| The very first thing today that happened is obviously we had Mitch McConnell on record who said, Welcome Joe Biden, President-elect, and he officially announced that President-elect is Joe Biden and he welcomed them in this very appalling statement. | ||
| And so let's play this clip real quick and just look at the the oozing fakeness of it. | ||

| So he was actually saying we need to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden. | ||
| And Putin also jumped on the bandwagon today and said it's finally time that we congratulate Joe Biden as the President-elect, even though there are still procedures and there's still a whole election process that we have to get through. | ||
| And as Robert Barnes said yesterday, January 6th is truly the deadline that we have to work towards. | ||
| Not yesterday, the Electoral College vote, but January 6th. | ||
| There's still time to make a difference. | ||
| There is still a pathway to victory. | ||
| So why is Mitch McConnell saying this? | ||
| Why is he going on record and publicly declaring and congratulating President-elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the first women vice president? | ||

| And luckily, Congressman Mo Brooks said today that he will be fighting for objections to be made. | ||

| The only question is, will a senator have the courage to join those objections as well? | ||
| Clearly, Mitch McConnell's trying to preclude that from happening. | ||
| That's why it was Mitch McConnell's protege, Attorney General Daniel Cameron in Kentucky, who was the only major attorney general to neither make a statement nor join the Texas suit. | ||
| It was a sign that McConnell was maneuvering behind the scenes to try to push Trump out. | ||
| I think Trump now fully understands and appreciates that. | ||
| There are still limitations to what remedies Trump can do. | ||
| He gently pushed Bill Barr out the door yesterday. | ||
| One way he can reward Mitch McConnell and the deep state apparatus is first, Veto any legislation that doesn't include meaningful changes to Section 230. | ||
| Make Biden sign on to whatever's going to be done down the road. | ||

| And the forensic report that was just released yesterday from Antrim County, the audit that was received from Russell James Ramsland, With all of the actual forensic evidence of the 22 Dominion voting machines that were seized, it actually showed the fraud. | ||
| And not only that, everything that this CEO, John Polas of Dominion, was saying here today could be rebuted right here in just this one report. | ||
| For instance, he says that the allowable Election error rate, established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines, is 1 in 250,000 ballots. | ||

| But what they revealed is that they saw an error rate of 68.05%. | ||

| But what they revealed is that they saw an error rate of 68.05%, 68.05%, which is a ridiculous, significant, fatal error in the security and the election integrity. | ||
| And then in a different county, in Central Lake Township, they found 1,222 ballots were reversed out of 1,491 total ballots cast, which is a 81% error rate, an 81% error rate and a rejection rate. | ||
| And then, of course, all the reversed ballots are then sent to adjudication. | ||
| For a decision by election personnel in this adjudication process. | ||
| It's not monitored. | ||
| There's no accountability there. | ||
| It's just done by somebody who obviously has an agenda and they could do whatever they want with those adjudicated ballots. | ||

| And they found that in this one city, just this one city in Michigan, 81% of these ballots were being sent to the adjudication process. | ||

| Keep it here for the next hour and a half as we go over all the latest breaking news and sift all the truth from the facts and the false news out there and the gaslighting that's happening at an epic level to try to convince you that Biden is the legitimate president and there's just no hope for Trump. | ||
| Joining us tonight is constitutional attorney Robert Barnes, who's helping us make sense of all of this, thankfully. | ||
| All right, so we talked about some of the main findings in the Dominion forensic audit report that just came out, and I encourage you guys all to read the whole report. | ||
| I can't go over it all now because I don't have enough time, but they found some really stunning findings, and they found that it was definitely and they swear by this that it was it was indeed systemic and purposeful fraud. | ||
| 100% any of these errors any of these glitches. | ||
| They were not human errors or glitches. | ||
| They were not accidents. | ||
| They were. | ||
| They were built into the system. | ||
| For the purpose of fraud. | ||
| They were built into the system for systemic fraud that was supposed to be undetected, but they got caught. | ||
| Especially because they didn't realize just how much they had to cheat because Trump was just so darn popular. | ||
| They didn't realize how many votes they were going to have to make up. | ||
| So they built it into the system. | ||
| There's forensic evidence now that they built it into the system and that this Dominion CEO today that testified in this fake sham of a circus hearing was lying to the American people. | ||
| So let's just check this out real quick. | ||

| Of the Dominion CEO just lying through his teeth to the American people. | ||
| Why even have a hearing like this if they're going to lie? | ||
| Unless we're going to catch them later and expose them, prosecute them, and jail them. | ||

| What is to, you answered earlier, it's up to the locals to provide the security. | ||
| But if they were to allow that computer to be connected to outside networks, does that present a vulnerability to the tabulator's programming? | ||
| Well, the system, as I said, is designed not to be connected. | ||
| So if they're running certified software on those systems that are not connected to the Internet, the record of what the adjudication panel is doing gets appended to the original valid image And they are available for audit. | ||
| So these are questions best answered by the election officials that work to secure that location. | ||
| Because you can imagine, conceptually, that's just as dangerous as not having control of your in-person voting precinct, back to the example of your home county. | ||
| If you didn't trust the poll worker, and you didn't trust all of the bipartisan watchers, That speaks to the security of the overall process, not to the accuracy of the tabulate. | ||
| As I said in my opening statement, the true test of a tabulation system, such as ours, is in the manual recount and an audit that is taking place. | ||
| And that is something that is always available to do. | ||
| But we can't do a proper manual recount or audit. | ||
| We can't do that if the records are being deleted. | ||
| We're not able to do, and this is why these audits are meaningless, because the whole system is corrupt. | ||
| The Dominion system has these built-in features to move the votes, to have this high rate of error, to get the ballots adjudicated. | ||
| Right? | ||
| And then what happens is then they delete the fraudulent ballots, they delete the evidence, which the report actually found that they deleted the evidence from November 3rd and November 4th so that we can't even exactly find out the record and the logs and the traffic and who logged in and what times they logged in and what ballots were moved because they deleted the evidence. | ||
| And if you delete the evidence, you're guilty. | ||
| And we knew that they were going to delete the evidence. | ||
| And this is what is so frustrating because we know that they delete the evidence. | ||
| We know that they were going to do that. | ||
| Maricopa County just said that they're issuing subpoenas in Maricopa County, Arizona, to seize all of the Dominion systems for a full forensic audit. | ||
| So again, this feels like a little too little too late. | ||
| It's already over a month after the election. | ||
| Why are they ordering It's good that they're doing it. | ||
| I'm sure they're going to find the exact same errors and the exact same data that they found in Michigan. | ||
| But why wait till now? | ||
| Why wasn't it done sooner? | ||
| Why wasn't it ordered sooner? | ||
| So what do you think, Robert Barnes? | ||
| Do you think that this, obviously, this Dominion CEO is lying to the American people, and we have found now obvious evidence of fraud at the forensic level, do you think that this is enough to hold up in court? | ||
| Do you think that this is enough for SCOTUS to take on? | ||
| Do you think this is enough for us to be able to reverse the election results? | ||
| You know, even President Trump today said, many Trump votes were counted to Biden. | ||
| We already know that. | ||
| He thinks he's got 75 million votes or more. | ||
| Forensic proof exists now that the votes were flipped. | ||
| But yet, no one seems to be doing anything about it. | ||
| Yeah, I mean, I think there's multiple aspects to it. | ||
| I think the courts are unlikely to give any remedy. | ||
| I think once the Supreme Court turned down the Texas case, it meant that they were unlikely to give, get involved at all, unfortunately. | ||
| And so that leaves really the only place left, the sort of time has lapsed on the state legislatures to take action. | ||
| So at this point, it's only Congress. | ||
| The president's only legal remedy is Congress. | ||
| Now, the way that works is all they need under the Electoral Count Act, which was passed in 1887, is for one House member, and already Congressman Brooks, as we showed earlier, has committed to objecting to the electors from Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. | ||
| All he needs for the objection to go to a full hearing in both chambers is one senator to join him. | ||
| Just one. | ||
| It doesn't have to be from Alabama. | ||
| It doesn't have to be from the state that's being objected to. | ||
| It can be any of the 100 senators objecting is sufficient for the purposes of the House and the Senate having to take up two hours of time to hear out different arguments and evidence and maybe then they would finally allow evidence to happen because that's what should happen. | ||
| I mean, because now we have questions that have been raised due to Matt Brainerd's research and Richard Barris's research at People's Pundit that there were questions about whether qualified voters cast, whether it was only qualified voters who cast ballots. | ||
| There's also questions now, due to the failure of a signature match audit, to occur in any of these states in any meaningful manner. | ||
| The Georgia Secretary of State says they'll do a partial one in Cobb County. | ||
| Arizona just did a small one and found a huge error rate. | ||
| 11% of the signatures did not match, according to the Democrats' own expert in Arizona. | ||
| And that's 30 times more than the margin of victory in the state of Arizona, given that was a statistically significant sample, according to the judge in Arizona. | ||
| Then they just changed the rules so that you couldn't throw out the ballots by saying you had to prove forgery, which is impossible to prove with so few signature sample specimens to be able to assess. | ||
| So, but if we apply the same legal standards that were supposed to be in place in terms of who was qualified to vote, there's a lot of evidence presented now by Matt Brainerd and by the president's election contest filed in Georgia that they're holding up and not allowing to go forward because the court's playing games there, that document with hundreds of affidavits detailing a bunch of people who are registered to vote illegally who cast ballots, a bunch of people who cast ballots illegally with their signatures not matching, and then the count of the ballot itself. | ||
| Uh, not being done in a legally consistent manner because monitors were excluded from the process and because all the issues that relate to the machines are it may be the case. | ||
| I mean, the Dominion CEO's statements are that that it could have been election officials who contaminated the process rather than Dominion, where there may be errors found. | ||
| Well, even if we take him at his word, there's still issues with the counting of the ballots because monitors were excluded from the process. | ||
| Another problem is inherent to wherever there's machines, which is there's no longer clean chain of custody for the ballots themselves, because what normally happens is they order the ballots to be printed and there's strict inventory kept, just like you would evidence in a criminal case. | ||

| And there has to be strict chain of custody of that inventory. | ||
| The problem with the machines is that machines print their own ballots, and they can print however many ballots they want. | ||
| And what was disturbing today from the Dominion testimony was they really don't have a means in their software to avoid duplicate counting. | ||
| In other words, somebody can put the same ballot through the machine two, three, four, five, ten times. | ||
| And we know that kind of duplicate counting errors happened in Georgia. | ||
| We know those kind of duplicate counting errors happened in Michigan. | ||
| We just don't know the scope and scale of it because almost none of the counties, like the Dominion CEO was saying, hey, look, an audit could resolve this problem. | ||
| But they haven't done a meaningful audit in any of the states. | ||
| He also said, well, don't worry, you could do a manual recount, and that would solve part of the problem. | ||
| But only in parts of Wisconsin and Georgia were any manual recounts done. | ||
| There was no manual recount done in Pennsylvania. | ||
| There was no manual recount done in Michigan. | ||
| There was no manual recount done in large parts of Wisconsin, or almost in any part of Arizona, or in large parts of Nevada. | ||
| So we don't know what a manual recount would have shown because we didn't get one. | ||
| So the evidentiary issues that Congressman Brooks is raising are serious, significant, and substantial. | ||
| We have major irregularities and documentary evidence that at least inferential evidence of a prima facie case that people voted who are not qualified to vote. | ||
| This included people who are too young to vote in the presidential election. | ||
| This included people who didn't live in the state anymore. | ||
| This included people who claim to be living at a post office box. | ||
| This included people who were voting in multiple locations, duplicate votes. | ||
| This included people who voted twice in the same election, in the same state. | ||
| And of course it also included people who have death certificates assigned to their name. | ||
| And because we have so many dirty rolls, it's hard to know how many of them are actually dead. | ||
| Because they don't have matching dates of birth, they don't have specific names, they don't have addresses that match in some cases. | ||
| So it takes a lot of research. | ||
| But Richard Barris Found plenty of examples of people who he found death certificates matching the voter file and yet the voter is listed as voting. | ||
| Some of these people have been dead for 20, 30, 40 years. | ||
| But because our registration rolls are systematically and systemically flawed, So we have serious, substantial issues, and the media's gaslighting everybody about this. | ||
| The Electoral College didn't vote yesterday. | ||
| The Electoral College sent in their votes to Congress. | ||
| Their votes don't count until Congress certifies them. | ||
| That doesn't happen until January 6th. | ||
| So this nonsense that Mitch McConnell was putting out, the Electoral College has voted, he doesn't even know how they voted because those votes are sealed. | ||
| So they can say how they voted publicly, but we don't know that's actually true until they're opened up. | ||
| The vice president has a role. | ||
| If he had any courage, he could exercise the power of his role, which is to say that some of these electors are disputed, given that Republican electors in all of these states also voted in many of these swing states, including any state where there was a contested election, which included Nevada, New Mexico, and Michigan, where the margins are a little bit bigger, and where the margins are extremely tight, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. | ||
| So the vice president could open it up and say, you know what, we have contesting electors. | ||
| We have some electors that have been certified by the governor. | ||
| We have some electors that weren't certified by the governor but were sent in. | ||
| And he could make his own decision. | ||
| I have no doubt if Kamala Harris was vice president that she would exercise that privilege and that power. | ||
| But at a minimum, the House and the Senate can object under the Electoral Count Act. | ||
| There's again constitutional questions as to whether the 12th Amendment should govern the process and the House should vote by state delegation rather than by joint session of the Congress. | ||
| But assuming they go with the joint session of Congress protocol, what should not happen is what Mitch McConnell is calling for. | ||
| So for everybody out there, they can take proactive action. | ||
| By putting as much public pressure as possible on the senators, on every senator they know, on every senator that is, and every senator that represents them, to join in the objections of Congressman Brooks, don't be part of the surrender party, be the part of the Trump party, and be the party that you committed to, the party committed to constitutional remedy and democracy, and at least object to the process. | ||
| I mean, a smart senator should have gone out and said, you know what? | ||
| I will object to these electors unless these states give a meaningful signature match audit. | ||
| Unless these states give a meaningful voter registration roll audit. | ||
| Unless these states give a meaningful monitored count audit. | ||
| And say if those states do that, then I will withdraw my objection. | ||
| But if they don't do it, I'm going to say their electors cannot be trusted and certified because they have not been consistent with an open, transparent, honest vote. | ||
| And unfortunately, so far, they've all been wusses. | ||
| Josh Hawley claims he wants to be a future, or gives off the airs of someone who wants to be president. | ||
| Ted Cruz has already run for the presidency. | ||
| Rand Paul has already run for the presidency. | ||
| Why don't they step up to the plate and say they will join Congressman Brooks and will vote to object until and unless these states have an honest vote and an honest audit of the vote? | ||
| At least do that much. | ||
| Right. | ||
| Unfortunately, they have not so far. | ||
| It's incredible. | ||
| Absolutely. | ||

| And that's the constitutional remedy that the people's House members, that the people voted in these states, get to pick the president in the case of a contested election. | ||

| And President Trump retweeted that, which is kind of interesting. | ||
| There's a lot of calls now for President Trump to to either, you know, go forward with triggering the Insurrection Act or | ||
| This, you know, the whole executive order of 2018 that has to do with the foreign interference in our elections, there's more than enough evidence of foreign interference now that we've uncovered that would allow President Trump to trigger that and actually seize the properties of those involved in this scandal of this huge fraud. | ||
| And we're going to get Robert Barnes' thoughts about it in just a minute, whether this is the route to go. | ||
| But if we're not going to go this route of the executive order, and it's called the Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in the United States Election, then why the hell did he even sign this executive order if he's not going to follow through with it? | ||
| And we're right here. | ||
| There's supposed to be 45 days after the conclusion of the election, the Director of National Intelligence It's supposed to receive a full report that is supposed to actually outline who, if anyone, who and what organizations, what individuals have aided and abetted a fraudulent election and aided and abetted this foreign interference. | ||
| And now we're two days away from President Trump supposedly receiving this report from Ratcliffe. | ||
| And let's just summarize it right here. | ||
| There's a long length of report, but just the highlights. | ||
| He says that he is going to the President of the United States find that the ability of any persons located in whole or in substantial part outside of the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized assessing of election and campaign infrastructure, or their covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. | ||
| Now he says this, the extent to which any foreign interference that targeted election infrastructure materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, the tabulation of votes or the timely transmission of election results, which we have seen uncovered throughout the last the tabulation of votes or the timely transmission of election results, which | ||
| And if any foreign interference involved activities targeting the infrastructure of or pertaining to a political organization, campaign or candidate, the extent to which such activities materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, including by unauthorized access to disclosure or threatened disclosure including by unauthorized access to disclosure or threatened disclosure of or alteration or falsification of information or data. | ||
| And let's just go forward with the punishment of this is all property and interest in property that are in the United States that thereafter come within the United States or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn or otherwise dealt in. | ||
| And Any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security, and that they will have their assets seized. | ||
| They will have blocking and prohibiting of all transactions in a person's property and interest in property. | ||
| There is so much going on here in this executive order, but according to this executive order, this should all be moving forward in the next two weeks. | ||
| So what is happening with it? | ||
| And does he have enough information at this point to conclude that there has been foreign interference in this election? | ||
| We're going to delve through this a little bit more as far as the insurrection acts when we come back from the break. | ||

| That a lot of people are now calling for, as well as the executive order on imposing certain sanctions in the event of foreign interference in a United States election. | ||
| And we know we know now that Dominion voting machines have part ownership of China, Chinese there. | ||
| The Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| They have actually bought Dominion voting machines before the election. | ||
| There's obvious ties with Biden and the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| So all of that has been proven. | ||
| There's obvious ties from from Governor Kemp of Georgia to the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| And we have seen all of this data that has been foreign interference into the Dominion voting machines and into our election process. | ||
| Our votes are being counted in other countries like Germany. | ||
| And it is part owned by Canada. | ||
| And so Sidney Powell is calling on this to be triggering the executive order on imposing certain sanctions in the event of foreign interference. | ||
| This was again, Trump signed this executive order in 2018. | ||
| Has he been using it? | ||
| Why didn't he use it in 2018 for the midterm elections that we know were stolen? | ||
| Was that just to collect more evidence so that he can make sure that he can enact this executive order of 2018 now? | ||
| But either way, we have to figure this out and it has to go. | ||
| Now, increasing calls for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act is coming from Attorney Lynn Wood, The Epoch Times, General McInerney, and many others. | ||
| General Flynn and Sidney Powell both say that there's more than enough evidence of foreign interference allowing Trump to invoke his 2018 EO and seize all the assets of the corporations And all the individuals, and that would include, by the way, the big tech corporations of Twitter and Facebook. | ||
| It would include media giants of NBC, CNBC. | ||
| It would include CNN. | ||
| All of these big tech companies, all of the media companies, everyone who has been aiding and abetting this fraud would be involved in this executive order of 2018. | ||
| And we also have found, you know, President or Lyn Wood and General Flynn has said, look, I mean, the Insurrection Act would be could be triggered and Trump could use this because the SCOTUS have let us down. | ||
| We have said we have shown proof now that all the systems that we have trusted are broken. | ||
| They're not working. | ||
| There's really nothing left to do. | ||
| Then to, you know, have mass arrests and to arrest those involved and to call for the Insurrection Act. | ||
| So, Robert Barnes, what are your thoughts on that? | ||
| Both the 2018 executive order that Trump signed and then the Insurrection Act that a lot of people are calling for right now. | ||
| I know that you talked about the pathway to victory, but are these two, you know, are these two situations also on the horizon for us? | ||
| And what are your thoughts on them? | ||
| Is it a possibility or is it just a pipe dream? | ||
| I think mostly a pipe dream, and I think there's a couple of components with it. | ||
| First, with the executive order, effectively what it does is it gives 45 days for the Director of National Intelligence to come back with a report after an election as to whether foreign interference occurred. | ||
| And that's in two days from now. | ||
| Exactly. | ||
| But then after that, it actually has another procedural step before any action can be taken. | ||
| It goes over to the Attorney General, and it goes to the Human Health Services, where the guy that was Krebs, who got fired recently, was at, and gives them another 45 days to determine whether or not any legal remedies should take place. | ||
| And so then after that, it goes over to the Secretary of the Treasury, Who is given authority, if, to issue sanctions, if, after the ODN, you know, the Director of National Intelligence comes back with a report saying these people did bad, and it's confirmed by the Attorney General and the, and HHS, 45 days after that, whether something bad happened, and even then the sanctions are limited. | ||
| It has to be purely foreign actors. | ||
| For example, Dominion is now owned by a Wall Street company since 2018. | ||
| The hedge fund that owns them comes from people that came from Cerebris and the Carlyle Group, and you can't get more Wall Street or Washington than those two groups. | ||
| Consequently, this would never apply to Dominion. | ||
| Smartmatic didn't have any role in the U.S. | ||
| elections because they've severed ties from Dominion over a decade ago, and they are limited to L.A. | ||
| County. | ||
| And they are also now owned by a conglomerate that includes the U.K. | ||
| and the United States. | ||
| So effectively, this wouldn't have the ramification that I think people like Sidney Powell and others wish it would. | ||
| I think as a practical matter, nothing will come of this executive order. | ||
| I would not surprise me to see the Director of National Intelligence not even confirm the allegations of Powell or Wood. | ||

| And so I think people who are optimistic about it have misplaced optimism, both due to the legal limitations of what an executive order can do, and also the procedural barriers that were built into the order even being effective until somebody knew as president. | ||
| So, it's not a coincidence it takes more than 90 days under the order for anything meaningful to happen. | ||
| But why would Trump do this? | ||
| Why would he sign this order if he's not going to end up doing anything about it? | ||
| I mean, if anything, this would be the time to trigger this executive order and actually have something meaningful come from it. | ||
| A lot of people keep pointing to this executive order of 2018 as the hero that's going to come in and save the day. | ||
| You know, we have to wonder why would he even sign this order if nothing meaningful can happen from it, and if he's not going to arrest these people, seize their assets, or use this to overturn the election results. | ||
| It's because Trump has too few institutional allies. | ||
| So, at the end of the day, personnel is policy. | ||
| So, if he had a Director of National Intelligence, an Attorney General, the people at the Cyber Division that are looking at this from the Health and Human Services on his side, it might be different. | ||
| But I mean, Barr came out and refuted it already. | ||
| Now Barr is out, so maybe his successor will do something. | ||
| But if you look at his successor, his successor is an old bushy going back generations. | ||
| So it's highly unlikely that he's going to do anything at all. | ||
| So he just doesn't have the people to take action. | ||
| I mean, the Texas lawsuit was a fantastic suit from a constitutional perspective. | ||
| It was Trump's three appointees who hid under the table and wouldn't do anything about it. | ||
| And that's because the Republican establishment, Mitch McConnell, co-opted a lot of the appointments. | ||
| Trump made a mistake in allowing McConnell to help drive his appointments to his own cabinet. | ||
| And that's why we see the problems. | ||
| I mean, I have no doubt that Mitch McConnell's wife is going to help make the family a lot richer when she leaves the Transportation Department in January. | ||
| McConnell's happy to have Joe Biden be president. | ||
| You could see his smile. | ||
| I mean, there he's talking about Kamala Harris being vice president. | ||
| Well, if she's vice president-elect, why is she still in the Senate, Mitch? | ||
| Because she hasn't left yet. | ||
| So it's a classic example of what's going on and transpiring, is that the Republican establishment kept key portions of power so that that executive order looks good on paper but has no meaningful remedy. | ||
| And then the second component on the Insurrection Act, The Congress passed a range of laws in the 1870s and 1880s to make it so that the Insurrection Act could not be applied in the election context. | ||
| There's a bad history behind those amendments. | ||
| They were designed to allow the Klan to harass people in the 1880s in the South. | ||
| That's where those federal laws come from, to remove the U.S. | ||
| military from protecting civil rights in the South after 1885. | ||
| But those laws are still in the books so he legally cannot even, he couldn't invoke the Insurrection Act as to issues that relate to an election. | ||
| The practical limitation is the same one as with the executive order. | ||
| Most of the hierarchy of the military is not on Trump's side. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| So the idea that Trump could rely upon them to enforce the law if no one else is, is simply misguided. | ||
| I mean, we now know that Jim Mattis was working with other members, including the former director of national intelligence, Daniel Coats, talking about overthrowing the president while they were cabinet members. | ||

| That's who the hierarchy is. | ||
| The hierarchy are all a bunch of little wokester types, or never Trumpers. | ||
| They're not people who are aligned with the president. | ||
| And so the president couldn't rely on them anyway. | ||
| My own personal view is it's always a bad idea to invoke martial law, that we have to look at other remedies because that never turns out well. | ||
| It doesn't matter if it sounds good at the beginning, okay, we'll have the military get involved to enforce law because we have a lawless republic. | ||
| Anywhere in the world where that's been tried, it ends up being bad. | ||
| So it never ends up there. | ||
| The ending of that story is never a good ending. | ||
| So however tempting or tantalizing it might sound now, trust me, it will not end well, at least if history is any predictor. | ||
| So that's my own personal view as opposed to it. | ||
| But I think there's legal limitations on being able to do it. | ||
| And there's practical restrictions on it even occurring or happening. | ||
| So that's the core hurdles. | ||
| I mean, at the end of the day, the president only has one remedy left. | ||
| Either Congress takes action or they don't. | ||
| And that has to be the focus for everybody. | ||
| I think some of these campaigns going on out there talking about other remedies are a distraction from what the real remedy is. | ||
| Because I think some people want sort of a kind of disinformation campaign. | ||
| So like, for example, I think Lin Wood and Sidney Powell got caught up In a disinformation campaign, a Q-driven type disinformation campaign. | ||
| They confused Dominion with Smartmatic when they're two different companies. | ||
| They didn't realize Dominion now has U.S. | ||
| ownership since 2018. | ||
| They didn't realize Dominion is not present in some of the key counties where the problems occurred. | ||
| A lot of these problems occurred because of election officials. | ||
| Not really because of outside third-party actors, but what the election officials were able to cover up their complicity by having people paying attention to the third-party actors more than those. | ||
| Now there were some other third-party actors that were involved, and there the former Attorney General of Kansas, Philip Klein, is doing a great job documenting that. | ||
| It turns out Zuckerberg and the big tech giants Help use their money to basically buy off election officials all across the country and create different election rules than the legislatures had passed, which is a violation, of course, of the Electors Clause. | ||
| And he, with the Thomas More Society and the Amistad Project, are bringing litigation and legal action everywhere. | ||
| They're the ones who brought forward the whistleblowers from New York who talked about driving ballots across the border, which is a problem that occurs because the machines can create as many ballots as they want. | ||
| And you have a risk of contaminated ballots. | ||
| You have testimony out of Georgia that they witnessed people printing test ballots, quote-unquote test ballots, on Dominion machines that were then not spoiled. | ||
| In other words, they weren't destroyed. | ||
| And so these ballots could have been mixed with actual ballots, and they saw them put into suitcases that looked just like the suitcases we saw on that video being counted late at night when they removed all of the observers. | ||
| So there's serious problems. | ||
| There's the good comment by Phil Klein. | ||
| Again, he's the former Kansas Attorney General, well-regarded lawyer, and he talks about there was a well-funded, centrally coordinated, dark money network injecting private corporate cash, often from Zuckerberg and Big Tech, into public elections, bypassing state protocols, violating state laws, disrupting the electoral process, and corrupting everything about our election. | ||
| And if we're going to have confidence, my other argument for people to make to their senators is, look, even if you think Joe Biden won, at least afford an opportunity for everybody to present evidence and argument before the House and the Senate about this election so people can at least feel good that they had their day in court. | ||
| Right now, there has been no day in court. | ||
| All of the Trump suits have been shut down on procedural grounds, not on substantive grounds. | ||
| They haven't allowed any evidence to be meaningfully presented and disclosed and discussed and debated, and we need that to occur. | ||
| But there's no question, folks, the only remedy left for the—there is no secret plan to entrap everybody. | ||
| There is no secret plan. | ||
| The president is up against it. | ||
| He's isolated. | ||
| The people he thought were his allies, like Bill Barr and Mitch McConnell, turned out to be adversaries. | ||
| Shouldn't be a big surprise for Bill Barr. | ||

| Bill Barr's father wrote that weird book that was about rich people having underage sex slaves. | ||
| It was Bill Barr's father who first hired Jeffrey Epstein and put him in a position of power at a privileged political academy that gave him political connections that made him wealthy and independent for life. | ||
| It was Bill Barr that helped cover up for the CIA when he was at the Bush CIA as part of Assistant Associate Legal Counsel against the Church Committee. | ||
| It was Bill Barr, who was the Attorney General for Poppy Bush, who was involved in all kinds of corrupt actions involving Noriega, involving the BCCI, the big money laundering bank. | ||
| So it should not be a surprise that Bill Barr was secretly undermining the president all along. | ||

| And you could argue Bill Barr had a bigger impact than anybody. | ||
| He covered up for Spygate by letting Durham slow walk it, just like Durham did for the Guantanamo CIA torture case, where he hid that too before, for the Obama administration and for the Bush administration. | ||
| And then he covered up the fact that Hunter Biden was under major criminal investigation involving money laundering from secret sources of cash, including Chinese oligarchs that are under criminal investigation, even China, for their corruption. | ||
| And then he also failed to do any meaningful investigation into voter fraud. | ||
| And then he covered it up and told the world there was no voter fraud. | ||
| So the bar has been the biggest hurdle, frankly, as much as anybody has been. | ||
| Totally. | ||
| The fact that it turns out Mitch McConnell was betraying him all along, telling him to put judges in positions of power. | ||
| It's been Mitch McConnell's recommended Trump appointees at the district court level, the appellate level, and the Supreme Court level who have been disproportionately betraying Trump. | ||
| More bad rulings have come from Trump judges than any other appointed group of judges. | ||
| And that's because they feel loyal to, not to the president, they feel loyal to Mitch McConnell. | ||
| So I don't think President Trump is going to go gently into that good night, but his only legal political remedy left now is Congress. | ||
| We need a senator to join an objection. | ||
| And if at least we could get that step, and then maybe the second step of them telling the states, allow there to be an honest audit of the vote before January 6th, or we are not going to certify your electors. | ||
| Then we will likely see an honest audit of the vote, and then we will see the evidence that came out of Arizona, which showed that the signatures didn't match. | ||
| Then we will see the evidence that came out of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, where meaningful observation of the count did not take place. | ||
| Then we'll see the evidence that Matt Brainerd presented, which people that were dead voted. | ||
| I mean, if Joe Biden does a thank-you tour, it needs to be the cemeteries and the nursing homes. | ||
| Because that's who sent them over the top. | ||
| Questionable ballots from people who are dead or near dead. | ||
| That's the reality of how Joe Biden got elected. | ||
| It was not a lawful manner and mechanism that was consistent to the rules established by the constitutionally appointed state legislatures for the determination of the presidential electors. | ||
| But people need to get on the phones and contact and communicate and their emails and their faxes and their letters and everything else. | ||
| Tell their senator, take action. | ||
| We want action. | ||
| We will not stand by while you fail. | ||
| Because what Mitch McConnell said is that there are constitutional processes in place. | ||
| That's true, Mitch. | ||
| But the constitutional process is not the Electoral College getting together on December 14th. | ||
| The critical process is the Congress itself certifying whether that was an honest vote on January 6th. | ||
| And people can still take action. | ||
| People can still demand remedy. | ||
| People can still require relief. | ||
| And it's but it's the only place left for the president to get meaningful remedy or meaningful relief. | ||
| It's Congress or nothing at this point. | ||
| Now, real quick, because because people have been asking me about this and everything. | ||
| And we talked about Sidney Powell and Linwood possibly giving people a bunch of hopium. | ||
| And, you know, then it's just going to be, oh, it's nothing. | ||
| It's not going to be anything that's going to be meaningful or substantial. | ||
| So the latest Sidney Powell court case is she's working on a Rico case against Dominion and Smartmatic. | ||
| So you probably heard about it. | ||
| But she said that her battle over the November 3rd election is definitely far from over and that she's gathering a bunch of evidence that could turn into a major racketeering case under the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act, RICO. | ||
| And she said this. | ||
| Four names were added to our investigation. | ||
| Jorge Rodriguez, who's a former minister for communications for Venezuela. | ||
| Mazub, who's Powell identified as a leak to the U.S. | ||
| designated terrorist group Hezbollah. | ||
| Gustavo Reyes-Zumeda, who's a computer programmer. | ||
| And Antonio Mujica, CEO of the elections technology company Smartmatic, who's been linked in some accounts to Dominion voting machines. | ||
| And President Trump's obviously his attorney, Rudy Giuliani. | ||
| He prosecuted RICO cases against the mafia. | ||
| And in his prosecutor days, Giuliani used RICO laws against the mafia and then against white-collar criminals. | ||
| So a lot of people are wondering, is this the reason why they're teaming up? | ||
| Is this RICO case against Dominion and Smartmatic, is this going to lead to anything? | ||
| Is this going to be the Kraken? | ||
| Is this going to be the, you know, the Holy Grail that's going to crack everything open and lead to overturn the election results? | ||
| It sounds like you think no, This is not the pathway. | ||
| This is going to be another big case of hopium instead of the Kraken. | ||
| Completely. | ||
| It's going to be a weak Kraken. | ||
| I mean, what happened is Sidney Powell has been the victim of a disinformation campaign that comes from some Venezuelans who want to overthrow the Venezuelan government. | ||
| And so they fed her a lot of false stories. | ||
| They're the ones who convinced her that Dominion and Smartmatic work together when they don't. | ||
| In fact, they've been competitors now for a decade. | ||
| They dislike each other deeply. | ||
| They're the ones who fed her stories about how votes were being counted that actually will not be substantiated by evidence. | ||
| And they were the ones who were having her pursue foreign angles. | ||
| And the effect of that was all of the election officials get off scot-clean, effectively. | ||
| Because what they did is not being focused on. | ||
| The fact that signature matches didn't occur is not being focused on. | ||
| The fact that people were illegally registered to vote is not being focused on. | ||
| And so instead, there's so much focus exclusively on the machines. | ||
| And when I was representing the president and other people in Georgia after the election, they were not scared of the machines. | ||
| They were not scared of an audit of the machines. | ||
| They were not scared of a hand recount. | ||
| What they were scared of was a re-canvas that looked at whether the signatures matched. | ||
| What they were scared of was whether or not there are ballots. | ||
| They could show the ballots to the world. | ||
| Georgia's Secretary of State, when he wrote a big check to Dominion, said, we're going to publish all the ballots to the world. | ||
| All of these states could publish all the ballots. | ||
| He promised he would and then he refused to. | ||
| That's what they're nervous about because there must be some irregularity in the sequencing of the ballots. | ||
| Most likely, one potential source could be you could find all these Biden ballots that magically only mark Biden, which would raise serious questions about what happened in the mail-in campaign. | ||
| You may find ballots that are unusual that came from military locations. | ||
| You may find ballots that are unusual in their sequencing, which would suggest that test ballots ended up being counted as real ballots. | ||
| You may find ballots that were counted more than once. | ||
| So all of these things may happen if you actually had to print all of the ballots and publish them to the world, as they promised. | ||
| That's where the source of the issue is. | ||
| The signature match is not matching, the ballot's not being published, and they've been able to get away without much focus on that because Linwood and Sidney Powell are chasing down connections between the ghost of Hugo Chavez and the ghost of Fidel Castro. | ||
| And so my view is that that was always kind of a pipe dream. | ||
| And even if somebody believed it was true, there's no way you're going to prove it in two weeks or three weeks. | ||
| Secondly, it was a red herring because it led away from issues that were constitutionally consequential. | ||
| And like in the case of Smartmatic, they have easy defamation suits now against a bunch of them. | ||
| So most people on the left think that this is only about machines. | ||
| There are issues with machines, but it's probably the least significant. | ||
| The biggest one is that there are a bunch of mail-in ballots that were sent in that were not lawfully, that were unlawfully counted, that should not have been. | ||
| Because there was, I mean, you had nursing homes with 90-95% turnout, and then that nursing home down the street had 20% turnout. | ||
| That's somebody else filling out those ballots, folks. | ||
| That's what the New York Times warned about in 2012. | ||
| I mean, I think we have the article. | ||
| In 2012, they talked about grainy farming. | ||
| They talked about absentee ballots being the greatest source of fraud. | ||
| Jimmy Carter called it the greatest source of fraud in 2005. | ||
| The U.S. | ||
| Election Assistance Commission said it was a huge risk of fraud. | ||
| But what's key is that nobody's really focusing on those issues because there's a certain sort of natural attraction to the Russiagate of the right, which is not only machines but foreign connections. | ||
| And as soon as Sidney Powell started talking about Hezbollah and Chavez and Castro, I knew she was off on something that was not likely to be evidentially substantiated. | ||
| I think she's frankly done more damage than help. | ||
| I think the same is true of Lyn Wood. | ||
| I think that there's PR advantages to the president talking about these issues, and there are legitimate reasons to be worried about machines being involved in the middle of our elections. | ||
| Uh, but it's been more distraction and red herring than substantive source of reform and remedy. | ||
| Sidney Powell's never done a RICO case in her life civilly, nor has Rudy. | ||
| Rudy just did criminal cases. | ||
| Uh, this does not have this. | ||
| I don't think the case will go anywhere. | ||
| It's like all the other crack and election lawsuits she brought. | ||
| I didn't think those had any chance of relief or remedy. | ||
| They haven't yet to date. | ||
| I don't think many of these were, and I think if anything they undermine the focus, the attention, the only political legal remedy left for the president at this point, practically speaking, is Congress. | ||
| Supreme Court won't come to his rescue. | ||
| None of the other courts will come to his rescue once the Supreme Court wouldn't. | ||
| We saw that now from Michigan. | ||
| We've seen that now from Wisconsin. | ||
| We've seen that now from Pennsylvania. | ||
| Apparently, the Georgia Supreme Court's not getting involved. | ||
| We already saw the Arizona Supreme Court booed on the issue. | ||
| We saw the Nevada Supreme Court booed on it. | ||
| So, the courts are no place where remedy's going to happen. | ||
| You can file every suit known to man. | ||
| It's just not going to get anywhere. | ||
| Your remedy is with Congress right now, and people need to be putting their pressure on them and focus on the facts that are the most provable. | ||
| Talking about, you know, getting to some of the aspects of the machines, like the hearing in Michigan today, was productive, and like the court case in Michigan was productive. | ||
| But not too much focus on that. | ||
| Talk about the signatures didn't match. | ||
| If they did match, why won't they let us see them? | ||
| The ballots don't match. | ||
| If the ballots were okay, why won't they let us see them? | ||
| Focus on those two areas. | ||
| Why were they afraid to allow people to monitor the signature matches? | ||
| Why were they afraid to allow people to monitor the ballot counting? | ||
| There's something right there that's separate from the machines that puts the election officials themselves right at legal exposure and risk. | ||
| And that's where the Constitution can have remedy, because the Electors Clause requires that only the state legislatures pick how you pick the president. | ||
| That didn't happen in this election in all these key states. | ||
| That's what the Texas lawsuit documented in detail. | ||
| 18 attorneys general joined that suit. | ||
| 126 congressmen joined that suit. | ||
| Leading political officials and public interest groups joined that suit. | ||
| Over 100 million citizens were represented demanding relief. | ||
| That's the case to make to now Congress. | ||
| If Congress is going to do its job, fulfill its constitutional role and obligation, it must step to the plate and allow the objections to be heard and then sustain the objections if the states do not allow an honest audit, an honest vote to occur. | ||
| But that's the only remedy the president has and there has to be a laser focus on it. | ||
| Everything else is a sideshow. | ||
| Well, well, you kind of just told us that Santa Claus isn't real, Robert Barnes. | ||
| But, you know, that's okay. | ||
| There's a lot of people out there that are putting so much false hope into these things. | ||
| And Sydney Powell, everything she says sounds so exciting. | ||
| She says, you know, this is the time to trigger the 2018 executive order and have all of these, you know, the big tech companies, CEOs and MSM heads and Joe Biden. | ||
| Everyone's going to get arrested. | ||
| Everyone's going to get their property seized. | ||
| This is the time we're going to overturn the election results. | ||
| All the fraud that we're going to see is going to just hit everybody in their soul. | ||
| It's going to be breathtaking. | ||
| It's going to be mind blowing. | ||
| And so we want to believe in this and we want to see that this Kraken is truly going to be released. | ||
| But we also want to tell people the truth. | ||
| And, you know, you're telling us from a constitutional legal standpoint that this is really the only remedy to overturning the results of the fraudulent election. | ||
| And everything else is probably a sideshow and probably just a bunch of hopium. | ||
| And by the way, though, but you're giving us calls to action, too. | ||
| We still have to fight every day. | ||
| In fact, there should be more people fighting more people showing up instead of just that. | ||
| You know, maybe maybe 200,000 people were showed up at the D. C. March over the weekend. | ||
| But the previous time there was at least a million. | ||
| So more people need to be showing up in mass. | ||
| More people need to be making these calls, and we need to show them that we will not accept these fraudulent election results. | ||
| We will not have An illegitimate president into office. | ||

| With the COVID, a lot of seniors, you know, are already facing food insecurities and a lot of them are low income with, you know, a lot of them in my community receive like $5 in food stamps. | ||
| So with the COVID people, the senior community especially are afraid to come outside. | ||
| The senior community? | ||
| Yeah, a lot of seniors are afraid to come out. | ||
| You know, they're watching the news and the news have them totally paranoid. | ||
| So they're afraid. | ||
| And you know, these are some of the people that we serve and that we are reaching out to as well. | ||
| You know, so a lot of people are out of work because of the businesses being shut down. | ||
| We also have a curfew within the city of Miami city limits and certain businesses that are receiving restrictions and they can only have so many clients in at a time and it's causing a hardship. | ||
| on a lot of people and a lot of people feeling a lot of pressure. | ||
| So during this time, my program was just trying to help some people through the hardest, harshest time of this year to help them to be able to maintain and put food on their tables. | ||
| To help them to be able to feed their kids and also clothing their kids and, you know, just helping them make it through life and through the hardest times. | ||

| Now this is the this is a long 10 year study that found that unvaccinated Children are healthier in so many metrics, and they enjoy 25 fewer times pediatric visits. | ||

| They show fewer signs of respiratory infections and fewer fevers that well visits the unvaccinated child requires 25 times less pediatric care over a 10 year span. | ||

| And they the research followed 3300 pediatric patients for 10 years. | ||
| They also found this vaccinated Children suffer more compared to their unvaccinated peers with a history of autoimmune issues. | ||
| Vaccinated Children are up to six times more likely to suffer from anemia, allergies, sinusitis and asthma. | ||
| And there was absolutely no ADHD in the unvaccinated Children, but his vaccination uptake increased ADHD and behavioral issues increased. | ||
| Lastly, vaccine-preventable illnesses were not even prevalent in the vaccinated or the unvaccinated. | ||
| So a quarter percent of the vaccinated children were still diagnosed with infections that the vaccines were supposed to prevent. | ||
| Vaccines and illnesses like chickenpox or whipping cough. | ||
| So there's really no cases, no cases of these infections in the unvaccinated children during the entire 10 and a half year study. | ||
| Are the vaccines even necessary? | ||
