Jakari Jackson reporting for Infowars.com.
And we see with the parachuting, the female suspect allegedly or reportedly has fled to Syria by way of Turkey.
But before we get to that, let's talk about females joining these extremist groups, these ISIS groups, these Al-Qaeda groups.
And why are they doing this?
You guys may recall back in 2009, Jiha Jain.
She has recently been sentenced to 10 years in her plot trying to kill a Swedish artist who depicted the Prophet Muhammad as a dog.
And it says after she converted to Islam Online, this is Colleen LaRose.
She has maintained her faith and she's already served four years and has another ten tacked on to that.
And they were pushing for a life sentence, but she was able to avoid that.
But it's not just grown women.
We see the recruits becoming younger and younger, not just for the men, but also for the females.
And we see official three Denver girls played hooky from school and tried to join ISIS. Also, we have Austria.
One of the teenage Austrian poster girls who ran away to join ISIS has been killed in the conflict, says the UN. One was 16, one was 15 at the time.
Back in April of last year, they appeared on social networking sites brandishing Kalashnikov rifles.
And the UN says one girl was killed in the fighting and the other has been lost track of.
And I do believe one of these girls was pregnant.
So you see more and more people becoming younger and younger.
And CBS has a pretty good article.
I like this.
Why female recruits are vital to terror groups.
And they break down various aspects.
You know, one obvious one in a lot of the countries where these attacks are going on.
You can see women, they wear burqas or other facial coverings.
It's easy for them to conceal their identities.
Also, nobody's looking so much at the women.
You know, when they look for terror suspects, they're looking for that military-aged male.
So when you have the female, it's easier for them to slip in and out of places.
And of course, if they do get away, a lot of times they do have facial coverings, things of that nature.
