Well, it has begun.
It began last night, just about a half hour or so before I went on air.
We covered this for the full hour, and that is Israel striking successfully Iranian nuclear and military targets and explosions ringing out all across the capital of Tehran and all around the country of Iran.
The Israelis struck dozens of sites.
We'll go through some of their incredible successes in just a minute.
As we speak, air raid sirens now have been going off for some time as the Iranians have been retaliating with missiles and drone attacks.
Some have landed in Israel.
Not a lot.
Looks like they're targeting more than anything else.
They're targeting Tel Aviv.
Israeli people, they have been very prepared for all of this, and there are bunkers for people all throughout Israel.
I've been in some of them myself.
It is, as you just heard, the Prime Minister, they're not going to stop this at this particular point in time.
It's not.
And there's a lot to talk about in terms of the necessity of all of this, which is maybe before we get into all the specifics.
I mean, they took out Iran's top nuclear scientists.
They were taken out within the first hour of this attack beginning.
They killed their top nuclear scientists.
They also wiped out Iran's top military leaders, its highest-ranking military officer, head of the Revolutionary Guard Corps and their Air Force, and a former national security chief.
They were all killed.
As the head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, this major general was one of the most powerful men in Iran.
He's done.
Israeli warships also wiped out Iranian missile launchers.
We discussed this as part of the show yesterday.
And that was critical because that obviously was emerging as plan B.
It was in Axios yesterday that they had been building as many as 50 to 100 of these longer-range 2,000 pound, moving to 4,000 pound weapons.
And they have thousands of them.
And the Israelis knocked as many of those out as they could on the way in, knowing that that was Plan B, because the Iranians wanted a plan B in case this, what was becoming inevitable to the world moment came.
I think one of the most interesting stories, and they call this Operation Rising Lion, is the intelligence community, which is called the Israeli Mossad, smuggling in weaponry that destroyed defense measures inside of Iran, which threatened Israeli military capabilities.
Agents deployed significant measures on large quantities of special weaponry, deployed them across Iran, targeting designated areas, which made this such an incredible success.
They have been planning and doing this for years.
Now, before I go further into the Mossad and further into the success of this mission, I want you to just ask yourself, and there are some people, Democrats and some others out there, and everyone's entitled to their opinion, but they're not entitled to being wrong.
Ask yourself a very basic, fundamental question.
We have watched Israel now under fire, being attacked with what is hundreds of thousands of missiles over the years.
They have been hit by Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad out of Lebanon, Hamas, Gaza, the Houthi rebels, the Syrian militia, the Iraqi militia.
The Iranians have fired.
Now, this is the third time today that they have fired directly into Israel.
How many missiles would it take for you as an American, how many missiles would need to be fired before you would want a complete and utter destruction of the country that dared to fire into one of our cities or towns?
Because for me, I can give you the number.
The number is one.
If you were to strike any American town or city, the number's won.
That's it.
And they have withstood, and I know, and I speak from experience, having been to Israel a number of times and having been in the terror tunnels, this is money that should have been spent on schools and hospitals and infrastructure and the sophisticated, if you want to call it, architecture around it with rail systems within it and electricity within it.
That was all American and Israeli money and worldwide money that was supposed to go to help the people of Gaza.
The reason the people of Gaza that have suffered so much is because they elected Hamas, and Hamas is a terror organization and a proxy of Iran.
The Iranians now, they have been fighting, you know, through their proxies, this never-ending war with a mission to destroy Israel.
And as we are now telling you, there are more missiles headed to Israel.
Tel Aviv has been under fire.
Most of the missiles have been taken out of the sky, but some have landed and some more probably will land.
But as we say that, so too are the Israelis.
And you say, America ought not to involve itself.
America doesn't have any choice but to get involved in this.
And this is where people don't understand.
This is all coming to a head over the issue of the Iranians' ambition for nuclear weapons.
Now, they are the number one state sponsor of terror.
They have sworn to wipe Israel off the map.
They do chant death to Israel, death to America.
We know they're fighting their proxy wars.
We know they help plot and plan and scheme and provide the weaponry for October 7, 2023.
That killed what would be population-wise, if you extrapolate out the size of Israel's population versus ours.
That would be 40,000 dead Americans in a day.
Never mind all the people that were raped and all the people that were kidnapped and all the people that were tortured and all the people that were beheaded.
Hannity, that's propaganda.
No, it's not.
I've seen the videos.
The IDF has the videos of that day, and they're real, and they did show it to select people in the media.
I asked and fought to be able to show it to my audience on television, and they said we can't do that.
And I tried to negotiate.
I said, what if we pixel out the faces of the victims so people can understand the absolute evil and horror of what it is that I got to see?
It's sort of like, you know, during the time you might remember ISIS beheading people on a beach.
By the way, you might think beheading somebody is, oh, you take a sword and you just swing it and chop their head off.
Nope.
You got a sawway at it like you've never seen.
I know because I've seen those videos, and I want to know the nature of the evil that we're dealing with.
But what is so amazing about the Israelis is that, you know, look at what they've been able to do to knock out the top leadership of Hamas and Hezbollah and all these other proxy groups.
And now they're decapitating the head of the snake, which is Iran.
And there is no ambiguity here.
We know who's fomenting the terror.
We know that if they get weapons of mass destruction, and this is where I guess some people's moral compass and calculations are just beyond twisted to me, I believe people, when they say they want to wipe you off the face of the earth, we can go back.
We can also discuss and we can talk about all the other instances in which Iran killed Americans in Iraq.
Iran also, we can go back to Beirut and the Kobar Towers and all the other instances.
They're no friend of America either.
They run a repressive regime.
I want to talk about subjugation of women, their treatment of gays and lesbians.
But that's not the reason for the war.
They are initiating a terror campaign with a stated goal to wipe a country and countries off the face of the earth to advance what they believe is a God-mandated caliphate to convert everybody or die.
And so that is what is at stake here.
And if you want to blame politicians in our country for why we are where we are, well, you start with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris because they inherited an Iranian regime that was on the verge of bankruptcy because Donald Trump's brutally tough sanctions were working.
And you could see it, the population was beginning to rise up and rebel.
But then Joe Biden turned a blind eye to their sanctions and allowed them to produce and sell oil on the world market, even granting specific waivers worth tens and tens and tens of billions of dollars, which fund their war machine and their terror machine.
It's sort of like Western Europe.
They bear some of the responsibility for funding Putin's war machine because they continue to enrich Putin by buying his energy.
They should be buying our energy.
And it's absolute madness.
Anyway, significant intelligence by the Mossad was gathered, surveillance conducted to incriminate senior members of the Iranian defense establishment, nuclear scientists who were eliminated.
This was carried out alongside a covert operational campaign targeting Iran's strategic missile array.
And that was the plan B that I'm talking about.
This campaign was conducted in three separate operations simultaneously as Israel launched its airstrike last night, each targeting specific weaponry and defense systems in Iran.
You had commando units deploying precision-guided weapons near Iran's surface-to-air missile defenses and targeted Iranian systems.
A second operation set up strike systems and mounted technology onto vehicles that were launched at Iranian air defense systems.
I mean, the videos that the IDF is releasing are pretty spectacular.
The damage at the Natan's nuclear facility after the Israeli strikes, I mean, they've got images of all of it.
Probably the job's not done.
It's probably just the beginning.
Final part of that operation was targeting their surface-to-surface missile launchers at a base outside of Tehran.
And they did all of this in anticipation of what we now are witnessing is that the Iranians would respond with more missiles being fired into Israel.
You know, it is what they did with the Pagers, how they've been able, they took out Nezrallah.
They took out the top six leaders of Hamas, the top leaders of Hezbollah, and they're not going to stop.
You know, Iran's top nuclear scientists killed by these Israeli airstrikes.
You know, the former head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, who survived a previous assassination attempt, was among several military leaders and scientists killed overnight.
He recently told an Iranian news outlet, so far we have not received orders to build a nuclear bomb, but if they tell me to build it, I'll do it.
Okay.
Good luck in hell wherever you are.
Iran destroyed, the Israelis destroyed their main uranium enrichment facility.
That's the Natan's one.
They said they not only struck it early on Friday morning, but even destroyed multiple floors of their underground facility, including the main hall containing the largest amount of centrifuges for enriching uranium.
Israeli, you know, the Israeli attacks wiped out Iran's top military leaders.
How did they pull this off on night one?
How'd they pull off the Pager incident?
How'd they find all the leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah?
Iran's highest-ranking military officer, head of the Revolutionary Guards forces and its Air Force and former national security chief, all dead.
They're done.
I mean, that's going to send shockwaves through the nation's military establishment as the head of the secret Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Well, they partly trained Hamas for the attack on October 7th.
Israeli warplanes wiped out their entire missile launcher site as well.
That was in anticipation.
Now, in spite of media reports, the Wall Street Journal is saying that Detanyahu and Trump had a phone conversation.
I have too many sources.
I got too much off-the-record background that I don't want to disclose everything, but I work my sources all the time.
This is not entirely accurate, but it's not information that I'm ready to share at this time because it was off the record and I have to respect that.
Trump administration is moving naval assets capable of intercepting these ballistic missiles as we speak to the Middle East to help Iran fight back as more Iranian missiles are headed to Israel.
Trump warned Iran.
He was out there.
He promised that Israel's next round of attacks will be more brutal.
There's already been great death and destruction, but there's still time to make this slaughter with the next already planned attacks more brutal, come to an end.
And, you know, oh, and the UN's IAEA watchdog ahead condemning the attacks.
I have repeatedly stated that nuclear facilities must never be attacked regardless of the context.
Oh, so we're going to allow a nuclear-armed Iran?
Are you an idiot?
This is why we should have no business with any of these international organizations.
Get rid of all of them.
They're all useless.
All right, as we speak, U.S. forces now assisting Israel against these strikes.
Iran carrying out a third wave of missile attacks against Israel.
Israel continues their wave of successful attacks against the Iranians.
The Israelis were fully prepared for this.
It doesn't make any of it easier.
But how many more hundreds of thousands of rockets can they allow fired into their country from their proxies?

So what do we have happen and unfold last night?
We had, is Israel striking nuclear and military targets?
What else did we have last night?
They got their nuclear sites.
They're starting to go after all of them.
These nuclear sites are buried all around the country, deep into the ground.
They also went after their long-range missile sites.
Why did they do that?
Well, that question was kind of answered in an article yesterday in Axios that they've been building up a massive arsenal of thousands of these 2,000-pound long-range missiles.
So they're taking out those missile sites in anticipation that they would be used once this operation to go against the nuclear facilities was known.
Now, it was a bit of a timetable on this.
If you go back April a year ago, it was kind of remarkable how deeply the Israelis were able to penetrate into Iranian airspace.
That kind of surprised me.
They had a Russian-made system.
Israelis knocked it out and were flying deep into Iranian territory, and there was nothing the Iranians could do.
And that led to the first direct attack by the Iranians against Israel.
Then they had a second one.
Today's the third one.
They haven't gotten every missile being fired shot down.
I think they're on round three, the Iranians firing at the Israelis somewhere around there.
And it really, so there was a time-sensitive nature to all this on two fronts.
One is the level of enrichment that we know that they were at, which is 60%.
And when you talk to people that know about the enrichment of uranium, once you get to 60%, it's a layup to get to 90%, which is weapons-grade enrichment.
That's when you can build a nuclear weapon.
They might have even done so that we just don't know about yet.
Clearly, the Israelis knew it was time to act.
Clearly, the Israelis, I don't think the 60-day notice that Donald Trump gave them was an accident either, because he did it in April.
He gave Iran 60 days to negotiate an end to its nuclear weapons program.
Yesterday was day 61, and Tehran found out he wasn't bluffing.
And I'll get to the president here in a minute because the president has spoken up.
He's kind of opened the door too.
You guys want to keep this going because it's going to get dramatically worse, even though, and don't think the Israelis didn't know.
Of course they knew.
They knew from the beginning the risks that were involved in this operation.
They knew that these missiles would be fired.
That's one of the major reasons why they took out their long-range missile sites.
Israeli Minister of Defense declared a special state of emergency.
Many Israelis now are living in underground bunkers.
They have been preparing, obviously, for this day for a long period of time.
And, you know, I can go over the specifics of what that means.
Israeli Minister of Defense says following Israel's preemptive strike against Iran, a missile and a drone attack against Israel and civilian population is expected.
They were saying that last night.
Ambassador Huckabee said, at our embassy in Jerusalem, we're closely following the situation.
We will remain here all night.
Pray for peace for Jerusalem.
Iran State TV says the country's air defense system is now on full alert.
They don't have an air defense system.
That's their problem.
Military officials say Iran was advancing the secret weapons program.
But to finish the thought, so there were two targets that needed to be taken out on a timely basis.
We don't know when they would get back up and running because, again, the Israelis knocked out their air defense systems, meaning their ability to take out aircraft flying over their airspace.
They knocked that out in their first attack going back April a year ago.
And then they fortified that attack in the second attack that they had.
So they were preparing the way for this day, which made it inevitable.
Now, the president did truth out.
I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal.
I told them in the strongest words, just do it.
But no matter how hard they tried, and I don't think they tried, no matter how close they got, they just couldn't get it done.
I told them it would be much worse than anything they know, anticipated, or were told, and that the United States makes the best and most lethal military equipment anywhere in the world by far, and Israel has a lot of it with much more to come, and they know how to use it.
Certain Iranian hardliners spoke bravely, but they didn't know what was about to happen.
They are all dead now, and it will only get worse.
There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter with the next already planned attacks being even more brutal come to an end.
Iran must make a deal before there's nothing left and save what was once known as the Iranian Empire.
No more death, no more destruction.
Do it before it's too late.

And he's not wrong.
These next attacks are going to be more brutal.
They have multiple nuclear sites around the country, and they will go after each and every one of them.
And then they're not going to stop.
Now that this Pandora's box has been open, I don't see any scenario at all whatsoever of the Israelis stopping this, nor should they.
This is an existential threat to their very existence.
Again, I go back to a fundamental question.
As people observe from the outside, ask yourself how many missiles have to be fired into the United States of America before you would demand your elected officials to retaliate and defeat people that are killing innocent Americans, because that's what Israel is living under.
And, you know, I go back to that one town, Stay Rot.
I was there.
It's a border town with Gaza.
10,000 rockets hit that town in 10 years.
And that's years ago since I've been there.
Many years ago.
Now Iran will use their proxies, although Hamas has been pretty much decimated, and Hamas's leadership has been decimated, and Hezbollah's leadership has been pretty much decimated, and their soldiers identified.
They're probably scared to death after the Pager incident.
The Houthi rebels, they've been hit directly by us, and I'm sure they're fearful of our involvement.
You know, what other operations?
This is a battle for Israel's survival, and there's really no other way to describe it.
And, you know, at some point, the world has got to understand something.
You know, if you don't learn from the lessons of history, you're doomed to repeat it.
What do I mean by that?
Well, you know, there was one historic figure that understood Adolf Hitler and was outspoken about him long before everybody else in the world, and that was Winston Churchill.
And he actually took the time and he read Mein Kampf and he watched the actions and knew the mindset of Hitler and warned the world of what was about to happen.
He wasn't prime minister at the time.
There's a guy by the name of Neville Chamberlain.
Neville Chamberlain was watching all the territorial ambitions of Hitler unfold and great concern that Great Britain would be next on the list.
So they have this meeting in Munich, and he comes back and tells the British people we have peace in our time.
He thought he made peace with Hitler.
He didn't.
And the bombing of Britain ensued and so much of London and parts of Britain were destroyed.
And then Great Britain, which kind of had a hard line against Winston Churchill, realized, yeah, we'll take the tough guy.
We'll take the guy that understands the nature of the enemy.
We'll take the guy that's not an appeaser.
But as I aim, victory, victory at all costs.
You know, I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and sweat.
And there was a guy that was very much Kind of Trumpian in a way.
Irreverent.
He cursed a lot, smoked a lot of cigars, drank a lot, swore a lot.
I don't know if he philandered a lot.
I would say to the House, as I said to those who have joined the government, I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and threat.
He wants what it up on the thing.
I will say it is to wage war by sea, land, and air.
With all our might and with all the strength that God can give us, to wage war against a monstrous tyranny, never surpassed in the dark and lamentable catalog of human crime.
You ask, what is our aim?
I can answer in one word.
Victory.
Victory at all costs.
Victory in spite of all terror.
Victory, however long and hard the road may be.
For without victory, there is no survival.
Without victory, there is no survival.
There's just not.
There's not a single.
This is what was interesting when I was in the Gulf states.
What did I tell you, Linda, when I came back?
I said, I think the thing that really stands out about this whole trip is you definitely don't want to live in Riyadh.
You don't want to live in a desert.
I don't want to live in any of those countries.
However, they are very wealthy.
But the one thing that stood out is how much they hate the Iranians.
Remember, I told you that?
You did?
And, oh, can't stand them.
But they all fear the Iranians.
That's why Donald Trump was able to, in the first term, kind of went under the radar, actually, you know, create this coalition, and they were sharing intelligence.
And it included the Saudis.
It included the Emirates.
It included the Egyptians and the Jordanians, all against Iranian hegemony.
Let me tell you, all these countries right now, they're cheering for Israel.
And I also predicted one other thing when I got back.
I said, once the Iran situation is resolved, what did I tell you would likely happen as a result?
All of these countries will join on the Abraham Accords.
Didn't I say that?
You did.
So I said that that would be the likely outcome.
We'll see if I end up being right.
U.S. Navy directed the guided missile destroyers.
We have two of them now headed to the eastern Mediterranean.
Iran has called for an emergency UN security meeting, of course, because the UN is anti-Semitic and anti-American.
Iran was moving forward with their plans to destroy Israel.
Ultimately, they want to destroy the U.S.
We have we have covered this for years.
It's not just death to Israel.
It's also death to America.
The Supreme Leader now has numerous times threatened to launch missiles at the continental United States.
If they get that capability, what does the world then look like?
How is it dangerously reconfigured?
And do people that chant death to Israel, death to America, do they mean it?
Well, I think you have to take people at their word.
And I think if you don't, and you don't learn the lessons of history and you don't understand evil and you don't understand tyranny, then I think you're making a mistake.
Now, you know, well, this is going to turn into a quagmire.
This is going to be Iraq 2.0.
No, it's not going to be Iraq 2.0.
I've been telling people forever, the next generation of weaponry, wars are going to be fought in air-conditioned offices.
And, you know, that doesn't mean that we're not going to have fighter jets.
But look at the advancement of drone technology.
Look at the ability to take out with the push of a button long-range targets with pinpoint accuracy.
Look at the ability to take out rockets in the air, including ballistic missiles.
They mocked Reagan and said that's Star Wars.
It was called strategic defense.
And so it has begun.
Rising Lion, you know, strike Saran's nuclear program, killing top military officials.
If we don't act now, there will not be another generation.
I kind of agree with that, Prime Minister Netanyahu.
There won't be another generation.
They have nuclear weapons, I would argue.
The odds are very high of a nuclear holocaust in our lifetime.

They made the wrong choice.
