Thank you.
Welcome, everyone, to Shots Fired with Deanna Lorraine.
I'm your host, Deanna Lorraine.
Going over all the latest breaking news, trending topics, and truth bombs that you can't get anywhere else.
Go ahead and follow me on social media, especially Gab, Telegram, Truth Social, and Getter at Real Deanna Lorraine and on X for all the latest and controversial posts.
Deanna, for Congress.
For all you newcomers out there, my show is twice a week at Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m.
Eastern Time, right after the Stu Peter Show, and it is Thursday right now at 8 p.m.
Eastern Time, and it is the end of a long workday for many of you, the end of a long and crazy week for most of you as well.
Going into the weekend here on Thursday night.
So grab that cocktail or mocktail, glass of water, glass of wine, whatever you do to unwind and hang out with me for the next hour as we go over the top news of the day with some awesome guests.
We'll be right back, right after these messages.
All right, and now it's time to go into the top news of the day.
Well, one top news of the day is our event.
Now, we are so, so, so excited to have our Extreme Accountability event, the first ever Ever It's Kind, the Stu Peters Network Extreme Accountability Event.
We launched it last week officially and I talked to you about it.
Stu has been talking to you about it on his shows and all the other hosts and we are so excited about this event.
It is going to be the epic event of the year.
It will be legendary because we are taking Stu's accountability, extreme accountability brand and spirit And message onto the big stage with all of the best speakers and special guests that you love that will be on stage with him,
that will also be and have been brave and bold enough to call out the biggest criminals of our country and really of the world and the enemies, foreign and domestic, and hold them accountable.
Chris Skye, King Bao, John Miller, so many others, and many more that are yet to be confirmed.
And we are tired of pussyfooting around, excuse my French, but we are tired of not naming names.
We're tired of just towing the line with the rhino Trump type events.
We, especially before the election, we want to bring all those people who are really tired of not calling out the truth.
And we are committed at this network to extreme accountability and the total truth.
Whether it hurts people's feelings or not, we gotta have the truth out there.
So we are so excited about this event in October, but obviously with any event that exposes the truth and the criminals, we have run into some opposition.
Yes.
So not even 24 hours after we launched the event last Thursday, boom, guess what?
The venue that we originally had in Atlantic City Beach, gorgeous venue that I was so excited about, well, they were evidently, we didn't realize this, but they were completely affiliated with the Caesars.
We thought that we were just, you know, kind of in the same, like there was a tunnel that was connected to Caesars and it was connected to it, but we didn't realize it was in the same exact corporation under the same umbrella.
We would have maybe handled things a little bit differently.
Or not even gone to them in the first place.
But yeah, so Caesars got attacked by Right Wing Watch and all of their sad little pathetic minions.
Right Wing Watch and all the left wing Nazis that just love, they love, you know, gay and sexual trans grooming.
They love all that stuff.
They love child predators.
They love Pride Month.
They love You know, burning down America and what it stands for.
They love burning down churches.
They love all this stuff and they love wars, endless wars.
Apparently they love all of this because they went after Stu Peter's event right away and targeted Caesars and the Caesars Corporation and bullied them into submission as usual.
And Caesars, the cowards they are, they buckled within 24 hours.
It took a whopping 24 hours for them to buckle and kneel in their bow down and cowardice to the left-wing deep state mob.
And that's who we're up against.
So it's not really a surprise I expected something like this to happen.
And it's good that it happened just a few days after we launched because now we have time to get a new venue and find new partners that are truly meant for us, that are aligned with our ideologies and our beliefs, that are aligned with truly America first, God first, family first ideology.
And apparently Caesars is not all about that.
They want this filth around and this smut around, evidently.
We don't know.
We can't speak for them.
But the fact that the venue canceled on us, you know, kind of is telling.
So we are on the hunt for a new venue, and we will have it secured very quickly here.
We really appreciate your patience.
We had one more setback, and that is on Eventbrite.
Eventbrite took less than a week to also cancel our event.
They canceled our event.
We got the notification just yesterday.
And it's crazy because we've already had a lot of ticket sales.
But they sent us a nice little friendly email saying, we're reaching out to you regarding your event, Stu Peters Extreme Accountability event.
We have determined that your event is not permitted on the Eventbrite marketplace as it violates our community guidelines in terms of service.
We do not allow content or events that, through on or off-platform activity, so it might not even have to do with the event, but Stu or somebody from the network saying something on social media, discriminate against, harass, disparage, threaten, incite violence against, or otherwise target individuals or groups based on their actual or perceived race, religion, ethnicity, immigration status, sexual orientation, etc.
As a result, your event has been unpublished.
Please be aware that severe or repeated violations of our guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your Eventbrite count.
So Eventbrite, another company that has bitten the deep state dust.
They are cowards.
You know, they can't even host our event, which they will be making money from anyways.
They have to bow down to this mafia.
It's so sad and so disheartening that we can't even hold an event in America that's supposed to be for America.
We have no free speech anymore.
Free speech is dead.
All right, so shame on Eventbrite, another company that has revealed itself to be deep state Tranny-loving, sexual-grooming-loving companies.
No more events at Eventbrite.
So we have another event system lined up.
We have another venue almost lined up.
I really want to thank you guys for your patience and ask you for your patience because I promise you this event is going to be amazing and it's going to be legendary and amazing.
It's going to happen.
We are committed entirely and investing so much into making sure this event happens and making sure it's legendary.
So in a good way, this is a blessing in disguise that just only a week after launching, we lost our venue and our ticket avenue for ticketing.
Because those weren't the partners that we were supposed to have for this event.
They're not for the long haul.
I'm glad, you know, God kind of cleansed us of the snakes and he did it fast, fast enough for us to recover from.
It would be a big disaster if this happened two or three months from now.
Really big disaster.
So I'm actually surprised that Eventbrite pulled out so quickly, giving us the time to get everything set up again and get backups.
So I ask you guys, we probably have a few more days.
We will probably next week be ready to relaunch the event with the new venue and the new ticketing system next week.
But in this past week, I really appreciate your patience.
I'm working a lot on the event as well.
So I know the ins and outs of the details.
And we've been working so hard to make sure that this event is spectacular.
And you've got all your favorite people there.
But as we kind of get those initial hiccups that we knew were inevitable because of the nature of our event, how conservative and extreme it is, you know, there is going to be some pushback.
Right Wing Watch and Newsweek, a bunch of hit pieces came out on Stu Peters immediately after launching last week.
And they all went and targeted Eventbrite.
They all went and targeted Caesars.
This is what they do.
They do not want events like us to go on.
They don't want us to have a voice.
They don't want us to have free speech.
They don't want us to gather community and mobilize and have, attract people that are like-minded.
They want to squash out our movement.
They want to squash out the Stu Peters Network.
They want to erase us.
So this, if anything, should light a fire in us even more and have you all understand how important this event really is to attend, to show them the middle finger and to show them that they're not going to kill us.
They're not going to erase us.
They're not going to beat us down and kick us down.
We are going to win this war and we are going to win this fight.
We will not let them bully us into submission.
We will not.
And your presence at the event is going to mean that to them.
That's what that's going to symbolize.
Your presence at the event is even more important now because we've been through all this hardship in just one week with the event and the ticket processing system.
So again, just wanted to tell you the backstory about what's been going on, how hard we're working for this extreme accountability event, how amazing it's going to be, and how we need you there.
Hang with us for a couple more days and be patient while we Secure a new venue.
And by the way, if anyone else has any ideas, we're looking to have the event in Florida and we've got a couple venues lined up.
But if you have a friend or you know of somebody or a venue that you think would be great for us and that have our same beliefs, And wouldn't cancel us at the last minute, we're all ears.
So send a message on the ExtremeEvent.com contact page, the ExtremeEvent.com contact page, or you can write in the comments here if you know of anyone or event, and we will reach out to them.
But otherwise, thank you for your patience, guys.
We really appreciate it.
Hang in there.
If you've already bought tickets, you know, don't worry about it.
They will be, I think they're already refunded.
But if you haven't bought tickets, you will want to buy them just in a couple days when we're back up and running.
Okay?
Well, in other news, Trump spoke to a very large crowd and reporters today outside of his sham, force face, Stormy Daniels hush money trial.
And the verdict is still dragging and dragging on.
These jurors are just dragging it on as much as they can, milking it out.
We know what the verdict is probably going to be.
Probably going to be guilty because it is a sham trial when he should be out campaigning.
But he talked to a bunch of reporters and crowd today and he said the whole world is watching.
He is gagged.
This is such a sham.
Check this out if you haven't seen already.
Here's a clip.
Thank you very much.
Here we go again.
Five weeks.
I've been here again.
I'd like to answer all of your questions.
They're very easy questions to answer, but I'm gangs.
I can't talk as much as I would like to about this ridiculous case that's hurting our country so badly.
Some of the reviews from yesterday are the...
By the way, everyone's against this case, too.
I haven't seen one legal scholar or expert in the law saying that this case...
Should have been filed.
Should not have been filed.
Or at a minimum, it should have been filed seven years ago.
Seven years old, everybody turned it down, including federal elections turned it down.
Southern District turned it down.
Brad turned it down.
Then he rejuvenated it when I was running for office.
Terrible thing.
At the request of Biden.
The editors of the National Review say, quit Trump.
Bragg has failed to prove his charges.
Totally failed.
Greg Jarrett.
Who exactly was defrauded?
Voters who had already voted.
Well, they already voted because all of the stuff came in after the elections.
How are they defrauded?
And then you say, what about Hillary with the dossier?
What about all of these other things that go, and this is nothing.
This is nothing.
But what about all of the corruption, the voter fraud that you've seen over the last year on behalf of the Democrats and nobody talks about it?
This is ridiculous what they're talking about.
But he did drop this really, really fire campaign ad today, too, just in the wake of all of this.
He dropped a pretty fire campaign ad pretty much.
You know, just giving everybody the middle finger, rubbing it in their face that, hey, this is only making him stronger.
And all of these attacks, all of this vitriol, all of these lawsuits and indictments against him, it's not going to make him stop.
It's only going to make him stronger.
So check out this ad if you haven't seen it already.
It is.
It is pretty good.
Thank you for joining us here today.
Earlier this afternoon, Donald Trump was arraigned by a Manhattan grand jury on 34 felony counts.
This case is an abomination.
You know, it's obviously political.
Seven years have tried to come up with this case.
They're just wrong on the law.
The only crime that Donald Trump is being prosecuted for is the crime of running for president.
Political persecution at the highest level.
They've quite frankly given up on trying to beat him at the polls.
Either going to steal it or stop it by law firm.
Democrat prosecutor elected on a Get Trump platform.
What's going on here is a disgusting disgrace.
It is war on Trump, it is war on the Republican Party, and it is a war on the Republic.
This case is the weakest case.
I've seen in 60 years of teaching, practicing, and writing about permanent law.
I doubt the New York indictment would have been brought against a defendant whose name was not Donald Trump.
This judge, I mean, you don't need a prosecutor if you have a judge like this.
This judge is not on the level.
It's a terrible case, but the judge has been pretty much a rubber stamp on everything that Bragg has wanted to do.
They're perverting the system of justice.
You know, that's where the danger lies.
The corruption and subversion of our institutions by the left.
This is the Democrats' entire strategy to confine President Trump to a dirty criminal courtroom and keep him off the campaign trail where he can bring his winning message to voters across this country.
New York has become a legal banana republic.
They are so determined to get Donald Trump.
Look, convicting Donald Trump, that's all they have.
I think they have no cards.
And they're depending upon Trump getting convicted.
That Trump train doesn't show any signs of slowing down.
The only verdict that matters is the verdict at the ballot box.
Now, but this really, it just frustrates me, though, that Trump is still not utilizing Twitter or X.
not?
He's still so invested.
And I get that he's just trying to make his truth social platform work because he's poured millions or billions of dollars into it.
And he wants to have everything on his end and make money off of it.
But why not utilize X?
This is a huge mistake for him.
It's been a huge mistake that he's not been out on the debates, but truly not utilizing X and going on the spaces on X with Elon or all these other big figures.
Why?
Why not with Alex Jones?
Why not he have a space with Stu Peters?
Why not face his fans and his hardcore supporters in an X space and have us ask him questions?
Hard questions too.
Have him be accountable.
Take extreme accountability.
But why is he avoiding this incredible platform that made him a real star in so many people's minds and truly, I believe, made him I mean, Twitter set him on fire.
It kept him so popular and relevant.
Everyone loves his tweets, whether they're flamboyant or crazy or not.
I mean, people loved waking up in the morning and checking his Twitter and seeing what did he tweet today?
What did Trump say today?
And he would just set off the mainstream media with every chance he got just with 143 characters.
So the fact that he's not utilizing X and the spaces and everything else he could be doing With or without being, you know, these indictments, a lot of people have been complaining about the fact that it seems like Trump is the one campaigning from his basement now.
He's not having a ton of rallies, he's not debating, and he's not really engaging with the public much during this campaign.
And I get that he's gagged a lot and he's buckled down and shackled down with a lot of these charges against him, but still, this is something he could do in his home is interact at least on X with all of his people and with big figures that would keep him relevant.
I don't really see him winning the election if he doesn't step up his game and energy and get out there more with the people.
He thinks and just assumes he's got this in the bag because of all the voters who voted for him before But a lot of things have changed and people have changed their minds.
So getting back on X would show people that he really cares about them.
He wants to answer their questions.
He wants to clarify things for them and make promises and deliver on them.
And he wants to really do this for the people.
It's not for publicity.
It's not just for money.
He wants to do it for the people.
And getting on X in the public square, I believe, would be such a good, a positive and strong move to show that.
But he's not.
He's just staying on truth social.
So whatever.
We'll see what happens with that.
But the election countdown is counting down pretty quick, that clock.
Alright, and in other news, today is the last day, evidently, that Boeing can send in their new specifications and quality control on their planes to prove to everybody that they are, in fact, up to snuff.
With all their crashes and their executions and assassinations lately of Boeing whistleblowers, people kind of want to know what's going on with their safety plans.
And are they actually concerned about it?
Are they committed to making planes safe?
So here's what's going on with that story.
Thanks for the law school class, guys.
That was great.
Meantime, it is deadline day for the troubled plane manufacturer Boeing.
To show federal regulators it is serious about making some safety improvements, the FAA gave Boeing 90 days to come up with a plan after that terrifying mid-flight blowout on a 737 MAX 9 that highlighted major quality control concerns.
Well, here we are now.
NBC senior correspondent Tom Costello covers aviation.
So, Tom, what's this plan going to lay out today?
Bottom line here, the FAA chief has said this is not the end.
This is the beginning.
That Boeing has got to prove that, in fact, it is on track, right?
It's got to lay out a roadmap here to get quality control, safety culture under control.
So the plan that Boeing is submitting today is this kind of a roadmap.
And Boeing has said the bottom line is it needs to focus on the basics within the company.
And the basics include making sure that everybody on the assembly line knows their job and is doing their job.
This all starts back with the 737 MAX 9, the door plug blowout back in January.
As you know, that happened over Portland, Oregon.
And that led to investigations which revealed significant defects and problems within the Boeing manufacturing process.
We've now got multiple investigations, FAA, NTSB, FAA. FBI investigations here.
And so now Boeing, as a part of this plan that the FAA was demanding, must lay out its roadmap to get its act together.
This is the beginning, not the end.
And now if you are concerned about the next big COVID pandemic or disease X, they pretty much have it in the back.
They are looking at the bird flu to press forward and to roll out their lockstep COVID lockdown mask and vaccine requirements all over again.
The bird flu is what they're banking on and betting on.
The bird flu.
But to make matters worse and to just kind of ramp up the fear factor with the bird flu.
So Iowa Republican Governor Kim Reynolds, Republican Governor, not really, probably a rhino, signed a disaster proclamation this week for one of our state's counties.
As public health officials prepare to euthanize more than 4 million chickens that were supposedly exposed to this bird flu.
This is so, so sad.
The order comes after a case of bird flu that was confirmed among a large flock of egg-laying chickens in a Sioux county on Tuesday by state and local agriculture officials.
According to this report, as a result, the animals will be destroyed.
And their remains will be isolated in an attempt to prevent the further spread of the bird flu.
In total, almost 5 million chickens will be euthanized, which is, again, that's really sad.
And it makes me wonder, are they, if it's really truly a threat to humans, then I guess it's a good thing that we don't get contaminated eggs or chickens.
I mean, thanks for that.
But on the flip side, it seems like one of those dramatic, unnecessary steps, killing 5,000 chickens to just ante up the fear factor and let everybody know this is so serious, guys.
It's so serious.
We have euthanized 5,000 chickens.
And it's coming near you, coming to a farm near you, coming to a store near you.
We're going to be euthanizing chickens.
So now we can probably see how that's going to affect the prices of eggs and cost of chicken, etc.
And all that goes into the food shortage scare.
So we're going to keep an eye on this, obviously, but...
The chickens, rest in peace.
I feel bad for you chickens.
And we're probably going to see more of this euthanizing cattle, euthanizing chickens, maybe even euthanizing farmers that have been handling the cattle and chickens, and then euthanizing us if we've been handling the chickens.
It's going to go on and on.
I believe they're set and ready to make the bird flu the next big pandemic.
Second thing we can do is drink water.
I mean, you hear me talk about hydrogen water all the time with our little bottles.
Yes.
We have to have water to live.
Our bodies are 65% water, just like the Earth is.
Go figure.
Right.
Wow, does that not give you chills right there to think about that?
Totally, yeah.
When we drink that water, if we can bring hydrogen in there, it can reduce inflammation, it can reduce free radicals, and it can be calm.
Calm and peace to the cells.
So, I don't know how better we can get than those two tips, and we need that more today.
Dan, if we're stuck and just locked in to what's next in the news, it's gonna lock us in all right.
It's like locking into self-imposed prison.
100%.
And you have an incredible water hydration device as well that we can talk about real quick.
I know that you probably have it on your desk right now.
I drink this every day.
This is, you know, forgive me for sounding like an infomercial, but this is the truth, man.
It's on my desk, you know, even before it came alive.
I put water in here about five minutes ago, pushed the button, and this little chamber that's via electrolysis creates hydrogen in here.
And I'll push the button one more time so people can see that.
Really cool.
So cool.
You can see that it puts little bubbles in there.
Really neat like that.
And when I, I'll turn it off and show you when I pull the lid off, you can hear a little pressure, and I just drink the water.
Yeah, you don't want to be just drinking tap water.
I mean, you want to be...
No.
Not all water is created equal, right?
I mean, of course, we want to be...
We want to be hydrating with lots and lots of water as one of your tips, but not all water is necessarily created equal.
No.
Get your water filtered.
You know, Reverse Hot Smokes is my favorite.
There's a lot of little portable filters that one can do from a hardware store to put on your fountain or your pitchers in your house.
You can get an indoor filter system.
Works pretty good.
We have one.
Or you can buy filtered water, too.
But the cool thing about this is when I drink this, it reduces not just the inflammation of the free radicals, but it can make myself self-respond in a younger manner.
That's cool.
Cheers to being young or older, I guess, I suppose.
But it's really important.
You've got yours too.
It's important to do the right things that are simple.
I'm a big believer in the KISS principle, keep it simple, silly, you know?
And what we talked about is learning to redefine stress, understand the addiction and stress, getting outside and getting away from it all, and then filling your body with the water, which is life.
Welcome back to Shots Fired.
Well, as it's getting warmer outside and sunnier and summertime, a lot of people are talking about vitamin D. What is it really?
And some people online say that, you know, there's different types of vitamin D, just like we talked about with Dr.
Sherwood last week about there being different types of fish oil and omega-3s.
And some of them are good for you, but a lot of the store-bought or Amazon or drugstore-bought A vitamin D, just like the fish oil, may not be the best for you or may not be delivering the nutrients and vitamins that you think they are, that you think that you're purchasing for.
So I want to talk today a lot about vitamin D and why it's so important for us and how much we really should be getting, the quality of it.
And then we're going to kind of dovetail actually into biohacking, which is one of my favorite topics.
How to look and feel your best and live longer.
And we're going to talk about that, of course, with our favorite resident doctor, Dr.
Sherwood, sherwood.tv slash shots.
We love our Dr.
Sherwood because he knows all about this and so much more, how to look your best, feel your best and live longer.
So Dr.
Sherwood, always great to have you.
How's it going at the end of this crazy week?
It's going really well.
Fascinatingly enough, we're actually in the center of a biohacking conference we're attending.
So right in the home state, I believe, where you're in, in Texas.
In Texas, yeah.
So it's kind of fascinating to learn more stuff, but you're right.
People do want to know how to maybe just not live longer, but maybe live better.
Yeah.
And we'll talk about kind of the ways to do that in a moment and what the difference is, because obviously we see people like transhumanists, like Yuval Noah Harari here.
And all he wants to talk about is living longer, like to 200 years or 150 years.
And they talk about putting biochips in there and things in your brain.
So we don't really necessarily want to have that.
But first I want to talk about vitamin D because you've been talking a lot about that lately and why it's so important and the right kind of vitamin D. Well, vitamin D is a critical vitamin.
It is a fat-soluble vitamin along with A, E, and K. So think of DEAK or DEAK. I like that.
You know, either way you look at it, those are all fat-soluble vitamins that we need.
Now, the interesting thing about vitamin D is it really acts more like a hormone than a vitamin because what it does from the hormone perspective, it actually binds to the It helps receptors of cells and creates a nuclear response, like it can create more synthesis of bone, for example.
It also helps with brain, helps with immune system, helps with leaky gut, all that.
Now, with D, this is fascinating.
A lot of people think they can get that from the sun, but I have observed an interesting phenomenon over the last 15 years of doing this, Deanna, and a lot of people today have lower levels of D By just using the sun than I've ever seen before.
And I theorize, and I think this is probably a working hypothesis.
If somebody wants to do the study out there, go ahead.
But I theorize it's because of, you know, D actually has a requirement because it's a hormone.
It is made from cholesterol.
Right?
So who knew?
Right?
So cholesterol has to be, when we're talking about synthesis from the sun, the body receives that UVB ray on the sun, and then through cholesterol synthesis we manufacture down the chain to active D, which we measure in blood.
But most times when we just do that, the D is sitting about 25 to 35, and that's going to be a 25-hydroxy-D that most people are checking through general practitioner care.
And that's not sufficient.
That's a key point there.
And I theorize in this that there are too much toxins in the environment, number one, that probably we're not getting a good, really, transition of that synthesis.
And I theorize, too, we've got too much toxins in us.
And so our skin becomes not just something that can help synthesize the D, but it becomes a barrier of sorts.
So during the COVID, you know, at its worst, a lot of doctors that were like you sounding the alarm saying, wait, one of the most important things we need to take right now is vitamin D, high dosages of vitamin D. Not going on ventilators, not having remdesivir or all these other different big pharma-created medicines, but vitamin D, high doses.
So then a lot of folks who were into naturopathic remedies to fight COVID, they were going out and buying a lot of vitamin D. And then I noticed also some doctors saying, well, not all vitamin D supplements are created equal.
And if you get cheap vitamin D from Amazon or from, you know, the drugstore or something, it may actually harm you instead of help you.
So is there any truth to that?
Yeah, I think there probably is some truth to that, you know, and just to understand it, you know, a lot of times we go to the doctor and the doctor will prescribe vitamin D2. D2 is not the active D that we measure in the blood.
That's D3, 25-hydroxy-D, and that's downstream conversion of that.
So we don't get the conversion as much, I believe in that, although it can work, no question.
But when we go buy stuff from Amazon or whatever supplier we got out there, Couple things we don't know.
We don't know if what the bottle says is accurate, because we have to have specifications in our standardization production methods of that bottle.
That's a very key point when you're buying supplements.
I look for things that have a sticker on them that says CGMP, or Certified Good Manufacturing Practices, which basically means That materials used to construct that supplement are sitting over here when they're imported or wherever they're obtained from, they're quarantined to test for purity, right?
And then they're tested within the manufacturing process and they're tested post-manufacturing and the quantity of whatever this label says it has in that capsule has got to be that or more for up to two years.
So that's how you get that, which is really hard.
But during COVID, it was known that, statistically speaking, that low D increased the likelihood of hospitalization 10 times over.
Wow.
So people who had a D of 30 or less had a 10 times more likelihood of being hospitalized.
Now, the fascinating thing with that is, you know, you hear this a lot too, and this is not, this is an observational statement, and I believe that every person is created equal than I've got.
I really, really do.
So you heard that, well, the Mexican-Americans and African-Americans were indiscriminately targeted with COVID. And I'm like, come on, you know, that is one of the most ridiculous things in the world because people are people are people.
But the fascinating thing about that, Deanna, is the darker the skin, The more D you need.
Isn't that crazy?
So the darker skin communities, including myself, we lack D because the melanin in our skin blocks the UVB, blocks the synthesis of that D, and then we become deficient.
And so I've recommended people take somewhere between 5 and 10,000 international units per day.
Now many times it's being also converted to micrograms and 5,000 international units is going to be 125 micrograms and then 10,000 would be 250 micrograms.
So you see how that kind of works, right?
So and then I think also it's important To make sure your D has a good quantity of vitamin K1 and K2. And that's critical because when you look at D, its function is to ensure calcium gets absorbed in the gut.
But that's not the end of the story because calcium can accumulate in the arteries, creating atherosclerosis or plaque.
What is it that directs the calcium, once it's absorbed in the gut by D, to get directed to the bones?
That's going to be vitamin K2. And so you want a D with both of those in there with great quantities.
Now, I personally like about 500 micrograms of K2 being in the 5,000 micrograms or 5,000 international units of D. And I find that that combination works really well.
Well, cool.
That's something to note because, again, just like fish oil, just like so many other vitamins and supplements, a lot of people here, we're supposed to take this and that and fish oil and vitamin D, but they don't know what exact kind and they don't know how much exactly to take.
You don't want to overdose on these vitamins, I'm pretty sure, too.
But if you're underdosing, then you're not getting the proper benefits of these nutrients.
I like my ranges somewhere between about 60 and 100.
Okay.
And, you know, we've got to watch the idea of, you know, the normal range labs, lab ranges are like 30 to 150.
I have seen people toxic before on D because they think more is better.
I had a person recently that was testing about 300 on his D, and he was acting very psychotic.
Wow.
Almost...
Paranoid.
Now, I'm not sure that that is the same symptom every time you see detoxicity, but you can get toxic on it.
So too much is not a good thing and too little is obviously a good thing.
All right.
That's good to know.
So a little bit of a segue into biohacking now, looking your best and feeling your best.
You're at this conference, this biohacking conference.
And when I think of biohacking, I think a lot about that transhumanist Yuval Noah Harari who always talks about biohacking your body so that you can live to 150 or 200 years old or something like that.
So is that the same type of people at this conference?
Well, not really.
Is that the same type of conference?
The concept is fascinating because what he's talking about We've got to watch what we do and what we say with a pattern of wisdom, right?
So, is it okay for mankind to want to live better longer if they want to use that time as God directs to serve Him?
Well, yes, of course, you know.
I can shine the light of God in this world the longer I'm here.
Okay, that's cool.
Now, the whole hacking part, if you look at that from a concept of gaming, if you know a cheat code of a game so you can win or maximize your winnings or maximize your score, that's never a bad thing.
But I believe God gives us Codes for longevity.
And I believe it's found in God's Word.
And I believe that everything in this earth has a potential to help us or harm us.
Now, like you will know how Rari talks about implanting chips.
You know, you hear about Elon Musk, the Neuralink, the chips in the brain.
I mean, let's look at the size of that really quick.
What if we could put a chip in the brain to fix, you know, That's a good thing, man.
That's like technology.
Technology always comes from the mind of God.
It never is generated.
Mankind can't create anything.
Mankind is created.
This is a little bit of a brain twister here.
But when you take mankind's greatest gifts, which is the mind of Christ within them, you can also see the lack of the mind of Christ.
Which creates God's creation into something that can be used for evil.
In Evil Noah Harari's sort of stance, I believe that there is no factor, no reference point for God.
Therefore, no purpose for that.
It actually becomes a worldly purpose, which becomes satanic or demonic or ungodly.
And that is not something we're talking about.
But where I'm at, it's talking about what can we use...
Through technology, through supplements, through practices, modalities, hormones, peptides, lifestyle choices, to help us live longer, better, and higher quality and not be on medications.
So what are some of the things that you've been learning so far at this biohacking conference?
What are some things that we could use or that you already know about biohacking that we could apply that will help us not only live longer but live our best?
Because I don't...
If I really...
I don't know if I want to be 110 if I have dementia and I don't know who my family is and I don't really have my noggin screwed on straight.
But I want to live to 110 if I'm feeling great and if I feel like I'm only 60 and I look better, right?
I think it's possible.
And I base it upon, again, you know me enough and the audience knows me enough.
I'm going to go back to what I know to be Biblical principles and sort of work from there as a foundation or a filter.
And I know God shortened mankind's years to 120.
He did, right?
And we all know that.
And so far, the longest documented aged person is 122.
That's what we know, at least for certain.
There's rumors and all this stuff you hear, but that's what we know to be certain at this point with birth certificates and all that.
But I do believe that it's possible.
And I think we've got to get our belief system in a different place.
You know, we tend to live in the impossibility and we need to start living in the possibility.
Yeah.
And I know that word taken apart is I'm possible, not impossible, you know.
And it's a fascinating term because, like, if you could be 110 and still be, you know, chasing Maverick's great grandkids around, right, And you could be 110 and still have the cognition and still be exercising, still doing what you want to do, and still doing shots fired, whatever that looked like.
That is, to me, is quality of life.
And to me, that's longevity or longevity.
And I think that's what really we need to get our possibilities to start living that way with that in mind.
And I hear a lot of people And hope people don't take this wrong.
They make sorry cornball excuses on why they can't.
And then they adjust their lifestyle to be justification for those misbehaviors and excuses.
In other words, I'm not going to live that long anyway, so I'm just going to live the way I want.
Yeah, true.
Okay.
To me, that abuses the temple.
And again, that's not to be too preachy because I'm not.
I'm not a religious person.
I'm a relationship person.
And I think there's a big difference there.
But I think that the one things that I know to be true is eating real foods.
It sounds basic, but that is so true.
Getting good sleep, hanging out and talking with, communicating in a circle of people that are actually going to leave you feeling better as opposed to worse.
And that's a big deal because a lot of times in the conservative space, people are left with this fear mode or this anger place.
And I'm like, okay, we got to watch it because that does not bode well for our longevity and or our immune function.
That's true.
And I think we got to exercise.
And then I think that we need to really understand our genes.
We talked about that before.
We need to supplement correctly and wisely.
There's a lot of things out there that actually generate stem cells, and it's kind of cool that you can do it in an affordable way.
We need to use peptides and hormones appropriately, and really putting all that together by testing the right You know, blood tests and other, you know, urine samples and things like that, that we're checking the right things and, you know, sort of scorecarding the thing, if you will, make it a gamification process.
I like that.
I think you can live better longer.
I really do.
Yeah.
And again, it's the quality of life.
And I think if this became more on trend where people...
Didn't necessarily go the way of like Elon Musk, the Neuralink or the biohacking in that sense with putting brain chips in us.
Or having these sort of like, there's these new Google meta glasses out now where they're total virtual reality.
And you can, you know, feel everything just feels totally real.
It looks real, but you're just sitting in your house all day, not doing anything, not experiencing life.
That feels like it's from right from the pits of hell.
It feels like straight from the devil because nobody's going to have real relationships anymore or real life experiences.
And if you go that way, then yes, you are defying God's plan and God's will, I believe.
But if you go the way what you're talking about, which is, how can I live longer but healthier, have the best quality of life, and that becomes more trendy for our population, for our people, and then passes on to their children, those values, those better eating habits, workout habits.
Then we have a community of people that are like-minded that also live longer and live quality of life.
And it just boosts, I think, the quality of everybody around and it boosts our relationships and truly everyone's whole experience of life, which I believe God wants for us.
He wants us to have a whole fulfilling experience of life and not be miserable, not be sick, not be bogged down with different ailments when we could be living our best and healthiest life.
I think of Caleb.
He was one of the original spies that went out to look at the Promised Land.
When he came back, he was one of the three guys that had a favorable report.
The rest of them were like, these guys are too big.
But then when they got to the Promised Land 40 years later, here's Caleb now in his 80s.
People can look this up.
And he is saying to the younger men around him, people that are in their 40s, where he was, the first time he saw them, The land of the giants or the Amalekites or whatever you want to call them, the Canaanites.
And he says, look, you know, if you all don't have the courage, I'm still as vital as I was 40 years ago.
And if I need to, I'll climb that mountain and I'll fight them myself.
And to me, that gives the definition of Yeah.
And you know, who's going to be the leader out there in this?
I'm seeing the decline of our society.
I'm seeing the decreasing of our lifespan over the last couple of years.
And I'm seeing our lack of awareness, even in the conservative space, of trying to do this.
And if we want to fight for our countries, fight for principles, do a great work in our world today, Deanna, we've got to get this principle right.
And I am sorry, but we're not going to get it from government.
We're not going to get it from big food.
We're not going to get it from big pharma.
And frankly, you're not going to get it from big church.
It's not going to happen.
So this is where we've got to step up and say, you know what?
If not you, then who?
And I think that's our mentality in this.
And my wife and I made that commitment about 15 years ago that we're going to do this.
Yeah, we're looked at as whack jobs back then.
Probably a little bit today, but not as much.
And we're seeing, you know, I'm here at a conference and there's 3,000 people here.
And there's very few of them that are clinicians.
And there's a lot of them that think the universe is cool.
You know, they're like freaked out out there.
But, you know, at least they're trying, you know.
And I believe with God, and I'll kind of link the answer there, but I believe God shows himself in creation.
Yeah.
He shows himself in creation so that no person is without excuse.
So the longer that we are alive, The longer we have an opportunity to see God's creation and Him reveal Himself to us, that means there's more opportunity for a person to see God for who He is and His plan for our lives and why He sent Jesus and why He raised Jesus from the dead, etc.
I think there's just a lot of blessings here potentially, but we've got to salt it with a lot of wisdom.
Amen.
Definitely.
Well, I can't wait to hear what else you learn from this awesome biohacking conference.
The good kind of biohacking conference.
Yeah.
Not the Noah Harari conference, because those are the things that those kinds of transhumanists don't want us to know.
You know, they don't want us to live authentically better, genuinely better, really, truly healthy better.
They just want us to be hooked on these biomachines and brain chips and virtual reality glasses and have us live longer that way so we can be basically slaves to them.
It's basically us taking control of our life or our lives being taken control of.
Yeah.
Amen.
We pick.
Absolutely.
We pick.
Always ending on a positive note there.

Well, it's Thursday, guys, and it's time for the Darwin Awards.
The Darwin Awards.
The dumbest, stupidest, most ridiculous people and events of the week.
And this week, I gotta get the first Darwin Award out, too.
Caesars, Caesars, Atlantic City.
Caesars, Atlantic City, you have the first Darwin Award for canceling our event not even 24 hours after we launched it because you are such cowards and you're too afraid to have Stu Peters and his fans even affiliated with your place.
Even though the event wasn't even in your place because it was under your corporate umbrella, You are cowardly and you cucked and you shimmied and bowed down to the Marxist.
So it's sad, but also not surprising that we are searching for a new venue now because we are just getting rid of all the snakes and all the cowards and all those companies and partners that are really not up to the task of extreme accountability.
And that brings me to my next Darwin Award goes to Eventbrite.
Eventbrite, another big Marxist corporation that has reared its ugly head in true colors this week by canceling us a week after we launched our event.
Eventbrite, you don't really care about events.
You don't even care about money, apparently, because you will gladly host Drag Queen Story Hours and children's drag shows and 50,000 other different drag shows and tranny shows and gay fest and pride fest for this month of Pride.
But you will not allow a free speech event.
Freedom-loving Americans to gather at an event to get rid of this stuff and call this stuff what it is.
Free speech for some, not for all.
Free speech is dead in America and free events are dead in America, too.
So, Eventbrite, you get the next Darwin Award.
And the next Darwin Award goes to...
The Today Show.
The Today Show.
They just had an episode today that gave me a little hope at first.
The Today Show just released an episode talking about there's an alarming rise in heart attacks and heart issues in young people.
And I thought, oh my gosh, they're finally admitting it on The Today Show.
But no, watch the whole segment and what could it be?
There's an alarming rise in heart attacks in young people, athletes, people, young, healthy people where no other preconditions occur.
What's going on?
Hmm.
And they just keep asking.
Hmm.
They invite a doctor on to speculate.
But no, they don't link it to the bioweapon.
Of course not.
It's the one thing that they don't mention.
Check this out if you haven't already.
Matias Escobar runs to control his physical and mental health.
The 38-year-old fine-tuning his mind and body with years of triathlons.
Until last October, when the unthinkable happened.
Matias collapsed at the end of a race from a heart attack.
How close to death did you come?
I was dead for several minutes.
You were dead?
I mean, my heart stopped beating and they kept me with CPR for 12 minutes until the ambulance came.
The heroic CPR was caught on camera.
His smartwatch recorded what happened to his heart.
So you've got one heartbeat there.
Yes, nothing.
For two days, he was in a coma.
Doctors mystified by how this young man in great shape came so close to death.
Did you eat a lot of red meat?
No.
Did you drink?
Very, very little, I would say, social.
How's the stress?
I wasn't a stressed out person at all.
Trying to unravel the mystery of young heart attacks, Dr.
Deepak Bhatt, director of Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital in New York City.
He's looking into patients presenting with no known risk factors like diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Dr.
Bott says 12% of heart attack patients don't have those risk factors.
We're seeing younger people come in like we never used to see before.
Why is that?
Well, that's a great question.
I think there are a lot of reasons for that.
One probably has to do with the obesity epidemic, but it could also be other things.
I hate to say it, but, you know, there's more substance abuse these days, things like cocaine, for example, even smoking marijuana.
Another potential clue?
Long smoldering inflammation.
I'm talking about inflammation in the arteries, supplying blood to the heart.
It might lead to the plaque in that artery to act up, in fact, to rupture, a blood clot to form.
If that blocks the blood flow in that artery, that's what causes a heart attack or heart muscle damage.
The cause of inflammation in seemingly healthy people like Matthias, who are not obese and don't smoke, is not yet clear.
But as a precaution, the husband and father of a two-year-old watches his diet more carefully.
He's gone vegan.
Eating lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and less red meat is recommended by Dr.
Bhatt, along with 30 minutes of exercise daily and getting a good night's rest.
Not easy when you worry if it could happen again.
How do you manage that, that fear of it coming back?
So I think that's probably the biggest part out of this entire thing.
What you do with fear, then you're going to start feeling things in your body that don't exist.
So it's very important that you work on that right from the beginning.
Yeah, Matias is learning to live with that fear.
But in this case, knowledge is power.
Dr.
Bott says there are numbers we should all know.
They're your blood pressure, your blood sugar, cholesterol, and yes, the size of your waist, because they can all be indicators of heart attack risk.
And I'm happy to tell you, Matias is going to run that New York City try this year to get it back and conquer what happened to him last year.
What a great example, though, of this.
If it could happen to him, my goodness.
Lord knows the rest of us are in big trouble.
That's good information.
Thanks, Danny.
Thank you so much.
That's so crazy.
I love how they say, she says at the end, with a smile and a smirk and a laugh, she says, yeah, he's going to have to get used to living with that fear.
And they talk about obesity and five other different things.
But of course, they won't mention the enormous elephant in the room called the vaccine.
No.
What could it possibly be?
What's changed since 2020?
Young people just falling over, living with heart monitors?
No.
It couldn't possibly be the one new thing that's been entered into our bodies and forced down us.
No, it couldn't be the vaccine, could it?
But luckily, the comments section of that video has gotten pretty ratioed in our favor.
You should check out the comments section if you want a good laugh.
And the next Darwin Award goes to...
I love that they wheel these celebrities out.
Robert De Niro.
Robert De Niro.
I used to like him in some movies.
Robert De Niro unleashed on Trump outside of his courthouse talking about him and slamming him and why he needs to go to prison.
This is so great.
Like, why do we care about you, Robert De Niro?
Check this out if you haven't already.
We New Yorkers used to tolerate him when he was just another grubby real estate hustler masquerading as a big shot.
A two-bit playboy lying his way into the tabloids.
But around the country, people who didn't know him, as we did, started to support him.
They bought into his bullshit.
That's why I needed to be involved and wanted to be involved in the new Biden-Harris ad.
Because it shows the violence of Trump.
And reminds us that he'll use violence against anyone who stands in the way of his megalomania and greed.
But it's a coward's violence.
You think Trump ever threw a punch himself?
Or took one?
This guy who ran and hid in the White House bunker when there were protesters outside?
No way.
He doesn't get blood on his hands.
No, he doesn't.
He directs the mob to do his dirty work for him.
When Trump ran in 2016, it was like a joke.
This buffoon running for president.
No, never could happen.
We'd forgotten the lessons of history that showed us other clowns who weren't taken seriously until they became vicious dictators.
With Trump, we have a second chance.
And no one is laughing now.
This is the time to stop him by voting him out once and for all.
We don't want to wake up after the election saying, what, again?
My God, what the hell have we done?
We can't have that happen again.
Why are you relevant anymore, Robert De Niro?
Why do we care about what you say?
Why are you the one directing this new ad?
Why are you involved in it?
And of course, Michael Fanone, that fake CIA-paid plant of a cop from January 6th who was crying at the January 6th Hearings is behind him and in the ad, too.
I mean, it's just such BS. And he calls this BS. It's so sad.
It's such a theater.
Anybody could see it at this point.
But, of course, the normies will see Robert De Niro.
Whatever he says, let's go with it.
Yes, Robert De Niro hates Trump and bashes Trump, so I'm going to hate him, too.
I can't wait.
And the last Darwin Award goes to...
Biden, the corpse in the White House, or the CGI in the White House, the body double in the White House, whatever the heck he is.
But he was a good laugh, what he posted today.
Hilarious, if you ask me.
He says, folks, if anyone is wondering whether your vote matters, remember this.
Because black Americans voted, I am president, Kamala Harris is a historic vice president, and Donald Trump is a loser.
It's unbelievable, though.
If you don't vote for me, you ain't black.
If anyone is wondering whether your vote matters, if anyone is wondering how you stole the election, how you had the biggest election heist in history, then listen up here.
It's because I am president.
That's all the proof you need.
Amazing how they don't see it.
I don't get it.
Funny, but sad and tragic because they're so cocky and they're so brazen and they're probably going to get away with it again.
Yeah.
All right, that's all the time we've got for today.
