This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right, thanks, Scott Shannon.
Hour two Sean Hannity Show, 800 941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
The DOJ now has received uh Tulsi Gavard's criminal referral on this bombshell claim about the Obama administration and the manufactured Russia collusion hoax.
It's only getting started.
Uh Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley will also declassify the appendix to the 2018 DOJ uh inspector general report, but but Tulsi D and I's at the DNI is saying that she will seek indictments for key players in the Obama Biden administration and their Russia Gate hoax.
Those responsible, no matter how powerful they are, will be held accountable.
Uh as I mentioned earlier, this does bring back into play Susan Rice's memos memo only hours before Trump's 2017 inauguration.
Uh, if you might recall about a high level January 5th, 2017 meeting plainly aimed to protect the then National Security Advisor's boss, that means Barack Obama, it backfired spectacularly.
He sent the January 20th uh tw uh 1215 PM note to herself at literally the last minute.
President Trump was sworn in at noon that day, and her administration was headed out the door.
Rice's lawyer says she drafted it upon the advice of the White House counsel's office.
The point to memorialize the meeting with her, Obama, Joe Biden, James Comey, uh Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates following a briefing on the Russia quote hacking Obama, the memo claim, stressed that every aspect of the issue be handled by the book and then reiterated that the law enforcement proceed by the book.
And Coley affirmed he's proceeding by the book.
And Rice used the term three times.
Now, why would she lawyers want a document created two weeks after the fact at the very last minute that purported to show the Russia probe was oh totally totally legitimate?
Anyway, the declassified this was on JustTheNews.com.
We'll check in with John Solomon in a minute.
The classified appendix shows the Comey swayed by mysterious intel reports to end the Clinton email inquiry.
Now, what we're talking about is the total creation of the Russia hoax.
We had covered this for three long years on this program.
At the forefront, John Solomon, investigative reporter, founder uh and editor-in-chief at just the news.com.
He had this December 9th meeting, secret Russia meeting with Obama and officials about the Russia hoax.
Then it all started getting leaked to the media.
And meanwhile, it was all based on this phony Russian disinformation dossier of Hillary Clinton that they all knew was phony by that time.
They knew before they ever used that as the bulk of information for not one but four Pfizer warrants.
And this is basically Tulsi Gabbart laying out how the deep state waged years-long a coup against Donald Trump.
And this is going to be part of the grand conspiracy investigation as well.
Let me play Tulsi Gabbard.
She was on my show and she was on with Maria over the weekend talking about all of this.
Let me play these cuts.
We had a situation here where in the months leading up to the 2016 election, the intelligence community assessed, and this is what the documents detail, The intelligence community assessed essentially Russia doesn't have the uh tools, the capability, or the intent to try to change the outcome of the U.S. presidential election.
Donald Trump pulls off a historic victory against Hillary Clinton in November of 2016.
Even in the days after that election, the intelligence community continued their consistent assessment that reflected the same thing in the months leading up to the election.
All of a sudden, uh in the early days of December, uh there was a president's daily brief that was drafted.
This is put together by uh the different elements of the intelligence community that reflected that same assessment.
Russia did not try to hack the election, in essence.
That PDB, that document was pulled hours before it was supposed to be published for the President to see that following morning.
That document was never published until we released it yesterday.
One day later, President Obama calls uh a meeting of his National Security Council, his top officials, to be held on uh what they called a sensitive topic.
And the results of that meeting, which we released yesterday and these uh over a hundred documents that talk about in detail how President Obama and his team uh he directed a manufactured piece of intelligence that detailed not if, but how Russia tried to influence the outcome of the United States election that President Trump won in uh November of twenty sixteen.
This document was then used as the foundation for everything that came next.
It was essentially uh a years long coup that was launched against President Trump before he even had the opportunity to take his his oath of office and be sworn in as President of the United States.
So as you know, there was a Muller investigation that went on for years, cost taxpayers nearly 40 million dollars.
There were two congressional impeachments, President Trump and almost every member of his family were smeared and attacked, face lawsuits, depositions, uh high-level officials were investigated, some were arrested and put in jail.
The list goes on and on about the ramifications of this, but but foundational to it all was the fact that we had in President Obama and his leadership team, uh uh people who did not want to accept the will of the American people in electing Donald Trump in twenty sixteen, and therefore cooked up this treasonous conspiracy to again try to effectively, and they did effectively launch a years-long coup against the sitting president of the United States.
I mean, this goes all the way to Barack Obama.
Will we actually see someone as high up as Barack Obama take responsibility, be accountable, maybe face criminal charges?
Is that a possibility here based on the documents that you've released?
Rachel, the the seriousness of again the implications and the consequences of these actions that were taken, demand accountability.
The American people not only deserve the truth and accountability, when we look at the future of our country as a democratic republic and the American people's ability to have faith that when they go and cast a vote at the ballot box that the will of the people will be respected by those in government, whether they be Democrats or Republicans, this is literally what is at stake here.
So uh we are referring all of our documents uh to the Department of Justice for the purpose of accountability and action.
No one, no matter who they are, no matter how high up they are or how powerful they may be, no matter who the intelligence uh officials or professionals were who were a part of this treasonous conspiracy, there must be accountability.
There's no question in my mind that this intelligence community assessment that President Obama ordered be uh uh published, which contained m a manufactured intelligence document.
It's worse than even politicization of intelligence.
It was manufactured intelligence that sought to achieve President Obama and his team's objective, which was undermining President Trump's presidency and subverting the will of the American people.
Joining us now is John Solomon.
John, we spent three long years on this program.
You, Greg Jarrett, Sarah Carter, Catherine Heritage at the time and and others, and I'm I can't name everybody, but really you were at the forefront with Greg Jarrett and Sarah, you know, digging on unpeeling every layer of the onion on this.
Let's get your overview of where we are.
Well, listen, I think there is plenty of evidence now out there.
Grassley's release today, uh Tulsi Gabbard's release on Friday, all the documents that were declassified in the last three months to support what Casper Tow actually began back in April at the FBI, which is a grand conspiracy case.
It is a pattern.
When you look at Chuck Grassley's new documents today, you realize that they had brand new evidence on Hillary Clinton, suggesting that maybe her email did compromise national security.
And they never went and obtained it.
They never looked at it.
Instead, James Comey walked walked out and waved his magic wand and said, I'm just absolving her.
Even though I'm not a prosecutor, she's off the hook.
That pattern of always absorbing Democrats in the face.
By the way, this this is the no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute in terms of top secret classified documents.
Is that what you're referring to?
That's so on.
That's the press conference.
July 5th, 2016.
And it's such an amazing thing.
July 5, 2016, Hillary Clinton gets cleared by James Come, even though he has the authority to do so.
He doesn't even have that authority.
And on that same day, what's going on?
The fix is in that steel dossier is being delivered to an FBI agent in Europe.
Hillary Clinton's uh campaign flipped the switch on Donald Trump, going from legitimate investig uh investigatory and criminal concerns about Hillary Clinton's email to a bogus investigation of Donald Trump that would dog Donald Trump for more than two and a half years.
That pattern keeps repeating itself.
When Hunter Biden stuff comes up, they investigate President Trump on Ukraine.
They don't investigate Hunter Biden.
The IRS uh agents are thwarted from doing the sort of investigation they wanted.
In 2020, when China comes in and looks like it may be trying to meddle in the election, they don't look at it.
In fact, they call back the intelligence board in 2022 when they discovered that Joe Biden had classified documents in his garage in his uh work office uh that he wasn't entitled to have.
What do they do?
They don't investigate that seriously.
They go and start a criminal investigation of Donald Trump.
That pattern, uh Bosch Rince repeat pattern of uh clearing a Democrat in the face of evidence and then creating a a bogus attack on a Republican that uses the intelligence and law enforcement community.
That is at the heart of the conspiracy case that Cash Patel uh opened in April.
It's really incumbent on uh Pam Bonnie now to assign a prosecutor, maybe a special prosecutor, maybe an internal department prosecutor, but that case is right now.
All these things that we've been waiting seven years for, Donald Trump has gotten into the uh uh into the public, so it can be used before a jury and a grand jury through declassification.
We're very lucky to have all this evidence now.
Well, now this is goes to the heart of this grand conspiracy investigation of Cash Patel and the FBI, doesn't it?
This is where it starts.
This is where the most important thing is now.
He laid the predicate.
Obviously, Cash Patel had this vantage point back when he was the chief counsel for the House Intelligence Committee.
So he knew alongside of Devin Nunez what really went on.
Now what he knew in a classified setting, we all now know in a public setting because of Donald Trump's declassifications, because it's also Gabberton and uh the CIA director, uh uh John Ratcliffe and the FBI, which is declassified lots of documents in the last month.
We now know what they knew uh in uh in the classified setting.
It really does lay out this potential for an extraordinary uh case that can go back from 2016 all the way to 2024.
Jack Smith is connected to Andy McCabe and James Comey and James Brennan.
It's one continuous conspiracy.
That's how uh Cash Patel is looking at it, and all these evidence releases in the last week support that notion.
If you go back in time, James Clapper was on fake news CNN, quote, John Brennan, Jim Cohn Comey, and I are part of the group that were tasked by President Obama to put together all the reporting we had on Russian interference.
Okay, we now then add to that, I think the that Susan Rice's memo was the CYA we always knew it to be back in the day.
Now it's completely corroborated in my mind, anyway.
Um but she uh Tulsi is saying and now recommending and putting forward criminal referrals to the DOJ.
Um, but among the people that we're talking about here, that would be Barack Obama himself.
Yeah.
Barack Obama is briefed in uh uh in late July before crossfire hurricane is opened in 2016.
So right in the middle of the 2016 election, that Hillary Clinton is going to hang a fake Russia shingle on Donald Trump Donald Trump's campaign house.
He knows that that's her plan after uh her way of erasing her email problem.
And what happens?
They allow that FBI to go out and do a bogus investigation and obtain FISO uh fake FISA warrants.
And then in December of 2016, when Hillary Clinton loses to the shock of the Democrats, uh, they um put out a fake intelligence assessment that their own intelligence agencies uh didn't fully agree with.
In fact, it was opposite of what they had just determined a couple of Months earlier.
Then in January 2016, Barack Obama's back in the White House with James Comey and the team.
And there they are.
The FBI has decided to clear Mike Flynn and they start a new process trying to keep Mike Flynn on the hook so he can be investigated.
Maybe he tripped up lying, and then they can go prosecute him.
That is that sort of pattern of abusive behavior.
And by the way, Barack Obama is right in the middle.
If I'm one of the prosecutors assigned to this case, I think one of the first people I'm going to subpoena for records is Barack Obama, because he's right in the middle of these key moments.
He was not a bystander.
He was involved in these conversations.
What he knew, when he knew it, and whether he knew it was criminal, that is something that a prosecutor has to get to the bottom of.
All right.
I have one more question.
I'm going to hold you if you don't mind on the other side.
And it's just a simple question.
You can even think about the answer in the break, and that is what will happen on the other side of this.
In other words, where do you see this now going?
How long do you think this is likely going to take?
A lot of the investigative work has been done.
Now it's a matter of putting all this evidence together, the new and the new information that they have gathered.
And I want to know where you think this is headed.
More with John Solomon, just the news.com, founder, editor in chief, investigative reporter.
800-941 Shauna's number.
We'll also get to your calls this Monday.
We'll continue.
The new Sean Hannity Show.
Talking about what's right for America.
With a renewed commitment to keep you up to date on the breaking news stories.
All right, 25 now till the top of the hour.
Uh 800-941 Sean.
If you want to join us, we'll get to your calls.
One last question for John Solomon on the other side.
Want to remind you that the situation right now in Israel is historically fragile.
It is urgent.
I mean, entire Israeli neighborhoods have been destroyed.
You have tens and tens of thousands of Israelis that have been displaced, dozens are dead, untold more injured.
And whether at peacetime or wartime, the people of Israel know an overwhelming number of ballistic missiles that that can be shot at them at any time.
And when sirens sound, uh or sirens are sounding, they they've got 15 seconds to get to a bomb shelter.
And these recent attacks, especially in Tel Aviv, show that they don't have enough of them.
Now, not only is the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews providing the humanitarian assistance, and that's food and water and medicines and clothing and shelter, and you name it, they're providing it.
They're also working around the clock building concrete reinforced bomb shelters so that when the next rocket strike occurs, people can be safe.
And anyway, they're deploying 60 new bomb shelters, 10 immediate placements, 50 upgraded models, but they need your help to do it.
And whatever you can donate, please donate generously as they fight for their survival.
Just go to IFCJ.org.
That's IFCJ.org today.
All right, we continue now with uh John Solomon, just the news.com, founder, editor-in-chief, investigative reporter.
Uh, it was his foyer request that got all of this started.
Uh and at the DNI, the Department of Justice now has gotten Tulsi Gavard's criminal referral on these bombshell claims about uh the Obama administration completely totally manufacturing the Russia collusion hoax, as we had uh reported many, many times over the course of three years, unpeeling the level the the layers of the onion in a story that was very complicated.
All our reporting is vindicated.
The rest of the state-run legacy media mob, they couldn't have gotten everything more wrong.
And John Solomon, he deserves the pull it, sir, certainly uh over the New York Times and Washington Post.
All right, here's my question.
With all that we've learned and all the Tulsi is revealing, and now criminal referrals, how is this gonna play out?
How do you see this playing out, especially in light of the grand conspiracy investigation that we know the FBI under Cash Patel and Dan Bongino have launched?
It um all goes through Pam Bondia at the Justice Department.
All of this is eight, nine years old.
Each of the individual acts themselves are almost always uh by this point outside the statute of limitations.
The way that statute of limitations goes away is you uh follow Cash Patel's idea for the grand conspiracy.
You treat everything from 2024 Backwards as one ongoing conspiracy to use the intelligence and law enforcement apparatus of the United States to uh tilt elections to Democrats to go after Donald Trump, often without any evidence whatsoever.
Uh, and that allows you to go back and charge something in the summer of twenty sixteen, along with something that Jack Smith did in twenty two and twenty-three and twenty-four in the statute of limitations and treat it as one grand conspiracy.
I think to do that, they probably put the grand jury in Florida, because that's where Jack Smith's classified documents case against the president was brought and then dropped.
Uh, and I also think that it becomes a uh a special prosecutor, so that Pam Bondy can say, I have the independence here, this prosecutor is independent.
Me, my boss is a potential victim in this conspiracy, so let's let an independent prosecutor, someone who sent it confirmed, go do that.
I think that that's the most likely uh place this ends up based on my reporting, but the ball is now in Pam Bondi's court.
There'll be some more really exciting documents.
I think we will see the house uh House Intelligence Committee declassify uh do Devin Nunez's um private analysis in 2018 of the bad state uh trade craft that the CIA used to fake the uh argument that uh uh Russia was trying to help Donald Trump win the election election, they obviously weren't.
We saw those documents.
If you thought those that Gabbard's documents on Friday were explosive, and they were they were exciting.
Uh this report by Devin Nunez will take that even further because Devin Nunes had access to some analysis and whistleblowers that were new at the time.
I think that's going to be coming out later this week.
All right, John Solomon, uh pretty fascinating.
Great work.
Uh we we did all of this, and you know what?
P we nobody really cared, and the media was complicit as well, and there's no excuse for it.
Uh, and we need to get to the bottom of it.
We're talking about really election interference from the highest level, and this idea that that the deep state was not real the whole time.
We knew it was real and very, very dangerous for the future of the country.
Anyway, I appreciate the call.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh uh Cindy in Mississippi.
Hey, Cindy, how are you?
And we are glad you called.
Well, I'm glad you took my call, Sean.
I appreciate it.
I think that this situation with Mam Davi in New York could be uh a great thing.
And I speak to that as a Republican.
I think we should let them learn through experience.
If you think back whenever you were raising children or or grandkids, and you said no, don't eat that hot pepper, you'll be sorry.
The only way that they would learn was to let them eat the hot pepper.
Let them take over New York, let them kill capitalism, and watch from the outside what happens, and then we can make a reality TV show out of it called Escape from New York.
I think I heard that somewhere.
Then we can help carry.
The funniest thing I heard this weekend was former governor Andrew Cuomo saying that he'll pack his bags and flee to Florida if he loses the New York City mayoral race against Marxist Mandami.
It's all or nothing.
We either win or even I will move to Florida, God forbid, he told business leaders and other people at a Hamptons breakfast hosted by uh supermarket mogul John Castides, uh, which cracks me up.
Exactly, exactly.
Even he knows how bad it's gonna be.
And that and that just speaks to how extreme it will be.
But let them learn by example.
It's the greatest educator is learning on their own by experience.
And then we can LA.
I'm I may have been the tip of the spear and didn't even know it.
You started the uh uh onslaught of people moving to the South, and we're loving it.
A lot we've gotten a lot of people in Mississippi, our economic development is exploding all across Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida.
Everybody knows, and you gotta go to a red state.
If you want to earn it, there's only there's only one rule associated with that.
Don't bring with you your radical views that you left behind in the state that is ruined.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
If you want to uh if you want to ruin the next state, don't even bother.
You that's the only criteria.
Don't bring the crazy left-wing extreme socialist Marxist views with you.
I think the winds that are leaving understand and have learned.
That's the thing.
And maybe we need to remind them.
I know here in Mississippi, we had to remind them all the time.
You moved here from California.
You moved here from the East Coast for a reason, and that was to escape what you're now trying to shove down my throat.
So just stop, remember the experiences that you had and do it our way because our way is working a thousand percent better than your way.
Now, if you have any intention of instilling your values and ruining the new state you're going to, don't bother coming.
Stay where you are.
And if they try, we need to hold them accountable and stop them in their tracks.
And you know, um Abrams tried to come down here and turn our coast blue, and Stacy Abrams did.
She came down here through a bunch of money into a democratic election for mayor of Gulfport, which is the second largest city in the state of Mississippi, and she found out real quick it didn't work.
Just because you have money to throw at their bad ideas does not mean the bad ideas are gonna work and they're not gonna win in a state that's truly red.
Just take a look.
I I urge everyone, Google the map of the country.
It's only these densely populated cities, New York and California, where all these democratic votes are coming from.
And and by the way, none of those none of those areas are doing particularly well.
They they don't have law and order, they don't have safety and security, they don't have good schools.
The one thing they do have is high taxes and burdensome regulation and radicalism.
All right, Cindy, appreciate it.
Thank you.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
That's Gavin Newsom's California.
How are you?
Oh, I can't believe I'm talking to you.
I'm I'm really fine, but I'm very sad to be living in California.
I've been here twenty years, and when I'm driving around in my car in Santa Barbara, I'm thinking about Sean in his old pickup truck or car with a ladder on top, going to paint houses and thinking, how did you go from painting houses to reciting constitution as you were driving around Santa Barbara?
I can't believe that you lived here, and if you saw it now, you would cry.
It's a mess.
Is that right?
Because I was actually thinking about maybe visiting out there.
Are you telling me it's like it's not what it used to be?
Oh no, I mean I've been 20 years and I came here legally, by the way, with strict rules that I can only work 20 hours a week until I got all my paperwork done.
So it was hard because 20 hours you can't pay your bills.
But uh no, it's really you'll be shocked.
You will absolutely be shocked because new scum is told he's allowed to have he has to have a certain amount of houses built in every area and they're building all along the highway and they've packed the places and they're covering the mountain views, and it's just not the same Santa Barbara that you remember.
Do they still have that fig tree where all the homeless used to congregate?
Uh have the homeless taken over the beach area down by Santa Barbara?
That's correct.
They still have all that, and and also they've taken away all the benches because the people that came here from, you know, the border, San Diego, whatever, they all like you know, sleep on them and pee on them and whatever.
So they've taken away all those, um all those things for we the people because they of a few people more than a few uh that are doing you know, do it.
Is it is it even safe?
Um it used to be called Fest Parker's Resort.
Is that still in existence?
Well, I think they changed the name of it.
I think that's that's moved on if that somebody else has it, but I think there's some a part of it that's still festival.
So you're telling me it's not worth going.
Well, no, that well, you know, it's really nice when you go on the work and you look at the view.
The that the the mountains are fantastic and and the Riviera, they call it the French Riviera here.
But but I mean, as far as life here goes, it's unbelievable.
And one thing I don't understand is that everybody that's here, well mostly illegal, and and they're all they all have fantastic jobs and they all pay taxes.
How does that happen?
How do you get a social security card to work?
It's a sanctuary state.
That's the there's your answer.
You get legal driver's license, that leads to your social security card.
It pretty much it they they pr pretty much aid and a bet in the process of your law breaking.
It's unbelievable.
I can't even I so what happened?
They're gonna get a a pension when they become a certain age because they even though they don't have their paperwork, they're still contributing.
So that's how it works.
It's it's unbelievable what goes on here.
And you know what?
And also my other concern is big.
I hope that everybody calls in and makes a comment about it.
My concern is that the the um the the FBI and the CIA, not the rank and file, had this Epstein file from so many years, twenty-one to twenty-five, and they maybe maybe they've doctored it, doctored it up, and maybe that's why they're demanding now to see it, because some of people some people have given in the the quiet, silent word to open like forced you know, President Trump to to reveal it.
And I think there's something on there that they've actually doctored into it.
And that's what my concern is because I think that you know, when when Comey walked into the White House and he shook hands with President Trump, that was all a setup.
And I feel like this next been a setup from the beginning, and that's what these new documents reveal.
That's why we have you know, now the DOJ has criminal referrals from Tulsi.
We're gonna all these people, if I was them, they better be lawyered up.
Uh I gotta roll Debbie.
We do appreciate your call.

Hey, let's get back to our busy phones, 800-941 Sean, if you want to join us.
Gene in North Carolina next on the Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Hello, Sean.
What's going on?
Well, uh, first of all, it's an honor to talk to you.
You're a true American patriot.
Um the honor is all mine.
What's going what's happening?
I was listening to the show Friday and a lot of the talk about Raleigh games, swimming from Alcatraz, San Francisco, and Buck Sexton gonna try to make this the swim.
And it it hit me.
Why don't you do a fundraiser and build on this and the money that's raised contributed to the people in Texas that have been devastated by these these floods.
I'm I love that idea.
I think that's a great idea.
I'm a member of a disaster.
But I'm gonna tell you right now, I'm betting against Clay because Clay and I have had a number of you know, friendly bets on TV about sports and games, and he's lost every single time.
He hasn't won one.
And Riley Gaines, thirty-one weeks pregnant, successfully swam the distance from Alcatraz to Len.
Well, I'm a part of um the disaster relief program and I've been to Fort Myers, the mountains of North Carolina, and I have seen the joy that it brings people when you go in to help.
And I just think we could take take this and make it a blessing for those people in Texas.
I'll talk to Clay about it if he's really serious, but I'm betting against the being able to make it.
Uh there's still people missing when it comes to that tragedy in Texas.
And I think people like you that go in there and help people in their hour of need are you know, you are truly the the type of person that makes this the greatest country on earth.
Incredible that you do that, and I'm very grateful to you for it.
We did one gentleman's house, and the governor he told us that FEMA came in and told him they would give him $750.
That would not mud out of his front yard.
He didn't qualify for any more money because he only had 19 inches of water in his house.
He had to have at least 26 inches of water to get more.
Oh, well, if you have 19 inches of water in your house, your house is destroyed.
Period.
At least that the first floor of your house is destroyed.
Completely.
There's no salvaging that.
And I say that as a contractor.
You have to rip it all out.
A lot of people can't afford it.
And our gut, that's what our government's FEMA, and we should be there for fellow Americans in their hour of need.
And most of that health came from outside organizations and people like you.
