I don't know if you had an opportunity to see the video of this brutal, it was like a mob beating of two innocent individuals and this one woman, the Cincinnati brawl that took place, and this one woman who just literally was sucker punched.
And the injuries she sustained, I mean, it's beyond comprehension how she and this other gentleman that were being attacked, you know, were able to survive this.
And the fact that so many people were watching and videotaping it and not calling the police is pretty unconscionable to me.
We'll get an update on the situation from our friend Billy Cunningham in Cincinnati.

Anyway, we'll check in with Bill Cunningham.
We have John Solomon also coming up today, and it is something, a story we have spent years on discussing.
And the problem is it gets complicated and it's frustrating because it is, and I will quote Senator Chuck Grassley, one of the biggest political scandals in the history of this country.
I would argue probably the biggest scandal in the history of the country.
I'll backtrack and say that this grand conspiracy investigation that Cash Patel, the FBI director, is now engaged in, is very, very real.
When we piece together what was declassified by Tulsi Gabbard last week and the new revelations from the Durham Report annexed today, what you have is smoking gun evidence that, in fact, Russia, Russia, Russia was always phony.
It was always a hoax.
It was designed by Hillary Clinton and others, and it was never true.
And interestingly enough, an odd twist in all of this is that the Russians knew that Hillary's campaign was going to do this before it even happened.
And if you look at the headlines today, and again, what did we learn last week first?
We learned that there was an intelligent assessment report that was put out by rank and file senior intelligence members, career officials in the intelligence community, the people that do the good work of intelligence.
Intelligence is critical to our national security.
And they did an assessment of post-mortem on the 2016 election.
And their conclusive was beyond any doubt that there was no such thing as Trump-Russia collusion or even Putin, Vladimir Putin, favoring Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.
And then the powers that be, the deep state actors, as we rightly and affectionately refer to them, didn't like the assessment.
And that's where the issue of Barack Obama directly getting involved and having full, complete knowledge of all this from the very beginning, apparently, based on what we're now learning, and as did Clapper and Brennan and everybody else, and that they allowed this phony narrative to Go forward to sabotage Donald Trump's first term in office.
This went on for three long years.
And then the grand conspiracy then spreads out.
If you start in 2016, and then you look at the 2020 election and what we now know about that, we know that they verified the authenticity of Hunter's laptop in March of 2020.
And the FBI systematically went about meeting with big tech companies once a week, all summer long leading up to the fall of the 2020 election.
They had full, complete knowledge that Rudy Giuliani's then attorney, Bob Costello, had a copy of the laptop from hell.
They had every belief that that laptop was going to be leaked and it was going to be made public.
And they spent that time talking to big tech companies on that weekly basis, pre-bunking the very real laptop because they knew how damaging it would be to Joe Biden's chances of ever winning the presidency.
So that would be part two.
Then I would argue that from 2020 to 2024, with the weaponization of our Justice Department and lawfare, they did everything humanly possible without giving you the full chapter, verse, and list of things that they did.
We all lived it.
We all discussed it.
They wanted to bloody him up so badly that he would never be a viable candidate again.
And their whole plan, well, unfortunately for them, backfired.
Which brings us to this annex that was released today.
And it is, let me just give you a couple of headlines.
Foxnews.com, Soros alleged ties to RussiaGate exposed and declassified annex of Durham report.
And the CIA director John Ratcliffe, the FBI director Cash Patel, Pam Bondi, the AG, coordinated the declassification of this annex that was made public by Senator Chuck Grassley.
Again, he is referring to this as now the new revelations is one of the biggest political scandals in history.
He is correct.
And, you know, to give you some of the background in this and try and make this as understandable as possible, it gets complicated, but it's really not complicated because they manufactured the story.
So the appendix to the former special counsel John Durham's report was released by Chuck Grassley, the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, and again, released by CIA Director Ratcliffe, Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, FBI Director Cash Patel, and Attorney General Pam Bondi in coordination to declassify the information.
And what we are learning is credible foreign sources indicated the FBI and the Obama administration would actually play a role in spreading what we would now know as Russia, Russia, Russia, a salacious and now we now know untrue, salacious Trump-Russia narrative before they even launched Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
What we learned today, and I'm reading from FoxNews.com, and how it was allegedly tied to George Soros' Open Society Foundation.
Now, before its official release, sources told Fox News Digital on some of the contents of the appendix, this includes that the U.S. Intel community had credible foreign sources.
They knew that this was happening because they had an open door, apparently, into the open society network of George Soros.
Let me explain in more detail in the way they write it up.
Anyway, sources familiar with the contents told Fox News that while it may not have exactly been clear in the moment, what the intelligence collection meant with the benefit of hindsight is they predicted the FBI's next move with alarming specificity.
In other words, they knew about this plan that was hatched ahead of time.
And the appendix reveals that the foreign sources were tied to George Soros's Open Society Foundations.
Again, from Fox News.
The appendix said that the Russian government actors in 2016 reportedly hacked emails from Open Society Foundations, formerly known as the Soros Foundation, and two of the apparently hacked emails appear to have originated from the Open Society's Foundation.
The appendix states, noting that the purported author of these emails is a guy named Leonard Bernardo, who was the regional director of Eurasia for the Open Society Foundation.
During the first stage of the campaign, due to a lack of direct evidence, it was decided to disseminate the necessary information through the FBI-affiliated structures, in particular CrowdStrike, ThreatConnect, and companies where the information would be disseminated throughout U.S. publications.
By the way, the complicit media, they just complied.
Media analysis on the DNC hacking appears solid.
This is where it gets interesting and where the smoking gun comes in.
I'll give you some of the key findings.
July 27th, 2016, an email from this guy, Leonard Bernardo, four days before they actually launched Crossfire Hurricane, quote, HRC, that would be Hillary Clinton, approved Julia's idea about Trump and Russia hackers tampering with U.S. hampering U.S. elections.
They would distract people from her own missing email, especially if the affair goes to the Olympic level, meaning it becomes a big story.
The point is making the Russia play, the Russian play, a U.S. domestic issue.
Analysts well versed in sensitive intelligence collected, stated their best assessment, quote, was that this email was likely authentic.
That's their determination.
If you go to page four of this report, in relation to the consensus reached among Democratic Party leadership regarding the candidacy of Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama sanctioned the use of all administrative levers to remove possible negative effects from the FBI investigation of cases related to the Clinton Foundation and email correspondence in the State Department.
So they had, quote, a two-pronged opposition focused on discrediting Trump through debates and propaganda activities based upon his weak points, such as uncontrollable temperament, questionable instances of business dealings,
absence of diplomatic skills, lack of political experience, among other things, the Clinton staff, with the support of special services, is preparing scandalous revelations of business relations between Trump and the Russian mafia.
None of which is true.
All of this is made up with regard to the discussion in the memorandum, the scandalous revelations that the Clinton staff was preparing with the support of special services.
The words that the FBI linguists translated as special services are Russian words that one analyst believed at the time referred to the FBI and the CIA, more broadly to the intelligence and law enforcement communities.
And in 2016, Russian actors did, in fact, they conclude, hack George Soros's Open Society Foundation.
If you go to the full summary, a source referred to as T, I think it's TI or T1, provided the U.S. government with two memos that detailed a conversation with then-DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and two individuals at what was formerly known as the Soros Foundation.
Those memos were originally written in Russian, translated by FBI linguists into English.
The memos reveal that the FBI launched the investigation of Hillary Clinton giving preferential treatment to the Clinton Foundation donors while serving as Secretary of State.
He had deleted enough emails to cover up the evidence, according to Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Obama then, it says, put pressure on Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the FBI director Comey to get the investigation to go away or conclude.
Comey intended to keep the investigation going as long as possible to hurt the Democrats' chances in the election.
Realizing this, Obama sanctioned the use of all administrative levers to remove possibly negative effects from the FBI investigation of Hillary.
Hillary's political director regularly receives information from the Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the plans and the intentions of the FBI.
The Clinton camp is not worried about the investigation because the evidence has, quote, been destroyed.
Bleach bit.
The DNC believes there's 100% chance that Clinton will win the election.
Even so, they're working on a negative campaign against Trump, including attempting to reveal his alleged connections to the Russian mafia.
Hence, the Hillary Clinton bought and paid for Russian disinformation dossier.
Now we all know it's complete fiction, totally debunked.
As part of that effort, the DNC hoped to work with special services, which could have either the FBI or CAA or dossier author Christopher Steele.
A group of high-ranking FBI officials later gathered determined that the memos were not entirely credible.
They declined to investigate whether Hillary's political director was actually getting updates on FBI activity.
But Hillary Clinton, quote, personally approved a plan of her policy advisor, Juliana Smith, to smear Trump by magnifying the scandal, tying Trump to this intrusion by Russian special services in the pre-election process to benefit the Republican candidate, which never happened.
The idea was to get Putin's support for Trump to get enough attention to distract from Clinton's email scandal.
FBI personnel involved in a crossfire hurricane investigation were interviewed and stated that they believe the emails from the Soros Foundation were authentic.
You understand what this is?
Now, you understand the level of abuse of power that is being exposed here leading up to Obama, Biden, Clapper, Comey, Brennan, August 3rd, 2016, receiving an intelligence report revealing the alleged Clinton campaign plan to do this.
Brennan wrote a note that day confirming he was told about the allegations, and they did it anyway.
That's the downside.
So, anyway, the Durham annex, as it has been released, it is complicated, but it's really not complicated.
What we're now learning is that all of this was manufactured with the knowledge and consent of the top people inside of government, all to hurt Donald Trump and aid Hillary Clinton first in her election against Donald Trump in 2016 when that didn't work,
then to basically set a trap and sabotage, and it ended up working three years of Donald Trump's first term.
That's what it means.
Now the grand conspiracy goes into the 41 former Intel officials that knew nothing about Hunter's very real laptop.
Its authenticity was verified in March of 2020.
Then the pre-bunking that took place all summer long with social media.
And then they wouldn't tell social media companies the truth, even though they knew the truth.
And then the use of lawfare and the weaponization of the DOJ.
I mean, everything that they could possibly do to destroy Trump happened.
It's real.

And this Durham report annex that was released today.
And I agree with Senator Charles Grassley, probably the biggest political scandal in history.
I have been saying, based on the declassification by Tulsi Gabbard, that this is so much bigger than Watergate.
It makes Watergate look like a jaywalking offense.
And it's so complex and sophisticated.
We're going to try and break it down.
It gets complicated, though.
But before we do that, I don't know how many of you saw the video.
We showed it again last night of this brawl that broke out in Cincinnati.
I love Cincinnati.
I've been to Cincinnati many, many times.
I love the people of Cincinnati.
And what's so sad about this is you watch this gang of people just pounding on this one guy, kicking him in the head, punching him in the head, one after another.
And somebody comes up and just cold cocks this innocent woman out of nowhere.
She didn't see it coming, knocked her right to the ground right out.
The fact that these two people are even alive today is somewhat miraculous.
And there's a lot of sad parts of this story.
There were a lot of people watching, standing around, filming.
And my understanding is only one person took the time to even bother to call the police and get them involved in all of this.
And the second part of this, there weren't enough people that said, hey, you know, maybe put down your phone, stop recording, and maybe start helping the innocent people that potentially could die in this situation.
Now, the senator from Ohio, Bernie Moreno, released, he said, this is Holly.
This is the woman.
You didn't see it coming.
He got punched in the face, knocked out, and he shared a photo of her or photos of her showing her injuries.
He said, she gave me permission to release the photos so others will never suffer what she had to suffer through.
And I look at these photos and you can barely believe that she got out of this alive.
Quote, she wanted to have a nice evening out with friends and said instead she got this, he wrote on social media.

Sean Hannity, first of all, I want to go into the words of Mark Twain, who said that why does the sound of your voice make me laugh?
I don't know why.
But go ahead.
Mark Twain said when the world ends, he wants to be in Cincinnati, Ohio, because we won't find out about it for about 10 years.
Well, what's happening in Cincinnati happened 10 years ago in New York and Philadelphia, de Blasio and Chicago with Lightfoot and Portland, Atlanta, just name the city.
And we had a run of pretty conservative, liberal, whatever you might want to say, Democratic mayors.
But now the last five or 10 years, we've gone hard left.
And Cincinnati now is experiencing the same crap that goes on in every major American city controlled by Democrats.
And it began slowly before we get to Holly with truancy violations not being dealt with.
The public school system is 25% of the student body doesn't show up.
Then there were curfew violations put in place and the city cops all ignored that.
Then there was open-air drug dealing and pot smoking and the city cops were told to ignore that.
Then there was homelessness, homeless camps, and the city cops were told, well, ignore that.
Then there was open-air drug use needles prostitution, and the cops were told, well, ignore that.
And then there were traffic laws being violated.
So the city cops didn't want to pull people over.
So we had speed bumps put everywhere as kind of passive restraints on behavior because when you pull somebody over, you go hands-on, don't have a license, no insurance.
So the city cops said, okay, quit doing that stuff.
Then we were declared to be a sanctuary city.
And then 250 cops retired, say we can't take it anymore.
We have lousy schools, bus stop violence.
We have 2,000 cars stolen every year.
We have in the city of Cincinnati, which is only like four miles by eight miles, 20,000 shots fired every year.
That only strikes about 400 people, thank God.
And when all of this is going on, our mayor, Aftab Puribal, who's a metro sexual, has left town for a week or two to go on vacation as the music festival is going on, as the Reds are beating up on Tampa, as my good friend Ice Cube comes to town for the basketball tournament.
The mayor is gone, leaving it in the hands of the president of the council, Victoria Parks, who said, quote, they begged for that beatdown.
And I would defy anyone to look at the terrible photos of that woman and said that she begged that to happen to her.
And then when the apprehended, when the cops finally arrest some of these guys, a judge, of course, a liberal Democrat, gave one of the perpetrators a $400 cash bond to get out of jail to go out and commit more crimes.
So Cincinnati is going through what every major American city's gone through just a little bit late.
You know, Billy Cunningham, sometimes you ask people a question, how are you doing?
And then they actually answer.
And in your mind, you're going, why did I bother asking?
You expect, oh, I'm doing fine.
How are you?
And then they said, oh, my life sucks.
My life's miserable.
You are describing the disintegration of middle America, one of what was formerly one of the greatest towns and cities of all time.
And this took place over the last 20 years.
You are correct in your analysis describing this is New York and New Jersey and Chicago.
This is San Francisco, Los Angeles, every major metropolis.
And you're describing almost it's a carbon copy of failed policies in blue cities, blue states.
And I hope to God it's not the rest of Ohio.
Well, Cleveland, Columbus, Akron, Toledo, yes.
And the difficulty is, can we be a great nation, the shining city on the hill?
Can we have an economy with 3% GDP growth, with low unemployment, with tariffs working, American jobs, when America's major democratically run cities are in total collapse?
It's total.
Can we long go with the idea that the top 20 American cities, you pay big taxes, you can't go to the public school system.
When you call police to come help me, no police arrive, confiscatory taxes, rules and regulations, also high insurance premiums, and the jails should be full, but they're not.
Can America be a great nation when every democratically run city is in collapse?
How long can we survive, Sean Hannity?
How long can we exist as the greatest nation on the face of the earth over the accomplishments of Donald Trump, et cetera, when every, look at Philadelphia had garbage everywhere.
And that describes physically and metaphorically what's happening to Chicago, Portland, L.A., San Francisco, Atlanta.
Just pick the city.
How do we exist when our major cities are in collapse because of policies?
And I'll say one other thing.
You know what happened after David Dinkins, you were there.
We went through a stretch of Rooney for eight years and Bloomberg for 12, 20-year stretch in New York.
And all of a sudden, it worked.
We know what works to fix it.
So why don't the voters who are failing and losing lousy streets and kids that can't go to school, bullets flying everywhere, want up the voters of New York, Washington, and say, you know what?
We can't take it anymore.
We got to change.
Why?
It defies logic, doesn't it?
I mean, you think of, think back to 2016 and Donald Trump saying to certain people, what have you got to lose?
Because if you look at these blue cities and blue states, you know, by and large, you know, where Democrats have run these cities and states for decades, and you describe it perfectly, and it's like a horrible model that's been duplicated around the country.
And you have the worst schools.
You don't have law and order.
You don't have safety and security.
When I was with you back in 2004 and 2008, I remember we were doing quite a bit on presidential campaigns in those years together.
And I think back to the Cincinnati I once knew, the home of Skyline Chili, the home at that time, Willie's, you know, you had a bar, a sports bar at the time with the best chicken wings I ever had in my life.
I think of all the great things in Cincinnati.
You are not describing the Cincinnati I knew back then.
That's not that long ago, Bill Cunningham.
Three cities, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, the three largest cities in America.
When given a choice in Los Angeles, they select Karen Bass.
When given a choice in Chicago, after four years of this disastrous Lori Lightfoot, what do we get?
We get Brandon Johnson, who's to the left of Lori Lightfoot.
Now, in New York, I guess unless our buddy Curtis Lewa arises like a Phoenix, and I hope he does, New York City is going to be run by Mam Donnie, who's a literal communist.
So the voters given a choice to go a different direction in L.A., in Chicago, and in New York with the exact opposite direction.
And when the president of city council says, quote, they begged for that beatdown, she's being supported by large parts of the civil rights so-called movement in Cincinnati because she reflects the values of so many voters.
How does Mam Donnie get 40-some percent in the primary and then gets over the hump because of the voting system?
And I guess he's going to win because if Cuomo runs and Curtis, they're going to split the anti-Mam Donnie vote.
And now you're going to have something worse.
At what point will the Democrats wake up and say, what do you have to lose?
Why do we have to walk like this?
Never.
Billy Cunningham, I left New York.
You used to go to New York.
You had a nationally syndicated talk show.
It was very popular.
You were very successful.
And I'd see you in the streets of New York, and you would walk around.
You were like a rock star in New York City.
It was amazing to watch this young kid from Cincinnati and how successful you are.
And I'm asking you, Bill Cunningham, do you really believe there's hope to turn this around in the beautiful city of Cincinnati?
Because I had made the determination that New York was finished, that nothing could be done.
And like so many other companies and so many other people before me, I had concluded that there was no hope.
There was no turning it around.
And now it's about to get 10 times worse if Mom Donnie gets in office.
I walked out of your studios on 6th Avenue, Avenue of the Americas.
I could walk down to the Avenia 29th.
I could walk into the park.
Bill Cunningham in 2014-15 could walk into Central Park and not feel unsafe.
I could walk to Rockefeller Plaza.
I walked down to Battery Park at night, alive, vibrant, people walking around.
What man or woman today at 10 p.m. would go from your building, you had it in Fox News when you were there, into the park, then down to Battery Park about an hour walk and walk back.
Who in their right mind would do that today?
Because the knockout game has come to Cincinnati.
One punch, one out, and you have to get nine innings.
And this poor woman named Holly was the second inning of a knockout game in which the perpetrator gets out on a $400 cash bond, and she's number two.
And now the social media is alive with the idea that this was staged.
This isn't real.
And secondly.
Oh, come on.
Look at her face.
Look at these pictures.
She's lucky she's alive today.
I feel so sorry for this woman.
I hope she sues the hell out of the city of Cincinnati for not protecting her.
I hope she sues the people that did this to her.
Last I read, there were five people arrested.
Will anything happen, Bill Cunningham?
Final question.
Well, my hope, I always say, Sean Hannity, keep hope alive.
I have no hope that major American cities will see the light.
They pay off the political leadership, much like in the South when the Democratic Party ignored federal law constantly.
That resulted in the Civil War, and then it resulted in the Ku Klux Klan lynching of blacks, and then it resulted in the Ku Klux Klan walking down Pennsylvania Avenue in their outfits under Democratic leadership.
FDR kept the blacks out of the military.
And today, once again, the old Democratic Party is back, ignoring federal law to the detriment of the citizens who put them in power.
