But it's not solely God's job.

We are never going to give up.
When the truth is known to the entire world, we are going to have extreme accountability.
Good evening and welcome to the Stu Peters Show.
No single entity in the world devours more money than the United States military.
Its annual budget is approaching a trillion dollars a year.
Don't be mistaken.
The fact that we radically outspend every other country on our military doesn't mean that we have a military that's stronger than theirs.
In fact, we spend billions of dollars a year actively making our military weaker.
We send women into combat.
We hire hundreds if not thousands of PR flacks and diversity professionals rather than the kind of people who fight and win wars.
We actively recruit tranny soldiers then pay to cut off their testicles and give them female hormones in line with their gender identity.
We put up with freak show soldiers who pretend to be dogs or cats or other animals because it's fetish for them.
And of course, our entire appropriations process is so riddled with corruption that even when we buy tanks or ships or jets, it costs us far more money than it would anybody else.
It's increasingly obvious that for our empire of lies, the military doesn't exist to actually protect America.
We haven't fought a war to protect this country since World War II. We refuse to use our soldiers to secure our own border against foreign invasion.
The only countries that we protect are foreign ones.
So if the military doesn't exist to protect America, why do we still have it?
It's a question that we have to ask.
Why are we blowing a trillion dollars a year?
Well, the Biden regime has found another purpose for it.
Social engineering.
That's why they hire all of those diversity bureaucrats.
It's why they promote based on race and sex instead of ability.
It's why they forced every soldier to get shot up with a weapon of biowarfare, calling it a vaccine when it wasn't approved, when they didn't need it, and kicked out anyone who refused it.
And it's why one of the military's top priorities right now is promoting abortions.
Yes, under the Hyde Amendment, still approved each year by the U.S. Congress, our federal government is not supposed to fund any abortions.
But right now our military is exploiting a loophole to do exactly that and directly pay for a huge number of baby murders.
And not just that.
Any service member who wants an abortion also gets their travel covered and gets a full three weeks of paid time off to recover from killing their child.
Most of Congress has been doing nothing about this atrocity.
With the exception of Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville, who's heroically been holding up hundreds of military appointments and promotions to protest the policy.
David Yountz is an attorney, a former military officer, and an expert in military law who's helped soldiers to seek religious exemptions from vaccines and a whole lot more.
He's an expert on how this nefarious loophole works, and he joins us now.

Hey, it's an honor to be able to talk about these issues.
They're critical.
Yeah, they are.
I mean, baby murder, we're paying for it.
This loophole that nobody really knows about that our Congress just keeps approving over and over.
Tell us about this.
How is this possible?
Yeah, so what's happening is this.
It's illegal.
What our United States military is doing, what the Biden administration has done, is implemented an illegal policy to use sort of a shell game to pay for abortions and to promote abortions.
So if you're in the United States military today, the federal government will pay your costs, they'll pay your travel costs, and they'll give you three weeks of leave that you don't have to take otherwise.
You still keep all of your other leaves.
So they're doing this to subsidize, to encourage And to pay for abortions.
And again, this isn't just a violation of the Hyde Amendment.
This is an Anti-Deficiency Act violation.
Congress has specific military appropriations and what this administration is doing, what the senior military leadership is doing, is using funding that should be used to protect our nation, to secure our border, To pay for bullets and ammunition to train our soldiers.
And they're taking that and they're using it to murder pre-born children.
So as a recently retired officer, as a JAG, this is something that has been, you know, on the forefront of the efforts I've been doing.
And it is amazing to see somebody like Senator Tuberville take a stand.
He's taken incredible heat everywhere.
Throughout the media, you know, he's hurting military families.
There's this false narrative.
And he has not blinked.
It's been amazing to see because he's one of the few leaders we've seen in Congress who will not back down on this issue.
What is the substance to the argument of the opposition that's in favor of this continuing?
They don't care.
That's what's amazing about this.
There is no good legal substantive argument to this.
This is simply a narrative.
They're saying, well, we're not directly paying for the doctor Who's performing the abortion so we're not violating the Hyde Amendment.
That's just the shell game.
Number one, it doesn't explain how they can spend these monies.
But the thing is, they don't care.
It's just like what happened with the COVID vaccine.
They don't care that it's a bioweapon.
They don't care that it's illegal.
They don't care that it's not FDA approved.
They don't care that the Constitution requires religious exemptions to it.
They're going to do it anyway.
This is just a clear violation of the law and this administration and senior leaders don't care.
They're going to do it as long as they can get away with it.
That's why they've had to react to Senator Tuberville.
So fiercely, they've done everything they can to cast him as the villain on this.
I mean, the American people have to understand, you have the unprecedented situation where all of the service secretaries, they go on national television and criticize Tuberville and lie about what's happening, say he is threatening national security by taking a stand for the pre-born, you know, against the murder of these pre-born children.
So it's a unique situation, but it's critically important.
And I think moving forward, The good thing that it's done is it's demonstrated what we've known all along is that senators have the ability to force votes on each individual nominee for these senior military positions.
And my hope is this starts to go beyond just the abortion issue and gets into these other issues that you've been talking about.
The Marxist principles that are infiltrating our military, these Marxist principles that are being espoused by senior military leaders, and going even further, just promotion by Gender or ethnicity rather than performance and ability.
So I'm hoping we slow down the nomination process for these senior military leaders and other senators step forward and take on not just the abortion issue but other issues as well.
If it's illegal, how are they getting away with it?
Who's going to enforce it?
Well, I mean, you're a former Jag, so I'm asking you, actually, because of my ignorance.
I would like to know, like, why was it only you or just a handful of people who are recognizing this mass murder take place in our military and it's still allowed to go on?
I mean, how can we not have victory if it's just blatantly illegal?
What court's unwilling to hear the argument?
I mean, that's the issue that you have.
The problem is how do you get this particular issue into a federal court?
How do you bring an Anti-Deficiency Act violation?
In the past, we would go to the Inspector General.
We would go through the administrative processes that are present to challenge this.
In the past, you would have senior leadership in the military who would come to a commander and say, you cannot pay for these things.
This is money that's been allocated for ammunition, for training.
You can't use it for this.
When you have the Commander-in-Chief With all the authority and the discretion that comes along with it, the mechanism that we have constitutionally to put a stop to this is the budgeting process.
So it goes beyond what Senator Tuberville is doing with regard to holding up these nominations and actually calling for an individualized vote on these.
Congress needs to act and they need to actually do their job when it comes to the power of the purse and they need to dig into military funding.
But they won't do that.
It's verboten for a Republican to ever criticize or say we shouldn't be spending as much as we are on military spending.
You know that and I know that.
But that needs to happen.
Otherwise, they're going to continue to do this because they're going to say it's a loophole and enforcement is extremely difficult.
But wait a minute now.
We have a Republican-controlled Congress.
who should be about military readiness and strength in our armed forces, right?
I mean, we agree that that's a conservative value that we hold, is that our military should be the strongest, we should be the superpower, all of these things ready to defend and protect our borders, orders, not in the sense of activating the military industrial complex and going to some shithole country that matters not to our national security and allowing the murder of innocent civilians like what's happening in Ukraine or teaching the importance of transgenderism to passion tribesmen in Afghanistan or looking the other way while not in the sense of activating the military industrial complex and going to some shithole country that matters
I'm talking about actually protecting our country as is the absolute core essential function of the United States military.
But we agree that that's what a Republican standpoint is, is to have a strong and ready military.
We have a Republican-controlled Congress right now with an America First representative as the Speaker of the House and Kevin McCarthy.
Why is he not closing the purse strings to the murder of babies, or why is he unwilling to talk about these abortions being funded by the taxpayer in our military?
You know, there's so many explanations for that.
Because he's fake.
It's hard to break through the mainstream narrative.
It's hard to break through the mainstream narrative and to say we need to cut military funding because they're not using it correctly or we need to direct it there.
And it's hard work.
It takes hard work.
It takes rolling up your sleeve.
And it takes people that are willing to take all of the fire that Senator Tuberville has.
I mean, the attacks that he's had have been relentless and he's been willing to stand up to it.
He just hasn't cared.
What the consequences are to him personally.
We need more of that.
Whoever is unwilling to stand up to protect these little ones, they're playing for the other team.
They're on the other side.
This is good versus evil.
This is a clear definition here.
We're talking about the murder of babies.
I mean, let's not speak in any uncertain terms.
Brass tax.
We're murdering babies in the military.
The taxpayer is funding it.
And as conservatives or God-fearing Christians who look at this situation and don't say anything, you might as well just go and worship Satan at this point.
because this is our core essential duty is to protect these little ones.
I just can't believe it.
Tuberville being the only one and having to take all of this heat with nobody joining alongside of him.
You're telling me that all the heat that he's taken in the press, there's not one other senator or one other U.S. representative that hasn't seen this going on and is willing to speak up.
What does that say about where we are as a country?
It says a lot and unfortunately it means that we have many politicians that are not willing to be loyal to their oath and they're not willing to put life ahead of political gain The DOD actually
facilitated the means and orchestrated the methodical murder of millions through their operation called Warp Speed and the deployment of the Pfizer bioweapons.
These people are absolutely evil.
And these people in Congress know about what's really going on in Ukraine.
They know about the atrocity that really happened in Afghanistan and in Libya and in Syria and in Iraq.
They know where all the money is going, hundreds of billions of dollars being siphoned off by fat cats in the D.C. Beltway, enriching all of these NGOs.
They know about the murder of babies in our United States military.
and all of these Republicans, conservatives, in this uniparty corporate murderous crime syndicate that we call a federal government know exactly what's going on and they're unwilling to say anything, just like you said, strictly for the purpose of holding onto political power and money.
And they ought to be held to extreme accountability.
Every single one of them should be immediately removed by any means necessary as we look to restore this government to one that's representative of the people and protects life in this country founded under God.

Really, I mean, what made you write the book?
And what is it really geared at?
Was I accurate in saying that this is kind of intended as a bridge between those who were duped and coerced and forced and those who resisted and dissented?
Yeah, I mean, you know, I really made it for both children and parents to kind of sit together and discuss their vaccine choices and for a parent to be able to explain to a child the reasons why they are unvaccinated and all the different concerns that a parent may have.
And what led me to, you know, write this book is that there's really no literature out there for children.
And right now what we've seen with the pandemic is so many children being attacked, being just kind of like sidelined, ostracized for not being vaccinated for COVID. And then, you know, throughout my career, I've been working with special needs children since 2001.
And so I've seen so many cases of vaccine injury.
And I've heard the same story over and over again from, you know, parents telling me that their child was perfectly fine.
They had a normal labor.
You know, normal, meeting all the milestones, and then something happens after a vaccine, the child just regresses and loses, you know, development.
And so I know vaccine injury.
I'm also in California, where we have some of the strictest vaccine mandate laws in the nation.
Children are not allowed to get a personal belief exemption, a religious exemption, or a medical exemption in California in order to go to school, even if they're missing one shot.
Unbelievable.
You're saying what the media, the press, these liars are unwilling to say, which is extremely refreshing, is that yes, these vaccines cause an unprecedented amount of injuries.
And if you look at the schedule from what it was when I was a child to what it is now, I think kids are required to get some 72 shots by the time that they're 18 now if they follow the CDC's recommended schedule.
I mean, how nasty is that?
That's exactly what it is.
And I actually address that in the book that the little boy, the main character, he says, you know, by the time I turn 18, I'm expected to get almost 100 doses of 17 different vaccines.
And the book goes into, you know, How there's no liability for any childhood vaccines or any shots at all.
There's just no liability from the pharmaceutical companies and how he says, you know, he was raised to be responsible for his actions and how come the pharmaceutical companies are not following that same, you know, they're not responsible for their actions.

So if you're looking for a completely absurd story, consider this one out of New York from about a month ago.
The city government there has agreed to pay $1.8 billion as a settlement to aspiring teachers that the city didn't hire.
Wait a minute.
A group of people that were never hired are getting awarded close to $2 billion.
Well, what was the offense?
It was the fact that these aspiring teachers were too dumb to pass a basic competency test.
They couldn't read well.
They couldn't solve basic math problems.
They couldn't answer basic questions about United States civics.
Just about any functional adult ought to be able to pass this test, but these people couldn't.
But now these failures are getting paid literally millions of dollars.
They're literally being given an entire lifetime's worth of salary plus interest because they were wrongfully denied jobs.
So what gives?
Simple.
This incredibly easy test had racially unequal outcomes.
Black and Hispanics were more likely to fail, while whites and Asians were more likely to pass.
So that, of course, according to the courts, made the test racist.
You know the truth.
We all know the truth.
It was never racist.
Every single standardized test ever developed in America has racially unequal outcomes.
The SAT does.
So does the ACT and the MCAT and the LSAT. And every test ever given under No Child Left Behind.
Different groups in America perform differently because the scientific truth is that people aren't all the same.
It's very simple.
Our genes are different.
Our cultures are different.
That shapes us into who we all are.
But rather than just admit that obvious reality, that obvious truth, New York is paying out almost $2 billion to idiots who couldn't pass a test.
That's America today.
Handouts for the incompetent, mass discrimination against those who are capable.
We have a word for that today.
Wokeness.
But where does it all come from, exactly?
Why is America flooded with anti-white discrimination in schools and in jobs and in the government, even while our laws and our constitution supposedly declare racial discrimination to be illegal?
Well, there's a lot of theories, of course.
Some people blame communist philosophers from 100 years ago.
Some people blame Soviet propaganda from the 70s and 80s.
But what if it's just as simple as this?
The source of woke bullshit is the civil rights laws that every American child is trained to worship while they're in school.
That's the argument of Richard Hanania.
He's an author.
According to Hanania, wokeness comes directly from the laws like the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
In the 1950s, there was no such thing as a workplace civil rights lawsuit.
HR departments were almost nonexistent completely.
Today, more than 40,000 civil rights lawsuits are filed every year.
And of course, the number of HR parasites is in the millions.
Civil rights laws might superficially ban discrimination, but thanks to the courts, they've been warped to actually require it.
Until we uproot these laws entirely, we will live under the tyranny that they impose.
So how do we do that?
Well, best talk to the man himself, Richard Hanenia, joins us now.
So, what do you make of all of this?
Yeah, I mean, this case is pretty ridiculous, but it's also important to know how sort of normal it is in our system.
New York City is paying up $1.8 billion.
They're paying these people Back pay as if they worked all these years for the New York City public school system.
Pensions on top of that, you know, you didn't mention that.
So that goes into the pension crisis.
And for no reason other than, you know, the test showed a disparate impact, which, as you mentioned, every test does.
And this goes back to 1971.
There's a Supreme Court decision called Griggs.
And what that did was say that whatever has a disparate impact basically can be illegal, even though Civil Rights Act, when it was passed, they all thought they were banning explicit discrimination.
The disparate impact idea, like other parts of civil rights law, basically became something that corporations and institutions had to live with.
And how do you make sure there's not a disparate impact?
Well, I mean, you have to go and you have to put your thumb on the scale, and you always have to ensure there's discrimination against whites, sometimes against Asians.
And that's really the only way to protect yourself.
And so HR grew up out of this.
I mean, HR grew up out of a way to like how to deal with these sort of contradictory laws, which say, first of all, no discrimination.
So technically, you can't discriminate against whites or Asians.
Technically, you know, they say they can't do that.
But at the same time, you sort of have to, because everything has a disparate impact.
Otherwise, you'll get sued from the other side.
And I think wokeness was sort of a way to sort of just, you know, it was basically the influence of bringing in HR, bringing in DEI into every institution and sort of having to live with these lies and this sort of unofficial kind of discrimination.
And we've seen the results of it in the last 60 years.
So I can be black and stupid.
Any minority, really, and just completely incompetent.
And so basically what we have here is the reparations that we've been hearing about for so long.
I don't have to work.
I don't have to be capable.
I don't have to be willing.
I don't have to be competent.
All I have to be is not white.
And I'm going to get paid millions of dollars plus pension.
Yeah, it's sneakier than reparations too, because if it's reparations, you know, people say, well, people have a resistance to that.
People will say, you know, my ancestors didn't own slaves or whatever.
Wait, people don't have a resistance to paying millions of dollars to incompetent people posing as fake teachers?
Well, I mean, the way they did, I mean, they should.
But the way it's framed is, I mean, I think most people look at the headline, and I think a lot of people on the left see it.
Oh, the test must have been racist.
Maybe the test asked about, you know, water polo or something that white people know that black people don't.
You know, they never say we're discriminating.
They never say it's reparations.
Even though that is actually what they're doing, they feel guilt over the...
Plight of black Americans and their history in this country.
It's always, this is going to get us to more fairness.
You know, a better, you know, diversity is going to make our institutions better.
So it is sneaky that way.
I think that like, you know, it's easier to discriminate when you hide it under this, these sort of pleasant words.
Don't you think it's kind of, you know, dishonest or completely dishonest of total fabrication of the truth, a lie to say that the city government is agreeing to pay $1.8 billion?
Whose money is that?
Oh, that's the taxpayers, of course.
Like all of us.
So they're saying, you are going to pay these incompetent minorities who couldn't pass a simple test about math and couldn't speak proper English and had no idea about United States civics.
You're going to pay these people $1.8 billion.
So what are the people of New York supposed to do about this?
I mean, the people in New York seem pretty happy with left-wing policies.
I don't know if them in particular are the ones who are, you know, most opposed to it.
But no, I mean, what you can do, I think we're going to, you know, I have a book, I have a chapter in the book called What Is To Be Done, where I actually go through, you know, list by list of what you do.
You need the Supreme Court to overturn or revisit the Greggs decision.
You need to get rid of affirmative action and contracting.
You know, we didn't even talk about free speech yet.
Harassment law.
I mean, basically, it's illegal to make people of a certain women or people of minority backgrounds uncomfortable in the workplace.
You could see how that would lead to restrictions on political speech.
You could see how that would lead to speech codes.
So yeah, I mean, there's tons you could do through the political process to push back on that.
And one of the hopes of the book is to encourage people to do so.
