| This is the area where everything has pretty much culminated from the past few days. | |
| Right behind me is the CVS that everyone has seen on the news, the one that burnt down. | |

| So he's got a really interesting piece of information. | |
| He said that when the riots basically broke out, that the police allowed... | |
| The people to come down here. | |
| The fire in the building, what did you say happened now? | |
| They said that they came down, they allowed them to go in the building and loot, and the building did not catch on fire until the police came down, and that's when it set on fire. | |
| See, that's one of the interesting things that we saw when we were in Ferguson. | |
| Remember, when we got out of the street, Jakari and I, out there on West Florissant Avenue. | |
| Vehicles, I mean, most of the people were way down away from where all the buildings were. | |
| The fires happened from within the buildings that were already boarded up. | |
| No outside perimeters were busted whatsoever. | |
| So this is a possible another case of provocateuring happening from within the police here in Baltimore. | |
| Yep, that's what happened. | |
| That's exactly what happened. | |
| You can ask any of the people who was from around here. | |
| Everybody said the same thing, that the building didn't catch on fire until the officers came. | |
| And now they have a reason to bring all this military in and really basically take the money they could have fixed up the place with, and now it's just going back to the federal government. | |
| What do you think about the military being out here now patrolling up and down the streets, telling you when you can and cannot go to bed? | |
| Well, I kind of understand it because, again, they've been building it up. | |
| For a while, so they got to use it. | |
| They're going to have to use it because you can tell it was already here. | |
| There's no shortage of helmets. | |
| There's no shortage of anything. | |
| It was already here. | |
| When it didn't go down with the bloods in the crypts, and so they just went up there, and it was like they provoked the kids, and that's how it got started. | |

| They really didn't care how it started. | |
| They just wanted to get it started. | |
| And now that it's started, they're just going to keep going with it. | |
| You see right now, there's nothing going on out here, but they have all these armies, everything out here. | |
| And there's nothing going on out here, but this is the way I think other states should look at us and know what's coming for them. | |
