| Nothing about this process can be considered illegitimate at all. | ||
| Except that, in the eyes of the Democrats, they didn't win. | ||
| They didn't win, therefore they're going to call it illegitimate. | ||

| I think that the speech would have been very different with a democratically appointed nominee, because it seems like their entire modus operandi is to inject their own personal beliefs into whatever they do. | ||
| I You know, I was saying that they should have Tucker Carlson do a presidential debate, moderate a presidential debate, because even if you knew what his personal preference is, he wouldn't let that get in the way of performing his duty, and it sounds like that's what Amy Coney Barrett was saying there. | ||
| What's your take on Amy Coney Barrett, Tyler Nixon? | ||
| Well, yeah, I agree with you 100%. | ||
| You know, you would hear about hope and change and glory if it was probably a leftist, you know, judge about the living constitution and addressing all the constituencies of the, of the, you know, I mean, these are the people who talk about eliminating the constitution, basically. | ||
| You know, it's just really always been a barricade for them, as it was designed to be, as the founders brilliantly put it together and afforded us a document of liberty, a document of human rights and civil rights. | ||
| And I think that she, I mean, I remember in law school, I can envision the type of person, I think she's almost exactly my age, Justice Coney Barrett. | ||
| And she is a diligent, but diligent, and I'm not gonna say quiet, but unassuming, but also tough as nails. | ||
| They will not be able to break her down or sway her necessarily, or she will not play court politics. | ||
| She will not be a John Roberts squishing his way back and forth between the two polar opposite sides. | ||
| I think that it was a brilliant pick in the terms of the timing couldn't have been better. | ||
| I mean, Trump just seems to be able to really time things so well. | ||
| He obviously threw Kavanaugh into that heart. | ||
| I mean, Kavanaugh, you got to feel for the guy. | ||
| I mean, he literally was sort of like, I mean, crucified just about because of the timing. | ||
| Gorsuch was early. | ||
| He was, he's very, very even tempered, a very mild mannered guy. | ||
| I think Kavanaugh has had a little more, you know, background to him. | ||
| Made an easy target. | ||
| And then in this case, I mean, it couldn't have come better. | ||
| She is just, she's a woman, a mother. | ||
| I mean, the fact that she has, what is it, seven children or is it nine? | ||
| Yeah, something like that. | ||
| I'm like, my God, I can barely keep my, my schedule in order or, you know, my keep my books. | ||
| I mean, this woman's running a family of that many children responsible for those lives and taking obviously very good care of them. | ||
| I mean, I'd never, I remember back when I was seven, eight, nine years old, Going with my parents. | ||
| I think my father would take us to a concert or church even. | ||
| My brother and I would have literally staring contests and start laughing in church. | ||
| And her kids during all that hearing sat there. | ||
| Just as, I mean, well-behaved and didn't say a peep, I was just blown away because just knowing, you know, what it was like to be a rambunctious kid. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| How well she's raised those children. | ||
| She's obviously an acolyte of Justice Scalia, who is the only Supreme Court, excuse me, I'd met William Rehnquist, excuse me, but the only one that I ever actually interacted with and asked a question that was Justice Scalia. | ||
| Who was brought in in 1994 or 95, possibly, by my professor and mentor, George Carey at Georgetown, who wrote Federalist Design for a Constitutional Republic. | ||
| He brought Justice Scalia in and he kept saying, I have a special guest coming up. | ||
| Carey was very unassuming. | ||
| And I was like, I almost forgot and didn't go to the I was like, oh, wait, oh, that's a special guest day. | ||
| And I went in and here comes Scalia right in. | ||
| I mean, like, you know, right in our classroom. | ||
| I'm like, this is unbelievable. | ||
| This is, you know, Supreme Court Justice. | ||
| And Scalia was great. | ||
| I mean, he was a really affable guy, real down-to-earth guy. | ||
| And I asked him what nobody ever seemed to want to ask. | ||
| They were all asking about abortion and, you know, the Commerce Clause. | ||
| I was like, the Second Amendment, Justice Scalia, you know, is that ever going to be taken up by the court? | ||
| And Scalia kind of hemmed and hawed a little bit. | ||
| And he said, you know, it's just probably too political of an issue to ever be taken up as an individual case, you know, to be decided by the court. | ||
| I don't think we'll ever do that. | ||
| And of course, I wasn't satisfied by that answer because I wanted them to do what they eventually did, which is to take up the case in the case of, gosh, the name escapes me off the top of my head. | ||
| DC versus Heller, I think it is. | ||
| Whatever it is, sets forth the Second Amendment, not just as some sort of collective, you know, right of the citizenry, but as an individual right to defend yourself and against, you know, not just dangers from, you know, Burglars or criminals or whatever, but also from a tyrannical government. | ||
| And I think that's probably the biggest issue where I believe that, you know, this new justice will be a critical vote because, I mean, let's face it, we have, God forbid, Joe Biden, who is, you know, a favorite, a darling of Handgun Control Incorporated back in the day of, you know, every gun group, every anti-gun group you can think of. | ||
| In fact, this is kind of odd. | ||
| I debated Hunter Biden In a social studies class when I was a see he was a senior, I was a junior, I believe. | ||
| And it was the issue was gun control. | ||
| And I was, you know, armed to the teeth, you know, sorry, but with armed to the teeth with constitutional information, you know, and with just statistics and things like that. | ||
| And apparently, I guess this guy, Josh Sugarman at I want to say it's Handgun Control Incorporated, but one of the main anti-gun organizations and Hunt came in, I guess his father probably had like literally, you know, the head of this organization call and brief Hunter for this debate and prep him because he was just like reading from like crib notes. | ||
| And that was during that debate that Hunter said, well, gee, Tyler, you know, he's like, he can't, people can't own bazookas. | ||
| I'm like a bazooka? | ||
| Like, seriously? | ||
| I mean, that was when I realized I'm not dealing with credible, serious people here. | ||

| Is that about, I guess, about six or eight months ago, Joe Biden said the exact same thing. | ||

| Imagine how hard it is to to raise seven children, and then imagine how hard it is to be a federal judge, and then imagine how hard it is to do both of those at the same time. | ||
| I mean, what an admirable work ethic this woman has, and so it's truly great. | ||
| But there at the end of the last segment, we started talking about Hunter Biden, which is, of course, probably as of now the biggest thing to happen with the election. | ||
| It's the biggest story on the election, and we actually saw a huge spike of Google searches from their data, a huge spike of people saying, how do I change my vote after this Hunter Biden story broke? | ||
| So, Tyler, to you, I think I already asked you this right before we got imposed upon there, but to you, what's the big takeaway from the Hunter Biden story, and what do voters need to know on how this interacts with Joe Biden and his campaign? | ||
| To know that Joe Biden is a ruthless and soulless, practically opportunist. | ||
| I'm not going to call him soulless. | ||

| So that was going to be the name of the book was Political Animal. | ||

| Biden is shameless and he is absolutely, he is a tragedy opportunist as well. | ||
| So basically he is, when he got elected in 1972, his wife and daughter were killed in a car accident. | ||
| It was the fault of Nelia Biden. | ||
| She pulled out in front of a tractor trailer, you know, it's a horrible circumstance. | ||
| Bo and Hunter were injured. | ||
| And Joe was broken up. | ||
| He was certainly, you know, as any and there was a lot of sympathy for him. | ||
| But then he proceeded to over the next 36 years, constantly, constantly exploit that, constantly refer to that. | ||
| You know, my wife and daughter and baby daughter were killed in a car accident until he kept embellishing it until until finally it was the the truck driver drank his lunch, according to Biden. | ||
| Now, this man was already racked with guilt just for the fact that he had, you know, it wasn't his fault. | ||
| He absolutely did nothing wrong, but still caused the death And Joe just literally destroyed this man, destroyed his life. | ||
| He was held up, you know, for ridicule and he fell horrible. | ||
| And, you know, they pursued his family or his family, excuse me, pursued Biden to get him to retract it. | ||
| And I don't know that he ever did actually retract it. | ||
| But I mean, you know, and then when Bo died, who I knew very well, and, you know, went to school with Bo and Hunter, spent a lot of intimate social times with them. | ||
| I had no inkling of the kind of things that you were that are coming out now in terms of the family issues. | ||
| Obviously, you know, as we had Jim Hoffman, Gateway Pundit on earlier with Owen talking about how that Ashley Biden, well, the Ashley Biden diaries, I guess, have come out. | ||
| I mean, it's like what I almost feel like these kids wanted to. | ||
| Well, let me say this. | ||
| Let me say this. | ||
| It's almost self-sabotage. | ||
| I think they, they were thrust into this life. | ||
| I mean, Joe's a political animal, but they never had an opportunity to be anything but part of that clan of political animals. | ||

| And Bo was absolutely, uh, you know, he, he fit that role. | ||
| He knew he was the Senator's son or they called him the Senator. | ||
| You know, he was the son. | ||
| He was the firstborn. | ||
| He was the, he was very, uh, clean cut and straight arrow, straight laced. | ||
| Um, you know, not completely prudish necessarily, but he knew he had to quote, preserve himself, you know, his political viability by never getting into any kind of, uh, you know, things like Hunter did. | ||
| That's not to say he didn't. | ||
| I know for a fact that Bo dabbled as we all did and, you know, pot and things like that. | ||
| Um, uh, through the years, Hunter was way off the deep end though. | ||
| Hunter was like, I mean, he was a party. | ||
| He was a rager, uh, in terms of like partying. | ||
| Like, by the standard of back when, like, you know, just coming out of, say, college and seeing live music and, like, just, you know, it was a big social scene. | ||
| And I thought, you know, I thought I was pretty, a pretty heavy social, you know, would go out to parties. | ||
| And my brother and I were sort of, we were in this little clan of folks, you know, kids basically around our age from high school, you know, high school connected around Wilmington. | ||
| And we'd all, you know, sort of get together. | ||
| We called it The Crew. | ||
| You know, Poe was always very sort of measured and studious. | ||
| And, you know, I don't mean to cast aspersions, but I guess what the hell. | ||
| They're not a very intelligent people. | ||
| I don't know how to say it. | ||
| It's not that they don't have necessarily capability, but they never worked or studied. | ||
| Biden is full of shit. | ||

| Joe Biden is a con man, essentially. | ||

| So in a way, it's tragic, but it's also a consequence of Joe Biden and his career and his his priorities as the kids came up. | ||
| So it's tragic, but it's also sort of in a way that the due recompense of of Biden being this way. | ||

| So the main thing as I see it with your children is to watch your children like a hawk. | ||
