| FBI Director James Comey has been fired by President Trump in a statement. | |
| Trump said that Comey's firing will mark a new beginning for the FBI. They're going to start the search for a new FBI director immediately. | |
| So this is breaking news. | |
| We don't have all of the information, but of course, Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, said he has been fired. | |
| And of course, this comes just days after he testified on Capitol Hill about the FBI's investigation into Russia's election meddling and of course the alleged collusion, possible connections between... | |
| Russia and the Trump campaign, again, a nothing burger. | |
| There was no collusion, no evidence of collusion. | |
| This whole Russia thing was just a big joke. | |
| Also, the FBI has had to come out and correct the record on Comey's testimony. | |
| He said under oath that Abedin had forwarded hundreds of thousands of emails to the laptop of her husband, former Rep. | |
| Anthony Weiner. | |
| But the FBI says only a small number of the emails found on the laptop were a result of forwarding. | |
| Most were just a backup from other electronic devices. | |
| Still a big joke. | |
| He basically let Huma and Hillary Clinton walk free because he couldn't find any intent for wrongdoing there. | |
| That has always worked for me whenever I get pulled over by a police officer. | |
| I didn't realize that the speed limit wasn't a 95 officer. | |
