So, getting back to Royce Lamberth, the judge who put all these people behind bars without even letting defendants present evidence to defend themselves.
The media, who went after all these people, cancel culture, the banks, everybody.

The real insurrection was the election or dis-election of Donald Trump.
But now, we see what's coming out via Tucker Carlson, which, by the way, Teddy, for as good as this is, and as good as this news cycle is, Tucker's only showing you a minute or two of what you and I witnessed.
We were there.
I went a little bit further.
I was inside the Capitol for less than eight minutes.
But what Tucker Carlson is showing is kind of like what I saw, Teddy.
And don't forget, My videos from inside the Capitol, my own personal videos, are now out there also, and you can also see the fact that there was no mass rioting, no mob mentality.
When those doors were opened simultaneously, three sets from the inside, The people rushed in, and they did not destroy an attack.
So, you know, to answer your question, I love it.
This shows that this was not a coordinated effort.
We did not go down there to, quote, storm the Capitol or have an unarmed insurrection or anything else.
This was simply to what?
Audit the vote, especially Pennsylvania, because Catherine Buchbar, the Secretary of State of Pennsylvania, was told by Justice Alito, Justice of the Supreme Court, to not count and co-mingle those mail-in, write-in ballots.
And guess what Catherine Buchbar did?

In contempt of the United States Supreme Court and me, some guy from Old Forest that takes a couple buses down with Patriots that want to try to straighten this out.
I go to jail and where is she now?

What are your thoughts on your trial and the judge?

Standard was they charged everybody with four charges.
We pled it down to parading in the Capitol.
But still nobody wanted these cases because in D.C. with the kangaroo courts and the collusion and the racketeering between those attorneys and judges They didn't want any of us because it ruined their lifestyle.
It ruined the daily three olive martini lunch.
Oh, they had to be, you know, when Biden, after he was inaugurated, and Pelosi called for the fences around Washington because there's going to be another strike, another attack, which never, ever, ever happened and probably was never, ever even thought about.
But we upset the apple cart.
We upset the way they do business in Washington, D.C., which is pretty much take your tax dollars and squander them and have their lunches.
So getting to Royce Lamberth, when I told Judge Lamberth, and this is a Zoom video, if anybody wants to look this up, on my sentencing hearing, it was on November 21st.
It was the day that John Kennedy was assassinated.
It was a bad day for him and me when I was sentenced to 60 days in Fort Dix, New Jersey.
General population, when they all said I'd be going to the, quote, prison camp, I went to general population.
Royce Lamberth threatened me.
And in my Zoom sentencing, I said, Judge Lamberth, please know that three sets of doors, giant, huge doors, with no handles, no key fobs, no swipe cards, These all opened simultaneously, three sets of doors from the inside.
He stopped me.
He said, Mr.
Scavel, you should have known the gig was up.
He's a Texas guy, he's got a Texas drool in there.
And he says, the last guy that told me that the doors were open for him got 42 months.
Holy shit.
Now I've been watching Judge Lambert.
He had sentenced Jacob Chansley.
Four years.
He is the QAnon shaman.
He sentenced him to 42 months.
So what do you think I said?
I shut the hell up.
Why?
He was going to sentence me.
I could not risk making the point that if a guy from Oak Forge cannot go down to this Capitol in these United States and bust through a door that's that big, heavily fortified, right?

Now, Jacob Chansley, 42 months, me, 60 days.
When the AUSA The attorney covered my case and prosecuting me only wanted 14 days!

Frank, I want to ask about your January 6th subpoena.
Folks, Frank was actually subpoenaed in front of the January 6th commission.
And in his subpoena, they were asking Frank about his relationship with Steve Bannon and with me.
And I kind of thought that was interesting.
And the sourcing for the subpoena was all liberal media articles.
Folks, this is Nancy Pelosi's famous rap and smear.
So the media will write articles, and then the shitbags in D.C. will use that as evidence to issue a subpoena.

The January 6th committee, after I'm out of jail, it's about 30 days, I get a knock on my door.
A guy at my door, like, okay, what's up?
Hands me a paper.
I start reading it.
United States Department of Justice, United States Congressional Subpoena Request.
And I look at the guy and say, oh, I said a subpoena!
He goes, yeah, he goes, Mr.

So you've got to get an attorney again.

And, you know, as they go down, and this, I got subpoenaed about the same time as that woman that said President Trump jumped over from the backseat of the limo, of the bear, whatever they call it, and he grabbed a wheel, and he was...

To tie in what the Scranton Rag newspaper, I don't use their full name, I say the Scranton Rag newspaper, and whatever other, Jenny, what's her name, Teddy?

Do you think it's sad what our country's become, where we have no faith in elections and no faith in the judicial system anymore in this country?
Teddy, for a long time you could not depend on justice from the judicial system.
We've seen that.
From when Chief Justice John Roberts said that Obamacare was a tax, it's an attack.

So from then I knew the Supreme Court was not going to be given us any golden nuggets, was not going to be preserving our representative republic, our constitution.
And you know, and that's the point.
Look, if it's not constitutionally based, how does it fly?

Look, Frank, I want to ask you something.
Has any of this that you've gone through deterred you as a patriot in standing up and continuing to do the right thing and continuing to defend the Constitution and continuing to be active in politics?

I met with Frank outside his attorney's office one day, and we were walking through downtown Scranton to go get a bite to eat, and people were beeping the horn, giving Frank a thumbs up, telling him, we love you, Frank.
People were stopping their cars on the middle of the road and coming out and shaking Frank's hand, saying, Frank, This is a witch hunt.
You stand strong.
We're behind you.
We love you.
Frank, I think all this did was really elevate your status here in Northeast Pennsylvania.
Teddy, here's the problem, and I don't live my life alone.
I love my family, I love my country, love God, because I believe there is one, and someday I will be up there for what we have done.
But the tremendous cost to my family, they beg me to shut up.

If it wasn't for my family, guess what?
I'd be right there alongside you today having a podcast every day and punching him in the head and not letting him get away with the butt.

So Lee Morgan said, Frank, I want to sit down with you on E-C-T-V, which in Scranton, Public Access Channel, Electric City Television, E-C-T-V. So, you know what, I put him off for probably two months.
He's not Teddy Daniels.
When Teddy Daniels calls me, like, within 24 hours.
We sat down at ECTV studios in Scranton and had a 40 minute discussion.
We just wanted to hear my story about January 6th.
The story, and I've written a book, it's got 400 pages, I have to publish it, and it's relevant right now, because what's happening right now is what I'm telling you it happened.
But I told Lee, look, it's not going to be one sitting.
It's going to be five parts, because the fifth part is today, the follow-up.
What's happening?
Biden, illegal immigration, the Wuhan, the Kung Flu.
So we started off, we did 40 minutes, and I only brought him up to the point of where you and I and the rest of the group had gone For lunch, we had gone over to the Republican National Committee, where the pipe bomb was, where we stood on the porch.
We didn't know it was there, but it was there.
Yep.
Because while we were there, right?
We shut the road down.
They're flying up dogs.
They're saying, you guys got to get out of here, evacuate now.
So we're right in the thick of this.
But the point is, and the point I made to Lee, and I think this really freaked out the Scranton Times and whoever else, When it was 11 a.m., 11.30 a.m., when we decided to go for lunch at noon, in front of the Capitol, There was no barricades.
Nope.
There was no yellow tape that said do not cross.
There was no police presence.
We're in front of the Capitol sitting on the bench.
We're pretty much the only people there.
And we decided to go for lunch.
So the lead up was, okay, getting everybody on the buses in Scranton.
We took four buses down.
Got everybody set up.
You're on my bus.
We're sitting together.
We're talking on the way out.
No planning.
No rendezvous time, although there was supposed to be, and this has come out with Tucker, That there were permits for us to be there legally at the Capitol because we were supposed to have, remember, we were supposed to speak.
We were supposed to have these breakout rallies that never occurred.
So that's why I said, look, the whole day was a shit show.
It was unorganized.
There was no semblance of organization for anybody to storm or invade the Capitol.
It wasn't happening.
No, no.
So, long story short, we do this 40 minutes.
It goes up on YouTube Monday morning.
By Monday evening, the Scranton Times had put so much pressure on ECTV that it was now gone, taken down from YouTube.
So that was Monday.
We record Monday.
Monday evening it goes up.
Tuesday morning, it's gone, and Wednesday, here's the Scranton Slimes, talking about, oh, here's Frank Scavo, and he tried to lie his way out of it, and he tries to repaint history.
Listen, people, it's my version of the show.
I was there.
I have video of it.
Well, Frank, the good thing about coming on here, we're big enough, we can't be canceled.
So, and I don't cave.
And I don't cave.
So, we are in for a fight for the future of this nation, Frank.
