Time Text
This is an iHeart podcast.
Now, back to the best of Sean Hannity.
Well, we're coming to your city.
Untry sound.
And if you want a little bang in your yin yang, come along.
You think about running in 2028?
I am not.
I am not.
And my job, and I say that, I am doing all I can to help build the party and make sure whoever that person is wins.
I still think about Kamala and how I think she would have been a good choice.
I don't care what they say because she would have done what Lincoln did.
Does Crack Coke make you act any differently?
No.
Is it safer than alcohol?
Probably.
People think of crack as being dirty.
It's the exact opposite.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we're coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and sing you a contra song.
Sean Hannity, the new Sean Hannity show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
All right, thanks, Scott Shannon.
Hour to Sean Hannity Show, toll-free.
It is 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Damn Bongino this weekend.
I will never be the same after learning what I have learned.
I can confirm it has everything to do with what Tulsi Gabbard has been releasing and declassifying and everything to do with the grand conspiracy that is now beginning to take shape and to unfold.
We have a lot of news on this, and we have Jason Chaffetz, who was actively involved on the oversight committee at the time and was a very integral part of getting out a lot of the information in real time.
What's interesting and kind of fascinating to watch unfold here is you got the Obama team now quietly trying to stop you, the American people, from actually hearing about these revelations, or they're just flat out lying and dismissing them, which is predictable.
We have the CIA director, John Ratcliffe, suggesting that Clinton Brennan won't have the statute of limitations protection in the Russia Gay case.
The CIA director also confirming this deep state plot and how it lives on and more declassification is coming.
Tulsi Gabbard at the DNI unleashing a fury at Obama over his failure to squash what she's calling treason a Russian conspiracy.
And Senator Lindsey Graham saying new evidence requires a special counsel probe in the case.
And so there's just a lot of moving pieces that are happening really, really quickly here.
Victor Davis Hansen had a great point in this, and that is damning data dump exposes Obama's complicity.
And that really gets to the heart of it is they got intelligence from senior intelligence officials going, you know, six weeks after the election in 2016 that said, no, there was no Russian interference.
They didn't like the intelligence community assessment, so they just decided to change it in spite of a lot of protesting from those people that put it together and warned them that what they were doing was false and that they shouldn't do it.
And now the Obama allies are hoping the American public will never learn the details.
I don't think they can stop this freight train.
This freight train moving is at the speed of light at this point.
And it's including Tulsi Gabbard, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, FBI Director Cash Patel, Deputy Director Dan Bongino, the Attorney General Pam Bondi, all investigating the origins of what has been one of the biggest lies.
And Bongino's not wrong in saying that, you know, for this republic to continue, you cannot have deep state operatives.
And I've been using my same analogy.
I think it's applicable.
People that want to destroy a duly elected president with lies and using the power that they are entrusted with to do so.
Or in the case of 2020, you know, putting cinder blocks on the scale of an election after they verify the authenticity of a very real laptop, that being that of Hunter Biden.
Anyway, Jason Chaffetz, author of kind of appropriate, they're coming for you, how deep state spies, NGOs, and woke corporations plan to push you out of the economy.
Anyway, former Oversight Committee Chair, Jason Chaffetz, thanks for being with us.
Oh, thanks, Sean.
All right, let's talk about what we hear, what we see, and where is this going?
Hopefully all the way to a prosecutor's desk and somebody who actually gets prosecuted, because I think the fraud that was perpetuated and pushed on the American people, it just doesn't, this is why I think a guy like Dan Bongino, who's seen a lot, said, look, this shakes me to my core.
And part of that, what I would add, because you're 100% right on all of this, Sean, are these FISA warrants because they use the police powers, then they use this bogus document to apply to the court to be able to spy on people.
And when you do so, the document that you actually use says at the very top verified.
And so if you can further prove that they knew it was false or should have known that it was false, and they fraudulently go before the court and make that representation, you know, you can't do that in this country.
And there is going to be accountability.
And hopefully that accountability starts now.
That is but just one of the things.
But you have John Ratcliffe, who remember was on the Intel Committee prior to Congress.
He was a U.S. attorney for terrorism cases.
He was the director of national intelligence in Trump's first administration.
Now he's the director of the CIA.
He's been able to unearth documents we've never previously seen.
That's why I think he foreshadowed that in the next few days, we should be seeing information that has never been seen before.
Okay.
Based on what Tulsi Gabbard has declassified, what is your take on all of this?
To me, it is as damning as it can get, is that they purposefully went out there and changed senior career intelligence that officials' analysis of 2016, and they did it on purpose.
They did it to sabotage Trump.
They did it based on a document they knew to be phony and fraudulent.
That is the Hillary Clinton bought and paid for Russian disinformation dossier.
And Comey has a different issue because Comey signed three of the four Pfizer warrants, and he used as the basis for those warrants, the bulk of information was from that dirty, unverified, and unverifiable and totally debunked by December of 2016.
Dossier is the bulk of information.
He signed two more Pfizer warrants even after he knew it was debunked.
Yeah, and that, again, if this conspiracy comes together the way John Radcliffe is foreshadowing, you know, those are issues that can be prosecuted.
I think the other thing that was I've never heard somebody go to the White House podium and say out loud, which was Tulsi Gabbard talking about President Barack Obama, him personally be involved.
And that is a stunning revelation.
Now, remember, during the Obama administration, you have Barack Obama going around saying, oh, I have a scandal-free administration.
I mean, everything from Fast and Furious and the use of the IRS.
But how about all the spying on James Rosen, spying on the Associated Press and tapping into what they're doing?
So it's not a real leap to think that maybe they did go out and spy on Trump or Trump's administration.
That's an open question.
I think it's an allegation at this point.
But that foreshadows and portends that, you know, there's a lot more to this at that time.
And remember, it's mid-December 2016 when Donald Trump as the president-elect is going to start getting the presidential briefings.
But curiously, it's just the week before that then you have Barack Obama evidently directing the band there.
Hey, we need to go back and change this assessment.
That's where the scramble with the senior officials are trying to cover up their tracks because the unthinkable happened.
Donald Trump actually got elected and they were afraid that eventually he would see this.
And I think that's coming into play right now.
Why do you believe or do you believe as others that the statute of limitations are not applicable?
And do you see where Cash Patel had announced that there's a grand conspiracy investigation?
Because I would argue the weaponization of the Department of Justice from 2020 to 2024 was all designed to even to bloody up Donald Trump to the point he could not run for a second term at that point.
I do believe that what they did by nobody had ever seen the Hunter Biden laptop.
The FBI had verified its authenticity in March of 2020.
They did go out and pre-bunk it.
Is that not putting cinder blocks on the scale of an election?
Yeah.
And having deep state operatives manipulate an election?
Because had this come out and they verified its authenticity, no way Joe Biden could have won in 2020.
No, I don't.
And, you know, Donald Trump said in real time some of these things that were happening.
And there were a lot of us, even in Congress, like, where is this information?
How do we get it?
Well, it ends up we were asking for it.
We were subpoenaing it.
We were looking for it.
It's just the Obama administration and subsequently the Biden administration, they were hiding it.
And so even if we issued a subpoena and asked for this information, they just weren't providing it.
You asked the first question about the statute of limitations.
My understanding, having heard this from Brett Tolman, a former U.S. attorney, also from John Ratcliffe, the starting clock on the statute of the limitations starts at the very last act of the perpetuation of that conspiracy.
But there is testimony, multiple testimonies that happened in Congress after 2020, that you had the Intel Committee, you had other committees, you had subcommittees asking questions of these players and these people.
And as Trey Gowdy and others point out, they were just flat out lying to us.
And again, Trey Gowdy was also on the Intel Committee.
He was asking those questions of Brenner.
He knew the answer to those questions.
And he just, I mean, he is very adamant that he just lied and lied to Congress.
So tell me what shape this takes forman.
It's not like, to me, the foundation is already there.
And now we're putting on top of the foundation, we're beginning to build out this entire case.
And with it, now we have smoking gun evidence as the declassification process moves forward.
It would seem to me that somebody in fairly short order could probably put it all together.
Is that naivete of my part to think it could happen quickly?
Oh, I think it is.
I think that's a reason why John Ratcliffe went on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bradaromo and said as much.
I mean, he made it sound like this was days away.
Does it take a week or two?
Maybe.
But a guy like that, a real true professional, is not going to go out and foreshadow it to that degree without something that is pending.
And while he doesn't explicitly say it, my reading of the between the lines on Dan Bongino is that he has also now seen it.
And, you know, you've got to give time for these prosecutors to put the whole case top to bottom because they're going to fight the national media.
They've got to fight them every single step of the way.
But they've got to be able to make the case clearly to the American people and show how all of these elements come together.
You've been covering this for years.
You know, your friend Greg Jarrett wrote a book on this, for goodness sake.
He wrote two books on this.
Let's be real.
And they were both number one bestsellers.
It's frustrating to me.
There were not many of us that were digging deep, and we were right there.
We had it.
The only thing we didn't have was the declassified information, which offers full, complete vindication and validation of everything that we did.
It was three years of work.
And Jason, you were on the program a lot talking about it with us, as was Trey Gowdy, as was John Solomon, Greg Jarrett, Catherine Heridge at the time, Sarah Carter at the time, and Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows, Matt Gates.
I mean, I'm just giving the names of the people that were the most helpful.
Well, look, we were talking to whistleblowers, people who had seen and were aware of this information.
But what seems to be new, what the director of the CIA is saying is now there are handwritten notes and other things that could be declassified.
And you've got to be really careful because we take in this nation very sensitive information, sources and methods, making sure that we don't expose somebody who is in peril.
And that work sounds like it has been done over the last six months because John Ratcliffe got a running start at this.
Having been through that, that's why it's coming to fruition now.
That's why I think it's on the verge of breaking loose.
All right, this case getting blown wide open.
How far does it go?
Will people be arrested?
We'll get an answer from Jason Schaffetz on the other side.
Don't forget his new book, They're Coming for You, How Deep State Spies, NGOs, Woke Corporations Plan to Push You Out of the Economy.
Amazon.com, Hannity.com, bookstores around the country.
More with Jason, then your call is 800-941-SEAN if you want to be a part of the program this Monday.
Seen throughout the greatest country in the world.
on The Sean Hannity Show.
All right, we continue with Jason Chaffetz.
His new book, by the way, is out.
They're coming for you, Hannity.com, Amazon.com, and bookstores around the country.
I don't like overpromising and under-delivering.
And Epstein would be a case where I think people thought something was going to be coming.
And by the way, there might be things coming.
I'm still withholding judgment more than other people are.
I'm still confident.
I have confidence in Pam Bondi, Cash Patel, Tam Bongino, and others to get to the bottom of this.
I just want it to play out a little more before I make a definitive statement on it, but that's kind of been my MO, and it's not a lot of other people's MOs.
They just kind of rush to judgment.
But do you really believe we can tell people with a high degree of confidence that they'll be held accountable?
Well, look, I believe I've known Tulsi Gabbard for 12 years.
I've known John Ratcliffe for longer than that.
These are people that I associated with on a daily basis, and I find them to be reasonable, not hyperbolic.
I don't think they would go before the world with cameras rolling and foreshadowed to the degree that they did unless they have something real.
So, yeah, I mean, temper expectations, I guess, but I didn't expect them to come out with this in such a bold statement.
But I'm repeating what they've said, and that gives me great hope.
We appreciate your time, as always, and the great work that you've done.
I have a funny feeling we will be talking to you a lot in the days and weeks and probably months ahead.
Anyway, Jason Schaffetz, thank you so much.
Congratulations, by the way, on your book, They're Coming for You, How Deep State Spies, NGOs, Woke Corporations Plan to Push You Out of the Economy.
Hannity.com, Amazon.com, and bookstores around the country.
Thank you, sir.
Thanks, Sean.
All right.
We know that there is a ceasefire, at least temporarily, with Israel, but you ask anybody in Israel if they feel at peace, you're going to hear a very different story.
You have entire neighborhoods that have been bombed out, families torn apart, kids too afraid to play outside.
They play in underground bunker, and I've been to them, so I know I've seen them myself, underground bunker playgrounds, which is just heartbreaking.
Families torn apart.
You have tens of tens of thousands of displaced Israelis, and the violence may have slowed, but the fear has not dissipated.
The need for humanitarian assistance is beyond anything that I can even explain to you.
Food, water, medicine, shelter, clothing, they need it all.
Whatever you can give, please donate generously.

I have extensively been chronicling what I believe the president has done in terms of the economy to set up what is foundationally, definitely, to use his words, a golden era economically.
Now, there is a lagging indicator.
And until we get rid of Jerome Powell, until we get interest rates down, sales of pre-existing homes and new home building will suffer.
I believe they are ridiculously high, but that is not stopping the president.
We have $11 trillion going up.
Howard Luttnick thinks it's up $15 trillion in committed monies for the next four years for investments in manufacturing.
A lot of this is good for our national security, but they'll bring back automobile manufacturing in this country.
Those deals have been set with multiple auto companies.
Pharmaceuticals, which we had not been producing for some time, they will now be produced in the U.S. Semiconductor chips.
You have literally hundreds of billions of dollars that will be invested in creating those chips here, vital.
Rare earths and magnets also similarly will be produced here.
The president has been rolling along with one trade deal after another.
The United Kingdom, Vietnam, the deal announced last week with Japan and Indonesia and the Philippines.
Australia now will import American beef, something they had not done since 2003.
That, too, is a leg to the economy that we've got to factor in.
Then you factor in the largest tax cuts in history.
It's a myth if you think that cutting taxes somehow limits the amount of money that the federal government takes in.
No, just the opposite happens.
Reagan doubled revenues in eight years.
Congress just spent too much money.
Then you factor in the cutting out waste, fraud, and abuse, which is continuing, even though Elon Musk is no longer part of Doge, but he put in place a good foundation for that to continue in every department.
Then you factor in, I think, what is incalculable, and that is the president's energy policies.
And that'll be, we can't calculate how much money that that will bring in, high-paying career jobs.
Energy is the lifeblood of the world's economy, lower energy costs, et cetera, et cetera.
Then, as part of the president's one big beautiful bill, you have this thing called bonus depreciation for manufacturers.
And what does that mean?
That means that manufacturers can deduct 100% of their building costs in a single year, which will accelerate the manufacturing facilities that they will be building out.
Again, it's going to have a ripple effect on this economy.
Now, back to the trade deals.
Trump announced the trade deal with the European Union.
Now, there are people, Eurocrats, lamenting that Donald Trump rolled Brussels in a disaster trade deal for them.
But, you know, we have been ripped off and taken advantage of and abused, frankly, for so long.
It's kind of ridiculous.
Now, there's so much money coming into the Treasury as a result of all of this that it's money that nobody expected.
And the president is even considering rebate checks for every American based on the tariff revenue.
I'm not sure if I support the rebate check idea rather than paying down our debt and reducing the deficit.
Remember, June is the first time we've had a surplus in large part because of his trade policies.
Even a former MSDNC host praising Trump's political instincts and his ability to connect to the country culturally.
This is Chris Matthews.
And, you know, we just have a lot of good news when it comes to the economy.
The EU will buy $750 billion in energy, $600 billion in new investments in the U.S.
They agree to buy more U.S. military equipment on top of the money that is being sold to NATO.
Tariffs raise 15% on most EU goods.
European pharmaceuticals are not included in this.
But remember, AstraZeneca is building a facility here in America.
Steel and aluminum tariffs, they'll stay at 50%.
In exchange, Trump agreed not to raise tariffs on the EU to 30%, zero tariffs on all goods and exports to the European Union.
And all this is setting up, I think, foundationally, nothing but a great success for the American people.
Now, our friend Steve Moore, who wrote the best-selling book, Trumponomics, he's going to join us in a second, inside the America First Plan to Revive Our Economy.
And he has top 10 lists, and that is which states are people and money moving to and from.
In other words, which states the most people lost the most people domestically, which states gained the most money due to domestic migration, which states lost the most money due to domestic migration.
In other words, New York, New Jersey residents, California residents are fleeing to the tune of $150 billion.
And if you look at the bottom 10 states which lost the most money domestically, well, you got New York, California, Illinois, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Connecticut.
And if you look at the 10 states which lost the most people domestically, California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Massachusetts, they're in the top five all the time.
Then Maryland and Louisiana for some reason is in there.
That kind of surprised me.
Pennsylvania has been hurt by Democratic policies, by the way, and Michigan and Connecticut.
Anyway, Steve Moore is here to explain what it means.
But anyway, New York and New Jersey alone, residents fleeing to the tune of $140 billion.
If Momdani's elected Stephen Moore, I think that number is going to go much higher and the mass exodus will be that much bigger.
Great to be with you, Sean.
And you are exactly right, my friend.
By the way, do you know what state, Sean, in our votewithyourfeet.com, this is the official data from the IRS and the Census Bureau.
We didn't make up this data.
It comes from the official numbers of the government.
You know what state is just blowing away the rest of the states?
What?
Guess.
My state, Florida.
You got it, my friend.
I mean, Florida has, and by the way, this is a real testament to the great leadership of Ron DeSantis, who I think is the best governor in America.
He, in just the last 10 years, are you ready for this?
Florida has imported over 200 billion, billion with a B dollars from people from other states.
And you know where those people mostly come from, Sean.
They've come from New York.
They've come from New Jersey.
They've come from my home state of Illinois.
I'm from Chicago.
I hate to see what progressives have done to one of America's greatest cities.
And so you see this pattern of the states like Florida.
Now, right behind Florida as a big winner is Texas.
Right behind Texas is Tennessee.
By the way, Sean, do you know what Texas, Tennessee, and Florida have in common?
No state income tax.
See, I'm passing.
Linda, you hearing this?
Do you see how smart I am?
Do you see how straight A's?
I'm getting straight A's.
I'm just acing my cognitive test here.
I knew you'd know these answers.
You know what the problem is?
Like, I can go on a vacation or do things for people, and they'll remind me.
I'm like, I did that.
I don't even remember.
I have a friend of mine, and I was away with them, and they had a medical emergency in the sense that they were going through IVF treatment, and the doctor says, no, you got to get here in a day.
So I helped, you know, arrange for them to get there and get back.
And, you know, this is like eight years, 10 years ago.
And then they reminded me of it.
I'm like, I don't have any memory of that.
But if you want Reagan's record from 80 to 88, I can give it to you chapter and verse.
Does that mean I'm slipping into Joe Biden territory?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Well, I can name every baseball player from the 1970s, but I'm not too good.
I don't know what's through.
I can give you the 1969 Mets lineup.
I can tell you who the pitchers were.
Ray Sudecki, Jerry Kuzmin, Tom Seaver, Tug McGraw out of the bullpen, Jerry Grody, backup catcher Duffy Dyer, Ed Cranepoo, Bud Harrelson, Tommy Agee, Wayne Garrett, Kessinger, Glenn Bucker, Ernie Banks, Ron Fanto.
Well, you're a lot older than I am.
It's not my fault.
Cleon Jones, these are names that most people, Ron Swoboda.
I mean, I don't think most people know these names.
Linda's sitting there scratching her head saying, what the hell happened to the show today?
I'm seeing a lot of pain here because I'm a Cubs fan and what you guys did to us in 1920.
By the way, she does not even know what it means to cross the plane.
So, I mean, he's the wrong person to ever talk sports with.
This is true, and I don't deny it.
But anyway, we are.
Well, let's talk about what this means because this is important, this data that you've accumulated.
Yeah.
So, the website, by the way, can people, it's live right now, Sean.
It just went live today.
It's called votewithyourfeet.com.
You're going to have a lot of fun with this, folks.
You can click on, say, Florida and Texas.
You can click on those two states.
It'll show you the moving vans going from one state to another.
And of course, all the, well, if you go say Florida and New York, all of the moving vans are moving out of New York into Florida, et cetera.
So you can pick any pair of states.
And what we're really finding is that the states that it's basically the red states.
I mean, I'm not an especially partisan person here, but the red states are just dominating the blue states.
So you look at Texas, you look at Florida, you look at some of the small states like Utah, Montana, are grabbing huge amounts of new people from California.
And by the way, California on the West Coast is such a sad story.
But how do you ruin California, Sean?
I mean, it's got beautiful mountains, beautiful beaches, beautiful women, beautiful Atlanta, everything in the slice of heaven.
And for the first time in American history.
If you were on a different show, that would trigger a lot of people.
You can say whatever you want on this show.
Well, I can say it on your show.
But this is a serious point.
How do you screw it up?
For the first 200 years of our country, people moved into California.
This is the first time under Gavin Newsom, people are actually moving out of California.
I had a debate this weekend with somebody that swears to me that Gavin is going to be formidable.
And I said, he definitely is clever.
He's slick.
He deflects very well.
I know him really well.
And he'll spin it like a top, but he has a problem.
And the problem is his past policies and his record.
And I don't think he's going to be able to overcome that and become president, especially in the era of Trump.
Well, if you want to know how pathetic the Democratic Party is today, and it is pathetic, unfortunately, they voted against all of the policies in Washington that have created the boom that you just talked about.
I just said that I'm from Illinois.
J.D. Pritzker wants to run for president.
I mean, what a joke.
Illinois is going, it's the third worst state in America today.
And he wants to, what is he going to do?
Turn the nation into Illinois?
All right, quick break.
Welcome back, Moore, with Steve Moore, author of Trumponomics and Economists, his numbers on the mass migration that continue in this country because of horrible policies by Democrats.
Are you sick of winning yet?
Me either.
World leaders, unions, businesses, social media, they all want to work with Trump.
He said what he was going to do, and then he did it.
The White House is open for business, and America is back.
He's on right now.
Steve Moore is with us, economists, author of the bestseller, Trumponomics.
So get this.
The Washington Post had a story today, a new study that the Democratic Party is now the party of the rich.
And more than half of upper-income families, defined as those earning more than $215,400 a year, now vote Democratic.
Now, I have been saying this for the longest time.
The top fifth of earners went from supporting Barack Obama by a 2.5 point margin to supporting Joe Biden in 2020 by close to 15 percentage points.
Now, I have been saying that the Republican Party, especially under Trump, largest tax cuts in history.
No tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security.
That the Republican Party, the MAGA movement, is the movement of hardworking men and women, and that the Democratic Party has become the party of woke coastal elites that are completely out of touch with mainstream America.
So, in our book that you just mentioned, Trump and Omics, and by the way, our latest one is called the Trump Economic Miracle we put out a year ago.
And by the way, it has turned into a miracle.
But the really extraordinary thing is if you look under in the Biden four years, now we have all the data in.
Do you know what there was only one income group that did better under Joe Biden?
You know who that was?
The rich.
The rich.
Whereas under Trump, in his first term and so far in the first six months of his second term, the income group that's doing the best is middle-income Americans.
The Democratic Party has totally abandoned middle-class, working-class America.
That's why Trump is the working-class president.
Well, I mean, I think the best is yet to come because I don't think we're feeling the full impact yet of Donald Trump's economic policies.
I mean, everybody doubted on his reciprocal trade push.
And, you know, people doubted these trade deals would come in.
I think he culminated all of this today with the announcement on the European Union deal.
I think the countries that we needed the most to do trade deals with, we got to finalize the China deal.
But I think between that and energy and tax cuts, I think we're really positioned well for an economic prosperity, the likes of which we've never seen before.
$11 to $15 trillion in commitments from countries and companies, a lot of money.
Yeah, it's just exactly what's happened, say, to Florida and states like Texas.
We're going to make all the states in this country prosper.
And look, taxes matter.
The regulation matters.
The energy production matters.
And somebody's got to tell me, I don't care if you're, you and I are conservative, Sean, but I don't care if you're conservative, liberal, moderate, whatever you are.
What problem do you have with Trump's policies?
They're not liberal.
They're not conservative.
You know what they are?
Common sense, good economics.
Yeah, good luck arguing with liberals.
I do it for a living.
It annoys me that they're so dumb.
Anyway, I appreciate you being with us.
Thank you, my friend.
Stephen Moore.
We'll see you tonight.
We're going to show these graphs.
You've got to see them to see how dramatic it is.
And we'll show you tonight, Nine Eastern Hannity on Fox.
Hey, there's still a lot more ahead on the best of the Sean Hannity Show.
Export Selection
