The word is FOCUS. F-O-C-U-S. It's the word that best describes what Trump is about as a lethal, insidious maverick who will do whatever it takes to accomplish his goal.
F stands for follow, onward, continue until successful.
That's focus.
And if somebody doesn't understand what Trump is about, that's their problem.
Unlike the New York Times, I do not believe Trump is borderline insane.
That was dangerous.
That was stupid for the Times to write that.
And it's libelous.
There's nothing insane about Trump.
He's ruthless.
He's a lion.
He's a tiger.
He will eat anybody in his way.
But in order to understand Trump, you have to grow up in New York the way I had.
And you have to go to 56th and 57th Street on Fifth Avenue.
And remember that there was a store there called Bondwood Taylor, Which my mother would take to in order to buy her high-end products.
I enjoyed just shopping with her.
And then years later, I noticed that that entire block on Fifth Avenue, one of the most precious blocks in New York, was destroyed in order to build a thing called Trump Towers.
So you Democrats, Nancy Pelosi and Schumer, I strongly recommend that you go to see Trump Tower and take the pictures of what it was before that.
Also go to the Jacob Javits Center, go to the Hotel Commodore, go to Soho, go to Chelsea and see all the buildings and then go on to the 33 other properties that Trump has built or managed and understand that Trump isn't a politician.
He is a ruthless businessman who will do anything and everything to make sure that the wall will be built.
And I will guarantee you that wall will be built.
If he has to bankrupt the company, if he has to do whatever it takes, that wall will be built.
Remember, you politicians are basically the parasites of our society.
You didn't build anything.
You didn't create anything.
You basically were sycophants to the wealthy and the rich like Trump and other millionaires.
And you ask them for money to get you into a position where basically you did nothing but process.
You didn't build a building.
You didn't make a landmark statue or anything that was major.
Like John Bolton, who will probably leave the White House because he didn't follow Trump's orders.
Trump said, get the forces out of Syria immediately.
Bolton decided in his inimitable, stupid way To make a speech alongside Bibi and say that we would take our time.
Not only was Bolton mocked by Trump, who called him Michael Bolton, the effete singer, but he was also mocked and denigrated by Erdogan of Turkey, who said there is no place in this administration for a John Bolton or any Bolton.
We will do what's best for Turkey and what's best for America.
We will take out the American soldiers.
We will work with Syria.
We will work with Iran.
And we will work with Russia.
And we will deal with all the problems that we had beforehand.
So Bolton will leave and the buildings will be built and the wall will be built.
Why?
Because Trump has simple philosophy.
Besides the focus, he says very simply this.
Think big.
Have big ideas.
Grandiose ideas.
Be narcissistic.
Because if you don't have a big ego, you're really not anybody.
Is that crazy?
No, that's not crazy.
But it sounds as if it's kind of...
Irritating to the American psyche.
We have gotten so lazy and so slothful and so inured to the notion that we have a good life that we forget that this country was built by entrepreneurs.
I myself am an entrepreneur.
I'm an angel investor.
I've built companies and I've known failure and I've known success.
Let me quote a very famous president who is often compared to Trump.
Neither one was crazy, and I worked for him.
President Nixon said, never judge an individual by his success, but judge him by the fact and how he handled his failures and then eventually came to his success.
