If you want to be a part of the program, uh counsel to the President, Alina Haba, who was with the President throughout all of those of all of the law fair legal troubles, all of the trumped up charges, pun intended, uh is now going to be leaving the White House, and she has been appointed the U.S. attorney attorney for the state of New Jersey, which is her home state where she was born and bred.
And here's her talking about it on X. Listen.
Hi everybody.
Good morning.
Good morning.
I'm sure you've seen President Trump has just put out a statement that he has appointed me as the interim U.S. attorney for the state of New Jersey, my home state.
Um as you know, I've stood by President Trump, his family, the organization, and many other clients in that state where I've been born and raised and I'm raising my babies now.
But there is corruption, there is injustice, and there is a heavy amount of crime right in Cory Booker's backyard and right under Governor Murphy, and that will stop.
I look forward to working with Pam Bondy with the Department of Justice and making sure that we further the President's agenda of putting America first, cleaning up mess, and going after the people that we should be going after, not the people that are falsely accused.
That will stop in the great state of New Jersey starting now.
Thank you so much.
Where does he want to go after?
We'll see when I get in there.
We gotta see what's going in.
I know you'd love that narrative.
Let me be very clear.
Well, I didn't actually.
Correct, because I think Cory Booker and Governor Murphy have failed the state of New Jersey.
If you look at what happened in crime, what's going on in Newark, what's going on in Camden.
This has been a neglected state.
It is one of the most populated states for its size, and it needs to stop.
We're gonna do a bang up job, I cannot wait.
It's a great honor.
Anyway, Alina Haba joins us now.
Uh now I might uh maybe my memory is faulty.
Maybe I'm getting a little Joe Biden-ish.
But I kind of remember remember a conversation that we had, and you said, No, I'm not gonna be going into the administration.
No, I'm not gonna be working for President Trump.
No, I'm gonna return to private practice.
I don't know.
Did I make that up in my own mind?
You must have been having a dream there.
Yeah, you remember when I also started working for President Trump four years ago and I said I wasn't gonna be involved in politics.
I think I remember that part too, yeah.
Um well, first of all, congratulations.
It couldn't happen to a more qualified, better person.
Uh I think this is a great position for you.
Uh you were born in New Jersey and you're raising your kids in New Jersey, and that gets you out of the Washington swamp, so I'm sure that's probably uh a relief for you and your family.
Yes, I do miss my kids tremendously, but I actually uh I didn't even ask to go.
It's crazy.
This is uh a hundred percent President Trump's idea, and I got a phone call just the day before, and he said, I've c I have a great idea.
And I was like, Okay, sir, let's rock and roll.
So, you know, the president asks you to serve, you do it.
I've been um it's been a real honor being in the White House with him and and um honestly continuing my service, but now for my home state and making sure that we we get it cleaned up.
We really do need to.
Explain what a U.S. attorney for the district of New Jersey actually means for people that wouldn't understand that.
Sure.
I am the chief and only federal law enforcement uh arm for the federal government.
So I still work for the Department of Justice.
I still work for President Trump.
I am part of this team here.
But I will be um the person out there that that is the head prosecutor and and dealing with civil cases and criminal cases.
There's about five thousand open in New Jersey right now.
Um I DEA ATF FBI, they will all uh in New Jersey will fall under me and and we'll be, you know, in court and taking care of the bad guys.
Um and also making sure that the state is in good shape, you know.
There's a federal arm and then there's a state arm.
People like I'll refer to Letitia James, she's a state attorney general.
This is the federal uh level for that.
So I uh I'll be running the show over there in terms of federal government um prosecutions.
I'm excited.
And obviously with your relationship with Pam Bondi, which I know from firsthand experience is very strong, uh, I'm sure she's gonna be very supportive of your efforts.
You mentioned in your statement, you mentioned both Governor Murphy and you mentioned Corey Booker.
You know, these cities, the these big blue states, big blue cities have experienced rampant crime and it has not been dealt with.
What role do you believe you can play in keeping these cities and towns safe and secure for the people that live in them?
Uh it's gonna be my entire job.
I mean, I'm so excited to be able to come in at a federal level and do the job that frankly I think has not been well done in the state of New Jersey at a state level.
Um I'm disappointed, but I also know that you know, we also for a long time in this country we're not supporting our men in blue.
We're not supporting our police.
We're not telling them to go out there and get criminals.
We're, you know, telling them to turn a blind eye to illegal immigration.
And I absolutely am going to empower every single individual in the state of New Jersey who has sacrificed for this country who is wearing a uniform to go out there and clean up the streets.
Um Patterson, New Jersey is at the forefront of my mind.
I've seen so much since I've been announced of people just asking me what are you gonna do about Patterson.
There's uh a mayor there that has asked for uh Palestinian flags to be raised, American flags are coming down, and there's a police officer in particular that uh, you know, is wearing a Palestinian flag on his uh on his on his uh uniform.
You know, that that type of behavior will stop the minute I am sworn in.
I I will not stand for this.
I mean it's unacceptable.
All right.
So what you're referring to is in Patterson, New Jersey, uh, which has been dubbed the uh Palestine of America by local leaders, reflecting, they say the city's growing Palestinian and Muslim identity.
This proclamation came during a Ramadan kickoff event on February twenty-eighth, where the mayor proudly referred to Patterson as the capital of Palestine in the U.S. and suggested it ranks as the fourth holyest city in the world alongside Jerusalem Mecca Medina.
Um now you also mentioned the case of this police officer, which I think is as important an issue because you have a New Jersey cop now proudly wearing a Palestinian flag on his uniform.
And uh, you know, this officer does he have the right to do that?
Removed the American flag.
Remove and remove the American flag.
That is correct.
Yeah.
Uh and that's more important.
Listen, there's there has to be law and order.
We are uh a part of this country.
And and just as before I was in office when people were kneeling for the flag, I I just don't tolerate that.
Um any federal crimes that are committed will be prosecuted.
If you try and go after a Tesla dealership in New Jersey, you will be prosecuted.
If you bring fentanyl into our streets, you will be prosecuted.
And more importantly, we will empower, as I said, those people that have sacrificed their lives from their families to fight and serve, whether it be the police force, DEA, AT, I don't care who it is, I will be uh their backbone to get them out there doing what we need to do.
Violent crime.
Look at Camden, Sean.
Camden, New Jersey is is just left.
With all due respect to your home state, and I left the state of New York, as you know, and uh I think it's worse in New York than it is New Jersey, but New Jersey's a very close second or third if you want to include California.
Illinois not far behind as well.
Uh but honestly, lawlessness is just taken over, and you know, we see that in a multitude of ways.
We see it with illegal immigrants, violent known terrorists, murderers, rapists, cartel members, drug dealers, uh gang members, you know, that have taken over entire portions of these towns and cities.
I mean, uh you you're basically gonna have to declare that you're creating a task force to go after all these people, find them, deport them if if if applicable, uh, or put them in jail if applicable.
100 percent.
And you know, Tom Homan's a dear friend of mine.
Well I was in the White House, I was focused on human trafficking, and I'll continue those efforts from New Jersey.
Uh I plan to continue all those task force efforts from New Jersey.
Obviously, we are a branch of the DOJ, and that is in Washington, and Pam Bondi has been doing an amazing job.
I'm honored to be working with her now in this capacity.
Honestly, I was working with her anyway for two months, but this is um, you know, i i it's just fortunate that I will get an opportunity to do well by my state.
And the president, uh he was actually in New Jersey for the first time this weekend since becoming president, and it was so nice to see him back home.
And when he asked me to do this, I understood why.
You know, we had been sitting in our in the club in Bedminster, and it probably occurred to him that uh, you know, this is my state and he needs a good strong person and good one leadership down there um to take care of it and make sure that it's it's underwatch and um coming.
Uh Patterson is actually, Sean, I'll tell you a little bit of the story of before my life with President Trump.
I served on the board of a great charity in New Jersey, and that charity took children out of Patterson, New Jersey specifically, and put them into private schools and funded uh their tuition so that they could get proper educations that were free from corruption, that were free from the absolute despicable uh situation down there.
I will do whatever powers under the federal law that I can to make sure of that.
And by the way, a big part of that, and I've preached this, is I think I have to work with state officials as well to make sure that they we are all in line.
Um this should not be in our country, should not be divided.
We need to work to make New Jersey great.
We need to work to make the streets safe, and that's for every state in this country.
I I've been serious about it.
President Trump said it.
Could you imagine if Democrats and Republicans worked together?
How much good we could do.
And with this individual, once I get some information, and I will absolutely be looking to get some information on what is going on in that city, um, w who is dealing with what and who is you know, uh whether it be that I have to open up an investigation, it will happen.
I just won't tolerate it.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markovitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional tests.
You're our kind of people.

All right, we continue now with Alina Habba.
She has now been tapped to serve as the interim U.S. attorney for the great state of New Jersey.
See?
Let me go back to the mayor of Patterson and and what do you think?
What what remedy might you have in that particular case?
Well, i if you're interfering in federal laws as a mayor, uh you know, obviously they're under the federal government.
And for those listening and understand, most people think uh the attorney generals in the state, for instance, and this is i a very simple thing.
Even my parents, frankly, didn't understand my role.
Uh Look, state officials, we don't have that that there.
We only have the US attorney in New Jersey that will be the chief law enforcement officer.
So if this person is violating a federal law in any way, this mayor is violating federal laws.
I will hold him accountable to that.
If he is in cahoots with any foreign nationals taking bribes, doing anything like that, I will come after him.
I will not tolerate it.
This is not uh, you know, this is not the UN.
We're within you we're in New Jersey and we're in the United States of America.
And while we respect every culture, every religion, you have no business.
No business violating any type of American freedoms, they're serving Sean.
I don't know if you know what's happening in that city.
They are literally creating holidays uh solely for one religion over the others, and and that's not happening in my world.
I mean, those are those are mandated by the government.
Here's the problem, Alina, from my perspective.
The Palestinian people, albeit o a while ago, uh years ago, decades ago, they did elect Hamas as their leadership.
And Hamas is a terrorist organization whose very charter calls for the destruction of Israel.
In a way, are you supporting that by supporting the people that put them in power?
Am I supporting them or would he be?
would he be?
Ties.
Let me tell you this, and this is what I'm delicately getting at.
If I go in there and I open an investigation and anybody has ties to any terrorist organization, they're going down, period.
So I cannot mince my words if, you know, maybe I'm being too delicate.
But it's too early to know.
I don't know.
I'm not in the office yet.
Obviously, I'll get sworn in later this week.
But I will tell you that things like that will not stand.
Just like open borders.
Just like the fact that I will also help ICE do mass deportations in New Jersey, just like I will take all the philosophies of Doge and cover the the government waste and investigate if we have any of that there too.
We should be cleaning up New Jersey the same way the president is cleaning up the United States of America.
It will make our country stronger.
New Jersey is incredibly populated state for a small state that it is.
Uh, you know, we have about nine million people in a very small area.
And most people look at New Jersey like a very crime-ridden, dangerous place.
I mean, my offices will be in Newark, Trenton, and Camden, you know.
That's that's pleasant.
But that's where we need to clean up.
Well, I will tell you it's it is a little mind-numbing, you know, considering that Hamas, uh the terror organization elected by the people in Gaza, for example.
You know, what part of murder, rape, uh, torture, beheading, uh, and kidnapping that they don't understand.
But we wish you all the best in this new position.
We appreciate you taking some time out of your busy day.
We know you have long days and long hours ahead of you, Alina Hobba.
Thank you for being with us.
Thank you.
800 nine four one Sean is on number.
You want to be a part of the program, your calls are straight ahead.
Twenty-five now till the top of the hour, eight hundred nine four one Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
It's been what, eighteen months of war, terror, pain all throughout Israel, and the need for bare necessities and support is greater than ever.
Tens and tens of thousands of innocent people have been displaced.
They can't go back to their homes.
They need all the bare necessities, food, water, shelter, medicines, you name it.
And thankfully, the international fellowship of Christians and Jews have been there from day one, and through your generosity, they are continuing to support the people of Israel as they literally now battle for their very survival, uh, especially now that the ceasefire is ended and the war has been re-engaged.
Uh, whatever gift you can give is providing not only those bare necessities, but also you're helping to pay for bomb shelters and armored security vehicles and ambulances and firefighting equipment and flak jackets and bulletproof vests and so much more, and your generous donations, they they help ensure that the people of Israel in their fight for survival will be safe and secure in the days to come.
Uh, please go to their website.
It's one word, support IFCJ.org.
Whatever you can give in their hour of need is greatly appreciated.
It's one word, support IFCJ.org, or just call 888-488-IFCJ 888-488-IFCJ two day, the great organization with great people.
Um, let me go to back to this story, which is the media's obsession.
And that is you had a text exchange that was not classified that ended up in a successful mission.
That was the Hooti rebels, and when President Trump decided to uh retaliate against them for their hostile maneuverings in international waterways, and this accidental text exchange included a reporter, as Guy Jeffrey Goldberg with the Atlantic, not a friend of Donald Trump or the Trump administration.
Now, this was an honest mistake.
This was not systemic or institutional policy danger or lying.
Very different from what we've been living through the last four years.
I mean, we have the single worst, you know, self-created national security disaster that continues to this day, thanks to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and their open borders.
They're open borders that allowed in known terrorists, no murderers, rapists, cartel members, gang members, and they lied about what our eyes were showing us every single day for four straight years.
Well, that was a clear and present danger to the country.
Just like they lied about Joe's cognitive decline that everybody knew about.
Everybody knew about it.
And that was a clear and present danger to our country to not have a president that had his wits about him.
Now we're supposed to believe that this one honest mistake somehow is the biggest crisis, the biggest threat, you know, ever.
All this is as a party in desperation mode, trying, as I've been saying today, trying to get themselves a course correction and and and take what is really feigned outrage and feigned, you know uh dismay uh when they sat silently by for so long.
They didn't say a word about any of these other national security issues.
Uh, they don't give a damn about the national security aspect of it.
Let me be clear.
Just like they don't really they didn't really care about uh Luigi Mangioni.
Uh for whatever reason, many on the left have embraced Luigi as some type of hero.
No, he's an assassin that murdered a father and a CEO.
That's what he is.
Or just like they they they put on a pedestal, you know, these students at Columbia University that are supporting the people that were responsible for murder, rape, torture, kidnapping in Israel.
They're their moral compass and clarity is non-existent, just like the party that ignored the summer of 2020 riots and encouraged them through their vice presidential candidate at the time, Kamala Harris.
And she never once got asked about this during the 2024 election.
They're not gonna stop, shouldn't stop, we're not gonna stop.
And this this just shows you I said after this election that the state-run legacy media mob is dead, they just don't know it yet.
Now they threw everything that they could possibly throw at Donald Trump, and now they have just you know, they revert to form.
This is all they know.
They pushed the Russia collusion, they pushed FISA warrants, they didn't care about the abuse, they didn't care about the double standard on top secret classified documents, they didn't care about the novel legal theory after the statute of limitations that run out on what was in any way a legal nondisclosure agreement.
They didn't care.
They don't care.
They didn't care about a valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million when it's closer to over a billion billion and a half dollars.
They didn't care.
They don't care about the truth.
But this is all that they know.
And so they take what was one honest mistake, and meanwhile, these are the very people that ignored four years of systemic institutional lying corruption and danger to the American people.
The people that wouldn't stand for mothers that lost their children because of their open borders policies.
They wouldn't even stand for the mothers of those children.
But this is in their view, the biggest national security threat of all time.
No, the mission was successful.
It was no classified information leaked.
And a mistake?
Sure.
An honest one?
Yes.
Will it be fixed?
Yes.
Is it what they're making it out to be?
Absolutely not.
There's just such hypocrites.
Listen.
It's also just mind boggling to me.
But all these senior folks were on this line and nobody bothered even check Security Hygiene 101.
Who are all the names?
Who are they?
Well, it apparently included a journalist.
I can just say this.
If this was the case of a military officer or an intelligence officer, and they had this kind of behavior, they would be fired.
As um I think this is one more example of the kind of floppy, careless, incompetent behavior, particularly towards classified information.
That this is not a one-off or a first-time error.
Obviously, my colleagues and I feel very strongly about the war planning meeting over unclassified phones.
Obviously reckless, obviously dangerous, both the mishandling of classified information and the deliberate destruction of federal records or potential crimes that ought to be investigated immediately.
And I want to make clear that I'm of the view that there ought to be resignation, starting with the National Security Advisor and the Secretary of Defense.
Please release that whole tech stream so that the public can have a a view of what actually transpired on this on this discussion.
It's hard for me to believe that targets and uh timing and weapons would not have been classified.
Let me ask you, when he was added to the thread, you're the CIA director.
Why didn't you call out that his he was present on the signal thread?
I don't know if you use signal messaging app.
I do.
I do.
Not for classified information, not for targeting.
Well, neither remote.
Neither do I, Santa.
Well, that's your testimony is today.
It I mean, it just gives me a headache.
There's such phonies.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Cindy in Florida.
Cindy, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, son.
I'm good.
How are you doing?
I'm good.
What's going on?
The weather here is beautiful, isn't it?
It is gorgeous.
We've had some cold.
So bad for everybody else in the country that is living in cold weather right now.
I really feel bad for them.
Oh, I do too.
My uh grandson is in Minnesota, and um I wanted to bring something up before I went to my actual point about him because I know you're talking a lot about Elon Musk and um the car giveaways, and my grandson's 21, he's just got married and you know, works a job, but they live week to week.
But he said something interesting to me the other day when we were talking about Elon Musk, and um he said, you know what?
He said we can't do a whole bunch down here, but a bunch of my buddies and I um we bought stock.
And I thought, really?
And he said, yeah.
He said, we know it's not worth much right now, but we bought it to support of.
And I thought, well, that's just awesome.
So you know, let me just say something about this, because this is now it's almost becoming like a bycot.
Yeah, I don't believe I've never supported a boycott.
I never called for cancellation of firings, but yeah, you know, the reason I I'm running this contest, and uh I'm I'm buying the car myself, and I'm gonna give it away to one lucky listener.
And today's word of the day, if you go to Hannity.com is Patriot, and you can register till midnight midnight tonight, and then we'll have a new order of the day tomorrow, and we do this all the way through April 11th, and we pick the winner, and uh they get to pick the Tesla of their choice.
And it's for the very same reasons, but I have friends that have bought Teslas now because of all of this.
I have other friends that have gotten Starlink because of all of this, and by the way, they love I have this technology, it's amazing.
You're gonna want it.
Um a lot of people just have said, you know, I can't afford a car, I can't afford you know uh money, but I want to support Elon Musk, and they're like, I opened up an X account.
And you know what?
Every little bit helps.
And I know that you know we're still living under the Biden Harris economy, and and things are tough for a lot of Americans, and I don't expect that everyone's gonna be able to go out and buy a Tesla, which is one of the reasons I wanted to buy one to give away.
It is it symbolic, yeah.
Am I saving the company?
No.
Uh, do I hope other people see the inherent evil and and dishonesty behind all of this and just the the viciousness and meanness behind it all?
Yeah, I do.
I hope people see through it.
And one way Musk, even if you just open up an ex account.
Yep.
And start and you'll uh you'll probably have a good time.
I'm not I don't have the privilege of using mine.
My my staff has refused to give me my own password.
They hijacked my account.
Well, my my point that I called about was the atheist the other day.
Um it weighed really heavily on my heart.
Um I suffered the loss of a son at twenty, and um his fiancee was pregnant with my granddaughter at the time when he passed.
And poor girl, she within a six month period lost her brother, her sister, and my son, her fiance, all at one time, like within the six month period.
And to make it all worse, they all died on the same exact road.
Well no, they all died on the same road.
How did at different times?
But same road.
Um how d how did that happen?
What's going what what is this road?
It's just a bad intersection, and my son was angry at his girlfriend and darted into the road because he was mad at her, and a woman was six o'clock in the morning, the sun blinded her, and she couldn't see, and she hit him.
Four days later, he passed away.
Um we moved in, his fiancee with us because she really had nowhere to go and was just such a distraught person.
I didn't really have time to grieve at that moment.
I had to be there for her because she was carrying my granddaughter.
But you know, his point of bad things happen, you know, and that there can't be a God because there's bad things happening.
Like you pointed out earlier, there's evil and there's good, you know, and we live in a world today that is evil, and there's good, and you make that choice, whether you want to be on the good side or you want to be on the evil side.
We're seeing a whole lot of that evil going on.
But you know, to make matters kind of shine through.
My the girl, the fiance that moved in with me, um, she accepted Christ.
She started going to church, she changed her life.
She is now a nurse serving people.
Her daughter, my granddaughter, is now um twenty five, and she's doing amazing things as well.
And you know, I was just such it was such a blessing to be a part of that.
And God is so good that he took my attention off all the bad, and I chose to run with the good.
Yes, it hurt, and yes, I suffered, and yes, it wasn't easy.
But like you said the other day, we all have our persecutions and they develop and build us as people, just like my fiant my daughter, I call her now because she's just part of the family.
Um, but you know, that worked in her life, and she became a better person, moving on to do very good in the world.
It's what you choose in life.
You know, it's kind of like these Democrats that are choosing this evil side.
And I kind of look at the Republicans as kind of the other side.
Not always, but yes, for the most part, President Trump, I feel like his life was spared for the very sole purpose of being our president and taking us through this next time, whatever we may face in the next four years.
He is the man for the job.
And I know that with all my heart, soul, and mind.
You know, just you've been through a lot.
I I would be negligent because I'm looking at the clock.
You're in our prayers, and uh so is she.
God bless you.
We appreciate you being here.
And uh all the best to you and your family.
Thank you, Cindy.
Thank you.
