If you want to be a part of the program, it is 800-941 Sean, if you would like to join us.
We had the successful splashdown of SpaceX dragon and the safe return of these astronauts abandoned for 286 days.
And you would think that maybe there'd be a little goodwill towards Elon Musk, but no, the attacks and the domestic terrorism, as far as I'm concerned, uh is ongoing and continues.
We now have the FBI involved, a Washington Times reporting separate arson attacks that took place Tuesday at Tesla dealerships in Vegas and Kansas City, prompted the FBI to launch a terrorism investigation as the wave of vandalism against uh Tesla and uh its CEO, Elon Musk, has now uh gotten so far out of control.
You have bullets being fired into Tesla dealerships, you have charging stations put ablaze, you have Teslas on on in parking lots at dealerships, they're being put on fire.
And in Vegas, the official said a male suspect used a Molotov used Molotov cocktails to set two Tesla cars on fire about 2 45 a.m.
He fired three bullets into cars uh on the lot, spray painted the word resist on the dealer's front door, and the report comes only hours after a pair of cyber trucks were destroyed in a suspected arson late Monday night in Kansas City, according to police there.
And uh leaders in Vegas said they're looking for at the incident as a possible act of terrorism because it has the hallmarks of a politically motivated attack to those that think that something like this is justifiable or potentially even admirable.
We want to let you know it's a federal crime, according to Spencer Evans, the FBI Vegas special agent in charge.
We will come after you, we will find you, we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
The Attorney General Pam Bondi has vowed to impose severe consequences on those who are bankrolling the Tesla takedown terrorists, and she announced Tuesday that the DOJ has charged several of the terrorists who have been targeting Tesla vehicles and company property while vowing to impose, quote, severe consequences on those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes.
She said the swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terrorism.
The DOJ has already charged several uh perpetrators with uh that in mind, including in the cases that involve charges with five-year mandatory minimum sentences.
We will continue investigations that impose severe consequences on those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes.
Apparently, uh I didn't see Jimmy Kimmel.
Very few people see Jimmy Kimmel report on MediaId today that uh Jimmy Kimmel.
Now, this is the same guy that mocked when she was first lady the first time, Melania Trump reading to children.
This is a guy, forget, you know, that that literally uh not black face, but his entire body.
Uh he turned into an African American and and started Mocking Carl Movone.
This is the same guy that in the past has put uh protruding, you know, cucumbers, et cetera, in his pants and walked around and asked strangers to touch it.
Then he goes on his low-rated show, and every one of these late night so-called comedy shows are on cancellation watch.
His is probably at the top of the list.
And, you know, he took a dry sarcastic tone to inform people they should not be vandalizing Tesla vehicles.
People have been vandalizing Tesla vehicles, new Tesla vehicles.
Please don't vandalize.
Don't ever vandalize Tesla vehicles, he said before taking a long pause and moving on to other Musk uh jokes while the audience laughed.
Is this funny?
By the way, uh I thought I thought Disney was all inclusive.
I mean, this is now the home of radical leftism.
And is it does Bob Iker think that this is funny?
Does Bob Iger approve of this?
Is Bob Iger proud of this?
Is Bob Iger proud of the lowest rated late-night comedy show on television?
Is Bob Iger Disney?
I thought they were the most inclusive company ever.
This is okay with them.
Just like the the ladies of that hard-hitting show, The View is not going to be, you know, no consequences.
You can you can make an you can name basically infer.
Don't do that.
Don't do that, which is kind of how I interpret it to be.
Um, we now have a doxing website that has been put up.
It's called the Doge Quest, reportedly has published the personal information of Tesla owners nationwide in an apparent bid to shame and intimidate them as Elon Musk now ties uh with the Trump White House have grown.
This site reportedly reveals the names, addresses, and phone numbers of Tesla owners throughout the country using an interactive map and using the image of a Molotov cocktail as a cursor.
The site's operators who also posted the exact locations of Tesla dealership said that they will remove identifying information about Tesla drivers only if they provide proof that they sold their electric vehicles.
News of this doxing site follows a string of reported incidents of vandalism aimed at Tesla drivers dealerships.
Uh what is Don again?
We go back and we ask, what has Elon Musk done to incur this wrath?
Why is he hated at such a high level?
This guy yesterday put everything on the line and his company, and he's the chief engineer and founder, and he remains the chief engineer, was in the beginning and still remains the chief engineer of putting into space all of these satellites, SpaceX.
He successfully sends a rescue, you know, rocket ship up into space to rescue these astronauts that had been abandoned because the the Boeing Starliner was incapable of bringing them home, made the same offer to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
They turned him down.
Rather, they chose to leave these people in space, which makes no sense to me.
And this is now the state of affairs in America.
This is the same Democratic Party that if they could to this day would still be investigating January 6th, you know, with their phony, you know, uh made-for-primetime predetermined outcome hearings that we all know were phony and that they purposefully omitted information that would have been critical and in in terms of the public's understanding of the events that day,
the five people that are on record saying that Donald Trump authorized the use of guard forces in the days leading up to this.
Muriel Bowser in writing denying the the use of guard troops.
It became her authority, not Donald Trump's authority.
Does that sound like somebody that planned an insurrection?
And of course, the Capitol Police Chief was never brought in.
The driver who was driving President Trump that day, they'd rather use a hearsay witness rather than the actual driver who they knew testified that Donald Trump never tried to commandeer the vehicle.
And what happened about the 574 riots in the summer of 2020, the mostly peaceful riots that killed two dozen Americans, injured thousands of cops, and cost billions in property damage.
A 26-year-old Trump hater with the she pronoun has been charged with felony criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor criminal trespass after allegedly vandalizing a newly built Tesla sales service delivery center with graffiti targeting Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and supporting trans rights.
I mean, this a resident of Chicago, the suburb of Buffalo Grove, arrested on charges of doing all of this.
You have hapless anti-Musk activists now set himself on fire, attacking a South Carolina Tesla charging station with Molotov cocktails.
One old man caught on video keying Tesla cars arrested for a felony, caught on video, keying a Tesla in San Jose, California.
He's been arrested for an act of felony vandalism.
This is just the news, by the way, I'm giving you today.
Anti-Tesla protests are being fueled by apparently, you know, these five specific groups as identified in the New York Post.
I'll get to that in a second.
Elon Musk's cyber truck is, you know, a pair of Rice University professors are saying that the cyber truck is reminiscent of a vehicle that patrolled and terrorized black townships in apartheid South Africa.
I mean, why these why are these professors even working if they're that stupid?
Anyway, so you know, we'll see where this goes, but it's not looking good, and you have to ask, oh, you mean the guy that rescued astronauts, the guy that's looking for a way to help people that are blind get their sight back, people with spinal cord injuries to walk again,
a guy that stepped up and donated Starlink, so people without communications in North Carolina and Tennessee and California after the wildfires and after the Hurricane Helene and gave them communications when they had none with the outside world.
You have to ask yourself, well, what is the purpose of all of this?
Why are they doing this?
Uh it's it's really pathetic and it's really sad.
Uh the New York Post had an article, the five radical leftist groups that are protesting.
Elon Musk, uh, and it goes on to describe them in great specificity and great detail.
And uh, you know, the investigation they found identified five Act Blue funded groups responsible for Tesla protests, and they would that would be disruption project, Rise and Resist Indivisible Project, the Democratic Socialist of America.
Um, and we do not direct, coordinate, or dictate strategies or activities of the organizations we support, said a statement from the Open Society Foundation.
The Open Society Foundation supports a broad range of nonprofit organizations that work to strengthen democracy and promote nonviolent civic civic engagement.
Well, what if what if money that they're giving is being used for nefarious purposes?
Would they stop giving the money?
Anyway, this indivisible project, you know, the group took him 7.6 million from open society between 2017 and 2023, originally set up in 2016 to protest the election of Donald Trump.
They've almost been uh entirely funded by Soros' open society.
You know, what point, you know, we'll see what they know and when they knew it, if they knew anything.
Uh don't Doge has now found 14 magic money computers that create cash out of thin air.
That's a pretty scary scenario, but it's happening.
Anyway, they apparently, you know, apparently he said this in uh Ted Cruz's podcast.
One of the things you told me about magic money computers, you may think government computers all talk to each other.
They all synchronize, they all add up what funds are going somewhere, and it's coherent, and that the numbers you're presented as a senator are actually real.
He said they are not.
He said the numbers could be off by anywhere from 5% upwards, and any computer which can just make money out of thin air, that's magic money.
He's not wrong in saying that either.
Network coverage of the Tesla terror attacks at best would be mixed.
In other words, the state-run legacy media mob just continues to protect the radical left.
Tesla attack in Vegas has some of the hallmarks of terrorism according to the FBI, and it just goes on and on and on.
And, you know, one other thing here, and this fits into what we've been telling you.
There are these protests, uh protesters showing up at these town halls for Republican Congress people.
And then the media picks up on it.
Republican Congress people get into earful because they support uh Elon Musk.
No, that this is not organic.
We're now discovering that those protesters uh are part of organizations, radical left-wing organizations that are sabotaging these town halls instead of giving questions to to real constituents, and that they're given talking points, and they're they're designed to create as much trouble and confrontation as they possibly can.
So if you see that on TV and the fake news media and the state-run legacy media mob is lying to you, just know that the odds are very high that it's not real.
You know, forget that you see all of this, all the danger, all the risk that he took yesterday to get these astronauts home, and you would think that there'd be some goodwill, but apparently not.
He's working on the cutting edge of technology to improve people's lives.
Great, you know, it's unreal.
By the way, you can win a Tesla here on this show.
I don't want you to be on a list though, but I don't know if I can prevent that.
Anyway, you can win a Tesla every day.
You, my listeners will have a chance to enter the keyword of the show.
I'll give it out numerous times during the day, and I'll give out the word of the day.
You go to Hannity.com and the contest page.
It will take you to the entrance page, and you can answer and you can enter once a day.
You're gonna have to give some information.
That's just part of part of it.
Today's word is Are you ready for it?
SpaceX.
Okay, SpaceX.
It's one word.
We're making it.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional SAS.
You're our kind of people.

So down a verdict with Ted Cruz now, wherever you get your podcasts.
Um Donald Trump has frozen 175 million dollars in funding to the University of Pennsylvania.
They suspended this money over their inclusion of transgender athletes in women's sports, according to Fox Business, the Ivy League University now stands at risk of losing all of their federal funding amid an investigation into potential Title IX violations.
A senior administration official told Fox Business that the administration has paused 175 million in federal funding.
This did not account for UPenn's total federal funding, which the university previously reported last year of around a billion dollars.
All of these schools, by the way, they have massive billion dollar endowments.
They have a ton of money.
Now on the Columbia front, we have an update.
Columbia University, according to the Wall Street Journal, is getting close to yielding to President Trump's demands and negotiations to restore 400 million dollars in federal funding, according to people close to the discussions.
Columbia has until Thursday to agree to nine far-reaching demands by the Trump administration.
The government canceled the grants and the contracts over campus anti-Semitism allegations earlier this month, but gave the university a review period.
The demands include banning masks, empowering campus police, putting the school's Department of Mideast, South Asian, and African studies under academic reviewership.
I'm sorry, receivership, which means it would no longer be controlled by the faculty.
Columbia's uh acquiescence would represent a significant uh moment in the growing battle between Trump and these elite universities.
This is going to be interesting to watch.
I think they're going to cave.
On the issue of judges, we are seeing more and more uh judicial activism than I can think of in our lifetime.
We saw weaponization of our justice system under Biden and Harris.
We saw the abuse and the politicizing and weaponization of the FBI and our intel community.
Now it's just taken on a different form.
Uh I know that Pam Bondi, the AG has told has had told the Obama deportation judge, tell them to fly back from wherever they are in the air.
Uh this idiot.
Anyway, he made demands, the judge of uh DOJ lawyers after they refused his directive to turn around planes already in the air.
They were they were deporting Venezuelan Trende Aragua gang members, and they you know, and the argument we have gone through this in great specificity in detail is not only perfectly legal, it is not something that is up for judicial review.
It's called the Alien Enemies Act.
If you're interested, yes, it was passed by Congress and signed into law in 1798.
It's been used by not one, but by four separate presidents.
It is well established, has never been repealed, has been reviewed by courts numerous times, four presidents invoked it, and moreover, the act is not allowed and not limited to wartime authority.
President Woodrow Wilson, Harry Truman used the act, you know, well after both world wars had ended.
The AEA, as it's called, permits a president to order the arrest and removal without a court hearing of alien enemies whenever there is a declared war or any predatory incursion perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the United States.
Trend Aragua is a designated terrorist organization now.
A predatory incursion is broadly defined as entry into the U.S. for purposes that are contrary to the nation's interest or laws.
As Greg Jarrett points out, the language gives the president broad latitude in his core duty as commander-in-chief to protect the safety and security of you, the American people.
In 1948, the U.S. Supreme Court itself upheld Truman's use of the AEA and ruled that the law itself was in fact constitutional.
This is Luddick versus Watkins.
Importantly, the high court stated a president's decision under the act precludes judicial review of the removal order.
In other words, a judge cannot second guess the president.
The court explained the very nature of the president's power to order the removal of all enemy alien aliens, rejects the notion that courts may pass judgment upon exercise of his discretion.
The Supreme Court ruling is called precedent, and it's embraced by the political question uh question doctrine that is that federal courts may not intervene in presidential decision making that is inherently political in nature, such as the conduct of foreign affairs and national security because of the powers that he has under the Constitution.
And it couldn't be any more clear about the alien enemies act.
Couldn't be any more clear, but they don't care.
Pam Bondi has vowed to defy this crackpot Obama judge who halted these deportation flights.
And uh I think in the end they're gonna be successful.
I think they're gonna be very successful.
And I think they should be successful.
Now it gets a little more complicated because now they're using the courts repeatedly to go after any decision that Donald Trump is making.
In other words, what I've said always about the left In this country, what they cannot get done at the ballot box electorally, what they can't get done legislatively, then they turn to liberal activist judges to get done for them, and they rule visa vise fiat from the bench.
And that's what we witnessed this week.
And we see it happening again and again and again.
And Obama appointed January 6th case judge blocked Trump and his EPA from clawing back Biden's $20 billion green slush fund.
This judge, you know, uh in this particular case, you might remember Tanya uh Chunkin.
She was involved in the case of with Jack Smith, and the EPA gave no legal justification for why he tried to reclaim the money or given the recipients of the money no chance to object or challenge the decision.
He's just angry she lost.
Alan Dershowitz has urged Congress to block the rogue judges from issuing nationwide injunctions against Trump's policies.
He said, I think Congress can do more to curtail the jurisdiction of the courts.
They can pass a statute saying a district court has jurisdiction only to grant an injunction that covers his district to his circuit.
You can't have a judge in New York telling people in California what to do to use the example that was used by the administration, and you can't have a judge in Hawaii telling soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan that they can't engage in warfare.
Congress clearly has the authority.
It could abolish the district courts all over the country, and it can say we don't have any more district courts.
But this is this effort now to use the courts is getting bigger and bigger.
Now the president in his interview with Laura Ingram last night responded to Chief Justice John Roberts, seemingly rebuking him for supporting impeachment.
He said, Well, that's what the appellate court process is all about.
Why would Justice Robert ignore Supreme Court precedence on his own?
We learn more about the judge.
He began working to thwart Trump's agenda.
Apparently uh we've just discovered, according to the Daily Wire, they report that his wife was funneling thousands of dollars to Hillary Clinton and to other Democrats.
Gee, what a shock.
What a surprise.
He donated eleven thousand dollars to Democratic candidates according to federal data.
This is just like the case of New York that Donald Trump had to go through.
And the Supreme Court, if anything, should be stepping in and supporting their own precedents.
They set the precedent.
Why wouldn't they be supporting their precedent?
Another judge has said dismantling of USAID was unconstitutional, ordering Elon Musk to restore access for employees.
This U.S. district uh judge ordered Musk and the d and Doge to immediately give USAID employees access to their email payment, security notification, and other electronic systems.
The judge wrote that uh Musk's uh takeover usurp the authority of the public's elected representatives.
Well, it's supported we have a duly elected president who's empowered him to do so.
You know, even El Salvador, if you look at the president of El Salvador, he actually said that the U.S. is facing a judicial coup.
He's not that far off.
You know, that's why I've I found Roberts uh uh rebuke of Trump just obnoxious.
He's not even he's not even looking at court precedence.
You look at anybody that's up for a U.S. Supreme Court position, they always say, Will you respect precedence?
Yes, you will.
On the economic front, the White House is hailing the average uh wholesale price of a dozen eggs has dropped forty-seven percent since they took office.
That is uh a massive drop.
Um, and the price of gasoline now has also gone down significantly, which is good for the pockets of hard working men and women in this country.
The nationwide average for gas has declined four straight weeks, down ten cents uh from one month ago, forty-two cents from a year ago.
Remember, when Donald Trump was president, gas never got over, never got to three dollars on average a gallon.
And now a gallon of gasoline on average is two dollars and ninety-nine cents.
I actually paid that in Florida this past weekend.
After I get my Tesla, I won't have to.
After one of you wins yours, you won't have to worry about it either.
Um we are on official cancellation watch, not only for late night shows, but for Chucky Schumer.
Things are not going particularly well for him.
One senior House Democrat says Chucky is his popularity is hovering somewhere between Elon Musk and the Ebola virus.
Ouch.
Chuck Schumer writes a campaign ad for the GOP and mocks greedy Americans that want less taxes, less government and control less government control.
I'm like, yeah, just keep going, Chuck.
You're doing great.
Now Schumer is facing a growing house Democrats and their calls for him to step down.
I would argue that in many ways his days are numbered.
I mean, if you look at John Stewart, he tore him a new one, tore into him as being a feckless Democrat not doing enough to take on Trump and the Republicans.
What was he supposed to do?
Shut down the government?
Ro Connor said of Schumer.
Deep disappointment among many Democrats who are fed up with the old guard.
Uh then you can look to, you know, Chuck Schumer getting excoriated by Gail King and excoriated by Sonny Houston.
Sonny Houston saying to him that um that he caved on the view, that hard-hitting news show.
The timing couldn't be worse for him.
He's got some book that he's out trying to sell.
Now he's had to cancel all the events because he's getting embarrassed everywhere he goes.
You know, and then he's trying to defend a Democrat strategies is to keep fighting until Trump's approval numbers continue to decline.
Senator Ball.
Well, well, let me say this.
And we're going to do this day in, day out on issues.
Why are they doing tariffs and raising your cost two thousand dollars?
It's beginning to work.
Why are they taking away Fannie and Freddie and raising your housing costs dramatically?
It's beginning to work.
His numbers have come down.
If we keep at it every day, relentless fighting and showing how they're hurting people so badly.
Trump's numbers will get much lower.
Yeah.
And his both popularity but also his effectiveness will decline.
That I believe that strategy will work.
Oh, the strategies to drive his approval ratings down by demonizing Trump.
Didn't they do that during the entire presidential campaign?
Even Nancy Pelosi, co-conspirator, along with Barack Obama to depose Joe Biden as their presidential candidate, said, I myself don't give away anything for nothing.
And of course, she was working behind the scenes to try and influence Senate Democrats not to go along with Schumer.
And now you've got liberal media voices also furious at Schumer for trying to avert the shutdown.
And the person that's getting praise.
Chris Hayes over at MSDNC literally made Schumer watch a montage of Democrats ripping him.
Take a listen, Chuck.
Uh this book tour is working out really well for him.
James Carville says Kamala Harris didn't give a reason to vote for her, but as a lot but has to be a lot better candidate in 2028.
Oh, you want the seven-string quarterback back?
N. Carville offered love advice to young progressive.
He said love is blind and a political blow up.
Really?
I think James is kind of losing his mind.
He's losing his fastball.
I mean, when I had him on TV the last time, he was not the same person that I I remembered.
Um you have a lot of anger and frustration so far.
They've only released some of the JFK assassination files.
I'm I'm waiting for all of it to get released before I make a judgment.
But we did get thousands of pages released, but they've got, you know, tens of thousands more to go.
I mean, we might get more today, and we'll see what happens with that.
Radio Free Europe is suing the Trump administration and Carrie Lake over the D funding.
And here's the problem.
PBS, you know, why are we funding PBS and MPR?
PBS actually, according to newsbusters, is suggesting a third impeachment for Trump's immigration policies on PBS's news hour, their White House correspondent, had an eventful show.
Within a span of two minutes, she managed to omit that a recently deported visa holder admitted to attending a Hezbollah leader, Hassan Nasrala, who Israel took out, uh uh went to this guy's funeral and interviewed uh a law professor who suggested Trump's immigration policies should merit a third impeachment.
Atlantic magazine accusing Trump of avoiding reporters after his call with Putin.
This guy talks to the media every single day.
What are they talking about?
I don't know.
They've lost their minds.
If they want to be the party that won't stand for mothers that lost children and a young man that survived cancer or the first lady, and they want to hold up bingo cards and stand for men's rights to play women's sports and the rights of illegals over the safety of Americans, and spending hundreds of billions of dollars abroad on on left-wing radicalism.
Let them be that party.
You can't fix that and drive numbers down with those positions.
All right, tax season is here.
I know we're all probably tired of numbers, but look, it's important you pay your taxes, whether you like to hear it or not.
I want to give you a number.
16.5 billion dollars.
That's how much money and refunds the IRS flag for possible identity fraud last year.
Here's another number, 20%.
That's the overall increase in identity theft-related tax fraud in 2024 alone.
If your identity is stolen, life lock.com has U.S.-based restoration specialists.
They will fix it for you back by another good number: a million-dollar protection package.
In fact, restoration is guaranteed or your money back.
Right now, if you go to lifelok.com or call 1-800 life lock, you get up to 40% off your first year with the promo code Hannity.
That's 1-800 Lifelock, Lifelock.com.
Promo code Hannity, 40% off.
Sean Hannity.
