Well, first, all fish oil are not created equal.
They could be purified of mercury, but many times you don't know their storage temperature, their storage life, and the pressure they're under.
So you can get a little rancidity, the spoilage of those fish oil.
And it's not just fish oil.
This is really important.
So I want to teach you something here in the audience.
This is important because 100% of the people we've tested for 15 years have been deficient.
Here's why.
If you'll pull up your bottle right there, I want you to look at both, first of all, the serving size.
How many gel caps per serving is it recommending?
It says two soft gels per serving.
Okay, now look down into the ingredients and you're going to find two specific essential amino acids or fatty acids that are going to be called EPA, eicosapentaenoic acid, and DHA. So you're going to look at the milligrams on those.
How much are the milligrams?
EPA is 360 milligrams and DHA is 240 milligrams.
Okay, so you're looking at a 600 milligram total EPA and DHA for two capsules, right?
Yes.
Okay, people out there getting their calculators out.
Yeah, exactly.
Okay, so here's what you need to know.
To get adequacy, In other words, enough in your system to get your omega index, which is the percent of those essential omega-3s in the blood, up to 8% to 10%, you need 3,000 milligrams of EPA and DHA in about a 3 to 2 ratio.
Now that is correct in a 3 to 2 ratio.
So if you're talking two gel caps get you 600, Want to do the quick math?
Yeah, I need to pull out my calculator.
You got to take 10 of those.
A day.
10 of those a day.
Oh my.
That's a lot.
Yeah, and so it's not really a bargain when you look at it.
No.
It's actually, it's deceiving.
And I watch people do this all the time and they get the wrong one because they know they need visual, which is true.
But what you need is the sufficiency of the certain essential ones at a ratio that is pleasing to the body.
Because we're trying to get the ratio of our six to threes, omega-6 to omega-3s in the body, up to a good workable one, which is about 3 to 1 or 4 to 1.
And so you've got to take 10 of those right there a day to get to adequacy at minimum.
Sometimes, in your case, it could be even 12.

Well, we have known, those who are awake for a long time and been talking about it on this program, that the mRNA bioweapon is not an actual vaccine.
It has no purpose, really, but to maim, harm, and kill people.
And we know that it's just from the spawn of Satan from the pit of hell.
That's what this vaccine stuff is.
But the Ninth Circuit's Board of Appeals actually just ruled that is correct, that this bioweapon is not even legally a vaccine.
This mRNA shot is not legally a vaccine.
And they also ruled that it is unconstitutional, therefore, to mandate it, which obviously is going to have huge repercussions for whatever their next COVID pandemic or scandemic is in the future or anything else they decide to roll out.
So this is actually really huge and groundbreaking.
And we're going to get into this and a lot more with our favorite medical and pharmaceutical researcher and scientist.

Karen Kingston, it's so great to have you back on.
It's been a little while since you've been on and you're shining and you're smiling and you're bright, but things have been a little bit hard for you lately.
What has it been like the last couple of months for you?
Let's just talk about this first before we delve into this more detailed about the Ninth Circuit.
Sure.
I mean, so you don't know my background, just...
During the movement, I came forward.
The first time I was on the Sue Peters show, I talked about the hydrogel.
I said, these can only poison, harm, and kill.
I said, this is a bioweapon.
Yes, and you were one of the first to point this out.
Probably the first to point out and clarify that this was a bioweapon and not a vaccine.
Yeah, and clarify it in a legal definition.
I also talk about the fact that it contains these technologies, hydrogel, graphene oxide.
Now, I know there was other researchers, but I was just pointing it out in the actual documents from the manufacturers and, you know, the collaboration with China to produce these injectable devices or technologies.
And I was told, as I got more and more information together, to really get the shots removed from communities across the country, to sue Pfizer, to criminally prosecute them.
I got a few phone calls, which is, stop calling in a bioweapon.
I was told, don't do that.
Stop talking about nanoparticle technology and stop telling people they can sue Pfizer, right?
And I had to leave the country for my own safety.
I hired security, a former FBI agent.
He, for whatever reason, he told me straight up I was on a list, a government list, and I was a dead woman walking.
And I got targeted, you know, and I documented it.
So that was, you know, I got targeted with bioweapons and neuroweapons.
As I mentioned, my skin actually turned green and black.
You could see the tech in my blood.
And, you know, I came back to the States and, you know, I definitely had PTSD. My family was terrorized while I was gone.
Oh my gosh.
So we took some time to recoup, you know.
But, you know, as I said to you before we went on the air, I'm thankful that I documented Um, the presentation of the symptoms from the attacks because a lot of people in the movement trying to be helpful were saying, oh, she just had a psychotic breakdown.
I was like, no, when your skin turns green and black and falls off, that's not a psychotic breakdown, you know?
It's surprising that they even said something like that, knowing how many victims there have been to this list, to this death list.
I mean, Dr.
Rashid Batar, I can go through a list of dozens of people that have been whistleblowers and have spoken out and are dangerous then to the narrative, and they get offed and they're not so lucky.
Yeah, and I get that passive-aggressive, you know, from numbers I don't know, you know, don't end up like...
Is it Amy Vaughan, the whistleblower?
Yeah, Taylor Vaughn.
The one from Mark.
Wasn't her last name Vaughn?
Was it Taylor?
There was Taylor Vaughn that was a big vaccine whistleblower.
That's it.

Yeah.
So, you know, and then I actually had to file a report last week with the police from someone set up a website with some very bloody and gruesome images and threats of me.
So, yeah, it's disturbing.
It's very disturbing.
But I think what people don't realize is that You know, the reason why we have the Second Amendment is to defend ourselves against, you know, a rogue government.
But the weapons that are being used now on American citizens and especially on political activists such as myself who are Criticizing the government, criticizing big pharma, criticizing the subversion of our individual human rights and the harms that are being done.
Many people can't even comprehend the weapons that are being used against us.
So it's very difficult to defend yourself as well as to just sound like you have a legitimate claim because these are advanced Nanoparticle, you know, nanosized weapons.
And also, you know, obviously we know they can also use electronic frequencies, you know, EMP. So that was great.
I think it was a few weeks ago that Congress finally acknowledged that Havana Syndrome was real and the use of electromagnetic pulses can cause serious cognitive damage to individuals and health damage.
And they actually had to take it private because They didn't want to talk about, let's just say, the latest advancements in EMP technologies that can cause serious cognitive damage, because more than likely cell phones can be used to direct EMP energies at people, so they can be weaponized.
Right.
It's just so crazy.
I mean, you don't even have to be...
I mean, before you might think, well, I might have to be in a situation where somebody rubs something on their hands and shook your hands to transmit something poisonous to you, or you need to be somewhere where someone can shoot somebody.
But these weapons are so sophisticated that, I mean...
Can't they be launched at a target, you know, like you in just the atmosphere, you know, within a mile or so, or, you know, not just any kind of open area?
Well, yeah.
And I mean, if someone uses an EMP, it does like there, there was a military device.
looks like a smartphone and just, you can just stand not too far away from somebody, you know, or a hundred yards, even me, or maybe like, you know, 10, 10 yards, sorry, not like 30 feet and just hold it and direct it at them.
And then I know when I got hit, when I was, you know, outside the U S someone walked by me and I could feel this puff come of something hit me and I almost fell over.
Right.
I lost, um, I was very dizzy and I felt the fast, uh, uh, rapid heart rate.
And I got this extreme sense of fear and terror and this thirst.
I can't, the thirst was, I, I was just pleading out to God.
I can't explain the extreme thirst.
It's It's far worse than anyone who's had surgery or anesthesia.
It was terrifying.
And I tricked GPT into telling me what it was, because I know it was a DARPA project called, and it's called N-Cubed.
And that's what it's called.
And it's a very toxic neurological weapon that also disrupts, obviously, The fluids in your body as well, and it can be lethal.
That's so frightening.
Yeah.
And it just makes you wonder, why are you so dangerous to them and to the narrative that they have to try to off you?
That's how I understand.
That's how you know you're over the target.
That's how you know you're telling the truth.
But I'm not, Deanna, I'm not a doctor.
I'm not a lawyer.
And I've never pretended to be one.
You know what I mean?
I've always said I barely have a bachelor's degree.
I just happen to be obsessed with science and medicine and a hard worker.
You're a really, really great researcher.
Yeah, and I was paid six and seven figures to do this for the pharma companies.
But honestly, I don't hold the credibility of so many others.
I'm not running for politics.
You know, and it's kind of like, yeah, you know, I'm not going to overthrow the government.
You know what I mean?
Like, I'm not trying to do that.
I'm just trying to save, you know, God's people and God's children from these harms.
And it's very strange that it felt personal, you know, and I think that was a talk I had with some of the guys at the wellness company when I got back.
Something was, it felt like a very personal attack.
This was not, you know, because seriously, my clout can't be that hot.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But it is for them.
Well, I mean, the rush in general citing my work didn't help at all.
Wow.
I know.
It didn't help me at all.
All right.
Well, I'm glad to see you in front of me.
And, you know, I mean, it's just crazy what you've been going through.
And this is the cost, the price of just...
Telling the truth and just researching and sharing information.
It can be dangerous and it can literally be deadly.
So thank God that you're here in front of us.

Well, one of the things that Stu and I, you know, said was like, stop calling it a vaccine.
This thing is not a vaccine.
Almost every, every interview.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So tell me about this.
This is a groundbreaking victory.
Tell us more of the details about this, the exciting details.
So the case was brought against the LA County Unified School District because they had a COVID-19 quote-unquote vaccine mandate for all their employees.
And I think school and the schools and students and everything too, right?
No, it was in San Diego where they made it for the schools.
Okay.
Except for my son's school decided to opt out of that district because I'm Karen.
Nice.
Karen was being a Karen in the good way, in the best way possible.
But that ended up going to California Supreme Court and getting overturned in San Diego Unified School District for the students.
So Health Freedom Defense Fund says, you know, LA County, you know, you can't mandate this experimental injection.
And LA County School District was playing a lot of shenanigans and power moves.
So when Health Freedom Defense Fund brought the suit against them, and it looked like they were going to prevail.
Then L.A. County said, oh, we're going to drop the mandate, right?
Then they sent out like a memo.
And so health, freedom, defense, and I believe like they backed off.
So then L.A. County then put it like double down and put it back into place again, right?
And then Health Freedom Defense Fund kept moving forward, and then LA County said they actually officially rescinded the mandate then.
And so they rescinded the mandate.
So U.S. Supreme Court ruled last year that any vaccine mandate lawsuits are moot because because Biden rescinded his vaccine mandate for employers.
Right.
So what they were saying, L.A. County was saying and the district court that this got appealed up to the Ninth Circuit.
They were saying, look, well, the mandates have been rescinded.
So the whole thing is mute.
So just get over it.
And Health Freedom Defense Fund said no, because we don't know if they're going to try to force an mRNA injection, you know, again.
And their argument was the L.A. County School District was Jacobson versus Massachusetts, which is the 1905 Supreme Court case where Jacobson, there was a smallpox vaccine and he didn't want to take the vaccine.
And they said, you have to because it's for public health, right?
You can't put others at risk for infecting them.
And he ended up paying like a $5 fine and getting out of it.
But that precedent has always been misrepresented.
But why it didn't apply to LA County was the CDC themselves said the injections don't prevent infection and transmission.
They allegedly reduce symptoms, hospitalizations, and severe disease, right?
And they're like, well, then that's a quote-unquote medical treatment.
And Judge, I think it was Judge Nelson even said, if you even believe it's a medical treatment, because he wrote When the CDC said it was safe and effective, he rhetorically wrote, safe and effective for what?
Right?
Incredible.
Yeah, that's incredible.
So I love the fact that the Ninth Court of Appeals is like even saying, look, if you want to believe it's a treatment, Yeah.
They really left that open.
Like, first of all, it's definitely not a vaccine, right?
The fact that they said that, and then they say, yeah, they specified that it's not a vaccine, and it doesn't prevent transmission.
The fact that they admitted that, I mean, it's crazy.
They said safe and effective for what?
And then Judge Nelson wrote, which is important, he goes, if, you know, if you want to take it at He wants to take it at face value or belief that this is a medical treatment.
And I thought his words were very interesting.
He goes, then forced medical treatment is battery.
Battery.
That judge did not have to write that that way.
Yeah.
Wow.
What a great judge.
A smart judge.
A constitutional judge.
I mean, wow.
Gives me a little bit of hope left in judges.
Yeah.
And in LA County, right?
I mean, this is...
That's beyond surprising to me.
Yeah.
So they ruled it unconstituted.
I mean, it's two victories in one.
One, the fact that they are admitting that this is legally not even a vaccine.
This is not prevent transmission.
Yes.
Which is huge in and of itself.
And the dissenting judge did not argue that point.
He didn't argue that this isn't a vaccine.
He argued that this is mute.
That...
COVID-19 happened.
Governor Newsom put policies in place.
The president put policies in place.
Maybe mistakes were made.
They've rescinded those policies.
Move on.
That was basically his argument.
It wasn't...
It's absurd to say that this thing isn't a vaccine.
It was nothing like that.
So he didn't argue the facts of the case.
Doesn't this blow everything totally open?
So if they try this again, or if people, if anyone even talks about the vaccine being a vaccine, or it's safe and effective, or it prevents transmission, this is all, I mean, this is all now legally unconstitutional and documented that it's not a vaccine.
Well, it was remanded back down to the district court to rule on, so, you know, they may go against the Ninth Circuit.
I don't think they will, but The other thing that they said is that the Ninth Circuit judges told the district court, hey, take a look at whether or not LA County has sovereign immunity under the state law.
So sovereign immunity is because the LA County Unified School District is funded by the state of California You can't sue the state for something that the state told them to do, right?
So that's what they said.
We're not so sure about that because not every school district did this.
They were actually, as the Supreme Court in California ruled against San Diego, they were pretending to have authority that they didn't actually have.
So that's how they ruled in San Diego.
So it's going back to the district, but the point is, Deanna, is What the judges in their, in their written statements and, you know, in their summary statements, they laid out properly how to argue in a court of law based on precedent and based on prima facie, based on face, you know, evidence of face value, which is the evidence that you can find on my substack, the statement of facts, that this thing does not prevent infection, right?
And that under, you know, U.S. law, state law, and precedent, case laws, This should have never been mandated.
And in fact, it could potentially, what they're saying is this looks like it was attempted battery.
Attempted battery.
That's, I mean, this is a really big victory.
So now you can call somebody a batterer.
This is battery if you try to assault me with this bioweapon.
Yeah, but I think it opens the floodgates to go after the manufacturers, right?
Because it can't hide under the vaccine law.
Because it's not a vaccine.
Right.
So this thing better get kicked off that childhood protection, childhood vaccine.
The childhood vaccine schedule?
Yeah, schedule, yeah.
And so they're not protected by the childhood protection, vaccine protection laws.
And there's a lot of precedent there.
You know, the other thing is...
Can they hide behind emergencies authorization?
I would argue no, they cannot.
Because the product had to be safe.
And under their contract, it had to be effective to prevent infection.
And you sent me that by one of my substacks.
This is the kicker.
So what a pharmaceutical company is legally bound to deliver is what their indication is in their package insert.
That's FDA approved.
So basically, even like the drug reps, the commercials, all you can say is what's in that package insert.
What does that package insert say?
Those are the only claims you can make, period.
The indication is to provide immunity against the virus that causes COVID-19.
That's the indication.
Then you go down and read some of the studies that they've done since the first phase 3 study.
One of them was an analysis of 100 children between the ages of 12 to 17 Who were fully vaccinated and boosted.
And at the beginning of that study, they're going to give them another booster, 75% had active SARS-CoV-2 infection.
In adults, 18 to 55, 72% had active SARS-CoV-2 infection.
In adults, over 55, 62% had active SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Let's say you have babies and you go, okay, we don't want the babies to get, and by the way, children can never got the virus.
That was documented, that's documented in the FDA filings from both the FDA's opinion as well as Pfizer.
You know, they said, look, children don't get infected.
We can't really make a vaccine that's going to be more effective than their immune system because they never get inoculated.
You know, they'd have active infection.
It just doesn't happen in healthy kids.
Right.
So if you have a baby, hepatitis B, I'm just saying, I'm not saying this is happening.
You know, babies can't get hepatitis B. They're going to get a sexually transmitted drug abuse, you know, disease.
They get their hepatitis B vaccine at birth.
And then if they got one a year later, and then a year later, and then you found 75% of the babies then had active infection of hepatitis B virus.
It didn't work.
It caused infection.
Right.
So the package insert alone, you don't even have to go through the thousands and thousands and thousands of pages that I went through.
Just walk in with the package insert and be like, this doesn't make sense.
Yes.
Wow.
I know.
I was just I was reading one of your headlines by their FDA study confirms 75 percent of boosted children are COVID-19 infected.
It's just like we knew this.
I knew this intuitively before there was evidence.
But it's so crazy that those who don't have, especially the children who aren't vaccinated or with the bioweapon, They're not getting sick.
And those that are vaccinated again and again and again, those are the ones that are in and out of the hospital.
I keep hearing parents saying, I don't understand.
They've been triple boosted, but they're getting COVID again.
I mean, wake up.
And now their immune system is wrecked, probably permanently.
It's just so tragic.
It's so worse than that.
I mean, in my 50 years on this planet, I knew one child who was Two years older than me when I was a child that had glioblastoma, that had brain cancer.
And I know three families now whose children have glioblastoma.
And people from the biotech industry that I work with, and I know they're all fully vaccinated.
Wow.
So there's that.
And then, you know, my son's friends and stuff, they...
You know, one was a fighter, and now he's got myocarditis, so he doesn't do that anymore.
Like, he flew around the world doing those competitions.
Wow.
Yeah, and...
A lot of the girls are having problems with their menstruation, you know, healthy teenagers.
That's crazy.
It's crazy.
Yeah, because you have a son or a child, you know, a school-aged child.
So you probably get, you know, the gossip of what's going on.
You know, what are the school-aged kids talking about, you know, when it comes to their vaccine side effects?
Well, they're not really correlating it with the vaccine.
It's even crazier.
You know, it's just like, oh my gosh, Mike had a dropout of, you know...
MMA because...
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And this was like his sport, like his passion for his life.
And he was a pro at it, wanted to get into the pros.
And he had to drop out because of heart issues as a kid.
I mean, that is tragic.
I mean, everyone's taking it with stress.
But yeah, but people aren't correlating.
Yeah.
Like I said, my colleagues whose children have brain cancer, they're not correlating it with the shots.
I don't think they want to.
I don't think they will.
Yeah, I agree.
Yeah, so it's a very interesting Well, I mean, it's psychological warfare.
I mean, what was done to people was, it was just complete emotional, mental abuse.
And the only, you know, one of the subjects I recently wrote on, which was published, there was, I believe, a Japanese analyst, his last name is Sakura, and he actually analyzed What's called the R-value, the coefficient regression analysis of, or coefficient, whatever.
It's the R-value.
It's causation.
It's a statistical formula you have to do to prove that That, for example, how much is income correlated to IQ? That correlation is 0.5.
That is a moderate correlation, right?
What's the correlation between introducing a highly deadly, highly infectious pathogen into a society and then willing to submit to an authoritarian government?
That's 0.87.
That's nearly perfect.
So that's like a guaranteed thing.
But this guy, he looked across 1.2 billion people across 29 nations, I think it was, and what he found was the correlation between excess deaths and quote-unquote COVID-19, the pandemic, you know, whatever, was 0.13, which is very weak.
It's like, ah, maybe it didn't, we probably didn't.
But it wasn't an absolute zero.
What was it for the people, for the nations that were highly vaccinated, injected?
It was 0.47.
So it was moderate.
It was three times, so that means you're three times more likely to see a lot of excess deaths in countries that are highly vaccinated, injected, than just if the pandemic ran its run on its own.
So that's huge.
- That's huge. - That is, and that is causation.
That is, yeah, yeah.
That is, that's so, and I mean, common sense shows you it's causation.
So there's all this body of evidence to, I think, remove the shots from counties, I think to sue the manufacturers.
The FDA also acted in an illicit, you know, illegal manner that was criminal in nature.
And there's, I think, you know, I think the Ninth Circuit ruling is important.
I think Genus Technologies versus the FDA, which is the Fifth Circuit, and it actually was a ruling in 2021 where this device company called Genus Technologies, the FDA said, no, you're a drug, you're not a device.
And they're like, And they said, no, we are a device because it's a lot easier to get devices approved through the FDA than an actual biological agent.
And the court ruled in favor of the device company saying, you know, the FDA said, well, The difference between a drug and device, there's really not that much, you know, difference and we can decide whether or not if something is a drug or a device.
They said, no, no, no.
You clearly say, and they said all devices can be drugs.
No, no, no, no.
You clearly say devices are based on mode of action.
And I'll explain what that is.
Mode of action is, so if I take a pill and it's got a plastic coating and my stomach acid, you know, gets rid of that plastic coating, Okay.
activated by an outsource outside energy, you know, or it's self programmed, then that's a device that's based on mode of action.
Period.
Okay.
And they said, no, FDA, you clearly don't say all devices are drugs because you don't call a bath scale when you go weigh yourself a drug.
You don't call pulse oximeter that you stick on your finger for your oxygen levels.
You don't call that a drug.
So you can't do that.
So that whole chevron deference, which is, oh, courts are always going to defer to what the FDA said as them being experts.
No, there's been many cases where they didn't.
They said the FDA got it wrong, you know, and And we're going to correct it.
And Chevron Doffern says, well, if it's not explicitly stated in the law, you know, then you have to default to the agency.
And that's just simply not true.
So I think really, you know, Passionate, God-fearing attorneys can do a lot with this latest Ninth Circuit ruling and also the genus technologies.
And I think the genus technologies one is so important because there was laws changed since I last launched a medical device.
I mean, I think the last time I launched one was 2010.
And I worked on a combo product, so we use a device and a drug.
And they used to have to, combo products were regulated by both the CBER, the biologics, and CDRH, the devices in radiological health.
So both centers, we had to adhere to both laws.
So they changed it so they're like, well, if it's a combo product, you have to choose.
It's going to fall under drug or device law.
Now, the nanoparticles in 2011, according to the FDA, were always considered devices because, as I pointed out, they're activated actually by outside frequencies, and they also act independent of your body.
So they're devices, they're technologies.
They contain things like, you know, cesium, graphene oxide, gold.
Some vaccines have mercury.
So the question I have, Deanna, Is that when the FDA changed, okay, if there's a device, we can just call it a drug if we want.
How many products are we injecting into our bodies or consuming into our bodies that contain toxic metals, inorganic materials, and or these advanced nanoparticle technologies and we're not told about it?
And what does the F stand for in the FDA? Food.
So are they telling us that plastic is food?
They are because microplastics are being found in our food supply everywhere.
So they're like, oh, it's plastic.
You know, it's part of whatever.
It's part of the ingredients mix.
We're not going to disclose it.
We're just going to call it food.
The billion dollar question right there.
And, you know, what else are they calling food that is being injected into our bodies or a drug that is far from it, straight from the pits of hell?
What else are they calling a medical treatment?
Yeah.
Why is there mercury in the measles, mumps, rubella vaccine that goes straight to the brain?
Why did the FDA approve nanoparticle technology that they knew crossed the blood-brain barrier, that they knew went to the reproductive organs, right?
That they knew, you know, reprogrammed the system to cause immunogenicity to attack cells.
Why did they approve that as a vaccine, a nanoparticle technology?
Well, we can ask them that question, but I think we know the answer to that because they have an agenda, you know, and they want desperately and quickly to fulfill that agenda.
And part of that is population control, getting us under a certain population.
And these are amazing, sophisticated weapons that people think are innocuous and not weapons to accomplish that goal.
So we, you know, whether they will answer that question or not is another story.
But at least we who are awake know the reason why they're injecting us with these things.
They're calling us vaccines and drugs and medical devices.
And it is truly terrifying and truly nefarious, if you understand their agenda.
Then they get away with it because people aren't talking about it.
So, I mean, now in hindsight, this is why people told me to stop talking about nanoparticle technology, nanotechnology, because if you're not aware of the weapon that's being used against you, then you have no way of protecting yourself against it.
Yep, exactly.

Second thing we can do is drink water.

Well, obviously, we talk on the show and this network every single day about how we are so frustrated and angry about the state of this country and how much we desperately want to fight to take our country back, the country that we know and love as America.
With strong borders and strong families and strong traditional Christian values, the America that is very, very fast dying and withering away.
We want to fight for that country so bad, but when we make attempts to fight for our country, And uphold the values that we love so much.
We end up like the political prisoners in January 6th, how they just got locked up with the key thrown away and terrorized their families, their livelihoods ripped apart.
So we get the lesson taught to us over and over again that if we try to stand up, if we try to fight back, we're going to end up like them.
And it scares a lot of people.
It scares people from actually fighting and doing what's right, and it's creating a lot of complacency and otherwise very strong, patriotic, good-hearted Americans who want to see our country prosper.
Well, our next guest, Sheriff Mack, Sheriff Richard Mack, is joining us today to talk about some peaceful and constitutional solutions that we the people can do and execute that will actually help to take our country back.
And that is solution oriented because, again, so many people just think that there's no point in fighting back or there's nothing that we can do.
We feel hopeless.
But he's here to bring hope and solutions to us.
So, Sheriff Matt, it's so great to have you on Shots Fired for the first time.
How are you?
Well, I'm doing great.
And thank you so much for having me.
And what a great opening.
Thank you.
It's spot on.
This is peaceful, constitutional and effective.
OK, awesome.
Well, I'm all ears.
But first, before we hear about the solutions, tell us a little bit more about your background.
Okay, well, I was in law enforcement 20 years.
I've been closely associated with law enforcement now for probably 35, 40 years.
I train and do educational seminars for law enforcement, public officials, Politicians.
Of course, I don't like politicians very much, so...
Me neither.
I probably had to just say public servants.
Public servants.
And public organizations.
clubs, national organizations, national activist organizations.
So it's a wide variety of people I teach, but I try to focus mostly on sheriffs, county commissioners and law enforcement.
But whoever wants me to come teach and do seminars, I'll do them.
And the reason that I'm speaking with you right now, that you've ever heard of Sheriff Mack, is because when I was sheriff in Arizona, I sued the federal government.
And sometimes I gloss over this and it doesn't get the real impact.
I was the first sheriff in American history in the 250 years of America that launched a major lawsuit against the President of the United States, Bill Clinton, no less.
So you can safely say, I sued the Clintons and lived to tell about it.
And you got the t-shirt.
And you took it all the way up to the Supreme Court, right?
And we won.
Right, and you won.
And this case, and it's on my website, but if you can read that, it's the case, it's the Supreme Court case for state sovereignty.
And this case gives us the impetus and the strength of And the backup, you know, every cop needs a backup unit sooner or later.
This is our backup unit because this reinforces everything you said in your opening.
It's going to reinforce everything I say.
I mean, Justice Scalia wrote this, and it's a history lesson.
It's a history of jurisprudence.
It's a history of the Constitution.
It's a history of the Founding Fathers and the principles upon which America was founded.
I mean, let me quote one little thing from here.
Scalia quoted another justice saying, but the Constitution protects us from our own best intentions.
Now, folks, wouldn't you have liked that to have come out during COVID mandates?
The Constitution protects us from the crisis of the day.
It talks about that.
The crisis of the day.
And what did we learn and what were we brainwashed into sort of going along with?
That these politicians and the corruption of Washington, D.C. and the corruption of Fauci and the UN were basically saying this to us.
We can destroy anything we want.
We can do anything we want.
As long as it's for your own good.
And you just have to sit there and take it.
Well, that's wrong.
And we're showing you today in your program that you don't have to take it.
And you do have a place to turn for peace, safety, protection, and liberty.
And I'm ready to tell you who that is and what that's all about.
Okay, please do, because, again, I can't relay this sentiment enough that the patriots, you know, the really hard-working, genuine, passionate patriots who are just so passionate about our country have voted to death, and our votes still don't count, even.
They have tried every—they have showed up at rallies and protests, but then they get locked up or ticketed for it.
Or doxed or canceled for it.
I mean, we feel like we've tried all these different things that we think Well,
first, I think it's obvious to everyone.
It sure is to me.
That there is no solution in Washington D.C. It's the most corrupt place on the face of the planet.
If God does not strike down Washington D.C. Sodom and Gomorrah an apology.
Yeah.
Because it is rampant with corruption.
And I hate to say this, but it's both parties.
And Washington warned us that a two-party system would be the bane of American liberty.
And it certainly is.
Look at the national debt.
Why do we have that?
Both parties.
Why do we have an IRS and out-of-control bureaucrats that violate the Constitution, that have put our Constitution on her deathbed, that have put America on her deathbed?
Look at what's happening at the border.
Look at the drugs.
Look at the human trafficking.
Look at the sexual exploitation of children.
And I'm sorry, but that has been both parties.
Now, a lot of times they want to say, oh, well, the Democrats are worse.
Okay, I admit it, they are.
Pick your poison.
Then why does the Republican Party keep chasing after them?
Go the other way, you know?
So, how do we take America back?
Well, I won.
A sheriff sued the federal government and won.
Six other sheriffs joined me in that lawsuit.
And luckily, we had seven doing it.
But there's 3,100 sheriffs in America.
Why was there not like 2,000?
Exactly.
And so what this has done, though, this case has helped awaken the sleeping giant known as America's Sheriff.
And now, during COVID, do you know how many sheriffs stood and said, no, we're not doing that?
Hundreds and hundreds of sheriffs.
And almost every day there was another sheriff who said, no, I'm not doing that.
Sheriff Mark Lamb in Arizona called his friend and fellow Republican, we're not closing people down.
We're not closing schools down.
That will be up to them.
It's not up to government.
And we're not going to arrest people for not wearing a mask.
How ridiculous.
And so many sheriffs joined that and got on board in that.
In California.
So if California can do it, folks, come on.
There's not a state that shouldn't be doing this.
And you, we the people, need to get involved in this.
What are the first three words of the Constitution?
We the people.
And folks, you have got to get a relationship with your sheriff because he's the only elected law enforcement officer in the country.
And with this as a tool that all of you need to get this.
And let me tell you what two things you need to do.
You need to go to my website and you need to get this and you need to order bunches.
These are real cheap.
They're nothing.
They're like two or three dollars each.
You can get like...
Five or ten dollars or whatever.
You can order them in the bulk and you should.
Okay.
Get these to local officials and your sheriffs.
Then, at our website, CSPOA.org.
Stands for Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
CSPOA.org.
And you can join our posse.
And that's how you help keep us funded.
And wow, it's $11 a month.
For a very good cause.
$5 a year, which is even cheaper.
But folks, we bless each other with that.
And you keep us going, and we keep you trained, and we keep you working with your sheriff and teaching you how to do that.
And you go to him and say, hey...
We want to help you form a posse.
Many of them already have them.
We want to join your posse.
How can we help you?
And how can we help our county be a safer county?
And how can we make sure that we're standing against the incursions and crimes committed by the federal government?
Folks, Madison warned us that we can safely rely on the disposition of the states To erect the barriers against the encroachments of the national authority.
That means us.
That means we, the people getting involved with our states, with our counties, and especially the number one protector of the people, the county sheriff.
And I've got a book that says, The County Sheriff, America's Last Hope.
Folks, this is it.
2024 is going to be the turning point, whether we save our country and keep going as a constitutional republic, Or we let the communists completely destroy America.
I say let's get up and get going.
Folks, again, this is a peaceful process.
It's a strong and powerful process.
And it works.
And I've got lots of proof that sheriffs have already been doing this.
And it's working.
Now we need to make it bigger, better, and faster, and well-funded.
So, you believe that a big part of this solution is through the sheriffs, right?
The sheriffs of our local sheriffs.
Now, because they're sort of like, you know, the gatekeepers, they're going to be really the deciding factors of whether these Ridiculous COVID laws or orders or whatever next ridiculous, whether it's climate change, whatever comes next.
So they're the ones that are the gatekeepers and really will be the ones that are most influential in deciding whether that goes in that city or they say no to this.
And who's the sheriff's boss?
We the people.
He has no other supervisor.
He has no other boss.
We the people are his boss.
He reports to you.
That's why you have a duty and responsibility to get involved with him.
So do you think that...
You know sort of the sheriff's gossip, obviously, because you're on the ground floor with the sheriffs and you hear what they're talking about in the U.S. Do you think that the majority of sheriffs...
Would believe that?
I mean, do you think that they would be on our side when presented with it?
And do you think the majority of them would also agree with you and also be brave enough to stand up for the Constitution and our rights?
Or do you think the majority of them are just too far gone, just like we see a lot of police officers and Other, you know, other sort of gatekeepers in these areas.
Court judges.
Some of these sheriffs need a little constitutional kick in the butt.
Right, right.
And most of them are real good people.
But even the real good sheriffs need a dose of the Constitution.
Like a reminder of what they signed up for.
Exactly.
Exactly.
What they swore to do.
So...
To answer your question, though, even better, there's been a couple of news agencies that have done stories about us.
We've mostly got hit pieces, really, by CNN and Washington Post.
Crazy how you guys can have a hit piece against you.
Oh, bunches.
It's all over the internet.
And no one in our organization, let me tell you right now, is a racist.
Freedom and God-given liberty is for all people, all races, all creeds, all colors, and we believe in the Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
We believe that all men were created equal, and there is no exception to that, and they lie about us so they can try to marginalize what we're doing and keep sheriffs away from doing what we're all about.
So, We can do this.
We've got proof that it's doing.
And when that independent agency did a national poll about us to other sheriffs, it was almost 50% of the sheriffs that agree with our philosophies.
And so that would be 1,500 sheriffs.
I believe that if we get even anything close to a thousand sheriffs, which would be one-third, which is what we're pushing for this year, and that's why time is of the essence, folks.
By the time November comes around, I believe it's going to be too late.
We've got to get the sheriff prepared with you for the violence that's going to happen after the election.
Can you imagine what they're going to do if Trump wins?
Wow.
Yeah, it doesn't take much figuring out what that's going to look like.
We've got to get the sheriffs prepared.
We've got to get you working and prepared with your sheriff.
And we've got to create the defenses for our constitutional republic.
And if the sheriffs are ready and they get to our training this year, We're also going to show them how.
We're going to have top-notch educators about this, True the Vote people there, to teach them what to look for on election fraud issues.
Wow.
Now, if a sheriff isn't on board with your values, and I mean, really just with siding with we the people, something that should be common sense and constitutional, what do you think is the reason why?
Are they bought out?
Are they corrupted?
Are they compromised?
I mean, what do you think of reason why there's not more sheriffs that are already on board?
Well, certainly corruption goes around and, you know, they want to keep their federal monies coming in, which we teach sheriffs, do not take federal money.
Don't take those grants.
They're illegal and they're bribes.
There's no such thing as a legal bribe.
Those are just bribes.
They're friendship fees.
They're buying influence from sheriffs.
They want you on their side.
And so, no, don't do that.
But listen, be independent, be strong.
And some sheriffs are corrupt.
There's not very many, but most of them have simply been brainwashed into mainstream law enforcement.
All we got to do is go out and catch the drug dealers and the potheads, kick in a few doors, have some DUI checkpoints, and then go home at night.
That's far from what we can get away with today.
We have to stand for liberty.
We must keep our oath of office where we swore an oath in God's name to uphold and defend the United States Constitution and thereby protect the civil rights of every American in our counties.
I mean, you are everything that a sheriff should be, really, truly.
I mean, you embody bravery and strength and, you know, your passion and commitment to upholding the Constitution.
And a Supreme Court victory.
And a Supreme Court victory, obviously, yes, you're effective.
You all need to see this.
I can't stress this enough.
This was pursuant to the assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan.
It was named, we fought the Brady Bill, because it was named for James Brady, who was this public spokesman for, press secretary for Ronald Reagan.
This goes up to the highest parts of our government.
And folks, this was a miracle.
You need to be part of this miracle.
I wasn't the one who did this miracle.
I was the one that filed the lawsuit, but God took it from there.
This is an amazing solution.
It's an amazing answer.
It's an absolutely miraculous decision.
It has not been changed or altered or rescinded, and we need to use this all the way to Washington DC when we come back and tell them We're now free.
Leave us alone and we'll take care of ourselves.
Folks, we take back America county by county and state by state.
One good county sheriff at a time along with you and your help.
I love that.

Sheriffs holding up the American flag and with their badge and white shirt and cowboy hats marching down the street.
No more tyranny, no more oppression, no more communism.
We're back to American God-given liberty.
Man, that's powerful.

And I want to see that happen.
The fact that it hasn't happened yet.
It's like, where are you, sheriffs?
Where are you?
There should be so many more marching with you.
You and your friends, imagine that you're on a march and your sheriff and his deputies are standing there with you, doing it with you.
Amazing.
That's the type of power we're talking about.
And that's the type of change we're capable of.
And we, the people, have got to be involved in this.
