Economy Surges, ICE Protests, and Iran Watch

Sean opens with upbeat economic indicators, citing a stronger Q4 GDP estimate, easing inflation, lower mortgage rates, and cheaper gas. He argues high taxes are pushing people and businesses out of blue states, highlighting a proposed California wealth tax and the NYSEs plan to expand operations in Dallas. He then turns to the Minnesota church protests against ICE, pointing to potential FACE Act violations, reported DOJ subpoenas to Governor Tim Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey, and Attorney General Keith Ellison, and new scrutiny of Rep. Ilhan Omar's finances from Chairman James Comer. Senator Lindsey Graham joins from Davos after meetings in Israel to assess unrest in Iran, a U.S. pledge of support to protesters, and how Trump-era tactics aim to apply pressure abroad without new forever wars.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Gas Prices and Taxes 00:13:15
This is an iHeart podcast.
Guaranteed human.
And thanks to all of you for being with us.
Write down our toll-free telephone number.
If you want to be a part of this extravaganza, it's 800-941 Sean, if you want to join us.
Can I just start with some good news?
Because I know a lot of people is a lag time between an economy turning dramatically for the better and the time people begin to feel it and really get it and understand it and appreciate it.
And I think we're kind of in that middle ground right now.
And I just want to make sure that people completely, fully understand the magnitude of what is happening here because it's all good, especially for the American people.
I mean, if you look at, you know, the Atlanta Fed has come out today, raising their fourth quarter GDP estimate from 5.1 to 5.3%.
Remember, we were worried during the Biden years.
They had like zero GDP growth, two quarters of negative growth.
That is by definition a recession.
And, you know, the economy was just an unmitigated disaster.
You talk about affordability crisis.
Gas prices went through the roof.
And of course, Kamala Harris said, well, that's nothing but the cost of democracy.
He didn't really care at all.
Meanwhile, under the Trump administration, gas prices, they never went above nationally, national average, $3 a gallon.
And we're paying $450, $5.
I'm paying almost under $2 a gallon now in my free state of Florida.
Let me tell you what lower gas prices means for all of you.
That means everything you buy in every store you go to is lower.
We now see inflation instead of 9% and dramatically high numbers under Biden and Harris, now at 2.6%, which thankfully is very close to the Fed target rate of 2%.
We see interest rates have come down dramatically.
We have now had almost a full basis point reduction, which what does that mean?
That reflects itself in 30-year fixed rate mortgages now, 5.8%.
That's the lowest that has been in four or five years, the lowest gas prices in five years.
And, you know, the last quarter, I was shocked when we had 4.3% GDP growth.
I didn't think it would happen this quickly, but it did.
Now the Atlanta Fed, we'll find out when the numbers finally come in.
The Treasury Bureau of Fiscal Service now says the fourth quarter real personal income consumption expenditures grew from 4.8 to 5.1%.
I mean, this is serious economic growth.
We have the lowest trade deficit that we have had in 20 years in this country.
Also in the last 20 years, you know, the biggest after-inflation income in 20 years in this country.
And that is a rising tide lifting all boats.
You know, and if you wonder why, New Wall Street Journal poll shows congressional Republicans lead Democrats on major issues.
This is one of the major reasons why the poll found Americans believe the GOP is better equipped and the better equipped party to handle border security by a 28-point margin.
Republicans had an 11-point advantage on immigration.
Those were the two dominant issues for Republicans, but on the economy and inflation, and this is only going to get better.
Republicans had a six to eight point lead.
Tariffs, the GOP leads on that.
Foreign policy.
Republicans lead by five points.
Russia-Ukraine war, they're up there.
How could they not be up?
I mean, Joe Biden did nothing except, you know, give weapons and fight a proxy war against Vladimir Putin, which was a disaster.
Now, now Ukraine's paying for their own battle and conflict.
New York Stock Exchange.
Now, pay close attention to this.
You know, there's two people to watch, and I think it's just the beginning of the floodgates open.
Out in California, they're going to have on the ballot, they have referendums in California.
And I just put out an ex-post to little Gabby Newsome, full-time podcaster, Tweety Bird, zero-time governor, because he's in Davos, Switzerland, you know, laughing at the comments of lower gas prices that was made by Treasury Secretary Besson.
And I'm like, you have the highest gas taxes in the entire country.
He has the highest income taxes in the entire country.
They have the highest sales taxes in the entire country.
You know, how is it that the Pacific Palisades, people there still can't get a building permit?
You know, how is it that they don't practice the science, lectured about the science of forestry, you know, the state that he shut down while he's, you know, hanging out with his rich buddies at a restaurant that nobody else can go to.
And his kids were going to private schools when everybody else was stuck at home teaching their kids and they didn't have in-person learning and just such hypocrisy.
Now, he might get the nomination, but he's got to run on this ridiculous record.
Now they've got a referendum, and I'm not going to be shocked if it passed, if it passes, where billionaires would be charged and think of Silicon Valley.
And I'm not jealous of people that are successful and wealthy.
I'm just not.
They earned it.
You know, if you produce goods and services like iPhones and technology that people want, need, and desire and make their lives better, which is kind of defined Silicon Valley, and you become a billionaire in the process of doing it, then that's good for you.
And then you pay taxes on it.
I assume that they didn't pay their taxes.
They would have been challenged on it and probably put in jail and convicted.
So I'm assuming these are not ill-gotten gains.
I'm assuming that they paid taxes on the money that they made.
And now California is going to have a vote on whether or not to retroactively confiscate 5% of the wealth of billionaires in California.
So going back to January of this year.
So you have, what's his name?
Larry Page and Larry Ellison, both, you know, two of the wealthiest people in the country.
They said, bye-bye, California.
And with it, a billion dollars in tax revenue.
A billion dollars.
Highest income, highest sales, highest gas taxes.
And with their sanctuary state policies, they can't even balance the budget even still in California.
It's unbelievable.
So much for higher taxes.
No wonder why their mass migration is high, if not higher, than New York.
People are getting the hell out.
And now, that's going to be a billion dollars net loss just to start.
I mean, it's still January.
The people that live there now that are billionaires looking at that referendum are saying, hell no, I'm not staying for this.
I'm getting the hell out of here.
Just like so many people have left New York and so many people have left New Jersey and so many people have left Illinois.
I mean, you can't blame people.
And it's not just for money.
It's quality of life.
It's defund, dismantled, no-bail laws.
It's Kami Mamdani.
It's Chucky Schumer in New York.
It's AOC.
He's the squad leader, the real leader in the House, Hakeem Jeffries.
People have had enough of it.
They're done.
Now the New York Stock Exchange is expanding their operation of Dallas.
Now, the move has the mayor of Dallas boasting Dallas is America's first sanctuary city from socialism, which I thought was a great line.
But the New York Stock Exchange planned expansion, which will include a fully electronic equities exchange that is intended to broaden their footprint and better serve companies in the South and Southwest.
You know, when you look at companies like JP, you know, Morgan Chase, and they have more employees in Texas than they do in New York, which again, if you don't know any history, the men that built America, you should watch the series on the history channel.
I mean, the Carnegies, the Mellons, the Rockefellers, and you look at these, you know, they're all cutthroat, but they're all pioneers and they all, you know, helped build the country out and they became very wealthy in the process of doing it.
When all those families are leaving and all those companies are leaving, they're not just leaving for no reason at all.
They've been chased away.
Wall Street South, I keep saying Wall Street South is very, very real.
These companies are not going to pay.
And if, you know, there was an article in the New York Post, if you leave New York, they come after you with a vengeance.
And it's true.
And you have to hire an army of accountants and an army of attorneys to leave New York State and officially cut ties, which I did over two years ago.
I mean, I hired an army, and then you have to prove your innocence when they come after you.
And they can't win if you do it the right way.
And this idiotic notion, everyone says, well, if you're there six months in a day, you're not.
No, none of that is applicable.
No, not according to New York.
You have to cut ties, leave, and pretty much never go back.
That's, Linda, you ever see me in New York anymore?
Nope.
It doesn't happen.
Don't go there.
Don't have anything.
I don't own anything there.
I am, you know, thank God, you know, my employers have offices in a ton of other states.
You know, you have bureaus in L.A., bureaus in Nashville, you have bureaus in Florida, you have bureaus all over the place.
Thank God.
Rising wages, by the way, outpaced inflation in 2025.
But here's, you know, if you look at a fantastic chart, if, you know, the biggest after-inflation income in at least 20 years.
Now, I know not all of you are feeling it yet, but when no tax on tips and overtime and Social Security kicks in, you're going to feel it.
You know, sale of existing homes now finally is hitting a record high.
December holiday sales hit a record high, 4.2% higher than the same period in 24.
You know, if Democrats want to run on affordability, run on affordability.
One thing they didn't run on, I'll give you an example, Abigail Spanberger.
You know, she didn't run on a 4.3% sales tax on Uber Eats and Amazon, which affect every working man and woman in Virginia in the Commonwealth.
She didn't run on new sales taxes on admissions to a wide variety of businesses, but she's implemented all of this.
She didn't run to create new higher tax brackets of 8 and 10%, but she's implemented that, or a new 10% bracket for anyone making over a million dollars in that state.
She's going to chase people out of Virginia, just like they have California, just like they have New York and New Jersey and Illinois.
She didn't run on a 3.8% investment tax on top of state income taxes or to raise the hotel tax or new personal property taxes on landscaping equipment.
She didn't run on banning gas-powered leaf blowers.
She didn't guarantee illegal aliens free education, taxpayer-funded education.
All of this now she has put in place, including a $500 sales tax on a firearm suppressor and magazine bans and assault weapons bans and an 11% tax on all firearms and ammunition or prohibit outdoor shooting of a firearm on land less than five acres or to replace Columbus Day with Indigenous Peoples Day.
She didn't run on any of that.
He just said what she had to say so she could get elected, just like all of these people do.
You know, Gavin can sit there and try and, you know, stalk President Trump and Scott Vesant in Davos, but the people in the Pacific Palisades can't get a building permit.
And by the way, those wildfires were preventable if they practiced the science of forestry, if they had water in the fire hydrant so police could put out the fires early.
If they had a reservoir that had water that can go to the water hydrant, that'd be helpful too.
And meanwhile, these people are desperate and they're forced to pay property taxes is my understanding, according to a caller that called this show.
And they have to have insurance on a property that doesn't exist anymore.
Nuclear Regime's Downfall 00:11:49
I mean, this is now this.
We're now at a moment of truth and a moment of choice for America.
That's why this is the most important midterm in your lifetime.
By the way, all of these anti-ICE protesters that invaded this church, maybe they want to look at the FACE Act and specifically provisions 247 and 248, 248, which says it's a federal crime to use or threaten the use of force to injure, intimidate, or interfere with a person trying to exercise the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship.
And these agitators did intimidate, did interfere, and what they said was just repulsive to these parishioners.
They're all in a heap of trouble.
And by the way, the DOJ has served grand jury subpoenas to Timmy Walls, to small fire fry, Mayor French Fry, and Keithy Ellison, according to Alexis McAdams on Fox News.
And the FBI, by the way, we have Kash Patel on Hannity tonight, captured one of its top 10 most wanted fugitives, an illegal alien murderer who fled to Mexico.
Oh, I guess, you know, ICE is doing their job.
And James Comer, by the way, announced today that Congresswoman Omar is under the microsoft because of her family's growing wealth, and that he's going to get answers about how she went from no money to $30 million in net worth over the course of two years.
Now, she denied being worth millions of dollars, claimed conservatives are unfairly targeting her.
Comer said there's a lot of questions about how her husband accumulated that much wealth in the past two years.
He said, I don't think it's possible.
All right, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program, Lindsey Graham, by the way, has been in Israel and he's now in Davos.
We'll talk to him while he's out and about and on the road before we get to Senator Lindsey Graham.
So Comrade Marxist Mamdani declared that ICE would be abolished.
Now, he already succeeded in dismantling part of the New York Stock Exchange.
I mentioned in the last hour as they announced plans today to begin shifting operations to Dallas.
So good luck, Cami Marxist Mamdani.
The billionaire tax in California, a wealth tax of 5% that's going to be on the ballot retroactive to January, is now chasing one billionaire after another right out of Silicon Valley.
Probably most, if not all of them, will leave.
We have more details on the subpoena served today on Governor Tim Walz, Small Fry, Mayor Jacob French Fry, and Attorney General Keith Ellison.
And the subpoenas are requesting records and communications from the officials, according to Fox, as the anti-ICE protests have been roiling the Twin Cities for weeks now after Renee Good hit the accelerator going right towards that ICE agent.
That's going to be interesting to watch.
But anyway, we're watching and monitoring the situation around the globe, not the least of which is the president has been very, very clear.
And that is that the estimated 20 to 30,000 protesters that have been slaughtered in Iran is going to stop.
And he said that help is on the way.
And if Iran, if they underestimate Donald Trump words, they do so to their own peril.
And reports now that, in fact, they are threatening not only our country, the USA, but they're threatening Donald Trump personally.
You have one senior Iranian official calling for jihad and terror attacks all across the United States.
I don't think this is going to end very well for them.
Senator Lindsey Graham has been in Israel.
He just made his way to Davos where he'll be catching up with the president.
I assume briefing him.
But I'm just assuming that it had nothing to do with the national security implications of what may likely happen any day, any minute, any hour.
Senator, welcome from Davos.
Thank you.
I'm here with some good allies and a bunch of surrender bunches.
I'm having the time of my life.
There's the death of Trump.
Good.
ICE is trying to direct us.
They're not the bad guys.
Trump is the first president to ever stand up to the Ayatollah and pick the people.
Trump sided with the people.
Every other president refused to do that.
Trump said, keep protesting.
Help is on the way.
I went to Israel to make sure the regime would survive.
Does that make sense?
I'm not going to tell you what's going to happen.
I'm going to tell you this.
There are a lot of people who are running their mouth in Iran against Trump that will not be able to.
This is the right guy for the time.
I don't agree with everything he says and he does, but I love the guy.
He's making us safer.
He's got the Ayatollah on the verge of collapse, the largest state sponsor of terrorism, American blood.
You know, the Fezblah, trying to destroy Israel, trying to kill us because we're infidels.
This guy, the Ayatollah, is on the ropes because of even Trump.
I believe in Trump.
You know, what have you done to bring about world peace?
Hey, Senator, I don't mean to interrupt you, but we just have a bad line.
You're cutting in and out.
We're going to call you right back because I definitely want to get your thoughts on all of this.
One thing I will say is, you know, there have been people in this country that don't understand the Trump doctrine.
And I'll ask Senator Graham about this when we get back.
And I don't believe we should have forever wars.
And we can't go back to ever, you know, putting boots on the ground in places like Baghdad and Afghanistan and having our national treasure stepping over IEDs.
But if you look at everything that President Trump has done to date as it relates to, you know, strategic strikes and the use, the good use of American military force, what has he done?
He's taken out Soleimani, Baghdadi.
He's taken out Iran's nuclear sites.
There were people that were against that.
And I'm like, you've got to be the most naive and dumb person on the face of the earth if you don't believe people that say they want to wipe you off the face of the earth.
And they say it often.
I mean, even after Donald Trump said help is on its way, the White House was very clear that behind the scenes they were saying very different things, that they'd stop the executions and the planned hangings that they had, and they'd stop shooting protesters.
And now reports are that they've moved in the other direction.
And if they've done so, we now have the Abraham Lincoln carrier group now in the region making its way there.
And that means American military might is going to be at the ready.
And all it will take is a call from President Trump to make that happen.
And if you doubt it, I mean, just look at what happened to Iran's nuclear facilities.
The president gave 50 days to the Iranians to strike a peace deal and stop pursuing their nuclear ambitions.
He said two things.
He gave them 50 days to resolve their conflict with Israel.
On day 51, the Israelis absolutely obliterated their missile sites, obliterated their air defense systems.
And then the president said, you can't have nuclear weapons.
And they thumbed his nose at him again, and they stuck their middle finger in his face.
And now they don't have a nuclear weapons program because he dropped 14 bunker buster bombs.
Now, he did it in a way that did not result in American boots on the ground.
It didn't result in forever wars.
And you have to ask yourself, is the world a better, safer place because of it?
I'm just a big believer in the Trump doctrine.
Linda, what's going on with Senator Graham?
Any luck?
Are we just having a hard time connecting with him?
We're working on it.
I think, unfortunately, they are about six to seven hours ahead of us, and the connection is not so great there.
So we're working on it.
Okay.
Maybe you can get on a hard line, hopefully, because we would like to see what he has to say.
I can tell you this, that if I was the Iranians, I'd be doing just the opposite of what they're doing now.
Just to give you some of the details, after having promised the protesters in Iran that they should keep going and ensuring that help is on the way and threatening the Iranian government with intervention by the American military, you know, some people said, well, Donald Trump's stop.
No, the Iranians, they did stop overtly the killing.
And the videos that I have seen, I promise you, would shock your conscience and soul.
And I promise you, they're videos that you would never be able to erase from your brain.
And not unlike videos that I have seen from the IDF, for example, after October 7th, where you see the murder of innocent men, women, and yes, children, or the ISIS beheading videos.
I've also watched those too.
These are not images you can put on television.
The images out of Iran, you know, families, and these are the more mild videos, and it's anything but mild.
I mean, it's evil on a level you can't even imagine, but you've got bodies laid all over the place.
I mean, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of them, you know, in black bags and people opening them to see if it's their loved ones in that black bag.
And when you open it, you see, you know, people shot in the face in the back of the head.
You see blood everywhere.
And then you actually see the, I've seen the videos of people that have been direct victims of all of this, direct victims.
Now, you know, we had this debate on this program last week.
Some of you called in and we actually encouraged your calls and said, no, no, no, no, I don't, America shouldn't get involved.
Okay.
Well, is it in America's first interest?
Is it in America's best interest that this regime not continue to foment terror around the world and follow through on their wishes to kill Americans and calling us the great Satan and death to America and death to Israel?
Is the world going to be safer?
Is the world safer because Donald Trump took out Soleimani?
Is the world safer because he took out Baghdadi?
Is the world safer because he beat the ISIS Caliphate?
Is the world safer because Iran has no hope of a nuclear weapon in any time in the foreseeable future?
Because Donald Trump took action because they were getting awfully close to having nuclear capacity.
I think the answer to all of those questions are just transparent and obvious to anyone with eyes to see.
I think it's pretty obvious.
I think it's pretty straightforward.
Let me go to some other issues here.
Let me go back to what's going on in this church raid because what we're learning from the DOJ now is that the Department of the Civil Rights Division within the Department of Justice is now looking into specifically what's known as the FACE Act.
People Attacked for Wearing Suits 00:03:49
We'll have Greg Jarrett weigh in on this at the top of the hour.
Now, the FACE Act makes it, and it's specifically provisions 247, 248, but I'll go to 248 to begin.
Federal crime, it is a federal crime to use or threaten the use of force to injure, intimidate, or interfere with a person trying to exercise their First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship.
And if you look at the people, and let's play what they were saying to the people whose only crime here was going to church.
And then they're being attacked as white nationalists.
Then they're being attacked as privileged.
And, you know, they're going to practice their faith.
And this is what they had to deal with this past Sunday.
As you can see, all these pretend Christians, all these comfortable white people who are living lavish, comfortable lives while children are dragged into concentration camps.
You're living real life, nice lives with your lattes, doing absolutely nothing for your Latino and Somali brothers and sisters.
You come here to a man wearing a suit as a preacher?
Did Jesus wear a suit?
Jesus wear a suit.
Now, ICE, when you actually look at the truth and facts that is completely ignored by the legacy media mob, what have we been able to find?
That they have bravely been able to arrest well over 10,000 people in Minnesota, people that were known to commit murder and rape and child rape and child molestation and other crimes, drug crimes.
I mean, just run through the list and there's hardly anything that they haven't had to deal with, which makes the people of Minnesota and the people specifically in Minneapolis more safe and more secure.
So you have to ask, why are they out there?
Now, to me, it's pretty transparent.
And the president put this out, and I seem he seems to agree.
Just watch the footage of the church raid in Minnesota by the agitators and insurrectionists.
These people are professionals.
No person acts the way they act.
They are highly trained to scream and rant and rave like lunatics in a certain manner, just like they are doing.
They're troublemakers who should be thrown in jail or thrown out of the country.
Now, the first to go should be walls and the fake sleaze bag, Congresswoman Omar, who's supposedly now worth over $30 million, even though she's never had anything but a government job.
Investigate these corrupt politicians, do it now, which, by the way, is now happening.
And the reality is now Don Lemon was a part of this.
Now, he's claiming to be a citizen journalist.
And he walked in and listened to his description while in the church and what he said.
I think people who are, you know, in religious groups like that, it's not the type of Christianity that.
This is the beginning of what's going to happen here.
When you violate people's due process, when you pull people off the street, you start dragging them and hurting them and not abiding by the Constitution.
And you start doing all of that.
People get upset and angry.
If you remember what the civil rights movement was about, the civil rights movement was about these very kinds of protests.
Let Greenland Decide 00:07:23
And for some reason, in our modern era, people think that in order to have protests, you got to be, you know, cordoned off to a certain area.
And, you know, what time you can protest.
We actually have the FACE Act, which makes it a crime.
Good luck with your lawyer, Don Lemon.
We have Senator Graham back from Davos, Switzerland.
Okay, real quick, you met with Bibi.
We know the president drew a line in the sand.
We now know the Ayatollahs are ignoring what the president said.
Initially, I guess they were telegraphing they would cooperate.
They're not.
What is the likely next step?
That Donald Trump will be a man of his word.
He gave the Ayatollah some options.
The Ayatollah has been defiant.
They're still killing people.
And Donald Trump said, time for new leadership in Iran.
To the people, keep protesting.
This will be his moment.
When I say Ronald Reagan, you say, tear down this wall, right?
It was a defining moment in the 20th century.
When Donald Trump was asked by the world media, what should the protesters do?
Keep protesting.
Help is on the way.
That will be his legacy.
At a moment of critical decision-making, he stood up to the Ayatollah.
He called the people to keep protesting.
This terrorist regime is short for this world.
They talked themselves into extinction.
Donald Trump is a man of his word.
I'm not going to tell you what's going to happen, when it's going to happen, but I know this.
When Donald Trump tells you, keep protesting, I have your back.
You can take it to the bank, to our friends in Israel.
We all got to up our game.
If the Ayatollah falls and the people win, Mideast peace is a reality.
The world changes.
The people of Iran will be our partner.
How about this idea?
Let the people of Iran pick their leader.
Let the people of Greenland pick their leader.
What you said last night was perfect.
How about letting Greenland decide who they want to align with?
Let them be independent and let them pick.
So what you said, Sean, is perfect.
You know, we don't need to be taking things by force, but we do need to give people choice.
What you said last night is the right answer.
Let Greenland decide who they want to be with.
Let them be independent.
And here's what I believe.
They'll be with America.
Under Donald Trump, America is the best bet you could ever have.
Donald Trump will build up forces in Greenland.
We need to have control.
We're not going to spend all this money and not have control.
Strategically, Greenland is really important.
You know, all these so-called NATO partners and Western European leaders over here is unbelievable.
Like, Trump's the problem.
Trump's not the problem.
Dietolla's the problem.
The Russians are the problem.
The Chinese are the problem.
If you don't like the way Trump talks, you know, have therapy.
He's talking.
By the way, they didn't like when Donald Trump said they had to pay their fair share for NATO.
They didn't like the fact that he put tariffs on them and said, you're not going to rip us off anymore.
In the beginning, don't like anything that he proposes.
And in the end, the people that would benefit the most from America partnering with Greenland would be our European so-called allies.
If Trump, they can't acknowledge it.
Maybe Trump is better off at securing the planet than they were.
For 20 years, what have we gotten from all of this stuff?
We've gotten two invasions and Russia.
We got the Ayatollah.
What's the European response to the Ayatollah after you kill people under Obama?
Give them a big deal.
Let them have money.
Obama turned his back on the people.
Trump did not.
Obama was the worst president ever when it comes to fighting evil.
To your audience, let Greenland decide who they want to be with.
Let Iran decide what kind of government they want to have and start living under this oppression.
Let Cuba, let Venezuela.
Donald Trump is giving people the best gift you could ever give, self-determination.
God bless President Trump and to our European allies.
Get a grip.
Have a beer.
Go into therapy.
Trump's doing stuff that benefits you.
You're too screwed up.
You know what the truth is?
And by the way, for stations along the Sean Hennerty Show Network, we're passing on this local break.
I just want to say something that's very, very clear here.
NATO is nothing without Donald Trump.
Western Europe can't protect itself without Donald Trump and without the United States.
Period.
They just can't.
And neither Putin nor Chi respect Western Europe.
If the French president said, you better not do this, everybody laughs.
Donald Trump, when he says something, you'll wind up dead.
Europe collectively is not intimidating to anybody.
It's a debating society without America.
And Donald Trump is telling Europe you need to do more.
They're doing more.
He's telling the world, I'm not going to put up with this garbage anymore.
To the Ayatollah, you're the biggest problem on the planet.
The people are right.
You're wrong.
And we'll have a good ally in Iran when this Ayatollah falls.
And I believe in Trump.
I really do believe that the days of the Ayatollah murderous regime are numbered because of what they've done.
I really do believe that Venezuela and Cuba are going to be great allies.
I really believe we're going to get a good deal in Russia because Russia is going to think twice when the Ayatollah goes down.
So all I can say, the European model has led to endless conflict.
Nobody cares what you think.
Nobody, like Canada said, we need to have middle-level nations align and work together.
Who cares what middle-level nations think because they can't do?
When I see military force going to Greenland, okay, what are you going to do, Denmark?
Send your five planes and your three ships?
Give me a break.
You know what the irony is?
The president will do all of this with no boots on the ground, no forever wars.
None.
I mean, and that's the beauty of the Trump doctrine.
I mean, he's rewriting the history books as we speak, and he's putting America first in every decision.
I mean, look at what I said about the first year.
It's the most amazing first year in my lifetime.
We have secured the border by force of will.
We have taken the largest narco-terrorist state down in Venezuela.
Cuba's going to fall.
We got the Ayatollah, the weakest he's ever been, because Trump sided with the people.
We got the largest tax cut in history, the biggest spending reduction in history, all in a year.
The best is yet to be.
It's unbelievable.
Good Times Ahead 00:00:41
By the way, and the Atlanta Fed, and I'll get into this later in the program, they just projected fourth quarter GDP growth at 5.3%.
I mean, that is an economic miracle.
I mean, you talk about a golden age.
Gas prices lowest in five years, inflation lowest in five years, interest rates lowest in five years, per capita income, you know, versus inflation up the highest in 20 years.
Trade deficit. you know, lowest in 20 years.
You know, good times are ahead.
Senator, we appreciate you working extra hard to be with us from Davos.
Senator Lindsey Graham, thank you.
