[00:00:06] I committed to working out about eight months ago with it, eight months ago, Sean? [00:00:10] Yep. And intermittent fasting, eating healthy, just a lot of supplementation, sauna, working out, cardio weights. [00:00:18] But I had to work through injuries on my Achilles. [00:00:20] It's gone. [00:00:20] And my shoulder, we've worked through that. [00:00:21] We're doing heavier now. [00:00:22] So I lost from 290 down to 230 in about the last two months. [00:00:27] I would just bounce between never below 230 and about 233. [00:00:31] But this week he said,"Listen, focus a little bit more on, you know, not getting too many carbs and stuff. [00:00:36] Exercise is even harder." He said,"I know we're going to, by Friday, go below 230." And I was at 230.1 yesterday. [00:00:42] Let's see what it is right now. [00:00:43] Let's see what happens. [00:00:45] I just lose a few two-tenths of a pound. [00:00:47] I'll be there. [00:00:51] That is kick-ass. [00:00:53] That's almost two pounds, man.
