	My name is Stu.
	One of the most infuriating stories that we've ever seen was just published the other day in The Federalist.
	Now, everybody knows that we here on this program have been warning about our child protection system and how it's actually a child trafficking system.
	If you haven't seen it, go find These Little Ones, the documentary that we produced and released last summer.
	Well, now there's even more proof.
	The Federalist story is about a 15-year-old girl called Sage.
	Due to extreme childhood trauma, Sage developed a feeling of bodily discomfort and gender dysphoria.
	Well, with the proper care, Sage could have simply overcome these feelings.
	Now, after the fact, she says that, quote, I never was a boy.
	Everybody was doing it.
	And I just wanted to have friends.
	Yeah, because in today's diseased, groomer-infested schools, instead of being cared for properly, Sage was instead put on a rocket ship straight to transgenderism.
	Officials at Appomattox County High School in Virginia began to affirm Sage's new gender while keeping it all a secret from Sage's grandmother and her adoptive parent, Michelle.
	They also kept Michelle in the dark about bullying and harassment at school.
	So this eventually resulted in Sage being sex trafficked into D.C. and Maryland.
	But it gets even crazier if you can imagine that being possible.
	When Sage was recovered, instead of returning her to her family, a judge placed her in a foster home, basically in prison on the grounds that Sage's family did not affirm her gender identity.
	And in that foster home, you guessed it, Sage was sexually abused again.
	Sage's tragedy is the impetus of a new law in the works in Virginia.
	That law would require schools to inform parents of all gender transitions taking place in public schools.
	No, they should be banned.
	Parents who allow it should be arrested on charges of child abuse.
	And school teachers and counselors who groom these kids should be arrested and charged with sex crimes against children and then executed.
	Laura Hanford wrote all about this story for The Federalist, and she joins us now.
	Laura, thank you so much for being here.
	We appreciate it.
	Thanks for having me, Stu.
	I'm glad to be with you today.
	Yeah, so, I mean, after you published this story, this wasn't all over the media.
	Why?
	Well, you would think so, but the media does not like to do any of these stories that have to do with transgender kids that don't match the narrative that it's just a question of identity and that the only option is to instantly rush.
	I will say, though, that there are cracks in that facade.
	There are cracks in that facade and The story that I did, The Federalist ran at number one for about five days on the Federalist site, and it was paired with the New York Times article that happened to come out that weekend of About whether schools can transition kids in secret from their parents.
	And those two stories were paired.
	And then the New York Post did do an editorial.
	It's more conservative, but it did an editorial linking the two, which is, of course, schools should not hide transition from parents.
	It's madness to do this.
	And here's why.
	Here's this horrific story.
	So there was a lot of coverage in the right.
	I mean, the Ben Shapiro show, Daily Wire, Mark Levin, a lot of local ones.
	But the left is just...
	So far, there are cracks, a little bit here, a little bit there, but they just don't want to touch stories like this because it doesn't match the narrative.
	It doesn't match the narrative.
	This is about identity and they don't want to think about what their terrible policies actually lead to.
	They don't want to acknowledge that yet.
	I never was a boy.
	Everybody was doing it.
	I just wanted to have friends.
	That was a quote from Sage, a 15 year old girl who was bullied, essentially, and then had to do this.
	So then a judge says, no, no, no, don't return to your home because the parents don't affirm your new gender.
	But she doesn't want her new gender.
	Well, the irony here is that at that point, who knows what she wanted.
	She was a traumatized child who'd been through nine days of horrific trafficking, but she had only been in school for about two weeks at that point.
	And everybody affirmed her, had her in the male bathroom, which is why she got assaulted in the bathroom.
	And then she just reached a breaking point and she ran away.
	And then once she got to Maryland, who knows what happened in that conversation with the prosecutor, And with the judge, her parents had no idea.
	They drove through the night to pick her up, had their car full of blankets and treats and everything to make her feel comfortable on the way home.
	But the judge suddenly is accusing them of misgendering, which is ironic since they had only just found out the school never told them.
	Michelle, the mother, only found out the night that Sage ran away that she was even claiming to be a boy at school.
	So there was no time to even consider that Even if they had been wanting to affirm her, there was no time to even make that assessment.
	But I will tell you, Stu, there's one thing a lot of parents don't realize.
	This philosophy is being pushed by a group called Gender Spectrum.
	It's a big, glossy, very well-funded group that is in school, pushing their materials in schools all over the country, including Fairfax County, where I live.
	And it does two things.
	It trains counselors and schools to do all this affirming in secret if the kids want it because they might not be safe from their parents.
	And secondly, it trains judges to instantly affirm.
	So what happened to Sage is a textbook example of what that group is trying to push in schools.
	The school conceals what happens.
	Somehow, if the kid ends up before a judge, if there's a custody dispute or an issue there, the judge instantly affirms, sees only gender, and guess who the judge calls in to testify against the parents?
	The school counselors.
	So it's this evil dual track of school counselors and judges and they're getting kids and families just stuck between these two institutional authorities that are supposed to protect them and may just be throwing them to the wolves like what happened in Sage's case.
	Evil is right.
	That's absolutely the right word.
	Teachers who do this ought to be locked up, in my opinion.
	Parents who allow this ought to be locked up.
	There is no child at that age that can make that decision for the rest of their lives.
	And there should be no such thing as gender affirmation.
	You are either born one or the other.
	I mean, that is what we believe.
	Scientifically prove me wrong that you are either born a boy or a girl.
	That is what you are.
	You can't change it no matter how much the media lies to you.
	You mutilate your penis.
	Guess what?
	Now you're just a dude with a mutilated penis.
	So this new law in Virginia would require schools to inform parents of gender transitions taking place in public schools.
	Does this mean that throughout the rest of our country, and we know about California, but are the majority of states allowing gender transitions to take place without notifying parents?
	Well, that's actually, it's very interesting that you ask that because that's one of the things that we're trying to get at along with parents from all over the country.
	It is, surprisingly, even in small rural districts, Appomattox, where Sage lives, is a red district.
	It's just this little country county, and you wouldn't expect a school to be adopting liberal policies like what you would find in New York or Fairfax.
	These groups, these trans radical activist groups, actually specifically target rural schools.
	I'm guessing most of the parents in that school had no idea that that was the school's policy.
	And that is probably the case in, there are, I would say every state probably has some type, some of the states are less likely to have it now, but probably that is the norm more than people think.
	And what happens is you can have an entire team, like in Fairfax, You can have an entire team of gender transition experts, they'll call them, working with your kid behind your back for weeks, months, or even years, and you will not know as a parent.
	Man, I would love to see some undercover video.
	Of a child that's equipped with a camera to hear some of the things that these sick, deranged, and depraved people are saying to our children.
	They should be locked up for sex crimes against kids.
	I've got about a minute left here, but I'm interested in all of your research for your wonderful piece at The Federalist.

	What was the most jaw-dropping thing that you learned?
	I think what really stood out to me was the cruelty.
	The cruelty of...
	Everyone just pulling out this one thing, gender, and the judge, a judge and a defender who could essentially look at this tiny 14-year-old girl, a victim of the most horrific abuse that, you know, even grown-ups, grown women sometimes don't survive this stuff.
	She'd just been through nine days of hell.
	And the judge is in there and the parents didn't know if she was dead or alive for nine days.
	And they're sent to a judge.
	He puts the girl in prison for seven days so that he can hold her as a delinquent instead of a victim.
	And he's lecturing the parents about pronouns.
	I mean, it just, and I'm sure he thought he was doing something good, but they essentially, that judge and prosecutor, in my view, just built They were trying to build their legal careers on the broken pieces of this girl's body and soul.
	I mean, it was just the cruelty was what really, really struck me as I was looking over all the documentation.
	You just described a Marxist indoctrination and takeover at the hands of pedophiles.
	And this is happening on a global scale across our country.
	Right now, in front of all of us, please pay attention.
	Please protect these little ones.
	And we certainly really appreciate all of the work that you have done over there at the Federalist This is a story that needs to get out.
	People need to hear about this because I think that there's this cognitive dissonance or there's this sense of willful ignorance, I guess, in a sense.
	A lot of people don't want to know that this is going on.
	But if we don't talk about girls like Sage, what prevents them from taking your child and doing this to them next?
	That's why we need to fight this, and that's why we're thankful for you.

	They should be executed immediately after being found guilty.
	They are stealing our kids and using them to get their rocks off.

	Bodo Schiffman is a German doctor.
	He's been organizing protests against lockdowns and all kinds of other COVID measures in that country since the early spring of 2020.
	Even compared to people in this country, Dr.
	Schiffman has sacrificed an enormous amount for his beliefs regarding COVID. Yeah, the Nazis may be gone, allegedly, or moved to Ukraine, but the spirit of fascism lives on in today's COVID police.

	Schiffman has consistently argued against the COVID shots.

	So he made videos online stating his views, calling out the government's repeated cover-ups.
	While in retaliation, of course, the government went directly after his reputation.

	He's treated more than 80,000 patients.
	He knows his work, and he knows it well.
	So, of course, the German government couldn't win an argument with him.
	Nope, so instead they forcibly deleted his videos from the internet.
	Then they raided his office and raided his home.
	Twice.
	They confiscated his laptop and iPad in a bid to seize every copy of his videos in existence.
	By the way, one of Dr.
	Schiffman's claims that made the government go berserk was that masking was ineffective and even harmful.
	Now even the American fake regime media is admitting that that's the case.
	Dr.
	Schiffman was right, and the tyrants were wrong.
	but they're still obsessed with punishing him.
	They declared that Dr. Shiffman was a dangerous right-wing extremist.
	His bank accounts have been shut down.
	Finally, the tyranny and harassment became so pervasive that Dr. Shiffman had to move out of the country entirely.
	He and his family are currently living elsewhere.
	We'll let him tell you if he wants to.
	We won't dox him, but Dr. Shiffman is undeterred and unintimidated.
	He'll fight for the truth and his beliefs until his dying breath.
	So will we.
	Thankfully, since he hasn't fallen for the COVID jab scam, that'll probably be far in the future.

	I know you're also a father of five children when I write.
	I have two of them and they are also threatened in school and they've been told your parents are not real doctors.
	You have to know my wife is also a doctor.
	We have the same profession and so they were punished and we get Somebody said they want to assault us or whatever.
	And so we are coming here so that our children can go to a school where nobody's after them.
	Every aspect of your life was attacked.
	Your children at school, your bank accounts.
	You were raided twice at home.
	Your office was raided.
	Your doctor's license, your medical license to practice, is that revoked as well?
	No, it isn't.
	I can work as a doctor wherever I want to, so they didn't do anything to my doctor's license.
	I'm a medical doctor, but they are working on it, I have to say.
	But this does not scare me, because what I have done and what I'm doing now is what I have to do.
	So what's next for you?
	Are they criminally charging you?
	Did they raid you and press charges?
	Did they arrest you?
	No, they're not arresting me, but there are a few lawsuits against me.
	Lawsuits, but not criminal charges?
	No, not now.
	So let me get this straight.
	The government sent Gestapo, an armed force of agents, presumably, To raid you to take your things, but no criminal charges have been filed.
	No criminal law has been broken.
	No.
	So, since now, no judge has ever said that I'm guilty with anything.
	So, there's...
	Yeah, the funny thing is, you know, with these raids in houses, they don't really search for something.
	They want to see people, the police is coming in your house and doing this because then, you know, the people in the...
	They see, oh, the police is coming again to this man.
	He must be a very bad man because there are two times police coming up.
	So this is what it's about.
	They didn't really search inside of the house.
	This was just a show.
	This was a warning to everybody else.
	Do not end up like Dr.
	Schiffman.
	And to avoid that, do not speak out against the government's narrative.
	Do you believe that?
	Yeah, sure.
	You have to punish one to educate 100.
	This is what you say about this.
	And this is what they have done.
	They took a few of my colleagues and they took them very hard so that other doctors are getting quiet.
	So let's get down to the beliefs then.
	As for your opinion, was COVID-19 intentionally released?
	Was it a weapon of biowarfare?
	No, it wasn't.
	What I'm doing now with my community, because also nearly every day I make a broadcast, what I'm doing now is I'm going back in time.
	Because in the beginning, I made my first videotape on the 14th of March 2020.
	And in this first videotape, when you look at these videotapes, then you see very clearly that it was a fraud from the beginning.
	So there was a political agenda behind this thing.
	It's a made-up story about COVID-19, which might have been a bioweapon in Wuhan, because the story in Wuhan is something different about the story elsewhere in the world.
	And when you see the old videotapes, then you realize, oh, this was so obvious that it's just a lie that you even can't believe it.
	I myself, it's very funny for me to watch these old videos.
	One of my viewers came to me and said, where can I find your old videos?
	And I said, okay, this might be a good idea to watch it together with my audience and to talk about the first things I came up with.
	So if it's not a bioweapon, Dr.
	Schiffman, what is it?
	It's a story.
	It's something you make.
	People believe that there is a deadly virus and then you use the flu.
	So what was making them sick?
	What was making them sick differently than they've ever been sick before?
	The loss of taste and smell.
	It was a flu.
	It was the same like the flu.
	And when you look at the numbers in the beginning, in the beginning of 2020, there were very high numbers of flu patients.
	And in the coming up time, the flu stops immediately.
	Sure, we all remember that.
	What I'm asking specifically is as far as the difference in symptoms.
	Nobody's ever had a flu where they lost taste and smell before, I don't believe.
	I mean, I've never had that before.
	This is wrong.
	Okay.
	So this is a funny story I'm telling because you have to know, I'm an otorhinolaryngologist.
	So this is my business.
	Right.
	And when I made my medical exam about this, somebody asked me what disease is causing the loss of smell and all these other symptoms, which is now said is made by COVID-19.
	And I came up with a lot of very serious things.
	And then the one who made this exam, he said to me, no, it's the flu.
	And it's the most common thing is to lose your smell and your taste in the flu.
	This is the typical flu symptom, even also the blood clots which you find.
	There is a paper from 1996 where you can see That exactly the same symptoms are according to the flu.
	So all this, what we have seen right now, also the findings in the lung, which you see in the CT scans, they are also reported in the past.
	So it's not new.
	You have the same symptoms in the flu, but you forgot about it.
	So explain the shots that were falsely referred to as a vaccine and safe and effective that are killing so many people around the world.
	Was this the bioweapon?
	Yes, this is for sure a bioweapon and this is for sure something to be really concerned of because you're reprogramming your body, you're reprogramming your cells and you bring your body in a position that it produces a deadly spike protein and is fighting against itself.
	So you dismantle the whole security immune system with this, yes, you can call it a bioweapon, it is, yes.
	The manufacturers, our own government calls it a bioweapon in their patent.
	Pegylated lipid nanoparticle, weapon of biowarfare.
	This thing was used in all of the shots across the country, across the world.
	All of the manufacturers all used this pegylated lipid nanoparticle with an mRNA-based platform, so they tell us, that instructs your body to create and duplicate billions of venomous peptides and spike proteins, as they call them.
	What about shedding, vaccine shedding?
	Is that a real thing, Dr.
	Schiffman?
	To be honest, Stu, I don't think so.
	Because if it is a real thing, why are you not sick?
	Why am I not sick?
	So 80% of the public has got these shots.
	That's why I stay out of the public, actually.
	I'm around my family.
	I'm in a fish house.
	I lead a very simple life.
	I'm either on the ice in my fish house or I'm at a hockey arena somewhere.
	But to your point, I do get sick.
	When I traveled to Florida on a plane, I got sick right after I landed.
	You know, when I'm in large groups, I feel headaches.
	You never felt this before when you travel with a plane, so I did.
	So it was something which is very common when you take a plane and you go to different countries and you have this change of temperature and the change of time and all this stuff.
	Then that you're getting sick.
	So if it's a real severe problem with shedding, then we have to expect that it started in December 2022, yes?
	The vaccination, I'm right, 2022, yes?
	No, they started in 2021.
	21.
	Then it's December 21.
	Okay, so we have one complete year.
	People are already shedding all over the world.
	80% of them are doing it.
	And we have not a loss of life in the people who are not vaccinated.
	We also can see it in the statistics.
	The people who are in hospital are the ones who are vaccinated and not the ones who are not vaccinated.
	So if there's a shedding, normally if you have a good immune system, These spike proteins will come to your soft skin tissue and then it will be disabled by your own body because it's capable to do this.
	And so, also coronaviruses did exist before and our The body is able to treat them.
	This is something Professor Sucharit Bhakti was talking about very early.
	This is this immunity, this cross immunity to all spike proteins because they also have spike proteins.
	It's nothing new invented for the COVID-19.
	What is really new is to come to the stupid idea to spread it all over the body.
	What I think, to be honest, I think What they wanted to do is to make a reprogramming for coming generations.
	They didn't want to kill so many people who have died now.
	What they want to reach is the testicles and the ovaries so that people are not getting pregnant anymore and that the coming generation is sterile and infertile.
	This makes sense to me because this makes sense to these crazy guys who want to reduce mankind.
	Yeah, so do you believe that these shots are a depopulation event?
	Yeah, sure they are.
	I'm really sure because we have to trust the numbers we have.
	And what we see is we have a real severe disease decrease in birth numbers.
	We have more stillbirth.
	We have more malformation of the body of the children.
	And so we can see that this is something which happens when you listen very closely to the people who spoke in the World Economic Forum event in this year, then you have heard a lady who has spoken about this, about a rat.
	She was very happy about this, that when you Manipulate the mother rat that the coming generation, every single cell has this modification.
	And I think that's what they are after.
	This is why they have used the nanoparticles.
	This was never about treating a disease because they knew that when you put in these nanoparticles that it will spread everywhere and especially it will spread in the reproductive organs.
	Nobody should take another one of these shots.
	These are weapons of bio-warfare.
	They were intentionally deployed to reduce the population by killing people, creating infertility and sterility, as well as all of the adverse events that we're seeing, we now believe are intended consequences.
	They knew what they were doing, and it's time for accountability.
	Nobody knows that better than Germany, Dr.
	Schiffman.
	Am I right?
	Yes, you mentioned in the beginning the fascism regime and in my personal opinion it has never stopped.
	But you have to know about me, until 2019 I was a believer in the mass media so I made a real very quick conspiracy theory study in the last three years.
	Well, it turns out that we are now conspiracy factists, correct?
	If that's how you say it.
	I'm pretty sure we are, yeah.
	Dr.
	Schiffman, you know, the timeframe between conspiracy to fact, I believe, is now about 24 hours.
	And so we're making up at record speed.
	Don't feel bad.
	I trusted the media until about 2019 as well.
	2020 certainly helped to move things along.
	When right out in front of broad daylight, the veracity of election just completely crumbled, and we were stolen away from a president.
	A president was taken away from us.
	They cheated.
	We know it.
	They're trying to usher in full totalitarianism.
	Governments around the world are all in lockstep.
	The World Health Organization and Big Pharma and the World Economic Forum seem to be seeking More and more control, crushing liberties, crushing freedom.
	It's not just happening in fascist Germany.
	It's also happening here.
	They want to lock us into virtual, physical prisons.
	Period.
	And that is fascism, by all senses of the word.

	Everybody knows that we've talked a lot on this program about how it's not enough to just repeal vaccine mandates.

	A great step in the right direction and she joins us now.
	Senator, thank you so much for coming.
	We appreciate it.
	Thank you for having me today.
	So what has been the response to this bill that you've introduced?
	You know, we weren't sure what kind of response we were going to get.
	It's kind of a one of it.
	It's never been done anywhere before, right?
	And so we put it out there.
	I didn't really promote it or anything like that.
	But once people started finding out about it, once it started getting reported in the news, it spread like wildfire.
	And I have had so many people contacting me Thanking me for actually doing this.
	Even people that have said, you know, I've been waiting for something like this to happen so I can share my story because I just haven't felt comfortable with it.
	But it has been an overwhelming positive response.
	I was there not too long ago in Idaho speaking in front of a group of lawmakers, yourself included.
	There were a lot of speakers there.
	Did the testimony of these people, Lieutenant Colonel Dr.
	Teresa Long and Dr.
	Pete Chambers, did this help to open your eyes a little bit?
	Do you think that there should be more of that going on, more town hall type, you know, informative, educational speaking arrangements?
	Yeah, you know, we've put that on.
	I've been dealing with, ever since this whole COVID thing started, I've been dealing with People in my state that have been contacting me with issues that they've been dealing with, whether it be loved ones in the hospital or being mandated to take a shot.
	There were just so many different issues.
	And as I started looking into it more and more, things just did not add up for me.
	And so when we started hearing some of these unintended consequences, if you will, that were occurring with people, we really felt that we needed to give people a platform to be able to talk about it because we felt that There was only one side of these stories that was being shared and that all this other information that was out there was being suppressed.
	And so we wanted to give people a platform to be able to do that.
	So we did the victims of the pandemic here in Idaho and had a full day of testimonies of all sorts of different types of people, morticians and pilots and military and families that were impacted and the list went on and on.
	And so my takeaway from that was that, you know, this isn't over.
	We could very well go through this again.
	And so we need to start doing things in our state now to be able to make sure that what happened then is not something that we're going to go through again.
	And so I think states do need to do that.
	They need to have a victims of the pandemic day and they need to be running legislation to start protecting people.
	And criminalizing the deployment of what we believe to be a bioweapon and actually delivering intended consequences.
	So what do you suppose is the likelihood that your bill is going to pass?
	You know, you never know when you're running legislation how it's going to be taken.
	Even just getting the print hearing, I was actually a little surprised with because it's going through our Health and Welfare Committee.
	And, you know, I even had a Democrat that voted to go ahead and print it.
	So I really appreciated that because my main goal first is to get people to be able to come and testify.
	And I have had so many people that have reached out that are waiting and willing to come and testify before the committee to share their stories, share their experiences.
	But I think there's a lot of people that are just concerned by what they're seeing.
	A lot of people in the legislature, a lot of people that ran in our legislative body this last election because of things that happened during COVID. And so I think it's very, I think people will accept it.
	I think people want to hear the stories.
	And I think the stories that we have to share and the facts and the information that we have to share, I think it'll give a good foundation and persuade the people that are on the committee that yes, we do have a problem and yes, we need to do something about it.
	Yeah, and ban these shots altogether.
	So would this bill be aimed at doctors and pharmacies, specifically those that actually administer the shots, or would this bill also cover the introduction of this thing by the manufacturers and the press that pushed everybody towards them and called them safe and effective?
	Yeah.
	So the way that we have this legislation written, we try to keep it pretty basic.
	And so it is just a person may not provide or administer a vaccine with the mRNA in it.
	So we didn't really specify anyone.
	It's just a person.
	So it could be a medical care provider.
	It could be a pharmacy provider.
	So we did not get that technical with it.
	We just wanted to make it just completely across the spectrum, really.
	Yeah, any person.
	It's any person.
	That's right.
	And what was it that you cited for your reasoning in your bill?
	Or do you have to?
	You know, we really didn't cite any reasoning, but when I gave my introductory, when I put this before the committee, I just told them, you know, there's a lot of information that's been coming out That should cause us concern and that, you know, there are other options.
	If people really want to take a COVID shot, there are shots out there that don't have the mRNA in it.
	China does not use mRNA in their shots, is my understanding.
	And so, you know, but we have all this information coming out specifically to the mRNA that's causing concern and we're seeing things transpiring You know, that we haven't dealt with in the past and that does not make sense.
	So yes, it was just specifically this type and for the reasons that we're seeing happening all around us.
	People dying and people having all sorts of side effects that are going on.
	This isn't normal.
	So we need to look at what's actually transpiring.
	And so that was part of my testimony that I gave for the committee on why we need to do this.
	Well, thank you for doing that.
	And to your comment about if people really want to take a shot to protect themselves against COVID, it's our position that COVID was not a virus, that there's not an injection that's going to keep you healthy and away from it.
	If you want to talk about personal choice, no citizen should have a choice whether or not they introduce a bioweapon to their own body, which by their own admission, that's what this is.
	It's in the patents.
	Weapon of biowarfare, these pegylated lipid nanoparticles, instructing your body to create all kinds of billions of spike proteins or venomous peptides.
	No good.
	So it's our position that nobody should ever actually ever take another shot again.
	Until we can trust big pharma, which they have proven that we really can't.

	It's my opinion that you stay away from them.
	I know that you'll stay away from that comment, and I understand why, and that's fine.

	Francis Boyle is a human rights lawyer and professor of international law at University of Illinois College of Law.
	Professor Boyle has always been on the front line of any cause that he believes in.

	Back in the late 1980s, Boyle drafted the legislation for implementing the Biological Weapons Convention.
	His draft bill was enacted unanimously by Congress and signed by the first President Bush.
	It's Professor Boyle's belief that COVID-19 is an offensive biological warfare weapon that was released out of the lab in China.
	He believes that SARS from two decades ago was also a Chinese bioweapon as well.
	But most stunningly of all, he says that as bad as China's behavior was, none of this would have happened without us contributing as well.

	Professor, thank you so much for coming.

	Well, thank you very much for having me on, Stu, and my best to your viewing audience.
	Of course.
	So we were really early in calling this a bioweapon.
	We were told that we were being hyperbolic and spreading misinformation.
	To that, you say what?
	Well, I think history has proven us right.
	I first blew the whistle on this on January 24, 2020, in a worldwide alert to the news media on the internet, several hundred sources.
	That what would be called COVID-19 was an offensive biological warfare weapon with gain-of-function properties that had leaked out of the Wuhan BSL-4.
	We have to understand the Wuhan BSL-4 is China's Fort Detrick.
	Let me repeat that.
	The Wuhan BSL-4 is China's Fort Detrick.
	And since then, I think Most people have come around to this conclusion.
	Why is that not being broadcast?
	Well, it's simple because, Stu, if you look at who was behind this, they are exercising censorship.
	In addition to the Wuhan BSL-4, We have Tony Fauci at NIAID, Francis Collins at the NIH, both of whom paid for this.
	You have the University of North Carolina, BSL-3, Ralph Baric, who cooperated with the Bat Queen of the Wuhan BSL-4.
	You have the Food and Drug Administration who helped develop this.
	Let me repeat that.
	The Food and Drug Administration.
	Who helped develop the COVID-19 biowarfare agent is also involved in approving these so-called vaccines that basically give people cells of COVID-19 Which is an offensive biological warfare weapon.
	So behind all this, we have the CDC, Walensky, Biden's appointee from the Harvard Medical School.
	Harvard Medical School was also involved in this.
	I have three degrees from Harvard.
	I condemn it in no uncertain terms.
	Harvard was a cooperating institution of the Wuhan BSL-4.
	The WHO was a cooperating institution of the Wuhan BSL-4.
	Imagine that, Stu, if we knew the WHO was a cooperating institution behind Fort Detrick.
	The cat would be out of the bag.
	Big Pharma is involved in this.
	We know Big Pharma has enormous advertising revenue over all U.S. news media.
	Bill Gates is behind this.
	He has contributed money to U.S. news media.
	So of course they're not going to report it.
	So was this ever a respiratory virus?
	Yes, of course.
	I pointed this out early on.
	If you look at, I don't know if it's still on there, but when I was researching it, Stu, the Wuhan BSL-4 bragged On their website, that they had aerosolized viruses.
	Let me repeat that.
	They bragged that they had aerosolized viruses.
	And the only reason you aerosolize a virus is as a weapon.
	And they bragged.
	And indeed, they had over there the head of the Harvard Chemistry Department, who was an expert on nanotechnology.
	And applying nanotechnology to chemical weapons, biological weapons.
	He worked with Fort Detrick and Harvard knew it.
	Harvard's tried to cover this up too.
	So yes, it was aerosolized.
	Nanotechnologized right from the very beginning.
	That is why, at the very beginning of the pandemic, we had reports from legitimate scientific researchers that it spread by air up to maybe 30 feet.
	So this was well known at the beginning of the pandemic, but again, not reported.
	Who would have had this information when this biowarfare was declared and this weapon was deployed?
	Stu, as far as I can figure out, the first evidence that came about that there was a problem It was in early September of 2019.
	Now, when that happened, all our intelligence services had to do was to click on the computer programs over there by Tony Fauci and Francis Collins, NIAID and NIH, And they would have known full well exactly what was going on over there at Wuhan because we were paying for it.
	It was all in our computers.
	Our intelligence services knew.
	Even the CIA, NSA, they all knew and they all figured this out, in my opinion, quite early in September of 2019.
	I have all that in my book, Stu, Resisting Medical Tyranny, if you want to see the documentation on that.
	So they knew.
	Yeah, of course.
	So I'm going to ask you to speculate, Professor.
	Who deployed the bioweapon?
	Well, Stu, let me say this.
	It's, in my opinion, the Chinese Communist government decided to develop this biological warfare weapon at their own Fort Detrick because they wanted to play with the big boys.
	What about Ralph Baric right here at home at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill?
	Yes.
	Of course, Baric did too.
	He worked on this, yes, with the Chinese bat queen and the Wuhan BSL-4.
	They developed it.
	That's all here in this article.
	SARS-like cluster, a circulating bat coronavirus poses threat for human emergence right there.
	It's in my book.
	Their names are all on there, including our own Fort Detrick.
	Our own Fort Detrick was working at the UNC BSL-3, Stu, right?
	They're all in on this.
	So explain to me the difference between the SARS-CoV-2, whatever that is, bioweapon, and this bioweapon injectable euthanasia heart attack causing clot shot.
	There's no difference, Stu.
	What happens is, first of all, we have to understand, this mRNA technology was paid for and developed, financed and envisioned by the Pentagon.
	Let me repeat that.
	Paid for, financed, envisioned by the Pentagon, and it's DARPA, Defense Advanced Research Program Agency.
	That's where this came from.
	And if you look at the technology behind all what I call Frankenshots, these aren't vaccines, they actually give you a live cell of COVID-19.
	Which is an offensive biological warfare weapon with gain-of-function properties to make it more lethal, more infectious, and it also has HIV, the precursor to AIDS, DNA genetically engineered into that.
	That was determined by the Indian scientists and confirmed by Luc Montagnier Won the Nobel Prize in Physiology.
	And that came out of the Wuhan BSL-4 going down to Australia to work with the Australian Health Lab down there on the DNA genetic engineering of HIV. I've only got a couple of minutes left here, but I think this is important.
	Would Pfizer and Moderna, AstraZeneca, J&J, would these people, these big pharma manufacturers who are responsible for manufacturing and distributing these shots, would they have been instructed by the DOD and made aware that they were creating a weapon of biowarfare to be deployed against Americans?
	But they have known what they were doing.
	I think you're all aware.
	Right.
	That's correct.
	And, you know, it's just a filthy lucre.
	They couldn't care less.
	They wanted to make money.
	You know, tens of billions of dollars.
	Those behind the franken shots, yes, they knew.
	And they knew that it would cause infertility and sterility and spontaneous abortions and myocarditis and Guillain-Barre and Super cancers.
	They knew that this was going to happen.
	These white fibrous clot looking like things.
	They knew all of that was going to happen.
	Yes.
	And, Stu, that is why I started a campaign to get them all indicted for murder and conspiracy to commit murder by state, local, public prosecutors here in the United States.
	It's not going to be done by the federal government because they're in the tank with all these federal authorities.
	Because they ordered it up.
	They declared biowarfare against...
	It's our people, our government.
	Right.
	And to give you an example of how evil this is, Stu, I go through this in more detail in my book, but let's go back to the Nuremberg Charter.
	For the prosecution of the major Nazi war criminals, crimes against humanity, one of the three crimes there, and it is defined as, quote, namely, murder, extermination, and other inhumane acts committed against any civilian population.
	That's exactly what's going on here.
	This is a Nuremberg crime against humanity, and all the individuals I mentioned today and you mentioned Should be prosecuted for murder and conspiracy to commit murder by state and local government authorities.
	I already had a 45-minute conversation with the Attorney General of Louisiana, going through his homicide statutes with him, and he agreed with me on my legal theory of the case, that basically this is a political issue, not legal.
	And I also had a 35-minute conversation with the Deputy Attorney General of South Carolina, going through his homicide statute with him.
	He agreed with me on the legal theory of this case, that all these people Could be indicted for murder and conspiracy to commit murder?
	It's basically a political question, Stu.
	I know here, I'm a political independent.
	I'm not appearing here to endorse Governor DeSantis.
	He was behind me at Harvard Law School, cum laude graduate, sharp guy.
	He asked the Florida Supreme Court to impanel a grand jury to look into all of this.
	And I read the terms of reference given by the Florida Supreme Court, and all this material, in my opinion, needs to go to the Florida grand jury and get indictments against all these people for murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
	My opinion is that if we get even one indictment of these people for murder and conspiracy to commit murder, this whole house of cards will collapse.
	I agree.
	And we've been saying that for quite some time.
	Very quickly, because I'm over time, a yes or no answer.
	Professor, is there any state in our union that has a law that protects any individual or any company or any corporation or any government or any agency?
	Is there any law that allows them to deploy a weapon of biowarfare that would protect them and give them immunity for criminal prosecution?
	Not from criminal prosecution, Stu.
	It is correct that these people insulated themselves with prior legislation from being sued civilly to pay damages.
	But there is no statute anywhere else.
	That I am aware of that gives these people immunity from criminal prosecution for murder, conspiracy to commit murder, mayhem, also my Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act.
	But the problem there is that the federal government is not going to enforce my statute because the federal government is up to its eyeballs in Nuremberg, We need to move the ball forward now and have the conversation about accountability.
	These people need to be indicted and tried and if found guilty for what they have done, they should be fried.
