| You saw the Democrats and their cohorts in mainstream corporate news praising and promoting The summer of 2020 riots that led to $2.2 billion in property damage. | ||
| They loved it then. | ||
| They set up the bail funds and bailed out the criminals then. | ||
| They had their judges on the inside to make sure people didn't even get prosecuted. | ||
| And then it was good, but now that it's been turned against them, now that their lies have been exposed, now that their criminality has been exposed, they don't like it. | ||
| A total double standard. | ||
| And so, here's the deal. | ||
| The main story Is that, in a way, the United States has fallen to a criminal, corporate, global cabal that in the year 2020 stole our presidential election and stole the Senate from us. | ||
| Americans know this, and we're pissed about this. | ||
| That is the truth. | ||
| So, when they say, President Trump caused the violence because he dared give a speech highlighting all the election theft, highlighting all the unconstitutionality, highlighting all the shenanigans the Democrats ran. | ||
| He's labeled as bad for telling the truth, and then the extension of that becomes the censorship of anybody or everybody. | ||
| That ever supported Donald Trump or ever talked about the election theft that won't now come out against Donald Trump and claim that the people storming the Capitol were terrorists. | ||
| Now I said this on Friday and it's becoming more and more apparent now. | ||
| Most of the people that got inside that building were veterans. | ||
| Now if you observe the scenes, and we're gonna do so here again on air just to point out what was really going on, and we put out ample evidence at band.video that shows the righteously furious Americans that you see here by the millions and millions that were in D.C. | ||
| Furious that our election had been stolen, furious that the media continues to lie about it, furious that our country has been shut down due to a fake pandemic. | ||
| We've had enough. | ||
| So we surrounded the Capitol. | ||
| We were in D.C. | ||
| executing our first amendment right. | ||
| Now the congressmen and women claim they're all scared, but You don't have a second amendment in Washington, D.C. | ||

| So, I'm not sure what they were so scared of. | ||
| What they're really scared of is not people invading D.C. | ||
| What they're really scared of is that their crimes have been exposed, and that's why they're going for broke. | ||
| And so the biggest question that is lingering in my head right now And I think we're all kind of in the same boat to an extent, which is why you see some of these fringe conspiracy theories out there coming up daily that never come true, and then the people who make them up just move the goalposts. | ||
| Well, here's the deal. | ||
| Is the last 48 hours, a little bit more than that, of action by the Communists on television and in Congress With all the censorship and all the attacks on President Trump and all the attacks on President Trump's voters, is this a sign that President Trump has given up and that's why they're emboldened to move forward and push forward like this? | ||
| Or is it a sign that they're more afraid of Donald Trump than they've ever been in their lives? | ||
| Because it could really go both ways. | ||
| They see Trump as conceded. | ||
| They see Trump as he's standing down. | ||
| Now they feel emboldened? | ||
| Roll out the whole censorship. | ||
| Roll out the labeling of Trump supporters as domestic terrorists. | ||
| Send out all the left-wing feds, left-wing police to start rounding people up. | ||
| Completely shut any of them down off social media. | ||
| And that's just the first wave. | ||
| Or are they so afraid of President Trump and what he's about to reveal and what he's about to do in his final 10 days of office That's why they're all in on the censorship. | ||
| That's why they're going for broke right now. | ||
| Because they feel that their time could be limited. | ||
| Depending on what Trump pulls next. | ||
| Trump is in control of his own fate. | ||

| He can still declassify everything. | ||
| He can still pardon people. | ||
| There's all kinds of different things he can do. | ||
| But it is very strange. | ||
| It is very eerie. | ||
| The sights and scenes of Washington, D.C. | ||
| where now thousands Of military personnel have been deployed to the streets. | ||
| And you have weird generator 5G technology being set up. | ||
| Alex Jones did a report on it from the ground before we left D.C. | ||
| So, a lot of strangeness going on in D.C. | ||

| Is it a sign that they're more afraid of Trump than ever in his last 10 days? | ||

| Obviously, there was Antifa in there dressed as Trump supporters, and we've identified a few of those. | ||
| We did highlights of that on Friday. | ||
| And I believe I've identified another one that we're going to cross-reference with a couple footage shots today. | ||
| I think we may have even seen one of them signaling to the rest. | ||
| It was trying to move forward, push forward with the move of a Trump hat to the back, and then they come surging forward. | ||
| I think we've identified that group. | ||
| So, we're going to do all of this. | ||
| But I have the footage of not just Trump supporters pulling off people from the building. | ||
| There were clearly infiltrators trying to smash windows. | ||
| We have multiple clips of that. | ||
| I now have also videos from inside the Capitol where Trump supporters are cleaning up the damage. | ||
| They're cleaning up the broken glass. | ||
| They're putting back up the pillars and stuff. | ||
| So, that's the behavior of Trump supporters. | ||
| Now, once the doors were open, once the cops let him in, once everything was on, yeah, of course everybody was gonna go inside. | ||
| But how is it that you have the one leftist that's been identified and apparently arrested, John Sullivan, I believe is his name, who says, we're gonna burn it all to the ground. | ||
| Burn it to the ground. | ||
| He's inside saying, burn it to the ground. | ||
| And then he magically has all the frontline footage of the destruction of The breaching. | ||
| Well, because he's there promoting it, and then he gets the film, and then he gets inside and says, burn it to the ground, but they couldn't get it. | ||
| So, they were wanting a total Reichstag event on January 6th. | ||
| They didn't get it. | ||
| This event of Ashley Babbitt getting shot is very perturbing as well. | ||
| When you had five police officers standing right behind her, and as you can see in this footage, one of them moves in at the scene because he's wondering, he thinks someone else shot her like a civilian. | ||
| Now watch right here, he's gonna point his gun through the window, looking for a shooter. | ||
| And then they say, oh, it was one of our guys that shot her. | ||
| And he says, oh, it's one of our guys that shot her. | ||
| Oh, okay. | ||
| So think about that. | ||
| Six police behind her. | ||
| She's climbing onto a windowsill, she gets executed by Private security, which has just detailed the congressman from the Washington police is what we're told. | ||
| We still don't have the individual's identity who did the shooting. | ||
| Of course, you know, if it was any other situation, the media would have that immediately and they'd be calling for that person's arrest and that person would be arrested. | ||
| But hey, you kill a white woman, you kill a veteran, you kill a Trump supporter, you don't worry about that. | ||
| The media is okay with that. | ||
| Now, if she had been black, we could have a totally different story right now. | ||
| But that's not even the point. | ||
| The point is, you had a million Trump supporters in D.C. | ||
| pissed off because their country has been totally stolen from them. | ||
| You had left-wing agitators whose goal, and who were even paid, we now have admissions. | ||
| Again, I don't want to be redundant, but it's almost like do I have to go into the archive to pull all this footage? | ||
| We have admissions. | ||
| We identified one of the guys who says, I went to the Capitol today, I was paid to start a riot. | ||
| And he admits it! | ||
| And you can see the fear in his face, and I think that's because he didn't realize he was dealing with real men. | ||
| This wasn't some BLM Antifa event where it's just a bunch of sheeple walking around and you can get up a riot and do some damage and then everybody just kind of has fun with it. | ||
| You were dealing with veterans, you were dealing with parents, you were dealing with real people, and so they tried to pull some stuff, and they had some serious people looking them in the eye saying, hey, you better stop that right now. | ||
| And they just got out of there, and then did a video admission on their Instagram. | ||
| But the distraction, yeah, there it is right there. | ||
| The distraction is exactly what we knew it would be. | ||
| Problem is, it didn't work. | ||
| They just moved forward with their propaganda anyway. | ||
| They didn't have a bunch of property damage in D.C. | ||
| No small businesses got destroyed. | ||
| In fact, guys, can we roll the B-roll of, it just kind of has like a rap sheet of the summer 2020 riots versus the January 6th Capitol? | ||
| And then kind of the media response on the side as I'm talking. | ||
| You didn't have a bunch of property damage. | ||
| There was property damage in the Capitol. | ||
| Menial compared to what happened in the summer of 2020 and peanuts compared to the budget that they'll have to repair it. | ||
| In fact, They'll sign some new bill and Congress will get a billion dollars to protect the Capitol and they'll put up a brand new fancy wall and they'll repair everything greater than it's ever been. | ||
| And then it'll be a huge victory for them. | ||
| Of course, that's what criminals do. | ||
| So the criminals are now entrenching themselves into the Capitol. | ||
| That's why they've set up the barricades. | ||
| No. | ||
| The American people and Trump supporters are righteously furious because you stole our election. | ||
| The American people and Trump supporters are righteously furious because you have illegally shut this country down and destroyed them economically. | ||
| And then, you even underestimated the goodness of these people's hearts. | ||
| You tried to start violent riots at the Capitol, and the Trump supporters didn't buy into it. | ||

| But if you riot and destroy during a BLM riot, or you riot and destroy during an Antifa riot, they don't even try to investigate that. | ||

| They're in capital lockdown. | ||
| Physician says, oh, we were bioweapons now, even though nobody's getting sick. | ||
| None of the crew here gets sick. | ||
| We travel around in crowds of millions of people, shake hands, hug. | ||
| None of us get sick. | ||
| All the other Trump supporters that go to the events and the rallies, none of them get sick. | ||
| Even the people that do test positive, it's either a false positive or they don't even experience any symptoms. | ||
| But there is an image in this story where you had Trump supporters on one side, police on the other, and they're just doing a tug-of-war with a barricade. | ||
| And it's like the perfect illustration of where America's at right now. | ||
| Americans fighting over an inanimate object at an inconsequential event, while the elite, the corporate criminal cabal, is stealing everything from us and has us fighting against one another. | ||
| So the real question is, and only time I guess will tell, are the globalists, is the corporate criminal cabal Oh. | ||
| Are they more emboldened than ever right now because they feel they finally have Trump out of the way? | ||
| Or are they more afraid right now of Trump than they have ever been? | ||
| That's why they're going for broke in this short period of time. | ||

| These are the men and women that tell our troops to go into war and then a glass pane gets broke on a building that they're in and they literally crap themselves. | ||

| And by the way, a lot of those veterans that those congressmen and women sent to die, they were the ones at your front door on January 6th. | ||

| Those words are pretty clear, but that's basically what I saw on January 6, 2021. | ||
| And let's be clear here, you're a veteran, there were thousands of veterans out there that were sent overseas to protect election integrity or, you know, who knows what other reasons they were given to be sent overseas putting their lives on the line, but now they see worse than what they saw over there happening in their own country and so they're fired up. | ||

| And, because I have people talking to me saying, you know, Owen, You guys are leading the charge on here. | ||

| I forget what it was that led me to give this news, but I told the people, I said, and I said, hey, look, we need to have a plan in case they're going to certify it for Biden. | ||

| What do you think the president needs to do with his final 10 days in office to either stop the theft of our election and or destroy the criminal corporate cabal that's about to put their puppet in office before he even gets in, Ivan Reikland? | ||

| One is there's still election fraud that hasn't been addressed. | ||
| So I think what There's the election fraud component. | ||
| There's the constitutional violation component. | ||
| I think he can address the constitutional violation component by going online under the EAS system and notifying the states that were derelict that he will send federal forces to ensure that the state legislatures in those Capitol buildings of the six contested states actually hold a vote because that's the way that they can actually remedy the constitutional violation that they committed. | ||
| And also kind of correct what the U.S. | ||
| Congress just certified along with the Vice President. | ||
| As far as the election fraud component, that's going to have to continue with investigations, with court filings, etc. | ||
| Another piece is the campaign can file a lawsuit or excuse me, the state legislatures themselves can be a party against the U.S. | ||
| Congress and the Vice President because the cause of action accrued on the 6th when they did the certification. | ||
| Uh, against the will of the, of the state legislature, as well as the, uh, governors and the secretaries of state. | ||
| That's the legal option. | ||
| I know people are sick of the legal option cause we haven't gotten anywhere with that, but that still is in play. | ||
| Uh, and then under the EAS system, he can call under executive order 13848, which we've all been talking about. | ||
| And also he can call under the, I believe it's if you can pull it up, it's title 47 sections. | ||
| If you go to my parlor, I have it there. | ||
| Section 706, I believe, where under the War Powers Act, the president can essentially take ownership of the telecoms. | ||
| I believe it's for a short period of time in conjunction with the EAS to put them on notice that they can't just completely circumvent the First Amendment, essentially. | ||
| So with that said, I think those are his options. | ||
| I don't see outside of a, you know, Activating the Insurrection Act and martial law, I really don't see, at this point, any sort of path for him outside a complete restructuring of our government. | ||
| Meaning, in 1776, there was a restructuring of the government. | ||
| Actually, later on, it was the Articles of Confederation that created a new government for our country. | ||
| And then you had the U.S. | ||
| Constitution, later on, created our second government, absent a I guess a third wave or a third calling of a new government in this country. | ||
| Every second that ticks by is really, I would say, seconds closer to the conclusion of President Trump's first term. | ||
| And granted, he is the president until the 20th, so he can use all these powers up until noon on the 20th, if he so chooses. | ||
| I've got a lot of questions I want to ask you, but generally speaking, generally speaking, do you think the Attack against the President with the censorship, the attack against We The People, the attack against the truth, everything that we've seen ramping up right now. | ||
| Do you think that shows that the establishment, the criminal establishment, is more afraid than Donald Trump than ever? | ||

| I have not gotten any reliable intel that President Trump has used the Insurrection Act. | ||
| But I will, you brought up the Insurrection Act. | ||

| So here's what happened. | ||
| Initially, just contextually to answer this, the D.C. | ||
| Mayor Muriel Bowser called and requested that the D.C. | ||
| National Guard come out from the 5th or 4th through the 7th of January because they were expecting a lot of people, you know, I think they were calling it First Amendment sort of rallies, just to maintain common order through a show of force. | ||
| Now, obviously, we saw what happened. | ||
| And then immediately afterwards, she called on support from the surrounding states. | ||
| So not only do you have, well, let me back up. | ||
| The D.C. | ||
| National Guard is controlled by the Office of the Secretary of Defense. | ||
| So the Secretary of Defense is the one that actually allows the D.C. | ||
| mayor to utilize the D.C. | ||
| National Guard. | ||
| It's a different dynamic than any other location. | ||
| Now add on to that the January 6th events. | ||
| It caused her to request more capacity and that capacity is coming from three other jurisdictions. | ||
| As far as I know, the Virginia National Guard is supporting with a few folks. | ||
| I don't know the exact numbers. | ||
| I think I've seen it somewhere the exact numbers, but it may be in the hundreds. | ||
| Also, you have the Maryland National Guard is being provided to DC and then Pennsylvania. | ||
| Now, I think those are being sent in. | ||
| There's several different capacities that Guard can be deployed from a legal standpoint. | ||
| If you're willing your own state, in the case of DC, it's federal nonetheless. | ||
| It can be under what's called state active duty. | ||
| Since they're crossing over state lines, they're going to be probably under either Title 32 or Title 10 operations, depending on their orders. | ||
| Now, there's a big distinction there. | ||
| If it's under Title 32, they're providing support. | ||
| Um, and they don't fall under the control of the president. | ||
| They're funded by federal dollars, but they're not under the operational control. | ||
| They're still under the control. | ||
| In this case, it would be the D.C. | ||
| mayor. | ||
| But again, it's a sticking point there. | ||
| But if they're on Title 10 orders, then they still fall. | ||
| They fall under the president's control operationally and administratively, if you will. | ||
| And then tactically, they could be used based on what the commander of the D.C. | ||
| National Guard wants, how he wants to deploy them. | ||
| Now, having said all that, I know it's a lot, I assess that they are just there to do shift work and cover down on security within the D.C. | ||
| area through the end of the month. | ||
| That's that's what I read into it. | ||
| As far as any sort of relationship to the Insurrection Act, I haven't seen any indications that that that is the case. | ||
| All right, let me ask you one more question because I believe this is actually more relevant as to whether or not President Trump... By the way, I've spent 17 years in the National Guard, and I know some folks in some of these states, so FYI. | ||
| Well, I won't get into all the people you know. | ||
| I've made the jokes on air many times. | ||

| So if President Trump really wants to complete this battle, this journey against the enemies of America that have been destroying us for decades, that he embarked on riding down that golden elevator in June of 2015, Do you believe that if President Trump wanted to continue this fight in his last 10 days in office, whatever that may mean, and potentially onward, do you believe that the military would have his back, and do you believe that Secret Service would have his back? | ||
| Because those seem to be the only two options left on the table, and those would be the people he's kind of dealing with every day, just in passing, that he can kind of bring this up to and just be like, hey, look, you know, what do you think I should do? | ||
| The Secret Service with him, the military with him. | ||
| What do you think would happen in that scenario? | ||
| Do you believe the military or Secret Service would have Trump's back in the next 10 days if he moves against the enemies of America? | ||
| So, there's two parts to this. | ||
| On the political landscape of the election, it's pretty much a done deal where I don't think that the Department of Defense would do anything within their authority and power to support any decision with that. | ||
| If it was a foreign threat, Uh, such as China. | ||
| I mean, because right now we're America is the most vulnerable during transitions. | ||
| And this, this one is going to be a very, if it even occurs, right? | ||
| Um, I'm expecting it to occur, but there's a chance that it may not occur, right? | ||
| There's a small chance and it's, but it still means it's a larger chance that at any point in time in my life, uh, that a transition may or may not occur. | ||
| So let's just assume that the transition does occur. | ||
| It's still a time of. | ||
| Chaos where you have one administration coming in and another, you know coming out and so that's a big gap and opportunity as well as opportunity for China for Russia for Iran to seize any Gain that they want it's it's it's the easiest time so in terms of foreign threats I would definitely say that the Pentagon is going to support any sort of action as long as it's not extremely bold or going to be incongruent with the | ||

| I guess it's just a matter of how much intel has been given to the president on China's involvement with certain congressmen, with our education system, with our media, and with our major corporations. | ||

| And it really comes down to, I mean, we still have an opportunity to overturn the election at the Supreme Court because there are a lot of cases that haven't been heard. | ||
| There's going to be one, I believe, that's going to be heard after the inauguration date, if you will. | ||
| Even though that's a fleeting opportunity, it's still there. | ||
| We'll see how that plays out. | ||
| But I think the main focus should be on the media piece. | ||

| And we need to regain a voice in the White House briefing room to where we can ask the questions that need to be asked, whether it's the current administration or potentially the next one, as opposed to like, oh, what did you have? | ||
