talk about Stanford University, the Virology Project, social media.
It is similar, some of the claims for conspiring with the media and social media are similar to Attorney General Paxton's lawsuit, where Pfizer worked with Twitter, you know, similar to the Alex Berenson case.
to to suppress the truth from coming out as well and to misrepresent the the statements but so it's strictly against Pfizer but through this investigation other crimes are going to become very apparent and many of which Will likely be criminal.
Specifically, if you read the 69-page complaint, and then there's about 100 pages in exhibits that attach, you know, he talks about some of the most egregious crimes.
And this is something that I talked about on your show the very first time you interviewed me, which is that Pfizer did a study in pregnant rats.
And the rats, when they were injected, The pups were, they could see that they had malformations of their skull and muscles.
Some of the rats spontaneously aborted their entire litters and others gave birth to litters that were stillborn.
And then they injected pregnant women.
And I'm having the same response I had three years ago.
It is depravity what they did.
And then he also talks about just Pfizer and the FDA knew and the CDC all knew about the high spike in myocarditis and pericarditis.
And it was just criminal to use these mRNA injections, as you and I know, on anybody, but specifically on healthy young adults and children.
You know, perfectly healthy children then came down with a chronic, life-threatening disease, cardiac disease.
And it's all over Pfizer's data, some of which they submitted to the FDA, some of which, per their Operation Warp Speed contract, They kept themselves and didn't release to the public.
So what they did was absolutely criminal.
But I think the Attorney Generals are starting where they can start.
And they're starting with the civil suit.
And I commend them for doing this.
If they go straight for the jugular, you know, even when Kobach was presenting on the press release on the press statement on Monday, he seemed a little bit nervous.
So if they go straight for the jugular, there's a lot at risk for them.
Remember when Attorney General Paxton just sent the investigation letter to Pfizer, the FOIA request?
The next day they impeached him.
And you think it was as a result of this FOIA? He said it was a result of the FOIA on Tucker Carlson.
He said, you know, he said, look, because Tucker was talking about how, you know, all these lawsuits he was bringing against the Biden administration.
He goes, yeah, but what you can't do is you can't go after the pharma companies and Pfizer, you know?
He's like, you know, a couple days after I sent, I began the investigation, I got impeached.
You've done a lot in the way of this, talking with sheriffs, talking with attorneys general, talking with surgeons general, different county commissions, different city councils.
I mean, you've done so much on this to try to move the ball forward for accountability.
When you're talking to people out here, do you think that the public sentiment is enough that people will get behind people like Kobach and people like Paxton and be like, yeah, absolutely go for the jugular.
I lost a loved one.
I mean, there's millions of families that lost somebody as a result of this injection.
I believe if people present the evidence, some of the evidence, much of the evidence that I have put forward, where you see the data that was submitted to the FDA, that their response will be the same response that I got from many victims in Florida.
Which is when they knew on October 20th, 2020, that they were going to cause neurological disorders, cardiac disorders, spontaneous abortions, strokes, blood clotting, and death in people.
And they knew that was going to happen.
And then you saw the data.
There was 19 deaths within two months of getting an injection.
People's response was, let's go get those SOVs.
So I think if the truth gets out there, absolutely people will get behind this.
And this is also related to The Ninth Circuit of Appeals ruling, which happened about two weeks ago, which is LA County School District mandated the shots, like they tried to do in my son's school district, and for employees, though, not for the students, for employees.
And Health Freedom Defense Fund rejuvenated that case because they didn't want it to be dismissed as new because LA County School District kept their mandate in place throughout 2023.
And so they want to hold them to account for mandating something that doesn't prevent infection.
It doesn't provide immunity.
Another thing you and I covered early on in 2021.
So because the CDC changed the definition of immunity and Pfizer's package insert promises to deliver immunity against SARS-CoV-2, But the CDC says it doesn't do that, then it is considered a medical treatment and not allegedly a medical treatment and not a vaccine.
And therefore, Jacobson versus Massachusetts, which is the 1905 Supreme Court ruling that said you can mandate They said it doesn't apply.
What's so important about the Ninth Circuit is it's the most liberal court in our country, and it was in LA County as well.
So these three judges, two concurred, one dissented, but even the dissenting judge didn't really dissent.
What they wrote was very revealing as far as their mindset.
Judge Collins had stated, even if you want to take at face value that this is somehow a medical treatment, he concurred with Judge Nelson saying it doesn't provide immunity, you know.
If it is a forced medical treatment, he said that goes against our constitutional rights, and then he named case law.
He goes, and that is battery.
So that was a very You know, well-chosen word.
He didn't have to put battery into his opinion.
In the way of extreme accountability and the way of holding these people criminally accountable, we talk about, we often hear about something called congressional immunity.
This is something that I want to talk to Karen more about when we come back from a break.

This is where we have a conversation, Karen, about...
You know, what accountability looks like.
And it's not like the media tells everybody to be scared to come here to Florida because, you know, we're organizing some sort of a violent insurrection or some radical extremist, you know, pitchfork carrying, torch burning.
Yeah, it's ridiculous the way that they try to frame this to scare people away from coming.
But a conversation needs to be had amongst some of the greatest thinkers in this country in the way of holding these people accountable.
And so I want to talk to you more about congressional immunity.
Congressional immunity is a huge psyop because from the way that I understand it and the way that you articulated this way back in the died suddenly days was that, yeah, pharma companies, thanks to Reagan, thanks to Congress then in the Reagan era, you can't sue them for hurting you.
However, there's no law on the books in any state or anywhere in the federal government that protects any entity, any company, any individual from deploying a weapon of biowarfare on people, and that's exactly what this is.
Is that right?
That's correct.
They deployed a weapon, and you can't contract to commit a crime, and you can't say, I was just following government orders.
That doesn't work.
It didn't work in World War II, and it's not gonna work in America.
And the Ninth Circuit recognized that.
Judge Nelson specifically said this does not meet the definition of vaccine, and LA County can't come in and say, well, the CDC said it was safe and effective.
The judge said safe and effective for what?
So the Ninth Circuit ruling is huge because what it is is it's saying, what the judge has said is, we are not giving judicial notice to the government, and it's specifically in the court documents, to say that it is indisputable that the COVID-19 injections are safe and effective vaccines.
They said, Plaintiffs, and obviously all Americans, have the right to go into a court of law and to argue that these injections are not vaccines, and they have the right to bring in the data from our own government that shows that they cause disease, disabilities, and death.
So that was a watershed moment when the judges ruled that.
So they can be held accountable.
And as Dr.
David Martin has talked about many times, and he's much more well-versed.
God, I love that guy.
One of the smartest people I've ever talked to in my life.
Yeah, he's phenomenal.
And he even talks about how the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, and if you make nucleotide changes to it, the NIH classifies it as a toxin and a bioweapon.
So there is no law in America or in any country Free nation around the world that allows the US government or any of its co-conspirators, you know, or an independent biopharma giant to engage in criminal human experimentation and bio-warfare on innocent adults and children in order to create New diseases to generate billions, if not trillions of dollars off of them, and also induce sterility, infertility, and death.
Yeah, there were several shadowy organizations involved in this.
I think a lot of people forget this was a DOD operation.
DARPA was involved, the EcoHealth Alliance, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Fort Detrick, ostensibly some of these dozens of bioweapons labs in Ukraine, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, That's a bioweapons lab, isn't it?
No, absolutely.
It is a bioweapons lab.
It's equivalent to, unfortunately, R4 Dietrich.
But what's so brilliant about the Attorney General's lawsuit is they recognize that because of the Pfizer contract, Pfizer was decoupled from the government, which is what I've been saying since day one.
So they can go after the giant and raise awareness about what's happening here, bankrupt them, without having to drag in the entire U.S. government, the entire biopharma industry, the entire media, because that's like going after A mob boss and trying to bring in every mobster around the world.
It's just overwhelming.
The Dark Knight was a fictitious movie.
So the fact that they can go after the giant and they're going to force Pfizer to bring in their co-conspirators, it's a brilliant move.
I want to ask you about FDA approval, because that was another thing.
A huge PSYOP or miscommunication or idiots that are speaking out of turn talking about the FDA approval.
Or somebody like Dr.
Robert Malone intentionally misleading people.
This guy needs to be before a military tribunal of American citizens as well.
So when you're asking your doctor which one of these shots, which one of these boosters has full FDA approval for children under 12, what are they going to tell you?
What's the correct answer?
For FDA approval under the age of 12?
Yeah, FDA approval.
FDA approval is for Pfizer, it's for 12 and older.
That's what the approval is.
So there is no FDA approval for shots for kids, for these boosters, for anybody under 12 years old?
So it should not be on the CDC schedule.
So yeah, so I want everybody to ask your pediatrician, When you go to your pediatrician and you bring your kid in there and they're pressuring you to get these boosters and these injections, I just want you to ask them or ask any pharmacist, hey, which one of these shots for COVID-19 from Pfizer or Moderna or whatever else is available and which one of these boosters specifically has FDA approval for my child who's under 12 years old?
They'll shudder.
They'll lie.
They've been so brainwashed themselves.
Karen, I think that's what this is.
They've been so programmed and so brainwashed.
And these epic AI systems that tell them what to say.
The FDA is telling them what to say.
The CDC is actually giving them liar's manuals on how to avoid and dip and dodge questions from interviewers like me.
But go ask these people, which one of these boosters or shots is FDA approved for kids under 12?
How many parents do you think asked that and were directly lied to by pharmacists and by doctors?
I don't think people even know to ask that question, to be honest, so very, very few.
But regarding FDA approval, Stu, this is important.
I was on your show on August 25th, 2021, two days after FDA approval was given, and I said, game over.
And, you know, now I had to eat my words.
Why did I say game over?
Because I said Pfizer had two weeks now to fully disclose all the ingredients and all of their data.
And I was right.
You know how I know I'm right?
Because the Attorney General Kobach from Kansas said after they got FDA approval, Pfizer was legally obligated to disclose all of their data to the American people.
And they also had to disclose their ingredients.
But they didn't.
And they didn't do that, and they broke the law.
And the other thing is, with the FDA approval, what is Pfizer legally bound to?
And I also said this on August 25th, 2021.
They're bound to their FDA-approved labeling.
Their labeling says they will provide immunity against SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Go ahead.
Finish what you're saying.
In that same labeling that you can pull from their website today, it says it provides immunity against SARS-CoV-2.
Their study 5 under their phase 3 trial says of children 12 to 17 who are fully vaccinated and boosted, 75% have active SARS-CoV-2 infection.
72% of adults under the age of 55 have active SARS-CoV-2 infection.
And 62% adults, fully vaccinated and boosted, have active SARS-CoV-2 infection.
If you get the injection, you get the infection.
It's the exact opposite.
So their labeling alone should be enough to get this product pulled and to sue them into oblivion.
I gotta get going here, but do you think that extreme accountability, criminal extreme accountability for these people, is a bridge too far?
No, I don't.
There's other times, you can look up the Resilin case law, where Park Davis executives and marketers intentionally covered up the deaths that were caused by their product, and they had to go to jail.
I'm not going to take my last breath.
Until people are put before a military tribunal of American citizens and they are held to the highest level of extreme accountability.
And you'll be there front and center.
You can even kick the plate out after they're convicted.

And of course, we've seen two polar opposites in how the so-called conservative media has covered these two sides.
So on one hand, we have the America First movement, an AFPAC organized by Nick Fuentes and the Groypers.
This group came into Detroit from all over the country, all over the world actually, to hold large-scale events full of speeches and activism and talk about what's next for the American people, especially the white ones who are being left behind and run roughshod over by the Zionist-occupied government that has seized control of this country and both major political parties, opening up our non-existent borders, selling off our economy, targeting our kids with transgenderism and bioweapon injections, and leaving America to rot.
But before AFPAC even got off the ground, the Russell Industrial Center reneged on an agreement to host the event.
They gave in to complaints and whining press coverage, and they shut the entire thing down.
In other words, they got the call.
Kind of like when Caesars and Eventbrite got the call and made their failed attempts to shut down the Extreme Accountability event.
We'll talk about that in a little bit.
But even though AFPAC had been kicked out of its event space, Gripers and other attendees went ahead and held gatherings anyway, including a large-scale speaking engagement that was moved outside and was attended by a massive crowd of people, showing support not just for the original AFPAC event, but for all of those who the Russell Industrial Center and its handlers tried to silence.
So, of course, instead of focusing on what actually happened, instead of covering the fact that American citizens are having their free speech quashed by a disgusting merger of corporations and government and media, no, the press instead is talking about the fact that David Duke was in attendance and said some nice things about Nick Fuentes.
They have ignored everything else to hone in on one guy who, much like Nick Fuentes, much like myself, has been attacked and lied about in the press for his entire career.
The same so-called journalists who make a living taking advantage of the American right to free speech want to convince the rest of us that anyone that they call a white supremacist or an anti-Semite or whatever other bullshit they want to throw around needs to be shut down.
They need to be silenced and in some cases, they need to be physically attacked, which is exactly what happened when this unhinged black security guard, Doug, who was obviously pumped up on anti-white racism, came across the AFPAC crowd.
Despite being kicked out of their original venue, the group followed through with plans to host meetings, to have speaking engagements, including at a bar where, again, they had reservations, they had an agreement to use the facility, and they had paid for it.
Nevertheless, video footage has now emerged of this black thug security guard at this place, attacking Groypers, punching Sneeko in the face, chipping his teeth before falling over and having to do the walk of shame, going out of his way to start an altercation with anyone that he possibly could.
This was a Superman punch.

What are you? - Fuck, damn it. - So it seems pretty obvious This guy was looking for a fight, and that's exactly what he got.
It was a self-fulfilling prophecy.
And this is exactly what we can expect to see when we have a national corporate media owned by the same people, BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street.
And they're telling people day in and day out, it's okay to attack white people.
Or anyone that they perceive as acting white, I guess.
It's open season on white people and right-wingers, if you believe in that construct.
And this is even true among the so-called conservatives who've been all over social media cheering on these attacks, cheering on the shutdown of AFPAC. It's disgusting.
And these past few days in Detroit, they've really painted a picture of two corners of what we're told the American right is.
Because at the same time that AFPAC was being held, Turning Point USA, the pro-Israel, Israel first, America last, TPUSA, which refuses to allow the Nick Fuentes and Gruyper crowd into their events, was holding a summit for young people in Detroit that was attended by President Trump.
Watch.
There ain't no doubt I love this land now.

There's plenty of talk about how great Israel is.
Don't question Israel.
There's plenty of talk about how great legal mass immigration is.
And this is where Donald Trump decided to spend his time while actual America First people are in town.

And since Trump's appearance at the Turning Point USA event, there's been all kinds of video footage that's come out, and it's amazing, because people are now talking about how much Zionists love Trump, and everything that they have to say about this event is completely positive, while everything that they have to say about AFPAC is completely negative.
Israel runs TPUSA. Israel runs all of these fake GOPers.
All of these fake so-called conservatives, they don't love your country.
They don't love you.
They don't give a damn about you.
They're holding on to money and political status by putting on the ridiculously embarrassing tiny hat, pretending to be sad, and French kissing a wall.
Turning Point is part of this Zio cult controlling the Republican Party and ostracizing real America First people who are asking uncomfortable questions.

Yeah, this was one of my first events, one of my first real political events that I've ever went to, ever gone to.
I wanted to see what this was all about.
Quite the experience.
It's a way to break the ice, isn't it?
Exactly.
Exactly.
I mean, I've known of Nick Fuentes for a while.
I've met him a couple of times.
He's done my show about a year ago.
And I wanted to see what this was all about.
You know, that's the thing most people don't want to do.
They want to listen to the news, they want to listen to what people have to say, the lies that come out of the media.
I wanted to see what this was all about.
I saw a group of young, passionate people, peaceful, courteous people that were paying attention to rules and laws.
Intelligent people, people who understand what's happening in this country, who have a superior geopolitical understanding of what's happening, foreign policy stuff.
Very educated group of people.
Nick has done a fantastic job of educating that age group for a very long time now.
I think we should tip our head.
I've got a lot of respect for that.
And all of these people that, like you said, very knowledgeable.
I've seen so many on the left, man, especially like anti-gun people.
They don't know the first thing about the mechanics of a gun, never mind the laws behind it.
So to see these people so educated and knowledgeable about what they're talking about was very refreshing, very positive.
They weren't talking about violence.
They were literally talking about love.
They're very religious, very faithful to their Christianity.
