All right, it is they are absolutely, positively going nuts.
And things are heating up big time in the Middle East.
We'll have Aaron Cohn and Newt Kingrich weighing in on this.
Iran has now walked away from the table, and we have discovered new information that shows, yeah, that they are not going, they're not following through on the nuclear proliferation treaty that they agreed to.
We now have article after article that the U.S. is preparing.
The Mideast embassy evacuations are taking place.
The U.K. has issued a rare warning for people there as well.
Central Command Chief has postponed a Senate testimony.
IDF is on extreme high alert.
Tehran is trying to saber rattle and test some two-ton warhead that they have and threatening to attack U.S. military bases.
They have threatened to hit the continental United States as well.
But it seems to be, as I've been saying, one minute to midnight.
It may be 30 seconds to midnight by the time all is said and done.
In one of the Israeli papers, what an Israeli strike might look like.
We'll get into this again later with Aaron Cohen and with Speaker Gingrich.
They do have one last round of nuclear negotiations scheduled for Sunday.
And that should be interesting to see.
I guess those talks will be held in the Gulf of Oman.
But clearly, everybody in the Middle East is bracing for military action.
And, you know, it's an 84% issue when you look at Rasmussen and the president taking out or partnering with Israel to take out their nuclear facilities.
And most people just frankly understand it's simple, basic common sense.
I mean, you have the number one state sponsor of terror.
That is Iran.
They have been fomenting terror.
They helped orchestrate with the Kuds forces, the Revolutionary Guard, the attack on Israel on October 7, 23.
That resulted in the equivalents based on their population size extrapolated out.
That would be like losing 40,000 Americans in a day.
And so they refuse.
They've been given every opportunity imaginable by the president to have peace.
They choose not to have it.
They're insisting on a nuclear program.
They don't need one for civilian purposes.
And they, according to every source that I have, and I have very, very good sources, they are already at 60% enrichment levels.
And it's really then at that point a matter of just a couple of weeks, and they can be at weapons-grade enrichment, which is 90%.
And coupled with the fact that they're bragging about these new longer-range missiles that they have, you have to look at those people that have been murdering innocent men, women, and children now going on forever and fomenting terror in the region, whether or not you believe in their commitment to death to Israel, death to America, because they have threatened to fire into the continental United States, threatened to attack our country.
And what role the U.S. might play in any attack that Israel is involved in, I don't know, but I do know this: that you can blame Joe Biden for the fact that they have become so wealthy.
He funded their war machine, just like Western Europe funded Putin's war machine by buying their oil.
Joe Biden turning a blind eye to the sanctions that were bankrupting Iran.
And anyway, another report out today: U.S. is moving to withdraw Middle Eastern personnel because of the rising tensions.
CENTCOM commander has presented, according to one report today, top commander, U.S. forces in the Middle East, says he has provided the president, Secretary of Defense, with a series of plans to strike Iran's nuclear infrastructure if necessary.
CBS News reporting that U.S. officials have been told that Israel is fully ready to launch an operation into Iran.
It sounds like it's imminent.
I've not been wrong in what I've been saying.
It's like a minute to midnight.
And the question is: the world cannot risk a nuclear-armed Iran.
And if some people don't understand that, I can't help them because it's a simple mathematical equation.
The idea that Mullahs believe in killing the infidels, death to Israel, death to America, converter die, cannot be reasoned with.
And yeah, there are bad actors that have nuclear weapons.
This bad actor, to me, we will be risking if we miss this moment.
And again, Joe Biden helped get them rich, which has fomented all this terror with the Houdis and Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah and Hamas.
And it has also given them the money to go deeper into their nuclear program.
And so there will be some retaliation.
The IAEA, they've always been wrong, but they're always wrong in underestimating where Iran is in terms of their nuclear capability.
But anyway, they have pointed out that Iran is in breach of the non-proliferation obligations that they have.
And they have most, and many times to me, have been special pleaders for the Iranians.
But the idea that the U.S. is going to sit back and not act or allow them to get this weapon, it is a clear and present danger to our country because when they get those weapons of mass destruction, you better believe that they're going to use them.
And it's just not a risk I think anybody can take.
Now, there's a lot of crazy stuff going on.
I can't even begin to get all the news in if I wanted to in the course of this program today.
Now, there was an exchange with Elise Stefanik and New York Governor Kathy Hochul.
If you think Elise Stefanik was great when she took on the presidents of Colombia and Hobbit and all these Ivy League institutions, I want you to listen to the entire exchange.

I'm telling you this.
I will do the policies of New York.
We cooperate with you.
I know you're just going to be able to do it.
You do not specifically ice was told not to detain this individual, and he burned a woman alive on the New York subways in Kathy Hochuls, New York.
So I will keep on going.

I'm going to tell you our overall policy, which will address all this.

Because Kathy Hochl, as governor in New York, one of her first acts was to make New York State a sanctuary state.
And what does that mean?
It's Executive Order 170.
And access to state services is critical to the well-being of immigrant communities and their integration into the state.
Whereas New York remains committed to welcoming immigrants as vital and respected members of our state.
And the policy of the state and state officers or employees shall not require, shall not inquire about an individual's immigration status unless necessary to determine eligibility for a program, a benefit, provision of a service, or disclose information to federal immigration authorities for the purpose of federal civil immigration enforcement unless required by law.
Whereas the state has recognized the interest in maintaining the safety and security of their facilities to ensure the residents have equal access to state programs, benefits.
He's giving everything and preventing law enforcement.

Governor Hochl, on your first day in office, you signed Executive Order 1.
Is that correct?
I believe it is.
I believe it is.
And you extended this executive order not once, not twice, but three times, most recently, January 16th, this year.
Is that correct?
If that's what your facts show, I signed countless executive orders.
I would assume you'd know it's Executive Order 1.
And this is a continuation of your predecessor sanctuary state policies, correct?
Is included in that.
I want to be sure we are defining sanctuary state property.
I'll define it for you.
It is the policy of the state that state officers or employees shall not disclose information to federal immigration authorities for the purpose of federal civil immigration enforcement.
It goes on to say law enforcement officers may not use resources, equipment, or personnel for the purpose of detecting and apprehending any individual suspected or wanted for violating a civil immigration office.
Law enforcement officers have no authority in the state of New York to take any policy action solely because the person is an undocumented alien.
That's a quote in your executive orders that you extended.
Now, do you know who Sakir Akan is?
I want to get back to the first part.

I want to make sure you understand that this simply says that we will cooperate with ICE.
No, it does not say that.
I read what it says, and let me talk to you about the results.

He was an illegal migrant in New York.
And do you know what crime he committed in addition to being here illegally?

This was widely reported.
He found a 15-year-old girl, threatened her with a metal pole, told her to get into the back seat of his car.
He took her clothes off, and he violently raped her in Albany, New York.
Do you know who Sebastian Zapita Khalil is?
I'm sure you'll tell me there's many cases whether these are high profile cases.
New Yorkers know about them, and you don't.
So let's talk about Sebastian Zapita Khalil.
Do you know who that is?
I don't have the specific details at my disposal, no.
Well, this is an illegal migrant in New York because of your sanctuary state policies.
Do you know what crime he committed?
I'm not familiar at this moment.
I bet you're going to be familiar when I remind you he found a sleeping woman on the subway, lit her on fire, and burned her alive.
This is in Kathy Hochl's, New York.
And as I'm sure you are aware, and I'll remind you, that ICE issued an order to detain this violent criminal, but that was rejected by New York officials due to sanctuary state laws.
Now, do you know who Raymond Rojas Basilio is?
I just want to say this.
These crimes are horrific.
Because of your sanctuary state policies.
In all of these cases, we would work with ICE to replace.
You did not in this case.
They are walking on the streets because of your policies and your executive order that you signed three times.
Now, Raymond Rojas Basilio, do you know who that is?

I will tell you what I'm doing.
I'm not sure the policies of New York.

I know you're just going to be a police officer.

We do cooperate fully with ICE in criminal prosecuting.
Our sanctuary.
You're not advocating for these victims.
This is a five-year-old who was raped on Long Island in Nassau County.
You are not advocating on behalf of these victims.
You are shielding illegals.
Even in your opening statement, you prioritize putting illegals first.
That is rapes of young girls, beatings of NYPD cops by illegals who are here under Kathy Hochul's failed policies, burning New Yorkers alive.

It's one of many, the many reasons why you're hemorrhaging support from hardworking New Yorkers.
These are horrific crimes and they're heartbreaking.
They're horrific crimes that are committed on your watch.
You signed this executive order on your first day in office.
You signed it again and again this January.
We deserve a governor who stands up for law-abiding New Yorkers, doesn't put illegals first, but actually puts New Yorkers first.
I appreciate that.
Rather than going after the viral moment, I suggest you.
No, no, no.
I'm standing up for New Yorkers.
Rather than addressing the illegals in New York, you are prioritizing your far-left sanctuary state policies, which you put in place with executive orders.
Instead of advocating for victims of five-year-old cooperate with us.
You did not.
They were released because of sanctuary state policies in New York City.
No amount of words is going to clean up your failed record and these horrific crimes committed in Sanctuary State that you created.
And with that, I use.

Then we had another incredible moment we'll get to in the course of the show, too, where Representative Brandon Gill stumps Illinois Governor Pritzker.
And then we had Byron Donalds take on Tampon Tim Walz and took him down.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
Then Christy Noam was holding a press conference and a California Democratic senator, Alex Padilla, crashed the press conference, ended up getting handcuffed.
Apparently, Christy Noam then granted him a meeting and she said it was fine, but they could have put him in jail.
I mean, the left has gone nuts.
Every sanctuary, city, state governor can be asked all those questions.
That's what I was doing with Gavin Newsom in my ex-fight that he never addressed.
And nobody in the media, because they're too busy saying mostly people, ever asked about the victims ever that their policies have cost.

And also, you have Congressman Brandon Gill just stumping the Illinois governor, J.B. Pritzker, confronting him with his own words.
It's like the best of beatdowns of the left and radical left, all coming up in the course of the program.
Also, we'll examine it.
Looks like some conflict with Israel and Iran is imminent.

This is Byron Donald's taking on Tampon Tim on the issue of comparing ICE agents to Gestapo.

You said earlier that the ICE agents under the orders of President Trump are a modern-day Gestapo.
Do you realize how disgusting a phrase that is considering the history of Nazi Germany?
Would you like to recant that statement?
What I said, Congressman, and I have a long history of supporting law enforcement, I said President Trump was using them as his modern-day Gestapo, not identifying who you are, coming up in unmarked bands, taking people away and giving the responsibility of ICE to actually deport illegal aliens in the United States who are here.
Isn't that their responsibility?
Yes, it is, Congressman, except that the Constitution is not an inconvenience.
It's not an either-or.
Nobody said anything.
We have a responsibility to deport illegal aliens in the present process.
He's going through that process right now.
And let's be very clear: the previous administration, they abused every process there is under border laws to allow more than 10 million people into the country illegally.
And this is a burden on all Americans.
And so the president is doing his job.
So it is sick to refer to Americans who are ICE agents as Gestapo.
Governor, you're wrong.
You need to apologize to these agents.
They're doing their jobs.
They are Americans.
They serve this country with honor and decency and respect.
Do not diminish their work simply because you tried to make a cheap point that you could tweet.

It was just another beatdown.
And then, anyway, DHS Secretary Noam, she was just on Fox and explained what had happened.
Anyway, a guy comes in the room and starts being disruptive and screaming questions at the secretary.
Nobody knows who the guy is.
She even said, I had no idea who this guy was.
Nobody knew.
Turns out he's a California senator, and he crashed the press conference and was disruptive and then was moving in an aggressive way to do the questioning, and he was removed.
And then they found out who he was, and they didn't arrest him.
And then Christy Noam graciously gave the guy 10, 15 minutes, sat down, exchanged phone numbers, and said, if you have any questions, let me know.
Then he goes out and he does a press conference saying that, well, what about all the innocent people that have been?
No, I have a list of the crimes of the people that ICE has been arresting in Los Angeles.
People guilty of homicide, burglary, drug dealing, lewd actions with children, battery, lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, people that are involved in injuring their spouses,
spousal abuse, drug trafficking, drug manufacturing, weapons possessions, human smuggling, grand theft, threatening crime with intent to terrorize and battery.
Those are the people that have been arrested.
And, you know, nobody wants to talk about, well, the little children are being, no, they're not the ones that are the target of ICE.
They're not.
And they're trying to get these people off the streets.
And that's why people, by larger margins, realize this is an absolute mess that has been created by these sanctuary states.
And I'll tell you, and now we are, all of this could have been avoided if Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Alejandro Mayorkis would have enforced the laws of our country.
If they didn't like the laws of our country, they could have changed the laws in our country, but that wasn't an option for him.
And, you know, as a result, we have known terrorists, murderers, rapists, violent criminals, cartel members, gang members, Iranian assassination squads in our country.
Thanks to all of them.
And then you try to remove them.
This is outrageous.
Let's have a protest.
And then because of sanctuary state policies and laws and proclamations and executive orders, well, local police department have handcuffs on, and they're not even allowed to assist ICE agents, federal agents.
The supremacy clause gives them jurisdiction, and they have no support from local police as per California, New York law.
And it's insane.
And other states that have these sanctuary policies.
You know, all these people that have been so obsessed.
January 6th, January 6th, January 6th.
They're the same people.
This is why I say selective, feigned, phony, moral outrage.
They act like they care about one riot while they ignored the 574 riots in the summer of 2020.
That's why I won't let it go.
It is just utter hypocrisy.
Compare January 6th.
Mention it all you want.
Donald Trump, peacefully, patriotically march so your voices will be heard.
He didn't try to commandeer the beast when they talk to the drivers so they bring in some hearsay witness.
Well, I heard that he tried to commandeer the beast, but the driver said, no, he didn't.
They knew about it.
No wonder why they destroyed all of the evidence that they had gathered in that case.
That wasn't an accident.
And why they all got preemptive pardons because what they did was phony.
It was staged.
They had a predetermined outcome.
And if Liz Cheney cared about writing, why didn't she have committee hearings about 574 riots in the summer of love and 2020 that killed two dozen Americans, injured thousands of cops, and also resulted in billions of dollars in property damage?
Oh, I guess that would be too much to ask to actually enforce the real laws of our country.
It's just complete, utter hypocrisy.
Now, we are learning.
And by the way, this guy, Padilla, was released.
He's a ranking member out there, the Senate Judiciary Immigration Subcommittee.
And he didn't need to bust in.
Why didn't he just request the meeting?
He got one anyway.
Anyway, Noam had a 10 to 15 minute meeting with Padilla.
They swapped phone numbers.
It was cordial.
And she said that she's willing to hear anybody out.
By the way, the FBI has arrested an alleged L.A. riot leader, they say, helped distribute those dozens of face shields to anti-ICE rioters on the streets of Los Angeles.
No help, thanks, by the way, to Gavin Newsom and company.
You know, after tolerating repeated riots by pro-Palestinian protesters in New York, Eric Adams says he won't tolerate this weekend's planned anti-ICE riots.
I know he wants to get reelected.
It's a little late.
He went too far for too long, cost the city too much, and now he will be voted out and welcome in Andrew Cuomo because he will take his place.
Good luck, New York City.
And that's just the way it's going to go.
But I'm going to tell you something.
You know, the talking points have gone out, and the state-run legacy media mob, the radical left Democratic Party, they're all telling America, Donald Trump is a dictator.
He's terrible.
Democracy imperil.
And don't believe the violence that you see on television.
It might have happened a couple hours ago.
It's happening day in and day out.
They're planning these demonstrations in 35 cities over the weekend on Saturday night.
God help us.
You hear the smear, the slander, the besmirchment all over the place.
But the Democrats caused this.
If they weren't, they never called out Biden and Kamala Harris and Mayorkas' lie.
No, the media called them cheap, fake videos.
Democrats, oh, they're cheap, fake videos.
Yeah, just like Joe wasn't a cognitive mess and just like inflation was transitory, that border was secure.
They're mostly peaceful riots.
They're just lying again.
You know, their reasoning is insane.
You know, what's the definition of insanity?
And that's doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.
If you want to know why Democrats lost, why the legacy media mob died on November 5th on Election Day in 2024, it's because they're the same people that lied and said the border was secure.
The same people that said Joe was his absolute best cognitively and hard to keep up with.
You must be in really bad shape.
The same people that said inflation's transitory.
The same people that said mostly peaceful in the summer of 2020, and they're saying the same thing now.
Donald Trump is enforcing America's immigration laws.
ICE is doing its job.
They're not getting help from their sanctuary states and cities.
Democrats don't care.
They have put their left-wing radical political agenda even above the safety of law enforcement and the safety and security of their own lawful citizens and blind ambition in the case of Gavin Newsom.
Instead of spending the first few days of the LA riots actually on the ground helping keep people safe, no, he's fighting with people like me and Senator Mark Wayne Mullen on X, appearing on every left-wing legacy media outlet in the country, like MSDNC.
He's even going on podcasts.
Now, I'm not talking about Joe Rogan or somebody that actually has a big audience.
You know, it's the governor that barred Californians from attending church, banned indoor singing in 2020, and himself was eating out at the French laundry and sending his kids to in-person learning at his private schools while all public schools had remote learning.
Oh, Donald Trump is assaulting the First Amendment.
No, he's not.
He's enforcing the law of the land.
Learn about the supremacy clause.
Jurisdiction lies with the feds.
As a matter of law, in these cities and states that are sanctuary, they are not allowed.
Local law enforcement is not allowed to help them.
Never mind, nobody in the media will ever dare ask Gavin as he's out there trashing Trump 24-7.
Give him the specific examples that we have laid out on this radio show and on TV of Californians that have been murdered and raped and victims of violent crime and protected and given free health care and education because of Gavin's institutionalizing, aiding, and abetting these people.
I mean, what do people want?
70% of Americans disapprove of Democrats.
Chucky Schumer has a 17% approval rating.
Matt Towery pointed out, by a margin of 59 to 39, people support Donald Trump's decision to send in the guard.
What do people want?
Good schools for their kids, stable jobs.
They want law and order.
They want safety and security.
We don't want to be told what cars to put in our driveway, what stoves we can and cannot use, refrigerators, AC units.
You know, we don't want paper straws.
We want a secure border, law and order, safety, security, and freedom.
Leave us alone.
And lower taxes, please, especially in California.
President Trump warning of the potential Israel-Iran conflict.
Things are heating up.
We have Americans being removed from the area, which means it seems somewhat imminent.
That would probably be an attack on the nuclear facilities or at least a shot across the bow.
