Global Power Shifts, and the Stakes for America

Sean Hannity asserts the U.S. and Israel struck over 8,000 Iranian targets, sunk all 11 submarines, and destroyed 120 navy ships, neutralizing the nuclear threat while dismissing claims of Trump's manipulation by Israel as a lie. He defends Trump's 90% MAGA support, criticizes Europe's immigration failures and Britain's Sharia courts, and predicts Trump will surpass Reagan by 2026 through dismantling Iran, transforming Latin America, and resolving Ukraine. Hannity further blames Democrats for defunding Homeland Security causing TSA lines, opposing voter ID laws, and engaging in lawfare against the President. [Automatically generated summary]

I know that for sure.
But they're going there because of the tax rate.
No, Jim Crow 2.0.
No Jim Crow 2.0.
All right.

Sean, if you want to join us, Linda, when the story about Joe Kent came out, what did I tell you that my suspicions were?
Especially after I played him in the past, sounding just like Donald Trump in terms of the need to take out Iranian military targets.
What did I say from day one when this story first broke?
Do you remember?
Do you have the recall?
Do you have the wisdom to remember?
It's a lot of pressure, Sean.
It's a lot of pressure on a Friday, but I believe you told me that there was more to the story and to stay tuned and that not everything appeared as it seemed.
I said, I have deep suspicion.
I also have deep sources.
But putting that aside, that it is now emerging that there's a very different story.
Now, why would somebody that once sounded like Donald Trump on the issue of Iran, and we played that this week, and we found old posts that he made on X, for example, why all of a sudden did he change his mind and do this so spectacularly?
And why did he do it at this time?
Well, this is in the New York Post today.
I will read it verbatim.
The FBI is investigating Joe Kent, the former head of the National Counterterrorism Center, who resigned Tuesday and protested the war with Iran.
And by the way, everyone's innocent until proven guilty.
I'm not making any allegations myself.
Anyway, in protest of the war of Iran for allegedly leaking classified information according to four sources familiar with the matter.
The probe first reported Wednesday by Semaphore predates Kent's dramatic departure from the Trump administration, though it's not clear when exactly it started or what revelation triggered it.
He had access to national security's most guarded secrets and two sources claiming the FBI has direct evidence of Kent leaking.
Now, this is what they're reporting.
I don't know it to be true yet.
One said it was at least two like-minded media figures.
Another said it was a newspaper.
A third source said that Ken, who claimed President Trump was manipulated into attacking Iran at the behest of Israel and shielded from dissenting views, was effectively iced out ahead of his resignation due to the investigation.
There was a recognition that he was self-serving, so the fear of putting him on leave or firing him before there was more certainty was that he was going to go out and do exactly what he's doing.
And that is the White House lost trust in him and the attempts to, you know, compartmentalize, I guess, his work were made, but there was an effort to not embarrass the guy and find a way to transition him.
And he was shown a level of grace that he clearly didn't deserve that peace goes on.
One person told the Post that Kent is suspected of leaking information about Venezuela and Iran and insisting that the Bureau has, quote, the effing receipts, but did not specify what information may have been leaked.
Look, I don't know what the truth is.
I don't really even care.
I don't mind that there are people.
It's been pretty widely reported that people like the vice president Tulsi Gabbard, you know, were at odds with the president on operations like Midnight Hammer, Epic Fury, and the Maduro operation.
I actually think that, you know, first of all, it contradicts a big narrative and lie that Donald Trump listened to Bibi and took instructions from Bibi and Israel and conservatives on Fox News.
That's just not true.
That's just not who Donald Trump is, as we have pointed out often on this program.
And I'm speaking from experience.
Donald Trump, he is a man of his own mind, and he's going to make up his own mind.
But there's only one president at a time.
And if you want to serve in an administration, when a president makes a foreign policy decision at that point, you know, it's his decision.
And if you can disagree at that point, and if you don't want to be a part of the administration, then you're free to leave.
Whether or not these allegations are true, only time will tell.
I don't know.
But I'm going to even make another prediction, Linda.
I think it goes deeper than this.
I think that'll probably be revealed in time.
And, you know, all this other narrative that Donald Trump has lost touch with his base.
No, the only people saying that are people that, you know, as far as I'm concerned, are anti-Israel and those that, you know, cling to this ridiculous ideology of isolationism.
And, you know, there's a whole group of those people, but it's not the MAGA base.
100%, according to CNN this week, supports Trump on the issue of Iran.
It's 90%.
So that's not true either.
Now, I know a lot of people want to know when it's going to end.
A lot of people want it to end quickly.
I want it to end quickly.
I think the president will be very consistent with the Trump doctrine as we know it.
There are complicated issues that will have to be resolved.
And that is how do the Iranian people deal with whatever loyalist holdovers that may still exist from the revolutionary guard forces or police officers.
They can't fight back with a slingshot.
Is arming those people in Iran part of the equation?
I don't know.
I think that the 60% enriched uranium, 460 kilograms, according to Steve Witkoff, if there's any risk that could ever fall into the wrong hands, we don't want to ever have to go back.
That would probably have to be dealt with.
I would imagine that as part of the overall long-term strategic control so that there will not be another Islamic regime that takes over, probably Carg Island is going to be a part of that equation as evidenced by the president.
He hit the island, but he didn't hit their energy infrastructure, which exports about 7.5 million barrels of oil a day.
That's a lot.
So there are still unresolved issues.
However, most military targets have been taken out.
Another leader has been taken out.
So we'll have to see.
But, you know, you still see these loyalists exist.
I mean, you know, the butchery is real.
The Iran despots fighting for control.
They ended up executing these teenagers.
Did you see this?
This 19-year-old wrestling star executed for participating in those anti-government protests in Iran when the Supreme Leader was alive.
I mean, that to me is just so sad, so tragic.
And they were bravely fighting for the natural state.
I believe that we are endowed by our Creator.
I do believe that freedom is the natural state of mankind.
And I think when the president said help is on the way, that was his decision.
And the good news about President Trump, and I can tell you firsthand, is he listens to everybody, but then he makes up his own mind.
That's what leaders do.
You know, it's interesting now that the leaders of France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, U.K. issued their joint statement a little too little, too late.
We call on Iran to cease immediately its threats, and that's laying of mines and drones and missile attacks and other attempts to block the Strait of Hormuz to commercial shipping.
Read the statement issued by British Prime Minister.
He's no Winston Churchill.
I'll tell you that.
And that's Kier Starmer's office.
And anyway, it only came too little too late.
You're useless.
And this is what I, but my message this week is that Europe has disintegrated before our eyes.
I don't even think it could be saved anymore.
I mean, they have, you know, collapsed under the weight of not prioritizing national security and national defense both independently as countries and as a European Union and as a continent.
They have not, they have abandoned the real importance of national security for the future freedom of their continent.
Then you have unfettered immigration without assimilation, no-go zones all over Europe and France in particular, and then 85 Sharia courts in Great Britain.
This is madness.
This is insane.
Why would you let people come into your country but not want to be a part of your country and then isolate, separate from your country and have their own system of governments with governance within your country?
Are they stupid?
I guess the answer is yes, because they're not even, they have allowed it to happen.
This has been going on for decades.
Their embrace of climate alarmism and socialism on top of all of that, too.
But anyway, these freedom fighters were executed.
These are young men that were standing up for their country and standing against this regime, and they now have paid with their lives.
Now, we have the U.S. and Israel have struck about more than 8,000 targets across Iran.
All 11 Iranian submarines have been sunk.
120 Iranian Navy ships have been sunk.
5,000-pound penetrating weapons have been used on the underground facilities along the Strait of Hormuz, used for Iran's anti-shipping cruise missiles, mine storage facilities and afloat assets targeted in recent strikes.
44 mine layers are taken out.
Air Force Thunderbolt Warhogs have been deployed in the Strait of Hormuz.
You have eight H-64 Apache helicopters sent to the area as well.
90 military targets on Carg Island have been hit.
I mean, it is incredible what they've been able to accomplish in really a very relatively short period of time.
We're not even three weeks into this.
Why is this taking so long?
The media says.
I mean, are they just really totally dumb and ignorant, or is this just political?
I don't know.
You pick whatever you want.
Trump had an interesting comment.
He said negotiations with Iran would be difficult since there are no leaders left to talk to.
He said that earlier today, speaking of the White House, there's nobody to talk to after they've killed multiple senior Iranian officials.
Their leaders are all gone.
The next set of leaders are all gone.
The next set of leaders are mostly all gone.
And now nobody wants to be a leader anymore.
Axios is claiming that Trump is considering seizing or blockading Card Island, which I think is critical strategically because that's where, you know, it's 15 miles offshore, processes 90% of Iran's crude oil exports, and it is the lifeblood of their economy.
And if the president gets control of it, number one, they can probably increase its production, also help the Iranian people rebuild, although it wouldn't be rebuilding.
Most of the targets we've hit have been military targets, although the Iranians have been targeting densely populated areas all throughout the Middle East.
You know, every country in the region has condemned Iran and is now threatening to fight back.
U.S. warplanes, again, they hit that underground missile storage facility.
I can't emphasize how important this is.
That's near the Strait of Hormuz with that 5,000-pound bunker buster bombs that they were dropping.
And anyway, they deployed that.
These are penetrator weapons against underground Iranian storage facilities.
You know, the one big thing, the one big question mark I have is when Steve Witkoff explained that they had 460 kilograms of enriched uranium at 60%, and in seven to 10 days, that can be enriched to 90%, which is weapon-grades uranium.
That was the imminent threat.
And we had the CIA Director Ratcliffe and so many others, and the Secretary of State all saying the same thing, the Secretary of War, the President.
Now, countries in the region are really getting pissed off.
They're sick of the indiscriminate launching of weapons, trying to take out their infrastructure.
The Saudis are warning they may take military action in response to Tehran's repeated missile and drones attacks.
The kingdom is not going to succumb to pressure.
And on the contrary, this pressure will backfire.
And certainly, as we have stated quite clearly, we have reserved the right to take military actions if deemed necessary.
Pushing China From Our Hemisphere 00:06:35
Now, imagine that.
You're going to have every Gulf nation, every nation in the Middle East aligning with Israel and with the United States to take out Iran, which is what I told everybody in the beginning.
In Trump's last term, he created a coalition that he never got credit for that included the U.S., Israel, the Saudis, the Emirates, the Jordanians, the Egyptians, all against Iranian hegemony and a nuclear-armed Iran.
Now, Iran's brutal regime has now lynched this 19-year-old champion wrestler.
I mean, if this is not a tipping point moment for the people, it's just now when the when the bombs stop dropping at this unprecedented level, how do the people now get in charge?
That's the unknown.
And in the end, it's really going to be up to the people of Iran.
If the nuclear threat is gone, it won't be as impactful to us or meaningful, although it would be a nice conclusion.
I might even use the term, that would be the cherry on top, in terms of taking out the threat and giving the Persian people back their country and their life and their culture, which has a history of incredible greatness and contribution to mankind.
Unidentified drones reportedly have been hovering over Fort McNair, where Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth live.
That's not going to last very long.
I can tell you that.
One Iranian man and an unidentified accomplice have been caught trying to sneak onto Britain's primary nuclear military base.
Yeah.
You know what?
I have words that I can pass on to the prime minister.
Don't ask for help.
You're useless.
And as we roll along, 800-941-SHAWN, if you want to be a part of the program, great piece by Victor Davis Hanson today.
And thank God he's feeling better.
And he points out that, you know, studying for war, studying the issues of war for 50 years, 2026 could be the most geopolitically significant year since World War II.
And then he goes through Iran and Venezuela and, you know, our own hemisphere, Latin America more broadly, and Europe and Ukraine.
You know, Cuba, of course, is part of that, but in our own hemisphere.
But, you know, the political risk that Donald Trump made here.
And his conclusion, if the U.S. ends 2026 having dismantled the Iranian theocracy, transformed Latin America, pushed China and Russia out of the Western hemisphere, resolves the Ukraine war, That achievement would make Reagan's defeat of the Soviet Union look modest by comparison.
Get your dose of independence and liberty every weekday right here on The Sean Hannity Show.
I don't disagree with Victor Davis Hansen at all.
I mean, if Donald Trump is able to pull this off and finish this job in Iran, and I don't think it's going to be much longer than three or four weeks, maybe a little longer.
I don't want to raise expectations.
I don't know for sure.
But the theocracy, 47 years of building proxy armies, number one state sponsor of terror that has been, you know, desperately trying to get nuclear weapons with their sick, twisted, evil ideology, with Maduro Gon,
a communist drug lord who propped up Cuba, you know, and Latin America to ship dangerous opiates into our country, Latin America and our Western hemisphere more broadly, you know, democratic revolutions in Central America, Argentina, Chile, Panama, you know, you know, basically triangulating with China, Panama told to stop triangulating with China or they're going to lose the Panama Canal.
You know, they chose wisely.
China and Russia now being pushed out of our hemisphere.
That's good for our national security.
Europe and Ukraine, Victor Davis Hansen makes the point that the media consistently buries, and that is Trump, who once got rid of the Wagner group and gave offensive weapons to Ukraine.
Trump warned about Nord Stream 2, and he said no to Putin and gave the white flag of surrender to Angela Merkel and said, Well, what's this about?
She said.
And he goes, Oh, you're surrendering because you're getting all of your liquefied natural gas.
You're getting that from the Soviet Union, which is what is the purpose of NATO.
I think NATO now is exposed as basically a U.S.-run protection program for Europe.
I mean, the president had to force them to pay their fair share.
And then, of course, he had to force them into stop giving us unfair trade practices.
But I'm telling you, this may be the most historic time.
And the way Victor Davis Hansen concludes this, if the U.S. ends 2026, having successfully dismantled the Iranian theocracy, transforms Latin America, pushes China and Russia out of the Western Hemisphere, resolves the Ukrainian war on terms that don't reward aggression, which, you know, that one's a very complicated mess.
You know, he's right in saying that this would make Reagan's defeat of the Soviet Union, which was beyond historic, maybe look even somewhat modest.
And he did it through taking, you know, great risk along the way to do all of this.
I mean, he lit the fuse.
He's blowing up, you know, things are blowing up everywhere.
Everyone's panicking.
Everyone's alarmed that the old order has been disrupted.
But step back and look at the full picture, and you see that the world is going to be a safer place for our children and grandchildren.
Disrupting The Old Order 00:09:17
You know, when a reporter asked Trump why he's keeping Iran's warplane secret, he said, well, you know, the Japanese, let's play this comment because this was pretty funny in the Oval with the Prime Minister of Japan.
And he asked the Japanese prime minister, why didn't you warn because a reporter was asking from Japan why he kept the Iranian war plan secret.
And this is how that went down.
Why didn't you tell U.S. allies in a European nation like Japan about the war before attacking Iran?
So we are very confused about Japanese security.
Well, one thing you don't want to signal too much, you know, when we go in, we went in very hard, and we didn't tell anybody about it because we wanted surprise.
Who knows better about surprise than Japan?
Okay, why didn't you tell me about Pearl Harbor?
Okay?
Branch?
They're one of our closest allies, and they've been a really strong ally.
And the idea that you can't, you know, now we're like best friends.
Let's be real about this.
By the way, if you look at the polls, reports, you know, of Republican fractures over Donald Trump, it's just not true.
It's, you know, every report, this is destroying and fracturing the coalition.
No, it's not.
You know, what might be fracturing is where, you know, the next generation after Trump, I mean, that's now becoming more and more up in the air day by day.
You know, there'll be no post-presidential, you know, peace for Donald Trump president and his allies.
By the way, we now have multiple reports out today, you know, a couple of articles that the Democrats, they plan and their allies that they're going after Trump and everybody in his orbit.
Here we go, Linda.
Buckle up.
You know, good thing, and I've been warning people about this for the longest time.
One day Democrats will be back in power.
It's just the way the ebb and flow of political cycles come in.
I hope we have a chance to take these midterms.
It's the most important in our lifetime.
The only thing I'm asking all of you now is to just make a commitment in your heart and mind and soul.
And the issues, you know, between now and November, the world is going to look dramatically different than it does today.
I can't predict with pinpoint certainty, but I can tell you that the economy is going to be better off.
This conflict will be over and will have been won.
The world will be a safer place.
And I hope the American people give this president the credit that he deserves.
But if Democrats get back in power, they are pledging nothing but impeachment and investigations and lawsuits.
Even the Hague they're talking about.
It's so insane.
It is so insane.
That's all they stand for.
And they're just angry that Donald Trump won and they lost and that he's being successful and they have no plan.
I mean, look at what this party stands for: open borders, sanctuary cities and states, and defund and dismantle, no bail laws, defund during war, the Department of Homeland Security.
And this is nuts.
This party has lost the plot.
Never mind their embrace of championing the rights of men to play women's sports and DEI and the largest tax increase in history when they could have stood up for American working men and women and older people and given us the largest tax cut in history.
You know, look at them.
They don't even want, they don't want integrity in our elections.
They don't even want proof of citizenship.
They don't want voter ID.
Why?
I can only think of nefarious reasons why they wouldn't want that.
The IDF has confirmed eliminating the Iranian Revolutionary Guard's Guard Corps spokesperson, the main propagandist, the son of the late Supreme Leader, this younger Khamani, you know, executes this champion wrestler.
By the way, his days, I guarantee, are numbered if he's even alive now.
Israel is now, Wall Street Journal today, hunting down Iranian regime members one by one, wherever they're hiding out.
Iran can no longer enrich uranium or make ballistic missiles, Netanyahu said.
That's the way it's got to stay.
And now even every country in the region has partnered with Israel and the U.S.
And you know what that means?
Post-this conflict?
That means that the prospects of peace have never been greater.
Never.
Oh, I guess that's a bad thing.
Only bad, I guess, if you're on the radical left.
I think it's bad for most Americans.
I think most Americans appreciate it.
But anyway, the progress has been made in Iran.
The regime's still clinging to power.
But we did, you know, I don't know what some people expected.
This is what would take.
I didn't think we'd hit 8,000 targets.
I don't think we'd be this successful.
There's never been a more successful military effort.
By the way, the dominoes in Cuba, Cuban exiles in Miami are saying this is the end for communism as the island is teetering on collapse.
And I don't know, it's amazing.
I'm going to have a lot on this tonight.
We have Steve Miller, the gray one, Mark Levin tonight.
The Democrats' plot for retribution, political purges, and lawfare.
We'll get analysis from Greg Jarrett.
He's going to join us tonight.
We'll talk to him about that.
The Democratic Senate candidate, Teller Rico, saying that he would oppose Mark Wayne Mullen for DHS, calling illegal alien students the most patriotic, not just patriot, the most patriotic.
Have you seen these long lines, Linda, at airports all around the country because they defunded the Department of Homeland Security?
People can't get on an airplane anymore.
They're in line for hours.
They don't care.
Hours.
Let me tell you something.
Somebody that got on a flight.
Go ahead.
You go first.
Let me tell you something.
I've been waiting for you to bring this up.
This has been pissing me off all day.
These people that are voting.
Are you ready now?
These people that are voting to not fund the government, not fund DHS and get TSA back in so this nonsense stops should not be allowed to circumvent the lines they are creating.
I want to see all these I want to watch my language.
These people who are making these votes and you wanted to drop an F-bomb in the middle, didn't you?
I was actually going to say on my eyes.
Not true.
I was going to say something else, but I didn't say it.
The bottom line is, how dare they vote on this and then not have to be subject to the things that they are now enforcing on the rest of us, the little peons, the constituents who put them there.
I'm telling you right now, they should be in line with all of us.
You think this is the way that things are done?
Nobody's going to be able to do that.
You see the congressman and Republicans too, but Republicans.
Yeah, Debbie, Fosserman Schultz, Nancy Mays just walking around.
No problem here.
Yeah, they walk right to the front of the line.
Front of the line?
Oh my God, they have a special entrance.
No problem.
Disgusting.
But there are people now.
If you have a 9 a.m. flight, you're getting there at 2.30 or 3 in the morning to guarantee you can get through TSA.
With your basement.
And the bags.
I know.
And by the way, did you hear what happened to Sarah Huckabee Sanders?
Flipped off.
Disgusting.
Kicked out of the restaurant.
She's on Hannity tonight.
The last restaurant that this is the second time this now happened.
Last restaurant that booted Sanders is now permanently closed.
The rise of the intolerant left.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
Here's the best part.
They let her eat, pay, give a tip, then they threw her out.
What is the point of that?
I don't know.
I just don't know.
If you're asking me to dissect the minds of the radical left, I can't do it.
I just can't.
I think they're crazy.
I think they're out of their mind.
It really is pathetic.
We have some other stories in the news.
Joe Scarborough did not, you know, was not happy with President Trump's joke about what you guys know about surprises talking to the Japanese prime minister.
Come on, we have friends for a long time.
Scarborough says Republicans don't even allow your driver's license to be used as a way to vote.
It's outrageous.
What is he talking about?
California Democrats want to give drivers' licenses to illegals to buy votes.
Oh, Joe Scarborough said that himself in 2003.
Whoopsie-daisy.
James Tellerico calls men and girls' sports a far-right conspiracy theory.
Didn't we just have a woman on this week that, you know, the one that boycotted the volleyball player?
Pure Talk And Save Act Update 00:03:33
She was great.
Jillian Michaels runs circles around the body positivity advocate in a debate about excess fat.
Jillian Michaels is unbelievable.
I've really come to admire her.
After trying to stop a CNBC anchor from discussions about the Trump accounts by constantly interrupting, Joy Behard decries them because they don't put money towards solar and wind energy.
No wonder nobody is watching that show.
New York City is now shelling out $81,700 per person in homelessness spending, passing the city's median income as the unsheltered population continues to soar.
I mean, you can't make this up.
Will somebody contact Kathy Hochl's office and explain this to her?
I don't think she wants to talk to me.
I don't know why.
80% of the U.S. favors a law to require photo ID to vote.
99.5% of House Democrats voted against it.
CNN forced to cover hours-long TSA's line by Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.
