THE ONION-INFOWARS TAKEOVER HALTED @RealAlexJones reports InfoWars is involved in ongoing bankruptcy and legal disputes, describing improper court actions and contested takeover efforts by The Onion, while asserting support for his case, saying, “They filed seven lies… It’s all https://t.co/1x8vzCw
Alex Jones details InfoWars' halted takeover by The Onion, alleging the media group filed seven false claims to a Democrat-led Third Court of Appeals regarding stolen equipment. He exposes fraudulent auction tactics where bidders offered only $2 million in future earnings against a $45 million valuation, leading to the firing of the U.S. trustee. Jones asserts that despite a court order allowing him to remain, The Onion threatened his identity and sued for control without a contract, prompting legal action to block their entry while evidence suggests the studio remains under bankruptcy restrictions. Whistleblowers Expose Lawfare00:02:15
My lawyers don't want to bring it out, but we have federal whistleblowers and people inside with the whole lawfare they ran.
And let's just leave it at that.
And then we have people that have been inside the onion when they tried to take us over a year and a half ago that have come forward.
But we're waiting with all of that.
And I've been on air all day, so I haven't seen our filing, the Texas Supreme Court.
When the Third Court of Appeals, Democrat Court, by the way, blocked the onion's second tip of takeover last week, they filed seven lies, seven lies.
Saying that we stole the equipment out of the building.
It's all there.
They said we lied.
We weren't ordered by the court, the state court, to leave.
We have the order by the trustee.
They said just a whole bunch of other crazy stuff that's verifiably false.
So we have all of that.
And they're in a lot of trouble.
Just like they had a fake auction a year and a half ago, and the judge said it looked like it was illegal and killed it.
They did it again.
Because, see, you're supposed to have an auction, federal or state, when you have a bankruptcy.
It's supposedly about money.
We had people ready to pay $45 million for InfoWars.
And then I said, watch, they're not going to put in a real bid.
Don't do that.
And so the first auction that our group offered $4 million, they offered no money, just $2 million of my future earnings.
We can't do that.
So the judge found out he'd ordered a cash auction.
They said no.
They said they had the auction, told the judge that.
He fired the U.S. trustee, fired the people, brought in a new group.
Then the second group, Basically, tried to pull the same thing.
Then it went to state court, and the same judge that ran the show trial against me appointed a receiver a year ago.
His wife leaves him and kills himself.
I never met the guy, felt sorry for him.
They appointed a new one, and because they were under DOJ investigation with Ed Martin, they just were frozen for six months.
As soon as that investigation was over, they said, We're not paying the internet bills, the rent, even though there was plenty of money in the company, $4 million extra on top of the regular bills each month.
They said, Get out on the 30th, gave us letters and orders.
So I announced a month ago.
33 days ago, 34 days ago, I said, We're being shut down on the 30th, our last show.
No Contract, Just Identity Theft00:00:28
Then we learned The Onion was started bragging weeks later, we're taking over.
Well, they didn't have a contract and they said, We're going to own your identity.
We're going to make fun of you.
We're going to discredit you.
I said, Well, you're not allowed to do that.
So I'm going to sue you over that.
So I blocked it.
They flipped out this weekend and followed seven lies.
And we've already sent in third parties, videotaped everything.
All it has stickers, bankruptcy stickers on it.
The old studio's there.
Everything's there.
You know, crew took like their own personal pictures and stuff off the walls.
