	My name is Stu.
	So as spring approaches, New York City is deteriorating into America's deadliest circus act.
	The streets in that cesspool are full of murderous illegal aliens.
	A third world holy war combined with a free speech crackdown is playing out on local college campuses.
	And in the courts, as killers and rapists are let back onto the streets to hunt you down and to beat you and to rape you and kill you, the local judiciary is waging this Soviet-style political persecution against 45th President Trump while they keep this gag order in place to help them inflict maximum damage on his public reputation and on his election prospects.
	On Tuesday, as the Stormy Daniels hush money trial against Trump just continues to drag on, this foreign-born Kamala Harris-linked Judge Juan Mershon found Trump in contempt of court and fined him $9,000.
	$1,000 for each of the nine charges.
	And in doing so, he warned that if Trump dared to speak out publicly in his own defense, he could be risking jail time.
	So Alvin Bragg and his minions in the Manhattan DA's office went to Judge Mershon, the foreigner, and they demanded that Trump be held in contempt of court.
	And of course, Mershon obliged them.
	Ask and you shall receive if you're with the prosecution of this rigged kangaroo court.
	In showing just how far the court was willing to go to make this happen, Trump didn't even say or write the words himself.
	He simply reposted other people's statements on his Truth Social profile.
	So users of that platform, presumably Trump supporters, posted evidence of a biased, tainted jury pool and the deep-seated personal motivations behind anti-Trump witnesses like his ex-attorney and convicted liar Michael Cohen, who was let out of jail early to help prosecutors make their case against Trump.
	So let that sink in.
	At this point, Trump doesn't even have to speak or type to be censored and then accused of violating a gag order and potentially thrown in jail.
	So what the kangaroo court is really doing here is extending this gag order and placing it on people who have nothing to do with the case.
	The gag order is being extended to anyone who directs a truth social post toward President Trump.
	So if Trump likes what you have to say, and then just presses the repost button, he could face jail time.
	So this gag order is for you.
	This is how the third world tyrants that we have running this country create a culture of fear.
	This has been happening in communist countries for a hundred years.
	If you even know someone who speaks out against the regime, And its purges and its crimes, then your freedom or even your life is at risk.
	And as I mentioned earlier, these contempt charges have netted New York City $9,000 worth of fines for President Trump, which is something he could find in his couch cushions, I'm sure.
	But it's just a great reminder that this isn't just an election interference scheme or an attack on free speech.
	This is a shakedown.
	These people are absolutely obsessed with taking everything that Donald Trump has.
	And they're going to nickel and dime him for as long as they possibly can.
	And if the opportunity presents itself, they'll take even more.
	Look at New York City AG Leticia James.
	She's trying to seize Trump Tower.
	These people are on the Bolshevik warpath and seizing Trump Tower to them is the equivalent of storming the Winter Palace.
	So, of course, Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis down in Georgia and Jack Smith in D.C. and all of the other Bolshevik attack dogs using our court system to politically assassinate Trump, they want to get in on the looting as well.
	They want their own scalps to hang from their belt, their own feathers to put in their cap.
	They want to know they were a part of destroying Donald Trump and the America First movement.
	And just like good little communists, they're going to take as much property as they can possibly get away with.
	And right alongside them, they have their creepy little buddies in the corporate media, their cheerleaders who sat on TV on Tuesday exercising their right to free speech while fantasizing that as this trial continues, Donald Trump will eventually be jailed for exercising his First Amendment right.
	They're bragging about it.
	They're giddy.
	They're excited.
	Some breaking news just in the Trump hush money trial.
	Moments ago, Judge Juan Mershon ruled Donald Trump violated his gag order nine times.
	Trump fined $1,000 per violation.
	Joining us now outside the courthouse in Lower Manhattan, NBC News correspondent Vaughn Hilliard.
	Vaughn, what more can you tell us?
	Hey Willie, we're just making our way through the order that was just issued by Judge Mershon.
	This was first brought to the district, by the district attorney's office, to Judge Mershon, alleging that Donald Trump should be held in contempt for violating ten different times the gag order that was placed on him, prohibiting him from attacking potential witnesses as part of this criminal proceeding, as well as the jury.
	And what Judge Mershon has decided is that nine of the ten instances He says, in part, that this was a willful violation by Donald Trump.
	And he noted that several of these instances were reposts on his true social account.
	And Donald Trump's attorney, Todd Blanche, had suggested that that did not, in fact, mean that Donald Trump was the one making the statement.
	But as part of this order, Judge Mershon said that whether he added any extra commentary or not, a repost does violate this gag order because it is a form of speech by the defendant, Donald Trump himself.
	This country's judicial system was built on the idea that anyone, no matter who you are, if you're charged with a crime, you're innocent until proven guilty by a jury of your peers, a jury of your fellow citizens, whether they be idiots or not.
	Everyone, everyone, from the worst of the worst criminals to the little old lady who got a traffic ticket, has a constitutional right to defend themselves in court.
	And if you're someone who actually takes the First Amendment seriously, then this right to defend yourself exists not just in the courtroom, but outside of it as well, through your First Amendment right to free speech.
	If the United States government or any of its subsidiaries are persecuting or prosecuting you, then you have a constitutional right, and some may say a duty to speak out against it.
	That's the entire point of the First Amendment, so that the American people can stand up to tyranny.
	So that they can speak out.
	And if that doesn't work, the second amendment comes next.
	There's a reason why they're number one and number two.
	What we're seeing in this Trump case are egregious constitutional violations that no one, regardless of their own political views, should be wishing on their fellow Americans.
	If it can happen to Donald Trump, it can happen to you.
	It can happen to anyone.
	It already has.
	Right now, we have peaceful J6 demonstrators wasting away in gulags, some of them still without a trial, without due process, because they showed up in Washington, D.C. to petition the government to redress their grievances, supporting not just Trump, but the sanctity and security of America's elections.
	They stood up to the very same political machine that's now trying to throw Donald Trump in jail and rig yet another election so they can finish driving the final nail in America's coffin.
	But you know, let's not forget, this didn't just start here in 2024, or four years ago in 2020.
	This started all the way back in 2016, even 2015, before Trump was president.
	Our friend George Papadopoulos, one of the Deep State's earliest Team Trump targets, was jailed thanks to an entrapment operation run by the CIA in conjunction with the Mossad and MI6. And the whole job was ordered by Obama to help rig the election for Hillary Clinton.
	This has been going on for almost a decade now, and if these people win, they will never stop.
	They're not going to just wake up one day and decide to stop.
	These people won't stop until they're stopped.
	The American people, you and your children, will be targeted and chased until you're backed into a corner.
	And then you'll have a decision to make.

	What that basically means is that if these agencies, the Department of Justice and activist DAs in tandem want to zero in on somebody to destruct, to exterminate that person, they can.
	And you're absolutely right.
	This, of course, did not start with Donald Trump in 2024.
	This goes back At least in 2015, where you had this globalist deep state operation that wanted to take down a populist nationalistic candidate like Donald Trump, who espoused traditional values, Christian values, America first values, principles, stopping endless wars, and redirecting Our jobs back home instead of being outsourced, that of course failed because we decided to fight back.
	So what's changed now?
	We've gone from that very subtle effort to take down Trump and his team, and actually over 75 million patriotic Americans have voted to him, to now this egregious, overt attempt to sabotage him, to jail him, and as you mentioned, to take away his First Amendment right, and they don't care.
	The country's burning.
	Universities are being occupied.
	You have an open border.
	You have people dying by the thousands daily by fentanyl overdose.
	But what's the media focusing on?
	Fining Donald Trump for using his First Amendment rights.
	And a lot of people are sick of this.
	Yeah.
	What are they going to do next?
	I mean, there's shows like this one.
	There are people like you who are speaking out against this.
	Do you think that this could go all the way to, hey, the next thing I know, the FBI is coming here to the studio to shut down this broadcast?
	Steve, you asked me that question about seven years ago, I probably would have just smirked.
	You know, the way I see things going in this country, things are moving extremely fast.
	This is a very desperate regime, and desperate regimes do desperate measures.
	We've seen dissent in America writ large being suppressed.
	We've seen the legal system weaponized against dissent writ large in America, whether those are Catholics, school teachers, parents that don't want their kids being inundated with these various bizarre woke I think?
	With what the Democrats are doing, I never had high expectations for people like Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Fannie Willis, but you know who I did have high expectations for initially?
	Mike Johnson, Jim Jordan, others who are doing nothing except sending these sternly worded letters to these people saying, hey, stop doing what you're doing, while they're just focusing on endless wars financing foreign countries, not focusing on the real issues like reining in these corrupt prosecutors, which I believe not focusing on the real issues like reining in these corrupt prosecutors, which I believe is the That's where we are right now.
	And the main reason we are still is because the Republicans are allowing this to happen.
	So that's where I am on that issue.
	They're being controlled or they're being compensated.
	Who's running them?
	Who is the puppeteer?
	Look, this isn't even conspiracy at this point.
	There have been numerous reports that there are open operations against members of Congress to blackmail them.
	The only way that I could possibly fathom this 180 from people, you know, who Let's say America First voters, because I don't even like to use the word republic anymore, to go to Congress, to rein in the intel agencies, which have done nothing but tremendous harm to not only our civil liberties as Americans, but of course some of our own lives have been personally affected.
	You mentioned the J6ers.
	They're rotting away today in gulags.
	I had my run-in with these people.
	Donald Trump has three different mugshots right now.
	He was a billionaire and a former president of the United States of America.
	But the Republicans in Congress, including Mike Johnson, aren't doing anything about this.
	So for me, the only explanation I possibly have is that there's some sort of blackmail going on against these people that are forcing them to go along with this party line, meaning the Biden regime's party line.
	And this is something that I think the only way we're going to get out of this really is to back Donald Trump fully and to make sure that he gets the allies he needs in the next election cycle, because these folks right here are as bad as the Democrats.
	Who do you think is running this blackmail operation?
	You know, that's something I don't know.
	Just going by the various reporting that I've seen, they talk about this nefarious, nebulous network of spies, of, you know, dark money, foreign operatives, that are basically ingratiating themselves within not Not only the halls of Congress, but the State Department and others.
	And their full, sole focus is to make sure that they have some sort of dirt on members of Congress, members of the administration, for them to do what they want them to do.
	And we've seen this going, of course, with the Epstein situation.
	He was an open, you know, type of operative, which was designed for one goal and one goal only.
	And that was to film and to sabotage these type of, these hyper Yeah, the Israeli Mossad operation that is Jeffrey Epstein, I believe, continues yet today.
	I'm sure that there's all kinds of tapes that were never released, despite the fact that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.
	Do you fear that they'll go after Donald Trump's life if they can't convict him and throw him in jail if he wins the presidency?
	Do you think that they will try to assassinate him?
	The moment I saw that they're trying to curtail his First Amendment so he doesn't talk, because one thing I've done actually since the beginning of all this kangaroo trial, the raid on Mar-a-Lago, every time I ever went on television or shows like yours, whatever I was doing, I said, if Donald Trump does not talk to the American people about what's going on, he's finished.
	They will throw him in prison, because that's what I did.
	The moment I realized...
	Going back to 2016, that there was a setup going on, I just said, you know what, I have to tell the people what's going on, whether my life is in danger or not, and it probably was.
	There were instances where I felt that even my own life was in danger years ago, and who knows what's going to even happen these days.
	But if Trump is not able to talk, now that they took away his First Amendment, and his campaign can't talk, it's really up to just American people, like yourself, others, myself, If you think about anything that's happening in this
	country, all of it, You know, from our open borders to the big pharma bioweapon poisoning and genocide to the funding of forever wars and neo-Nazis in Ukraine and an Israeli regime that's carpet bombing apartment complexes and just obliterating men, women, and children that are innocent that are not anything to do with Hamas.
	If you look at everything that's happening in this country right now, and that's just the tip of the spear, that's just the tip of the iceberg, all of it is being named by dissenters who are now noticing that this is happening.
	And that dissenting viewpoint can be echoed by somebody like Donald Trump who has a huge platform, who aside from Jesus Christ and maybe Michael Jackson is probably one of the most well-known men on the face of the planet.
	This is something that they'll blow up entire airliners for to get to one person who's just messing with the bottom line at Big Pharma.

	He said in a public statement, quote, Democrat Representative Lorena Austin deliberately misled House leadership to reserve a conference room to host a drag story hour with Planned Parenthood.
	Use of House facilities for radical activism to promote dangerously perverse ideology will not be tolerated while I'm speaker.
	As a result, I've ordered that Democrats have lost the privilege of accessing House meeting rooms until trust can be restored, end quote.
	So what's the story here?
	Is Ben Thoma a pedophile?
	Is he a groomer?
	Does he want to expose children to painted-up perverts and chop their genitals off?
	Or is he just incompetent?
	I mean, how does the Speaker of the House have absolutely no idea about an advertised event taking place in his state capitol building in a room that he allowed to be rented out?

	I said, hey, Arizona, this is where your tax dollars are going.
	And boom, it blew up.
	Ben Toma about 25 minutes later put out a statement.
	Saying that, you know, he didn't know and they misled him.
	No, if he didn't know, one, that does show incompetence.
	Two, they lied to him.
	This Lorena Austin is one of the most radicalized Democrats in the House of Representatives.
	And if she wants to reserve a conference room, you should ask what for.
	And that didn't happen.
	Three weeks ago Monday, Stu, I led a prayer group, and you can see it on social media.
	I led a prayer group here at the State Senate.
	We were praying in tongues around the state seal here on the Senate floor.
	Somebody, a Democrat, was in the gallery, which I don't care.
	They can tape it all they want.
	I'm a proud Christian conservative.
	I have a spine.
	I will fight tooth and nail for what's right for this country.
	So I led a prayer group down at the Capitol.
	Somebody filmed it.
	Somebody tweeted it out.
	The nation and the media went berserk.
	MSNBC's Joey Reed even put out a statement how, you know, how this is just, you know, she's a Christian, but not in the state senate.
	That's kept in a church.

	When Trump got in the office, if you read Isaiah chapter 22, when Trump got in, which I think God appointed him, he exposed all this.

	The only moral absolute that we have is the Word of God, is the Bible, and until our nation sees that, And our churches rise up, of which we are doing.

	My mom and dad raised me on a farm in central Minnesota.
	We grew up My dad was a truck driver.

	And that's where I am, as you can see, the backdrop here is Minneapolis.

	And I do think Minnesota can turn around if the rural communities, the rural counties, get out the vote en masse and they put their, you know, I think you can turn that state.

	So, yeah, as far as the system, again, we've got to get on our face.
	We've got to say, God help us.
	And we've got to push and get involved.

	Without repentance, we are doomed.

	If we don't, as a nation, repent, we are a nation under judgment by God.
	There's no question about that.

	I have to go to the Constitution here, Senator Kern, which says that, you know, you need to tear down, abolish, and replace any form of government that becomes oppressive to your God-given, inherent, and alienable rights.
	You'd be derelict in your duties as an American if you did not replace that form of government with a government that's representative of the people.

	How do we affect that action immediately?

	And you may argue, and I know that you say, get out and vote, it's really important, and I encourage everybody to participate in that system, because if we just give up and wave the white flag, we're done.
	But we know that these are installations, these are selections, that elections are rigged and stolen and fake.
	So if there is no political solution, what do the people do?
	Well, number one, like you said, repent.
	Turn back to God.
	Number two, do everything you can.
	If you flood the system with ballots, in Arizona, 360,000 Republicans did not vote in 2022.
	If they would have voted, we would have a different makeup in our state government.
	So, in Minnesota, I am sure it is the same way.
	Everyone has got to participate.
	Again, the churches need to rise up.
	I'll tell you, Stu, I was indicted last week for being a Trump elector by our Democrat Attorney General.
	I was there on January 6th to hear my president, President Trump, speak on the nation's capital, with two million people.
	So I've had the FBI, the DOJ, and the Attorney General, the Marxist Attorney General, at my door, you know, indicting me for whatever.
	And so I'm in this battle.

	And I am 100% believe that the only hope for America is to turn back to Jesus Christ.
	But number two, you can't just do that.
	You have got to get boots on the ground, talk to your neighbors.
