| My name is Stu. | |
| Protecting the public has become a thankless task. | |
| In many cases, a criminal task in Joe Biden's America. | |
| Yeah, do your job and at any moment you could have your life completely destroyed by radical left-wing prosecutors who want to blame cops rather than violent criminals for all of America's problems. | |
| Matthew Mastretta is one of the officers who just lived that nightmare out firsthand. | |
| Matthew is a decorated veteran. | |
| He served three combat tours before becoming a police officer. | |
| Well, in August of 2020, he conducted a routine traffic stop, if there's any such thing, of an intoxicated individual. | |
| While conducting that stop, Matthew was notified by his dispatcher that the man that he was stopping was also a murder suspect in a person's death just a few blocks away. | |
| Matthew eventually detained and arrested the suspect, heroically. | |
| But then he faced criminal charges of assault because when the suspect resisted arrest, Matthew put him on the ground. | |
| Too roughly, of course. | |
| And then used his knee for just a few seconds to subdue him. | |
| That's it. | |
| The man that Matthew arrested didn't even complain at the time. | |
| There was no use of force complaint. | |
| The arrest was completely legal, but prosecutors, who of course never have to put their own lives at risk, said that he was just too mean to the murder suspect. | |
| Matthew's case is clearly just a witch hunt by cop haters. | |
| In this case, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, who overtly compared Matthew's actions to the actions of Derek Chauvin here in Minneapolis. | |
| Now, of course, even Chauvin's prosecution was completely unjust as well. | |
| It's our belief that he should be pardoned and freed from prison immediately, as a matter of fact. | |
| Nestle tried to send Matthew off to prison for as many as six years. | |
| Now, here's how deranged Matthew's case actually was. | |
| Going into trial, prosecutors blocked the jury from learning the fact that Matthew was arresting a man that he knew to be a suspected killer. | |
| Let's repeat that. | |
| The jury was prevented from learning that the man that Matthew was arresting was a wanted murder suspect who had just fled the scene. | |
| Now, fortunately, justice did prevail in this case, unlike many others, of course. | |
| Yesterday, all the way dating back from 2020, just yesterday, despite all of the prosecutor's efforts, the jury found Matthew not guilty. | |
| Brooke Livingston is a veteran herself, also a former police officer, as well as Matthew's fiancee, and she joins us now. | |
| Brooke, thank you so much for coming. | |
| We appreciate you being here. | |

| Yeah. | |
| So, do you agree that in any use-of-force situation, even the most justifiable use-of-force situation, politicians, especially woke ones like this one, will use any excuse that they can to throw the book at cops? | |
| Oh, absolutely. | |
| I mean, it's called use of force for a reason. | |
| It's not called use of hold your hand and take you out to lunch. | |
| Yeah, and even in the most justifiable situation. | |
| So why do you think it is? | |
| What's the big picture here? | |
| Why are we criminalizing cops and letting killers roam free? | |
| So the AG saw an opportunity and just seized it. | |
| They obviously wanted or were looking for a chance to parade around and show Michiganders that, look at us, we're holding this accountable. | |
| I would typically say for this use of force complaint, but there was no complaint even. | |
| Astonishing. | |
| So how did the AG get a hold of this? | |
| Right, so there was a woman across the street, she stayed at 50 yards away approximately from the traffic stop, who recorded segments of it using Snapchat and then sent it to her friends, Which it was then posted to social media and was found that way. | |
| Yeah, this is the whole flex that the authoritarians want here. | |
| One thing that is necessary to install total Marxism is the absence of the rule of law. | |
| We saw that all throughout the summer of 2020 with the mostly peaceful protests that caused $12 billion in damage across the country. | |
| What's going to happen to police forces as a result of this type of treatment of cops? | |
| Who's going to want to be a cop anymore? | |
| Exactly. | |
| I think that's the most terrifying part about this is that this could have been any cop. | |
| This was a standard arrest. | |
| You know, Matt did exactly as he was trained. | |
| And if this is where we're setting the bar, any cop could end up in Matt's shoes. | |
| And who would want to put themselves in that situation? | |
| Matt was making $14 an hour. | |
| So you have cops, and this is, as you know, not something that you just wake up one morning and decide you're going to do. | |
| You don't go back and forth between laying hardwood floors or installing custom cabinets to, I think I'll just try being a cop. | |
| This is something that's in people's blood. | |
| They want to do this. | |
| They spend their whole lives doing this when they're young children. | |
| What do you want to be when you grow up? | |
| I want to be a police officer. | |
| Why do you want to do that? | |
| I want to help people. | |
| I want to uphold the rule of law. | |
| And so you have these people that go through a very rigorous backgrounding. | |
| They go through skills training. | |
| They become post-certified, eligible to be licensed. | |
| Then they have to go and apply many times. | |
| Because of how competitive it used to be, they had to move to completely other cities or even states to become a police officer and then try to move back to their home state. | |
| They try to move up. | |
| They try to become specialized cops, canine unit, for example, some sort of a drug interdiction task force or fugitive task force. | |
| Now you have those sane people. | |
| Who are doing it for all of the right reasons, who want to be a police officer for all the right reasons, who went through this backgrounding, who were held to a high standard, are going to say, you know what, F that. | |
| I don't want to do this anymore. | |
| It's not worth it because I don't want Antifa and Black Lives Matter on my yard or burning my house down. | |
| I don't want my marriage. | |
| Or my relationships or my family life or my friendships completely destroyed. | |
| I don't want to spend decades in prison for trying to uphold the rule of law. | |
| So I'm not going to do that. | |
| Instead, maybe I will lay floors or hang custom cabinets. | |
| So who's going to replace these good, sane, and stable people that were doing it for all the right reasons in the police forces that we're seeing now rolling out in the future immediately? | |
| Exactly. | |
| You nailed it. | |
| So who are we going to see? | |
| I mean, what is the pool of applicants going to be at this point? | |
| Right. | |
| Well, that's currently what we're seeing in headlines is that departments are continually just lowering their standards in some way or another in an attempt to get applicants to even apply. | |
| Was it shocking to you that the jury was not even able to know that the person that Matthew was arresting was suspected of just trying to kill someone or killing them? | |
| Absolutely. | |
| I don't think I'll ever be able to wrap my head around that. | |
| I mean, so when you're chasing somebody who flees a vehicle, if you're a cop, and you're chasing somebody, maybe, you know, there's a car chase, and then they bail and they run. | |
| Before, the car chase was a felony, and you just stopped this person by any means necessary. | |
| Now they just terminate traffic stops and chases. | |
| I mean, altogether, they don't allow cops to chase people because that would be racist, of course. | |
| You don't stop and take guns off of people. | |
| You don't jump out on suspicious activity anymore. | |
| You don't jump out on active gang activity. | |
| If you have a report of a person with a gun, it would be safer for a cop to just hide under a shade tree and get their traffic minimums by citing out tickets for no proof of insurance or for running the stop sign over there while I eat my lunch and keep my head low and just stay out of the way. | |
| So proactive policing is completely gone, isn't it? | |
| Absolutely. | |
| I mean, we potentially wouldn't have even caught this murder suspect if Matt hadn't been practicing proactive policing. | |
| Like, this murder suspect being caught is a result of proactive policing. | |
| And it really should be a testament towards how beneficial proactive policing is. | |
| And instead, he's just being dragged through the mud. | |
| So he's been fired, obviously, correct? | |
| Yes, that's correct. | |
| Yeah. | |
| And do you think, I mean, what's his eligibility for rehire if he even wants to be a cop anymore? | |
| Could he go get a job anywhere? | |
| I know that he actually, he was offered a position at a local PD by someone who he had worked with in the past and knew that this was all a just big political, um, bullshit. | |
| But yeah, it's really tough. | |
| I mean, I even have missed out on employment opportunities because of my efforts to support him and to get him the real story out there. | |
| Yeah, that's what they want. | |
| Complete anarchy. | |
| The criminals run the street. | |
| Just look at Chicago right now, for example. | |
| Look at our southern border. | |
| Criminals are coming across the border and they are raping and they are pillaging. | |
| Any excuse to riot or loot, we allow that now. | |
| And we throw cops in prison. | |
| The next president who has any testicular fortitude at all will re-empower cops everywhere to go out and be proactive and stop crime. | |
| You don't stop crime by ignoring small offenses and then reacting to big offenses by taking a report and opening an investigation. | |
| No, you stop crime by going out and stopping crime. | |
| And then in these radical blue cities where mayors and police chiefs don't want to do their job and they want to continue this woke anarchy agenda, the next president should just employ the military or federal agents to go in there and do the job. | |
| And then probably arrest the mayors and the police chiefs who are allowing this to happen because this is the absence of rule of law. | |

| I mean, this is flat out child abuse. | |
| Do you agree? | |
| Absolutely. | |

| Of course. | |
| Yeah, I was actually the first physician in the world to call this child abuse back in 2010. | |
| Before, it was just... | |
| Our first pediatric gender clinic actually opened in 2007, much under the radar. | |
| And in 2010, it was a couple of quote-unquote married lesbians who were going to chemically castrate their son by putting him on Lupron. | |
| And one of our members of the American College of Pediatricians in California reached out to me. | |
| I was president, vice president of The American College of Pediatricians at that time and said, we've got to do something. | |
| We have to issue a statement. | |
| So that's when we issued our first statement that, you know, puberty, so-called puberty blockers, Lupron being the most frequent medication used for that purpose, is still used in many states to chemically castrate sex offenders and We're giving that to physically healthy children. | |
| This was complete and utter child abuse. | |
| And now, as the adult transgender push for so-called, what they call civil rights, of course, is special rights, We went from one gender clinic in 2007 to over 100 today. | |
| And so you are absolutely right to call this a political movement. | |
| It is not science. | |
| It is anti-science. | |
| It's political. | |
| And even more than that, it's a fake religion because there is no science behind it. | |
| So I tend to focus on the medicine. | |
| But let me start with scientifically what sex is. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Because, you know, we don't even know what... | |
| People can't define a woman anymore, so just in the entire life sciences, sex refers to that physical binary trait that is determined by genetics. | |
| You know, whether you're a plant or an animal, sex refers to how an organism is Created or structured, how an organism is structured to perform during the reproductive act. | |
| So if you're talking flowers, there are male plants, there are female plants. | |
| The male plants give, they donate genetic material during that reproductive process between plants. | |
| Males donate. | |
| They have the pollen, which is received by the female flower, for an example. | |
| In human beings, males produce sperm. | |
| And that is what is given to the female during the reproductive act. | |
| So a female organism receives genetic material during the reproductive act. | |
| The male organism gives the genetic material during the reproductive act. | |
| So that's your sterile scientific definition. | |
| There are only two options. | |
| There are no other options. | |
| The activists throw out the red herring of, oh, what about intersex people? | |
| People who have intersex conditions are male or females, males or females, who have birth defects. | |
| Birth defects that impact The reproductive tract, either internally or externally, as well as other organ systems. | |
| That is the simplest way to understand intersex conditions. | |
| They are not a new kind of human being. | |
| All of these individuals, as I said, they are either male or female, but they have a true biological, medically diagnosable birth defect that may take a team of physicians and counselors to help them cope with. | |
| All of them, however, also suffer from either reduced fertility or infertility. | |
| So this is how we know these conditions Are disorders. | |
| Irreversible disorders as well. | |
| We have hundreds or even thousands of those who have gone through this body mutilating surgery who now want to detransition. | |
| Soon that number will be in the thousands or tens of thousands of people. | |
| And now we have them going in to shoot up kids in schools because they realize what they have done to themselves. | |
| Right, right. | |
| So what I want to disentangle, so intersex, people with intersex conditions are being exploited by the transgender activists because transgender is not a physical reality. | |
| Intersex, these are people with true medical conditions. | |
| They are in a class by themselves, as I say, they deserve true, compassionate medical health care. | |
| People who have this transgender belief, It is a mistaken belief. | |
| They may have true psychological disorders underneath all that. | |
| As a matter of fact, we have at least two very large studies documenting that as many as 98% of the teenagers who come out now with transgender belief, as many as 98% of them, have on average five traumatic events in their childhood, plus or minus several other Mental illnesses, you know, like your depression. | |
| Maybe it may even be psychotic depression, anxiety, etc. | |
| And they have these conditions before ever experiencing or expressing a discomfort with their bodies. | |
| So there is a large... | |
| And this should not surprise us because... | |
| Even mainstream media is acknowledging this explosion of a mental health crisis among our adolescents. | |
| But the reason so many of them are now clinging onto this lie that, oh, all my problems are because I was born in the wrong body, is because there have been These kids have been indoctrinated since preschool. | |
| Yeah, that's right. | |
| They've been programmed to believe that. | |
| Children go through a lot of changes that are very difficult and in many cases uncomfortable as they're going through puberty and maturing. | |
| But one thing is in common, amongst all of them, if there is such a thing as gender dysphoria, they grow out of it. | |
| And the spoiler alert is that every child turns into an adult. | |
| And so where did this whole power structure come from with this transgender push? | |
| Because this has been a very sudden, very aggressive, very violent, and now very deadly explosion of these mentally ill trainees and the push from the White House and from politicians who are scared to say, no transgenderism, trans is not a gender, it's not a gender, it's a It's a mental issue. | |
| It's a psychological problem. | |
| And we should reopen insane asylums for people like this. | |
| They're so scared to do it. | |
| Where did this power come from, in your opinion? | |
| This is the... | |
| There's actually... | |
| Radical feminist... | |
| There's a radical feminist, Jennifer Bilek, I believe I'm pronouncing her last name correctly, has done, in my opinion, the best work on this in that she's followed the money. | |
| So... | |
| Essentially, the politics of this, the sexual revolution, this is an ongoing revolution, right? | |
| You can say it started with Alfred Kinsey back in the 30s, you know, to promote promiscuity and pornography, and then worked its way up to, oh, the birth control pill, and that made everything promiscuity thrive even more, and Then divorce was made easier. | |
| Well, what did we see in 2015? | |
| I would say it was that preceded this huge explosion. | |
| 2015, we saw the legalization of quote-unquote gay marriage, the Supreme Court Obergefell decision. | |
| Right there, the transgender activists were able to grasp onto the coattails of the so-called gay rights movement. | |
| Here's the connection. | |
| If you accept that a same-sex, if you believe that same-sex sexual behavior is no different from opposite-sex behavior, if you believe that that in itself says it doesn't matter, especially for marriage, it doesn't matter If you can create children or not. | |
| You are separating sex from the creation of children. | |
| You are saying there is no difference between two male bodies, two female bodies, or an opposite-sex married couple. | |
| That premise is what you need, the belief that, oh, who the person really is, is just, you know, our bodies are irrelevant to who we are. | |
| Our bodies are irrelevant to the sexual union. | |
| That's just blatantly false. | |
| It's 100% false. | |
| Exactly. | |
| It's a lie. | |
| This is why. | |
| That is the fundamental lie that gained tremendous acceptance with that one Supreme Court decision. | |
| And it's not just my opinion, but in the opinion of many Policy analysts and theologians and others, philosophically, that is what allowed the transgender rights to just take off, because once we have the acceptance of so-called gay marriage, You are now saying there is no significant difference between male or female. | |
| Yeah. | |
| We believe that homosexual marriage and the homosexual lifestyle actually should be criminalized and pedophiles should be executed. | |
| But I've only got about a minute and a half left here, Dr. | |
| Cortella, but I've got to ask you, where does this end? | |
| I mean, where do you see this going? | |
| How far does this go? | |
| How long is it going to be? | |
| The question I guess I really want to know is how long will it be, in your opinion, or do you think it will happen inevitably that it will be legal for grown men to be having open sex with young boys? | |

| So the UN has already issued a report demanding the legalization of sex between adults and children. | |
| So this is about the complete erasure of all moral boundaries. | |
| The ultimate goal of the revolution is transhumanism. | |
| It is removing Brave New World. | |

| I think that's their playbook. | |
| They're looking to transfer human reproduction to the tech sector. | |
| Yeah, to put it in a lab. | |
| They're going to grow babies in vats and vials and petri dishes. | |

| What do the globalists need to control? | |
| They need to take down two pillars. | |
| They need to take down the family, the natural family, and they need to take down Christianity, Because Christianity is the source of true morality. | |
| And adhering to, I mean, as Dr. | |
| Judith Reisman used to say, the Judeo-Christian sexual ethics, that has always under been the foundation of your most successful nuclear families, which is the cell of civilization, the basic cell of civilization. | |

| They are coming for your children. | |
| And as I said at the top of the segment, if you want to reduce this crisis of the current political moment to a single sentence, that's what it is. | |

| The two of them met in McCarthy's office at the Capitol, only just a few feet away from where Ashley's life was stripped away from her, taken by a policeman's bullet. | |
| Speaker McCarthy hasn't said much about the meeting, but you know what? | |

| Among other things, Mickey says that McCarthy told her that he has yet never watched the footage of Ashley Babbitt being gunned down in cold blood. | |

| We see President Joe Biden. | |
| Not much support there either. | |
| But here, today in Boston, RFK Jr. | |
| was able to fill an entire room of both supporters, celebrities, and press. | |
| I felt like I was at a Trump route of sorts. | |
| It has that same kind of energy. | |
| And I'll tell you, this is why this campaign is something to pay attention to. | |
| Someone has finally made vaccine damage, the poison, the bioweapon coming from the pharmaceutical industry, finally made that a presidential platform item. | |
| They've said, I will be the candidate for the hurt. | |
| I'll be the candidate for the damaged. | |
| I'll be the candidate who bans the pharmaceutical products which are harming people. | |
| Now, some are going to look at this speech and say, RFK Jr. | |
| hedged a little bit. | |
| And as you mentioned, he's been a guest on the show. | |
| He's spoken out when it costs something. | |
| He's been censored for it. | |
| And he doesn't even have the support of his family. | |
| Many people are going to say, well, he doesn't have the money. | |

| You can tell that the way they address this, they see a lot of hope in this. | |
| I want to especially point to those who voted for President Trump in 2016 or in 2020, if they did it reluctantly. | |
| I think a lot of the people in the medical freedom community, the people that are not just hesitant about vaccination, but outright see mRNA technology as demonic and poisonous, as something that's destroying society. | |
| So I think those people are looking for a candidate like RFK Jr. | |
| Now, when it comes to polling, we're not sure exactly what a turnout would look like for this. | |
| What I have looked at, there was a Rasmussen poll that was released Just taking the earlier part of this month between April 7th and the 11th, and the big part to look at on this was above 60% of the 950 likely Democratic voters who were polled for this, because again, our case is running as a Democrat, not a Republican. | |
| They said that they wanted another tenant other than Joe Biden. | |
| Now also, when asked if they would vote for environmental lawyer, RFK Jr., this is what they said. | |
| They said that when it comes to their likelihood, Strongly in the support, strongly likely to support a candidate like this. | |
| 29% and 25%. | |
| This is a big deal, okay? | |
| Because Joe Biden doesn't already have a very big base. | |
| We know incumbents go into their next term, a little bit of a strength, but this is all taking into account that we don't even know if the voting system is going to count for anything. | |
| Especially after the $700 million-plus settlement that Fox News just did with Dominion. | |
| What I know from being here today, Stu, is any American who thinks that the issue of vaccine damage is dead They are dead wrong. | |
