Hi folks, I am the shameless spurg.
I hope you're doing well today.
So today I want to get into this little story from Reddit.
It's from Off My Chest.
I'm done with black people.
I am a 17-year-old black girl and I'm actually done with the African slash African American community.
I'm so finished.
Growing up as a black girl in Europe was genuine hell, not just because of the racism from white people, but because of the non-existent support from other black people.
We're genuinely the worst community and have established no form of support for each other.
You're damn sure right about that.
You are the fucking worst.
And no, you guys take horrible care of each other and you cry to us to do everything for you.
You want us to take better care of you than you take care of yourselves.
So many black people are just filled with insecurity and try to dissociate from their blackness as much as possible.
Not so much here.
They're pretty loud and proud of it.
My blackness, my blackness.
The men especially constantly just demeaning the women of their own race to white people and letting both white men and women believe that they can shit on black girls with the permission of black men.
Hey, what can I say?
Look, we've been around you.
Some of our eardrums are just bleedingeding from having been around you.
Black women aren't free from criticism either.
No, they sure as shit aren't.
Why are we so horrible to each other?
It's like we're in a constant competition with each other.
With the amount of unnecessary hate we get from literally every other race, including our own, you'd think we'd stick together, but nah, what do you mean unnecessary?
Says who?
It would have served me well in life if I had woken up a little earlier instead of overlooking things and believing all the bullshit propaganda about how we're all equal and the same.
I'd have done much better to have had a disdain for you in my youth, but unfortunately it had to wait until my adulthood.
So she continues What pisses me off the most is children of immigrants whose parents have moved to western countries and sacrificed everything for their children, but then their sons go on to become gangsters and hoodlums.
Look, it's because you can take them out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of them.
It just it turns into a concrete jungle, you know what I mean?
I don't get this, why?
I don't even understand becoming a gang member in the first place.
What the hell is the point?
You see death, drugs, prison time, and think, Oh yeah, this looks brilliant.
There's an element of monkey see, monkey do, if you follow.
She goes on, but besides that, do these guys not realize what they do affects every single one of us?
Have they not realized by now that black people and immigrants in general are viewed as a collective rather than individuals?
You so often assert yourselves as a collective, you identify with each other, you're part of this big multi racial crybaby polyglot all against whitey, fuck whitey.
Are they not aware of the fact that they need to be hyper aware of their skin color at all times because when one of us does something bad, all of us take the blame?
You are affecting all of us.
Just try being white nowadays.
You'll take all the blame for all the bad things past, present and future, but you'll get no credit for any of the contributions that we have made collectively to this world.
She goes on, don't even get me started on African Americans.
No, you don't get me started on African Americans.
By the way, folks, around blacks, you know the deal.

Stereotypes that don't even apply to my people and where I'm from are constantly being used against me because of these absolute fools from across the ocean.
I mean, there's other stereotypes for you folks.
There are certain patterns that emerge no matter where you are.
And it's not going to always look the same, but it's going to have a few basic components.
I literally can't listen to rap music anymore.
You listen to the lyrics and hear the most explicit and horrible stuff and people just act like it's normal.
Well, okay, imagine being someone like me knowing all this and pointing it out and being called evil for it.
Like you're tired of it being there.
I'm tired of it being there and being called evil for saying, like, hey guys, like the things they talk about doing in their music, it might have some connection to their lifestyle, you know?
It just maybe.
And when I point out that it's not normal, when I point out that it's cultural rot, I'm the bad guy.
But you're just tired of it.
Oh, let's see.
They endorse horrible behavior and it's become so normalizeded that they don't see the problem with it.
Drill rap pisses me the f off.
Why are we acting like these lyrics are normal?
Why are we as civilians choosing sides in quarrels that have nothing to do with us, listening to music about dead children and acting like it's normal?
We're cooked.
It is pretty fucked up.
Look at who owns these things.
Also, gangster rap was openly and admittedly created by a Jew, and he's proud of it.
You can look into that.
If there's anyone in the world, black folks, that really wants to keep you down, it's them, not us.
There's a lot of incentive for them for you to be kept down.
You know, everything from promoting degenerate behavior, criminal behavior in music to investing in private prisons to stick you in.
You've definitely been hit with a lot of propaganda to be the biggest low lives in the world.
She says, I wish we could do better, honestly.
Total African improvement is a mere dream.
It certainly is.
We're always worried about the wrong thing.
Man, who the fuck cares about cultural appropriation while we murder each other and as slavery and corruption are rampant in our own continent.
Oh my God, Shanequa.

I'm just I'm so glad to see one of you say it.
Because, you know, they make it sound like we white people are genociding black people, like we're going around and hunting them down or something.
We're not.
You guys hunt each other down.
I mean, obviously not you.
You seem like a unicorn of some kind.
But they're always hunting each other down.
Nobody kills black people like other black people.
Nobody treats black people like worse shit than other black people.
So she continues, We're so focused on correcting the behavior of other races while we fail the most.
Preach sista, as they say.
The moment anyone in the community tries to point this out, they are shunned.
The only people that would be agreeing with me are white racists.
And that pisses me off.
Well, sorry Shanequa.
It is what it is.
At least we're not spineless emasculated liars.
At least we'll just call it as it is.
So okay, yeah, we agree with you because we see the obvious.
You know, wonder what else we might be right about.
Maybe you should look into it.
So she says, Discussions about our own failures are ignored.
Of course they are.
Because you can do no wrong and you're responsible for all the world's accomplishments.
And you had Wakanda or something and then we just destroyed it.
I am so unbelievably pro black, she says.
I am so unbelievably for the improvement of our race, but I cannot just ignore our obvious and absolutely massive failures.
If you ignore these, I will never believe you are truly pro black.
You know what?
I have to credit you.
I can see that you actually have your priorities in the right place here.
So I have to give you that.
I wish more of my racial brethren would be able to see this.
I believe you that you are pro black and you care about your race.
You have a good head on your shoulders here.
Please, white people, if Shanequa here can do it, can't you?
I mean, fucking can't you?
So she goes on, I've decided to give up and just focus on myself as an individual while still remaining hyper aware of my blackness.
We're going to remain hyper aware of it too.
Unfortunately, Shanequa, I will no longer fight for black people.
Good.
I will no longer quarrel with racists online or even in the real world.
Good.
Good.
Why fucking bother?
We have a point, don't we?
I know that you don't like us, and I know that it must be unfortunate and inconvenient for you that we have come to the same conclusion.
But like, carry that thought to its conclusion.
If we have both noticed the same thing and I'm a white guy, how do you think I'm going to respond to that?
Of course, you care about your race, I don't care about your race, you guys don't care about mine.
You see how that goes?
She goes on, I will mind my own, fight for myself and only myself.
I'm dissociating and I'm going to try to prove my worth as an individual even though it might be hopeless.
Like, yeah, I would say the cause of your race collectively is hopeless.
You seem clearly intelligent and have a good head on your shoulders, so I think that you'll probably do well in life as long as you stay far, far the fuck away from me.
Definitely never come to America and probably get the fuck out of Europe too.
I can certainly comprehend your plight here, okay?
It's none of my concern and I don't care about it, though I appreciate you sharing your story here, because you're pointing out all these things that when we say them, lives get ruined for it.
You're tired of it being that way with your people.
I'm tired of not being able to advocate for my own race.
So, of course, I'm going to be a racist.
Because I'm not stupid.
The fact that I'm not stupid and that I'm racist is because I noticed all the same shit you did.
So in conclusion, Shanequa, I too am done with black people.
