All right, status report for all the folks that have shown interest in my working out here on Sean Johnson's channel and at Real Alex Shones.
I committed to working out about eight months ago with it, eight months ago, Sean?
Yep. And intermittent fasting, eating healthy, just a lot of supplementation, sauna, working out, cardio weights.
But I had to work through injuries on my Achilles.
It's gone.
And my shoulder, we've worked through that.
We're doing heavier now.
So I lost from 290 down to 230 in about the last two months.
I would just bounce between never below 230 and about 233.
But this week he said,"Listen, focus a little bit more on, you know, not getting too many carbs and stuff.
Exercise is even harder." He said,"I know we're going to, by Friday, go below 230." And I was at 230.1 yesterday.
Let's see what it is right now.
Let's see what happens.
I just lose a few two-tenths of a pound.
I'll be there.
That is kick-ass.
That's almost two pounds, man.
We're in the 220's, baby.
Brother, you nailed it.

You can do it.
By the way, people in San Francisco, it pisses me off because that stuff goes after your heart.
That stuff goes after your cardiovascular system, your body.
You don't gain, you don't lose muscle.
I'm trying to get bigger, but you don't lose, you know, fat and then not lose muscle, okay?
I'm losing fat and then gaining muscle.
This is exercise.
And Shawn and I are going to be putting a big program out soon.
A book out for everybody that wants to know about it.
